Prosecuting An Accused Stallion
After a day of working at Sugarcube Corner Pinkie Pie and Twilight were snuggling one day after they had an exhaustive meeting at the Crystal Empire as Twilight rested in silence with Pinkie, they were both discussing about how their day went and now they were just snuggling in silence, they were almost about to fall asleep until Twilight spoke up.
"Pinkie Pie I'm getting a bit sleepy here, don't you want to do something besides snuggling, this is great and all and I've snuggled with my other friends but after a while you get tired standing in the same spot for an extended period of time." Twilight told her. Pinkie Pie was glad that she didn't have to work today as she dreaded the final day of the trial she was prosecuting at. Twilight had calmed her down about it though as she told her that everypony got nervous which she understood so she had calmed down about it.
Pinkie Pie was about to respond at first but suddenly a piece of mail was given to her by Spike, Pinkie Pie grabbed it and saw that it was from Celestia about a hearing that she had to go be the prosecutor at, she showed Twilight and Twilight nodded in understanding and told her to get over there, She knew all about the case as she had prosecuted at it before before it was given to a lower district to be heard it was moved to the upper district to be decided at.
Pinkie Pie got up and went to the hearing, when she got there she was harassed by reporters, she got her papers as she was waiting for this day, they soon brought the pony in question into the building along with several reporters. Pinkie Pie saw Mayor Mare arrive.
"Mares and gentle colts and members of the council you bring you today the criminal in question, the pony is none other than the mass serial killer and filly rapist the notorious Velvet, who was captured a year ago and was in a courtroom during a trial the other day it has been chosen to be heard by Mayor Mare's office.
"Velvet you are accused of twenty murders and you face a life sentence, Mayor Mare however has decided to bring it here before me to hear, how do you plead?" The judge asked.
"Not guilty." Velvet said, Pinkie Pie was expecting to hear that so she wasn't surprised. Pinkie Pie glared at Velvet. She cleared her throat as she went up to her.
"So you are denying the fact that you have no knowledge of what happened in your house, you have no clue about being a filly molester, you deny that the seven fillies that you raped are telling the truth even though I have a collection of evidence of bruises and scars on her legs and tears in her vaginal wall but you deny doing that." Pinkie Pie ranted. Velvet nodded.
Pinkie Pie stood up and went over to Velvet and she picked up a photo and showed it to him.
"This is a picture of a lifeless body of a little filly you murdered, you raped her and then you burnt her alive, I have your prints at the scene so if you lie the evidence says otherwise! Members of the court, look at the evidence before you, this sick fuck murdered and raped little fillies! This is a filly molester! Don't let him get away with this, he's lying because he most certainly did it!" Pinkie Pie said as she put down the picture.
"Members of the court do you honestly believe that this colt is innocent, he is not innocent, thousands of pieces of evidence have been shown to you, I don't know what else has to be shown to you to convince you as this stallion is guilty in the eyes of the creator and the eyes of the citizens please choose wisely! The prosecution rests your honor!" Pinkie Pie said.
The judge motioned the defense to present their final argument. The lawyer got up and Pinkie Pie wanted to puke at having to hear the lies from that piece of shit, he most certainly did it.
"Members of the court, do not believe this corrupt prosecutor, she is mean and vile, alls she cares about is sentencing my innocent client to a life of pain and misery, Pinkie Pie is a liar and she is cruel to defendants, these accusations are false and they are lies to abuse my client, my client was nowhere near the scene of the crime that day, he was on a vacation so please choose our side of the story as it is true unlike the mentally unstable baker turned prosecuted over their, after months of this trial and at all the evidence showing my client to be innocent please choose the obvious choice. The prosecution rests." The lawyer said. The court was given a break as the jury deliberated about the case.
Pinkie Pie was nervous that she would loose the case, everything had been shown and hours of testimony had been done so the court must know the facts by now. Pinkie Pie paced back and forth outside the the courtroom for a few hours, soon it was time for a decision and all of the ponies entered the courtroom again and the jury walked in to announce the verdict. They all waited in anticipation.
"After reviewing the case how do you find the defendant?" The judge asked, they responded.
"We find the defendant guilty your honor." The jury said, the mother of the slain filly hugged her friend as she cried while she was relieve that justice had been done. The guilty pony started to scream as he was dragged away.
"I hate you Pinkie Pie! Burn in hell! I hope you get murdered you fucking slut! Twilight Sparkle and Celestia will suffer! They will suffer!!! You have no idea what's coming!" The pony screamed as he was dragged out of the courtroom. Pinkie Pie left the courtroom and as she left, applause broke out for her as the decision was just announced to them, she nodded in appreciation at them, the mother of the murdered filly hugged Pinkie Pie, Pinkie Pie smiled and the mother of the murdered filly gave her a silent thanks and walked away with her family.
Pinkie Pie felt a bit scared at the threat made by the convicted murderer, she wondered if he had henchman, would they come after her? She was scared of the threat and Celestia noticed that when they were having tea later on, Pinkie Pie told her the threat so they gave Pinkie Pie added security when she worked at Sugarcube Corner.
The pony was thrown into jail, he screamed at the guards all night, later on Pinkie Pie was looking out a window in Celestia's castle as she thought about the threats made against her, she wondered if he would make due on the threats. Celestia walked up to her as she knew that Pinkie Pie was worrying.
"Don't worry Pinkie Pie, neither the scumbag or henchman he hires will enter here or Sugarcube Corner." Celestia told Pinkie Pie, Pinkie Pie didn't believe her though so Celestia kept her company for a while and even had two guards stationed in front of Pinkie Pie's quarters in order to protect her.
Pinkie Pie told Celestia she would be fine for the rest of the night so she hugged Pinkie Pie and left Pinkie Pie, she ordered the guards to guard Pinkie Pie at Sugarcube Corner though which they did, the next morning Celestia hired extra security for the castle and had guards protect Pinkie Pie every night as she slept and soon Pinkie Pie felt safer from the security which Celestia was relieved about but she told the guards to keep protecting Pinkie Pie every night which they did.
Pinkie Pie's life went on like usual but she always had two guards follow her everywhere, her friends didn't mind it either as they hung out with her. Pinkie Pie was grateful she had ponies who cared about her as she went on about her life in light of the threats.
