Pinkie Pie Origins

Today my father had me do the usual routine move the rocks, pile the rocks, and break the rocks. Hard work for a young filly like me. My mom always though I was different from my sisters, they always were so quiet and slow when I was trying to make people happy  on this boring rock farm that had no color.

This is my story.

Everyday when me and my family went into Ponyville to sell the rocks we got from our farm I always felt like I was happier there. When we walked into town I noticed a group of ponies celebrating a filly my ages birthday and it had balloons, streamers, and a big cake and it hit me that I should throw a party just like that for my family so that can bring their spirits up on the farm.

The next night when every one was sleeping I got everything set and started to ring the bell and every one came running out and I signaled them to come to where it was all set and they saw what I did and they started to have a grin on their faces and for a second they were sad until a big smile hit every one of their faces and had a big sparkle in my eye and for the rest of the night we partied until we collapsed to being so tired. And ever since then the farm was never the same again.

A week later my parents went out to go get a new wheel for the wagon and it was me and my sisters by ourselves on the farm. My sister were in a bad mood and started making fun of me and my hair became flat and they started throwing rocks at me and I ran out of their sites as fast as I could to a forest close by.

When I was in the forest I heard the sound of bubbles being blown and popping and I ran into a filly about my age with grey fur and a yellow mane and she said her name was Derpy and she said she was waiting for her mommy to come back and I looked around and I diden't see anypony near the lost filly and I told her that its getting dark and i don't see anypony so I brought her with me back to the rock farm and when I got there with Derpy my parents were yelling at my sister and when they noticed me they came running as fast as possible to me and hugged me and then they noticed Derpy and they asked who she was and I told them that I found her blowing bubbles in the forest saying she was waiting for her mother but she said that she has been gone along time and I suggested to take her home to the farm and let her stay the night until we can find her mother.
