As everyone knows, to be an Element of Harmony/whatever the hell Starlight is, one must be keep themselves in prime physical and mental condition in order to be ready for anything that threatens Equestria. For the past long while, they've forgotten the "mental" part of the conditions.

And so, when a psychological evaluation is added onto the regular physical screening that the mane six (and Starlight, I guess) go through at the behest of Princess Celestia every year, things get a little... crazy. _{haha gotem}
