Big Mare, Bigger Family
In The Clouds

“Surprised to see us again so soon, doc?” Rumble asked.
“Nothing really surprises me anymore,” the doctor replied. He took care to slide his tray of medical tools away from the edge of the counter as Rumble turned around, as they’d already almost gotten knocked over twice. The examination room wasn’t especially small, but it wasn’t spacious either, and Rumble’s size meant his tail was a menace to the countertops.
“Heh…” Rumble parked himself in a chair in the corner, hearing it creak loudly under his weight. “You might not be saying that after you see Scoot.”
The doctor looked towards the door. “Where is she, anyway? Is she on her way? I haven’t seen her since her pre-labor examination with the quadruplets...”
“She’s in the filly’s room,” Rumble said. “Been using it more again, what with the pregnancy and all. You know how it is.”
“That I do,” the doctor said. “How are your boys? Faring alright?”
Rumble grinned. “Rowdy! And big for their age! I can already tell they’re gonna take after their dad! Definitely not gonna have any trouble with bullies, heh-heh...”
Before the doctor could inquire further, there was the sound of heavy hooffalls on carpet. They grew louder and louder, the vibrations shaking through the floor.
Rumble perked up. “Ah! There’s Scoots now. I knew she wouldn’t be long.”
The door to the office creaked open, but beyond was just a wall of lustrous orange. The doctor cocked his head, not really understanding what he was seeing… until the orange mass began extending into the room.
“Come on… ergh…” Scootaloo moved her front legs in first, followed by her head and waterfall of a purple mane. She began shimmying and wiggling her way into the room best as she could. “Stupid tiny-ass doors… stupid tiny-ass everything! Sorry for the wait, guys! Ugh, honey, can you help me?”
Rumble, who’d been trying not to laugh from the doctor going pale, got up to help Scootaloo. He took one of her legs and pulled, helping her squeeze through bit by bit.
“Think is the last time you’re gonna fit inside a building, sweetie.”
Scootaloo grunted. “Gathered that after I ‘rearranged’ the bathroom stall…”
“Scootaloo!?” The doctor gaped at the sheer size of the mare trying to get her gigantic body into his room. Scootaloo’s broad, powerful shoulders were scraping and bending the doorframe, the walls cracking as she muscled her way inside. With Rumble’s help she got her front half through, her wings following suit. Her wide hips, however, as big across as a curled up mare, got wedged stuck. Scootaloo grumbled as she pulled and twisted, and finally, with a little bit more property damage she pulled through, followed by the cannons of her legs.
“Sweet Celestia…” The doctor glanced at Rumble, who was almost completely obscured by Scootaloo’s gigantic wing. “I take back what I said about being surprised!”
Rumble winked at him.
“I think you need a bigger room, Doc!” Scootaloo giggled as she stretched her entire body out. She was able to touch all four corners of the space with ease, while her back and rump were pressed against the ceiling. Her wings were draped down both walls and counter, knocking over stuff everywhere. Her silky tail remained out in the hallway—a giant purple stage curtain barely contained by a row of braids. Not to mention her mane hair that draped off her neck like a soft blanket, so long that it touched the floor!
“Can we get started?” Scootaloo asked.
The doctor needed a moment to process what he was seeing. He wasn’t even sure where Scootaloo head was at first—it felt like she had surrounded him! He finally realized her muzzle was pressed against the far wall, her gargantuan eyes looking down at him.
“E-Erm, yes! Of course!” He clamped down on his shaken nerves, trying to keep his voice level. “What are you here for?”
“Check-up!” Scootaloo gave her belly a soft rub, a smile forming on her face. “We were hoping to find out how many foals I’ve got in here. Think you can give us a tally?”
The doctor stared. Scootaloo’s body was dimming out the lights, so he hadn’t really noticed at first. He cast a quick spell to enhance his sight, and that’s when he saw that her middle was round and firm, already the size of a beach ball! A size that big on a regular mare would mark her full-term with twins, but on Scootaloo, it was perfectly proportional to her incredible size.
“Y-Yes…” The doctor moved closer, standing directly underneath Scootaloo. He didn't need to duck his head down at all, and in fact, upon further inspection, he wheeled over a chair just so he could get within hoof’s reach of her barrel! A sense of puniness struck him as he inspected the round mass of her womb. For his own sanity, he reached up and touched her, running his hoof along her warm fur.
Scootaloo chuckled. “Yes, I’m real, in case you were wondering.”
“How…” The doctor struggled to find his voice. “How tall are you?”
“Eleven foot seven.” Rumble joined the doctor beneath Scootaloo, running a fetlock down one of her front legs. “For the moment, anyways. We measured earlier this morning, so that’s pretty accurate... Small enough to just fit inside a building, but also big enough to break one. You enjoyed that, didn’t you hun?”
The doctor gasped. “You broke a building?!”
“A garden shed,” Scootaloo said quickly. “One of my friends wanted to see if I could destroy it, and I was curious, too. Rumble, please stop making the nice doctor panic. He’s done a lot for us.”
“My bad…”
The doctor gulped. It was pretty obvious what’d caused this extreme growth, but to see it to such an extent? Never in all his years! The room was quickly heating up, sweat beading on his forehead. The heady scents of excited mare and musky stallion were strong, and he’d never smelled something so alluring from a single pair of ponies! He did his best to maintain his composure as he recalled the Heartbeat spell, but it was hard not to be aroused in the presence of such healthy, powerful, fertile ponies...
Scootaloo cooed as the spell danced along her swollen midsection, the magic swirling within. She looked over her shoulder as four pinpricks of light shone down onto the two stallions.
“Four?” Rumble raised an eyebrow. “That’s it? Really?”
“Shush, please.” The doctor wiped his brow. “I need to concentrate.”
A long, drawn-out moment later, a fifth dot appeared amidst the orange. Scootaloo’s and Rumble’s eyes grew wider with each new life revealed, their hopes soaring higher and higher.
A sixth dot pinged within Scootaloo’s belly.
The seventh started faint, but shone just as bright within seconds.
The eighth was right behind Scootaloo’s navel, glimmering soft and pure.
The ninth was deep, deep within, but noticeable all the same.
The tenth one was the one farthest south, almost behind Scootaloo teats.
Lastly, the eleventh shone brightest of all, higher and more farther up then all the rest.
The doctor let out a heavy breath. “There.” He slid off the chair and fell back on his haunches, his forelegs trying in vain to hide his boner. “I believe... that’s all of them...”
“ELEVEN!? Really?! We’re having eleven foals!?” Rumble stared at Scootaloo’s alight middle, dangling above him like a disco ball.
“No, you’re not. The brightest one of those is Scootaloo’s heart.” The doctor wiped off his fogged glasses, biting his lip hard to distract himself from his throbbing cock. “From the looks of things, you’re only going to have ten foals... Luna almighty… ‘only’ ten foals...”
“WOOHOOO!” Scootaloo’s giant wings flexed, smacking and popping up ceiling tiles. Rumble zipped to her face and caught her in a long, heavy kiss, their heated moans doing nothing to help the doctor’s predicament.
They pulled away with a loud smek, Rumble’s purple eyes meeting Scootaloo’s bigger violets. “Let’s go celebrate!” he said.
Scootaloo growled low. She began turning herself around in the room, the walls and ceiling groaning and cracking. Gauze went flying, trays clattered to the floor, and jars of cotton balls spilled to the ground in the orange/purple tornado that was an eleven foot mare in a nine foot room. The doctor dove for cover as Scootaloo shimmied and shook her way back into the hospital hallway, the sounds of framed paintings hitting the floor with every heavy step. Rumble followed right after, and the doctor was left alone in the ruin that used to be his examination room.
He eventually got up in a daze. Shaking, he closed the door and pressed a hoof to the intercom, speaking calmly despite his clenched teeth.
“Nurse Redheart? Yes, cancel my four ‘o’ clock… No, everything’s fine, I just really, really need to go home right now.” He stopped to inhale deep, the room still saturated in hyperfertile musk. “I just remembered it’s my wedding anniversary, and I need to get my wife something…”
“Well Scoot, we’ve got another hour to kill before we need to go pick up the kids.” Rumble and Scootaloo glided together high above Ponyville, riding a thermal in lazy circles. “Got anywhere special that you wanna go? Anything you wanna do?”
Scootaloo smirked. She flipped over and gestured for him to follow, coasting down to a stretch of nimbus clouds above Whitetail Wood. She came to a soft, skidding landing, her broad wings sinking into the pillowy white before springing back up like a sponge.
She gave Rumble her best come hither look upon him landing. “The only thing I want you to do is me, big boy. Right here, right now!”
Rumble’s eyes shrunk to pinpricks. He trotted up to Scootaloo’s face, and she took his face in her hooves for another kiss. She manipulated him as easily a filly would a doll, but Rumble pushed more and more into her, his tongue sneaking past her lips to mingle with hers...
Abruptly, Scootaloo pushed him away. She nodded instead towards her nethers, guiding him there with gentle hooves. Excitement filled Rumble’s chest as his reached full mast, slapping against his barrel to mat his fur with sticky pre.
“Nuh-uh.” Scootaloo’s nostrils flared from the scent of his musk, but she resisted. She plopped Rumble between her legs, thrusting her crotch up in his face. “Tongue first.”
Rumble suddenly looked like a kid in a candy store. “Yes, ma’am…”
Scootaloo moaned at his first touch, sighing as he nosed and teased her baseball-sized clit. She sank further into the cloud as moans escaped her, rising and falling in pitch from Rumble playing her like a fiddle. She stroked her growing womb with care, shivering at the realization she had ten little lives inside her. Another whole year of this awaited her—another year of rutting, another year of growing, another year of being the most awesome pregnant mare in Equestria! It’d be an amazing year of raising her four boys with her husband, and if things all went to plan, it’d merely be the beginning of all those things.
Scootaloo bucked her hips and cried out, the first of several orgasms already approaching.
She finally had her big family.
