Chapters (Chapter 1) case: Silver's disappearence
"Andreah!"
"Who the hell is that!?" I yell, swiviling around, a gun held by by my wing.
"I believe that's you."
Looking at the stallion, he's black, so is his mane.
"Chief!" I shout, throwing the gun and running over to him.
"Its been two years Reigns. How ya been?"
I throw my forelegs around him. After a minute I back off.
"I've been under cover in a drug cartel. How do you think I've been? Do you know how hard it is to gain their trust without actually doing any drugs?" I ask, smirking. He smiles back.
"Good point. Anyway, I'm pulling you out."
"Your what?" Puzzled.
"I'm getting you out of undercover."
"I'm so close!" Almost whining.
"Something's happened. I'll tell you when we're back at my office."
"What's happened?" I ask chief.
I made it to his office, now we're talking, door closed.
"It's your old partner, Silver Colt." He tells me, moving a file across the desk.
Just hearing his name makes tears well in my eyes. Just thinking about what I did to him it's enough. But hearing his name after two years. Dammit.
I wipe my eyes with a hoof, than nod.
"What about him?" Voice shaking.
"I'm afraid he's gone missing." His voice monotone.
"What!? How? When?" I jump off the chair.
"Calm, Reigns."
I pace for a bit, it's been two years. That can rack up a bunch of people who'd want to hurt him. I have no idea.
"This is the last case he was working on. Mabey you can get more than he did." He tells me, gesturing to the file on the desk.
I nod, then sit back down. I pick up the file and open it.
On the evening of 11/17/XXXX, Blossoming Nector was reported missing by Budding Orchid (Relation: mother). By words of the mother, she went to a sleepover at her friend's, Swirling vanilla. She went on 11/14 and was expected on 11/15. Never returned.
I close the file, not wanting to read any more. I got what I needed.
"If..." I flip the file open real quick. "Blossoming was foalnapped, you think the same ponies responsible possibly took..." His name choked in my throat.
"Mabey..."
To find... I can't even think his name..., I'll have to solve the case HE was working on. Good thing I was appointed an agent two years ago. Otherwise it would be pretty illegal for me to work this case.
Okay, first thing first. I have to interview Budding Orchid, and get her side of the story.

I knock on Ms. Orchid's front door.
Wait.
Wait.
Wait.
KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK!

CREAK!
The door swings open.
An orange mare with a yellow name is standing in the doorway. Panting...
"S-sorry..." Pant "You cought me" pant "off guard." Pant.
"Uh-huh..." Using my right wing, I reach into my trench coat and pull out my badge. Different than when I was just lead hippologist.
My new badge was in the shape of the sun. At the top it says:SSA ANDREAH REIGNS LEAD HIPPOLOGIST '
I had received it today.
She studied it intently. Than nodded. Getting out of the way so I can walk in.
Doing so, the first thing that hits is the smell of hormones. And it hit hard.
"So... 'bad time'?" I ask, turning around and looking at her. She only responds with a sheepish smile. Closing the door, she tells me to follow her, and we walk to a living room. I sit in a recliner while she walks across the room and sits on a couch.
We sit in silence for a minute. During that minute I study her. Facial features, like tight skin and no bags under eyes; aswell as behavior helps me peg her age to something South of thirty. Yet objects in room, like dolls, crocheted blankets, and the excessive colour of yellow have her pegged something north of eighty.
Breaking the silence was a stallion walking in.
"Honey? Who was i--" he stops and looks at me I'm surprise.
"Who are you?!" Anger obviously present in his voice.
Rolling my eyes, my right wing reaches into my coat and grabs my badge. Brushing up against my fourty-five in the process.
I show him the badge then put it back. His face flushing with embarrassment.
"M-my apologies! Mrs. Reigns!" He does a half bow.
"It's Miss." I say flatly.
"Of coarse." He walk over and sits next to Budding.
"I'm here about the disippearance of your daughter." Saying that, like on cue, Budding began tearing up.
"We'll tell you what we told the other detective." The stallion, defensively. "She was coming home from a sleep over, but she never actually got home. We searched a day before filling the report."
I nod and open the transcript from when.... He.... Interviewed them...
Word for word.
"Can you think of anypony who would want to hurt- or take -your daughter?" I began reading the script to them.
"No, nopony at all. She was a great kid, good grades, good behavior. She knew better than to go off with strangers..."
Again. It's like they can see it. They've obviously been practicing it. But I have no reason to take them in. So I have to let it slip, for now.
"Could you tell me where Swirling Vanilla lives?" Closing the file, I place it in a saddle bag.
Nodding, Budding inhaled sharply, then pointed West. "T-two block that way." She forces her head into the stallions chest.
"Big green house, can't miss it."
I nod, get up, and walk out. Happy to feel fresh air again.
Walking carefully down the streets of the Fillydelphian suburbs. I try and amagine what it was like for Blossoming. Walking happily home.
Did somepony run up and grab her? Was she teliported? Gagged?
Did she go willingly? Helping find a dog? Fall for 'somepony's hurt! Help!'?
I was hoping to find out.

I bring my hoof down and sigh. Using my wing to pull out my badge, a heavy wave of what is happening washes over me. I can't cry. Not now. Dammit Reigns!! Pull yourself together. I have an interview to do.
Sighing again, I raise my hoof again to knock harder. The door swings open and my hoof almost makes contact with the muzzle of a white mare. Jumping back, she flips her yellow mane annoyingly.
"Who are you?!" She sounds almost... distressed.
Holding my badge up to her, she seemed to relax. But not entirely.
"Another cop?" She rolls her eyes then turns around. "Come in."
I walk in, closing the door behind me with a wing. Adjusting the way my wings rest, then my trench coat. Walking into the home of this mare, I see how extensively bare it is in here. No pictures. No display cases. No little table with any kind of alter. Mentally noting to ask, we walk into the living room. Same story, save for to recliners. And a little stone hearth. Unlit.
She sits in the right recliner and offers me the other. I thank her and sit in it.
I pull out the file from when.... Dammit.... Interviewed her. Closing my saddlebag, the mare strikes a conversation.
"You into mares?" Cocking her head.
"The hell kind of ice breaker is that?!" I have to restrain myself from shouting.
"Well... I'm recently in the market and your pretty attractive." She says, batting her eyelashes.
Biting back an angry retort, I respond.
"I am no longer interested in mares." I open the file to start questioning her.
"But you were?' she leans closer.
I swear to Celestia I'm going to shoot her.
"Did you know Blossom--" I was cut short by a gasp.
Her eyes fell downward and I think I saw a small, reflexive smile before she jerked her head back up and tears started streaming.
"Please! Don't take me!!! I don't wanna be raped!!!" She was screaming.
Getting over the sudden shock of her just starting to scream outta the blue, I hop off the recliner. Carefully trotting over to her and placing a hoof on her shoulder.
"Hey... Hey.... It's okay. I'm not going to take you. Nopony is going to harm you while I'm here!" Looking over to me, she smiled. Then slammed her lips onto mine. I let it slide, I didn't stop it. Until I started to taste something sweet. Opening my eyes and yanking back, she was smirking. Backing up, blackness stabbing at my vision. I can't run, it would transfer the chemical quicker. How did she get ahold of that? Not to mention it not knocking her out while holding it in her mouth. Emediatly regretting letting that mare do that, I start to walk to the door.
Front right. Back left. Front left. Back right.
Breath Reigns.
Dammit. It's taking affect.
Walk Reigns.
Front right. Back left. Front left. Back right.
Shit.
I fall to the floor, only barely concious. Though blackness was clouding my vision, I could see the white mare walk in front of me.
"W-w---" Cough. Wheeze. Dammit.
"Shh shh shh" placing a hoof on my muzzle. If she were a damn cat. She would've fuckin purred.
"Rest now..."
No. I don't want to. I can't.
Black.
The first thing that came back first was feeling. And from what I could tell, I had what felt like a log under me, pressing against my stomach. My legs where going around it and were tied together underneath the log. I tried to reflexively flap my wings, only to find that they've been chained up to (what I assume is) the ceiling. My jaw is forced open, a ball gag keeping it that way.
Smell came next. And DAMN! Somepony needs a winter wrap up cleaning day.
Or some tissues to wipe up afterwards.
That goes for both genders.
Sight was a lost cause. I was blind folded.
It was too quiet in here for hearing to be off any use.
So i waited.
And waited.
Until I felt a small yank on my tail. I would of let out a yip if it weren't for the gag. Soon afterwards somepony's hoof smacked me firmly on my Paper and Skull Cutie Mark. I slightly moaned, and slightly shrieked. Both involuntary.
Somepony, obviously a mare, giggled.
"Told ya you were cute."
Vanilla.
I would of growled her name. But all that came it was a couple of weird sounds.
Angrely sighing, I realize there is nothing I can do. So I wait. No more assaults came. Then the blindfold is yanked off. Staring at me is the same white and yellow mare that (most likely) did this to me. I lift my head somewhat and look around. I'm in the center of a red lit room. There's nothing in the room besides Vanilla and me. And there are two doors. One door says "toys" above it. I don't even want to know.
I look back at pony with a vanilla flower Cutie Mark, and she's smiling at me.
"You know..." She starts slowly circling me. "Your mane and tail, they're a beautiful color." She smirks.
She smiles too much.
Once she's behind me, she twirls my tail around her hoof.
"This is the color of blood, isn't it?" She giggled.
If I was a medical doctor, I'd say she has manic disorder. Or is just a psychopath. Or both.
After untangling her hoof from my tail, she runs the same hoof along my flank.
And I thank Luna she's an earth pony instead of a unicorn.
"Whaf fhe heh ah ou oin?" Damn gag, that's as close to clear as I'm getting.
She seemed to understand.
"I'm planning to have some fun." She says, a she comes into view I see her lick her lips.
"Wheh fhe heh hih--"
"Hold on." She tells me, walking over and yanking off the gag.
I move my jaw around before speaking.
"Is this what you did to Blossoming? Rape her? Did you go to hard on her and kill her?"
"NO!!" She screamed. "I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT!!"
Damn, struck a nerve.
"I think y-"
SMACK!!
Pain spidered through the left side of my face.
"KEEP QUIET!!" She screamed again. She runs out of the room, into the "toys" room. She returns with something I've never wanted to see in the hands of somepony else.
"YOUR IN FOR A LOOOONG NIght!!"

"How did you get chloroform?" I stall.
"It's easy when your part of a cult." She smirks.
Keep stalling Reigns!
"W-what are you going to do to me?!" My voice breaking more then I wanted.
"What do you think? I am holding a toy ." She gives a devilish smile.
I'm bloodied in more than one place. Some of those places I'd preferred not to be bloodied in. Most notably my hind quarters. I ache. I hurt. Lower areas hurt... Lots.
Vanilla is out cold. She's against the wall across from me. She tired herself out. She's definitely a sexual sadist.
I'm tired myself. Exhaustion from being raped? Blood loss? I don't know.
It's time for sleep.
"Oh no... Another one. She said she'd no longer do this."
I open my eyes groggely. Making an attempt to see who said that. She has a red coat and an orange mane. I recognized her as soon as I saw her.
"Bl--" I cough hevaly. Is that blood? I taste blood. "Blossoming?" I wheeze out, my vision blurred from the coughing. The unicorn trots over to me and unties my hooves. I look around and see Vanilla no where in sight. I feel Blossoming unchain my wings.
She pulls me off the log and I fall to the floor. Laying on my stomach on the log for so long, it started to compress my organs. My stomach and breast hurt. Everything hurt. I want to sleep. I need sleep.
I sleep.
Ahhhh!! I nice comfy bed! I haven't had a nice bed like this since.... Hell... Two years ago. It's nice.. it's nice.
I jerk awake and look around. A chair next to me has my trench coat on it. My nightstand has my badge and fourty-five. I look around more. Sighing heavily, I lay back down. Relieved.
"I'm in the Fillydelphian hospital." I smile, looking up at the ceiling.
"And your lucky too."
I reflexively grab my gun with my right wing and point it at the doctor walking in.
Hanging my head, I groan. Bringing the gun down, I apologise.
"It's alright. I should of known better not to sneak up on you. You sustained quite a bit of trauma." He tells me, pulling a clip board out if his saddlebag with his teeth. Walking to the hoof of my bed, he holds the clip board with his hoof.
"Quite a bit?" I ask. Hey! I can speak normally.
"Mmhmm." He nods. "Multiple vaginal and anal tears. Lacerations all about your body. And a few cracked ribs." He sets the clip board down. "If your sister didn't bring you in than you would've surely bled to death."
"Sister?"
He nods again. I make a guess Blossoming said she was my sister.
"Anyway, that was a week ago. Everything's healing according to plan. But you being out so long we've been feeding you through IV."
I look to my left and see the IV bag, a tube running down to my foreleg. Wait.
"A WEEK!?" I shout.
"No need to yell. But yes. A week."
Dammit!! That's too long! Silver could be dead by now.
"Your going to be discharged tomorrow. So just rest up. And call if you need anything." With that. He left the room.
I've read all the magazines, two of them were porno mags. In a hospital. Yea...
They weren't that great.
So I decided to stare at my badge.
Before I can close the bifold wallet all the way, a peice of paper falls out. With words on it.
'They have him. Contact me when you wake. - Blossoming'
Followed by a number.
"DOC! I NEED A PHONE!"
I sat in a nice little Fillydelphian cafe. But I wasn't here for the hot chocolate. I was her for information.
Soon enough, Blossoming walked through the door, and saw me waving. She trotted over and sat across from me.
"I guess you want to hear from the beginning?" She asks, I nod. "I just turned 18. Making me legal (in the royal's eyes) for sexual activity. And to celebrate that, my parents and Swirling Vanilla came up with a plan. I would go missing, and they would take me to their, I guess you could call it, layer." She said. A waitress walks over. Okey mabey I am here for the hot chocolate as well. I order that, she gets a coffee.
"We get there, and at first, it's a giant hallway lined with cages. They took me to a room, almost exactly like the one I found you in. My first time hurt. But... It went on all day. Soon I became numb to the feeling. Soon after that I passed out. And they kept going. I woke up covered in-"
"I get the picture. Could you tell me how you know they have Silver?" A slip of the tounge. I said his name.
"I saw him. Ive seen you two in the paper a couple of times, so I know the looks of you. They have him chained up, A magic disrupter on his horn. I was tasked with..." She coughs. "intertaining him."
I sigh and hang my head. "How recent did you see him?"
"Yesterday."
I jerk my head up, smiling. "So .. he's still alive!?"
She nods, then takes another sip of her coffee. The waitress walks over with the check. I pay for both of us. Blossoming gets up, thanks me and starts to walk away.
"Oh, and Reigns." She turns back around.
"Yes?"
"Arrest that bitch Swirling Vanilla."
BANG!

BANG!!
I knock hard on Vanilla's door. Arrest warrant in saddlebag. Two other agents behind me.
"Swirling Vanilla!!!! RCIS!!!" I shout at the door. Just before I raise my hoof to knock again the agent on my right yells.
"She's running!" He then bolts after her. Extending my wings I flap once, hard. Sending me into the sky.
Hovering twenty feet above the house, I watch her run through the cookie cutter houses' lawns. Flapping my wings again, I start to race towards Vanilla. Gaining speed until I pass her. I turn around and close my wings, allowing me to fall in front of her. A couple seconds later the other agents come up behind her.
She looks at me with fear.
"Swirling Vanilla. Your under arrest."

"they'll kill him." Vanilla smirked at me. Her words hit me hard. "You try anything. Do anything. They'll kill him."
"Your lying." Mr. Twitch, our deception expert, says.
"What makes you say that? I'm not lying." Vanilla retorts.
Twitch nods. "That you believe. You really think they'll kill him?" He asks, writing it down with his magic.
I'm playing bad cop. I'm supposed to just stand here and stare at her. I'm doing my best not to start saying anything.
"Of course they'll kill him." She repeats.
"Where are they? Where's their base?" I say, ignoring the fact I'm supposed to stay silent. Twitch sends an angry glance at me.
"Like I'm going to tell you." She snorts.
I take a step closer. "We've already got you on foalnapping a Royal agent, assault, battery, possession of an illegal drug. You want to have that stacked on with impeading a Royal investigation, and another foalnapping of a royal agent charge?"
She takes a Shakey breath in. "You'll never make it in. You couldn't navigate, you couldn't even see. They have a spell cast by a unicorn only allowing those in our group to be able to see."
"Just tell us where it is, and we'll take care of the rest." I growl, and her eyes grow wider.
"I-its... It's in the Everfree. Castle of the two sisters dungeon." She puts her front elbows on the interrogation room table, and puts her face in her Hooves. I barely make out her biting the bottom of her hoof, then swollow.
"What did you just swollow!?" I yell, then run over to her, grab the back of her mane and pull her head back. She looks up at me with a sad smile.
"I'm sorry." She says, her pupils dialate and she starts hyperventilating.
"Dammit!!! Medical!!! Get In here!!" I yell, and a mare and stallion, both with red crosses on thier flanks run in.
"Flush her system ASAP!!" Twitch yells and they run over.
"Please exit the room." The mare says, and we leave.
Ten minutes later the medical ponies walk out.
"I'm sorry, Dr. Reigns. She didn't make it. Cyanide..."
"Dammit!!!" I yell. Then stomp away to my office.
I sit spinning in my chair. I'd just got off the phone with the chief. He's getting Celestia to come to my office.

"Come in!" I shout, spinning to look at the door. In walks a white alicorn, rainbow hair flowing in an imaginary wind.
"Princess!" I shout, about to hop off my chair to bow.
"Please.... Don't bow." She says, putting a hoof out in protest. "You called for me?" She puts her hoof down and cocks her head sideways. I nod.
"I need the layout of your castle in the woods' dungeon." I say. She furrowed her brow dumbfoundedly.
"Well... I haven't been there in quite some time. So come with me." She swings a hoof towards the door, gesturing me to follow.
The Royal archives is someplace I've been once before. With.... S-silv...
"Just this way." The princess yells me over her shoulder.
A few more minutes of walking. The whole time I'm stuck starting at the Princess's regal flanks.
N-not that that's a bad thing. They're nice flanks.
N-no! Im not attracted to the damn Princess. ~~Though with as long as she's been alive, I bet she's a good kisser~~
"Andreah!" Celestia shouts, waking me from my trance. I turn around and she's sitting at a round table, file open in front of her. "Was there something intriguing about the wall?" She asks, stifling a laugh with a hoof. I blow a professional and respectful raspberry, then walk over and sit next to her.
"This it?" I ask, moving it closer with my hoof.
"The dungeon is separate from the castle itself. So you're not going to the castle. We placed the dungeon here." She says, putting her hoof a few inches away from where the castle is. "On this map's scale, this would be about half a mile away."
"Why did you place it so far away from the castle? Aren't they supposed to be under the castle?" I ask, looking at her.
"Realistically, yes. But I didn't want evil ponies staying so close to where my sister and I slept." She tells me. That doesn't make sense. I don't ask her to elaborate.
"Why do you need access to this?" She asks, breaking me from my thinking.
"Well..." How can I put this? "Some points kidnapped S-" I choke. "M-my old partner. And they're using the old dungeon to hold him and do sexual experiments with him and themselves." I tell her, cringing, waiting for a horrible reaction.
"Oh." Was all that came out of her muzzle.
"Well.... I'm gonna go now..." I say, rolling up the map and putting it into a saddle bag.
I turn and start to walk away when something hits my hippocampus.
"Celestia!" I almost shout, whipping around. She's still sitting there, what I told her still processing.
"Princess?" I ask, walking over. I poke her on her muzzle.
"Yes?" She responds, as if nothing is wrong.
"Before vanilla... Killed herself, she mentioned that the unicorns in her 'cult' use magic to blind those not in the 'cult'. Do you know of anything that could do, or reverse that?'" She shakes her beautiful head.
"That's going to be something to ask luna. I know nothing about that."
"Thanks again princess!" I say, then turn around and trot away and out.

"Princess Luna!" I shout, walking into the throne room (hallway).
"Dr. Reigns!" She shouts back from on the throne. I trot up to her.
"Before Vanilla decided to clock out, she mentioned something about magic that blinds others, but let's others see." I say. She knew it was more of a question then a statement.
"I have run across such magic before." She says, stepping down elegantly. ~~She's prettier than Celestia! And se-~~
"Follow me." Luna tells me. I decide I need to stop staring at princesses.
(chapter 5) Case: Silver's Disappearence
"Where are we headed?" I ask from behind Luna. We step outside and there's a carriage waiting.
"We are heading to the home of the alicorn who knows most of magic." She says, not looking over her shoulder. We both step into the carriage.
"Twilight?" I ask, looking at her. She responds with a nod.
'I need to control my thoughts.' I tell myself. 'it's unacceptable to think of the princesses the way I've been.'
We thank the two stallions who pulled us then walk up to a giant Christal castle in the middle of Ponyville. Luna knocks.
Then knocks again.
One more time.
The giant door opens somewhat to show a tiny..... Dragon.
"Hi Luna!" He says. Then points to me. "Who's this."
"Hi. I'm-"
"This is Andreah. We both need to speak to Twilight." She says, cutting me off.
"Hi Andrea. Twilight is in a friendship meeting with everypony else. "
"We have to talk to her. It's extremely important. Could you please go get her?" She persists.
"Glad to. The only thing their arguing about is which cake flavor is better. Guess who started that." He says, then turns around waving us in. I let Luna go first then I follow. We walk into a large corridor. The ceiling thousands of times taller than I am. Everything is Crystal. I bet this place is worth a lot of bits.
"Hold on just a sec." The dragon tells us, then walks through another pair of giant doors. Confused, I walk over to Luna.
"Why does this place have so many doors. And why is it so big?" I ask.
"I do not know the answer."
So we wait. Not to long and the doors open. A purple alicorn walks through. She's much younger than me. At least half my age.
"Vanilla is way better!!" An obserdly high pitched voice yells before the door closes.
"Hello, Andreah. What do you need?" She asks, adding an annoyingly happy smile. I awkwardly smile back.
"Hello, Twilight Sparkle. We are here for the research that I assigned some time ago." Luna butts in, again.
"Which one?" She asks, cocking her head.
"The one that allows you to see in total darkness."
"Right! This way please." She says, then turns to her left, our right.
We follow her down the giant corridor. Wondering how studying magic is actually possible. Well, I am a Pegasus, not a unicorn. I'll have to ask Sil-
"In here." Twilight says, opening another pair of giant doors. Walking in, I see books everywhere. Floor to ceiling of them.
"This is a lot of books." I say, astonished.
"Yea, but I've read them all." She says non-chalontly.
"All of them?!"
"Yea..." She sighs, walking over to the table in the middle of the room. I walk over to a shelf.
"Even the ones written by you?" I ask, looking over at her, her ears perked up and she looks at me. I pick up the book and look at the cover. " ' A Hard Day's Night ' featuring Princess Celestia ." I say the last two words mockingly. I turn and look at Twilight, raising a brow at her. Her face turns bright red.
"My sister?" Luna asks. Twilight runs over.
"J-just put that back. We can go over what you came here for and then you can be on your way." Sheepish smile.
"Mmhmm." I hum, then follow her to the table, Luna aswell. Twilight uses her magic to pull a book off of one of the top shelves.
"This is where I wrote down all my research on seeing in darkness. I managed to conjure up a crude base of a spell. If you want, Andreah, I can test it on you." She says, looking up at me from the open book.
"It's safe?" Luna as, concerned.
"Wouldn't do it if it weren't."
Why not? "Sure."
Twilight nods and flips through a couple of pages untell she finds what she's looking for. Closing her eyes and bowing her head almost piously, her horn starts to glow purple. Dimly, unnoticeable at first. But soon it was brighter and brighter. Soon it'sunbearable. Then, without warning, a bright white beam of magic shoots towards me. Slamming into my forehead. My body goes involentarily limp, but still suspended by the magic. My vision gets whiter and whiter.
Silence. Spell over. Drama over. I'm laying on the floor unable to move.
Darkness.
I've taught myself to sleep on my right. Never on me left. My fourty-five is in my jacket on my left.
"Hello?" A voice rouses my from my sleep. And true to my training, my left wing reaches for my gun. Grabbing it, I point it in the face of another purple pony. But this one only a unicorn.
"Woah." She says. "I'm friendly. Promise." I keep my gun in her face while looking around the room. I'm in (what I assume) is this mare's bed. Words I've never wanted to say again. There are two kites stacked up against eachother against the wall next to the bed. A kite creating kit on a desk across the room. The room itself made of Crystal. My eyes scanning the room, the stop on a window.
Rolling over and hopping off the bed, I walk towards the window. My firearm never leaving it's threat at the mare. I stop at the window and look out, seeing an overlook on Ponyville. I turn back to the intruder.
"What did you do to me?" I ask, getting close to intimidate. Putting my gun almost right on her muzzle.
"U-uh... I-i didn't do anything. I just walked into my room and saw you asleep on my bed. If anything I should be asking who you are."
"I'm sorry for that, Starlight. Your room was the only empty bedroom at the time." Twilight says, walking in. I sigh, lowering the gun. She is friendly.
"I'm sorry... For the gun.... In your face..." I say, ashamed. I switch the gun from my left wing to my right, then place it back in it's holster.
"It's okay, I shouldn't of scared you." Starlight says. I look at Twilight.
"Do you know if it worked?" I ask her.
"No, but we can find out." She says, her horn glowing purple (a lot of purple going on) and the blinds close. Leaving the room in total darkness.
I blink a couple of times my eyes adjusting to the darkness. Soon enough, I can see as if the blinds were open.
"It worked." I say, looking at them. Then realising they can't see.
"Great! Close your eyes. I don't want to blind you when I lighten the room up." Twilight tells me. I close my eyes, I can see the change of light from under my eyelids. A minute later, I open my eyes again.
"How long does it last?" I ask the alicorn.
"About a week."
"Great!" I say, then walk over. "Thank you, princess." I bow. Standing back up I walk to the door.
"Time to go get my partner back." I say and walk out the door. From in the room I hear starlight giggle.
"She bowed." Followed by more giggling.

(Chapter 6) Case: Silver's Disappearence
The last day was all preparation. Casting the seeing spell on the S.W.A.T. crew. A team of 100 unicorn, earth, and pegasi that assist In arresting a large amount of ponies at a time. It stands for: Spells, Weapons, Aironautics, and Training.
They were Gearing up with bullet proof vests. (More bullet resistant.) Getting a whole bunch of Earth pony and unicorn weapons ready and hoofing them out.
Originally, Chief Note didn't want me on the team. But he remembered when Sil-... My old coltfriend went and killed Swift. Completely against his saying. He didn't want another insubordinate agent. So I'm allowed this one time.
"Andreah." A magenta unicorn says, walking into my office. Not even knocking. I turn to her and she nods.
"It's time for us to go." She says, turning back around and leaving. I grab my vest and bolt.
The ponies that manage to pull a carriage full of fifty other ponies disserve a serious reward. They're strong enough that we were from the Canterlot Castle to the castle of two sisters in the Everfree in less than four hours. They deserve a hug. Later.
I climb out of the back of the canvassed wagon. Stepping out I notice the night crisp and clear. A slight cold stinging in the air. Nocturnal birds chirping their song of who knows what.
We're stopped quarter mile away from our destination. Only thick trees separate us from the dungeon entrance.
I'm armed with a standard 223 Griffon Arms assault rifle. A unicorn's since my wing can wrap around the trigger guard. The sling around my neck.
I'm screwing in the silencer as two pretty strong looking stallions go ahead, then motion me to follow. The 98 others following behind me.
Walk with care. Walk with delicacy. Don't step on twigs. We parked far away on purpose. Don't give away our position.
Thanks to the spell twilight managed to conjure up, nighttime is as bright as daytime.
The leading pair halt, then the left one points up. I look up and see a boardwalk. Somepony walking it, a firearm slung around their neck.
Bringing my hoof up to the IEM in my ear, I press the speak button.
"I'll fly up and get 'em." I whisper. The two ahead nod. As gently and quietly as possible I extend my wings and flap, shooting Into the air. Quietly and carefully I make it up and land softly on the boards. Stepping forward, I thank Celestia for hoof dampers. They're like gloves, but made of sheep's wool. Omitting any sound made from stepping.
Step, listen, step, listen.
The ponies on the ground are waiting for me to tell them it's good to advance.

CREAK!
The sound of a board shifting comes from ahead of me, around a tree. I slow my pace and pick up my AR with my right wing.
Step, step, step.
I pull the trigger. A quiet 'phstew' comes from my gun and I hear a pony drop. Carefully stepping forward I see the stallion I just shot blindly. I held it up and shot around the tree.
Looking over him I see an unsuppressed rifle. Removable magazines in his vest. A radio on his back caked with brain.
A RADIO!
I reach my hoof up and push the talk button on my IEM.
"They have comms aswell. I'll toss the radio down. And be careful, their weapons are unsuppressed." I whisper.
"Got it." The... I think he's a general... Responds.
I grab the knife from my vest and cut the radio off the corpse in front of me. Placing the knife back, I pick up the radio and look over the edge. There's a unicorn looking up at me. I drop the radio down to him and it's caught with a green glow.
I turn back to the board walk. Stepping over the dead stallion I continue walking ahead. Every now and then I take down another pony on the boardwalk. Soon i reach the end of the walk.
"The walks end. I'm coming down." I down into the radio. A 10-4 in response.
Hopping off the edge I extend my wings, gliding down. I tilt slightly left until I spiral down, landing next to the general. (The one that was in front, on the right.)
I nod. Telling him I'm good to keep moving.
We continue to walk until we get to what looks like a shed. Everypony stopping, I turn around and walk again. I push through the S.W.A.T. until I reach the comms tech.
"Map?" I whisper. He pulls a scroll from his saddlebag. I grab it and open it with my wings.
The map is that of just the castle campus. Smack Dab in the middle of the map is the castle itself. A couple inches away is an illustration of what I saw ahead of the team. Thanking the tech and hoofing the map back, I turn around and quickly (quietly too) trotted up ahead. Reaching the general I frown.
"This is it. You ready?" I whisper ask him.
"I'm not the one who should be worried about if their ready." He replied. I ignore him and start to walk ahead. He stops me.
"We'll go first." The other leader tells me. I growl but nod. No sense in going to save my partner if I died not even into the rescue.
The two branch off and walk towards the shed like structure. Seeing a padlock one looks away, the other shoots the lock off. Not the quietest or easiest way, but it works.
General pulls open the door and disappears within the structure.
"Good to come in, Reigns. It's not completely cleared, so stay alert. Take five others with you." The general's voice tells me through my IEM. I turn around and point at five to come with me. The follow as I turn again and proceed to the entrance.
Making the door, I carefully step down stairs. The first distinct thing hits the nose. Rotting semen. Yep, were in the right place.
"Somepony needs this place professionally cleaned." I hear a voice over the radio. If I wasn't depressed I'd of laughed.
Making it to the first landing, I look around. It's exactly how you'd think a dungeon looks. The concrete floor damp and water dripping from the Ceiling. Bars starting twenty feet from the stairs, going as far as the eye can see.
Walking forward, the general joins my left, the other joins my right.
Until we see others walking. Bringing up my rifle, I walk slower. The other stallions still falling behind me. The walking ponies ahead haven't noticed us yet.
We can turn right. I turn right wile the others continue forward.
Nerves on end, fur tingling. Adrenaline pumping. I push through. Until I hear a grunt of pain. Following the sound I make it to a cage on the far left. Two mares walk out laughing. Bringing up my rifle I point out at them. They see me and the unicorn floats up a pistol.
Pulling the trigger multiple times, six rounds rip through them. Three each. Their internal organs nothing more than jello now.
Taking a deep breath and emediatly regretting it, I walk to the cell. Looking at the pony hanging by his forelegs and bleeding everywhere I gasp.
It's him.
(Chapter 7) Case: Silver's Disappearance
"I can hear you there! Why don't you just fucking kill me!?" Silver yells, his head hanging. His forehooves chained up to the wall. He's got multiple sunk in in spots in his coat. Aswell as a few discolorations. "I've got nothing left to live for." He whispers. My heart breaks all over again.
"No Silver!" I say, running over to him. His head shoots up to look around. His eyes wide, trying to see into the dark. I can see His horn sawn off at an angle.
"It's the drugs." He says to himself. I shake my head, not that he could see it.
"No, it's me, Andreah." I say, holding back tears.
"No. No. No no no no no. She's dead. She's dead. She's dead. It's these drugs. Your not real. Your not..... Your dead. Go. Leave." He says breaking down and hanging his head again. Tears streaming from his eyes.
"No Silver!" I say, walking right to him. I place my right hoof under his chin, pushing his head up so I could see him. "I'm right here!"
He shakes his head vigorously.
"Your dead! I saw it! I saw it. Leave! Fucking kill me! I can't......" More tears. I'm crying now.
"Let's get you down from here." I say, flapping my wings enough to hover above him. I release his hooves at the same time causing him to fall and hit the ground with a 'THUMP!' I touch the ground again and tuck away my wings.
"Just go." He says, unmoving on the ground. He fainted. Dammit.
"Andreah!!!! We have to go!! There's a lot of them!" A voice booms over my IEM. I bring a hoof up to the thing.
"Okay! I'm coming." I say, wiping my face of tears. Placing my head by his stomach and forcing him up. He lands on my back and I feel his ribs squish. Their broken. Damn.
"ANDREAH!!" The voice didn't come over my radio this time. It was down the hallway in front of me. Carefully holding Silver on my back, I run out of the cell and down the hallway. Meeting up with the magenta unicorn from earlier, she shouts a command towards the others, then looks at me.
"Get out of here! They're coming from that hallw-" THUNK! A bullet hits her neck, taring out her spine. She drops instantly.
Thinking of Silver's welfare more than mine, I bolt down the hallway towards the exit. I hear shouts and gun shots echo behind me. Bullets hit the walls around me. I can see the exit. Daylight bleeds through the exit. Or is it moonlight?
I hear the sound of flesh taring. Did it hit Silver? I fall.
Damn adrenaline, can't feel when I'm shot. Struggling to get up, one of the S.W.A.T. agents runs over and picks me up.
"Silver!!! Grab Silver!!!" I shout. I watch another S.W.A.T. grab him. "His ribs are broken!! careful!!"
We're hauled into the light and placed in the back of a wagon. The wagon pulls away.
I watch more and more S.W.A.T. agents get shot and killed.
Silver
"Welcome back to civilization, Mr. Colt."
I jerk my eyes open and try to sit up. A new type of pain shooting through me.
"Now don't exert yourself. Your more broken then I've ever seen anypony ever."
I turn my head to look at the pony talking. It's a doctor. White lab coat, white hair coat, blue mane.
I try speaking but the only thing that managers to escape is a bunch of coughs.
"She's right, your quite stubborn. Get some sleep now. I'll check in on you tomorrow."
Andreah
"It's just a bullet wound! Didn't even hit anything vital!" I yell at the doctor wrapping my back left leg.
"Regardless, stay off of it! We don't need it re-opening because you decided to take a stroll!" I can tell he's annoyed. I shut up.
Holding my back leg on some stupid wheely thing, I open my apartment door. I owe still having my apartment to the chief. He kept up the payments.
Meow!
Oh Celestia! Ruby!
"Hello there! Been a while!' I say, watching her rub on my right forehoof.
I walk into my apartment and close the door, my leg Wheeling.
Ah! My spinny chair! Well, I do have a week till Silver's released from the hospital.
Silver, one week later
"Yes. You must stay in bed for at least another week. I've already got somepony from the hospital to take care of you."
I sigh.
I wave goodbye to the nurses and sigh. Another week....
Another week later
"Careful. Careful." The beautiful nurse says, helping me out of bed. My legs wobbling. I don't fall down.
"I did it." I sigh.
"You did it. Now that your mobile. I have to return to the hospital." She says, heading towards the door. Stopping just before exiting. "You know what's weird?"
"What?" I ask.
"Your the first good looking stallion to not hit on me." She says.
"Well, I gave up on relationships a long time ago." I say as she exits.

"Well, I gave up on relationships a long time ago." I hear him say. The nurse walks out and whispers to me.
"Get 'em tiger."
I breath again. Then walk in.
"Well that's a shame. I'm looking for a stallion as handsome as you." I say. Smirking. He whips around and looks at me. He turns around again and goes back to folding his cloths. Or the same few over and over.
He's crying.
I refrain from saying anything. I just turn to walk out.
"Why?" Barely audible.
I turn back around to see him looking at me. Tears free flowing down his face.
"Two years." He slowly walks closer. "Two MOTHER FUCKING....... years..." He says, whispering years. He stomps a hoof, stopping walking towards me.
"I-i'm-"
"I'M SPEAKING!" He tells, efficiently shutting me up. "Two years!!! Not a call, not a letter. Not. A. FUCKING. thing."
"S-silver..."
"What!?"
"I-i couldn't. I wasn't allowed to."
"Heh." He scoffs, turning around.
My mind rushing through all the good memories we had. The laughs, the cases. I think of a picture frame, the glass cracked, separating Silver and I.
"Just go." He says. "I'll see you next Case the chief assigns to us."
I turn around and walk out. Now it's my turn to cry.
