"What?" Celestia asked, dumbfounded by my statement.
"Well Sunbutt, do you remember a thousand years ago? When I did nothing to stop you from incarcerating me?" I asked, and she nodded. "Well then, allow me to explain in the form of a quote that I heard once, long ago. 'A farmer comes home one day to find that everything that gives meaning to his life is gone. Crops are burned, animals slaughtered, bodies and broken pieces of his life strewn about. Everything that he loved taken from him...his children. One can only imagine the pit of despair, the hours of Job-like lamentations, the burden of existence. He makes a promise to himself in those dark hours. A life's work erupts from his knotted mind. Years go by. His suffering becomes complicated. One day he stops, the farmer who is no longer a farmer, sees the wreckage he's left in his wake. It is now he who burns, he who slaughters, and he knows in his heart he must pay.' I say "Now, about those terms of surrender."
"What happend?" Twilight asked
"What do you mean?" I ask
"To you?" She replied
"Well, before I became a tyrant, I was a solider in a changeling army. I came home after about three years of service to our queen. It was about three in the evening when I arrived, and I found my house in flames, as well as several others. It was initially blamed on the Draconaqui, and I believed that bullspit wholeheartedly. I found out after we had the Draconaqui to the brink of extinction, that the one and only Queen Scarlet of hive 66 had drones kill the families of soldiers. We had a saying in hive 66, blood for blood. Me, and several others went to her throne room and confronted her. When she admitted to it I went into a rage, and did things that should not be said in front of such innocent minds, needless to say when I finally came out of my rage I found that I too had become a tyrant...that I too had torn families apart. It was that moment in which I contemplated suicide, as it seemed the only way. Before I could put any of my plans into motion however, you and your sister Luna he busted through the doors accompanied by an Entourage of ponies, gryphons, and minotaurs...and I thought that you would let the people carry out my death sentence, instead you decided to imprison me within a living nightmare. 500 years ago, had I broken out I most likely would have fed myself to had I broken out I most likely would have fed myself to the forests' monsters...but something in my mind got me thinking, and during the last 250 years of my torment I swore upon something. I swore that I would redeem myself in any way possible, even if it resulted in my death. So Princess Celestia, do you accept my surrender?"
She stopped and processed what I had just said to her before replying with "No, however I would like to propose an alliance." She said
"And what do you hope to ally with? After all I have no Empire anymore, all I have is myself."
" that is where you are wrong, Scorps. A few of your loyalists managed to escape, and they've made a hive. I believe they call it 'The Scorpions lair'." She paused, letting me take in this new information, before continuing. " they seem to be very proficient in Guerrilla tactics, and have proved to be quite a thorn in Captain Armor's side. So I propose an Alliance, do you accept?" She asked, with little glimmer of hope in her eyes
"Celly, you know as well as I do that I we need an advisor before any decisions are made. You go get yours, and I'll go see if I have one." I say
It seems I have a new nickname, and it also seems like Princess Celestia has grown soft...then again who hasn't. Before I left I caught myself up with equestrian history. One of the more recent events was something called 'The Wonderbolt Academy exam' whatever that is. And now I'm off to find this scorpions lair, hopefully they'll have an advisor...if not, then I'm sure I can find someone that will work as a temporary advisor. After all how hard could it be?

Well, I have pinpointed where they are. It took very little effort to find their base of operations, as it looks like a Diamond Dog raid camp but with changelings, and gryphons.
"HALT, WHO GOES THERE?" A changeling says
"Emperor Strychnine, you moron. What other seven foot, two horned changeling with a scorpion tail do you know?" I say/ask back
"Forgive me my liege, you were standing in front of my bad eye..." he says
"Ahh, well is this better?" I ask, stepping into view of his other eye
"Yes sir. We have been waiting for you, our captain would like to have a word with you...if she isn't preoccupied." He says, before motioning me to follow him. He leads me to attempt near the center of the encampment. He then motioned me to stay put, and stepped inside. Then I noticed something I didn't whilst walking. There were Diamond Dogs in the encampment...so therefore the captain had made a treaty with a Diamond Dog tribe.
"The Captain will see you now sir." He said, poking his head out
"Well then, best not keep her waiting." I say, walking past him into the tent
"Emperor Strychnine, it is a pleasure to see you again." A familiar looking gryphon says
"Silver? Is that you?" I ask
"Yep, good ta see ya alive." Silver responds
"But...how? I saw that pillar go down on yo-"
"That, is a story fer another day...so, pub?" She asked
"......Drinking contest?" I ask, hesitantly
"Yes, why? Don't tell me that little stone prison of yours made ya a lightweight!"
"Buck no, I can still outdrink you!"
Author's Note
1) Sliver has scottish accent...feel free to question it
2) The quote is from a series I started watching on Netflix called Blacklist, honestly a very good show if I do say so myself. I really hope you all are enjoying, and if you don't like it for any reason do not hesitate to tell me so I can fix it!
