Equestria, once a land of friendship and magic, was torn apart ages ago by war of the most horrid kind, a war with only one goal....mutually assured destruction.

As horible as this destruction was though, it did not spell the end for us, for there is nothing more resilient, nor more defiant then a pony. So, ever since Equestria was torn apart by war, ponies have been striving to rebuild, and some places have been more successful then others.

This story is about one such place that, while it hasn't been as successful in rebuilding from the devastation of the war, will soon bring about miraculous change to both itself and to the wasteland around it, thanks in no small part to two ponies, a dying dream....and seven little words.

Authors Notes:
1. This story is heavily inspired by Kkat’s Fallout Equestria, so I give credit where credit is due.

2. Two of the characters in this story are based of my over leveled characters from Fallout 3, as such, they are both already at and beyond maximum level, and thus have a whole plethora of perks they have gained. So for each chapter in the footnotes section place I will be including what will be labeled Starting Perks, which will be perks they already had before the events of this story.

3. This story will draw heavily from the story line of Fallout 3 and it’s DLC’s, but I shall be taking major liberties with the characters and story events as I see fit.

4. Much of the content for this story has been inspired by mods I use and have seen in Fallout 3, and so in case any of you may be interested, I will be featuring the inspired bit of content from the story along with the mod that inspired it in the authors note’s at the bottom of each chapter, though most likely it wont be all chapters....well, at least that’s my hope.

5. This Book will be split into eight separate arcs, which are:

Due to this, each chapter will be marked by their arc, so be prepared for a long journey. Also, not every character is going to be in each of the arcs, so be prepared for that as well.

Final Note. if the tags didn’t warn you already, or if the rated Mature warning didn’t do that, there will be blood, violence, sex, body horror, and lots and lots of swearing, so be aware, this may not be for everyone.
