The Sphinx just wanted some attention. A deal was struck at the temple. Somnambula worries at first but then sees goodness in her.

The true story of Somnambula is not quite the common tale told today. Though all else is true, the mare never returned from her visit to the Sphinx. A deal was struck and the Sphinx left in much higher spirits.
A short story for two wonderful characters written in a storyteller narrative for a moral end.
