While she may not be able to fly yet, there's no denying Scootaloo is the fastest filly on four wheels. A fact that's she very proud of, and a title she longs for a chance to show off to ponies besides her friends, and fellow Cutie Mark Crusaders.

Her chance comes when she sees a flyer for the annual Ponyville Roller Derby, and decides that this year she's finally going to enter. She's sure to win first place, and the prize money is a rocking 1,000 bits!

There's just one problem, Scootaloo needs permission from an adult to enter the derby. And when the tomboyish pegasus can't get ANY of the grownups in her life to say "Yes", she decides there's only one thing left to do. But is it a decision she's going to regret? And what will her friends have to say about it when they find out?
