The clear blue sky grace the Land of Equestria and the ponies that live it in, the Earth ponies tend the land, the Unicorns grace the world around them, and the Pegasus bring euphoric weather across the land, but for those who choose to do wrong and cause trouble for all the innocent ponies that live in Equestria will find themselves in a chariot that takes them the last place in Equestria they would want to be "oh dear".

Fluttershy a renown pony who is known for saving Equestria, having boundless kindness, and her love for animal is in a chariot fulled with other ponies who were being transported to prison with other ponies for crimes they've done Stealing, destruction of property impersonating a royal guard and many more was what these ponies was charge with but Fluttershy she wouldn't even harm a fly let alone stealing or destruction, sitting there she thinks back on how she ends up being sent to prison. Ten days ago she was in Ponyville feeding and tending the animals to their needs when she was finished with her chores she grab a few thing's then head out towards town to meet rainbow dash at sugar cube for a delightful brunch ever though brunch was more of rarity thing than rainbow dash but to spend to with her childhood friend was not going to be a problem for her since she was returning the wounder bolts training field and she needed a break, as she reaches the edges of town a stallion who was coming from town bump into her.

"HEY IM WALKIN HERE," the stallion said with a disgruntled tone as he dusts himself off then quickly starts searching the ground "I am so sorry for walking into you".

"Don't worry about just watch where you're going." the stallion then pick up a box he was carrying and continue to walking off"Well ok sorry and thank? you." Fluttershy said in her soft low voice.

Fluttershy then pick up all her items and processed onto Ponyville, as she was walking across town towards sugar cube corner an unfamiliar sound caught her by surprise she quickly turns to see who or what it was that made it and sees no one maybe her mind was just playing tricks on her but she could have sworn she heard someone behind her, she then realised what time it is and hurry toward she didn't want to be late after trying to hard to get everything done early so that she can with Rainbow.

After a few minutes, Fluttershy reaches sugar cube corner when she entered the first thing that greets her is the blissful scent of freshly baking goods her mind wanders for a split second then returns to reality and started looking for Rainbow Dash but alas she was nowhere to be seen, it is most likely she was the first one here and rainbow will probably arrive a little late training with the wonder bolts and handle the responsibility is a very tall order for her to do even for her but at the end of the day if anyone can pull it off it would be her.

"Hey, Fluttershy." a cheerful tone ring across the room as the familiar voice echo through Fluttershy ears she turns to see that it was Rainbow Dash sweating and exhausted from fly a long distance probably due to her try to finish her work early and racing to meet with Fluttershy for brunch, but she wasn't alone "You don't mind I brought a friend."

Next, to her yellow pegasus with orange and yellow mane wear sunglasses "Wait Rainbow Dash isn't that Spitfire." Fluttershy wonders with curiosity why the leader of the wonder bolts is with Rainbow "Spitfire had no more work on her desk so she has the rest of the day off you don't if she joins us."

"Not at all," Fluttershy said with a smile as she welcome spitfire to bunch with her and Rainbow Dash, The three mares ate their bunch and chat for a while about recent events that made even Fluttershy laugh, it was a nice to have friends over for brunch aside from Discord who visit now and then it was certainly a joyous moment for all of them to here together but just as the occasion started to get even more amazing a group of soldiers enters sugar cube corner they weren't wearing traditional Equestrian armor judging by the armor alone they hailed from the country west of Equestria lies Bucephalus a land surrounded by large mountains not too long age Equestria was at war with them but both sides sign a peace agreement to cease hostility.

All three mares turn to see the Bucephalans soldiers, seeing them would make anypony fear for their lives due to their capability alone to occupy half a country in week and wielding strength that all who witness them in awe, the small group consist of seven different ponies from front to back the first pony is an ash grey color mare with with mane with a horn on her forehead but also have two additional as well she is indeed a tricorn, next to her is a stallion with color as the mare but instead of three horns he has two he is a bicorn, while the rests were very tail and strong stallion look identical to earth ponies but there were one major different they have eight limbs two legs and six arms they certainly a group of well train soldiers what them here, they soon their attention toward the table where the mare where sitting and processed in approaching them.

"Pardon for intruding." the leading mare spoke she had a strong authoritarian aura around that command respect, while her appearance was modest at the same time attractive as well her armor it looks shiny and clean but closer inspection reveals it has some scratches on it due to past battle it was involved in "my name is Dawn Rain this is my acquaint Dusk Rain we would like to ash three of you three a few question."

"Of course what is it that you want to ask you want to ask us how cool it is to be a wonder bolts or probably you want an autograph of both me and spitfire the best flyers of the wonder bolts." Rainbow Dash bolster to the group soldiers who were unimpressed by her Dawn Rain scoff her aside "We're here to-"

Dawn stops as she herds a sound, looking around her attention then turn to Fluttershy belonging and notices the box on the floor moving and shaking little, she then turned her attention back towards the three mares "May I ask what's in the box." Dawn Rain asked in a strong tone voice.

Fluttershy turn and look at the box she had with her from home it was nothing but clothing from her house with she was going to donate the relief effort to Bucephalus with country problem since the invasion "oh just so clothing I'm giving to the relief donate at my friend rarity she and a few other ponies are cleaning and altering some of the clothing that is donated to help Bucephalus."

Dawn look at the box with suspicion knowing fully well that not all is what it seems "my I see what inside." she asks Fluttershy but than Rainbow Dash jump of her set object to her request to see in Fluttershy belonging "Why would she want to show you anything it's her-" Spitfire place a hand on Rainbow Dash shoulder letting her know to calm down.

"its ok Crash don't worry about it she got this." Fluttershy nods agreeing with spitfire comment, she picks up the box and place it on the table and opens it to show the clothing she was donating but just soon after she reveal what was inside the box Dawn Rain and the other soldiers draw their weapon at the three mares showing anger and disgust "YOU THREE ARE UNDER ARREST." Dusk Rain shout as he points his sword at them.

The three became confused on what's is going they then look in the box to see a small creature which they never saw before, realizing the situation to explain the case to them they were quickly handcuffed and their wings restraint "If any of you have something to say save it for the courts let's go." Dawn and her soldiers escort all three mares out of the building towards the center of town there a transport chariot was waiting, many of the towns resident look on to see two of the town heroes and a wonder bolt being taken to Jail.

"WAIT, STOP WHAT'S GOING ON HERE." a voice can be herded from the crowd of ponies four mares appear from the crowd it was twilight sparkle along with Apple Jack, Pinky Pie, and Rarity, they try to approach their friend but was stop by the soldiers who were keeping them at bay "I'm sorry princess but these three are charged with a capital offense and going to straight to jail they'll have their day in court."

Twilight and the other mare were shocked beyond belief of what they just herded two of their friend and spitfire is going jail for a crime they didn't commit "HEY YOU CAN'T DO THAT FLUTTERSHY IS THE NICEST AND REALLY REALLY REALLY SWEET SHE WOULD NEVER STEAL ANY PONY PET ORANIMAL EXCEPT THAT ONE TIME SHE TOOK PRINCESS CELESTIA PET PHONEX AND RAINBOW DASH WOULD NEVER DO ANYTHING TO HURT A COUNTY EXCEPT FOR THAT TIME SHE DESTROY THE WEATHER FACTORY AND GOT PONYVILL COVER IN FIVE FEET OF SNOW PLUS SPITFIRE IS REALLY AWESOME PONY SHE NOT EVEN DISHONEST THERE WAS THAT ONE SHE TRY TO GET RAINBOW DASH TO LEAVE HER SPORTS TEAM TO JOIIN HER TEAM-"Apple Jack quickly muffle pinky mouth shut with her hat not want to worsen the situation.

"Thank you, we will take your confession to records" Dawn walk back towards the chariot and bang on the side of it "ROLL OUT."

The chariot begins to roll away as everypony watch in disbeleif as they take three mares to jail.

Three Days ago

In Canterlot courthouse ponies from all over came to watch and give their support to Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, and Spitfire hoping that the proceeding would end in them being innocent for seven days straight both the prosecution and the defense gave strong argument for the three mares on trial trying to prove who words and truth had more weight. Finally after delivering their final argument the judges went to elaborate on for at least an hour then they have returned with a verdict, the court had to use Bucephalan court system which requires five judges and to not put the favor on any side one represent from different parts of Equestria chosen one from Yakyakistan, one from the Dragon Land, one from Griffonstone, one from the Changeling Kingdom and final one from Seaquestria. All the judges take their seats and prepare to address the court "We the court finds Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, and Spitfire...Guilty and by Bucephanlan by law all three of you must do a life of hard labor court dismiss."

All three mares had a sad look on their faces as they were being guide out of the court room by the bailiff, they then turn to their friends and family for one final time before being escorted out of the court room.

Present day

"Alright everypony out" Fluttershy snap back to reality realizing that she and the others have arrived at their destination, all of them line up within the prison seeing that it is also a labor camp" welcome to Gringolet Gawain prison your new home for the rest of your life."
