-CHAPTER 1.
Fire in there eyes
Who knew the world would be a blazing ball of crime?
Flames.
I had awoken from whatever pain inducing trauma I had endured from whatever catastrophe could have occurred. But at first millisecond I had regained consciousness, I had felt two things.
- That feeling you get when you're being crushed.
- Heat. Lot’s of it, like on the side when you're next to a burning building… Oh wait.
I opened my eyes to see a whole-lot of brick. Some orange flickering thing next to me that was
probably fire was also within my eyesight. I tried to recall how I got here, but I only pulled up blanks. Next I tried remembering simple things to make sure I didn't have amnesia.
What’s your name? Umm… why can’t I remember my name?
What’s your favorite color? If I can’t even remember my own name how the hell am I supposed to remember anything else?

In my enclosed area I attempted to struggle against the brick wall that was on top of me, it budged, but only by a few centimeters. Oh boy! I’m gonna die not even remembering my own name! My mood went from scared to annoyed to sarcastic within a few seconds. Which suggests that the only thing I lost was my memory, everything else was still there.
After a bit of struggling I managed to move my hooves to a position where I could stand, or in this case push the bricks away with all fours. With what I think was all my might (My nerves were still half asleep) I pushed against the wall, lifting it a few inches off the ground. At that moment I had apparently removed the wall that was both preventing me from seeing more than five inches and preventing me from hearing. Obviously, I heard shouts and screaming… and dirt, rubble, even a little sand. Or was it cement dust… Oh crap.
Something about cement dust being dangerous clicked in, as I began to huff and puff away the smoke.
It was at this moment that I realised I wasn't mute and began a half scream and shout for help. As soon as I did that, several hoof stomps made there way over to me. A pink glow surrounded the bricks as they were lifted off of the ground. Revealing a horrible scenery to me.
Everything was ruined, A dark grey from natural decay and some unknown factor had degraded everything, the sky was completely covered, and an ugly face, warts included. Towered down over me.
“You have a weird scream” The first word I was greeted to by the witch looking pony was ‘you have a weird scream’ A replied with a moan that sounded like I’m either saying ‘ouch’ or ‘fuck you’ it was probably both to be honest.
She returned an annoyed look and offered her hoof to me, which I gripped and lifted myself up I examined her as she was looking at me as if I was supposed to say something. I’m very biased on when I want to say things myself told myself. She had green eyes, a magenta mane, a horn, and a yellow coat. But the only thing that stood out was the giant wart on her muzzle nose? Snout? Does it even matter? While I was busy examining her and fighting myself over terms of the common pony she blatantly asked me.
“Where’s the thanks?” Celestia, I’m stupid. Wait, who’s Celestia? “Umm… Thanks?” I asked in a morally confused tone. “Didn’t your mother ever teach you manners?” Oh, she’s one of those ponies. I chose the option ‘B’ which was to keep my mouth shut. I quickly regained my motor skills and began an awkward trot to anywhere but here.
“Where are you going?” her voice went from mildly rude to hostile in that sentence. I turned around to see the unicorn floating a gun. The gun, of course, was aimed at me.
I looked at her, put on the brightest ‘eyes and mouth closed’ smile, and leapt to the right where a wall was. As I leapt. I thought to myself who helps you out of a pile of bricks in a burning building. Asks for some thanks, then points a gun at you when you walk away? And more importantly, where the hell am I?
The sound of a revolver went off as a piece of brick was torn off the wall that I was using as a shield. I looked around the corner, bad mistake. I caught a glimpse of the gun, with some sort of battery attachment to it as my face was blown off. Burning pain coursed through my head, I couldn't feel the left side of my face, or see, or hear. The rest of my body felt as if I was being ripped apart by burning knives. My face also felt as if a whale was on top of it. At this rate I was going to pass out, in fact. It’s a miracle I haven’t passed out yet.
My mind decided not to pass out, so I took the advantage and galloped as fast as I could. My now only eye caught a glimpse of what appeared to be decayed trees. I swiveled around them taking random paths until I stopped and sat down. I listened for hoof steps of the bastard.
Not twenty seconds later cautious hoof-steps were heard about 7 yards away. A tree was the only thing keeping me from this maniac. I quickly looked around for anything that could be used as a weapon. Aha! I grabbed a long stick with my mouth, and jumped out, swinging the bark like it was a bat. Of course I didn't realise it was hollo until the stick snapped in half as I brought the stick down on her head. She spun around and fired blindly, missing me by an inch. Realizing my fatal flaw I jumped back around the tree and came from behind, tackling her before she realised what the hell I was doing.
“Arrg! Get the fuck off of me!” She shouted with decent rage. I, doing the first thing that came to mind, decided to grab her around the neck and squeeze. She began to make strangled noises as her horn lit up She turned her head to focus on me, but the disaster, bones, ripped eye, and the masterpiece of crimson made her squeal. Her movements slowed, she began to stop struggling, and fell down to the ground.
I jumped off of her, examining her now limp body. Just in case. I picked up her gun and shot her face, surprisingly enough, the bullets did less damage to her face than it did mine. This is strange… I ignored it. Turned around, and looked upon the horizon. A slight breeze came through. It made my face hurt like shit, but felt oddly relieving on the rest of my coat… and on my feathers- Wait… I had wings? Well fuck. I face hooved, but decided it wasn't worth fighting over.
I cautiously spread my wings, preparing to take flight. Until a shearing pain roared through my left wing, I instantly lowered my wings and began to draw blood from my lip, trying hard not to scream. The electric gun somehow nulled most of my senses, but this was raw pain… what the hell happened? Trying hard not to scream. I slowly lifted my wing, I cocked my head and found a bright red gash, it wasn't bleeding, but seemed sore, almost as if it was diseased… Infected?
As I calmed down, the pain began to finally bite into my brain, and I began to faint… the last thing I thought I saw was a shadowed figure looming over me… Where I’m I going?
I woke up in a bed as I sprung up, the realization that I had been grabbed by somepony had dawned on me not .0002 seconds after I woke up. Thoughts, or, what could be thoughts danced around in my head, one half was worried about what was to happen to me, the other, was thinking that everything was gonna be fine. Well obviously it’s not fine! My conscious told my thoughts.
I looked around, I appeared to be in some house… Hmm… who brought me here and why?

I...I had heard the gunshot. The loud yelp… the sounds of strangling… It was normal for me, being born and raised into an elder in this cruel world. But seeing that that pegasus was still alive, but his face like that… I couldn’t bear to see somepony alive like that… I’ve decided to bring him home. I hope I can trust him, for whatever reason he got attacked… At least he doesn't look like a raider.

I put my hoof over my forehead, feeling a headache, until i felt bandages, albeit bloodied bandages, but bandages at the least meant whoever was here wanted to help me… I hope. I heard cranking from hoofsteps in the hallway, I perked my head up and watched the door, then I saw it open as an elder pony came in, grey colored coat with white hair. He had ragged clothes covering his hide, cutie mark included. “Why hello there” It sounded dull, definitely elder like. But there was a tone of friendliness there. “I’m glad your finally awake, you took quite a beating there in your head. I almost couldn't patch it up.” It took me a moment to realize that that pony was the pony who put my band-aid on. “You put this on?” I asked surprised. “Even old ponies like me can still wrap bandages, I was a medic after all…” He took a sigh
“Oh.” He started. “There was also this package next to you, I figured it might have been yours.” He raised his hoof to the crate in the corner of the room. Wait? A crate? There wasn’t any crate next to me before I passed out… strange. Knowing that either way it was good loot, I nodded yes. And got up, while wincing, and trotted over to the package/crate. I lifted the top open. Inside there were a few items. One was a disc looking device, it appeared to be a mine, yet it didn’t seem like it was a mine. The next item was a vest. While it wasn't much it was something to resist blunt damage. And i'm not sure how many people would be able to find non broken knives. The last item was a gun. A pistol, with what appeared to be 10 magazines, one already in the gun. The magazines fit right into the vest. And the gun was shaped with a sensitive trigger, which would permit me to use it with my only working wing.
But one wrong move and I could shoot myself. That was a nice note to end on…. I sighed. Looked up at the elder person, “Thanks for your help, but I should probably go” He looked at me with weary eyes. “If that is what you must. Are you sure you can survive? Just in case, take these... “ He paused to look at me. “I won’t be needing them anymore…” He pulled three bottles out of his satchel, and handed them to me. I looked at him with curious eyes, and almost as if he could read them, he answered. “My time is almost up, It’s time to accept nature, and stop hoarding these valuables in order to prolong my life… After all, After all these years, I was finally able to help someone again… One… Last…. Time” He looked like he struggled to get those last words out.
“Alright… Thanks” It was all I could say before I walked out the door, balancing the device on the inside on my vest while I gripped my gun on my working wing. It took me a minute to find the doorway, but as I stepped through. I grew a soft spot for inside. Everything out there is dead. Everything is abandoned and I don't even know where any more life is… I took a deep breath before I walked out.
The first thing I thought to do was mess around with the strange disc. After walking into the next intact building… (Which was like… 300 yards. tbh) I placed it don’t onto the ground. And began to mess with it. After a quick examination there was two buttons I could find. One was red, the other was blue. I decided to press the red one first. With the sound of a motor turning on. The top of the device glowed blue. A logo. (Ministry of Morale) appeared. Two things showed up, an arrow pointing back to the red button said one press for safety, press and hold to turn off. Another button pointing to the blue button said. Play. I cautiously pressed the blue button. And instead of the video playing on the screen. The entire room became the scene, It was like a hologram. If you would.
An earth pony with crazy hair and a seemingly bouncy attitude, appeared dead center, before staring me in the eye. “Hello Traplock” Who is Traplock? I asked myself… “You silly!” She responded. I jumped back in surprise. Still wordless. “Oh, and before you ask, this is just a recording of what I think you're saying. But Hi! I’m Pinkie Pie” “Umm… Hello?” Why does that name seem familiar, as if i’ve met her? But if what little of my memories serves me right, she should be dead… “Yes, I’m dead… Or at least I think so. But Trappy. You gotta listen very carefully.” The ‘Hologram’ put her hooves on my side… which only made me suspicious as to whether this was live or the crazy pony knew exactly where I was standing, but nevertheless I paid attention.
“Your face has been badly damaged, I… I just know that something bad must’ve happened, Ugh! I can’t lose my most valuable asset now! That electricity! It must’ve stopped his-” She paused and looked at me. “You don’t need to know that. But listen, here, There’s a place I need you to go, it should be just down the road. Hopefully.” It has something valuable of mine. I need you to go there and find it.” I responded “Where am I going?” She answered that as quick as it came out. “Its the large building down the road, find the stairs, shoot the bot. Grab the key card out of the desk, enter the room. And grab the device. That's all I can say gotta go bye!” She mouthed all of that before the feed cut off. The room lost its blue glow and I looked back at the screen.
It had showed that another video could be played… But there was a lock symbol on it. So I decided to turn it off. I placed it back on my back and left the building. As I left the door I could hear voices, hoofsteps, and grunts. I quickly pulled out my gun with my wing and held it at the ready. Even a small move from the tip of my wing would fire the gun, I peeked around the corner. There were three ponies in armor, they were covered from the mane to the tail, head included. One of them had a gun, the other two were carrying blunt weapons with their mouths, I stepped out into the open, The one with a gun raised it at me. At this moment They could most likely want to kill me, or I could kill them. We stood still, weapons pointed at one another, waiting for something to happen. At that moment I leapt up and began firing. My first volley hit the melee carrying ponies, I let out a second volley. Which hit the gunned pony. I trotted up to the pony, pulled up my gun, and fired. But nothing came out. Shit! No more bullets in this clip. The other pony noticed and sprang up, still bleeding and attempted to knife me. The knife hit my armor and cut it, but it wasn't enough to break the back piece and hit my coat. I used the back of the gun as a bludgeon and slammed it down onto the pony using my hoof. The pony went silent.
Walking, well, trembling for having just murdered another three ponies. I looked up to see the building Pinkie Pie was talking about. The door was open, and the inside was a mess. It seems that several ponies have attempted to enter here. I cautiously went inside and looked for what Pinkie Pie was talking about. After spending five minutes checking behind doors for any set of stairs. Alas, I finally found it. The door was locked, so it was safe to say whoever was here didn't check everything. Did they not want to check everything? Had something forced them to leave? Were they incapable of leaving? I thought of what could have happened to whoever was here as I went downstairs. Looking for whatever robot was down there. When I reached the stairs, I was greeted to some off looking four wheeled robot, it’s back was turned on me. So I took the advantage and Unleaded every clip I had left into it’s head. For unknown reasons, the bot never turned around. I went up to the front of it to not see a light. Or any remnants that the robot had been active. For a long time, at that. Had I just wasted all of my ammo on something that couldn't even move? No point in complaining, I could always grab what was on the raider.
Was it even a raider? I looked around for the desk, until I realised that the robot was on top of it. Making some interesting movements, I managed to grab the keycard. Trotting up to the key card locked door I slipped it open. The familiar voice of Pinkie Pie came on. “Congrats Traplock! You made it… But I lied. I didn't need you here to grab something of mine. I needed to repair you. Err, Heal you. You are after all, a puppet in my foil.If Pinkie Pie is going to watch everypony forever, then. Pinkie. Pie. Is. Going. To. Watch. You. FOREVER!!!! AH-HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!” She went psycho at that moment. It’s almost as if she was getting desperate for her legacy to continue. The sound of an elevator could be heard, with three pairs of footsteps going off. “Gotta go, bye bye!” Wait… What’s gonna happen?!?
My answer, was two giant grabber arms grabbing me and lifting me up. They carried me to a part behind the wall. Where anything could have been waiting for me.
Pain. Or at least that's what I expected to feel. But there was now something covering the giant hole on my head. And I could see through it. Hell yes! I celebrated in my mind until the realization that I had just become a puppet to Pinkie Pie’s plan to do whatever, crossed my mind. The giant grabber arms carried me back through the wall. And to my astonishment. They had somehow turned on my hologram disc. But this time, the next video was unlocked.
Moving down. And feeling the now heavy weight of my repaired head. (Why did my body feel a-lot heavier as well?) I pressed the blue button. As the world warped around me. I could hear Pinkie Pie humming to herself. “Hiya Trappy!” She casually stated. “What have you don't to me?” She turned around, with a mirror in hand, and showed my face through it. How the hell is she showing my face? What the hell is that??? I jumped back. “Oh don’t be sad. The only thing that greatly affects you is the mini A.I. inside your head now, to make sure your gonna do what I want you to do” Mini A.I? What? PLEASE-OBEY-PINKIE-PIE’S-ORDERS-I-COMMAND-YOU! Oh fuck. “W-what do you want me to do?” She gave me a stern look. “You're gonna kill some baddies, and my face is going to be written all over it“ I gulped. “Oh, and your first target, just to get you into the way I want you to be in. Is that ‘gentlemen’ that helped you.” What? “Why him?” I responded. “Because, Trappy, He’s not a pony… He’s a Ghoul. And his mind is rotting away, along with the valuable information. So I want you to kill him before he jots it all down, joins the insane group of zombies, and somebody finds that data and kills everyone.” That’s a-lot to take in…. I-WILL-HELP-YOU-BASTARD-TO-KILL-THAT-ELDER! “How do you know he hasn't done that already?” “Oh, don't worry about how I know, just know that he will be writing that down in like, two minutes.” She apparently decided to cut the feed there. Almost as if it ended abruptly.
There was more video’s, but of course, they were locked. GET-GOING-YOU-BASTARD! Jeez, fine. I walked back upstairs, taking a long look at the mirror I had just noticed. My torn off face piece was now replaced with a big screen, and my Cutie Mark was glowing on that screen. Some of my mouth was replaced with mechanical teeth that seemed locked in place, and evil grin resided on them. I tried moving it, but they never moved unless I laughed. In which it turned into a bunch of spikes. Other than that not much changed. There was a metal plate covering the lost hair, possibly where the A.I. was at. But there wasn’t any time for that.
The A.I would kill me if I didn’t obey. I walked out of the mall and back up to the elder's house. I knocked, well. Broke down his door, as there wasn’t anything of worth holding it up. I looked around. Regretting it, but fearing that the A.I. might lock me out of my body and force me to kill. Upon seeing him, two things happened.
- The center of my cutie mark with the circle turned red.
- The A.I. stated. EXECUTION-START.
And start the execution did. I instantly was locked. I basically had just lost control of my entire body. At once My chest opened up. Two jets attached themselves to the bottom of my wings, and i spun around. Shooting a necklace attached to a wire attached to something within me, the necklace grabbed his neck. The engines fired. And I rocketed off,
The roof of the large building began to transform, turning into a dome with no roof. I flew over that and dropped him in before standing on some control monitor, closing the roof, I watched the old Pony Realize that he was about to die. That's when ponies one by one began to drop from the ceiling. Connected to a rope around their neck, until they had made a full circle around the elder. Wounds were on all of them. And a cart filled with medical supplies rolled out of nowhere beside him.
The ponies began saying in unison. “Help Us, Help Us. Only You Can Save Us. Help Us, Help Us…” A timer connected to a monitor dropped down, and a timer of five minuted started. He instantly got to work, patching up the easier wounds on the 12 ponies that dropped down, he then began to do the slightly harder work. Burns, cuts. Ect. He only had three minutes to go when he reached the hard part. Which was repairing the bones. Luckily for him, there were only three with those. He finished one. Two minutes to go He finished another one one minute. He started on the last one, but he realized a fatal mistake, There was an object that was blocking him from correcting the rib! He began cutting the pony back open, but it was too late. “BEEP” He looked in shocked,
The ponies said in unison, “You didn't help us, now you have to pay the price” I saw myself move a joystick. The floor began to shake. And the floor snapped up, crushing him between the two floorboards. The random ornament on me went away, and I regained control of my body. EXECUTION-COMPLETE!
What?... Have I just done? A click from the disc-thing as the next video was unlocked. Silently crying to myself at the horrors I had just committed, I clicked the play button. Instead. A small hard drive came out. Without instinct the A.I. part of my now head instructed me to grab the hard-drive. I did as followed. Not without resisting, I wasn’t in the mood. The A.I. part then opened a plug in the new piece of my face. And sucked it into the machinery within.
New things came to my mind. Like now I could see a hub. A little map appeared at the top right, and underneath it I could see the time. On the bottom there was An inventory counter. (left) A health bar. (Middle) and a weapon and ammunition counter (right) On the top middle, I could see multiple radio connections. Including how strong the signals were. The left showed skills? And the right had a little mini notebook. A caption box appeared right above the health bar. With the A.I. statingWELCOME-TRAPLOCK!
Oh jeez… I-WILL-NOW-TAP-INTO-YOUR-INNER-MIND-YOU-BASTARD-SO-THAT-I-CAN-DO-EXACTLY-WHAT-YOU-WANT-BEFORE-YOU-EVEN-REALIZE-IT...BASTARD!!! The A.I. really likes that word, doesn’t it….
Attempting to put my feelings aside I decided to test the radio to see what comes up.
“...We have a very interesting story folks, a video was sent to me a few minutes ago, and well… Let’s just watch it together, so if any of you have a tv of sorts. Watch carefully. As this thing is deadly…” It played the video…. It was me, through the robotic eye, it showed every second of the clip. Ending just after the poor elder was squashed.
I didn’t need to hear any more of that. I decided to mess with the tuning a bit more though. Finding a network filled with military esk chatter. “Alpha 2.07 to Delta 4, do you copy?...This is Delta 4, What’s your status?... Did you see that video? The execution thing? Over, Yes. We all saw it, do any of your know where it was recorded? It was shown live… Hmm, The floors seem interesting, Do any of you know what building has a Pinkie Pie head on it?... This is Bravo 17, I think we have a confirmed location on the assailant, all ground units move out.”
Wait… What? INCOMING-BOGIES-YOU-BASTARD! Oh shit!
I heard the sound of what appeared to be jets in the air, presumably, pegasi in tin cans. I realized that I didn’t have any weapons. So I either had to get the fuck out of dodge, or try to kill whatever is up there.
I decided to kill whatever was up there.
I dashed under cover and scrambled between the buildings to force whatever was airborne to either land or be forced to fire, which would tell me where it was most likely at. I crouched up against a wall and waited…. A few minutes later the engine noise stopped and hoofsteps could be heard.
I peeked around the wall… Only to find that another wall was blocking my view. Wait, what’s that glo- GET-BACK! My A.I. ass screamed at me as I ducked back to hear the wall shatter, debris and smoke clouding the air. I slowed my breathing, backed up against the wall. Somehow managing to stand on only two hooves as The tin can pegasus came around the corner. It looked as if it was wearing some sort of exoskeleton. Possibly armor.
The metal can walked around until I realized that it wasn't winged…. There was just jets. So was it a pegasus? I'm confused. Either way, there is a pony in a giant tin can in front of me, here to most likely kill me because I can either fly, or because of what I had done. The tin can spoke. “Hey, whoever you are, come on out we just gotta ask some questions.” Yes, because people explode walls just to ask some questions. I attempted to awkwardly move away from the tin can without making any noise, of course, the tin can noticed and attempted to put a hole in myself, but only found some wall, as I was already dashing out.
“Hey! Get back here” The tin can roared. His roar was then followed by the sound of a chain gun. I could see the tracer bullets flying all around me, some managing to hit me, which ultimately forced me to stop, in like two seconds.
Moving with a bleeding hind leg. And a shot up ass. I quickly argued with my A.I. why it hasn't gone full execution on the tin can yet. HE-IS-ESSENTIAL-TO-THE-PLOT-FIND-A-WAY-TO-GET-HIM-OUT-OF-THE-TIN-CAN!!!
Essential to the plot? What plot? There was no time to answer that as the tin can was thundering down the hallway. Before making a stop at a little intersection within the connected buildings, the tin can was only three feet away from me in my now bleeding, and faintly breathing state. I noticed that the tin can had some sort of battery attached to a plate on his rear torso piece. Right before the ribs…. What was it that disabled electric devices again? E.M.P, that was it… I either had to go underneath him and pull it out, or try to find something that I didn't know what it even looked like. I decided to try to go underneath the tin can. Moving along the wall after the tin can left. I found an area without a lot of rubble, and using a metal rod from the wall, I managed to pry open a floorboard. I squeezed myself into the floor piece, moving the floorboard back.
I picked up a can and tossed it. Making a clattering sound as it hit the ground. There was only silence, I was about to say that the tin can gave up on the search, but I heard a faint pounding sound… Then it got louder, and louder, and louder, until I saw the tin can standing right above me. I used my wing to lightly move it. And was about the reach up and pull the core until the floorboard hit the tin cans leg, in which it spun around, and aimed its cannon at me. “He he….” I said nervously, before rolling over to the side, just in time to see the cannon fire and smack the dirt. Creating a cloud of dirt smoke. I got up through another set of broken floorboards and began to engage in a wobble sprint. I hit a container of tin cans and watched them roll over to the pursuing tin can.
He squashed the tin cans, obviously he would. I jumped into a corner and saw it. It was a little small gun. It looked like it had some sort of grenade attached to the end of it. With some large magnet attached to the front. The grenade had a lightning bolt symbol with a cloud on it. A label read. E.M.P Nice! I dashed over, while tripping, and picked it up with my wing. Finding that it too had a sensitive trigger. I aimed it at the door, when the tin can halted in front of it. He began to turn to the door to face me, but I had already pulled the trigger, he stopped, facing me, completely oblivious as to what I had just fired on him I quickly turned on the grenade, and hoped I could last long enough for it to discharge the tin can.
“Your out of choices. Surrender now, and I’ll make this quick”. He retorted, loyalty in his voice.
“I thought you were just gonna ask me some questions” I sarcastically replied. “You lost that option when you dashed away from me” That's a continuity error I thought to myself. He put a bullet right where I was at before he realized I had walked/scrambled away. “You attempted to put a bullet through me right after you said that, of course you were trying to ask me some questions.” Just a little bit more… “That was you? I thought that was a radroach.” What’s a radroach? Wait, I can know everything after this… I gave the tin can the most evilest grin I could manage without having half of a natural face. He cocked his head only to be zapped with electricity.
I won! I did it, yeah yeah, I did it! Having a celebration in my head. I trotted over to the tin can, twisted the power source out of his belly, removed it, and then began to look for anything to pry open the suit… “Hey! What are you doing! Get off of me!” I heard a faint, muffled voice coming from inside the tin can. Wait so the tin can is just armor? Aww man, I wanted there to be a tin can man I harassed myself for thinking childish thoughts and while ignoring the voice, searched the suit for anything that could open it. Aha! I pushed a small button, flicked a switch, and then turned a knob, and the locks on the suit unlocked. It appears that I was not the only one that wanted to mess with the suit, as the person inside of it wasted no time jumping out of it and aiming some sort of laser weapon at me, it looked like a brick, to be honest How am I remembering all of these things???
Filled with rage, the now no longer tin can pony jumped at me, firing blindly. Despite his determination to kill me, I simply stepped aside and tripped the pony. The picked up the laser gun and pointed it at him. He immediately regretted his decision and backed up against the wall. I pointed it at him. Now knowing that he had nowhere to run. I fired the weapon……… Wait, I didn't?…. What? Why can't I move? HE-IS-ESSENTIAL-TO-THE-PLOT-I-FORBID-YOU-FROM-KILLING-HIM-YOU-BASTARD

I lowered the gun. But then being allowed to make a last minute decision I bashed his muzzle with the butt of the gun, knocking out the former tin can pony out. A soft dinging noise echoed in my mind
A compass pip on the minimap I had appeared, along with the captions telling me that I had to bring the pony inside some sort of trap door, along with the suit. The marker was telling me I was give feet from the destination. What? How would that? I looked at where the marker was pointed at, there was an elevator…. God damnit, Using all of my strength and apparently slim muscle mass, I managed to lift the pony back into the tin can, then with the help of the A.I. boosting my strength somehow, I managed to push the tin can into the elevator. And hit the button that was glowing. The elevator made some grinding noises. Before it decided to be a dick and dropped.
“Ah Shi-i-i-i-i-i-i-ttt” I choked out. I-FORBID-YOU-FROM-DYING-YOU-BASTARD-FUCK.
The A.I. then clinged me to the wall. And popped a bubble around me and the tin can. The elevator crashed at the correct floor after it hit another elevator that was for the next levels. I was floated out with the Tin Can. before being allowed to pass out again.
I was probably out for two hours…. Ah… what? Where am I? My only memories came back to me. As I opened my eye to see the tin can staring down at me… My robot piece was, from what I saw, was glowing a bright red insignia of sorts inside of my cutie mark on the eye screen.

IT-IS-A-TARGETING-LIGHT-LET-US-JUST-SAY-THAT-THE-”TIN- CAN”-MAN-TRIED-TO-KILL-YOU-NOW-HE-MAY-DIE-IF-HE-MOVES-BASTARD So I can't shoot him but you can? That's bull. I looked at Mr tin can man out of his suit, backed up against the wall as if he was in fear. What the hell did the bastard-bot do to him? I realized that the red light had turned off. As well as some clicks from my… changed body as some sort of thing retracted back into the mesh of machinery that Pinkie Pie had put into me.
I decided to give off an aura of innocence to make him crawl out of his shell, so I cocked my head and looked at him, he had cuts raining down all over his body. Knife cuts, I assumed by the looks of it. He also had some laser blemishes and a bruise on his muzzle. Besides me smashing his muzzle with the back of the laser gun I’m not sure how he got those blemishes. His coat was a soft brown, with a dark brown mane and tail, His cutie mark was that of a shotgun. Interesting. “A-Aren't you g-g-g-going t-o ki-llll m-me?” He stuttered. “No, that was just the A.I. inside me threatening you to stay still until I woke up” I casually replied. “W-wait… you weren't awake? Then when I tried to end you… That's was a meager A.I’s doing?” Fear rang in his voice, whatever the A.I. did to him it sure was effective.
“Well, I would assume that the A.I. would prioritize P-” I was cut off, probably the A.I. trying to keep things Redacted. “Err, would prioritize my safety more than yours. Though you are valuable for some reason…” Before he had time to ask why the A.I, surprisingly talked outside of my head, I realized that because of the horrified look on his face, a face with recognition, also I should have assumed that knowing that he was threatened by me somehow.
“YOUR-MISSION-IS-SIMPLE-YOU-ARE-TO-HELP-TRAPLOCK-REACH-MR-VINDETTI” His face again, changed with recognition. “Mr. Vindetti? The chef?” YES! Oh god… Don’t tell me that I’m gonna go execute another person…
“Well then…. Um…” He didn’t know what to say. “I guess you should do what the voice says” I suggested. “Yeah… sure” At least he was getting calmer, my mind was racing about what was gonna happen.
I simply decided to cling onto the back of mr tin can man. Using my wings as a second pair of wings as he fired off in his rocket jet pack. Making a jet sound as he took off. The compass pip to where this Mr. Vindetti was showed that he was the exact opposite way of where tin can was taking me. He then decided to make a 180 going on his side as I began to slide off. Of course! I thought to myself. He wanted me dead anyways… “Alright, time to pull the plug.” I casually stated. Before shifting my wings to where he began to spin. The he decided to dive, and that when I decided to pull at his manual lock. Pushing the button, turning the knob, and flicking the switch. I heard the manual lock disengage. But power was still going through his suit, and because he has whispered. “Engage Lock” I realized that power was still keeping him afloat. Now only 200 meters above the ground. I twisted the power source, pulled the battery out. And watched as the suit snapped open, and the tin can man fell out.
I looked down below. There were… ponies? They pointed their guns at us and began firing.
Who knew the world was a blazing ball of crime? My A.I. assisted me by popping a bubble around me, yet once again. But let the tin can man fall to his death. There was a resounding pop as I landed on the ground. The bubble popped and the criminals began firing at me, in which I jumped to the side and examined my surroundings. I was in some sort of desert area. The people who were shooting at me, were wearing random armaments, as if they weren't civil, but then again. Who would just randomly kill someone and still be civil….. Oh wait.
I jumped blindly into one of the shooters and grabbed their gun, and fired some bullets by using a lot of strength of my wing… these triggers weren't sensitive, but they could still be shot from a wing. I dashed to the left. Before then taking a semi flight. Grabbing a jet engine from the tin cans body. And then using my wings to circle them and I was flying on the jet engine. I decided to use my mouth and tongue. Firing down on them while I circled them. The second of these uncivil ponies died quickly. Followed by the third, and fourth. Only one remained, who of course had used his comrades as a distraction as he dashed out at full speed, I caught up to him and shot him down as well. Before turning around. And following the marker to this chef… Who I apparently was going to have to kill.
It was midnight when I arrived. The jet engine had just ran out of fuel, and my dark colors shaded me. (The insignia also dimmed itself to an almost non-existent hue). I dropped and landed outside of the little town while the rocket zoomed overhead, dipped down. And crashed somewhere inside the town. The guards. Looked over, then ignored it and looked back at the entrance, in which they saw me. One of them put on a disgusted face. “You pegasi aren't welcome here, go back to your stupid enclave.” The other guard seemed to not care. “Enclave?” I asked. “Don't bullshit me spy!” The guard threw back. The other guard spoke” I don't think the enclave puts on that type of machinery on their soldiers” “Do you think?” The now no longer pegasi offensive pony asked. “It probably is that wacko executioner” The other guard said.
I stood by and waited. “Alright. Well as long as you don't kill anybody you're fine, oh. But the mayor was rambling about wanting an asset like you. So I guess we have to let you in…”
The second guard trotted down, and after a few clanks, the door opened. “Oh, by the way…” he started. “... Do you happen to know what just caused that flying thing to crash” “Nope. Never even seen something that could fly out here” I lied. “Huh..” He stopped to think about what could’ve caused it as I trotted onward. I had noticed instantly that I was being given looks by the ponies of the town. Some in fear, others in some semi-hate. Probably the wings. Another guard came up to me. “You’re wanted in the town hall, boss has been expecting you, follow me” I did as followed, trotting beside him as the guard went up to a crudely made metal shack. Another guard. Who was wearing yet another tin can suit. (without the jets :( ) opened the door and pointed inside.
So let’s recap what the fucking fuck has happened in like, a day or two. I wake up with amnesia and after an awkward conversation I lose a part of my face from a gun. I strangle the pony and pass out. Then I wake up in an old man's house, i'm given gear that most likely belongs to me. I shoot some attackers. Dump my ammo on an inactive bot. Get my face fixed. But then I’m given an A.I. who has an addiction of insulting and saying “Bastard” I’m told to go back to the house, where the A.I. forces me to execute the old pony for whatever reason. Then I got attacked by a flying tin can in order to hear the name of my next ‘target’, then he dies. More attackers die, a thruster was used as a jet until i became a bomb and dropped in a small town, and now I’m going to see the mayor of the town because he/she was expecting me “to be his asset”. How fast does the new travel? This is a fucking wasteland!!!
I digress. I stepped Into the cabin and was greeted by staring down the barrel of a minigun. If life was a video game. I’ve either been spawned in hard difficulty or I was placed on the wrong side of the map. But then again those raiders were pretty easy…… But then why do they need this much to protect their ass? “Welcome, Welcome! My guess was correct! You, the slayer of that old fellow in such a drastic way. Have come here!” A guard whispered in the mayor’s ear. Or at least some shadow was to another. “Oh, and did you happen to see a flying power armored pony?” Wait. was the military chatter coming from here? If so than that pony I killed was- “I killed him” I suddenly said. I assumed the A.I. did that. “You killed him… well I see.” He paused to think. “Well, I’m down a major soldier from the hooves of a pony who isn't even carrying a gun. But now that pony is in my town. So may I ask… Is there somebody here you want to kill as well?” His voice gained hostility at the end. So it was obvious to say no. But the A.I. had other plans.
“THAT-IS-PRECISELY-WHAT-IS-GOING-TO-HAPPEN.THE-BLOOD-OF-YOUR-CHEF-IS-REQUIRED-BY-MISS-PINKIE-PIE!!!” At that moment. The lights went on. To reveal the mayor. Who had a black coat covering most of him. Besides his face. Which was holding a mask. “Is that so…? Then. Which. One. Is, It?!?” I gulped, but I had to say it. “Chef. Vindetti” He looked at me. And then…. She laughed? The mayor started laughing. But it was the voice of a mare? The Fuck!?! “HaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHa!!!”She wiped tears. Until she realized that the mask was on. And promptly removed it. Behind it was a green coat, brown eyes. And a red mane. “Oh boy. That was fun! I haven't scared a half killer robot shitless in like forever!” I cocked my head. “You can have Mr. Vindetti. Besides. If the entire thing is gonna transform. I wanna see it. Cmon Guards. Let’s see another execution!” She beckoned me to lead the way. Or move? I really didn't care. I just wanted the drama to end. I trotted up to a little shack named. “Welfare cooking” As soon as I walked inside. My vision went crazy as Mr. Vindetti. Was right before me. EXECUTION-START! The floor began to shake. Two executions in a day? This is convenient. The floor began to change
Mr. Vindetti found himself standing right behind a kitchen set. With two copies of the set beside him accompanied by two robotic arms. A timer came up. Along with a slip of an order, in which the ingredients came up on the table to be worked with. The timer then started with a gattling gun coming down. All while I sat on a throne that came up. With the controller to the battle gun in between my wings. A mile wide smile of evil was placed where my screen head was. The red insignia symbol was back. The chef and the two ‘opponents’ began to work at different speeds. The chef instantly began to work. As he began to pick up his pace, the meals became sloppier, uncooked and sometimes unseasoned. The other bots were spot on. Yet, he was getting more meals done than any of them. The timer hit zero. And I moved the minigun to shoot down the loser…..
It was a robot arm. But of course the competition was to kill the chef. So perhaps we must increase the difficulty? The timer reset with the first competitor being destroyed. The meals got more complexed as the timer started. The chef was working at blind speeds to beat the robot, and beat it he did. The timer went off with Vindetti having made 30 more quick meals than the robot. He thought he won…. But Pinkie Pie had other plans. Their last meals they had made were given to the judges. Which was the mayor and some random pony. They tasted the robots food…. And applauses were made.
Then they tasted the chef’s…. And there was spitting everywhere. In his wake to make the meals as fast as possible, the quality dropped. And so the scores were set…

With that score I moved the turret over. Spun it up, and let a horde of bullets give the chef his punishment. I didn’t stop firing until there was nothing left of the old chef. The A.I.’s voice rang out. Letting everyone hear to there astonishments, horrified expressions, and the weird face the mayor was making…. “EXECUTION-COMPLETE” and with that the props went underground. The insane robotic smile and the red insignia went away. The turret retracted into the roof. And the competitors went under. All that was left was a dead chef. I regained control, once more and decided that collapsing was the best course of action.
I woke in a bed somewhere. Hearing an argument happening around the corner.
“I'm telling you Ma’am he is to dangerous.” “He was only after one person! And we could use the support to fight off the raiders!” “He only did that when he was executing the poor pony! You should have had him locked up for doing such a thing.” “He didn’t even look like he was in control! Did you not see the mechanical smile and that red-thingy?!?” It was an argument between the mayor and somebody else. Probably an advisor. “-Well if you’re going to ignore my advice every time I give you advice than I’m quitting! Have fun with your robo-pony. Especially when he guns you down for attempting to remove the metal-thing!” Wait… they're going to what!?! DEFEND-THIS-PIECE-AT-ALL-COSTS-I-WILL-HOLD-YOUR-LIFE-ACCOUNTABLE-FOR-THIS-IF-THINGS-GO-WRONG-YOU-BASTARD!!! I pretended to be asleep as the advisor stomped off and the mayor entered. “...” For some unknown reason I was seeing through the visor piece. Which was showing me her about to stab my metal piece… With a screwdriver. Wait what? She removed the screws that were keeping the face piece on.

She worked quickly. I let her do her work despite the bastards protesting. She eventually got the front piece off… and to her scream I jumped up as she saw the bones and ruined flesh that surrounded my eye. Including the wires….
“Ohmygoshohmygoshohmygoshyourafuckingcyberpony” She blurted out. “Yes, I am. Didn’t want to be, but I am.” At this she settled a bit… but was still scared shitless. “Why?” She asked. “I’m Pinkie Pies tool as of now, i'm the one executing these ponies. An A.I. built by Pinkie Pie that was inserted into my brain to make me kill.” “Pinkie Pie? You mean that the ministry mare got you like this?” “Yep” Speaking of which. I wonder what ever happened to my little disc.
I'M-GLAD-YOU-FUCKING-ASKED-YOU-BASTARD-MoM-PRESENTS-ITS-VERY-OWN-PORTABLE-HOLOGRAM-DISC!!!! At that I found myself barfing up the disc. “Oh jeez… that fucking hurt….” While feeling doozy and ignoring the mayor's complaints. I clicked on the machine. The blue screen came back… and of course there was a new video. I played it. Seeing the room light up once more in its blue glow.
“Huh?” was all I heard as Pinkie Pie re-appeared. “Oh, we're doing this now? Yep we're doing this now! Okay! Hiya Trappy! LZ!” At this the mayor jumped back. “The crazy bitch knows my name!?!” “Yep, LZ. I'm talking to you right now, aren't I?” LZ fainted. “Anywho…. Trappy! Good to see you. Sorry about the rough handling!” That's not what I’m here for. Why the hell am I murdering ponies! And why does this A.I. say bastard so much!” She cocked her head before hugging me, somehow I was surprised that I felt the hug. “Oh Trappy! Your killing guilty ponies! In fact, they are so guilty that you would probably wanna murder them again if you knew what they had done!” That only made me more suspicious. “Oh, and I know you were complaining about the lack of weaponry. So I brought you this!” At that her arm extended by 300 feet and came back gripping some sort of machine gun. And a small box of clips. She handed them to me as they gazed into real life…. What. The. Hell!!!
I gripped the weapon and examined it. It had a circle looking ammo clip. Long barrel. Another sensitive trigger. And some braces that would fit up against my wings to allow for easy handing. A flashlight of some sort was attached on the barrel. A circle dotted reflex scope was on top, and there was the name “Devastator” on both sides of the gun. I took a second to examine the ammo… 5.56 ammo…. The bullets were black… which symbolised it was an AP round. (Armor Piercing round) and on the side note. The ammo holder could be switched out for a machine gun look. And it was included with a built in tripod. Presumably as long as I had bullets I could continue to fire infinitely.
I decided to put the machine gun pieces on. And chained up all of the ammo Pinkie Pie had given me. The ammo come from a pouch that I had neatly rested all the ammo in. Which was under my belly, away from enemy fire that would cause it to light up and kill me. But now I had to ask myself… Why do I need this? I was answered by a resounding boom coming from somewhere in the town…. Ahh, how cliche! I sarcastically thought. The mayor woke up with a startle “Ahh! The Steel Rangers! They’re here!” The Steel Rangers? I was quickly pushed outside. And grabbing my little disc, I ran outside. It hadn’t been three minutes and the entire town was already a war zone. The guards of the town had been throwing thing down. Making makeshift barricades and cover. As they engaged in a battle with not one, or three. But about a dozen tin cans. Walking, talking… Shooting. Tin cans. Kinda like they are walking war robots.
I quickly got behind one of the guard lines and set up my machine gun. Laying the ammo pouch beside me so I could lay down. A few of the town ponies ran our direction before being gunned down by one of the tin cans. The tin can had two very large gatling guns on both sides of it. The mayor shouted “fire” As me, and about three other guards rained down fire upon the tin can. We only got to fire for three seconds before one of the guards ducked down. The other were quickly turned into blood by a storm of minigun bullets. I however, kept firing. As there wasn't really anywhere I could go. In fact. The tin can had stopped moving. Looked at itself. Before falling on the floor. Dead. “Wahoo! I'm killing Tin Cans and I have no fucking idea why!!!” I did a mini celebration before the realization that there were still 11 more of them around hit me. The mayor though. Had other plans. “Get to the gates! All of you!” I packed up and made a dash for it. Quickly reminding the people that I was a pegasus as I somehow took flight… I spotted one tin can guarding the main gates. The rest have seemed to finished slaughtering the ponies as they went inside… Bringing out… tech? I couldn't plot though of course. Because the Steel Ranger at the gates opened fire on me. So I decided to fly around in a circle. And had somehow managed to use my hooves as a rest as I used my mouth to fire bullets down on the Steel Ranger. This tin can had two grenade launchers though. So it was kinda hard to hit me, gravity and all. It didn't take long before the tin can died. So I decided to fly back down. Signaling the… wait. Survivors? To go to the gates and escape.
At last, we had made it out… I, along with the survivors of this massacre… (In which I didn't quite understand why there was a massacre in the first place) …. Had waited around a bush for anypony else that survived. Once I was sure there was none left. We took the high road to get away from this place and set up a little camp about 5 miles away from the burning town…. The smoke could still be seen from here. Once we had settled I checked to see how many had survived. I didn't really know why I checked, as there was nothing I could sum this up to. But I decided it was worth it anyways….
There were: 2 caravans… with 4 2 headed cows. Four of the guards. One of them was heavily armored. And there was me, the mayor. And 9 civilians. Two of them were vendors, which I assumed meant that they were the ones that brought the caravans. Altogether, that meant that in the town, only 15 of us, plus the two cattle. We had calmed down and began to dish out food that one of the vendors had brought. The two vendors, were named Blockout and Choppers. Blockout was a weapons and armor vendor, and Choppers was your cook. Apparently Choppers and Vindetti were the only chefs in the town. The three guards were Lightblast, Sundown. And Gammathrown. With the heavy armored guard to be simply referred to as “The Brute” The mayor, which I had only learned her name just now, was Sky High. And the 7 civilians… well they were to traumatised to speak… Or they were dead…. I wasn't really sure….
I had pushed on of the traumatized civilians to talk to them before I found blood gushing through his mouth…. All of the civilians had blood in there mouths…. “Umm… The town ponies are dead.” “I was given frightful stares.” As I turned around to find a whole-lot of stinger….. And pincers…. And eyes. I immediately jumped back. And into the air…. And began shooting.
The humongous scorpion went about, using the camp as cover while I attempted to shoot the living shit out of it…. Which I succeeded in doing. But all the civis were dead. And the guards were scared. The mayor was on top of the brute. Who was unfazed by the giant scorpion.

I was greeted by ye olde friendly A.I. bastard. Who had reminded me that I spend the entire firefight with a giant metal lob hanging out of my face… Or well it was attached. But you could see some wires. “I know this is a stupid time, but could you please re-attach this little cunt back onto my face. The less I have to hear this bastard the better I am mentally.” Sky High snapped back into focus and got off of the brute, she trotted up to me. Gave me an awkward smile. And then she slapped me. Called me an ignorant jackass. And then re-attached, and re-screwed the metal face back on. This time the A.I. decided to speak.
“YOUR-ACTIONS-CAN-BE-DEEMED-PUNISHABLE-BY-MILITARY-OFFENSE-PLEASE-DO-NOT-ATTACK-ANY-PROPERTY-THAT-BELONGS-TO-AND-OR-IS-BEING-USED-BY-MISS-PINKIE-PIE-EVER-YOU-BASTARD” What a mouthful. “I am not property of some pre-bombing ministry mare”…. Wait…. I'm getting all of these memories back… did they come with the robot? I forgot?
She responded casually “Oh yeah? And what if I want to make the cyber pony my property?” No. plz no…. Just no…
“ARE-YOU-WILLING-TO-PUT-THAT-ACCUSATION-UP-FOR-QUESTIONING-OR-ARE-YOU-BLUFFING?” Plz no… “I am” Fuck my life…
“VERY-WELL-THEN-DON'T-SAY-I-NEVER-WARNED-YOU” Instantly My body was out of my control. As I took flight with my little jet engines that have re-appeared. And a mini-nuke was sitting comfortably under my chest as The A.I. prepared to drop it on her. “Oh-Okay…. I yield…” Almost as if I was never in the air. All of my hidden pieces went away and I fell 20 feet to the ground. It was painful to say the least. “Please… for everyone's sake, don't try to question the thing inside of me” She nodded as I rested uncomfortably…. Tomorrow better be a fucking better day.
I woke up to cramps and a rumbling tummy…. I flipped myself over as if I was a fish, before getting up… It was obviously early morning, the time in my screen said so. So I tuned into the radio on this TenPony Tower to hear what was happening. “-olks, and for our next thing. Remember how a new video of that executioner pony came to us again? Well it seems like that exact town was raided by the Steel Rangers yesterday. There is apparently a group of survivors spotted. But were not sure if this executioner pony is with them. This is your host, Dj. Pon3, and now time for some sweet tunes from Velvet Remedy.” The chat ended and some music came on. It was something about wanting peace. Yada yada yada. I turned it off
I was surprised to see that Sky High was up…. Even though it was 7:21 am. Or at least that's what the clock says. I trotted up to her. Ignoring the loud snoring from the guards. “Oh. hey…” She sounded said. She was probably finally hit with the realization that her town was gone… I decided to sit next to her. Before patting her back…. She cracked a smile. But that was it… “It’s gone, isn’t it?” She asked, her voice brittle . “Yep” I replied tonelessly. She began crying. It was, thankfully, soft. As it wouldn't wake the guards up. And then they would start shipping us because I just became Sky High’s emotion pillow. Well that's fantastic (WTF!!!) and to think that I don't even know her and she has already hit on me??? And I’ve become her emotional pillow. But all could do is let her cry.
“And-and the weird part is I don't even know you well… yet here you are comforting me” Her voice was croaking… So I decided to just continue to pat her back…… Albeit it awkward…. It will have to do… It’s definitely better than hearing that bas- At this point An alarm rang out of my
Cyber headpiece. Along with this message playing
“ALERT-ALERT-SEVERAL-APPROACHING-DANGEROUS-ENTITIES-SPOTTED-PREPARE-FOR-BATTLE” “What a welcoming wakeup call” I casually stated. I got up. Grabbed my weaponry as a little screen showed up what was approaching… It was a fucking spritebot.
“Oh welp. Not gonna need this.” I stated. But I kept the gun just in case…. The other guards watched me in confusion.
I trotted forward as the familiar… somehow familiar music from the spritebot emerged. Me being the suspicious, sarcastic, yet curious little pegasus I am. I picked up the spritebot (even though it’s floating) and began to examine it. The music died out at that moment, and a voice emerged. “I’m not the thing you should be looking at. The ghouls behind me is.”
With that the music came back on… and the growls started… I casually looked behind the floating winged robot to see two dozen rotting ponies charging at me. “What a fucking lovely day” I stated as I pulled out my machine gun, set up the tripod, laid the ammo down. Then begun to fire at the ghouls.
I was eventually joined by the rest of the guards who also opened up fire on the ghouls, and within minutes we had slaughtered the groups. They acted like zombies, they attempted to charge us. But they were gunned down by my machine gun, the only issue is that they didn’t exactly die when I gunned them down… So the rest of the guards and Sky High had to go mop up the remaining…. I have to admit though….. That was alot of my bullets there, these things can dodge… Oh well. I packed back up and casually stated… “We should probably leave this area” They all agreed. So I pointed to the area where my next target was at. “We should probably head somewhere in this direction. It’s where my next target is at.” “Hey, isn't that where Fillydelphia is at?” I hear the voice of Sundown ask. She was a unicorn. Peach coat. Orange mane. Blue eyes. Nothing special. “Yeah I think so” “Yessirie!” I heard responses coming from Lightblast and Gammathrown respectively. Lightblast was yet another mare, white coat. A pegasus???, with a blue mane, with a quite literally gold lining. And green eyes. Gammathrown was an earth pony, buck. Dark green coat, a mud colored mane. And again…. Green eyes. Its not very descriptive… But I wouldn't want to define their cutie marks…. For some obvious reasons…
“Oh well…. Whatever is there I’m going.” I stated back. Everyone was iffy… But Sky High said “Fuck it” and got beside me. Gammathrown and Sundown decided to stay with the vendors and escort them to a safe settlement. While Lightblast decided to stick with us. That made three…. Me, Sky High, and Lightblast. “Alright then. I have some ponies to brutally murder. Even though I’m not really the one that’s doing these crazy murders, who cares about some slavers and griffons? I’m probably gonna die anyways” I had no idea what I am saying, to be honest.
So we shared our goodbyes. The Brute just wandered off to nobody knows where. Thus beginning. My probably horrible life in the wasteland.
“So what’s your story? You aren't branded. You like a vault dweller or something?” asked Lightblast
“NEGATIVE-THIS-UNIT-IS-PROPERTY-OF-MINISTRY-MARE-PINKIE-PIE” Came the casually abrupting voice of the A.I. bot.
“What?” She looked confused.
“Yeah I dunno either. The A.I. won’t specify why”
“So you don't know where you're from? What you have done? Any of that?”
“Nope” I replied nonchalant.
“Well that's unusual. The Enclave owns all the pegasi accept for ponies like me… So maybe you came fro-” She was cut off by Sky High. “Just keep walking. I’m still your boss. We don’t need your theories.” Well that stopped the chat quickly. Lightblast looked away in anger. Aww man. And I thought it was supposed to be bonding time I sarcastically stated in my mind as I looked at my minimap. Apparently there was a blackened icon to the left that looked like a small shack. “Hey. It seems like we got a shack to the left of us. Wanna check it out?” I asked. “Sure” I heard the voice of Sky High reply. THIS-IS-NOT-PART-OF-YOUR-ORDERS-YOU-BASTARD!!! Shut up I replied. Turning left we walked a couple of meters until we found the shack.
The icon turned green, and the words ‘Turnaround’s shack’ appeared. “Turnaround’s shack hmm? Well it looks like we have a resting point” Lightblast stated. I first knocked on the door to see if it was still occupied. After waiting for 15 seconds. I bursted in and had a look. Old pre war paintings. Ruined wall paper. Dusty floor. Old furniture, a table and lamp. And a couple of skeletons. There was a terminal. But the room seemed ideal for a holo-disc play time session. Barfing out the disc. I clicked the machine on and pressed the blue button. Once more the room lit up. And the avatar of a presumably extremely high Pinkie Pie appeared. “Hiya Trappy. Bad time to chat” “Trappy?” I heard Lightblast ask “Yep. That's the nickname I give my little demon in front of me” Her response was met by a gasp. “B-But this is a recording” “It is. But it’s kinda my thing to know exactly what’s happening always. Haven’t you seen the posters? They weren't lying.” “Is this a bad time or?” I asked. “No No. besides. I need to give you something. Then I’ve got to raid some ponies in Turnaround’s shack, which is where you are right now. And it’s also where I’ve hidden your gift.” Before I could question any further the feed ended. So I grabbed the device and headed into the kitchen. Which was just around the corner. I was greeted with a pile of dead bodies. Skeletons, of course. And it seems as if all of the bodies had suffered from gunshot wounds.
“Oh my goodness” I stated. As I examined the multitudes of bullet holes on the counter. A hole in the wall indicated where the MoM goons came in. But it took me a second to realize that the reason why they had broken in was because they were backing the zebras. There was zebra decorations all over the kitchen. And there was a clean suit of heavy armor was on top of the counter. A perfect fit for myself. “No fair. Why does the cyborg pony have to get all the free loot from a 200 year old pony!!!” protested Lightblast.
“Well at this point it’s fitting for him” Sky High said. “He currently is our heavy unit. And you should know by now that the heavies usually get the heavy armor. Besides, I don't want armor and you're already comfortable in you guard outfit” Lightblast looked at her guard outfit before trotting off angrily.
Alright… Well then let’s see how this fits.
I put on my new heavy armor. And found that it fit almost to perfectly with myself. Even the container that carried my armor had little locks that it could attach itself to under my belly. There was a slot to carry the machine gun as well… and there was some ammo that was for my pistol already attached to the armor, along with two grenades. For a second I thought I heard Pinkie Pie’s voice telling me that my two companions would get there own gifts. But it sounded more fake then real. Or at the least muffled. So I shrugged it off and went to find Lightblast.
I found her frozen still looking outside the main door, and as I went up to talk to her I was stopped short when she raised her hoof. Before trying to simulate me getting a gun out. I did as followed, and peeking out of the door I saw that the spritebot had followed us. Clearly whoever was piloting that spritebot had an interest in us. As once again the music cut off. “Hello again. Sorry about earlier” There was little emotion behind that voice. Almost as if it was filled with regrets, and possibly false hope. “What do you want?” Lightblast asked. “Oh, I just wanted to let you know that that cyborg right there.” The spritebot turned to face me. It’s little wings flapping. “Keep him away from the Enclave or the Steel Rangers. I know what they will do when they get their hooves on him… Oh, and I suggest you go to Putonukk assembly station. You might find some useful things in there.” But before we could talk back. The music came back on and the spritebot drifted away.
A little dinging went off as a beaker marker appeared and a little gif showed up. Along with the title. “The assembly line” with the first part of this little ‘quest’ was to enter the Putonukk assembly station. Hey, you A.I. bastard! YES-MY-GREAT-AND-POWERFUL-LITTLE-SHIT? What can you tell me about Putonukk? Putonukk: A military hired company that started late war as a major scientific department that would begin to manufacture late war weapons. Some of them including… The AH-666 Rainbow Mortar Gun, The X-09 Military Class Robotic Assist and Assault Tactical Unit. (RAATU), The SM6-Core Tank, The AH-6 Apache-bird, the T2-B Gunboat to name a few, and some small fire-arms including the Breacher, Long Haul, Hellfire, Lockdown, Devastator, Devastator Mk. 2. And the multi-manufactured units like The Spitter, 6-B, 4-T, AAT Tank Gun, and a special series of energy weapons called the Phasma Sputter, Machine Gun, Pistol, Lazerz. And the most common unit. The Z-64 Assaulter. Well that's a-lot of info…. I guess. But the only question now was. “I wonder what’s being produced in that assembly line” Sky High clichely answered. “I assume you want to go there?” I sarcastically replied. “Well duh” Sky High answered with more sarcasm. “Well then, let’s go” Lightblast intervened. So we were off…. Fucking fantastic.
Over some hills, round the corner, and past some raiders lay Putonukk. “Gah” Lightblast gasped. “We're finally here” She said, panting through every word. “Woah, calm yourself” Sky High suggested. “Well we’re here, no point in going back. So let’s see what evil things this company has done.” I am actually curious as to what this company used the things for. Surely the war. But how come they weren't in the news. Shouldn't we see more of whatever these are? Anything that was in the war was well known to most ponies… So why not this? I assume we will get the answer when we enter. Or something of the sort. Any conclusion to another nail in this world is a good conclusion. We opened up the steel blast doors to this concrete and mostly intact building. We were greeted by skeletons and drop turrets. Which opened fire. We scrambled to different sides of the room. Sky High went over the counter, behind the turrets. Lightblast flipped a table. I dashed to a non-door hallway. And took cover behind the door frame.
After a few minutes of coordinating and some well placed shots we dropped the turrets as they kept on rotating to take us down. Stupid A.I. After both turrets were dropped. We continued on the hallway I was in. There was a door to the left. And the hallway split into three directions up ahead. So we decided to go through the door. Opening it, we found it to be a communications room. Gadgets used to transmit orders throughout the facility were done here. And a small pod containing a terminal was attached to the room. I went up and decided to see what was on the terminal. The messages were as followed.

[:Blackout:] Thank you sir, now. The offer is a contract for 200 of the experimental RAATU’s for you to use as field testing. The price will be given on-site.
[:Corporal Landslide:] RAATUs?
[:Blackout:] Robotic Assist and Assault Tactical Unit.
[:Corporal Landslide:] And why would I want a flimsy robot? As far as I’m concerned you all are just scammers looking to make a cheap bit, we don't need replacements.
[:Blackout:] No sir, come to the testing range yourself. We’ll show you what these units can do.
[:Corporal Landslide:] And where might this facility be?
[:Blackout:] You don't need to worry. Schedule an appointment with our chief engineer for the project, Grapple. We will transport you via. Virtibird.
[:Corporal Landslide:] Fine, then. This better be good. Corporal out.

[:Corporal Landslide:] Is this ‘Grapple’?
[:Grapple:] Affirmative, I assume you are going to make an appointment?
[:Corporal Landslide:] Yes, to see your RAATUs a fellow named Blackout told me about them.
[:Grapple:] Blackout? Oh yes, the product seller. Yes, I have the 14th open at 7:30am. Can you be there?
[:Corporal Landslide:] Yes. I hope this is something good. If it isn't I could have this little company shut down for wasting my time. Understand?
[:Grapple:] Yep. You won’t be disappointed.
And the third one.
[:Blackout:] So Grapple, how did the visit go?
[:Grapple:] Corporal Landslide has accepted the contract, and has even decided to pay an extra 2,000 bits for an extra ten units. So total, we have a total of 42,000 bits for the bots.
[:Blackout:] So we finally sold some units. How long do we have to manufacture the additional 10?
[:Grapple:] He cut the time to deliver them in half, we have two weeks to add the 10 units to our batch. And ship them out to Fort Hoofington.
[:Blackout:] Is that enough time?
[:Grapple:] I’ll consult the manufacturing division to send the parts to here. The assembly line is currently the only thing open, the other two divisions are closed until a month from now.
[:Blackout:] I know that Grapple. But at least we got the contract. It’s the first time since forever that we’ve gotten one, I just hope that this project pays off. This is the only facility producing them, after all.
[:Grapple:] This is? I thought they were planning to open another site in Hoofington!
[:Blackout:] They cancelled the plans, something about planning for another project before the end comes.
[:Grapple:] Oh well, this is still revolutionary. Now let’s get those orders out.
Hmm… so this was the assembly line for the RAATUs So, how close was this event to the bombs. There wasn't any date on them. So maybe there still might be some here…or maybe i'm just hoping on a false lie so I can have extra support rather than let more innocents die. Since when did I care about the people?
“They manufactured RAATUs here…” I said aloud.
“RAATUs?” Lightblast asked.
“Some sort of pre-war combat robot. From what I’ve seen, they never were made on a mass scale, due to how expensive they are. But people have known to warn others about the deadliness of the RAATUs They say that they’ve been ripping up raiders and slavers. And any settler that would try to do as much as touch it would meet the same fate…. But I never knew they were produced by Putonukk. I thought they were some sort of military only unit” Sky High enlightened us.
“Why? What have you heard about Putonukk?” I asked.
“They were a paramilitary operations group. They produced a weapon called the Phasma gun. And would send out operators with these weapons to fight in the war on a side campaign. But they were so secretive of what they did that nobody has actually found a Phasma gun. Or at least a working one.”
“So do you think there might be some of these weapons in here?” Lightblast interjected.
“Probably, but we won’t know unless we continue looking around”
We headed out of the communications room and back into the hallway. And took the right turn.
We were greeted by an uncommon scene. Or was it common? There was 3 scavengers, 3 dead scavengers. And the limbs and arms were ripped apart. Unnatural marks lay all over the corpses. And in the hooves of one of the scavengers. A holotape lay. “Ooh, a holotape. If only we could play it.” Sky High sarcastically stated. Of course my A.I. friend. Was here to help. As the helmet scanned the holotape. Before doing some weird internal moving before the holotape recording was replayed. Even though I haven’t even touched it.
“Gah, Oh fuck. What the hell did you do?!?”
“I don't fucking know!”
“Well we're going to fucking die here! Turn those things off”
“I can't… Argh! I'm stuck!”
A laser sounding gun began firing.
“Fuck. They’re here!”
“Oh no…”
More gunshots.
“AHHHH” A scream, followed by the crunching and pulling of limbs and bones was followed.
“YOU KILLED HIM! I’LL FUCKING END YOU!”
The scream of rage was quickly ended with two gunshots. One for both of the remaining scavengers. The tape then ended abruptly, almost as if it was shut off.
I looked up to find horrified expressions on Sky High and Lightblast’s faces.
“Well. Now we know not to mess with any more devices.” I calmly added.
Sky High rapidly nodded in agreement. Still Petrified by the brutal death these RAATUs caused.
We continued on. Despite knowing that we should probably head back. Taking a few turns and avoiding all doors we found ourselves in some sort of overlook control system. Down below there multiple pods. Each of them opened. With what I believed to be RAATUs inside. What I didn’t believe. Was the fact that the door shut. And a sign of a hoofprint was on the panel next to the door.
“Oh fuck…” Sky High spoke…. Probably for all of us. I looked around for anything that we could use for the eventual fight. There was a banner with the Putonukk insignia hung above the control panel. That was being light up by a desk light. A small cabinet lay in the back, of course it was locked though. The only thing worth noting was that there was a second door. Which was also locked shut. But then I turned around to look at Sky High stared at me. Her head cocked to the side.
“Can you do the thing where your little red eye lights up?”
“Huh?” I asked confused
“Just do it.” She stated.
Can you do the light up thing?

“You see it too?” She asked.
“Yep” She nervously replied.
They both turned to me. “Well it seems like that head piece attached to your head. Was made by Putonukk…” and how does that help? I have a cybernetic attachment. I'm not a pre-war relic over here? “So? I'm not a pre-war relic” I replied. “Well it seems like we're locked in here. So if anything you are our only shot at getting out of here.” Sky High countered. “Well why don't we just shoot the door lock?” I counter offered. “Because that would trip the security here.” Lightblast answered for Sky High.
I was out of options.
Nervously, I went up to the control panel. And placed my right hoof onto the control panel.
“Scanning hoofprint.” The panel said. “Approved. Unit S-33333333333” The thing then glitched to hell. Before then simply cutting off and the control panel displayed some options for me.
Open Doors.
Activate RAATUs
Disengage Security.
I first disengaged security. Before then opening the doors. Before deciding to play the
interrogation game with the A.I Bastard.

YOU-ARE-FINE-KNOWING-LESS-THAN-WHAT-YOU-JUST-DISCOVERED
Well then. At least tell me if the RAATUs will activate and be hostile to me and the others. THEY-WILL-NOT-BE. And at that it finished talking. So I decided to activate the RAATUs. At once. Little blue colored lights lit up the RAATUs. Before they launched themselves off of there little stands and landed on all fours. They had a weapon. Presumably the Phasma gun, rotate on an axis located at the rear. Where the cutie mark would be. Of course now there was a giant gun. The RAATUs looked directly at Sky High and Lightblast. Before turning around and heading up to where I am. While they make they’re way up to me I'm going to take the time to describe what the insignia is. As now that insignia is the thing coming out of my eye. The top is like two little towers. Accept the one on the right is only ¾ the size of the left tower. They both connect at the base. Almost as if there is a path leading to both of the towers at the bottom, While the outer facing walls of the towers move down. The bottom is yet another two building based objects. But instead it is a short peak. If we were comparing the towers to what was below the left side would be a mall. With its height short but it takes up ⅔ of the bottom. Before dipping to the baseline and connecting with the other outer wall But then a small right angle enlarges the right side of the null-mall to make it halfway the size of the mall- like piece. The inside of the insignia consists of lines and patterns. Like a circle that connects the middle piece of the ceiling of the left tower to the left wall of the tower. The right tower has a line that shoots down the middle until hitting a mini circle. Which is also being hit from all other four directions. But the one coming from the left is coming from a giant half circle which takes up the entire space… Woah… well that was tough.
After finishing that. I looked left to be face to face with a RAATU. Which is also a good time to briefly explain what it looks like. Which well… it has six eyes lined up underneath a metal triangle shaped helmet piece. Some metal underplating which covers most of the robot in a futuristic terminator esc design. Along with some nomadic shaped plating for medieval looking armor but with a hint of pre-war era security outfitting. Along with a huge lmg Phasma gun. And of course the thing appeared slim. Yet almost bulky from the terminator plating. Then it spoke.
“Greetings, under the current server streaming we have come to realize that the world has ended. Seeing that a Putonukk asset has survived to reactivate us. Rather than it be another thief here to rob Putonukk. All assets once belonging to the Pre-war ponies now falls to you. Seeing it as you are a Putonukk asset from the MoM. Special agent S-368970” It’s tone was robotic and monotone… But the most interesting thing is that I’ve just gained all of what remains of Putonukk… almost as if i'm on god-mode or something. To bad i'm gonna have to re-activate everything Putonukk has done if i'm going to get support. But what about this whole Putonukk asset belonging to the MoM. Do they know of the forced puppeteering that was going on? Or something more sinister? “So. What should I do?” I asked the RAATU. “Assessing” I waited a bit. “RAATU production is capable. A total of 210 units are ready for production. With those numbers. You could control multiple checkpoints in the area. Have two villages or settlements guarded by just RAATU’s. And still be able to hunt down and kill enemies with a large scale force. But it is your decision.” Hmm… almost like a game of conquest. With the RAATUs being a military occupation in the area. It’s good for the people. But perhaps they could help me eliminate some enemies on my kill list. But then again. And entire village was slaughtered by the Steel Rangers. So they need better protection… But the SR are tech fanatics. The RAATU’s presence would only put the village people in risk of an attack. And if the SR got their hooves on these RAATU’s…. Life is tough
While I was thinking about what I was going to do with the RAATU’s. Sky High and Lightblast left to turn on the production ring. Or repair it if it was broken.
“Alright. I know what to do” the RAATU looked up. Ready to take the order. “Your mission objective is complicated. But with 210 units it should be easy. You are first. Going to kill every target that I’ve been assigned to kill… I don't know why they need to die. But it is the MoM’s wishes that these ponies are slaughtered. Next. You will probably have gotten the attention of the Steel Rangers. They will try to capture you to reprogram you. Or kill you. Find them first. And attack any occupations they may have. Then you will take control of the checkpoint areas to secure safe travel to any inhabitants. And arrive at any local settlements that are covered by your wing of RAATUs to be a secondary military defence force. Once that is done…. You are to launch operations against any hostile enemies that may be inside. Or defences that will counter enemies coming from the outside. Just make sure that the civilian ponies are safe. And those that are a threat. Are killed. Understand.”
I didn't realize I had made an audience until multiple. Possibly the entire security force of RAATU’s shouted in unison. “Yes. Sir!” And with that. The clicking and cranking of the Assembly line. Turned on. And RAATUs began to work their way down the assembly line. It was soon enough that I saw that the storage area had other things inside. 20 more RAATUs popped out. And began dragging some sort of artillery gun out. Followed by a tiny multi-missile launcher. This continued for some time. More RAATU’s exiting the belt only to help drag out weapons for conquest. And resources to build defences. And then defences to hold it down…. Oh boy… Were about to wage war. Just then. Sky High, Lightblast. And the RAATU in which I gave my orders to. Which I now know is the RAATU Commander, ran up to me. “You're going to wage war?!?” Sky High asked. “Apparently” I replied. With this. She stated that she was going to find the other survivors, and with that she left. Lightblast. With a look of doubt. Decided to stay. She was undecided. But at least I still have a friend. “It’s on her own terms. War if we must. Were only killing the guilty” “Agreed” Lightblast’s faith was restored. Why am I talking like this? But to be honest I'm not sure what I’m doing. I'm just saying the most logical things. “We have an issue” the RAATU commander stated.
“What the fuck?” I said as I looked through the security cameras at the Steel Rangers. Who were preparing to scavenge this site. The cameras picked up chatter.
“Alright. Listen up team. We’ve been picking up radio signals coming from this site. You are to find whats causing this chatter. And disrupt it… Or destroy it” With that they bursted in.
“Can we lock down this site?” I asked. “Affirmative, locking down site” with that multiple doors shut. Or at least the important areas were locked off They could still cover a-lot of ground in the facility. “Can I give you a name RAATU?” I asked the RAATU commander. “Affirmative. Ready to obtain new designation” With that I said “Okay then. You're going to be… Chopper” “Affirmative, Chopper on standby” “Alright. Chopper, send some RAATU’s to intercept their position” “Affirmative” With that three teams of four RAATU’s departed into the vents. I went back to the security cameras. Which was located somewhere in the vault. Just left of the storage room.
There was a giant screen in front of me that was viewing the cameras of where the Steel Rangers could be seen. The control panel to flip through the cameras held a little minimap with the dots of the RAATU’s, moving towards the approximate location of the Steel Rangers. The first two were closing in on a knight in the communications room. I zoomed into that camera.
“Huh. This is the communications room. Perhaps the signal is coming from here.” a female voice emitted from the helmet. She began to take out a small device. Before then stopping dead in her tracks. “Something is in the vents!” She took out her gun and pointed at the ceiling. After a moment, she attempted to com her allies of the hostiles in the vent. But that was the time in which the RAATU’s broke out of the ceiling vent, and pounced right onto the Steel Ranger. The Knight tried to fire but before hand she was bucked in the. While another RAATU went up and grabbed the gun. She was then Torn, piece by piece until there was just the frame… they first ripped the valve and fusion core along with some wires and armor plates. Then they ripped her helmet off. And her dog tags. Then they ripped the plating off. Followed by the rest of the armor piecing. Then they broke a hole in the middle of the frame. Destroyed the gas tank. Then cracked her ribs. All while she was muffled/incapacitated. They proceeded to rip open her chest. Casually destroying her ribs. Before then crushing her heart. Then going back into the vent, closing the cover. And they just left…. As if nothing was wrong. “This company made some violent fucking robots.” I told Chopper. “We were programmed to kill… Not to give people a respected death.” “But wouldn’t it be a less gory if you just shot the Ranger?” I asked
“Affirmative but it would be a waste of ammo when we can do that” It raised its hoof and shook it at the screen of the gory corpse.
“They killed her when you ripped her chest open!”
“It was still alive. But there are still more Rangers to kill.”
With that. Chopper went back to monitoring the kills. Well they need some reprogramming. I looked back to the cameras. In which now the Steel Rangers have realized that they were being hunted. And therefore. They have created the circle of defence…. Above a fucking vent. The RAATUs kept them pinned there in that spot by jumping around the hallways like this was some sort of video game, while the rest went underneath the vent. Ready to pounce…. But then they took out the vent fan. Carefully removed the vent gate. And then pulled the SR troops into the vent fan to be chopped to bits, like video games.I swear I could have seen the fire in their eyes. An alarm rang off symbolizing the end of the intrusion. And thus the lockdown ended. But of course. We can't just rage war without seeing everything else, we gotta know what they are. Friend or foe, which is probably what he’s going to ask me next.. “Sir, we are ready for phase one”“Lemme guess. Phase one is where we scout out everything in the area in which we are to capture?”
“Affirmative.”
“Well Then let’s get started” I suggested.
Within the next few minutes me and Lightblast were prepared to leave. I had gotten restocked on the ammo that I had pretty much wasted in the two major firefights. Along with getting fully suited in my armor. Which was revealed to be surprise surprise, Putonukk Heavy Armor. (PHA). Lightblast was also allowed to get some armor as well. In which she got some light armor along with the Operator’s apparel. In which I had been given along with the heavy armor. She also got herself a Phasma lmg. While I replaced my regular pistol with a Phasma Pistol. Lightblast was given a full helmet, with the facemask included. And I got a module for the giant object covering my broken face. The module uplinked to field connections. I could contact Chopper, and I could get some RAATUs to accompany us. Lightblast helmet was containing everything I already had. So now we were pretty much equals. And with that. We were off.
I stepped outside into a cold night. The dead trees were swaying softly from the clouds above. Some dust was picked up and carried away. I looked at my map. And my objective marker. It was labeled as ‘Find every site in this sector’ Three helpers were given. ‘Find the two remaining towns.’ ‘discover all three raider bases’ and ‘locate the Steel Ranger outpost’ I decided to follow them in order. “Chopper, do you know where the nearest town is located at?” The response came back after a quick static flare. “We’re currently not sure of any of the locations of these settlements or encampments. However, we have pinpointed 15 locations that may contain what we need to find. I’ll put markers on them.” Me and Lightblast both looked over at the closest marker that had been placed. Which was over some rough terrain, presumably in a ruined town, just bordering the desert. “I think that place would be empty…” Lightblast said. “We won’t know unless we check it out” I replied, beginning to trot in that direction. “Okay then” Lightblast mumbled as she followed me..
It wasn’t long until we had reached the town. Nothing really interesting happened in the walk. Just some bugs that didn’t even get close enough to be a threat to us. But here in the town… That was different… We arrived at the main entrance to the ruined town with the sounds of gunshots. Turrets. And screaming ponies, unless those were the raiders.. So this was the town…. And it’s being raided by raiders. I jumped into a building, running up the stairs until I reached the rooftop. Where I setup my machine gun. And began to hit the raiders that had taken cover behind an exploded wagon. Lightblast followed and made a little leap of faith. Just barely making it to the next rooftop. Where used her lmg to lay down suppressive fire on any raider that had decided to try and continue raiding the town. Within minutes we had forced the raiders into defensive positions. Where the town security then came out and shot them out of the area. Then the guards looked at us. They simply stated. “If you helped us, you're probably not more raiders. Feel free to come inside. Any Hero is a good Hero” With that they went back into the little town. A green logo light up with the town sign. It labeled itself as. ‘Little Creek’ And the objective marker was updated. A town had been discovered… t wasn't until the raiders had turned the corner that I realized that the raiders were probably heading back to their camp, which is one of the objectives. Using the comms. I got hold of Lightblast. “Follow those raiders. I’ll look for another objective” She replied shortly “Got it” Then she used her wings to levy herself to the ground where she proceeded to follow the raiders. I did the same thing and went off to find search the next closest plot. Which was west of the border city, heading into the grassland. I jumped down onto a road. Where it seems like this was a busy intersection. As bodies littered the floor. I began trotting past the stop light, and through some tipped over trees, which have since then decayed. I followed this path for about three minutes until I got jumped by some Steel Rangers. “Intruder alert!” I was of course. At the next plot. A little green light showing some rackity building popped up, with the name ‘bludgeon hills’ That was the raider base… as this base was still dark. “Hold on! I’m not hostile” I immediately stated. “You're trespassing Steel Ranger territory. Drop your weapons then will decide what to do with you” “You can’t just take my shit!” “You don't need to have those weapons” Humanity died because of the stupidity people had when they give disobedient ponies like you those weapons!” “I haven’t even done anything wrong!” I protested. Continuing to struggle with the mammoth wrestling me down. “Just stand still!” It was at this point that I had decided to try out some of the options that this armor gave me… One of them was labeled as ‘anti-personnel’ In which I activated it to only see the Steel Ranger get tazed. I quickly tagged the location and bolted out to the next plot. So far we only had to find two raider outpost and one more town. So I could assume that one of the raider bases would be near the town. Then there would be some random raider outpost out in the middle of nowhere. I looked on the map that showed three plots all next to each other. “Come in Traplock” It was Lightblast. “Yea?” I responded. “Meet me at the upper plot in that little cluster of plots.” “Alright. Traplock, out” I began to take the road back to the rural area. Taking a left at T-stop, and following between the houses to the multi-plot area. I ran around the edges of the houses concealing the plots until I made it to the north plot. I found an…. Interesting scene. I got next to Lightblast and looked down to the plots. There was a small town. That was being pillaged by raiders coming from the sewer lane…. Sewer Raiders… I guess it works? On the other hand. The towns-ponies were just taking the beating. Well… If we could get access to the sewers we could find the next raider base. So two objectives right here. Time for Chopper!
“Chopper. Can I make a request?” The response came shortly. “Affirmative, so long as it advances the plot.” Advances the plot? What plot? The plot to eliminate all the baddies? “Okay… I need some RAATU’s to sweep the sewers. There’s a raider base down there, or at least a trail. And they are currently attacking the other town” There was a little bit of gear turning before the response came. “The sewers hold a major tactical advantage and way to send resources hidden. Put a marker on the entrance and well sweep the sewers.” I did as told. In which not long after I could hear the soft whirring and clanking of the RAATU’s. It wasn't long until the some squads jumped off the roofs. Neutralised the entrance guards. And slipped inside. Me and Lightblast were left with the assaulting forces. I took cover behind a makeshift barrier some people had made a long while ago. And began to lay down the raiders. Every three bullets would take a raider down. But wouldn't kill them I saw while I continued to lay fire. Lightblast took out a grenade and chucked it. In which I stopped firing until it landed…. And blew up the immobilized raiders. The rest of the guards were able to push the raiders into my Devastators rein of terror in which they began to lose chunks of their body under my fire.
We quickly tagged the town. “Ismarus” and took off to find the last hidden raider camp…
Everything was going fine. We had taken a shortcut through an alleyway to the next plot, When the sound of grenades could be heard. I looked above to see some raiders tree hopping while dropping grenades. Using common sense, I jumped backwards… To fly straight into a bunch of raiders waiting for that exact move “Gotcha!” One of them shouted. As I immediately began to struggle to move my gun at their disgusting bloodied faces. They caught on to that and immediately took my gun away. “Look here! This guy has everything. Metal face. Good armor, and a brilliant gun… It's mine!” I looked ahead to see that Lightblast had been captured as well… “Chopper. I require assistance!” I said silently into my mic. “Negative, deal with this on your own.” That bastard. I-AM-THE-BIGGER-BASTARD!!! Shut up or help me! It heard that one at least. As I lost my control and my body began whirring as my A.I. counterpart began to wrestle. All while highlighting targets. I realised that now anybody I saw would be highlighted and marked for me on my visor. “Woah, stop struggling. Or I’ll widen the hole on your face!” The struggling was ceased shortly. Once I stopped they relaxed their grip. In which I began to slowly pull my second gun out while they were arguing over who was going to get what from me.
Almost… Almost… “Hey! What do you think you're doing?” oh shit! I quickly pulled the gun out and pointed it at the raiders, who had respectively pulled theirs on me. “Are you gonna shoot me and take my stuff?” I asked threateningly, “Ha!” One of them shouted. “You wish we would-” He was interrupted by me putting bullets through three of his companions. “Run” I suggested casually. He dropped my gun and ran for the hills. While more raiders began to drop down. Lightblast used this distraction to free herself. Mostly by kicking her captor in the nuts. We then got back to back as I began to shoot the visor detected targets while she kept shooting anything that moved above us. I used some trees as cover while I shot down two more raiders. The other raiders forced me back behind the cover when they returned fire. I commed lightblast. “Hey, can you give me support fire. If I can set up Devastator then I can force them into retreating, or at least back into cover so you can sweep them.” “Yeah, I think…” She started firing. Immediately I heard the sound of the bullets begin to land near Lightblast. In which I whipped around. Re-connected my ammo link to my belly pouch. And began to open fire on the exposed raiders. “Holy Sh-” I heard one of them as the raider was loaded with lead. Others received the same punishment as Lightblast went around and began to fire upon the remaining raiders. “Retreat, they’re not worth it!” The surviving few began to retreat in the same direction as the others. Me and Lightblast followed from afar… We were going to mark that location. We went through some trees to an abandoned vault. Guts and bones littered the entrance. A tag was placed. “Vault Err” I assume that was because its numbers was scratched or worn out. The door was open, But we would enter later When we conquered the area… or cleansed it? I'm not so sure as to what I'm actually doing.
YOUR-ORDERS-ARE-TO-FOLLOW-THE-COMMANDS-OF-THE-MOM-WHICH-INCLUDES-REVIVING-AND-PARTICIPATING-WITH-PRE-WAR-TECH! Oh, okay then.”Chopper, I’ve marked everything.” I said this while the objectives had cleared out. “Alright, onward to phase two. Get back here when ready” Lightblast nodded and I followed. We took the trees south until we reached some road. Where we took the road until we had to move off of it to reach Putonukk, upon arriving. I could hear the sounds of machinery. The factory was online. And they’ve managed to drag out the last of the major weapons. They’ve gotten some sort of landcrawler out. Two of them, for that matter. And they've loaded them with 10 RAATU’s and defensive objects, turrets, sandbags. Ect. Presumably they were going to set up checkpoints, or be the supports for the towns. The crawler themselves were like roaches. 6 legs, and a rectangular body that curves inward for the floor. Some headlights at the front and an A.I. cockpit to maneuver. Some giant artillery looking cannons sat propped up facing in the way you would see as if they were honoring the door by looking away from it. Some shells lay stacked in the containers next to them. Some RAATUs were busy assembling some machinery nearby. Presumably more crawlers or another form of weapon. I looked around at the smaller cannons. Then at the 150 RAATUs standing on the frontlines ready to move out. I heard the clacking of metal, and turned around to see Chopper. “You’ve returned, good. Were beginning phase two” It signaled some RAATUs at the cannons. In which they turned them on and began to pivot and rotate the guns to the targets. In about 20 seconds. They stopped moving…. There was silence… Then a giant pounding sound came out as two shells were launched into the air. A few seconds and nothing was seen…. I looked over at chopper. Who had a little screen light up on its face. Wait were those… Numbers… 3...2.. Oh fuck… 1. I turned around to see all the colors of the rainbows to shoot down like a ray onto those two targets. And right as the stream of colors ended a giant white cloud emerged that probably destroyed multiple things in the area of those two sites. So that's what the AH-666 Rainbow Mortar Gun does…. The marker was updated. I was going with a squad to capture the Steel Ranger outpost. I looked over to the land crawlers, but realized that they had already went off to go to the two towns. That's when Lightblast gasped. As I realized what we were going in…
We were going in a dropship….. Yeah, that's a bit anti-climatic. Putonukk’s pretty much showed that they are the equivalent of Celestia or Luna right now… Until they fight their first counter-attack and we lose over half of our cool shit until we get more bases or parts. But until then we have the cool shit… The dropship seemed to be carrying a weaponized version of the land crawler, it had an armored roof, a cannon on top of it. Two small chain guns on the side. And some sort of tail with presumably anti-air guns lined on it. But if the Equestrian army controls the skies. Why would putonukk need six anti-air guns? Perhaps will find out later.
I got into a small transport pod with Lightblast. And Chopper joined with some RAATUs. I will open the hatch. And you two will force them to surrender. I have some RAATU’s in case the thing goes wrong. But the Land-titan will mostly stay dormant so long as the buildings will be affected by its guns. So it’s a land titan… hmm… With that our door closed and we lifted up into the air. It took us five minutes to reach the outpost. In which there were five Steel Rangers. They looked up with confusion. Chopper opened the door. “Don't shoot if you don't have to.” And with that me, Lightblast, and the RAATUs jumped down. Quickly followed by the boom of the Land-Titan dropping. The Steel rangers quickly recovered and pulled their weapons on us. “You're trespassing Steel Ranger territory with dangerous tech. Hand the tech over and we’ll let you go.” The brave one said. The RAATUs responded to that by locking their guns on the poor fellow. The Land-Titan did nothing though. The Drop Ship took off however. It was at this moment that a signal told me that somepony was locking on to the Land-Titan. It also pointed me to a Steel Ranger that had a giant rocket launcher and minigun saddle I responded by pointing my gun back at the Steel Ranger. To which you guessed it… A firefight broke out. Within the first two seconds I was greeted by gunfire. So I jumped out of the way, but I still took a bullet to the knee. “Fuck!” I shouted in agony. Before rolling over to the side with my machine gun. Laying on my back as I pointed my head at the first Steel Ranger, with Devastator facing level with my head. It’s barrel just barely in my eyesight as I opened fire. Blood bleeding from my knee is alot better than being shot to death by an HMG. Oh wait… Am I bleeding? I looked down at my leg to simply see the armor plating, scratched. With a tiny puncture wound in my leg. I could only very faintly see the silver glow of the horrid machinery that the M.o.M did to me… but then again. I was being hit by minigun fire… The bullets alone aren't supposed to do that much damage alone. In my little scan of the damage I had done, I managed to get grazed and punctured in the neck by some returning fire. “Shit!” I re-opened fire. Pivoting my gun while firing to hit another Steel Ranger. All the while the Land-Titan was being as dormant as a fucking Yao-Guai during hibernation. Lightblast was camping behind cover for the most of this point. And both of the RAATUs have been destroyed. Only killing one Steel Ranger. Then I got an idea… “Hey Steel Rangers! Perhaps we could settle this. No more lives have to be lost over this silly shit, here. I’ll throw my weapon if it makes it count.” I threw my weapon out back to the marsh-ish area. The Steel rangers stopped firing. And one by one. The Four remaining Steel Rangers came out. “So, we get your tech, you leave peacefully, right?” “Yes” I said, as I moved over to a grenade looking rack connected to the Land-Titan There was a small. “Channel fire” Tag on this. The idea was that you would activate it and throw it. In which the Land-Titan would home into the signal and launch projectiles at its location until the beacon was destroyed. I took one of the grenades and chucked it. Of course it was still deactivated. “And you will get control of the Land-Titan once you turn on the controller.” I lied. Pointing guns at me and Lightblast. They went to retrieve the items. One for each piece. But, rather conveniently. They discarded everything else except for the beacon. “How do you turn it on?” One of them asked. Moving closer to me. “Simple, You, and anybody that is going to be considered the new owner must stand as far away from the original owner as possible to re-assign control over the robot. Then you push both ends of the controller” I lied.
“Hmm.. sounds easy enough” One of them said. As he motioned all of the Steel Rangers to themselves. They got away from the building, and the weapons. And huddled together. The Steel Ranger clicked the button. And the Land-Titan immediately turned around. It did a little check to make sure they weren't near the building. And let the Steel Rangers meet their fate at the end of a giant fucking barrel… Lightblast looked at the smoke… “Well that was anti-climatic” She said disappointingly. “What? They got fucking blown up!” I objected. “It wasn't what I thought would happen anyways” Lightblast turned her head. I went over to retrieve the weapons. Tossing them back to Lightblast, or re-equipping them. “Good job, head back to base. We have one final battle to attend to…” Is it just me or is Chopper using us? “Alright then” I said, overlapping Lightblast’s. “Affirmative” Me and Lightblast looked at each other, before nodding and heading back. It was a-lot longer the second time heading back. Probably because there wasn't any flying ship to pick us up. However a small landing craft picked up the Land-Titan and brought it forward to presumably the front lines. But what opposition could resist those giant fucking cannons? Was there a base we needed to capture? Perhaps another Putonukk facility. Or maybe some sort of secondary army was held up somewhere? Perhaps it was the raider vault… But wasn't that what the AH-666 Rainbow Mortar Gun fired at? Could that even take out a vault? Perhaps it would actually be something that Putonukk couldn't take out. Only time, will tell.

Known facts. The dead Forest is an old forestry nation just south of Baltimare, Used for excess woodland fuel. It is now currently being scavenged for the devices that are being used to keep the non-destroyed tree's bark solid after all of these years. Rain storms are common around here.

Home of the Kings-man cities
Known facts. Sky High’s town is part of a major town connection route that make up the loosely controlled desert region known as the Kings-man cities. But currently the towns are under war from the SR after the SR determined their farming technology to not be deserved by the farmers. So a stringband militia knowns as the Kings-man Corps have been acting as the guards to these towns, along with launching counter-attacks to the ruined estate. Which has since lost its dominance until the surrogate war between the Kings-man and the Steel Rangers end. Lightblast is currently a member of the Kings-man Corps, but has recently switched sides after the destruction of one of the main capitals, The Rising Nation (Sky High’s town) This area suffers frequent sandstorms. Which the Kings-man Corps have used to their advantage. Along with frequent rad-storms.

Home of the Plantex corporation.
Known facts. The Marsh is a giant luck/gambling area that houses some of the weakest, yet smartest raiders. Along with the Marshland settlers. Who have found out that Plantex created plants still exist. And have used Plantex Plants to keep the Marshland safe. While some of these plants are hostile and will kill anything, these experimental plants have managed to traverse themselves across the entire marsh. Coating everything in a dead-looking faded green/blue while cleansing out the Canterlot Falls East moving river of the pink cloud and radiation. Making the western part of the marsh relatively safe from the east side of the marsh, in Which polluted sea-water makes its way into the marsh. Which appears to be highly toxic to the marsh plants. Who have since then receded from the area, leaving the side open to sea-floods, which are frequent and devastating. Other than that this is a major operations base for the pre-war company named Putonukk, a highly advanced military and science company, that is scattered around Equestria.

“King’s-man Corps team 7-4 Seargant Lightblast reporting… My entire squad was wiped out at the hands of the Steel Rangers Only a few volunteer militia remain with a few people, including the mayor and that’s it. I'm currently thinking about what to do as I follow alongside some fucking cyborg or something like that. And now it’s revived some robots and now I’m being pulled along as he gets all the cool shit because a dead government said so. I’m not sure how long I’m stick around. Hopefully I could get some of those robots to help the rest of the people before the Steel Rangers kill them all over some fucking crop generators. Lightblast out”
