A Fresh Start

It was a Drousy, Rainy, Day, as it always felt like it was here in London, I was always very Depressed still thinking about

the death of my Parents and how I only lived alone, my brothers are somewhere else and I cannot get a pet because it would

just take away my money even more, I had enough money to live at-least 40 years the last thing I need is a pet to make me

only survive 20. I just wan't to go back in time and prevent from what happened 2 weeks ago, when they murdered my Parents

right in front of me, the Funeral was quick and happened on Monday a week after, I still cry softly every night trying to

pull myself together and prevent myself from being so depressed. Why shouldn't I be depressed? My parents are dead I have

every right, my sadness just corrupted me every time I became happy, I followed in my Fathers footsteps of course, of being

brave, and strong, the only think I can't follow from him is fighting depression he always told me, ''Son, Brandon, My child,

as hard as times are promise me you will always follow in my footsteps and fight those hard times.'' Said the flashback of his

Father, I reconized it more as I actually replied to it back then ''I will dad! I will never let the saddest things get me

down and give up on myself.'' as I remembered all of it I slumped into my bed. A tear managed to come out of my left eye

and roll down my cheek, I noticed a white light in the living room, the light was so huge it glowed all the way to my sight

from my Bedroom. I wen't in the living room to investigate I noticed something, something that was from a thing that would

make me happy in the world I watched it all the time on my Computer, it appeared to be a portal and through it showed Equestria

I carefully examined it for 5 minutes and decided to say ''Screw it.'' Then I slowly put my hand through the portal stepping

closer into it, as soon as I walked through it I was in Equestria, the portal behind me shut and faded. I was worried how

to get back home of course but I decided to explore this new world I was in before I would worry, besides I think I had

enough worries in my life, I decided to walk along the path and found myself entering PonyVille, being a Brony I was stunned

of where I ended up, this is like the biggest Bronies dream, to go in Equestria. I knew where a-lot of things where from my

history of watching the show, I decided to walk over to Twilight Sparkles house since she would be most curious of why a

Human would be here in Equestria and how I came here. Once I knocked on the door Twilight was amazed by her sight of me and

started ''Wow! I always studied Humans from the Ancient Books and here is one standing right in front of me!'' I was shocked

to hear the word ''Human'' come out of her mouth. She said in excitement again ''Please come in!'' I walked in and sat on

a seat, why would I not come in? No one could resist a adorable Pony. She asked me ''Before I even start asking a ton of questions

I have one main question if that's okay.'' I knod telling her to continue, she asked ''How in the world did you get here?''

I answered ''That is what I have been wondering myself, I simply saw a portal and walked in it then POOF! Here I am.''

She was very confused adding something to her list to check off soon right away. I sighed and as soon as I looked down for

a moment Twilight introduced herself ''Hi, I am Twilight Sparkle, sorry for not introducing myself sooner I was just excited

to see a Human here! All that Studying paid off!'' She offered me her front Hoove to shake as I gripped it and shook her hand firmly

and let go after 2 seconds ''My name is Brandon, nice to meet you too.'' Once I introduced myself to her back she instantly asked

if I have met any other Ponies today, I shook my head no in reply. Twilight Sparkle pulled out a book and began reading rapidly

scrolling her eyes across the pages quickly looking for more information. ''Aha! So they do too!'' I wondered what she was reading

as she closed her book and lay it on her table, and asked me another question ''Do you happen to have Moods or Emotion?''

I thought to myself, What does this pony think I am depressed? That is the worst question to ask me at my state. I replied with

a sad tone of voice, ''Yes us Humans have Moods And Emotion, I myself happen to be very Depressed because well...'' I stopped

as a tear trickled down my cheek then I continued ''My parents died 2 weeks ago, no they didn't die...they we're murdered..''

Twilight thought to herself I should have never asked him that, if I want to learn more about Humans I shouldn't ask them

the thing that I first see in a book. Twilight apologized and I replied, ''No it's fine I get asked why I am droopy sometimes

.'' Twilight said as soon as she was done looking at her book for a good two minutes, ''We should go introduce you to some other

Ponies, not to sound mean and I know that you are hurting but you should socialize more when you are hurting and, you should also

let most Ponies know you might be here for a while a teleportation spell takes long to figure out.'' Twilight spoke again saying:

''Maybe you could make friends with some of the Ponies around here.'' As Twilight talked it already felt like I made a friend

who was her, even though I barely know her she probably will be the one to help me out since she was the first person I met.

I noticed it was no time to talk to a Pony this whole chat has gone longer than I expect it was night in the real world and so

it was in Equestria but nopony would be up at this hour the chat has went on for 2 hours with constant questioning, I was kind

to reply and then Twilight said, ''It's 12:00 I am pretty sure Ponies are asleep by now we should continue the next day.''

Twilight said again ''Since you have no place to sleep or eat I have a Guest Room downstairs it is to the left.'' Twilight said

again before I worked my way downstairs, ''You can stay here as long as you like until I can find a way to get you back home

I replied ''Thank you Twilight.'' And went into the Guest Room, lay in the bed, and slept till the next day.
