Chapters Rip of the Rift 2: A new world
Fallout woke up with a gasp. As he continued to breath raggedly, he looked at his surroundings, noticing that he was in a cave. He stood up and looked around for an exit. When he couldn't immediately find one, he walked towards one of the walls, and started to feel around. He slowly worked his way to the right making sure he had felt everything. He had almost done a full circle when he felt a slight puff of air from a crack that he hadn't really paid much attention to before, but now that he noticed it, he could definitely feel moving air currents through it. He stepped back, and started to think, before remembering something.
Ice expands! he thought. He readied his hands and stuck his index finger into the crack, up to his first knuckle, and started freezing the stone and air around his finger. The stone started to groan and crack , and after five seconds, it finally started to fall down. Fortunately, it was away from Fallout. As he stared through the new hole in the wall, he realized that he could hear something that wasn't caused by the iced wall or by him. He wasn't alone. It sounded like breathing.
"H-hello?" a voice suddenly said. It had come from behind a stalagmite.
"Who are you?" Fallout asked. "Are you ok?"
"You don't sound like the others," the voice said.
"What others?" Fallout asked. When the other person didn't respond for a while, Fallout started to think he didn't hear him, so he was about to repeat his question when the guy answered.
"The women!" he said.
"Yeah, I'm not a woman," Fallout said. The other guy softly gasped and quickly poked his head around the side of the stalagmite. From the second that Fallout saw him, he had short sand colored hair and metallic grey skin. And he looked young.
"You really aren't," the guy said.
"Who are you?" Fallout asked.
"You're not going to take me back, are you?" the guy asked. Fallout sighed.
"No," he said. "What's your name?"
"Core Producer," he said. "What's yours?"
"I'm Fallout," Fallout said. "How do we get out of here?"
"The exit is guarded," Core Producer said. "I can't go back anyway."
"Why not?" Fallout asked.
"They'd do the thing again," Core Producer said.
"What thing?" Fallout asked.
"I don't know what it's called specifically," Core Producer said. "At first it feels great, but after 4 or 5 times it starts to hurt."
"What do they do to you?" Fallout asked.
"They make my dongle hard, and then they start doing things with it," Core Producer said. Fallout almost choked on nothing.
"They have sex with you?" he asked.
"If that's what it's called, then yes," Core Producer said. "I can't go back there."
"Well, then, is there another exit?" Fallout asked. "I can take you with me." Core Producer gasped.
"Really?" he asked. "You can get me out of here?"
"Yes," Fallout said. "Now, is there anoth-" Suddenly there was a screeching sound that lasted five seconds.
"It's them," Core Producer said. "Quick! Pick me up!" Fallout walked around to the side that Core Producer was on and realized two things. One, his legs looked terrible, and probably couldn't support Core Producer. Second, he was naked.
"Why are you naked?" Fallout asked, covering his eyes.
"I was never given any clothes," Core Producer said. "Now, please, you need to get me out of here!" Fallout groaned, and started to pick him up. Core Producer wrapped his arms around Fallout's arms and got onto his back.
"Now, go out of the other exit," Core Producer said. "And hurry!" Fallout started jogging out into a hallway like passageway.
"Make the first left," Core Producer said. As Fallout turned left, he thought he saw something turn into the hallway.
"Second right. Continue after the first four way intercross and then hit the fifth left," Core Producer muttered into Fallout's left ear. "Then continue to the skylight." Fallout started to pick up speed as he made each turn, until he saw the skylight that Core Producer had spoken about. As he started to run, he heard another screech, this time with one right behind him.
"Run!" Core Producer yelled. Fallout looked behind him, and his blood froze. If what was behind him was one of the 'women' that Core Producer had talked about earlier, then they were in trouble. It barley looked human, and had giant claws that could probably pierce through his body. He picked up his pace, and when they started getting near the skylight, he picked Core Producer off his back and started carrying him in his arms.
"Get ready to climb," Fallout said.
"What?" Core Producer asked. Fallout's only response was to throw him upwards at the skylight. Core Producer was able to grab onto the ledge, and started to drag himself upwards. Fallout leapt at the wall, and managed to spring himself towards the skylight. Core Producer had already gotten on top of the skylight. Fallout was just barely able to grab into the ledge, and was able to pull himself upwards and into daylight. The creature below him hissed and made the screeching sound again. And it was answered. Several times.
"What are those?" Fallout gasped.
"Those are women," Core Producer said. "So, are there more men?" Fallout nodded.
"I was separated from them," Fallout said. "Why were you in that room?"
"I am used for...sex? Is that what you called it?" Core Producer asked. Fallout nodded, and Core Producer continued. "I am the only man in the town, the only way of reproduction. All day, every day, they come in and have sex with me."
"The only man?" Fallout asked. "Is that why you couldn't walk?" Core Producer nodded.
"My legs haven't been usable since the sex started," he said. "It's not as great as you would assume."
"Wow," Fallout said. "So, where are we? You're going to need to explain some of the stuff to me." Core Producer was about to start talking when another roar sounded. A much louder roar.
"It's the queen!" Core Producer yelled. "We have to get out of here!" Another roar sounded, and Fallout shot up. The ground started to rumble and....something started to emerge from the skylight. Core Fusion looked terrified. Then Fallout realized that it was a hand. A huge and misshapen hand, clawed and black. Then the ground around the skylight started to crack and break as the hand pulled whatever it was connected to up and out of the underground hallway.

Twill Weave groaned as she woke up. She could feel could surface under her back. Probably metal. She sat up and opened her eyes. She was in a small security room, which was really interesting.
Did I get teleported back to the human world? she thought as she stood up and looked into the camera's feedback.
Huh, that's a lot of robots , she thought. Wait, is that Pinkie? Wait both of them! Twill Weave grinned. At least I'm not alone. She opened the door and started walking towards the room where the Pinkie's were. After getting turned around and lost a couple of times, she found them.
"Pinkie! Wake up!" Twill Weave said. She glanced around the room they were in. It was a dinning room, and kinda dark. "Come on! Wake up! It's creepy here!" Still they didn't wake up. But then Twill Weave remembered something that Twilight had taught her.
"Fun!" Twill Weave said. Immediately, the two Pinkie's were up.
"Where?" they shouted simultaneously.
"Nowhere," Twill Weave said. "Sorry, I said that so you two would wake up." The left Pinkie nodded.
"It's ok," she said. They both started looking at their surroundings.
"Where are we?" the right one asked.
"Well, I'm not sure," Twill Weave said. "But judging by what I saw when I came to get you two, it's some kind of kids play place. They even serve food."
"Looks abandoned," the left one said.
"Probably is," the right one said. "Something bad happened, here."
"How do you know?" Twill Weave asked.
"I was looking into the mind of the author who's writing this, but now I can't," the right one said. "Also, he doesn't know how to write this out, but in order to keep track of which Pinkie is Pinkie, I'm Pink, you're Pinkie." Twill Weave rubbed her temple.
"You two are so confusing," she said. Pink and Pinkie grinned.
"Thank you," they said.
"Anyway, I woke up in a security room," Twill Weave said. "Maybe we can use that to find a way out?" Pink nodded.
"That would make sense," she said. "Guide on, then." Twill Weave turned around and started backtracking towards the security room. But when they passed a stage, she paused.
That bear....I could've sworn he wasn't in that position , she thought. But she started walking again towards the security room. She entered through the door and spread her arms.
"Here it is," she said. "Help me find anything that might help us." She and the Pinkie's set to work, glancing at the screen from time to time and trying to find a map. Finally, after five minutes, Pink pulled out a piece of paper.
"I found a map!" she exclaimed. She opened it up and Pinkie and Twill Weave gathered around, looking for an exit. After a few seconds, Pinkie pointed at an exit near the kitchen.
"Here it is!" she exclaimed.
"That was fast," Twill Weave said.
"Lets get out of here!" Pink said. "This place doesn't feel right."
"But we're alone," Twill Weave said. "Why?"
"I don't know why," Pink said. "I'm just going to see the security camera feedback." She sat down on the chair and started clicking on rooms. After a few seconds, she turned to face Twill Weave.
"Hey, wasn't there some statues in this room?" she asked, pointing at the stage they passed earlier. Twill Weave looked at it, and sure enough, it was empty. Not one statue was there.
"Where did they go?" Twill Weave said. "Click on the kitchen." Pink did, and as it changed, she and Twill Weave yelped.
"What is it?" Pinkie asked. She looked at the screen and yelled as well. One of the statues from earlier, the chicken with the big that said Lets Eat was staring directly at the camera.
"How did that get there?" Pinkie asked. "It's a statue, isn't it?" Twill Weave was about to answers when Pink asked "Hey, is that a cassette tape?" Pinkie looked down at the box next to her. Sure enough, there were several cassette tapes in it.
"We need to find a player," Twill Weave said. "Pink, look for the others!" As Pink clicked and clicked, Twill Weave and Pinkie looked for a cassette player. Then Twill Weave raised her hands in triumph. She had found one!
"Plug it in!" Pinkie said. Pinkie picked up a cassette as Twill Weave found an outlet and plugged the machine in.
"Put it in!" Twill Weave said. Pinkie put it in, and pressed the play button. They listened to a man talk for three minutes. After it was done, Twill Weave said "Freddy Fazbear's Pizza? That's where we are?"
"Wander mode? Endo-skeleton?" Pinkie asked. Suddenly Pink gasped and pushed a button. Twill Weave and Pinkie stared at her.
"What's wrong?" Pinkie asked.
"Bonnie is right outside," Pink answered.
"Who?" Twill Weave asked.
"The purple rabbit!" Pink asked. "We aren't alone. Those animatronics are sentient!" Twill Weave sighed.
"Well, I guess we should listen to the other tapes," she said. "We can figure out a plan of action from there." As they listened to the phone guy, Pink would continue to switch camera views. As the last tape stopped, they thought in silence.
"So all we have to do is make it to 6?" Pink asked.
"It appears so," Twill Weave said. "However, something doesn't seem right. Why do the animatronics wonder at night?"
"Because of the bite of '87?" Pinkie suggested.
"Well, yes, but why do they wonder in the first place?" Twill Weave asked. "I'm going to do something, and you two need to not freak out."
"Why would we freak out?" Pink asked.
"This is why," Twill Weave said. She sat down in a lotus position, and the circles on ger started to glow. But a second after that started, something banged on the door, and the circles returned to normal.
"Woah," Twill Weave said. "What happened here?"
"Why, what did you see?" Pinkie asked.
"Trapped souls," Twill Weave said. "I don't know what more has happened here, but we need to get out!

King Kirouac smiled as he watched over his kingdom. His adopted kids, HELsa and Sliepnir had brought in a group of kids from the orphanage that they had grown up in. Most of them had some kind of mutation, including HELsa and Sliepnir themselves, which was why most of them were in the orphanage in the first place. Sliepnir was an eight legged earth pony, with four forelegs and four hind legs, and HELsa was just disfigured, her entire left side having been like that since birth. Sliepnir was wearing a royal runner outfit, and HELsa was wearing a dress that matched herself. The right side of it was a winter white color, and the left side was a black, decomposing cloth. Kirouac was a kirin, and had on his usual cloths: A burgundy and gold suit, accenting his athletic build, even though the colors may have contrasted a bit. Biech, the new queen of the harpy queendom, was also visiting on a political visit, wearing a leather bikini with her old girlfriends cutie mark on it. King Kirouac smiled and inhaled. But then he frowned.
Wait, what is that? he thought. He inhaled again, smelling and thinking about what it could be that he was smelling. He got his answer a few seconds later, as a gold and green portal appeared underneath him, Biech, HELsa and Sliepnir, sucking them in.

Scorched Apple gasped as his eyes opened, his heart beating fast. As he calmed down and his heart slowed, he looked around at his surroundings. He was in a wrecked building. He slowly stood up and looked out of a window.
Where am I? he thought. He looked out at several other wrecked buildings. Suddenly an orange light appeared in a window of the building opposite him. Scorched Apple froze and tried to make out the body of whatever it was that was looking at him. Suddenly it's eye turned bright red and it jumped through the window and started running towards him. It looked like a robotic velocoraptor, without a mouth. Scorched Apple yelled and lit his hand on fire, aiming it at the thing. It started to jump, but then something it the side of its head. It sparked and fell over. Scorched Apple extinguished his hand and looked for whatever had killed the beast. A whistling sound came from some tall grass near him, and as Scorched Apple started walking towards it, he noticed that some of it looked a little like hair. As he got nearer, he realized that it was hair. A girl was crouched low in the grass with an arrow nocked in her bow.
"What are you doing here?"the girl asked. "That watcher could've killed you!"
"That's what it's called?" Scorched Apple asked. "Where am I?"
"Devil's Thirst," the girl said. "You don't know what it's called?"
"No!" Scorched Apple said. "This is where I was teleported to!" The girl frowned.
"Teleported?" she said slowly. "What is that?"
"To disappear from one spot and appear in another," Scorched Apple said. "Who are you?"
"I'm Aloy," the girl said. "Is your skin red?" It was Scorched Apple's turn to frown.
"Yes," he said. "Is that strange?"
"Very," Aloy said. "I've seen some strange things over the last few days, but not someone with red skin. Are you one of G.A.I.A's creations?"
"Who?" Scorched Apple asked. "And no, I wasn't created by Gaia."
"G.A.I.A isn't important right now," Aloy said. "But what is important right now is figuring you out."
"I don't know where I am, and I've never seen something like that...Watcher, is that what you called it? Look, I need help, and you know a lot about where we are and what that watcher thing was," Scorched Apple said.
"Yes, but wasn't your hand on fire?" Aloy asked. "How did you do that, by the way?"
"It was a part of this fusion core thing," Scorched Apple said. "But can you help me?" Aloy sighed.
"Well, sure," she said. "But if you end up as some kind of thing helping H.A.D.E.S or the Shadow Carja, what happened to the watcher will happen to you, faster than you can summon your fire. You'll need to explain more about that later, by the way, but for now, you need to help me get to that Tallneck." Scorched Apple was about to ask what that was when he realized that there had been a sound coming from behind him for a while. He turned around, and for a few seconds, somehow didn't notice the tallneck. And when he did, he gasped. It was like a metal giraffe, with a UFO looking head instead of a normal giraffe head.
"That's a tallneck?" he asked.
"Yes, and it has data that I need," Aloy said. "Wait here, I'll go override it. There may be some more machines ready to attack once I override it." Aloy start to sprin toward the tallneck, and made supriseingly little sound. She paused and looked back at Scorched Apple for a moment, but only a moment. She turned back around and disappeared behind a building. Scorched Apple looked around at at the wrecked buildings and rusted over machines.
What happened here? he thought. These much damage couldn't just come from those watchers, could it have? I doubt it. Their small, and Aloy was able to take that one down in one blow. He stared at the wreckage and thought for another minute or so when the tallneck started to spark. In the moonlight, he saw Ally running towards the edge of the head and jumped off. Scorched Apple was about to start yelling in panic when Aloy twisted around and threw something up at it's head. Her desert started to slow imedietly, and disappeared behind the tops of some more trees. A few seconds later, Aloy came sprinting out of them. When she reached Scorched Apple, she stopped.
"So, now to figure out what to do with you," she said. "By the way, I never asked for your name. What is it?"
"I'm Scorched Apple," Scorched Apple said. Aloy frowned.
"Scorched Apple?" she repeated slowly. "You really aren't from around here, are you?"
"No, no I'm not," Scorched Apple said. "Now, we need to work something out until I figure out how to get back home. Can I join you?" Aloy sighed.
"Sure," she said. Then she grinned. "I've always wanted a sidekick." Scorched Apple grinned.
"Ok, sure," he said. "Now, where will we sleep?" Aloy shrugged.
"There's a campfire nearby, and I could probably stitch together some furs to make a blanket for you, if you want," Aloy said. She turned around and started walking. "Follow me."
"Do you already have a blanket?" Scorched Apple asked as he walked beside Aloy.
"No," she said. "Don't worry, I'll be fine. I've been training in the wilds for about 13 years." Scorched Apple stared at her with awe.
"13 years?" he asked. "Wow, you must be good."
"I am pretty good," Aloy said. "But enough flattery. That won't make you survive for very long in the wilds. Tomorrow, I start teaching you some of the things that will help you survive while we figure out exactly what to do with you."
"Training? Ok, that seems fair," Scorched Apple said. "Can you teach me that rope thing you did when you jumped off the tallneck?"

King Kirouac woke with a gasp, his pupils dilating to adjust to the bright light. He sat up and squinted.
Where am I? he thought as he started to stand up, grabbing his staff and crown as he did so.
"Kirouac?" he heard. His head swiveled to where the sound came from and saw HELsa running towards him.
"Where are we?" Kirouac asked. HELsa shrugged.
"I don't know, but we aren't in your kingdom anymore," she said. "I've seen these strange little creatures that are completely alien to me."
"Where are Biech and Sliepnir?" Kirouac asked.
"They're just over that hill," HELsa said. "Come on, follow me." HELsa and Kirouac started walking towards the hill when a little brown thing appeared, and looked at then. They stopped.
"Diglet," it said before burrowing back down.
"That's one of the things you were talking about?" Kirouac asked. HELsa nodded.
"Among others," she said. "Now come on, we need to reach the others." They continued walking, and the reached the top of the hill. There, Kirouac and HELsa saw Biech and Sliepnir. And a rhino looking humanoid thing.
"Nidoking!" it roared. As Kirouac and HELsa started running towards the rhino thing and the others, Kirouac noticed that Biech and Sliepnir didn't seemed panicked. If anything, they looked calm. It was then that Kirouac noticed that Sliepnir was holding something in his top right hand. Something spherical. Something red and white. As Kirouac and HELsa reached the bottom of the hill, Sliepnir turned toward them and raised his hand, showing them what it was that he was holding.
"Look what I found!" he said. "It released this thing."
"What if it had been dangerous?" HELsa asked.
"Because the animals didn't act like it was dangerous," Sliepnir said. "Not even when I picked it up."
"That tiny little ball released that?" Kirouac asked, the doubt clear in his voice.
"Surprisingly, yes," Sliepnir said. "Hang on, a second, let me show you." Sliepnir pressed the button on it, and it didn't do anything. He glanced at the thing yelling Nidoking and glanced at the ball. Kirouac knew that he was thinking about something. A second later, Sliepnir did the surprising thing and threw the ball at the thing, and instead of just bouncing off, it let out a red beam of light and hit the thing. The thing started turning into the same red light and entered into the ball. Kirouac's jaw had dropped, as did HELsa's.
"What is that thing?" Kirouac asked. Sliepnir shrugged.
"I don't know, but we should find a city or something," he said. They spent the next hour or so wandering the desert, until they finally found something. A tall, gleaming city with a giant lake next to it.
"Well, at least we found a place to stay for now," Biech said. "Let's meet the locals, shall we?" As they started walking into the city, they noticed the locals giving them strange looks. They had the same general skin tone, so maybe that was why. As they continued on into the center of the city, muttering started happening. Suddenly, a woman in a lab coat appeared in front of them.
"Who are you?" she asked. "Are you one of Hoopa's old playthings?"
"Who's Hoopa?" Kirouac asked hesitantly.
"So you aren't," the woman muttered. "Who Hoopa is isn't important right now, but what is important right now is what to do with you four. You can't be wandering around the city until we figure out what's been going on."
"Have you been experiencing problems recently?" Kirouac asked.
"Yes, new violent species of Pokémon, but I don't think they're Pokémon," the woman said. "Their much smarter than normal Pokémon, and besides, they don't say their name."
"That's their name that they say?" Biech asked. The woman nodded.
"Now, where are you from?" she asked. "And are you a king?" She gestured at the crown on Kirouac's head.
"I am a king. I think we were teleported," Kirouac said.
"Like, interdimensional travel?" the woman asked. Kirouac nodded.
"I believe so," he said. "I've read theories about this, but never thought that it would actually work, but here we are." The woman's eyes were widening, and she actually started to squeal.
"Ohmygod, this is amazing!" she exclaimed. "I need to show you so much stuff! You need to go get some Pokémon, a place to stay, I could help you with so much! Follow me!" she grabbed Kirouac's and Biech's hands and started running with them in tow. Sliepnir looked at HELsa, and they both shrugged as they started running after the woman.
"I should probably tell her I have Nidoking, right?" Sliepnir asked. HELsa nodded.
"We can talk about this later," she said. "Lets just focus on running." Sliepnir had decided to keep a pair of legs folded back to keep in pace with HELsa.
"Ok," Sliepnir said.

Candy Burn awoke slowly, as she often did in the morning. But this wasn't the morning. Candy Burn opened her eyes to see a white tiled floor. She started rising, and noticed that she was in a gigantic room with strange looking pieces of tech. There was a glass panel with a cube and a button on the other side of it.
I wonder what that does? Candy Burn wondered as she searched the room for an exit. Finally, she found one. The only problem was that it was on the other side of a giant cavern. There was an odd looking blue square. She wandered over to it and touched it lightly. Her finger bounced off of it.
That'll help, but how am I going to get over there? Candy Burn wondered. She started looking around the room again, and looked at the cube and button. I could try something with that. She started building up the arm of her mech, and was able to just barley grab onto the cube. She was able to toss it slightly, and it managed to land on the cube. She heard something begin her power up, and she looked behind her, retracting the candy corn arm, and stared at the now glowing blue cylindrical thing behind her. She remade the mech arm and passed it through the thing. Nothing bad happened, but it did seem like her arm wanted to go upwards.
This thing might be like an anti-gravity thing, or at least makes something float. Should I get into it? Candy Burn took a few moments to decide, and finally jumped into it. She was right. It did make her float. All the way to the ceiling. She grinned for a few seconds before she realized something.
How am I going to get down? she thought with alarm. Wait, the mech suit. That'll protect me if I get out of this thing. As the mech started building itself around her, she heard a crash, one of the panels on the side of the wall opened up, and then something came hurtling out of it. It landed right at the bottom of the blue thing, and started floating up to Candy Burn. She grabbed it, and started examining it. It looked like a gun, but it was white and black, with glowing blue lights coming from a hole in the back and in the front hole.
Is this what I think it is? Candy Burn thought. She aimed it above her head and pulled one of the triggers. A blue circle opened above her. She aimed it towards the floor and pulled the other trigger. As an orange circle appeared, several things happened. Candy Burn saw the blue cylinder appear where the orange circle was, and Candy Burn started floating again. She realized that the two circles were connected.
"They're portals," Candy Burn muttered in awe. She looked across the cavern and shot the orange portal near the door. It didn't appear.
It must only be able to appear on the white tiles, Candy Burn thought. She looked across the cavern and saw a white tile. A single white tile. She shot the orange portal there and the cylinder appeared, but Candy Burn got out of the cylinder before she could go through it. She deactivated her mech suit.
That's not quite going to get me there , she thought. Wait, is that a button? She stared at a button kind of close to the glass wall. How did I miss that? She pressed it and another hole in the wall appeared. As soon as it did, it started spraying an orange gel out of it. It was able to reach the edge to the cavern and continued to coat the floor in front of the hole for a few seconds before stopping. Candy Burn stared at a now orange path and realized that it was some kind of help. Hesitantly, she stepped on it. Nothing happened until she started moving on it. She started moving faster.
It's a speeding gel, Candy Burn thought with a grin. Which must mean that the blue gel is a bouncing gel. That's how I'll get over to the exit! Candy Burn backed up so her back was on the wall and started running across the path, and when her feet hit the blue gel, she was flung across the cavern and entered the cylinder. Fortunately, it was in a good position, and she was able to drop down onto a steel platform that lead to the exit. She hesitantly started walking forward and the door opened automatically. There was an elevator shaft, and a screen that covered the entire back wall.
Well, looks like you finally solved the test, someone suddenly said. Whoever it was sounded robotic.
"Who are you?" Candy Burn asked.
I am the Genetic Lifeform and Disc Operating System, or GLaDOS , the voice said. I've been observing you and the others ever science you appeared in the testing chambers.
"Others?" Candy Burn asked. "What others?"
You'll meet them soon, GLaDOS said. But until then, you need to test. Especially with that mech suit of yours. That is very interesting. Candy Burn sighed.
"Ok, but why didn't you start talking when I was in the chamber?" she asked.
I wanted to see how well a test subject could do when given no instructions, but given the resources to make it to the exit, GLaDOS said. You passed. Now, take the elevator, and by the end of your testing, you can have cake! Candy Burn smiled as she saw the elevator appear in the tube and entered it. Maybe this was going to be pretty cool.

Rip of the Rift 2: A new world
As the queen pulled itself out, Fallout began to wonder how it fit into the tunnels. It's arms were about as long as Fallout's body, its teeth razor sharp, its eye's small and beady, its chest as wide as two people and as tall of two standing on top of one another, and its legs almost as tall as Fallout, only coming up to his neck.
"What are its weaknesses?" Fallout asked Core Producer.
"Besides from the light, she fears loud noises and fire," Core Producer said. Fallout grinned.
"Well then, this'll be easy," he said. His right wrist's crossbow popped out and an arrow loaded. A flint arrow. He launched it at the queen, who did the surprising thing and knocked it away. However, the flint still made a spark, which landed in her hair, and caught on fire. As the queen started to screech, Fallout loaded another arrow into the crossbow, this time with a hard pointed arrow, and launched it at the queen's chest. It embedded itself in her left breast, making her screech in agony again. But she didn't fall.
"Why isn't she dying?" Fallout asked.
"She has two hearts," Core Producer said. "You managed to shoot one, but the other heart is on the other side." Fallout started to load the crossbow with another hard pointed arrow, but the queen swiped one of her clawed hands at Fallout. He managed to dodge it, for the most part. She managed to get his right knee, making him trip and fall, and making the arrow fall out. Fallout groaned and held the wound, trying to stop the bleeding.
"Fallout!" Core Producer yelled. "Where are you! She's almost dead!" The queen screeched in what seemed like victory, but Fallout still had a plan. He ripped off a part of his shirt and hastily wrapped it around his knee, pulling it tight to put pressure on the wound. He managed to stand up and picked up the fallen arrow. He loaded it into the crossbow and nocked it. Still hidden by the rock he had been knocked behind, he aimed at the queen, carefully aiming at its right breast, and fired. The shot was perfect, hitting the queen directly in the heart. She let out one last screech and fell. Unfortunately, it was on Core Producer, but at least it was dead and that nothing else was following the queen.
"Nice shot!" Core Producer yelled, his voice muffled by the flesh of the queen. "Now can you get her off of me?" Fallout started shoving the queen, badly moving it with each shove, until finally, Core Producer's head was uncovered.
"How long until the others start coming out?" Fallout asked as he continued shoving the queen's body.
"Hopefully, they won't," Core Producer said. "However, if they do, don't worry, all you need to do is set the queen on fire. But don't do it with under her, please."
"Don't worry, I wouldn't do that to you," Fallout said. "But the queen is really heavy. Do you have sex with her?" Core Producer sighed.
"Yes," he said. "And I know what you're thinking. Yes, it is painful."
"Well, that's not good," Fallout said. "Now, I think I can pull you out."
"Do it," Core Producer said. Fallout grabbed Core Producers arms and started pulling. Fortunately, it was quick, and Core Producer slid out. Fallout put Core Producer on the queen's back.
"So, is there anywhere you want me to carry you?" Fallout asked.
"Nowhere specific," Core Producer said. "I've never actually been above ground before." Fallout looked around and saw a forest.
"Well, that forest would be a pret-" Fallout was cut off, however, when screeching started sounding off again. Core Producer and Fallout looked at the now gapping hole that the queen had crawled out of and saw multiple women crawling out, the dun shining off their black claws and skin. Core Producer screamed, and Fallout grabbed Core Producer to put on his back, and started running, Core Producer tightening his grip around Fallout's chest. Fallout took a quick glance behind him and saw that they were gaining on him.
"We just have to make it to the tree's!" he panted. "We should be safe there!" As he ran, he looked for anything that could help him hinder the women's approach, but found nothing. As he hoped over a log, and heard something whistle, and a thud. He turned his head to look back and saw that one of the women had fallen, but was getting back up. There was an arrow in her forehead.
"How the hell did she survive that?" Fallout panted.
"They have thick skulls," Core Producer said. "That's one of the mutations that happens when you have sex with them."
"What is that supposed to mean?" Fallout asked as he continued through some shrubbery.
"They have incredibly short life spans, and die after about a week, except for the queen, so I need to have sex with them to make them survive," Core Producer said. "And they give birth after a minute or two, so I've been forced to have sex with my daughters."
"Ew," Fallout said.
"Exactly," Core Producer said. "Nice shot, by the way. That was right in between the eyes."
"It was a good shit, but there's one problem," Fallout said. "I didn't make that shot."
"What?" Core Producer asked. "You mean we aren't alone here?"
"It appears not," Fallout said as he jumped over another log. "But don't worry, I don't think their trying to kill us." He glanced behind him again to see that there was only one woman following him now.
"Oh, I can take this," he said. He skidded to a stop as he grabbed a large branch and broke it off a tree. He started running towards the woman, and as they were about to meet, Fallout swung it as hard as he could. The swing hit the woman directly in the chin, knocking her upwards for a second, before she crashed back down.
"Dude, that was awesome!" Core Producer said.
"Thanks!" Fallout said. "Now, did you see whoever shot down that first woman, or who took out the other four?" Core Producer shook his head.
"It's a complete mystery to me," he said. A branch cracked. "Was that you?"
"No," Fallout said. He turned around to see...nothing. "Must've been a squirrel or something."
"Oh, I'm not a squirrel," a voice behind them said. Fallout spun around to see a white cloaked man leaning on his staff. "Who might you two be? I haven't seen anyone wander these forests since Sauron damaged them. Although, these past few days have been rather odd."
"I'm Fallout, and this is Core Producer," Fallout said. "Did you take down those women?" The man nodded.
"I only killed one," he said.
"So it's a tie?" an Irish accented voice asked. An incredible short armored man walked into view with a taller, pointed ear guy. Both were carrying weapons. The short one was holding an axe, and the taller one had a bow and quiver on his back.
"Gimli?" the white cloaked man asked. "Legolas? What are you two doing here?"
"Gandalf?" the short one, Gimli asked. "How have you been?" He and Legolas started walking towards Gandalf, Gimli's arms spread and wrapped around Gandalf's legs.
"I thought you were hunting down the last of Sauron's evil?" Legolas asked. "Unless you've already finished?"
"I've finished with the big ones," Gandalf said. "But then something else happened."
"Let me guess, new creatures started attacking you?" Gimli asked. Gandalf nodded. "The same thing happened with us."
"So this forest is from another world?" Fallout asked. Gandalf looked at Fallout quizzically.
"Another world?" Gandalf asked. "Are you saying that we are currently in another world?"
"Yes, exactly," Fallout said.
"That explains a lot," Legolas said. "So, those were women?"
"Yes," Core Producer said. "I'm afraid that those were mine." Gandalf frowned.
"They were your children?" he asked.
"Yes, but that's not important right now," Core Producer.
"What is important is why you are on Fallout's back," Gandalf said. "Why are you?"
"I've been used solely for reproduction for the past four years," Core Producer said. "I've been having non-stop sex for that duration." Gandalf visually cringed.
"So your legs don't work?" Legolas asked. "I bet you'd like that, wouldn't you, Gimli?" Gimli growled.
"At least I get action," he said. Gandalf chuckled and Fallout laughed.
"Calm down, you two," Gandalf said. "Now, in all seriousness, I can fix that."
"How?" Core Producer asked. "You can really fix my legs?" Gandalf smiled.
"Yes, with just a bit of magic," he said. "Now, we should get to my campsite before it gets dark. Follow me."

Rip of the Rift 2: A new world
"Trapped souls?" Pink asked. "What do you mean by that?"
"They were once human, but something led them to be trapped in these animatronics," Twill Weave said. "Honestly, this is really strange."
"Was that the power you got from the fusion core?" Pinkie asked. Twill Weave shook her head.
"No, my fusion core power is much less cool," she said. "It gave me this ability to pass unnoticed by anything and everything."
"That's actually really useful," Pink said. "You could use that to sneak up on the animatronics and free them!"
"Although, there are the other games after this one," Pinkie said. "Who knows, we may have to go through each one."
"That is true," Pink said. "So, actually just control them." Twill Weave rubbed her temple.
"You two are so confusing," she said. "But ok, I'll control them."
"Good, because Bonnie is right outside the door," Pink said. She pressed the door button, and the door pulled upwards. For a few seconds, nothing happened, and Twill Weave prepared herself for a technique that she had never actually practiced. And suddenly Bonnie had jumped out from the hallway and stretched out her mouth and started roaring. But Twill Weave had already started her performance. Her hands and circles started glowing and she slammed her hands onto the sides on Bonnie's head. Bonnie stopped completely. Her hands swung downwards and her she suddenly became lifeless. But only for a moment or two. She started shaking, like she was having a seizure, and jerking around until a bright light flashed, temporarily blinding everyone. When their visions returned, they could see that Bonnie had physically changed, and even thought the two Pinkie's couldn't immediately tell, Bonnie had also spiritually changed. Bonnie had changed colors. Instead of being different shades of blue, she was colored like Twill Weave, matching her colors exactly, even the circles!
"Woah," Pinkie said. "Hey, check the rest if the camera's. Where are the others?" Pink scanned through the other cameras, counting off the other animatronics she saw.
"Chica is still in the dining hall, Foxy is at the edge of the screen of the Pirate's Cove, and I don't see Freddy," Pink said. "He's probably in the kitchen."
"Why there?" Pinkie asked.
"Because that camera's out," Pink said. "I wonder if he knows that?"
"Probably," Pinkie said. "He's probably somehow connec-wait, what's that clanking sound?" Everyone stopped talking, and to their surprize, there was in fact, a fast clanking sound.
"It's Foxy!" Pink said. "Get ready!" Twill Weave's hands and circles started glowing, and when Foxy appeared, she was ready. As Foxy started knocking on the door, Twill Weave jumped out of the security room and grabbed the sides of his head. As the bright light started flashing from Foxy, Twill Weave started to fully understand what exactly the technique did. It didn't free the trapped souls from the mechanical bodies, but it did put them to peace, or at least were peaceful towards them. The bright light faded, reveling Foxy, but he was recolored like Bonnie.
"Wow, two animatronics in one chapter," Pinkie said. "This must mean that this pizzeria isn't the only one we visit!"
"What?" Twill Weave asked.
"I think you're right, actually," Pink said. "What other pizzerias did you see in the authors mind?"
"Another three pizzerias and a hospital," Pinkie replied.
"What are you two talking about?" Twill Weave asked. "Actually, do I want to know?" The Pinkie's turned to her and started talking simultaneously.
"The author is probably going to make us go through the rest of the games in this series for a reason that I'm not sure of yet," they said. "Although it's probably for an epic way scene at the end of this story against the Negative Space."
"But how?" Twill Weave asked, deciding to just go with it. Pink shrugged.
"They're all probably connected somehow," she said. "We'll probably find someone else down here too."
"I hope it's Fallout," Pinkie said. Twill Weave mimed gagging.
"Ew, really?" she said.
"Ah, once you get some action, you'll understand," Pinkie said. "You'd probably be good with Toxigo. He's probably the youngest man there." Twill Weave started blushing furiously.
"Anyway, we should probably find the rest of the animatronics," she said. "And I need to figure out how to give control back to these ones." She gestured at Bonnie and Foxy. "Believe it or not, they're not going to kill us now, nor are they in control of themselves."
"So you've freed them, but nit from their bodies?" Pinkie asked.
"It's more like they're at peace," Twill Weave said. "Their still in their, but instead of trying to kill us, they'll follow my instructions, like how Aragorn controlled the ghost army in The Lord of the Rings: Return of the King."
"Awesome," the Pinkie's said in awe. Suddenly, Bonnie's jaw started to move. That wasn't the only thing that happened.
"Only a little bit," Bonnie said. "That movie wasn't very accurate, though." The Pinkie's gasped and stared at Bonnie. Bonnie started to move, flexing her arms, and otherwise seeming to get used to her new freedom.
"She's awake?" Pink asked.
"I was always awake," Bonnie said. "We all are. But the reason why we weren't ever talking was because we were only forced to focus on one thing. Revenge. Which is why I can't seem to remember anything before you hit me with that...thing.
"Revenge be a powerful thing," Foxy said. The Pinkie's gasped again, and Twill Weave grinned. Foxy started swiveling his hook and started moving, only really using his legs.
"He talks like a pirate!" Pinkie exclaimed. "That is so awesome!"
"Yes, my speech patterns be parallel to pirates," Foxy said. "But me intelligence be much greater than a pirates, or one of ye land lubbers!" Pinkie snickered.
"This is so cool," Pink said.
"You know what's also cool?" Bonnie asked. "Chica is right behind me."
"What?" Till Weave asked. Suddenly there was a screeching noise, and Chica lunged out of the darkness at Twill Weave successfully, tackling her to the ground. The Pinkie's and Twill Weave started screaming as Chica's face opened up and started snapping at Twill Weave's face. Suddenly, Chica was being lifted off of Twill Weave, held by Foxy and Bonnie. Chica continued to snap at Twill Weave and tried to get out of Foxy and Bonnie's grips, but was unsuccessful. Twill Weave stood up and started channeling the energy she needed to free Chica from her vengeance stuck mind, and grabbed onto her face. The white light and the shaking followed, stopping short after. Bonnie and Foxy set Chica on her feet, and turned back to Twill Weave.
"Good job," Bonnie said. "Now, we can sense where Freddy is, and we need to strike at him soon."
"Is he in the kitchen?" Pinkie asked.
"Yes," Bonnie said. "Now, we need to strike fast, before he finds you. Or the pink ones. That would be bad too." Twill Weave paled.
"Wait, is he looking for me specifically?" she asked.
"I think so," Bonnie said. "I really can't remember anything before that ray thing hit me. But you're the most dangerous of the group." Twill Weave looked at Foxy.
"Can you remember anything?" Twill Weave asked. Foxy shook his head.
"It's almost be like I remember nothing about being animatronic, but I remember the feelings that was felt," he said. "It's like I only remember things that are immediately important."
"At least you remember some stuff," Twill Weave said.
"Yeah," Foxy said. "By the way, where's the other guy?" Twill Weave frowned.
"What other guy?" she asked.
"The green dude," Bonnie said. "Right, you weren't there. Foxy, Freddy's already put him in one of the costumes in back." Twill Weave and the Pinkie's gasped.
"What?" Twill Weave asked. "So whoever this guy is is dead?"
"Maybe," Bonnie said. "But that's not important right now. What is important is that you get Freddy before he gets here." Twill Weave was about to answers before she noticed a creaking noise.
"Is that him?" she asked.
"No," a voice behind Foxy and Bonnie said. Chica had just woken up. "But he is starting to figure out that we've been turned."
"Dang it," Bonnie said. "Well, I guess there's no time like the present. Follow me." Bonnie, Foxy and Chica started walking out the door, followed by the Pinkie's and Twill Weave.
"Are you going to be able to hold Freddy down while I charge my spirit freeing beam?" Twill Weave asked.
"We might," Bonnie said. While Bonnie and Twill Weave talked, Pinkie and Pink talked about the storyline.
"I don't think the author completely knows what he's doing," Pink whispered.
"Yeah, this is kinda fast," Pinkie replied. "Although, the animatronics in the first game never really showed any personality."
"Yeah, that's got to be difficult," Pink said. "But at least he's got this part of the pizzeria." Pinkie bumped into Chica, who had stopped moving. Before them was a closed door.
"We're here," Bonnie said. "Now, Chica, Foxy and I will rush Freddy while Twill Weave charges her spirit beam."
"Lets do it," Twill Weave said. Bonnie slammed into the door, knocking it down, and Chica and Foxy followed her, running into the room, which Twill Weave now saw was rather dark. But she could still see Freddy. Bonnie body slammed into him, tackling him into the ground, and Chica and Foxy took Freddy's legs. Freddy roared as he struggled to get up, but Twill Weave had started glowing. However, that's where things started going wrong. Freddy lifted Foxy up in the air and threw him against the wall, Foxy breaking on contact. Freddy did the same thing with Chica, and started tearing into Bonnie when Chica was done. Twill Weave, however, was just finishing. As Freddy ripped Bonnie's head off, Twill Weave slammed her hands into Freddy's head.By some kind of miracle, the usual flash of light and shaking came forth, and when it was done, Freddy was recolored. The Pinkie's looked at the wreckage.
"Wow, this was intense," Pink said.
"Well, we better find whoever it was that was shoved into the suit," Pinkie said.
"Or he finds you," a voice suddenly said.

Yeah, the quality if this chapter wasn't as good as the others, but it will be better next time.
Rip of the Rift 2: A new world
The next morning when Scorched Apple woke up, he noticed that Aloy was gone. He looked in all directions, but she wasn't there.
Did she ditch me? Scorched Apple thought, frowning at the blanket he had used for the night. She seemed serious about teaching me about using a bow. He heard some rustling behind him, and then there was something pointing into his throat.
"Lesson 1, always be prepared," Aloy's voice said. Scorched Apple smiled.
Good, she didn't ditch me, he thought. As the point started coming off of his neck, he turned around to look at Aloy. "Ok, you definitely got me there," he said. Aloy nodded.
"In the future, you will need to be ready for anything," she said. She reached to something on her back and took it off. It was a type of bow. "This is a basic hunting bow." Aloy handed it to Scorched Apple. "I'll give you this, and some ammo, but you'll need to learn how to craft more ammo, and get your own bows in the future." Scorched Apple picked up the bow and stared at it. It's main shaft was mostly made out of wood and had some metal protection on it, and the ends were made out of the same kind of metal as the main shaft protection. Aloy handed him some arrows, which Scorched Apple picked up. A few seconds later, he realized something.
"Where am I going to put these?" he asked. Aloy frowned.
"I forgot about that," she said. She thought for a few more seconds, then snapped her fingers. "We're near a merchant, so we can get some gear from him." She grinned. "And on the way, you can learn to shoot this thing." She lightly slapped the bow Scorched Apple was holding. Scorched Apple grinned.
"Let's get going, then," he said.
About half an hour later, Aloy and Scorched Apple reached the summit of a hill. Aloy pointed at a lone man, standing at the base of a tree.
"There's our merchant," she said. She looked at Scorched Apple and snickered. He had downed several watchers, and was learning how to salvage its scrap. He had stuffed his pockets as full as they would go, and was carrying the rest. He had run out of arrows, but Aloy was going to teach him how to make some more. He had more than enough scrap metal to buy a bag and still make some arrows. Scorched Apple started walking towards the merchant, but Aloy grabbed his shoulder.
"No, let me do this," she said. Scorched Apple looked at her questioningly. Aloy explained that people might find the red skin weird and would think he was an outcast.
"I'm not an outcast," Scorched Apple said.
"I know," Aloy said. She frowned. "Actually, no I don't. But we can talk about all of this later. I'll buy the bag, then we can get going." Aloy took the scrap that Scorched Apple was holding in his arms and started walking towards the merchant. She started talking with him, and a few minutes later, she returned to Scorched Apple with a bag, some clothes, and a small pouch.
"What's with the pouch?" Scorched Apple asked.
"It's for medicine," Aloy said. "Out here, you'll need it. Go put these clothes on behind those trees-" Aloy pointed towards a grouping of trees. "-and put the bag on. After that, we need to start heading towards Meridian."
"Meridian?" Scorched Apple asked.
"Yes, Meridian," Aloy said. "The City of the Sun. Now go change." Scorched Apple nodded slowly. A few minutes later, Scorched Apple was dressed in a sleeveless, blue outfit.
"A little itchy, but nice," Scorched Apple said.
"You'll get used to it," Aloy teased. "Now, let's get going to Meridian."

Rip of the Rift 2: A new world
As the girl dragged Kirouac and Biech through the city, she started talking.
"Oh, this is awesome!" she said. "I knew that interdimensional travel was possible! You need to meet my brother! I'm Meray, by the way!"
"Meray?" Kirouac repeated. "Where are we going?"
"That building up there!" Meray said, jerking her head towards a tall building that had some kind of gold symbol jutting from the sides. Half a minute later, she finally slowed down. Sliepnir and HELsa caught up a few seconds later, panting with effort. Meray pushed the door open, and cool air rushed out, ruffling Kirouac's feathers slightly. Meray entered, quickly followed by Kirouac and his friends. Inside was a man and a small creature floating next to him. The man was groaning, while the creature was saying "So were you?"
"Barza, you'll never guess what I found!" Meray said. Barza turned to look at her, but when he saw the group behind her, he froze. The creature floating next to him looked equally surprised. Barza turned to the creature.
"Hoopa, what did you do?" Barza asked, his voice stern yet slightly playful. The creature, Hoopa, raised its hands in shock.
"Hoopa didn't do this!" it said. "Hoopa is as surprised as you!"
"That's a first," Meray commented. "Anyways, this is Kirouac, a king from a parallel universe." Barza raised his eyebrow.
"Really, now?" he asked. He looked at Meray. "Is this another prank, or it this for real this?"
"Oh, it's for real," Sliepnir said, folding his bottom two arms over his chest. Hoopa and Barza gasped as they saw that, and Barza's skin whitened a little.
"This is for real," he said. He raised his hands into the air. "Awesome! What kind of world is it?" He started peppering them with questions, until Meray raised her hands and started calming him down.
"Hey, don't freak them out," she said. "You'll be able to ask them a bunch of questions later, alright? They need a place to stay, and some Pokèmon." Sliepnir raised his top right hand.
"Uh, I actually have one already," he said.
"Oh, nice!" Barza said. "What is it?"
"It kept saying 'Nidoking' over and over," Sliepnir said.
"Oh, nice," Meray said. "Nidoking's aren't very common around here. Where is it?" Sliepnir reached into his pocket and pulled out the Pokèball.
"It was in here," he said. Meray and Barza frowned.
"That's weird," Barza said. "You usually have to capture them first, but you found a Pokèball with the Nidoking inside? Strange."
"Is that?" Sliepnir asked. "Huh. Anyway, where do we get more of these?"
"The balls or the Pokèmon?" Meray asked.
"Both, I guess," Sliepnir said.
"Well, you can buy Pokèball's from practically any store," Meray said. "And you can find Pokèmon pretty much anywhere."
"Nice," HELsa said. "And what kind of currency do you use here?"
"We use Pokèdollars, but we're going to take you to get your starter Pokèmon first," Barca said.
Meray and Barca led the group through the city, though much slower than last time. Still, the building that they had been in was pretty close to the trainers center, but it was sltill enough time for Mercy to tell Sliepnir to not tell the professor they were going to meet about his Nidoking. As they entered, they met with a tall man. He had glasses and had shoulder length hair.
"Good to see you two again!" he said. He sounded nervous, but that was probably because of Sliepnir, Kerouac and HELsa. "What can I help you with today?" Meray nodded at the group behind her.
"These three need some Pokèmon," she said. "Preferable the starters." The man frowned, but nodded anyway.
"Who are they?" he asked.
"Professor, I'll explain everything later, alright?" Barca said. "But right now, we need to get them their starters." The professor nodded and turned around, walking towards a set of doors. The group followed him until they got into a room. In it was a pedestal with three Pokèballs in small indents. The professor gestured towards them.
"These Pokèballs contain the starter Pokèmon for this region," he said. "Chespin, Fennekin, and Froakie. Who wants to go first." Everyone was still for a few seconds, before they all seemed to agree that Kerouac should go first. He approached the pedestal and picked up one of the Pokèballs. He pressed the button, causing the ball to grow, and then pressed it again. The red beam of light shot out, and a small wolf-like thing appeared. It looked up at Kerouac in confusion and barked. A small jet of flame came out of its mouth as it did so, making Sliepnir step back in slight worry. Kerouac grinned.
"I like this one!" he said. "I choose this one. What is it called!"
"Thats is Fennekin, the fire type Pokèmon," the professor said. He turned to the other two as Kerouac pressed the button again, making Fennekin turn back into the red light and returned to the ball. "Who wants to go next?" HELsa stepped forward and selected a ball, quickly activating it and releasing the Pokèmon inside. A small beaver looking thing popped out and exclaimed "Ches!"
"That is Chespin," the professor said. "It's the grass type Pokèmon." HELsa smiled.
"It's kind of cute," she said, extending her hand and ruffling it's head. But Chespin didn't seem to like that. In fact, it jerked back its head in what seemed like pain. HELsa pulled her hand back. She glanced at the other ball, then deciding to check it out, returned Chespin to its ball, and picked up the other. As the red light emerged from the ball, it formed a little frog like creature.
"Froakie!" it said, looking up at HELsa. HELsa's grin returned, larger than before.
"I'll take this one," she said. The professor nodded.
"That is Froakie, the water type Pokèmon," he said. As HELsa returned Froakie to its ball, Sliepnir picked up the final Pokèball with a grin .
"Well, then, looks like I get Chespin," he said. "Nice." Barca clapped his hands together once to get their attention.
"Good, now that you've made your selection, me and Meray will show you how to train them," he said. He turned around and exited the door as he called out "Follow me!"

Rip of the Rift 2: A new world
As the elevator slowed to a stop, Candy Burn readied herself, preparing herself for the test on the other side. As the door opened, and she stepped out and up the stairs, she was greeted only with a hallway. As she trudged down it, expecting something to appear, GLaDOS started to talk.
You and these others are very interesting, to say the least, she started. You certainly aren't from this world, but then again, I believe we aren't even on my earth anymore.
"No, I don't think so," Candy Burn responded skeptically, knowing that they weren't.
Oh, great, sass, GLaDOS said. I think I like you. She wasn't sure, but Candy Burn was pretty sure that there was a tint of sarcasm in GLaDos's voice. Candy Burn turned as the hallway changed directions, only to see more hallway, though there was a doorway at the end.
"Where's the test?" Candy Burn asked as she continued walking.
You'll be there soon, but before you get there, you'll be making a short stop, GLaDOS responded. You'll be teaming up with one of the others. Candy Burn's expression immediately brightened.
"Oh, nice!" she said. Then her face went to a suspicious look. "Wait, really?"
Yes, really, GLaDOS said. You'll be paired with Subject 3.
"Whose Subject 3?" Candy Burn asked, grabbing and turning the doorknob, pushing the door open. Inside, though, was Fractured Heart.Candy Burn grinned as Fractured Heart turned to look at her.
The girl who can eject weapons from her forearms, GLaDOS said redundantly. Though I suppose you know already.
"Yeah, I think so," Fractured Heart said.
Yay, more sass, GLaDOS commented.
"So why are we teaming up?" Fractured Heart asked. "Didn't you say you already have a cooperative testing initiative?"
Yes, but what better way to test on people from a parallel universe than to make them team up? GLaDOS said. Besides, my cooperative testing subjects don't have powers. Unless you count idiocy as a power, that is.
"So what do you want us to do?" Candy Burn asked.
I have several test pathways that I've stockpiled, and now seems like a good time to have someone test, GLaDOS said. You two will be doing one of these, maybe two or three if you're lucky, to collect what most humans seem to like collecting. GLaDOS paused a few seconds for effect. Junk. Or for an insult.
"And you'll let us go at the end?" Fractured Heart asked.
Yes, your freedom will be one of the things you could win if you get the junk at the end of the testing course, GLaDOS said. Candy Burn and Fractured Heart shared a glance.
"Well, OK. Where is the start for this test pathway?" Candy Burn asked.
"Right this way," GLaDOS said as the door on the other side of the room slide open.

Well, this chapter certainly took way longer than necessary. I'm really sorry about the long wait, guys. I've entered my senior year of high school, and things have kinda started to pick up, especially with things like collage and what not. Even though this chapter is short, I hope you guys liked this chapter, and the next one will be out a lot sooner. Seriously, though, it should be out within the next week or so.
Rip of the Rift 2: A new world
"Oh, TAaPS isn't here anymore," a voice said as a screen emerged from the wall, reveling TAaPS's face. "You've been infiltrated. And this was disappointingly easy."
"Who are you?" Scorched Apple asked. "How did you do this?" The voice chuckled.
"Oh, I was here when the first person of the first universe was born, and I'll be here when the last person of the last universe dies," it said. "I am what you call the Negative Space." The room filled with gasps.
"But how?" Candy Burn asked.
"Oh, it was easy," the Negative Space said. "Really, all I had to do was wait for Starswirl to bring you here so I could attack you with others from other parallel universes. Then program that recover to be able to hold me in it, and wait for TAaPS to plug herself into it so I could take over the entire base! I've been planning this for years! And now I can take over the multiverse."
"No you won't!" Taissy exclaimed, slamming her hands on the table. "We can stop you!" The Negative Space chuckled.
"Oh, you are so naive," he said. "No you can't. I have access to the hole building! Starswirl never told you about this, but this building is the nexus to the entire multiverse! I can no longer be stopped!" That was when a surprising turn of events so unexpected that it may have prolonged the existence of the multiverse: Starswirl started talking. The talking itself didn't prolong the multiverse, but rather what he was talking about.
"You may have taken over the building," Starswirl started saying. "But you also but yourself in your most vulnerable position yet." The Negative Space turned around and looked at where Starswirl was, who was off screen.
"What are you talking about?" The Negative Space asked.
"I put in a fail-safe," Starswirl said. "Always put in a fail-safe! Team, you CAN beat him! Just get to the crystal caverns, and you'll have a weapon!" They couldn't see it, but Starswirl lunged at one of TAaPS's work benches, flipped a cover, and pressed a button. Before anyone could react, bubbles fizzled around everyone in the dinning room.
"What the hell did you do, old man?" The Negative Space yelled at Starswirl as a siren started playing.
"Making sure that you don't win!" Starswirl exclaimed.
"What are you doing?" Scorched Apple exclaimed, hoping that Starswirl heard him.
"You will be teleported away, far away from here!" Starswirl yelled back. "And more help will be on the way!" That was the last thing Starswirl was able to say, because as he finished speaking, and explosion rocked the building as machinery and walls started blowing up. No one was affected, however, because the bubbles surrounding them opened a portal below each one and dropped everyone to a different location, all far away from the base and Starswirl, which unfortunately knocked then all unconscious.
