A couple hours later, well, it felt like a couple minutes, as Twilight and I were flying, we flew out of the Everfree Forest and above the town I would know and come to love.

"So Chase, how did you get into Archaeology in the first place?" Twilight asked me.

I sighed, readjusting my fedora. "It's a long story."

"We've got time." Twilight says.

"When I was little... it was always my dream to be Indiana Jones." I explained.

"Never heard of him. But I have heard of Daring Do."

"Well, he's like her but instead a guy who teaches Archaeology and travels the world, beating up bad guys and saving the day." I explained. "Long story short, I had many adventures in my childhood and in my field of study, well, up until today."

"How did you get your wings? I asked Twilight."

"Well. It all started back when I was just a filly..."

TWO HOURS LATER...

Ironically, I was actually shocked to hear Twilight's story from her. To actually hear it from her was an entirely new experience for me!

"Wow! That is an amazing story! And to think you used to be a unicorn too!" I exclaimed.

She looked away, sheepishly. "You're a hero!" I exclaimed. We finally landed on the ground and walked around town for a bit. I got off of Twilight's back, to give her a break from carrying me around.

"Enough about me." Twilight said. "What about you? Where are you from? What's your IQ?"

"I'm from the state of California. I'm nineteen years old and studying Archaeology. I had my IQ tested, but I don't know what it is."

"How do you not know?" Twilight asked. "Is something wrong with your brain?"

"I'd rather not. You might laugh at me." I say glumly.

"It's alright." Twilight assured me. "I'm your friend. You can tell me anything."

"Well, I was diagnosed with autism when I was little. I have ADHD."

"ADHD?"

"It stands for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder." I explained.

"Anything else?" Twilight asked me.

"Um. I have... issues with high anxiety and stress. I tend to get angry, sometimes for no apparent reason, other times if I feel like ranting. I have difficulty with paying attention to anybody talking with me. I have an agenesis of the corpus callosum. And lastly, I have... problems with sitting still in one spot for long periods of time." I explained.

"If you ever need anything. I'm here for you." Twilight says, smiling at me.

"So, have you ever had to use violence as a last resort in your world?" Twilight asked me.

"It pains me to say it, but... yes. I have." I explained. "I even fought a guy twice my size near an airplane once. It didn't end well for either of us."

"How so?" Twilight asked me. "Can you elaborate?"

"The best way to explain this... it didn't end well for the guy I fought cause he got sucked into the jet engine. He was gone. Didn't end well for me cause I was bruised and hurt, but I pressed on to obtain the artifacts I was after."

"Well, this is all fascinating. I'd love to hear of your adventures and more about your world." Twilight told me.

"Hello Princess----" a black and red maned mare greeted us, but froze at the sight of me.

Every other equine creature followed suit and shut their doors and windows in a panic.

"Well that was rude. Wow. I just... wow. I cannot even with this place." I said, looking at the ground, albeit uncomfortably.

"Don't let that discourage you, Chase. They will warm up to you eventually." Twilight encouraged me.

"Who should we see first?" Twilight asked me.

"Well, it's up to you. I'm new here." I say, shrugging.

"Fluttershy it is then." Twilight says.

"So Fluttershy was the second pony you met in your time in Equestria?" Dad asks.

"What did I tell you about interrupting? Yes, she was. Now, as I was saying..."

As Twilight and I walked toward Fluttershy's house, I noticed a crystalline castle on our way. I was about to ask about the castle when Twilight spoke up.

"I'll explain the castle's origins to you soon. By the way, tell me all about your world! When we get to the castle that is." Twilight informed me. "We're here."

Once we got to Fluttershy's cottage, I took a good look at it. "Nice place she has."

"I'm sure that she'll be very happy hear that from you." Twilight says.
