Spike The Alicorn: Book 2

After awhile at the Rock Farm, Spike is eating like he hasn't eaten in day's, four earth pony mares and a stallion watched him.

"Are you the son of Princess Celestia and Prince Discord", he swallowed his food and nodded.

"So you're a Prince", he nodded again.

With Shining Armor walking the streets of Canterlot, "I didn't mean for Spike to get foalnapped, I didn't", a few tears fell feeling responsible for his little brothers foalnapping and death.

Twilight and the girls were heading back to Ponyville on the friendship express still in tears for the lost of the alicorn colt.

The CMC are holding their sisters in tears wishing that their boyfriend was with them.

Back with Spike and the farmers, they are still eating dinner as they were introducing themselves now, "My name is Igneous Rock Pie and this is my wife Cloudy Quartz".

He turned to the one that is glaring at him, "Stare into the eyes of Limestone Pie, and stay away from holders boulder", she gave a stern look.

The stallion glared at his daughter, "Don't be rude to the young Prince".

Then he turned back to him and bowed, "I am so sorry about that your magesty", he frowned.

The colt shook his head, "It's ok", he turned to the shy looking one.

"H-Hi..my name is Marble Pie", she barely said with a small blush and looking away.

He chuckled, "You remind me of my big sister Fluttershy", he told her as he ate.

Igneous stared at him with a questionable look, "Princess Fluttershy, wait do you happened to know a pink pony name Pinkamena Diane Pie?"

He nodded, "Yeah, I kinda look up to her like a big sister", he gave a nervous smile.

"Oh and my name is Spike", he introduced himself with a beaming smile.

"Spike...Spike...wait didn't you use to be a dragon", Limestone asked in shock.

He nodded, "Yup, but now I'm Spike the alicorn, future Prince of Equestria", he smirked as he puff his chest out.

Cloudy and her shy daughter giggled at how cute that was as Limestone chuckled, "You're quite cocky, I like you kid", she said with a smirk.

Her father cleared his throat, "So tell me young Prince, how you end up on my farm", he asked with curiosity.

The colt frowned and sighed, he started telling them about the Changeling invasion, and how they tried to foalnap him and how he is trying to find his way back to the Crystal Empire.

He snickered and told them how he outsmarted a Changeling and could only imagine the look on Queen Chrysalis face when she found out she got his duplicate.

With Twilight and the girls, they got off the train and slowly walked home with tears as Rainbow Rarity and Applejack held their teary eyed sisters.

At Canterlot Castle in the Princess and Prince's bed chambers, they were holding each other in their arms with tears.

"I-I want him back Discord, I want my little boy in my hooves", she told him with a trembling lip.

He pulled her close and gave her a kiss, "I know, me too", he is hurt for losing his son.

At the Crystal Empire ponies were sad and hurt to find out Prince Spike the brave and glorious has been foalnapped by the Changeling's and presumed dead.

At Ponyville Mayor Mare got the tragic news and told everypony in town about the Changeling invasion and the foalnapping of Prince Spike, everypony became devastated for what happened to the colt.

With Twilight and Starlight again in the Friendship Castle, they walked to their rooms and broke down on their beds crying.

The unicorn mare crying for losing a student and somepony she protected and saw as a little brother, and the lavender alicorn crying for feeling like she failed as a big sister.

With Fluttershy, Thunderlane is helping her walk home as she had tears in her eyes and still feeling hurt from losing her little brother.

The stallion is also hugging her with a wing and she had her head on his shoulder, but she never saw the determined look on his face.

Back at the Crystal Empire, Shining and Cadence are in their bed chambers, "it's my fault Spike is gone, my fault", he sobbed as his wife held him with tears in her eyes too.

Back with the alicorn colt and the Pie family, they finished eating and he asked, "Is it alright if I spend the night?"

"Yes you can Prince Spike", Cloudy spoke as her and her family bowed.

He scratched the back of his head with a hoof, "Just Spike, i'm not really use to ponies treating me like royalty all the time", he put on a smile.

After awhile the young Prince is laying down in one of the beds thinking to himself.

"Twilight and the girls are probably think i'm dead again or Chrysalis has me captured, don't worry because i'm coming home tomorrow", he yawned and fell asleep.

The next morning in Ponyville, Thunderlane is awake and packing things in a saddle bag like first aid, water and food.

"I'm gonna find him for you Fluttershy", he put it on and walked out his home, then took to the sky.

An hour later of searching the sky and grounds, he is flying over some mountains and saw Spike outside a house of a rock farm, he stared in shock as he flew down.

The colt is thanking the Pie family and saying goodbye, he opened his wings to fly to the nearest train station they told him about when Thunderlane landed next to him.

"Spike, your alive", he pulled him in for a noggie.

He got out of it and glared as he got ready to fight, but stopped when he saw it was his big sisters friend.

"It's just you Thunderlane...if it is you and not a Changeling", he got ready to fight again as his horn glowed.

The stallion backed away knowing that he's a colt, but can still pack a punch since he is a alicorn.

"Come on Spike, it's really me", he tried to calm him down.

The alicorn colt continued to glare, "Tell me something that only the real Thunderlane knows then", the Pie family minus Marble got ready to help him out.

The stallion looked away and sighed, "I have a crush on Fluttershy", he confessed with a blush.

That made him sigh in relief, "Ok, you're the real Thunderlane", the colt put on a smile as his horn stopped glowing.

The Pegasus frowned, "Spike, everypony thinks your dead, come on lets go back Ponyville", he took to the sky and started flying back to town.

The young Prince turned to the Pie family with a smile, "Thanks again", he took to the sky too following the Pegasus as they waved goodbye.

Twilight woke with tears in her eyes and got out of bed, she walked to the cutie map room and used it to call her friends.

After a while the Main 6 and Starlight are all in the cutie map room with fresh tears in their eyes, "What should we do", Rainbow Dash asked frowning as everypony is sniffing.

A hour later, they heard the giant doors opened and became confused, then gasped in shock when they saw Spike walk in the room with Thunderlane, they ran to hug him with tears.

"Spike, you're alive but how...we thought the Changeling's got you and Chrysalis killed you by now", Twilight told him with a frown as she is nuzzling him glad that he's alive and alright.

He shrugged with a smirk, "Simple, duplication spell and thanks for teaching me it Starlight", he put on a smile as the lavender alicorn let him go.

"Plus I didn't know which way was the Crystal Empire so I just flew in a random direction, hours later I found a rock farm and met Pinkies family", he turned to the pink party pony.

"And this morning I went to look for him and saw him about to leave the place", the Pegasus stallion finished with a smile.

Fluttershy hugged her little brother and nuzzled him, "I'm so glad you're alive Spike, we thought we lost you forever", she spoke with tears of joy.

The colt smirked, "And Thunderlane flew me back to Ponyville and made sure I make it here safe just incase Changeling's were around looking for me", that made his sister let him go.

Fluttershy walked up to the stallion and gave him a kiss on the cheek and nuzzled him.

"Thank you so much Thunderlane for finding and keeping my little brother safe, I don't know how to repay you", she told him smiling, his face is red as the girls and Spike are smirking or grinning at him.

When she backed away, he scratched the back of his head with a hoof still blushing, "Maybe you can repay me by going out with me", he looked away.

Fluttershy blushed with a smile and nuzzled him again, "That sounds nice, pick me up tomorrow at Seven", he nodded walked out, when the doors closed behind him he cheered and started flying home.
