Anon is the only human being in Equestria. He thought it would be difficult with no memory of his former life, as well as being only knee length in height to the standard pony, not to mention his growing desires and lustful thoughts regarding the amazonian mares that made up a large percentage of the population.

Anon did manage to perform his job with professionalism and integrity, not letting his desires interfere with his work.
