Twilight was sitting in front of her desk as she was paying her bills that had been sent over to her, as she paid her bills Spike walked up to her, she tried to finish as soon as possible so he could talk to her, soon she finished paying all of her bills so she faced Spike.
"Yes Spike? What do you need?" Twilight asked him as she looked him over, he was clutching his stomach while he wobbled towards her, Twilight saw this and became concerned, she spoke.
"Are you alright Spike? You seem to be in pain...." Twilight asked him, Spike shook his head as he tried to tell her, he couldn't but he tried anyway, Twilight watched him with concern on her face.
"I don't feel so good....my stomach hurts badly..." Spike managed to say as he winced, Twilight looked at him, he panted as she stood up and put a hand on his shoulder to get a closer look at him.
"Do you feel like your going to be sick?" Twilight asked as she looked at his face, Spike nodded franticly, Twilight gave him a bucket which Spike gratefully took, Twilight watched him as he sat down in the bathroom, Twilight mailed out her bills and then came back in case Spike needed him. Twilight came back.
Spike puked several times while Twilight sat by waiting for him, she wondered if she should take him to the doctors as she had no idea how he got sick like this. She needed to find that out. Spike puked a few more times and then came out, Twilight helped him sit on the bed and Twilight spoke.
"Do you want to go to the doctor? It's only a few minutes from here." Twilight suggested but Spike said no, Twilight looked him over with concern in her eyes, she was upset that he was sick and she wanted to help.
"Well if your not going to the doctor you can lay down here, you can keep that bucket with you in case you feel sick again and if you feel better in a few hours you can try eating something but I don't want to force food on you now okay?" Twilight said, Spike nodded as he didn't want to speak.
Spike laid down in his bed and Twilight got out a book to read but she made sure to keep checking on Spike, Twilight hoped that Spike would recover in a few hours as she didn't want to force him to go to the doctors if it isn't serious. She would wait and if he felt better then she would try to feed him.
Spike hated when he got sick, it had already ruined his day but there was nothing else he could do about it except try to rest to see if it goes away, he didn't want to go to the doctors and Twilight knew that. He hoped he didn't have to go as he clutched his stomach.
Spike of coarse puked several times over the next hour but he couldn't help it, finally he stopped puking and Twilight noticed that after he hadn't done it in an hour, Twilight hoped he was better as he needed to keep something down when he ate. She would wait a bit more before she asked him about eating but she will ask him.
Soon she got up and walked over to him, Spike sat up as it was a bit easier for him, Spike wiped his mouth off and looked at Twilight who patted his back.
"Do you want to try and eat something now? I don't want to give you something that will make you puke more as that would make me feel bad so maybe something soft." Twilight said. Spike nodded and told her to feed him anything he could keep down.
Twilight went to the kitchen and got applesauce as that was the most acceptable food she could find to feed someone after getting sick, she gave it to him and he ate slowly, Twilight kept watch of him, she hoped that she was doing the right thing.
When he finished he gave it to her while saying thank you, Twilight threw the empty carton way and waited to see if Spike could keep it down or not, she waited for an hour and she realized that he hadn't puked in a while.
"How do you feel, aside from getting over being sick that is." Twilight asked, Spike shrugged as he didn't really feel sick anymore.
"Better actually but hungry I can try regular food again if you think I'm ready for it, I don't think I'm going to be sick again and if I do get sick well then I'll be proven wrong won't I?" Spike asked, Twilight agreed with him.
"Alright then! I'm glad your feeling better Spike, It's never fun being sick so I know how you felt during that time, I've been sick lots of times, the only thing that bugs me is how you got sick in the first place." Twilight said, Spike thought about it and shrugged.
"I'm not really sure to be honest, I don't think I ate anything that disagreed with me but it must have been something, the point is that I'm better but I'm also hungry so..." Spike began to say and Twilight was right on it as she made him supper, Spike ate again and waited for a while and realized that he wasn't going to get sick again.
"Thanks Twilight for taking care of me, i think I'm better and I'm sure I won't get sick again, I know are hesitant to accept that but I assure you I'm not sick anymore. I don't feel like it anyway." Spike said. Twilight was happy that he felt better.
"Your welcome Spike, I tried to do the best I could, I'm glad your feeling better." Twilight said. Spike hugged her and they hung out for the rest of the night.
