It's been quiet in the castle for the past week. Princess Twilight had been in a room hidden room, a research room. Sounds could be heard from it, such as banging and magical blasts. Both Spike and Starlight stare at each other as she works on her project, as she hasn't even came out in 5 days. They were starting to get worried, as they both thought she hasn't eaten anything. As spike goes to knock, Twilight busted out of the door, holding what looked like the old Element of Magic, though it was different.
"I finally did it! I manged to recreate the element of magic!" She giggles happy, holding it up in her magic to show them.
"I don't know about this Twilight...seems risky to remake such a powerful tool...." Spike explained to her, worried this will go badly.
"Oh Spike, your such a worry dragon. I spent a lot of time on this for a reason, it should work out well." Twilight made her way over to the cutie map and sits down, going to put it in her saddlebags. "I'm going to show the Princess, maybe we can remake the elements to have them again in case we need them."

As soon as she sat down with the magic copy, the map started to glow a purple color. The element copy started to glow and floated up to the middle of the map. Twilight, Spike and Starlight all backed away with worried and concerned expressions, though Twilight was more excited then anything. Suddenly, a beam was fired at the map as a portal opened, and Twilight's cutie mark was blinking as she, and only she, was getting sucked in. Spike went to grab her and Starlight tried to close the portal.
"What is going on!?" *Spike yelled, trying to pull her back as Starlight had little luck. Twilight's tail was sucked into the strange portal. They were having problems as she slowly kept getting sucked in.
"Starlight...Spike...Find Celestia and fix this!" That was Twilight's last words before her and the element were thrown into the portal and it closed. Both Spike and Starlight made their way to Canterlot.

Upon waking up, Twilight looks around. What she saw, it surprised her. It didn't even look like Equestria, though she knew it was. It looked much more advanced, bigger cities, towns, and even more then just ponies living in it. She pushes herself up and grabs the element off the ground, putting it in her saddlebags as she starts to walk.
"Where even am i....?" She asks herself as she starts to walk. As she walked, she got strange looks from ponies, even a few walking off. She stops to study the area a bit, making note of how different it was.
"Is this even Ponyville....or something else?" She thinks to herself as she sees a group of armored ponies make their way over to her. She freezes, thinking they would be good to talk to until she realized they had weapons out and aimed at her, then she realized it. She turned around and took off running, the guards on her tail.
"Why are they after me? Don't they know who i am?" She asks herself quietly, her horn starting to glow to teleport away. She ended up running into an alleyway and turns to face them.
"Who are you." One of them asked in a grim tone, weapon aimed at her. "After all, ponies don't have both wings and horns...." This caught Twilight off guard. Have they never heard of alicorns as she backs up to a wall as they approach her. Instead of answering, she simply teleports away.

After the teleport, she ended up in a random location, running off to hide. She pants a bit, tired and exhausted as she finds an old cloak in a trash chute, putting it on and walking out, walking off.
"So...they haven't heard of alicorns....this seems to be a more advanced Equestria...i must have went into the future somehow. But how far....and where do i go...." She thinks to herself. She looks up to see its night and a bit cloudy, meaning rain was near. She needed a place to spend the night in, and finds a small alleyway to hide in, covering herself with a few left over items of all sorts. She lays down and sighs, thinking and closes her eyes, hoping to rest. However, that didn't last long as she woke up with a knife at her throat, looking at the stranger. It was what appeared to be an anthropomorphic bird holding her in its claws.

"You will not speak little pony, and i better not see that horn glow." It sounded like a female, but Twilight was not sure. She squirms a bit and tries to kick it, managing to kick her off as she drops and she tries to run. However, it was with no luck as her tail was stepped on and she was tackled, being muzzled and horn locked. She was then pushed into a cage as it locked and she panicked, looking at her captors. There was 4 of them, all birds.
"This one looks really healthy, she should sell well." One of them,a male voice, said.
"She was a bit of a pain, and a fighter. We might need to train her a bit." The original female one said.
"Lets just get her into the truck." Her cage was was lifted and tossed into the back of some strange vehicle as it drives off.

Twilight tried to use her magic with little luck, her magic somehow blocked off. She accepts her defeat for now, laying down to sleep and think. She still had the element on her other saddlebag items on her, so she works on covering her wings up with cloth in case the cloak was taken off. She manged too make them tight, also hiding the element in them in case her saddlebags were taken. Afterward, she thinks, gathering up her thoughts and what she knew about this place. She needed a plan to get out of it, and soon. She closes her eyes to rest as the truck drives off.

Well, hoped you all liked it. I know it probably isn't as good as my older stories. However, i've been out of it for awhile, and needed practice. I also didn't have an editors.
