Chapters 1: Baking Bad: Magic is Acid
The summer arrived early this year in Ponivile, all of that just means that weather ponies would get an extra workload to make sure that air pressure would be stable during those three months until the autumn would replace it. Another concern was is that when the summer's heat arrives, it is going to hit hard on healthcare of an elderly. On average each year got hotter by a few degrees, and the weather ponies could only do so much to counter react the heat from the Sun.
Rainbow Dash had spent quite a lot of time thinking about Pinkie Pie's strange behavior. The more she thought about it the more it didn't really make any sense from her own point of view. Rainbow Dash decided it would be best if she just could go to straight to the towns bakery Sugarcube Corner and then question her directly about it. When the next morning arrived Rainbow Dash had been standing right in front of the bakery, she already saw the pony she needs.
"Hey Pinkie Pie, do you have a free time to chat? There is something I want to talk with you about it."
"Well okay, let me just take a coffee break, I'll be right with you." About five minutes later she came back, "So we have about thirty minutes before I am going to be forced to go back on my shift."
Rainbow Dash started speaking, "There is one thing you said to me, which I did find quite strange."
"What is it Dashie?"
"I think when you went a bit insane, I overheard you shouting about me having laser eyes.".
"Oh, that silly thing well I guess I am. What about it?" Pinkie Pie realized that she screwed up and tried to cover it up.
"Well you see, at first I dismiss it on the account that you might have an active imagination, but then I just couldn't forget about it. So would you please just explain this to me, because I just don't get it where this idea came from."
"Okay! An explanation! I can do this!" Pinkie Pie then slowly said every single word, which was unusual because usually, she was talking a mile a minute. "Sure, I can do that! You see, the simple answer to that is quite simple actually, I was confused! Yes, I was just confused!"
"Confused? How can you be confused about that?"
"Well, I really did think that you had laser eyes. Look, from my point of view you was the one at fault, you were moving was way too fast and was trying everything you could possibly think of to avoid eating them!"
"Pinkie Pie please concentrate, we already covered this already. You spent a whole day trying to chase me with pies and I just started to get sick of it so I finally lost it and forced to admit it that I hate pies! What I want to know now is why are you acting so crazy that day."
Pinkie Pie acted shocked and hurt. It looks like the gig is up, she would have to fess up or go home "Fine, you win, I spiked the pies."
"You did what with the Twilight's little brother? I am sorry I couldn't hear you!" Rainbow Dash once again forced the answer from Pinkie
"I spiked the pies with acid! Are you happy now!" Pinkie Pie shouted and then gasped.
Now it was Rainbow Dash turn to be shocked, "Pinkie, what the actual hay? I had been feeding those pies to Tank. I suppose right now I realized it was a really good idea for me to avoid those pies."
Pinkie Pie blinked, "Alright, I am sorry about your pet Rainbow, but I've seen you smoke cigarettes all the time. Sure it's the other drugs is where you cross the line."
Rainbow Dash facehoofed herself, she should just start explaining those things better, otherwise, ponies ended up misunderstanding her intentions.
"Pinkie Pie please tell me that you understand what is it means to have a pack of cigarettes in today's society?"
"Of course I know the answer to that question. Equestria heavily regulates the use and farming of tobacco products. This, in turn, caused the taxation to skyrocket, and now cigarettes cost a lot of bits."
"Oh! Ooooooh! I do feel really stupid right now!" Pinkie Pie hanged her head apologetically.
Rainbow's hard stare softened "Pinkie Pie I am sorry, I think I overreacted a bit."
"You are apologizing to me?" Pinkie Pie glanced at her friend.
"Yes Pinkie, just please shut up and accept the apology from me!" She then smiled at Pinkie, Pinkie smiled back.
"So does Twilight actually knows that you've been accepting bribes from nobles."
"I guess that does sound a little bit strange when you think about it!"
Rainbow Dash then decided that she had enough of this standing in a dark background with absolutely nothing in it.
"Um, Rainbow this is like nothing to worry about. It does happen sometimes way too often to my liking. The basic idea is if you just ignore it for long enough, the weirdness would go away. You wouldn't actually believe it but even I sometimes want to be normal."
Rainbow Dash silently agreed with her, they most likely spend way too much time in Discord's house, by now all of them got used to it. I guess he kind of the only owner of it."I don't really want to be here, I guess even brave and fearless pegasi sometimes feel scared of complete darkness."
Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie just got back to Rainbow's house and only then Rainbow felt that by now she could relax.
"So is this how you managed to acquire this brand new house all those years ago. You just simply exchanged one favor for another?"
"That's the idea you can simply pull a few strings with it. For example, ponies would simply forget an individuals criminal record. I got to pull a few strings with Spitfire, and then some others, just so Starlight Glimmer would have a chance for a second life.
"Do you remember how they managed to ship an interdimensional mirror all the way from Crystal Empire, so just Twilight could have a small chance to play with it? That was partially me too.
"But enough about that, why don't you explain to me your baking shop," at the same time while she was talking she and Pinkie Pie went to living room and then they went straight to the sofa, because who doesn't like sofas.
"Well I suppose it does help a bit with the sales, it makes it a bit more popular with the adults. I do try my best not to screw up."
"That understandable I guess" She then dropped the next two words,"Tree Hugger?" Rainbow Dash then sighted, that mare was cool like a wind, but still had a few loose screws.
"Tree Hugger!" Pinkie Pie nodded her head, somehow Rainbow and Pinkie Pie came to the silent understanding and everything was peaceful again.
"Pinkie Pie?" Rainbow Dash suddenly wanted to say something to Pinkie.
"What is it Rainbow?"
"You are reading way too many Spike's virtual reality comic books."
"That's not fair, they don't exclusively belong strictly to him alone. I do have several of my own."
"So um, what are we going to do now?"
"I don't know, we don't really do nothing except talking right now! I suppose I'll be going by now!"
"Okay see ya later!" Rainbow Dash then waved her hoof to Pinkie Pie, who went going on her business.

As you've guessed that this is based on the episode #723, I really liked that episode and hopefully, the first chapter would help me to kick start the main story that would start off in the second chapter.

2: Is There Anything Else You Lying About
Ponivile's ferocious summer has been replaced by a more friendlier autumn. This time it was the job of an earth pony to prepare the town for the winter which would then be placed under the watchful eyes of the weather ponies. There was still a few trees that had leaves left hanging on them. There was still some crops that needed to be harvested
Rainbow Dash started her day normally. She already got it all planned out, she is going to have a training session with Wonderbolts, then later that evening she is going to have a cutesy date with Soarin.
The day went on normally, as it always had been, Wonderbolts were a PR team for the Equestrian military, not the other way around. There was no reason to ruin things and make it so that Wonderbolts would end up doing the roles of the actual military which would then ended up pretty badly because Wonderbolts have almost zero combat experience.
At best they would be called in to boost morale, at worst they were called in to perform a scouting mission.
The evening came Rainbow Dash has been preparing for her night out when the doorbell rang. Was it this time already, or is that somepony else.
“In a minute!” Just like she said after the minute passed she opened the door. “What do you want Pinkie Pie!”
“Well, I just wanted to give you this.” Pinkie Pie tried to shove Rainbow Dash a pie, “I made it extra creamy!”
Rainbow Dash felt a slight headache slowly consuming her head. “Pinkie Pie did you happen to meet my mom, and then she talked to you about how she would like to have grandfoals. I mean I would assume that this would be the case since you made this cake and all.”
All this time Pinkie Pie listened to Rainbow Dash talking about Windy Whistles. “Well, now that you mention it, yes I overheard her talking like that!”
“Well tell her that it will happen when it will happen!” Rainbow Dash almost shouted, “No, wait, tell her this but in a nicer way!”
“Ok, but please still take the Pie!”
“But Pinkie Pie this is extremely embarrassing, he would think that I am desperate. I am really sorry but just please take it back.” Rainbow Dash protested and then tried to shove the pie back to Pinkie Pie. Pinkie Pie refuse to accept it.
“I am sorry but I can’t take it back! Pinkie Pie glanced at Rainbow Dash face, “Come on, it’s not going to be that bad, Soarin loves pies. He is not going to think any less of you!”
Rainbow Dash looked sideways and when saw that nopony was around she invited Pinkie Pie inside.
“Um, this is supposed to be a secret but I guess I just tell you right now! Um, can you like promise to keep it a secret! Oh, who am I fooling, of course, you can’t!”
“Well, I know I am the worst secret keeper, but I Pinkie Promise that I never ever tell anyone, nopony or their pets, or not even to random inanimate objects, or...”
“Pinkie Pie what are you doing?”you will lose your friends forever! ”
“Well, that too!” Pinkie Pie agreed with her, “However the secret can be told in so many ways, and technically the pony will not break the secret vows of secrecy, also known as Pinkie Promise!”
Rainbow Dash started talking, “I think I might be pregnant!”
“You think you might be pregnant?” Pinkie Pie was confused about what her friend just said.
Rainbow Dash nodded her head, “I did the test, and then I did it again, and then again, and again, and...”
Pinkie Pie gestured Rainbow Dash to stop “You did the test many, many times, and then every single time it comes out positive?”
Rainbow Dash nodded her head.
“But you are not sure who the father is because you sleep with too many stallions!”
Rainbow Dash nodded her head again, “Well it’s not like that, well kind of. I mean I always used protection. Except for that one time when I slept with Soarin, and well there was that time when I and Twilight used her horn as well, you know, as a dildo.”
“Shhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Please, not so loud!” Rainbow Dash shushed her up.
“Oh right, sorry!” Pinkie Pie apologized for sheepishly.
“Anyway, yes it’s kind of possible, Twilight explained to me that all Unicorn mares are hermaphrodites with the horn serve a very specific secondary function!"
"Alicorns, Twilight is an Alicorn right now! Rainbow Dash you are confused about something!"
“What? I know what I said Pinkie, you are missing the point. Um, anyway if you really want to know do you remember my first day in the Wonderbolts?”
Pinkie Pie nodded her head.”Sure I even give you Congratulations at becoming a Wonderbolt party, I think there was some pie too. ”
Rainbow Dash cringed at that, “Well, uh! What I didn’t tell other girls is that what was involved at the Wonderbolts inauguration day. Spitfire gave me a bunch of antipregnancy pills and then she said there is going to be a mandatory celebration for all the male Wonderbolts.
“She said that I had to do it before she did the exact same thing. Then if she did make it so that I wouldn’t have to do it, then why the buck did she do it in the first place. She did it! All the other team members did it, and that means I had to do it!”
“Okay, that’s interesting, what did you do after that?”
“I brutally stole Soarin from her.” Rainbow Dash said with a hint of pride.
“Uh...” Pinkie Pie wasn’t sure how to respond to that.
“I still loved him you know! Even before I was drooling for him on every single one of the Wonderbolts show. Well, I did, and he was Spitfire’s lover colt. And after that day I did everything I could do to make sure that Soarin would break up with her.Between you and me Spitfire has been running some kind of weird harem group before I took over as the lead mare.”
“Is she like holding a grudge or something?”
“Surprisingly no! We just pretend like nothing happened! Except that everyone is aware of what’s going on. And now I guess you too because I just told you!”
Pinkie Pie was just thought long and hard about everything she just heard, she guessed that a little something wouldn’t hurt in this situation. So then she hugged Rainbow Dash. Rainbow Dash hugged her back because she felt she needed as well.
“Do you still want me to take away the pie?”
“No! It’s not necessary, I think I will eat it, after all, Could you do me a favor?
“What’s that?”
“Could you please hide it in the kitchen’s refrigerator? I just don’t want it today.”
Pinkie Pie couldn’t resist and snorted, then they both started to laugh. After about five minutes later, the doorbell rang again and this time Rainbow Dash knew who it was.
“Oh oops, I guess I overstayed my welcome.” Pinkie Pie then quickly grabbed a pie and dashed into the kitchen.
Meanwhile, Rainbow Dash opened the door, then she saw that it was in fact Soarin “Please come inside, it’s not as good as my cloud house was, but it’s still cozy, I think.”
“You did this for Scootaloo, right? So both of you could live together. I think I can respect that.”
Rainbow Dash nodded at that, “Thanks for understanding, can I check on something before we could go on the date? And well, I think I would need to tell you something that you need to know!”
Soarin nodded his head, “Sure, I think whatever it is, is a good news right!”
“Yeah!” Rainbow Dash offered a little bit unsure of herself, and then went straight to the kitchen. There in the refrigerator, she found a little note as well as pie that’s been left by Pinkie.
Heya, I had to use your water sink again, so like I couldn’t really use the kitchen window this time. I really wish you happiness with Soarin, and I guess whenever you are ready, all the other girls are going to be happy too when they are going to hear such wonderful news.

Rainbow Dash smiled, Pinkie Pie will always be Pinkie Pie even in the most serious situation.

In this chapter, Rainbow Dash spills some heavy beans. I originally didn't want this story to die in the first chapter, so I extended it into a somewhat romantic SoarinDash story. Rated Sex and Romance for obvious reasons.

Rainbow Dash thought that she stood in the kitchen for at least an hour or so minutes or so. She thought about what she is going to say to Soarin. Would it be better if she went and then spend time with him? Then when they arrive back home she could start off a little playfully and then...
Um, Soarin, there is something I need to say to you, I am pregnant, and I think you might be the father. Thinking about saying that, froze her up somewhere between the fear of rejection and slight realization of how stupid it all sounded in her head.
Or maybe she could just say it straight up right at the beginning. That would leave her right where the last scenario did, the same exact fear.
"Is everything alright!" Rainbow Dash heard him saying those words when he arrived at the kitchen.
"I... I was just started to think about something, and then I guess I lost track of time. I am sorry!" Rainbow Dash felt Soarin trying to embrace her under his wing, it simply felt nice.
"It's quite alright actually, I don't really mind either way!"
"You don't?" Rainbow Dash was surprised by his somewhat casual dismissal.
"Nope, whatever it is on your mind right now, must be important to you. "
Soarin did anyone ever told that you are the nicest thing that happened in my life."
Actually yes! Many times over."
Rainbow Dash tried to focus her thoughts, the next thing that's she is going to say to him might as well completely ruin their relationship. The keyword was might.
"Soarin, I don't know how to actually say this to you. I... right now I feel like I am scared little filly, but I still need to say this because it's the right thing to do...." She started saying, but then stopped in mid-sentence.
Soarin didn't say anything yet, but instead, he put his hoof on her shoulder, in an attempt to make her feel more comfortable.
"Soarin, I am...I am pregnant!" She blurted it out and then shut her eyes closed. Any second now, he is going to dump me!
After a long pause Soarin started speaking, "I had to say this, Rainbow you beat me to the finish line."
"What do you mean?"
"Here I thought about what I am going to say to you to propose a marriage proposal, but then you just...I guess you kind of like said your own thing first, it's a bit confusing for me."
Rainbow Dash thought about it, and then she mentally relaxed, somehow her own fears felt somewhat silly.
"A marriage proposal, huh? Hold that thought for a second, I think I've got an idea. Pinkie Pie just came and she gave me this little present. At first, I didn't know what I am going to do with it but now I think it's perfect for this situation," She opened a refrigerator door and the pie that's been hidden there became visible for anyone to see, "Tada! It's a Will You Marry Me Pie."
Soarin had his jaw dropped after witnessing and hearing this, somehow he didn't actually think about doing exactly this. He took the pie from the refrigerator and then carefully placed it on the table. He then turned to face her and started speaking.
"Rainbow, we've been dating for about a whole year now, and then I thought that you might want to advance to the next level of our relationship. So here it is, I will just ask you like it is. Will you marry me?"
At this moment Rainbow Dash had been the happiest mare in her entire life. "I will," she simply dropped a short reply.
After a short while, they both kissed each other, and then simply embraced each other.
"I suppose this is the moment when you realize that you are about to start eating that pie," She whispered it in his ear.
"Well I suppose if I had to, but only if you join me for a bite!" He whispered back to her.
"Okay, I will."
Meanwhile, Pinkie Pie had been sitting on the hill, she had giant binoculars in her hoofs, "I just love happy marriage proposals and I helped them!"
Spitfire had been sitting in the bar drinking. At first, she started to come here at least every single month, just for the sake of it. Then her visits became more often she started going there every single week, and then when Soarin dumped her in order to start chasing Rainbow Dash's tail, she decided to go there for three days straight.
Stupid! Stupid! Stupid! I was so bucking stupid! Why couldn't she just take a joke! Spitfire felt several confusing emotions. She completely understood what she did wrong that day. Did Rainbow Dash do this just to make a statement against her authority? She was pretty one hundred percent positive that if she didn't force her to do this, then Soarin would probably still be hers.
"Why such a gloomy face Spitter, are you still glooming over the fact that your coltfriend decided to dump you? Oh, oops! I am really sorry to hear that, I guess by now he is not yours anymore! I guess the new filly outdid even you."
Spitfire groaned, she clearly recognized the voice of this scumbag, "What do you want Wind Rider?"
"Me? I am just striking a conversation with you! You started visiting this bar, then you became a constant visitor, and then I just thought that you wouldn't mind if the two seniors of this bar would have a little chat."
"Well, you thought wrong! We don't have anything in common with each other!"
"Oh do we, now? Well, I beg to differ. If you actually expect me to apologize for what I did, then I am not going too. You had to remove the competition before they outgun you in your own game, but now I guess its too late for both of us!" Windrider softly chuckled.
Spitfire felt disgusted at him, she even felt disgusted at herself at the thought for what Wind Rider have been suggesting.
"If you actually think, I would get myself to stand to your level, well I have a good old saying for you! Go buck yourself!"
"Oh, I am not suggesting anything, I am just an old warhorse that forced to retire!" He made an emphasis on the horse like it was a secret joke between all of the Wonderbolts. "I do tend to remember that you loved sucking lollipops when you first came to the unit." His wide green was even wider.
Spitfire was so angry at this point that she simply decided to leave. She dropped the bits for her payment, and then put down her unfinished glass, then she simply left. She would never come back to this bar, or to any other bar ever again.
"Don't let the door hit you on your way out, but knowing you, you would probably enjoy it!" He said to her coldly.
Spitfire flipped the hoof in his direction, then went outside of the bar.
Author's Note
I feel like the story that I am planning is going to be at least drama, it's kind of like that, the conflict between Spitfire and Rainbow Dash over Soarin have a probability of about 40% of turning this Into very ugly situation, which is then it might as well make it somewhat sad.
Imagine the multiverse as a tree, and then the tree splits into several different branches, This story is kind of like one of those branches.
So anyway Wind Rider is just the worst scum on the planet, and I just wanted the story to reflect that.

The next two months came by and left really fast. Thinking back, when Rainbow Dash will become way older than she is now and probably way wiser, she would think back to the early years of her life. She would remember the girls.
She would remember how happy they were, how naive they were, she would also remember how stupid they were all. The past should be left in the past as they say.
The first thing that happened was that when Rarity found out about Rainbow Dash and Soarin getting married, she almost immediately presented a wedding gift just for Rainbow. The former had been currently standing in a pure white wedding dress, with a small tiara on her head, she was wondering how in the hey did she just let Rarity do this. However Rainbow was still very happy, none the less. Right there with her had been standing Soarin in the equally white suit.
Let's not forget Pinkie Pie who happily donated a wedding pie, which was very large, and was in a way several big pies stacked together.
Princess Twilight simply agreed to do the ceremony, because as she said it that her word is the law, and the ponies are supposed to take her seriously. That's why she was going to marry Rainbow Dash and Soarin.
"I am sorry, sweetheart, but it looks like my parents couldn't make it to the big event." Soarin apologized to his future wife.
"I suppose they couldn't," Rainbow Dash brushed it off. "What exactly stopped them to go to their son's wedding?"
"They were kind of hoping that I would end up being hitched with Spitfire, and well, as it turns out that I didn't. It's okay though, um, they don't really hold a grudge, and..."
Rainbow Dash decided that this is time for her to be a supportive one, even though she was really bad at it. "Hey, Hey, it's okay! I talked with Spitfire and we just decided to start anew as friends. Um, so I suppose that we have about twenty more minutes before the ceremony starts, sorry I am not really good with the pep talk."
"That's fine, I am sure you will get it eventually, by which I mean that I am not implying that you don't!..."
Rainbow Dash almost immediately jumped very close to him and kissed him, which resulted in him enjoying it. Meanwhile, all of the guests had already been there and waiting for them, Wonderbolts included.
Their kiss had been interrupted by the knock on the door. Rainbow Dash decided to open the door, and Spitfire was the one who had been waiting for them.
"Please come inside!" Rainbow Dash invited her inside.
"Rainbow, Soarin," Spitfire started talking. "I don't really want to bring the work to such an event but I am afraid that higher-ups are just bugging me crazy about it."
"They bug you huh," Rainbow Dash softly giggled, "sorry, sorry you were saying?'
"Rainbow, you probably know it way better than if I will try to explain it to you, and when I say that, I mean that you personally do know who I am talking about.
"it always the same thing that keeps happening every single time she steps in inside of my office. She keeps insisting that Wonderbolts should be modernized as she puts it"
Rainbow and Soarin looked at each other, "And by modernization she meant?"
Spitfire sighted, "A complete militarization of Wonderbolts, and with every visit, it just gets worse and worse. You know, like if she doesn't really understand what we actually do?"
"We are performers, not soldiers!" Rainbow Dash summarized for her, "I completely understand how exactly ponies can be confused about simple facts. We might have branched out from the military, we do have traditions that we follow, but we are not the military anymore. It's like...well, I can't think up of the analogy right now."
Rainbow Dash finished talking, then when she stopped Spitfire started out again.
"Do you remember that day right, some idiot mixed up the paperwork and then the direct order from Princess Celestia came straight to us. We didn't know what else to do? We couldn't exactly refuse it."
Rainbow Dash did, in fact, knew what Spitfire was talking about. "I remember!" She simply said. "Your entire team ended up in the hospital just because Spike got too greedy with his toys!"
Spitfire thought that it's time to back out from the conversation, and as the result, she was looking for an opportunity to slip away from the room.
"I don't want to crump your day even more than necessary, I just wanted to let you know what you are going to be dealing with if one day you out of all ponies are going to inherit my position.
At this point, Spitfire started to completely go off the rails of the emotional rollercoaster of her own making.
Realizing what's about to happen Rainbow Dash decided to calm her down. All this time Soarin just kept listening to them. Rainbow Dash remembered that he simply didn't know how to react in the most simple social interaction involving two fillies talking about their feelings. So then she decided to save the situation.
"Spitfire, I promise you that you are not going to get kicked out by the scary Princess. I know for a fact...no wait, this is not quite accurate...."
Rainbow Dash made a small pause, "I know that everypony else knows, that you are the best captain there is."
"But I don't deserve it, and..." Spitfire swallowed, "I kept thinking about my life and how much of an idiot I was, and then, and then I remembered the very first day when you came into the training school."
Rainbow Dash smiled at that, "Into the training school for performers."
"At that moment you were like my little sister that I never had, and then, and then you were finally accepted into the group, and then... I am sorry Rainbow, I, I need to go... I hope you will succeed where I couldn't." With that, she slowly trotted back to the door. Then when she reached the door she flew away.
Rainbow Dash closed her eyes, and with her eyes, she started talking "Soarin?"
"Yes!"
"Oh good, you are listening, so I guess that will be easier for me. You know, about a month ago or so Spitfire came to me. She was just like that emotionally broken I guess.
"She came to me and then she started to beg me to forgive her for her sins. I told her that I am the wrong person to talk about it. I've told her that she would have a better luck with the solar priestess. I don't know, I guess in the end I managed to calm her down."
"That's, uh, good to hear Rainbow. So, do you think Spitfire tried to warn you, or something!"
Rainbow Dash glanced at Soarin,"You mean, how she did right now, yeah probably." This is the one thing I don't want to take away from her, she thought to herself.
Once again they heard knocking, this time it was Twilight Sparkle who knocked "Um, I just want to let you know that we are about to start with the ceremony."
"Thanks, Twilight we were about to go anyway, so thanks, I guess for reminding," Rainbow Dash saluted Twilight.
"I wish you stopped doing this!" Was Twilight sounded disappointed right now?
"What? Saluting? I thought it would have been appropriate since you are kind of like our boss. I mean you are a Princess and all."
"Yes, but I am also your friend! Aren't we friends?"
"We are, Twilight! There is nothing that's going to happen, would change that"
5: Ice Skating Under the Moonlight
Rainbow Dash and Soarin had been relaxing on the cloud, doing pretty much nothing and enjoying a beautiful winter day. Because of the cold, Rainbow Dash had been wearing a purple beanie, orange scarf, and purple hoof mittens. Soarin had been wearing just a regular old blue scarf.
"I was thinking about what should we name our kid when the time would come. I don't know, I just thought that maybe we are branding them for life. Soarin, you do know what I mean right?"
"Yeah, kind of, but the names do not dictate our talents!"
"Talents huh! I wonder which one is mine!"
"I would imagine that would be being really fast."
Rainbow Dash looked dumbfounded at Soarin "I do have a picture of rainbow-colored lightning shooting out of the clouds. I get the symbolism but what I am trying to say is have you ever seen the rainbow-colored lightning shooting out of the sky."
Soarin pretended to be deep in thought, "Well, I've only seen it once, when a certain pegasus dumped a bucket of the liquid rainbow into the cloud. The cloud had been firing rainbows for an entire week."
Rainbow Dash smiled, "I remember that it's the best accidental prank that I pulled. It was before I still worked as the weather mare before they kicked me out for destroying the weather factory during the first week of winter."
Soarin blinked, "Do you really had to do that?"
Rainbow Dash blushed in embracement, "Not really my best moment in life, on a plus side, the winter came a few weeks earlier than usual. As for Tank, I guess he is sleeping under the tree right now! I kind of got used to it right now! At first, it felt kind of silly because I thought that he is not going to survive the winter, but I did kind of forgetting that my pet would outlive me someday." Rainbow Dash paused in thought, "Well, I am not really sure what else we could talk about."
"Sounds fair, do you think the girls would need your help?"
"Nuh, they can handle it," Rainbow dismissed Soarin's concern.
"Hm let's see what else we can do today!" Rainbow Dash pushed Soarin and then dashed from the cloud "Come on let's go find something else that we could do! "
Rainbow Dash started flying for about ten minutes sometimes in circles and sometimes in a straight line, eventually she found what she was looking for a small frozen lake, she flew straight to it.
"Now let's see If I still have my old ice skates, aha found them", after about five minutes of looking for them she finally found a pair in Pinkie Pie's secret stash. She then undressed her mittens and started wearing ice skates instead.
"Well, I guess here it goes. Soarin are you still here!"
"Yap, I actually flew here where before you did, and I just been waiting for you," Soarin had been sitting on the cloud
"Of course you did!"Rainbow Dash chuckled, she then realized that Soarin is pulling her leg. She decided to make a joke. "Hey, wait a minute, did you just dragged this cloud all the way over here?"
"Maybe!" Soarin pretended like he actually did that, the truth was he just pulled a random cloud that was already here.
"So, would you like to join me, we could just dance together, or would you prefer it to just watching me! dancing here all alone by myself!"
"I um, okay fine!" Soarin flew down on the ice next to Rainbow and then almost slipped.
"Here, take this," Rainbow didn't want to toss them, so she had put a second pair of skates near him.
"Okay! But are you sure? I am not really good ice skater!"
Rainbow nodded her head "Sure I am, we could just support each other like this!" she stood on her hind legs and put hooves on his shoulders, awkwardly he did the same thing. They both slowly started to circling on ice. They continued to do so until Princess Celestia dropped the sun and Princess Luna raised the moon, and snow started to fall from the sky.
"So, is there anything else you want to do?" Soarin asked Rainbow.
"Well, we could just continue to hang out, or?"
"Or?"
"Nuh, it's nothing! Don't worry about it."
"Okay, but if you ever feel like telling me?"
"Yeah, Yeah," Rainbow once again dismissed Soarin and then threw a snowball at him. "But first we will play a little game!"
"Sure!" Soarin threw his own snowball in reply. They kept throwing snowballs at each other until Soarin managed to hit the tree, under which Rainbow Dash had been standing. As the result, a lot of snow from the tree had fallen on her. Soarin could see her eyes glaring at him.
"You look like a snow pony, now all we need is just a carrot to finish the job.
Rainbow's eyes once again glared at him,
"Do you remember the previous winter, I remember both of them just spending their free time on this frozen lake."
Rainbow Dash thought about it, and giggle it, "Yep, I kind of do! What Twilight would usually do is, she is going to grab him and kinda try to swirl around in the air, while dragging him across, it was very cute to watch. I guess they are just busy.
"Do you remember when Sunset came to visit Twilight used to get really annoyed because Sunny and Trixie would somehow get small plushies of Twilight and Flash, and they would play with them: Kiss me Flash, Yes I will! ", Rainbow snickered at the memory.
"Yeah!" Soarin did clear out the last of the snow that's was on her, and now they just been enjoying a cute winter night.
"Do you think we can see the stars at night, or is it just clouds?"
"I guess we can't, at least not from the ground."
"Yeah, I know! We could just fly up there, but I kind of don't want to."
Rainbow and Soarin scootched together and they did just keep enjoying the snow until later that evening they flew back to the city. Specifically, Rainbow decided to visit Twilight's castle, turns out it was a good idea because she found out exactly why she couldn't join them on their play date. Turns out Twilight had been foalsitting Flurry, and Flurry fired a toy arrow at Flash and infected him with lovesickness.
"Soarin, Rainbow, I am so glad you managed to join us! As you can see we had been a bit occupied." Twilight gestured at Flash. "I think we managed to take care of it!"
"Who is that unlucky mare who came under his attention, It was you wasn't it?"
"Well yes, but!" Twilight blushed "Come on, are you going to join us, or you just going to just stand there!"
"Alright Alright! I am coming.Are all the other girls here as well?"
Twilight nodded, "Yep even Sunset decided to visit! What would you like to drink?"
"Oh I guess, what do you have in mind?"
"I could give you coffee if you want, but then you are going to be hyperactive all night, just like Pinkie on sugar rash!"
"Eh, I barely get any sleep these days. You might as well give me coffee!"
Twilight glanced at Rainbow "Are you sure that's healthy for you, Dash?"
"Its fine Twilight, everything is going to be okay, I just know it!"
Rainbow, Soarin, and Twilight crossed few corridors and entered the main room where all of the girls had been waiting. All of them smiled at them, Rainbow smiled back. Yes, everything is going to be just fine!

6: When I Was a Filly I Fell into a Liquid Rainbow
When I was a little filly I fell into a liquid rainbow, at least that's what my father told me what happened. Um, yeah, well I guess this breaks some other theories I heard about myself, I do not dye my mane, it's not some natural disaster. Well, It was a disaster alright, but it's not the kind of disaster that you think, and yes it was a permanent paint job
My father was kind of the same, he fell into the liquid rainbow too. It really embarrassing to say this but this curse didn't end with me. Today was the day when my own foal fell into bleach. Facehoof me for all eternity, I am a terrible mother. Also, are we skipping the whole foal birth and all the way to this? I can see Pinkie Pie already nodding to me that yes we are.
Now, how all of this started? Actually, I am not really sure how that happened. I already can hear Pinkie Pie yelling at me, What do you mean you aren't sure, you were there when it happened.
Yep, that's kind of messed up, I think part of me froze up at that moment. When my brain finally reacted, it was already too late.
Am I supposed to name my foal Bleached Sunshine? Nice name by the way! There is a joke among us pegasi, let me see if I can remember it. When you are flying to Las Pegasus, you gotta fly high!
Rainbow Dash spat out her pencil on the table, and then looked at Pinkie Pinkie Pie
"There it's done, Is it good?"
"A bit weird actually, but I liked Bleached Sunshine name," Pinkie Pie looked over the other staff that Rainbow Dash just wrote in a notebook, you didn't fell into a liquid rainbow, are you?"
"No, it's completely made up, with a sole purpose of creating a name. Although, yeah I suppose her mane is not rainbow"
Pinkie Pie nodded, "Well, as you are aware of it the birth rate is skewed towards female population. I remember my grandma used to tell stories about the past long forgotten. and according to her, the population was like 99% female. It was a feminist nightmare."
Rainbow Dash politely listened to Pinkie Pie "Why exactly it was a nightmare?"
Pinkie Pie gasped, "Rainbow how can you say this I have no idea how they reproduced it is horrifying."
Something clicked in a Rainbows mind, "Oh right, right! I am sorry Pinkie Pie, I only have thirty minutes left! I have to go meet Soarin. We kind of agreed to take turns with the foal. I think we are going to get switched on daily basis, or maybe we would have to go on a week by week basis. So yeah, I kind of have to go!"
While saying that Pinkie and Rainbow Dash have been walking in the corridors of Twilight's castle. When they reached the balcony Rainbow Dash flew away into the sky.
"Call me if you need any more help from me, m'kay!" Pinkie Pie waved her hoof looking at Rainbow Dash zooming into a sky.
"Sure thing, I promise!" Yelled back Rainbow Dash.
Pinkie Pie had been looking for at least two minutes in that direction, that until she was sure she was alone. "Applejack you can come out now! I think your secret is safe!"
Moments later Applejack come out from some room that was adjacent to the balcony, only this time she looked a bit different. Her mane had been pulled back and tied by a headband. On her neck, there was a collar.
"I can see that you went for a spa! You know, you look really nice with this new mane style!"
Applejack looked straight at Pinkie Pie, and then shook her head "Perhaps, but I am afraid this has to be my little secret."
She removed her headband and then restored her mane to its previous condition, and then put her Stetson back onto her head.
"So, what do you got in there Pinkie Pie?" Applejack gestured towards the notebook that Pinkie Pie was still holding in her hooves.
"Oh, this is just my notebook, I let other ponies write in it. Sometimes, it helps them with the problem that they might have! Say, Applejack do you wish to write in it too? I don't really mind! The notebook has plenty of space in it."
Applejack was flabbergasted, "Well, I.. Oh alright!"
Pinkie Pie grinned, "Well, m'kay! Catch!" She then tossed it towards Applejack. Applejack caught it and then looked inside of it, what she saw in it, was very surprising to her.
"The notebook is blank! How could it be? I thought I saw Rainbow Dash writing in it."
"Well! It's blank for you! It's not blank for Dashie because she already wrote in it, silly! I am afraid those are the rules to protect the privacy, of course as the owner I can see everything that is written in it! So do you prefer pencil or quill?"
Applejack already half listening to Pinkie's explanation, "I guess pencil would be fine."
"Excelente!" The pencil followed the same exact flight path trajectory, which soon intercepted by Applejack.
Are we really doing this? I can see Pinkie Pie nodding her head at me, so l guess we are. So like, Twilight received this massive crystal tree castle, and each of us has a fancy chair to sit on with our cutie mark.
The weird part about receiving the castle that apparently knows everything about us is that we also received six individual rooms for ourselves. I am pretty sure Twilight has been using hers as a bedroom.
Pinkie Pie had been using hers constantly trying to break the existing reality with her antics. I am pretty sure it's going to end up something like this. All of us would be all like, thank for destroying the world Pinkie Pie! She would then would look at us and say, if I broke the world, then how come we are all alive?
That's Pinkie Pie for you. Me? I am just a farm pony, and for other ponies to make an assumption that I don't have any other personality, other than farming apples, its kind of wrong.
Anyway, the next part is very strange. Every time I go to the spa, I get tricked by spa pony Aloe into modifying my appearance, to be just like theirs. They do it, and turns out that I end up so relaxed is that I don't really mind. However, I don't really want for others to know because that's just weird.
Applejack finished writing in Pinkie's notebook, "Well here is that, have a nice day Pinkie Pie. I am going back to the farm, you know doing the usual."
Pinkie Pie had received the notebook from Applejack and put it back into her mane, "Thank you for a bit of your time AJ!" She was about to leave when Applejack stopped her.
"What are you going to do with it anyway?"
Pinkie Pie turned one-eighty, "Don't really know, I used a bit of help from Discord and Twilight to help me to create this infinite probability notebook!"
Applejack raised an eyebrow, "Is that what are you calling it?"
Pinkie Pie nodded her head, "I never liked the whole destiny thing, it makes you feel forced into a situation that you don't really want, but others expect it from you. Was it my destiny to stay on a rock farm? I fear if I did, then eventually I would be bored to death. I am not really sure whats going to happen if we somepony will write in it. That's kind of what I am hoping to find out. I think this makes it even more exciting!"
Pinkie Pie said final goodbyes to Applejack for today and started bouncing in corridors of the castle. She bounced towards the end and opened a door and then she entered a small room that looked kind of like a closet, except it really wasn't On a right side there was a panel with buttons to press. So Pinkie Pie did the only thing she could think of, she pressed it"
"Aha, I finally found it, a multidirectional elevator in a castle! I am sure Twilight would be happy to hear that! How big is this castle anyway?" The music started playing, "Uh, it even has an elevator music, how classy." the elevator arrived at its destination, Pinkie Pie opened the door "Hm, let's see what else we have in this castle, let us bounce." Pinkie Pie started to bounce towards her next destination towards the next door in a castle.

So that's it for now, This story is a bit of a slow burn and I know I kind of left out a lot of things out. I hope this is not too confusing. I finally figured out what I am going to call the kid, Bleached Sunrise.
7: Supervising New Recruits
"And this is how I met your mother!" Soarin closed the journal and then put it on the shelf. "so what do you think?"
Bleached Sunrise blinked, "Well I suppose it was a bit interesting to know the story of how my parents have met, but for the most part, you would have to admit that I was there!"
"Yeah, that's true, so is there anything else you would like to know?"
"Sure!" Bleached nodded, "I was wondering, did Princess Twilight actually married that guy and I mean that orange one with spiky mane, not that one with green mane because that green mane guy is a complete douchebag, I am not saying that he has some good qualities, he is just extremely cringe-worthy."
Soarin smiled a bit mischievously, "You could say that!..."
"Dad!!! You are kidding right?"
Soarin shrugged off, "Well... to be fair the alternative version of Twilight went with Timber Sprouse! So our version kind of received a fair deal!"
"Ew, I am already kind of creeped out by it. So, um, I would like to hear the rest of the story, please!
Soarin nodded, "I can do that, now let's see The Third Moon of 24th of the year 1010, your mother was already been transferred the command of Wonderbolts. Its early morning and she was about too go and personally inspect the new greenhorns that came that year, when... "
"Greenhorns? That an odd choice of words!"
"Well, you see! Is it a bit tad complicated than that."
"Dad!
"Alright, fine, so let us go back to that moment of time when your mother was sleeping in her brand new office and your father who is me, was about to wake her up!"
"Dad, what about me? I thought you said that you and my mom are switching shifts just to look at me!"
"That's right! While we did that, however just this once Pinkie Pie volunteered to look over you just this one time." While saying that Soarin facehooved himself, his only daughter just now reminded him of the plot hole he almost made.
"Dad, are you okay?"
"I am fine! why are you asking?" Soarin tried to smile in order to show that it was like he said, that everything was fine.
"Well, I did just saw you just now how your eyes had widened and staff, and then you started to hit yourself. Why are you hitting yourself, Daddy?"
"I wasn't, I just remembered the very important detail that's all. Now, do you want to hear the rest of the story or not?"
Bleached eyes widened in fear, she really wanted to hear the story about her mother, even if at times her dad wasn't the best storyteller ever. "Dad, please tell it, I really want to hear it!"
Soarin eyes softened a bit, "So one day..."
....
Rainbow Dash has been sleeping in her brand new office, after the Congratulations of being promoted to the Captain of Wonderbolds party, which started right here in this exact office. Of course, Pinkie Pie had been involved in the whole ordeal. So now, after the whole night of activity Rainbow Dash had been sleeping, and would have for at least few more hours if she wasn't interrupted by a sound of the opening door.
"Uh, what? too much noise, my head!" Rainbow Dash woke and rubbed her head with her hoof. She slowly opened her eyes and looked at the pony who was in front of her. When her eyesight cleared she finally saw that it was Soarin who had been standing and waiting for her.
"I still can't believe that Spitfire decided to make me as Captain, why can't it be you instead?"
"Who knows, maybe she liked your cheerful personality, but this is why they made me your XO!"
"Maybe, so what's up my XO?" Rainbow Dash dropped a mischievous smile
"Well, for starters, all the others have been waiting for you. "Soarin blinked a few times, "we have a lot to do, and by that I mean we have a lot of recruits to supervise. You know the same usual gig that Spitfire used to do when she..."
Rainbow Dash quickly focused her attention on what Soarin was saying "Is that this time of year yet again?"
"Yep!"
Rainbow Dash stood up from a chair that she had been sleeping on and then stretched her back. She put her sunglasses on and then turned back towards Soarin."Well, let's go then!" Rainbow and Soarin exited the office and then started flying toward the training grounds, where the new recruits had been waiting, as well as few other Wonderbolt team members.
"Alright let's see what we have here?" Rainbow Dash landed and then trotted right next to the Wonderbolt who had been standing the left of the new recruits.
"Captain, as you can see this are yours, I meant to say, our new recruits!" At the last moment, she managed to correct herself from the slip-up.
Rainbow Dash didn't look fazed, in fact under those sunglasses it was a bit difficult to tell, "Loosen up will you! I am not Spitfire, I am not going to make a hard time just because you made a mistake!"
"You won't?"
"Nope, you already punishing yourself by making a mistake, look at you sweating and everything!"
"I am?"
"Yes!" Rainbow felt slightly getting tired from the conversation. "Indigo Zap was it? Sorry I couldn't recognize you!"
"That's fine, I don't really feel offended. Other ponies tend to mistake me for my older sister Lightning!"
It's been several years since that day when Rainbow and Lightning were trying to get into Wonderbolts Academy. Rainbow Dash passed with flying colors and Lightning Dust did not. Now several years later Lightning's younger sister Indigo managed to do what her sister couldn't.
All that time recruits had been waiting for Captain. At some point, Rainbow Dash nodded to Soarin to start off with something simple and then based on the current curriculum to slowly increase the difficulty of the trials....
....
"... and then,...." Soarin abruptly stopped himself when he noticed that Bleached was sleeping on the couch. He smiled to himself, and then decide to just let it slide just this one time.
After about ten minutes and forty seconds later Rainbow Dash came back from the work. On one side of it she saw hot her daughter sleeping, and next to her Soarin had been sleeping as well.
"And then they all lived happily ever after, the end!" She quietly said to herself, and then trotted next to Soarin, she lay down next to him. His body felt warm, and that made her feel happy.
"I wonder which story was it that you started to tell, but never finish it because you both fell asleep!" She whispered to herself. Her eyes slowly closed as well, and she fell asleep as well.

Kind of got distracted by playing a video game, I've managed to find some inspiration at the night hours.
