During an extra-dimensional expedition gone awry, Princess Luna and a small contingent of Night Guards are stranded on a hostile alien world, their numbers dwindling and hope of rescue slim.

Meanwhile, a new nation, just west of the Colorado River, takes a moment to catch it's breath after a long and bloody war for independence. But war never leaves for long. Because war... well, I'm sure you know already.
