Death of an Innocent Tale

Years long past, the Apple family moved to the yet undiscovered location of Ponyville. After a short time there, the family built a farm house and planted over one hundred apple trees in the fields. Money quickly flowed from the many ponies moving to the town, fore apples were what all ponies craved and enjoyed. Within five years, the Farm grew to ten times the size as from when they first moved. The town was now given a name, Ponyville, and it became known for its apple production. The town grew rich and the Apple family became wealthy beyond what they ever thought possible.

Yet one day, a large plot of land was bought right next to the apple acres. A family called the pears moved in and began growing their own fruits, pears. Sales plummeted for the Apples. The ponies of the town grew tiresome of apples and quit buying them instead for pears. This devastated the Apple family and funds quickly ran out. The family would have gone bankrupt if the royal Celestia had not granted them a special pass. After many difficult years, the Apple were able to pay off their debt but at the cost of many financial problems. The Apples from that day forth despised the Pears and often attempted to sabotage their fruits. The two families began to fight and do whatever they could to ruin the other family. On one day, however, the youngest Apple in the Apple family got married and one year later... she had a son who she named, Bright Mac.
