The Phantoms of the World
It was night time and the moon was full. A short hooded figure was seen fleeing from several men wearing white military like uniforms with golden highlights who were firing guns at the cloaked figure.
“Don’t loose him.” said one of the men
“This Hollow won’t escape this time.” said another
Suddenly, a teenaged looking girl with rainbow hair and red eyes wearing blue feminine version of the same uniform appeared in front of the cloaked figure. She was also wearing armored gauntlets, a metal backpack like device strapped to her and a spear. “Sorry kid nothing personal.” She said as her spear fired a rainbow laser at the boy in front of her. The blast seemed to of hit its target all that was left was the charred cloak.
“Oh yeah I’m awesome!” the girl said excitedly, “I just took out one of Divine’s most wanted.”
“Lieutenant Rainbow Dash up there.” One of the men said pointing up. A figure was seen climbing the roof.
“Well it’d be boring if he died that easy.” Rainbow said as the device on her back manifested rainbow angel like wings before she flew up to the roof.
“To think she’s one of the Six Angels of Harmony.” Said one of the men
“Yeah but that Hollow is one of the Ten Kin of Tartarus.” said another “If they fought here it be like a natural disaster.”
“Make sure the civilians both inside and around the building are evacuated.” A man ordered
Rainbow Dash landed on the roof as the men spoke. “He got up to the roof of a ten story building almost as fast as I did.” She spoke, “Guess the Lightning Death Dragon is one of the ten kin for a reason.” Just the a blast of green lightning was fired from behind her but Rainbow dodged with ease.
“Consider that your only warning.” said a voice sounding that of a thirteen year old boy.
“Come out so I can seen you freak.” Rainbow demanded
From the shadows a figure emerged and was revealed by the moonlight. It was a boy who looked about thirteen but had an inhuman appearance. His eyes were emerald green and had slit pupils. His hair was the same emerald green as his eyes and reached almost half way down his back. His skin was instead purple scales with green markings. His ears were slightly pointed and dragon like horns right above. He had green slightly blade like wings coming out of his back and a tail with a dagger like end. He wore a neon green shirt underneath a black trench coat, he also wore black pants with green highlights and a belt hanging off the right side with a sheathed katana.
“S-class Hollow, the 7th child of Tartarus. Lightning Death Dragon, Spike.” Rainbow said with a glare, “To think you of all people would fight against Divine to the extent you do.”
“Oh please, why would I want to fight in the name of some fake righteousness.” said Spike revealing his sharp fangs as he spoke, “You hide behind your uniforms and supposedly holy cause, but your all just murders.”
“Fake righteousness. We protect people from you monsters.”
“But when someone turns you just kill them without hesitation.”
Hearing enough, Rainbow charge with her spear but Spike took off into the sky and the fired a stream of green lightning from his mouth but Rainbow fired a laser from her spear. As the two beams clashed a large explosion was created that engulfed the roof.
The people below looked in horror at the sudden explosion. Rainbow shot out of the smoke with her rainbow wings, Spike soon followed.
“I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised from one of the six angels.” said Spike
“And I see that 7th child of Tartarus title isn’t just for show.” said Rainbow
“Try this one.” Spike punched the air, released a giant, high-speed lightning blast in the shape of a dragon claw, which, upon contact with Rainbow, generated a massive, sparking explosion. When the smoke cleared Rainbow was relatively unharmed but Spike had vanished.
“Damn it got away.” Rainbow said as she descended. After Rainbow deactivate her gear a voice has heard from her ear piece.
“Rainbow are you all right?”
“Yeah I’m fine. I’m heading back to HQ now.”
Spike is seen on top of another building when a ringing can be heard from his pocket. He took out what appeared to be some kind of phone.
“Hello.”
“Spike how was your mission.” asked a female voice
“Mistress Luna, bad news Divine got to the Hollows in this city first.”
“Unfortunate, when will you return to Abyss?” Luna asked
“Three days, I want to see if any newborns pop up.” said Spike
“Very well but after that I need you to return. I plan on holding a meeting with all of the ten kin soon.” Luna said before hanging up.
“All of the kin gathered together. I wonder if that means something big is about to go down."
Just then a police siren was heard somewhere in the city.
“Could it be another Hollow? Might as well check it out.” Spike said as he flew off.
A scream seeming to belong to a thirteen year old girl is heard. Divine officers are seen pointing their guns a what appeared to be a new born Hollow. The moonlight revealed a thirteen year old looking inhuman girl. Her upper arms, and upper torso were dark in color. Her hair was long and feathery. Fluffy orange fur covers her panther-like ears, forearms, legs, and lower body, starting at her hips. One of the girl’s most noticeable traits are her four arms. On each of her hands are 3 large red claws, which act as fingers. Red claw like protrusions are also on her hair, her knees, and the ends of her feet, similar to hooves. Her eyes were purple with large, rounded pupils. Behind her are 5 tails, which spread out in a fan.
“We’ve located the Hollow proceeding to eliminate the formerly known as Scootaloo.”
