Phalanx looked up from polishing his helmet, slightly startled by the weak knock at the castle doors.
"Psst!!! wake up, lockbox, professional time!" He alerted his sleeping co-worker but was too late as speartip was already shaking her awake. The knock came again only slightly weaker, echoing with despair and hopelessness. He called to shining Armor about it as they stood there talking about what to do, the knock was repeated a few more times each one a bit more desperate. Until speartip couldn't take it anymore and he threw the door wide open and the group could not be more surprised. They had expected some helpless begger but instead they saw four of the most beautiful, if slightly bedraggled, mares they had ever seen! At closer examination, the mares were revealed to be alicorns, soaked by the freak storm. They were ushered in and promised a conference with the princess. "So, tell us whats wrong, everything thats happened to you and why your hear" said Shining Armoure in a soothing voice. He was genuinely concerned. They told about a long harrowing journey with many obsticles, how each one was special and strong, but one stood out in his mind, who's story seamed the most heroic. he managed to find ways that she greatly affected the endings of the other stories.he eventualy started to ignore the story because his mind was possesed by thoughts of her, how heroic and individual she is, the lusturus pale, simple pink of her coat, her sent, a spring-like mixture of peaches and spice and- is that straw berries? suddenly all the subtle little movments and the tiny shifts in her weight were visable. the way that she shifts a little when she talks, the way her hooves have little tips of color on the edge, the way that every time she moves the smell of wildflowers is added to the mix.he watched the rise and fall of her chest with every breath.he shifted his gaze a bit higher and saw the gentle curve of her long neck vibrate slightly when she talked. he watched her face, the perfect curve and point of her muzzle and her eyes, OH HER EYES! they were the most beautiful, vibrant shade of blue imaginable with an elegant, oval shape. he examined every inch of her perfect face and noticed that her flowing two-toned mane highlighted the best of her face, outlining the whole thing with long, silky, lustrus locks with large perfect curls at the end.shining Armor was in some what of a trance gazing at her beauty and perfection. most of it was because she was phisicaly perfect to him and she had been given an endearing but independant personality but part of it was the love charm attached to all of them.kyra, the pink alicorn who had peaked his intrest so, turned to shining and asked, in a slightly despirate but strong voice that seemed on the edge of pleading,"may i stay in your quarters, with you? please?"of coarse he said yes.
"Oh! thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thankyou thankyou thankyou thankyou thankyouthankyou thanyouthankyouthankyou!!!"she nearly squeeled, hopping a tiny bit.
she giggled a little and tilted her head a tiny bit to give a little squee. that smile again, the one that glittered and filled shining up with warmth she looked at him, nearly staring into heart and soul through his eyes. she turned back to her fellows,"so you each get you own guest quarters and i, because there are only three guest quarters, will stay with him...." she gazed back at him, eyes filled with curiosity and want. shining could not understand what she said because he was in a mild shock. when kyra had turned to the others she had placed her flank a little ways from his face, revealing a perfectly formed flank with a flawless diamond cutiemark. her flank was softly curved with her long, twisting tail spurting from the top, gently curling down her hind legs and onto a swirl on the floor. he stared for a moment and them looked up, in to her large,hopefull eyes and spoke, trying to sound important and dignified, "would you like me to give you an official tour of the castle?""oh, but of course! but, erm...what is your name" she said shyly looking away slightly and blushing a fierce magenta. "i cant beleive i forgot to tell you! were are my manners! my name is Shining Armor, captain of the royal gaurd
an-" he was cut of by another guard bursting into the room "princesses kyra, lay, kya, and jaya are requested to be present at princess celestia's chambers, effective immediatly" kyra turned," im looking forward to that tour,Shining Armor" she said with emphesis on his name and followed the other guard through the giant double doors at the end of the room.
She searched about the jars filled with blue-purple mists
before selecting one with a deep violet twist inside. She sighed “this could be the one.”
“Yess……..this should do quite nicely” she muttered. She walked over to a dusty box and scooped
a few pebbles up in her hoof. After examining them, she trotted through the entrance of her cave towards the stream and kicked them in. in an instant five forms began to erupt from the water. She placed her jar on a stone, tired of magically levitating it. Her minions rose up out of the bubbling stream as she gazed at their souls, or lack thereof. "Noww...for your assignments, my minions" she hissed at the now complete ponies. After informing each one on what was expected of them she turned around. Once all of them had flown away the creature stared down the rough path, contemplating the fate of the world.
Wystha, for that was the name of the mare, wandered down the path until she had gathered four of the most beautiful, elegant flowers anypony had ever seen the likes of. After retreating back to her cave, she began extracting the very essence of each
of the flowers which involved a long process of burning and filtering until she had five vials of pure essence, four brightly colored and one jet black, with all the impurities in it. She then lifted them, gently placing the black one on the shelf and placing the colored ones on the small table. She then selected a four small, round pebbles from a box and set them on the floor. Muttering dark incantations, she levitated the vials and dumped each one onto a stone in a large, sickeningly pink mushroom cloud four tall, slender figures were visible.
Once the fog had dissipated four of the most Gorgeous, alluring, and nearly perfect alicorn mares stood before her. They, unlike the warriors, had souls because they had to love, and they would, VERY passionately. Wystha bent her head and zapped the beuties with a powerful incantation, the surprised mares could only stare as years of fake memories were pumped into their minds and they were given a purpose: find love with the very special stallion whom she had targeted before.
Meanwhile the warriors had moved the clouds to create quite a downpour over canterlot.
The mares were then teleported to the doorstep of the palace.
