Chapter 1: The plan
The day was bright, all of Ponyville awoke to the bells of the cathedral, the bakers were baking, the pegasus raced and everypony was getting ready for Nightmare night, the decorations were getting ready for their function, the costumes for the fillies and colts were getting their final adjustements and Rarity was even more busy than usual.
In the streets, a group of fillies walked down the paths to their respective homes, but something was different about them, usually, in this time of the year, you could see the Cutie Mark Crusaders running to Rarity's to get their costumes as early as possible, and then, they would start getting ready for the anual tour of the city, collecting lots of candies and sweets, but this year was different, the Crusaders weren't that happy, their reactions to this year's Nightmare Night were just average reactions.
At the end of the same path, a young dragon was a little bit down too, his upcoming Nightmare night was already being planned by Twilight, but he didn't seem all that interested, he didn't know why, but it seemed like things weren't the same anymore, his younger self would get so excited about this time of year, that it probably would start collecting candy before the night.
They walked until the group of fillies met with the dragon, things were a little bit awkward at first, but everything seemed to disolve when Apple Bloom spoke:
"Huh, hello Spike" Said Apple Bloom awkwardly.
"Hello girls" Said Spike, looking up at the three fillies.
"Hello Spike" Replied Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo.
"How is it? your day I mean" Said Spike, not really interested in their day, but things were going to be awkward again if no one said anything again.
"Well, is fine, I guess" Said Sweetie, looking at the ground.
"It doesn't seem like it, what happened?" Said Spike, curious about the unicorn's reaction.
"Is nothing Spike, really, well, and yours?" Said Scootaloo, wanting to change the subject.
"Not so great, Twilight is planning my Nightmare Night already" Said Spike, rolling his eyes.
The crusaders opened their eyed widely, was Spike really not interested in a Nightmare night plan?
"Wait, Spike, are you excited for this year's Nightmare night?" Asked Apple Bloom with one eyebrow raised.
"Well, when I was younger, I couldn't wait for nightmare night, all the costumes, all the spoopy decorations, the spirit was really present in our souls, but lately, I don't know why, but I'm not exciteed about the night anymore" When the final word left Spike's mouth, the crusaders let out a long sigh of relief, it seems they aren't the only ones who aren't attracted by the holiday anymore. When Spike sw their sigh, he was confused, why were they doing it? are they tired? something is not right here.
"Wow, thank goodness someone understands us at last" Said Scootaloo, making Spike even more confused than he already was.
"Yes, finally, at least Spike knows how does it feel" Sweetie Belle said, the other crusaders nodded in agreement.
"Girls, what are you saying?" Spike said, if they are so relieved, at least they had to say what was it about, right?
"Spike, we have been talking about our past Nightmare nights, and we concluded that we don't feel the same anymore, everything seems so normal now" Apple Bloom said, talking for the other two crusaders.
"Wow, I thought I was the only one that wasn't really excited about the night anymore, thank Celestia I found you girls, now, why aren't you interested in the festivity anymore?" Said Spike, by this time, he wanted to hear all about it, now he wanted to hear their reasons, you know, to see if they are similar to his.
"Well, when we were even more young, we found Nightmare night a very good holiday, it had everything we wanted: Awesome decorations, spooky costumes, candy... But as time went on, we noticed that the decorations were getting lame, the costumes were getting ridiculous and the candy... Well, I can't say anything bad about it, but still" Said Scootaloo, getting a nod from the other crusaders and Spike when the part about the candy popped up.
"Hey! those are my reasons too! I also feel that the costumes are getting sillier, and the decorations are getting cringy instead of cooler" Said Spike, getting a smile from the crusaders.
"I know, right? and the stories, wow, the stories were the best in their time, but now, they are just silly fake stories" Said Sweetie Belle, wanting to make the point clear.
"Hey! now don't you talk those things about the stories, they are still the best of the best!" Said Apple Bloom, getting an amused look from her companions.
"Well, they are OK, but they could be better" Said Spike , Scootaloo turned her head towards him.
"And you think you could tell a better story than all the modern ones?" Said Scootaloo.
"Why, of course! and you?" Replied Spike.
"Yes, of course, and if you are so confident, tell it right now" Said Scootaloo, sitting in the middle of the road.
"I can't tell it here Scoots, Twilight is waiting for me, and I think your families are waiting for you too" The crusaders thought about it for a moment, before realizing it was true.
"But, if not now, when? Questioned Sweetie.
"Yes, when? Nightmare night is tomorrow" Said Apple Bloom.
The four of them thought about it for a moment, they thought about a plan to tell stories without their families in, because they're probably just going to say that those stories aren't suited for them, suddenly, Spike knew the answer;
"I know what we can do! What if each one of us sneaks out of our homes in the night and do some sort of a campfire in some place?"
The crusaders thought about it before asking:
"Maybe that would be a good idea, but where?"
Spike thought once again, but he knew the answer in less time than before.
"What about the outside of the Everfree Forest? that way, nopony will know what we are doing"
Apple Bloom shook her head before asking: "What? are you crazy? the Everfree Forest? what about the creatures inside it?"
"That's why we are going to camp around the forest, not inside it, you silly filly" Said Spike with a giggle.
"Oh, yeah, that could work too" Said Apple Bloom blushing.
The plan was done, everyone sneaked out of their homes, and begun searching for the other three, when they reunited, they made sure that the forest was as far away as possible, but the town was near as well, so they found the point between the forest and the town and they installed their tents.
Each one had brought their own tent and some food, but no one brought something to make fire, so, they began searching wood sticks and some stones and small rocks. They made fire like their book had thought them, just to make sure the fire didn't spread.
Everything was settled, the fire, the marshmallows, the tents, everything except something they forgot, but they instantly remembered when Scootaloo spoke:
"Well, who is going first?"

Chapter 2: Sweetie's tale
"How about you Sweetie?" Said Apple Bloom, looking at the filly at her right.
"Oh, Me? Really?" Said Sweetie Belle, with a bit of surprise.
"Yes, you, I want to hear what you have in store for us" Said Scootaloo. Spike just nodded.
"Well, if you really want me to begin, here it is:"
This is the tale of Glorious Beauty, a unicorn that existed a long time ago, she was a mare like any other mare, she was a teacher, like Miss Cherilee, but she had something that made her shine in the dark days, and that is her looks, she was incredibly beautiful, you could ask any stallion or colt and they would tell you who was the most beautiful mare in Equestria, practically every male citizen was in love with her, and some mares who prefered other mares too.
And those talents don't go unnoticed forever, one day like any other, she was lecturing one of her students, when suddenly, a stallion banged through the door:
"What? Who are you gentlecolt? I am teaching this poor student some manners" Said Glorious, pointing at the colt, who was practically floating in his chair.
"Well, I am the stallion who knows he can give you the time of your life" Said the mysterious stallion with pride and seductive eyes.
"What? What are you saying? and in front of this poor colt!" Said Glorious, now a little bit angrier and worried about her student, they haven't even gone to that part yet!
"If that's the case, Why don't you just send him home and then we'll talk?" Said the stallion lost between love and lust.
"Okay, Star Swirl, you can go now"
"Y-y-yes Miss Glorious" And with that, the colt floated out of the school.
When the colt was out of view, the stallion stepped closer to Glorious, who was really nervous, What did this stallion wanted to do to her? Why her of all ponies? Why in here? Why now? So many questions and so little time. The stallion wanted to put his foreleg around her shoulders, but she blocked him.
"Hey! I am only trying to be gentle with you!" Said the stallion, starting to get angry.
"Pfff, you're just like every one of the ponies I've met in the city, they all say the same thing! And worse! They always try to get me to their bedrooms" Both of them were getting angrier by the second.
"No, I'm not!"
"Yes you are! Let me guess, You were going to invite me to the best dining place in town? And later confess to me? And next we would end in your bedroom?"
"No! That's not it!"
"Yes it was! I can see it in your face, you sneaky son of a...!
"Enough!" With that last part, the stallion couldn't help it, he slapped her really hard. Glorious stayed there, sobbing in the floor, and the stallion stayed watching for five minutes, before yelling:
This isn't over yet! Nopony says no to me! You will pay for this, even if is the last thing I do, I will make you suffer! With that, the stallion ran away, leaving the poor unicorn on the ground, sobbing and weeping.
The next days were a pain on the flank of Glorious Beauty, she still went to school to do her job, but she couldn't stop thinking about that stallion, the way he looked at her when he slapped her, it was horrible, she was afraid for her own life, what would he do? Would he hurt her physically? Or maybe mentally by hurting her family? The doubt was tearing her apart.
One day, Glorious was teaching the unicorns like usual, she rang the bells to go out as usual, and she ate the meals the cook prepared for her, everything was as fine as ever, but suddenly, when nopony was around, she felt dizzy, she tought this was something that would pass, but it didn't, in fact, it became much worse, she couldn't stand up anymore, all of her body was shaking, and in a matter of seconds, everything went black.
"When she woke up, she was tied to some sort of torture machine, she couldn't move, and her horn was being neutralized by some sort of ring around it, she couldn't do magic, there was no escape. She looked to her surroundings, it was like a basement, because the room was dark, smelly, quiet and dirty, then, out of nowhere, from the shadows emerged the figure of a stallion, Glorious looked at it closer, and she realized that the shadow was the stallion she turned down.
"You must consider yourself special Glorious, I used the last of my resorts to bring you here" Said the stallion, giggling darkly.
"What? You again? Why? Why do you do this to me? Couldn't you leave me alone? Are there other mares who attract you?" Said Glorious, in a last attempt to change his path.
"Yes, quite a few, but they all fall for me very easily, if I asked any mare out, they would say yes instantly, but the truth is that no mare is as beautiful as you, only you attract me, or so you did, don't know if you noticed, but nopony says no to me, I had a very bad week when our little reunion happened, and your rejection was the last damn straw, and I promised you that I would make you suffer, and I'm going to enjoy it." Before the mare could say anything, the stallion levitated a metal tube and smashed it against the pony's body.
The pain she felt was unlike anything else she had felt in her entire life, she screamed in pain, she shed tears of pain, and she instantly felt all the bad things she didn't feel or saw in her life, that, and the maniacal laughter of the stallion made this a real nightmare, blow after blow, Glorious was being killed slowly.
At one point, the stallion stopped, Glorious looked at him, and saw him approach her with a knife.
"So, you think your beauty makes you special, huh? let's see what's left without your beauty!"
The stallion began cutting her long, lovely mane, unntil there wasn't any mane left to cut, the stallion didn't feel satisfied, so, instead, he tried something more drastic. The stallion cut off her cheeks, forming a sinister smile with the razors, at this point, is not necessary say that Glorious screamed in agony and despair, she didn't deserve any of this, Why her?
When the job was done, the stallion laughed at his "art work", and quickly stabbed Glorious in the chest, it was swift, yet, painful, and Glorious screamed one more time before dying slowly, when the stallion realized she was dead, he threw her out with the rest of the trash, and started cleaning the blood from his basement, the stallion soon finished his job, and he made sure he was never found again.
But there was something nopony knew about Glorious Beauty: she was really ressentful, if you did any harm to her, she would pay you off slowly, and give you ten times the punishment you deserved, that way, Glorious's wishes of revenge and Rage somehow brought her back to life, but there was something different, she couldn't trot as she used to, and when she saw herself on the mirror, she saw her face, she was bald, and she had a horrifying smile formed by her cuts, and white eyes.
And since that day, she still roams Equestria, in search for her murderer, but she isn't friendly with the innocent ponies either, she wears the lower half of a mask to protect her face, and she approaches the nearest citizens, but, overall, she approaches more towards lonely fillies and colts.
When you see her, she will ask you if you think she is beautiful, normally, you would say yes, and when you do it, she is going to take off her mask, you will see her hideous face, then, she will ask again the same thing, if you say yes, she will cut your face exactly like hers, to make you beautiful too, but if you say she isn't beautiful from the start or when she takes off her mask, she will use her magic to teleport you to the same place she was killed and slowly torture you until you starve to death or until you die of the pain and loss of blood.
Sweetie Belle took a glance towards her companions, all of them were wide-eyed and had their jaws touching the ground, giggling, Sweetie Belle said:
"Well, you wanted a Nightmare Night story and I gave it to you, Why the long faces?"
It took a moment before the others reacted, and when they came down to reality, they laughed nervously for a couple of seconds and tried to forget about the story.
"That was... great Sweetie Belle, ummm, who's next?" Said Spike

Chapter 3: Scootaloo's tales.
"You! Scootaloo!" Said Apple Bloom , surprising everyone.
"Apple Bloom, Why did you yell?" Said Scootaloo, still in a little bit of shock from the previous story.
"Oh, Did I yell? I am so sorry, I meant to say that maybe you should go next." Said Apple Bloom, trying to shrug off the nervousness she had at the moment.
Scootaloo just shrugged and said: "Okay, still don't know why you yelled, because you didn't answer my question, but anyways, prepare for a real fright!"
You would think that Ponyville is the safest place you could ever be in, Right? well, it isn't, I lived here in Ponyville my entire life, and when you have lots of mature friends, you learn some of the things that happened here years ago...
For example, many years ago, before we were born, in a house near the ends of Ponyville lived two sisters, one was really smart and studious, and the other one wasn't, they were getting ready for their final exam tomorrow, but at the same time, one of their companions was throwing a party in his house, to celebrate the end of their school days.
As usual, the studious one didn't want to go, because she needed to get ready, but the other one didn't agree with her sister, she wanted to have fun with her companions one last time, she even tried to convince her sister to go, but it was no use, her sister was far too determined to study, so, the other one went to the party without her sister, she understood, she knew her sister was right, in fact, she was more than smart, so, she had to pass the exam to keep studying and keep moving forward.
The other sister had the time of her life in the party, she drank, she danced, and before dawn she went to her house to get some sleep before the exam, the streets of Ponyville were loney, the lights were turned on and not a single soul could be heard in the night.
She opened the door carefully, she was a good sister, so, she didn't turn the lights on, her sister was doing some weird sounds, this could probably mean that she isn't asleep, but no one turned the lights on, so, she wasn't awake either, the irresponsable one laid on her bed and she drifted off to sleep.
The next morning, the sister that had gone to the party woke up, and went to her sister's room to see if she was awake, but she froze in terror when she saw her sister: She had her body covered in blood, she had her stomach open, her face was deformed, and she had various cuts in her entire body, but what made her sister scream in horror was the fact that in the wall, there was something written in her sister's blood, in it, you could read: Aren't you happy you didn't turn on the lights?
The notice was really scary on its days of glory, but other events could have the same effect of terror in you, like other time when a similar pony was studying on the same school, but she was minor than the two sisters, she suffered of a severe case of bullying, four colts always abused her, always were her nightmares, always treated her badly.
But they crossed the line when they pushed the pony in a deep hole on the ground, the pony didn't know how to land, and she broke her neck when she hit the ground. The damn colts were frightened when they noticed the pony they just pushed didn't came back, and they agreed to say that they saw her falling down the hole and it was too late for them to save her. Everypony believed them.
But the furious spirit of that pony wasn't going to stay calm, and, since that day, all of Ponyville received letters from an anonymous pony, with just three words inside it: She was pushed. If you spread the word, nothing bad will happen to you, but if you stay silent like the four colts that pushed her, her spirit will appear on your door, and you don't want to know what happens if she captures you...
As you can see, Ponyville is not a very safe place, and it was even less on medieval times, before I continue, I havt to warn you that this is 100% REAL and it has happened SEVERE TIMES, you see, there is a weird disease called "Primary hypersomnia" and this disease makes you fall under a deep sleep, your vital signs slow down, like your breathing and yout heart, today, anypony can have that thing and all the doctors can detect it, but in medieval times you couldn't know if a pony that had this disease was dead or not, so, they instantly declared them dead.
To make manners worse, in those times the body wasn't prepared enough, and the ceremonies were excluded, and the body, or in this case: "The supposed bodies" were put inside coffins and were buried just like that, various ponies awoke to face a nightmare much worse than any nightmare they could ever dream of, being buried alive is something caused by a bad written medical condition, and for it being real, it still terrifies a lot of ponies, doesn't matter if they are still foals or if they are mares or stallions, these fatal errors still frighten a lot of ponies, just be grateful that you weren't born in those times, because they wouldn't care about you if you were born deformed or if you were a simple villager.
But still, be grateful for everything that you have, for the family that is nice to you, for the quiet little mountain town you know, and pray for mercy, because if the devils of Ponyville trap you, you won't end well.
When Scootaloo stopped talking, she looked at the rest of the crew, Sweetie Belle was shaking violently and Apple Bloom and Spike were hugging each other while shaking too.
"Hah! Told ya I could tell a story scarier than you!" Said Scootaloo sounding triumphant.
"Now, hold it there, that doesn't count, you told three stories and it was supposed to be only one" Said Spike while he stopped shaking.
"Yeah, and why did you take so little time for each one? That makes it unvalid." Said Apple Bloom, pointing at Scootaloo.
"Hey, I still scared you and that makes them valid" Said Scootaloo shrugging.
Sweetie Belle stopped shaking, and with a little bit of fear, she asked: "And, well, who is next?"

Chapter 4: Apple Bloom's story.
"Maybe you should go now Apple Bloom" Said Spike calmer than before.
"What? why her? why don't you wanna say anything?" Said Scootaloo, wanting to know the reason why Spike was avoiding his turn.
"Calm down Scootaloo, I'll go after Apple Bloom because I want to see if my story can be as scary as yours, and maybe scarier than everypony else's" Said Spike giggling.
"Ugh, fine, but don't you dare chicken out!" Said Scootaloo.
"Okay guys, now, Apple Bloom, can you please begin?" Said Sweetie Belle.
"Okay, let's see what I can do" Said Apple Bloom with confidence.
This is a traditional story, all the Apple family knows it, and my sister used to tell me this story so I couldn't sleep in the nights when I was younger, now that I'm grown, I don't fear it that much, but the interesting thing about this story is that several members of the family affirm that is true, even my Granny says it.
It all started when the Apple Family was in their brighter days, granny Smith was much younger, Big Mac was just a baby and the barn was being remodeled, the day was splendid, the sellings of that day were much better than before, the apple cider was taking its flavor, and granny was ready to hit the hay in the middle of the day, everything seemed just fine.
But then, it happened, it first started as something little, like some dizziness, but then, the frames in the walls started to fall, the windows started to crash, and the walls were cracking, suddenly, all of Equestria was in the middle of a giant earthquake.
"Hold on! Are you talking about the Earthquake that happened a lot of time ago?" Said Spike, looking at Apple Bloom.
"Yes, Spike, now, as I was saying:"
In that moment, none of them knew what was happening, but the walls were cracking, the ground was shaking and things were going down fast, so, granny thought that maybe it was an earthquake, so, she quickly got out of the house with Big Mac in her hooves, the movement carried on for a while, and eventually, the house and the barn fell down, luckily nothing important was inside it, and later, the movement stopped.
After what seemed like decades, granny received a letter from members of the Apple Family, it said that an Earthquake stroke Equestria entirely, and several members of the family died on it, they needed help cleaning the rests of the buildings, at first, granny didn't want to go, but she remembered that family always supports itself, and she finally decided to go.
When she arrived, she saw the unthinkable, lots of ponies were dead on the streets, mainly because they got hit by something on the earthquake, some older ponies had a heart attack and died at the same time, and the smell of blood, death and destruction... It was everywhere!
Granny found the residence of the apple family, it was a real nightmare! All around the place there were severed body parts decorating the pile of dust and blood in the middle, some body parts belonged to some really loved family members, some of them belonged to random ponies, it was grotesque.
The newfound army helped clean up the rubble, and they ordered that the dead ponies had to be put inside coffins or boxes to prevent the whole place from getting the smell of death permanently, and so they did. Obviously Big Mac didn't help because he was still just a baby, but everypony else did, everypony was either helping picking up the corpses, or they were cooking some food for everypony.
They worked so hard that in no time the day had changed into night, but they kept working, they had orders to find more bodies in the darkness, and they had to do it, so, they separated into small groups, only guarded with a primal lantern. They didn't find anything in a long time, they were about to give up, but that's when:
"Over there! I think I see a hoof!" Yelled one of the ponies. By the way, they were in Salt Lake City, so, they were at the coasts of the city, and they found a severed hoof on the sea, One of them pulled it up before realizing it was a severed hoof, they thought that one little hoof wouldn't hurt anypony, so, they just threw it at the sea.
After a while, another pony yelled that they found another hoof, but this one was severed too, so, they just threw it back at the sea again, something really weird was happening, but then, another pony yelled a third time, they thought this was a joke, but when they turned around, they saw at least two thousand severed hooves swimming towards them!
With fear and horror in their voices, they screamed and ran back to their camping zone, when they got away, they told the army what happened, but they didn't believe them, so, they decided to separate once again in two groups, each one had a couple of members of the Apple family and a couple of soldiers, they went in opposite directions, after a while, both groups came back, one didn't saw anything and the other one was almost dead, they were frightened to death, they saw indeed a ton of severed hooves on the water.
Eventually, the buildings that were destroyed were rebuilt, and the story was forgotten by the army, but the members of the apple family could swear that they heard distant screams and callings for help, mostly at night, inside their new houses, evrn granny thinks she can hear them on the farm, and he apple family members that got old, wondered about the afterlife, they wondered if there was something on the other side, they wondered if that would be like those severed hooves, they wondered if there was somepony on the other side that would bring them to the surface, they wondered also, if they would see the ones they affected personally, economically, or the owners of those severed hooves that they failed to remove from the water that night.
Apple Bloom took a glance towards her friends to see how they did with her story, Scootaloo looked like she was about to cry, Sweetie Belle was staring at the void motionless, and Spike was wide-eyed and shaking like crazy.
"Well, I didn't know if my story was going to scare ya'll, but it sire looks like it!" Said Apple Bloom happily.
"Wha- no way! I was just watering my eyes because they were really thirsty" Said Scootaloo, trying to get a hold of herself.
"Yeah, I wasn't scared at all!" Said Spike, looking everywhere except at Apple Bloom's eyes.
"Yeah, yeah, whatever you say" Said Apple Bloom, shrugging.
"Sweetie Belle snapped out of whatever trance she was in. "Okay then, who's left?" Everypony turned to Spike.

Chapter 5: Spike's tale.
"So, are you going to tell us your story now?" Said an unamused Scootaloo.
"Hey! Relax! I said I was waiting for last turn" Said Spike.
"Well, this better be worth it" Said Sweetie Belle.
"Okay guys, Jeez, let's get this over with:"
I bet you wondered sometime when you first saw a dragon: What is this thing? Where did he came from? why? well, here is a story in first pony-person about a miserable creature and a monster many eons ago...
I was a young, healthy and ugly colt, and I didn't know why, but everypony hated me, they always looked down to me, they always laughed at me, I was blinded by my pain and suffering, maybe if I wasn't I would't had grabbed that rope and chair...
But, where? not inside my home, I hated my mother, but I didn't want to cause her a trauma, so, I ran to the farthest place in the city, because I was going to end my life, I was praying to the gods and adjusting my neck, but, suddenly, I heard a voice:
"What are you doing?!?!"
"Putting an end to this!"
"You don't have to do it this way! I believe I can help you!"
"Help me? you are just an old pony! Let me die at last!!"
"I can't do that now, young one"
Then, out of nowhere, he grabbed my hoof, when I fought back, he pulled with more strength than before, making me get out of my demise and fall off my chair. He dragged me to an old building, and he closed the door behind us quickly.
"Let me go!"
"Look, young one, I can help you, I know how you feel, but you need to listen"
"Damn, okay, but quick!"
"A life is something beautiful, but, what would you say if I tell you I can get you a new, completely different life without paying anything?"
"I'd say I'm interested"
"Look, after some experiments, I think I mastered the anatomy of ponies, I can transform you into anything or anypony you like, of course, there are some conditions..."
"Such as...?"
He pulled out a paper. "For starters, you have to sign here"
"And if I don't want to?"
"Well, that's the second condition." I noticed he was a unicorn when his horn started glowing. "You don't have a choice, now, stay still"
I tried to run, I tried to scream, but he grabbed me, I only remember him laughing maniaticaly before everything went dark. When I woke up, I was tied down to a chair in the middle of a dark room where the walls were covered by some kind of inscriptions about magic spells, also six or seven unicorns with dark hoods were standing around me, for some reason, I had a metal armor covering my body, and I felt a lot more grabby than usual, then, the mad pony entered the room with something white put on him.
"Did you sleep well my friend?"
"What happened? where am I?"
"You don't have to know that, just relax and let us take care of you"
"What are you doing to me? I swear, I'm going to kill you!"
"Son, I'm not afraid of you, you're going to stay there while we make history"
"History?"
"Yes, once we make a transformation of the whole body on you"
"What? No! You can't"
"Oh, yes I can, and watch me do it"
Then, he and his pals started to say some weird things, some knid of language I never knew about, but when they retrieved their hoods, their eyes and horns were glowing, and they fired some kind of laser directly towards me, the pain was intense, I couldn't open my eyes, because the pain wouldn't let me and because I was glowing too, my armor, it felt like my armor was being fusioned with my body, I felt like I was inside the sun itself, and all I remembered were the screams of my torturers, being them from pure pain and the voice of my psycho "friend" who pleaded for the experiment to end. And finally, everything went dark once more.
When I woke up, I saw nothing but the building we were in being reduced to dust, I looked to my surroundings and saw all the unicorns dead, they were spitting out blood from their insides, and my principal torturer? dead too, I found him decapitated when I removed a block from his head, and found him doing some really weird noises too.
Then I realized: I removed the block from his head without magic. I looked to my hooves, they weren't hooves anymore, I don't know what they were either, but I think the griffons have these things, I think they were called "claws", and I looked at my back to see if I was a griffon now, that idea was eliminated when I saw my back, and afterwards, my entire body, I had wings, but they were much different than a griffon's, and my body was covered in those things the reptiles have, I think they are called "scales".
I also realized two more things: My tail was longer and it was full of Spikes, and that, somehow, I was walking in two legs, everything was so confusing, but I had the urge to make everything mine, of course, things like these don't go unnoticed, the authorities arrived at the place, and when they saw me come out of the rests of the building, thry inmediately demanded my departure to the Far lands, in other words: Exile.
So, when you think your life sucks, remember this story, ask yourself who is the miserable creature and who is the monster again, remember the way my life was torn apart by a maniac, luckily, I found some other victim of those cruel experiments who turned out that she was a female specimen who ran away as soon as the experiment was going downhill, and then we reproduced, now, I'm the father of a new specie, but I didn't ask for it, remember the creature that I am, remember how lucky you are for just being you, remember the legend of...
Dragons.
Spike looked over to his friends like the rest did, they didn't look afraid, but they sure looked shocked, all of them had their jaws hitting the floor and they had their eyes open wider than dinner plates.
"He, I knew it, that would surely shock them" Said Spike to himself.
The dark legends of Equestria
Finale: Nightmare Night.
That night, all of them slept inside one tent closely to each other as possible, oh, why did they had to remember all of their stories now? Why couldn't they just wait until tomorrow? Whatever, none of them slept that night, all of the dreams they would have if they fell asleep would be very bad.
But the night passed quickly to them, what a relief, right? I mean, you would be scared too if you had all those things in your mind and you know it. When dawn arrived, the CMC and Spike discussed for a while about who won, in the end, no one won, because they all got scared and that is what really matters here, they agreed to do this more often, maybe they could invite friends and/or family for the next Nightmare Night, so, with a lot of fatigue, they packed their stuff and left the place before anypony noticed their absence.
And eventually the big moment came, Nightmare Night just begun, everypony was happy, Apple Bloom disguised herself as a Timberwolf, Sweetie Belle disguised herself as Diamond Tiara, Scootaloo disguised herself as a Timberwolf, and Spike disguised himself as a... Dragon?
"Okay, Okay, Okay, I'm breaking character, What are we talking about?"
"What do you mean?"
"Yes, Spike is disguised as a dragon? That's like Rarity as a marshmallow"
"Yes, why?"
"This script is stupid, the legends he just made them tell the audience is stupid, the orthography and the grammar are stupid, Who wrote it?"
"Just a Random Person"
"And why did you hire a random guy to write it?"
"No, that's literally his user name"
"Oh"
"Yeah"
"Ok"
"Yes"
"Sorry, got a little carried away there"
"No, it's fine"
"So, where were we?"
"Over there"

The fillies and the dragon had a magnific night full of candy, but mainly it was good because the group talked a lot about the stories they'd told each other during their special night, the group was searating, everypony was heading towards their respective homes, Sweetie Belle was really tired, but she seemed to regain her energy when she saw a mare with the lower half of a mask apprach her and ask her: Do you think I am beautiful?".
Scootaloo was heading yowards her house, everything seemed quiet, and there wasn't a single light turned on inside her house, so, she checked the mail like she used to, after all, she needs to be informed about the new scooter she ordered, but a particular letter caught her eye, inside, it said: SHE WAS PUSHED.
Apple Bloom entered her house with all the tranquility of the world, there wasn't a single light turned on, so, she thought her family was asleep, but she kept listening some weird sounds, and she froze in shock when she heard a voice saying: HELP...Me...out
Spike was sleeping in his little basket, but he heard a noise downstairs, as a good guardian, he went down the stairs, and he saw a pony standing by the kitchen, he asked who it was multiple times, but there wasn't any answer, when he approached the pony, he saw that it was an old pony with an evil grin on his face, his horn started to glow and he saud mischeviously: "Are you interested in a change on your life?"
Spike ran out of the treehouse, and he saw the CMC approach him too, they all, reunited in the middle of the path, and started spitting out lots and lots of incoherent words.
"OH guys" Said somepony in a playful tone near them. They looked behind Scootaloo and they saw ahorrible mare with a mask in her hooves, a mare with her head backwards, a member of the apple family (judging by her clothes) with blood all over her and an old pony with his horn glowing.
Then all of Ponyville trembled because all the residents heard the loudest scream in all of their lives, a scream which was caused by three fillies and a dragon who ran through the empty streets of Ponyville.
Then, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Applejack and Twilight pulled off their masks and smiled to themselves.
"HAHAHAHAHAHA! Did you see the looks on their faces? that was priceless" Laughed Rainbow.
"Heh, you're right, now that'll teach them to sneak out without telling us!" Said Applejack.
"Yes, but, do you think we went too far with the poor things?" Said Rarity, a little bit worried about her little sister.
"No, I'm sure they'll be fine, we judt teached them a lessom, we'll explain all to them in the morning" Affirmed Twilight.
"HAPPY NIGHTMARE NIGHT!" Said the four in unison.
