You, the not so fancy-dressed human wore a white t-shirt, white pants, and brown sandals as you sat in a red booth next to a window, in what appeared to be a classic 1950s diner. It was a bright sunny day from what you could see outside the window. It appeared the rain had been stopped early, although the ground outside was still rather damp.
You were the only human here in this diner it seemed… or perhaps the world. For the other customers were strange alien, pastel horse creatures, usually about four foot tall on average. Each one had large, basketball sized eyes, and possessed delightfully plump rumps.
Each customer seemed to be eating vegetable orientated meals, salads, and some were even eating horrid vegan food. They talked among themselves, occasionally looking at you in disgust.
All that said, there were at least a few birdy creatures of a similar size to the ponies, that resembled the mythical creatures known as griffons. Although, far more cute looking. They, unlike the ponies were eating meat. This unsettled some ponies to some degree, who looked at them in disgust.
A young, light blue pegasus, with a rainbow mane known as Rainbow Dash, was sat right next to you. She looked at you with a sickened, but curious expression.
For held in your hands was a big greasy, meaty monstrosity, wrapped in a bulky sphere of white bread, packed with a ridiculous amount of melted cheese, smothered in bacon, a thick slab of beef, topped off with a fried egg on top. Rainbow’s ‘meal’ on the other hand was some sort of pussy ass salad, containing tomatoes, carrots, onions, spinach, nuts, and other pussy ass vegetarian shit.
“Urgh! How can you eat that Anon?” said Rainbow.
“Mmmhuuuwhaaaa?” you said through a mouthful of meat.
“Swallow your food dude.” she said sternly.
With a loud gulp you swallowed down the mass of meat in your mouth.
“What?” you blurted out.
“I said, how can you eat that? I know your not totally heartless and would never eat a pony, but dude what you are eating was once alive.”
“I need meat to live Rainbow. Us humans are hunters, without meat we--
Rainbow shook her hoof nonchalantly, dismissing you. “Ape shit dude. You told me your species runs after its prey until they collapse from exhaustion. Well, yesterday we played chasing, and not even after five minutes you got tired and gave up and went to the bar to get a pint of beer.”
“Well nowadays, most of us are too lazy. We just farm animals or shoot them with guns.”
She turned her head to the side curiously. “Guns?”
“Uhhhh, I’ll tell you another time.” you said nervously.
“What? Why not now?”
“I don’t want anyone overhearing us.”
“How could somepony… “ But then Rainbow remembered ponies were very nosey for the most part. “Yeah, you’re right. Anyway, how could you eat meat dude?”
“I need to eat meat Dashie. Plus, meat is delicious.”
“Why can’t you eat vegetables and fruit like everypony else?”
“Because that’s rabbit food. Us humans didn’t become king of the food chain by eating celery.” you said with pride.
“Dude, us ponies basically rule this world and we eat celery. We are kind enough to let the others live on this planet with us.”
“Yeah well, us humans got nukes!” you said bitterly, crossing your arms.
“What are nukes?” she said, tilting her head to the side curiously.
“Uhh, I’ll tell you another time.”
Rainbow growled, crossing her hooves. “You and your secrets.”
Nothing eventful happened for quite some time, other than Rainbow Dash looking at you in disgust as you devoured your big meaty burger. You inhaled the burger into you, you didn't take your time. You took big chunks of meat from each bite upon your meat meal, slobbering grease all over yourself during the process.
“Nom nom nom! That was delicious!” you said, licking your greasy fingers.
You finished your burger, Rainbow Dash, on the other hand, was not even halfway through her pussy ass salad.
“Dude, you need to slow down. You may choke one day if you keep eating like that.”
“Yeah, you’re right.”
“And quit eating meat, dude. Seriously, it’s bad for you.”
“I can’t Rainbow… I need it.”
“No, you don’t need it.”
You looked down sadly at the greasy remains of your meal. “What am I supposed to do then without meat? I can’t enjoy life at all without meat.”
You felt a soft hoof come to rest on the palm of your hand. You looked up to Rainbow to see her giving you bedroom eyes.
“I’m sure, we can find other ways to make you happy.” she said in a hot breathy voice.
You looked into her lovely rosy red eyes. You had a strong urge to give up meat then and there… at least for a while, if it meant you could score today.
You shook your head. “I can’t…. I can’t give up meat.”
“Dude, come on. Of course, you can give it up.” she pleaded.
“It is… too late for me Rainbow. You don’t know the power of the meat.” you said in a low voice.
“Anon, you need help.” she said in a worried tone.
“No Rainbow, I dare you to eat meat.”
Rainbow stared at you in shock for quite some time, before she gave you a nasty grin.
“I accept your challenge.”
“You won’t regret it.”
“Big Joe, give me the same burger Anon got.” said Rainbow, waving her hoof at a large black griffon from across the room. He wore a chef hat and a greasy white apron as he stood behind a counter.
Big Joe nodded without a word and disappeared into the back kitchen. All the ponies In the establishment gasped in shock, some of them even fainting. The griffons, on the other hand, raised their drinks and cheered.
Everypony spoke in hushed tones among themselves. While the griffons went back to eating their meaty food.
Rainbow’s ears flattened and she blushed profusely in embarrassment. You placed a hand on her hoof. She gave you a warm smile at this gesture.
The two of you didn't speak as you held your hand on her hoof while the two of you silently shared an intimate moment together. This was soon broken upon the arrival of Rainbow’s food. A big meaty burger.
Without a word, Big Joe placed the burger before Rainbow and left. Rainbow nervously stared down at the big meaty burger below her. You heard the sound of clopping hooves. You turned to see literally everypony in the place crowded around your table. The ponies were repeatedly gasping in horror, some fainting. The griffons didn’t care and were still sat at their tables eating their food.
Rainbow glared at the ponies angrily, and as if to spite them, she slammed her head down onto the burger and began to devour it with great sloppiness.
Ponies gasped in shock, and some even fainted as they watched Rainbow eat the meat. In no time at all, the burger was gone.
“Anon, you were right. Meat is delicious!” she shouted, before licking her face clean with her tongue.
Again ponies gasped in shock and some even fainted again. Rainbow took hold of your hand and stood up. You yourself then stood up.
“Anon, let’s go. Fry up some bacon and eat it off my ass.” she said in a hot breathy voice.
“You got it, my sexy pony.” you said sexfully.
You and Rainbow left the diner holding hand and hoof.
