Chapters chapter 1: the start of it all
As twilight was the last to leave the reformed changeling hive she looked at the odd ball of green slime in her bag, she had found it in the changeling hive tucked into her saddle bag so she just put it in a clear container before placing it back in her back. Her left foreleg itched, as if she had been bitten by an insect of some kind but wasn’t sure what so she just simply itched at the area, thankful to have a private train cart twilight closed all the curtains shrouding the cart in darkness so that she could sleep.
Unknown to the princess that inch was in fact a bite but not from your everyday bug and that ball of slime was more than just that, the train ride back to ponyville was a pleasant one, the passengers slept as the night passed by as the train drove to its first destination. When the train finally stopped the sun had only just begun to rise into the sky bathing it in warm glows of pink, gold and yellow, as twilight waved goodbye to the conductor she trotted back to her castle, wanting to exam and research the odd ball of slime she had brought back with her.
Once inside the castle and in her room with writing supplies twilight locked her door along with her window, closing the curtains and putting a sound proof spell up around her room to prevent any noise from leaving the room. Covering her entire room, well floor and bed, with a clear plastic sheet twilight took the capsule out of her bag; placing the egg down on the floor twilight started looking over the sphere, well now it looked more solid and looked like a chicken egg in shape and firmness.
Lying down on the floor by the egg twilight took a rubber from her writing desk before giving the egg like slime ball a testing poke, it seemed solid but a slight ripple washed across the surface showing it was still the slime she had found. Giving a shrug twilight stud to get something from her desk as well as turn the fan on, having everything closed and the flooring covered in plastic began to make the room rather hot and the plastic sheets very slippery from a small layer of water building up on the top side as well as the underside of the sheet.
While twilight was putting away her current notes and removing the plastic sheet off of her bed she gave a shocked squeal as her hooves slipped out from under her, falling onto her flank first and then her chest, a wet slurp sound was heard behind her as well as soft movement within her birth cannel. Her eyes widening in fear twilight quickly jumped up onto her hooves before turning around, were the slime like egg once sat was instead a small patch of sticky clear fluid, a small string of it leading behind her to her now wet marehood.
As her eyes widened in panic a blush begun to creep onto its face as the slime leg egg got pulled deeper into her body by her inner muscles but, when it hit the closed opening of her womb she gave a sharp gasp from the wave of pleasure that shot through her body. When the changes were finished twilight turned off the water with her now pink magic, cleared the full length mirror and could only stair at her reflection in shock. There she stood, deep purple chitin covering her body, large hole ridden moth like wings on her back, a jagged horn graced her head along with a changeling queen crown. Her eyes very much like chrysalis’s but in gradients of pink, her mane and tail were of a thick silk like material but kept their same colour scheme with the occasional hole seen here and there while her legs had holes of their own; the final touches being the small fangs that now overlapped her bottom lip.
Shaking her head hoping it will all just be a dream twilight left her bathroom before climbing into her bed, pulling the covers over her changed body and closing her eyes falling into a lustful sleep caused by her heat. While she slept a changeling had snuck into her castle looking for a place to stay, its home and hive having been completely wiped off the face of equestrian, its light blue colour scheme barely visible in the moon light that shone into the castle.

chapter 2: mating and first drone
It was the middle of the night when twilight next woke up, due to her stomach growling and waking her up, but she had to muffle herself from screaming when she saw that she was still a changeling queen, so it hadn’t had been a dream after all… once she had calmed down twilight got out of her bed and proceeded to examine her new body, it looked very near identical to chrysalis, her chitin was a deep purple colour, large moth wings were out of their vibrant purple carapace, the wings themself a very light purple; her mane and tail remained the same but her eyes were just like chrysalis’s but in hues of pink. If seen from a distance the holes would look like holes but once closer one could see they were in the shape of love hearts, ironic for a changeling.
Sighing twilight left her room and entered her personal bathroom to take a cold shower to hopefully tone down the intensity of her heat which that slime covered egg thing caused her some hours ago when she fell on it, but after she turned the water on she froze, sensing another changeling within her castle which somewhat confused her. Turning off the water twilight left and entered the empty hallway, the faint sound of small hooves hitting the stone flooring catching twilights attention
As twilight continued to walk she could hear that the hoofsteps were getting closer and closer along with getting clearer to hear, as if their owner was getting closer to them. When twilight turned a corner she gave a startled yell as she fell backwards onto her rear, currently glad she was covered in hard chitin as falling on a crystalized stone floor was not soft nor pleasant. Looking up her eyes widened seeing it was one of chrysalis’s old changelings that had refused to reform and follow under the new rule of thorax; getting up and allowing a spell to charge she quickly bound the changeling with a binding spell before carrying it off to her study where she could question it about a few things. The changeling on the other hand was startled, as well as trying to hide its hardened member having been able to smell twilight’s heat as the pheromones changeling females and queens release is far stronger than that of a normal mare.
After entering her study twilight tied the teal changeling to the chair on the oposite side of her desk before sitting down in her own chair, figiting a little from her head and the egg inside of her womb.
Twilight looked up from her desk in shock at the changeling who only wore a smug look on its face at what it just said to twilight, though it was thankful to the table between them because it couldn’t exactly hide its throbbing cock, this was only due to the pheromones twilight was producing during her heat which was starting to get uncomfortable on the new queen. Dropping the smug look the changeling looked over at twilight somewhat worried about her because of her constant wriggling in her seat, he was about to ask her if something was wrong but instead of words leaving his mouth, instead what came out was a yell in shock as twilight tackled the changeling stallion from over her desk and pinning him to the ground.

The changeling had changed from a drone for the teal changelings and instead because a drone for a new changeling hive from what its new queen was doing, a changeling hive that feeds on lust has just been formed and has its queen and first drone. But its not really a hive with just two changelings but it won’t be like that for long as during the drone’s feeding neither of the two noticed the other climaxing or twilight's womb filling with light pink cum from the changeling drone.
When twilight finally came to her senses she gave a gasp in shock and quickly got off of the drone, apologising multiple times as she released the changeling but instead of fleeing it…. Bowed to her and apologised for intruding her sleep chambers and calling her its queen, which twilight wasn’t exactly used to at all, she still wasn’t used to being called a princess by the other princesses and spike when he is in a teasing mood. After accepting the drone’s apology she was a little surprised when it walked off and to the empty bedroom across the hall from hers, making it into a drone sleeping quarters. Seems twilight got her first drone after a little bit of horseplay from her heat.

When twilight managed to catch up on some well deserved sleep she was awoken by an amazing aroma that was coming from the castle kitchen, getting out of bed and stretching her body she proceeded to leave her room and walk downstairs to the ground floors oblivious to her now taller size causing her to be the same height of a changeling queen. By the time she had reached the ground floor and entered the kitchen she could help but stare in shock at her new drone preparing breakfast for the two of them, with a warm smile she entered the kitchen to offer any help but looking at the where the drone was setting up it seems she was too late to help with that; instead she resorted to grabbing her notebook and quill and sat at the table which startled the poor pink changeling.
Nodding her head twilight proceeded to make notes on this while eating her breakfast which also had an odd light blue honey on it, said honey also had small crystals in it which looked like rock candy. Before she could ask about it however her drone began speaking again
Twilight once again nodded at this information as she continue writing notes and eating her waffles which were cooked to near spike perfection, even though she was visibly writing notes in her notebook on the table, under the table she was writing three identical letters to the three princesses. Hoping they may be able to help her in any way possible, she hoped deep down there was a way to reverse this process which she undertook unwillingly; changeling spells always had counter spells…. right?
After breakfast the two washed all the dishes that were used for the morning before going their separate ways to get ready for the day; twilight to get cleaned up and monarch to prepare some changeling lessons for his queen…. seeing as how are talked in her sleep about originally being a pony. Lessons on changeling magic, the two ways honey is produced, changing forms (obviously) as well as flying with her new wings as they were not like her old ones; even though monarch was a brave changeling he was nervous about meeting his queen’s pony friends since he wasn’t sure how they would react to seeing a new type of changeling. Shaking his head to clear that trait of thought he proceeded to plan lessons for his queen to undertake in order to understand how to be a changeling, how to accept emotions, which was another part of the peace treaty; only accept emotions if the changeling is given permission or it is directed at the changeling.
Checking over the different plans monarch nods to himself and collected everything with his magic which was a soft shade of pink, leaving the drone room he trotted off to find his queen which ironically enough was in the study, the perfect place to learn and teach. Going up to the third floor he found twilight sitting at one of the tables with a small stack of paper, a quill, ink jar and had a few books open and spread out around the desk; it was as if she was looking for something in particular that one of the books all shared in common, something she hoped to find by piecing all the information together.
Monarch only nodded while twilight proceed to make notes on this seeing as she never knew of this information about changelings before, but since she was a changeling queen now she was bound to learn some new things about what she had become other than the basics. While twilight was making notes on this lesson and was being oblivious to the rest of the room, monarch kept his senses open to make sure that no one broke into the castle or a visitor came that twilight wasn’t expecting; yet while doing this monarch kept teaching twilight the basics of changelings and their capabilities to change forms.
While the two were discussing different creatures that would be good for beginning transformations they were both oblivious to the small dragon entering the castle, spike had finally returned from rarity’s place as he was helping her move some things around in the beautique. As he walked past the library spike stopped and took a few paces back to look in again, onto to freeze in shock at seeing a changeling and a queen that looked similar to chrysalis and her hive, as he turned to run off he was stopped in his tracks by the deep pink magic that covered his form resulting in a yell of shock to come from his small frame.
Once feeling he had calmed down twilight brought spike into the library to hopefully explain to the small dragon about what had happened to her,though… that’s if he was willing to listen to her that is considering how stubborn dragons can be. Monarch looked shocked at how his queen managed to notice the small dragon when even he couldn’t smell the young drake entering the castle, while he was mentally freaking out twilight simply brought spike over to where she and monarch were sat and give him a warm hug to welcome him home; even if he was regretting it.
Twilightly could only let out a groan after that, even if it was ridiculous it is still a viable explanation of why she was a changeling queen now; yet she still had to find the primary cause for her transformation but her library currently contained little to no books about changelings or the changeling queens; so where could she get the books to gain this information.
