I stare into my blue eyes, to anyone else it would've looked like I was having a mental crisis. But no, I'm just bored. I sigh, and start to mess with my hair. My hair being brunette and normally slicked back and hidden under a beanie is now in view. I drag my fingers through it before picking up my plain black beanie and putting it back on. I adjust my white T-Shirt and flannel sleeveless jacket. "Not bad." I say with a smile. I reach into my pocket. The feeling of the black denim of my jeans is one I've felt for years now. It's rare that I'll wear anything other than jeans, but when I do it's normally because I can't be bothered to mess around with buttoning up and getting a belt for my jeans. I pull out my wallet and check the amount of money inside of it. Two £10 notes look at me. "I could get a few things that I need. Some bread, some drinks and some ramen because it's cheap. That'll last me till next week." I mumble to myself as I close my wallet and put it back in my pocket. I check the time on my watch. A brown leather strap holds a silver coloured metal in place which holds all of the mechanisms inside whilst a slightly scratched pane of plastic protects the face of the watch whilst also letting me see the time. "Eleven in the morning.... I should probably get a drink." I turn around and leave the bathroom. I walk down my hallway and down a set of stairs into another hallway. I enter my living room and sit on my couch. The brown leather squeaks as my hands slide on it. I sigh and look around the room. Behind me I hear a weird buzzing sound. I turn to face it only to be blinded by a bright white light. "Holy fuck." I groan as I rub at my eyes. "What the hay just happend?" *Whimper* "This isn't the library.... Or our cottage...." Ah! My fucking eyes! I hear you! Whoever you are GET OUT OF MY HOUSE! AH FUCK!" I shout as a strong pain runs through my eyes. "Who said that?" "I did!" I shout as I raise my hand. "We're sorry we'll leave as soon as possible." "I-I'm sorry." I keep rubbing at my eyes trying to get rid of the pain. After a few seconds the pain goes away and I can open my eyes again. I immediately look behind me and see a weird dog like creature. The left half of it's body is purple leading to a weird horned horse looking head whilst the right side is yellow, has a singular wing and also leads to a weird horse looking head. "What... The... Fuck..." I mumble. "What's wrong?" "What's wrong?" They both ask in sync. "W.... What are you?" "We're a pony. Well.... A mix of two. It's complicated." The purple half explains. "Right.... This is fucked.... I don't remember taking Acid.... Or Magic Mushrooms...." "I don't know what those are but one sounds dangerous while the other sounds interesting." "Twi.... I'm scared.... Where are we?" The yellow half asks with a whimper. "I don't know Shy but I don't think we're in our cottage anymore." The purple half answers. "This is completely fucked up. I'M completely fucked up. A two headed pony is talking to me. A TWO HEADED PONY IS TALKING TO ME.... I need some fucking mental help...." "Anyway.... Can you tell us where we are?" The purple side asks. "You're in my mind, it's on I'm Fucked In The Head street in the city of Send Helpsville." I answer. "I'm Fucked In The Head Street? Send Helpsville? Shy we're not in Equestria anymore." The purple half mumbles. "I want to go back home Twi...." The yellow side whimpers. "Equestria? What or Where the fuck is that?" I ask. "It's where we're from. It's a large place filled with cities, towns and villages." The purple half answers. "Wait.... Is that a real place?" "Of course it is, we're not making it up I can assure you." The purple half answers. "Wait a minute.... You're real?" I ask. A cold droplet of sweat drips down the back of my neck. "Of course we are. We're right here aren't we?" The purple half asks in a sarcastic tone. "So... I'm not crazy.... There's actually a two headed pony talking to me...." I look at the two? Of them. "I guess that's fine.... If you're actually real then I guess freaking out would be pointless.... Although I'm not gonna lie, seeing a two headed talking pony is veeeeery unsettling. "I'm glad to see you've calmed down." The purple half says with a smile. "Calm? On the outside I have but on the inside I'm screaming like no tomorrow." "Oh...." I take a deep breath and relax for a minute. "Are you guys hungry? I have some food in the kitchen." I ask. "We're a little hungry." The purple half answers whilst the yellow half just blushes and hides it's face behind it's mane. "I have some apples in the fridge if you want some." I offer. "We'll both have one if you don't mind." The purple half answers. "Sure, I'll just go get you some." I stand up and head into the kitchen. I open the fridge and grab a pair of apples. I take another deep breath to calm myself down and then close the refrigerator. I head back into the living room and hold out the apples for them to take. "Thanks." The purple one says as she tries to grab the apple only for it to slip out of her grasp. "Urm.... I can't grab it...." I take yet another deep breath and pick up the apple that she dropped. "What if I hold them while you eat them?" I ask nervously. "That would help, thanks." I hold one apple in my right hand for the yellow half to eat and the other apple in my left hand for the purple side to eat. Feeding a two headed talking pony is probably the weirdest thing I've ever done. After a few minutes they finish eating their apples. "Okay, I'm gonna go wash my hands and I'll be back in a minute." "Okay. Do you mind if we take a seat on your sofa?" The purple half asks. "Sure, go for it." I answer. "Thanks." I head back into the kitchen and wash my hands. "This is the weirdest day of my life....." I mumble. Author's Note What do you think? The begining of "Let's Get Weird - Freak 'Em Out". "I'm looking for a dustpan and a broom.... But I can't see it." I mumble. "Ah saw it on mah way in, it's over behind tha sofa." I look behind my sofa and see a tall, thin blue handle. "Nice eyes." "Thanks" ATJ says proudly. I grab the dustpan and brush from over the sofa and start to sweep up the dead leaves that are on the floor. "Do ya want some help?"ATJ asks. "Nah I've got it, thanks for the offer." I answer with a smile. I feel a buzzing in my pocket. I grab my phone and turn it on. On the screen is a notification. ✿ Beth ✿ - Tye. I need to be honest with you.... I open my messages and read it. ✿ Beth ✿ - Tye. I need to be honest with you. This relationship isn't working, you haven't been here when I needed you. I'm sorry to say this but I've been seeing Adam behind your back. He's been there when I've needed him, so I'm breaking up with you. You're a nice guy and maybe in the future you'll find the right girl. I'm not the right girl. You - What do you mean? I've been here for you everyday. You where also seeing Adam behind my back? Are you FUCKING KIDDING ME? ✿ Beth ✿ - You where never there for me you liar! What about yesterday? You - I was with my Mom. ✿ Beth ✿ - That doesn't mean you can just ignore me! You - She's DIEING. I then use all of my strength to throw the phone into the wall causing it to shatter. "Are ya alright Tye?" ATJ asks. "Just.... Just leave me alone." I mumble. I stride out of the room and into the kitchen. I rush to the sink and turn the cold water on. I cup my hands under the tap, collecting the water in my hands. I then splash the water on my face and take a deep breath. "This is all too fucking much for one day. At this rate I'm going to have a fucking mental breakdown." I mumble to myself. "Tye are you okay? We heard a bang." Twi asks. "I just need to be alone for a bit Twi. That's all." "We're here if we need you. We'd love to be able to help you with whatever's causing you problems." Twi offers. "I just.... I just don't want you to say that word anymore." I mumble. "Which one?" Twi asks. "Love. I.... I just don't want to hear it anymore. I just.... Just promise me you won't say it, okay?" "Sure. I'm sorry Tye." Twi mumbles sadly. "It's okay. I just need to be alone for a bit. Why don't you see if ATJ is okay?" "Okay." Twi mumbles. I can hear the clopping of their hooves as they walk out. 'I need to let it out now. Before it all builds up and gets worse.' I lean against the wall to my side, after a few seconds I turn and rest my back against the wall. I sigh then let myself slide down until I'm sitting with my back pressed against the wall. "♫ If you were finally being honest. I promise it won't hurt all that bad. I'm just so worn out of all of this.If you don't mind I'd like to have my heart back. And though it's really all the same to you. And you don't even really care. You never even noticed. That I was always standing here. You must be getting tired. All those double standards have got to be wearing you out. Just stop and rest a while. It's not so bad out here. ♫" I sing to myself as tears start to pour from my eyes, a lump starts to build up in my throat. I clench my teeth and swallow the lump. ============================================== ---Twi P.O.V--- "TwiShy.... Ah don't think he's okay." ATJ points out. "I don't think so either but he asked to be alone. Sometimes all you need is time to think everything out." I reply. "Ah wonder what happened." ATJ mumbles. "I don't know. But I don't think we're helping to be honest. Maybe we're stressing him out.... This IS a lot to take on in such a short time." I sigh. "Should we leave?" ATJ asks. "We can't.... But we can work on getting back.... As soon as possible. For Tye's sake." "Yeah. That's only right. Ah can't help but feel sorry for him.... Ah wonder if'n we caused him ta be like this." ATJ sighs. "I thnk you're right AJT.... He said something about being fine on the outside but screaming on the inside, Maybe.... Maybe it's all just getting to him." "Ah know what we have to do." "Yeah. I think we all do." "I don't want to Twi.... He seemed. Nice.... Maybe it isn't us." Shy points out. "What do you mean?" I ask. "Well.... He broke something right? Maybe it was that, that upset him." "You're probably right, but to be safe we need to just leave him be for a bit, I'd say about two days is enough time to think." I say with a look of worry growing on my face. "Ah hope yer right Twi, Ah don't want to see him get any worse. Ah wouldn't be a good house guest if Ah don't help the host none." AJT mutters. I nod and look towards the kitchen. 'I hope this doesn't last long.... I wish Pinkie Pie was here, she'd be able to help him feel better.' Author's Note A realistic chapter for once in this story! I feel really bad for Tye, I wish we knew what the problem is, then we could probably help him." Shy mumbles. "I know what you mean Shy but we can't help him. We'll just have to give him time to himself." I reply. I look at shy and let out a sigh. "Maybe we can help him.... Maybe if we can ask him what's wrong then maybe we can help him." I think out loud. Shy looks at me with a smile, I smile back. I decide now is a better time then ever to ask him what's wrong. I start to walk towards the kitchen and can hear him crying. "What's wrong Tye?" I ask. Tye is sat against a cuboard with his knees pressed against his chest, crying. "It's nothing Twi.... Don't worry about it." He answers. "It sure doesn't seems like nothing." I reply. "Please Twi.... Just.... Just let it go." Tye mumbles. "Please, Tye?" Shy asks. "I.... I can't.... Even Shy asked what's wrong...." Tye whimpers. "We only want to help." I point. "Can you repair a broken heart?" Tye's question brings me to a realisation. "Love. I.... I just don't want to hear it anymore.' I hear Tye's voice saying this to me whilst crying like he did earlier. "Of course we can. Friendship can always fix a break heart." I answer. "Friendship can't fix this kind of hole.... I wished your magic worked.... Then I could've wished that I didn't feel like this." Tye's mumbles choking on the last word. "I'm sorry Tye but my magic doesn't work like that...." I answer. "I was actually kind of expecting an answer like that." Tye mumbles. "What if we helped you find somepony?" Shy asked. "I.... *deep breath*.... Guess we can try it." Tye answers. "Thanks for letting us help Tye, together, I promise we'll make you feel better." I watch Tye take another deep breath before being blinded by a bright flash. I step back into the living room and see a large white Amblypygid body with a white pony head on it with a purple mane. The body being four feet long and two feet and six inches wide, it's long hairy legs being twelve feet long with huge twenty foot long pedipalps with seventeen inch claws at the tips. "Raritypygid?" I ask in excitement. "Twi, Shy! Oh am I glad to see you two." Raritypygid answers. Raritypygid turns her head towards me and Shy and starts to walk towards us, her eight legs making little tapping noises as her claws hit the ground. "Twi what's making that tapping noise?" ======================================= Tye's POV "Twi what's making that tapping noise?" I ask as I enter the room. "Holy fuck!" I shout as I fall backwards onto my butt. "Twi.... What is it? It kind of looks like a minotaur but not at the same time." The large white spider creature in front of me asks. "Actually I don't know know what he is but I know his name, he's called Tye and this is his house." Twi explains. "The reaction was a bit rude but I'm a forgiving person. Nice to meet you Tye my name is Raritypygid." The HUGE white spider says as it holds one of it's claws out as if asking me to shake it. "Raritypygid?..." I ask. "Yes darling?" She asks back. "A-Are you going to b-bite me?" I ask with a shiver. "Bite you? Why would I ever do that?" "So.... Your not going to bite me?" "Of course not, although, if a handsome creature like yourself would like me to bite I wouldn't be against it." Raritypygid answers with a lick of her lips. "Thanks?..." "Now Twi, please tell my he's single. He's a handsome stallion and you know I LOVE handsome stallions, wait! Please tell me he's strong! Oh I would love for him to be strong as well. A nice, strong, handsome stallion." Raritypygid fawns. "Raritypygid.... You've only been here about 2 minutes.... You might want to dial down the whole flirt thing." Twi chimes in. "Oh you're right! I am terribly sorry, it's my spider side making me more flirty." Raritypygid giggles. I stare at the ground. "Erm, Tye was it? Are you okay? You look a little down." Raritypygid asks. "You said a word that, well let's just say that he's in a bit of a bad way and you acting the way you are isn't helping at all." Twi explains. "Oh I'm sorry. i didn't know that I was upseting him." "I-It's fine don't worry about it. So.... What type of spider are you? If you don't mind me asking of course." I ask. "I am an Amblypygid.... Whatever one of those is.... I've never seen nor heard of one but that's what the.... Pony that did this to me said I was mixed with...." Raritypygid answers sadly. "I'm sorry that this happened to you." "Don't be, you didn't do it so you have no reason to apologize." Raritypygid replies. "So what do you eat?" I ask. "As embarassing as it is to say.... I can only eat meat.... I'm sorry Tye but I need to eat meat, cows, chickens.... Oh I feel awful even just thinking about it." Raritypygid explains. "That's fine, humans eat meat too. We eat cows, chickens, fish, stuff like that. So don't worry about it." "Really?!" Raritypygid asks excitedly. "Yep, humans are omnivores well we're supposed to be but I'm unable to eat fruit and vegetables, for some reason my body just rejects it causing me to become sick." I answer. "This is magnificent! I thought I'd immediately be shunned for eating meat!" Raritypygid shouts in excitement. "You weren't too popular when folk first found it. 'Twas a shame too, she was a popular mare." ATJ chimes in. "Don't worry Raritypygid, I won't be judging you for eating meat, in fact, I'll be joining you in it!" I joke. Raritypygid giggles in excitement. She then pulls me into a hug with her pedipalps. "I'm so happy! You have no idea what it's like being feared for something you didn't have a choice in!" Raritypygid says happily. Raritypygid smiles at me revealing thirty large sharp teeth. "You've got some seriously sharp teeth." "Why thank you. They are great teeth." Raritypygid giggles. Author's Note Nothing says weird like an Amblypygid am I right? Ah well, what do you think? Tentacles and StalksRaritypygid lets go of her tight hold on me. "How many more of you are there that will be coming here?" I ask. "All together there were about ten of us." Twi answers. "Ten? Are they all going to be coming here?" I ask with a groan. "I have no idea." Twi answers with an awkward smile. "I'm expecting another one of you guys as soon as I finish this sentence." I say as I cross my arms. "No? Well colour me surprised." A bright white flash blinds everyone in the room. "STOP BLINDING ME!" I shout in anger. "Well that wasn't a very friendly welcome, ah well, so this is my new home? Looks nice. Oh! Oh! House party time!" An excited voice happily shouts. "Twi, who just said that?" I ask as I rub at my eyes. "Pinkacle?" Twi asks. "Pinkawhat?" "HI! My name's Pinkacle! I like partiessingingdancingbakingeatingactuallyeatingismyfavouriteofthose!" A giant ball of pink tentacles with a pair of wings and a pony head sticking out of the middle of the tentacles spews out in half a second. "Thats.... Nice?" I say nervously. The tentacles must have been Eight feet long, the wings have a wing span of Four feet long, being more then long enough to keep the tentacles just off of the ground, causing the pink mass to hover above the ground. "So.... Pinkacle.... What are you?" I ask nervously. "I am what is called an Eldritch Horrorrorrorror." Pinkacle giggles. "You mean an Eldritch Horror? So.... I know that some Eldritch Horror have terrifying powers, do you have one?" I ask. "Nope but Raritypygid does!" Pinkacle answers. "She does?" "Yeah! She controls spiders! It's really helpful when one gets in your house and you're like 'Ew a spider!' and then she's like 'Come on darling leave Pinkacle alone.' and the spider then walks away!" Pinkacle quickly answers. "That's.... Good to know...." I say to myself. "Now Pinkacle my dear, how have you been?" Raritypgid asks. "I've been reallyreallyreallyreallyreally good, I may miss cupcakes but I'll fine." Pinkacle answers. "That's five of us here now." Twi points out. "Looks like everyone might be coming here Tye." "Chrysalis said we'd be here before she sent me here." Pinkacle explains. "Chrysalis? Who's that?" I ask. "Chrysalis was one of the ponies that made us into what we are." Twi explains. "Let's not talk about that now, so, Pinkacle how're the others?" Raritypygid asks. "They're good. Rainbow will be joining us in a few seconds so be ready to welcome her!" Pinkacle says excitedly. I cover my eyes and wait for the flash, after a few seconds the flash happens again. I uncover my eyes and look at the beast in front of me. A blue pony with a rainbow coloured mane stands in front of me, its face covered by a rainbow coloured mist, the mist finally starts to dissipate, revealing a pony face with thirteen small eyes on it and nothing else, after a few seconds a long stalk like appendage starts to grow out from the ponies chest, the tip of the appendage starts to stretch until a mouth forms at the end. "Where in Tartarus am I?" The Blue Pony asks. "Rainbow Stalk, how're you doing?" Twi asks. "I'm still angry that they took my wings but other then that I'm fine." Rainbow Stalk answers. Every time the blue pony blinks all of the eyes blink at the same time. "So Twi, where am I?" Rainbow Stalk asks. "You're in Tye's house." Twi answers while pointing at me. "We're in a minotaur's house?" Rainbow Stalk asks. "I'm a human." I point out. "So that's what you are." Twi says with a nod. "What's a human?" Shy asks. "A smart, hairless monkey would be the simplest way of putting it." I answer. "Where's your tail?" Twi asks. "Humans don't have tails." I walk over to my sofa and slump onto it. "Are you okay? You don't look too happy." Pinkacle asks. "It doesn't matter." I mumble. "Of course it matters! Everyone deserves to be happy!" Pinkacle replies with a pout. "I just said it doesn't matter, so that means it doesn't matter." I groan. "But-" Pinkacle tries to argue only to be silenced by a hoof on the shoulder from Twi. "Just leave it Pinkacle, he'll tell everyone when he's ready." Twi mumbles sadly. Pinkacle looks at the ground sadly. I take a deep breath and stand back up. "Would anybody like some breakfast? I was going to do some for myself, Raritypygid I do have some different meats here if you want something to eat." "That would be marvellous, thank you." Raritypygid answers. "I think we could all do with a breakfast, the food back home was few and far between so I think we're all a bit hungry." Twi answers. "What would everyone like?" I ask. "I'll take some beef Darling." Raritypygid answers. "Medium-rare please." "Me and Shy will have some porridge please." Twi answers. "ACUPCAKE!" Pinkacle blurts out excitedly. "You got any fish?" Rainbow Stalk asks. "Yeah, I'm guessing you want some?" I ask in return. "That's what I was hoping you'd ask. Yeah." Rainbow Stalk answers. "Ah don't need food." ATJ answers. "That doesn't mean you can't have some, are you sure you don't want anything?" I ask. "Well if ya askin' Ah guess some apple pie would nice." ATJ grumbles in defeat. "I was going to have that for desert tonight but sure. I have some you can have." I head into the kitchen and turn on the over so that it heats up while I get the fish, beef and sausages for those of us who'll be eating meat. I grab a few salmon steaks, a single beef steak and a bag of sausages from the freezer and put them on the countertop while I wait for the oven to heat up. I then grab some packaged porridge from a cupboard and leave it on the countertop, I then turn on a kettle I have and let it start to boil the water. I then grab a full apple pie from the fridge and leave it on the kitchen countertop. After a few minutes the oven is hot enough for me to put the fish, beef and sausages in it. I wipe my hands on a towel as I get ready to make porridge for TwiShy, I grab a pair of bowls from a cabinet and put them on the countertop, I then open two porridge packets and put the grain into the bowls. I then pour the boiled water into the bowl and start to stir the mixture until I feel it's finished. I then grab two spoons from my utensils draw and put rest them inside the bowl with the handles poking out of the top of the bowl. I then grab both bowls and take them through to the double headed pony. "Thank you Tye." TwiShy both say as I place the bowls down on the ground in front of them. They both look at eachother then start blowing on their porridge to cool it down. "I'll bring yours through now ATJ." I say with a smile. "Thank ya kindly." AJT says happily. I head back into the kitchen and grab a plate from the same cupboard that I got the bowl from. I then place it on the countertop, I then grab the apple pie and take it out of it's cover. I then slide it onto the plate. I then grab the plate of apple pie and head back into the living room. "Here's your pie AJT." I say with another smile. "Ah, thank ya." AJT says as a pair of think arm like branches reach down from the leaves on top of her. The branches then grab the plate and start to feed the pie to the pony head attached to the tree. "I.... Didn't know you could do that." I mumble. "They're useful, but Ah just can't preen mahself with 'em." AJT explains. "I'm guessing because you can't see the leaves?" I ask. "That's right, Ah can't see tha leaves so Ah can't really prune them all to well." AJT answers. "I can understand that." I reply. "Oh yeah, Raritypygid and Rainbow Stalk, our food will be done in about twenty minutes." "Okay." Both Raritypygid and Rainbow Stalk both answer. Author's Note Well.... What do you think? No more of Twi's group have arrived but I don't think it'll be long before they do. "Tye? Are you in here?" Twi asks. "Yeah." I answer. "Can I talk to you for a second?" Twi asks. "Sure." TwiShy walk into the room and sit next to me on the floor in my bedroom. "What's wrong Tye? You've been getting worse, I can't stand to watch my friends suffer like this." Twi says with a sigh. "I don't know anymore Twi.... I just.... I think I'm growing feelings for some of you guys." I mumble. "R-Really?" Twi asks with a stutter. "Yeah...." "You have no idea how much that'll mean to the ones you have started having these feeling for. They where hated and considered hideous by all the other ponies. No one would talk to them let alone have feeling for them." Twi explains. "I don't want to love anymore Twi.... I feel terrible about these growing feelings because it isn't just one of you that I feel this about." I mumble. "That's even better. Tye, we can't leave your house and we haven't found a way back. You're the girls last chance at love. Don't let them down Tye." Twi says with a smile. "But what if i get rejected?" I ask with a sigh. "Tye, I can assure you that no one would turn you down." Twi says as she puts a hoof on my shoulder. "Twi.... Shy...." I stop to take a deep breath and ready myself. "I have feelings for you." "F-For me?!" Twi asks in surprise. "Yeah, you and Shy." I mumble. The tone in her voice sends a wave of worry through me. 'She's going to say no.' 'Why would she say yes to you?' 'Your last girl didn't even want you, hell she cheated on you.' All of these thoughts ran through my head. "I-I don't know what to say. I like you too." TwiShy answer. "You do Shy?" I ask. She squeaks and hides behind her mane, she then nods her head. "I'm happy I at least have one that likes me back." I say with a smile. "Y-You can make that two." Twi says with a blush. "Really?" I ask. "Yeah." Twi says as she lightly kicks the ground. I pull them both into a hug. "Thank you so much! I was so worried that you'd reject me. A-After last time.... I.... I was so worried." I say with a smile on my face. "Tye." Twi says happily "Yes Twi?" I ask. "I love you." Twi says with a blush. "I-I still don't want to hear that word Twi, I'm not ready yet." I mumble sadly. "Tye you can't hide from a word your whole life." "Please Twi, I'm not ready yet." I mumble. Twi then whispers something into Shy's ear, Shy's cheeks then go bright red. Shy then nods. Twi then looks back at me. "Tye, I love you." Twi repeats. "Twi I said I don...." I'm cut off by Shy as she kisses me. Twi then whispers into my ear. "Tye, WE love you." Twi then places a gentle kiss onto my cheek. Shy's wing starts to flutter. "Tye, Shy really wants to say it, can she?" Twi asks. Shy separates the kiss with a strong blush. "Y-Yes." I stutter. "I-I love you Tye." Shy squeaks. "I l.... I lo.... I love you too." I say with a smile. "I'm so happy that we could help you pass that barrier." Twi smiles. "It's your turn Twi." Shy says happily. "Hmm?" Twi asks. "T-To kiss Tye." Shy says nervously. "Oh...." Twi mumbles with a blush. Twi then gently plants a peck onto my lips. "It feels.... Nice...." Twi mumbles. "I.... I need to tell the others." I say nervously. "We'll come with you." TwiShy both say. "Thanks." I stand up, quickly followed by TwiShy. "Are you ready?" Twi asks. "Yeah." I say with a gulp. I start to walk out of the room and end up in the upstairs hallway. "You always end up in there don't you? What draws you to it?" Twi ask. "I don't actually know." I answer with a shrug of my shoulders. I walk down the hallway and down a set of stairs taking me to a second hallway, at the end of the hallway is the living room. The place where Raritypygid and AppleTreeJack both live. I walk into the living room and see Raritypygid and AppleTreeJack talking to each other. "Howdy Tye." ATJ says stopping hers and Raritypygid's conversation. "Ah hello darling." Raritypygid welcomes. "Urm, hello you two. C-Can I talk to you for a minute?" I ask. "Absolutely/Sure thing." AJT And Raritypygid both answer. "I need to talk to you about something." I mumble. "I have some feelings I have to get off my chest." "Have we upset you? I'm terribly sorry if I have." Raritypygid says nervously. "No, I just. I want to say that as time has gone I've grown closer to you guys, now you're my friends. My best friends But I don't think that we should stop there. I want to become more then friends. If you know what I mean." "T-Tye.... You want to be.... I can't quite beleive my ears. You want to be more then friends with us? But we're freaks." Raritypygid mumbles as she looks at her claws. "That doesn't change anything." I say full of confidence. "Tye.... *sniffle*.... You know how to make a lady cry with happiness don't you?" Raritypygid chokes out between tears. AppleTreeJack just silently looks at me. "I'm guessing you don't want the same AJT?" I ask. "No, Ah want to be more as well It's just.... How can ya feel like this about us? We're just a bunch of monsters." AJT sighs. "It doesn't matter what you are. I still love you." I say proudly. "Ya even said that word." AJT smiles. "Of course I did. It's the truth." I reply. "Come here ya big softy." AJT says with a giggle. I walk towards her and I'm immediately pulled into a hug by her branch arms. My entire body is then wrapped in vines. AppleTreeJack then gives me a kiss on the cheek. I then feel a pair of long stick like appendages wrap around my stomach. "Don't forget about me darling, not after making me cry like that." Raritypygid says as she kisses the back of my neck. Author's Note A bit too quick? AppleTreeJackI head back into the living room and see the two headed pony laid down on the couch talking to themselves. "You two okay?" I ask. "Yes, thank you." The purple half answers. "T-Thank you...." The yellow half whimpers. "It's fine don't worry about it. So.... Your name's Shy right? Why don't you tell me a little about yourself." "I-I like.... Animals...." Shy mumbles. "Really? Did you have any pets?" I ask. "Y-Yes.... I had lots of pets. A-All of the animals of t-the woods." Shy answers with a smile. "What was your favourite pet?" "I-I had two.... Harry.... The bear.... And Angel the r-rabbit." "A bear? That must have been an interesting pet." Shy nods. I see Twi's smiling the whole time she's watching the conversation. "Do you mind if I ask you a question?" Twi asks. "Sure." "What's your name? You know some stuff about us, I think it's only fair that we learn some stuff about you." Twi asks. "Sure, my name's Tye." "Tye? That's quite close to my name." Twi titters. A bright flash like the one that happened when TwiShy arrived happens. "Fuck! My eyes again!" "Where am I?" A southern voice asks. "What the fuck is going on? Why my house damnit!" "Who's there?" The southern voice asks. "AppleTreeJack! It's us! TwiShy!" Twi shouts. "Girls? Can ya come over here and move me?" "Twi, who's that?" I ask. "It's AppleTreeJack. She's one of our friends. Let me bring her round and I'll introduce you to eachother." Twi says as they both head towards the southern voice. "Right." Twi groans. I can hear what sounds like a plant pot being dragged across the floor. After a few seconds an orange tree about 5 and a half feet tall comes into view. About 5 feet up the tree is a horse head attached to a hairy neck which itself is attached to the orange wood of the tree. "Nice ta meet ya. Mah name's AppleTreeJack." The tree says to me. The horse head on the tree gives off a friendly smile. "Right.... Nice to meet you too....." "So.... Where am I? Ah'm a might bit lost." AppleTreeJack asks. "We're in Tye's house. It's on I'm Fucked In The Head Street in Send Helpsville." Twi explains as she points at me. "So.... We're not in Equestria anymore?" "Nope. We're here and I have no idea where here is either." Twi answers. "Oh Tye. Do yer mind if I stand next to the window? I'm getting a bit hungry and I could do with a bit of light." AppleTreeJack asks. "Sure, go for it." I answer. TwiShy then drags AppleTreeJack to the window and face her horse head away from it and towards the room. "Thank ya kindly. It feels weird but this sun is still tasty." "Right...." "H-Hi AppleTreeJack." Shy welcomes with a smile. "Howdy Shy, how're ya doin'?" AppleTreejack asks. "A-A little scared.... B-But other than that? I'm g-good." "Glad ta hear that." AppleTreeJack smiles. "Would anybody want something to drink?" I ask. "No thanks." Twi answers. "Y-Yes please." Shy mumbles. "Ah could do with a good drink if ya don't mind." AppleTreeJack answers. "What does everyone want?" "Ah'll have some water please." "I'll have water please." Twi and AppleJackTree answer simultaneously. "Okay, give me a second I'll just go get you your drinks." I head back into the kitchen and grab them both a glass of water. I then head back into the living room and give Twi her drink. "Thank you." Twi smiles. I smile back and head over to AppleJackTree. "Can ya pour it into my pot? Ah would do it mahself but it'd probably slip through mah branches." She explains. "Sure." I reply. I bend over and start to pour the water onto the soil in her plant pot. "Water's always so refereshing." AppleTreeJack sighs. "Right.... So.... We need to talk about what you guys are gonna do. You guys wouldn't last five seconds out there. Things are different here, there's no trees with horse heads nor are there two headed horses." I explain. "I'd hate to ask this but.... Can we stay here? Just until we can find out how to get back home?" Twi asks. I see Shy cringe a little as Twi finishes her question. "I.... I don't know.... It's going to be weird having you here.... But I can't just kick you out, especially with how the other people would react.... I.... I guess... Okay, you can stay. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night thinking about what they would do to you and how I'd cause it." I finish with a sigh. "Thank you! I promise we'll cause as little trouble as possible." I nod my head. Out of the corner of my eye I see a smile form on Shy's face. "You guys make yourselves at home, AppleTreeJack you tell me what room you'd like to be in and I can move you there if you want, if you ever want to switch rooms just tell me and I'll move you." I explain. "I'm fine where I am, thanks for tha offer." AppleTreeJack replies. "Okay, well.... I don't have anything planned for today. Do you guys have any idea what we could do to pass the time?" I ask. "Ah have an idea.... But Ah don't know if you'd like ta do it." AppleTreeJack answers. "What's the idea?" I ask. "Well. I need some help removing dead leaves. You guys could help me.... You know, to pass the time." AppleTreeJack explains. "Sure.... I mean, it'd be easy for me because I'm taller then your tallest leaf so it'd be easy." I point out. "Thank ya Tye. Are you girls going to help?" AppleTreeJack asks. "Sure, we'll help." Twi answers as the two of them get up and walk towards AppleTreeJack. Twi and Shy stop in front of AppleTreeJack, Twi just stares at AppleTreeJack. "My magic isn't working." Twi says in a shocked tone. "Really?" AppleTreeJack asks. "Yeah!" Twi answers. "Of course it doesn't.... Magic isn't real. At least here it isn't, I don't know about where you come from, but here magic isn't real." I explain. "Sorry ATJ. We can't help then." Twi sighs. "It's okay. I've got it, you two can look around the house and get used to it's layout while I help AppleTreeJack." "If your sure Tye." Twi replies. "Don't worry about. Now AppleTreeJack, do you mind if I call you ATJ? It's easier then calling you AppleTreeJack all the time." I ask. "Sure ya can, I don't mind none." She answers. I smile as I grab the first dead leaf I see. "Now becareful, please don't pick the healthy leaves. it's hurts a ton if ya pick the wrong leaves." She explains. "Sure, I'll be careful." I pluck the dead leaf as gently as possible. "Thanks for doin' this, it must be a weird thing ta do for somepony." "It's weird I'm not going to lie, but it's fine. TwiShyI stand staring into my bathroom mirror. I stare into my blue eyes, to anyone else it would've looked like I was having a mental crisis. But no, I'm just bored. I sigh, and start to mess with my hair. My hair being brunette and normally slicked back and hidden under a beanie is now in view. I drag my fingers through it before picking up my plain black beanie and putting it back on. I adjust my white T-Shirt and flannel sleeveless jacket. "Not bad." I say with a smile. I reach into my pocket. The feeling of the black denim of my jeans is one I've felt for years now. It's rare that I'll wear anything other than jeans, but when I do it's normally because I can't be bothered to mess around with buttoning up and getting a belt for my jeans. I pull out my wallet and check the amount of money inside of it. Two £10 notes look at me. "I could get a few things that I need. Some bread, some drinks and some ramen because it's cheap. That'll last me till next week." I mumble to myself as I close my wallet and put it back in my pocket. I check the time on my watch. A brown leather strap holds a silver coloured metal in place which holds all of the mechanisms inside whilst a slightly scratched pane of plastic protects the face of the watch whilst also letting me see the time. "Eleven in the morning.... I should probably get a drink." I turn around and leave the bathroom. I walk down my hallway and down a set of stairs into another hallway. I enter my living room and sit on my couch. The brown leather squeaks as my hands slide on it. I sigh and look around the room. Behind me I hear a weird buzzing sound. I turn to face it only to be blinded by a bright white light. "Holy fuck." I groan as I rub at my eyes. "What the hay just happend?" *Whimper* "This isn't the library.... Or our cottage...." Ah! My fucking eyes! I hear you! Whoever you are GET OUT OF MY HOUSE! AH FUCK!" I shout as a strong pain runs through my eyes. "Who said that?" "I did!" I shout as I raise my hand. "We're sorry we'll leave as soon as possible." "I-I'm sorry." I keep rubbing at my eyes trying to get rid of the pain. After a few seconds the pain goes away and I can open my eyes again. I immediately look behind me and see a weird dog like creature. The left half of it's body is purple leading to a weird horned horse looking head whilst the right side is yellow, has a singular wing and also leads to a weird horse looking head. "What... The... Fuck..." I mumble. "What's wrong?" "What's wrong?" They both ask in sync. "W.... What are you?" "We're a pony. Well.... A mix of two. It's complicated." The purple half explains. "Right.... This is fucked.... I don't remember taking Acid.... Or Magic Mushrooms...." "I don't know what those are but one sounds dangerous while the other sounds interesting." "Twi.... I'm scared.... Where are we?" The yellow half asks with a whimper. "I don't know Shy but I don't think we're in our cottage anymore." The purple half answers. "This is completely fucked up. I'M completely fucked up. A two headed pony is talking to me. A TWO HEADED PONY IS TALKING TO ME.... I need some fucking mental help...." "Anyway.... Can you tell us where we are?" The purple side asks. "You're in my mind, it's on I'm Fucked In The Head street in the city of Send Helpsville." I answer. "I'm Fucked In The Head Street? Send Helpsville? Shy we're not in Equestria anymore." The purple half mumbles. "I want to go back home Twi...." The yellow side whimpers. "Equestria? What or Where the fuck is that?" I ask. "It's where we're from. It's a large place filled with cities, towns and villages." The purple half answers. "Wait.... Is that a real place?" "Of course it is, we're not making it up I can assure you." The purple half answers. "Wait a minute.... You're real?" I ask. A cold droplet of sweat drips down the back of my neck. "Of course we are. We're right here aren't we?" The purple half asks in a sarcastic tone. "So... I'm not crazy.... There's actually a two headed pony talking to me...." I look at the two? Of them. "I guess that's fine.... If you're actually real then I guess freaking out would be pointless.... Although I'm not gonna lie, seeing a two headed talking pony is veeeeery unsettling. "I'm glad to see you've calmed down." The purple half says with a smile. "Calm? On the outside I have but on the inside I'm screaming like no tomorrow." "Oh...." I take a deep breath and relax for a minute. "Are you guys hungry? I have some food in the kitchen." I ask. "We're a little hungry." The purple half answers whilst the yellow half just blushes and hides it's face behind it's mane. "I have some apples in the fridge if you want some." I offer. "We'll both have one if you don't mind." The purple half answers. "Sure, I'll just go get you some." I stand up and head into the kitchen. I open the fridge and grab a pair of apples. I take another deep breath to calm myself down and then close the refrigerator. I head back into the living room and hold out the apples for them to take. "Thanks." The purple one says as she tries to grab the apple only for it to slip out of her grasp. "Urm.... I can't grab it...." I take yet another deep breath and pick up the apple that she dropped. "What if I hold them while you eat them?" I ask nervously. "That would help, thanks." I hold one apple in my right hand for the yellow half to eat and the other apple in my left hand for the purple side to eat. Feeding a two headed talking pony is probably the weirdest thing I've ever done. After a few minutes they finish eating their apples. "Okay, I'm gonna go wash my hands and I'll be back in a minute." "Okay. Do you mind if we take a seat on your sofa?" The purple half asks. "Sure, go for it." I answer. "Thanks." I head back into the kitchen and wash my hands. "This is the weirdest day of my life....." I mumble. Author's Note What do you think? The begining of "Let's Get Weird - Freak 'Em Out". "Thanks" ATJ says proudly. I grab the dustpan and brush from over the sofa and start to sweep up the dead leaves that are on the floor. "Do ya want some help?"ATJ asks. "Nah I've got it, thanks for the offer." I answer with a smile. I feel a buzzing in my pocket. I grab my phone and turn it on. On the screen is a notification. ✿ Beth ✿ - Tye. I'm sorry to say this but I've been seeing Adam behind your back. He's been there when I've needed him, so I'm breaking up with you. I stride out of the room and into the kitchen. I rush to the sink and turn the cold water on. I cup my hands under the tap, collecting the water in my hands. I then splash the water on my face and take a deep breath. "This is all too fucking much for one day. At this rate I'm going to have a fucking mental breakdown." I mumble to myself. "Tye are you okay? We heard a bang." Twi asks. "I just need to be alone for a bit Twi. That's all." "We're here if we need you. We'd love to be able to help you with whatever's causing you problems." Twi offers. "I just.... I just don't want you to say that word anymore." I mumble. "Which one?" Twi asks. "Love. I.... I just don't want to hear it anymore. I just.... Just promise me you won't say it, okay?" "Sure. I'm sorry Tye." Twi mumbles sadly. "It's okay. I just need to be alone for a bit. Why don't you see if ATJ is okay?" "Okay." Twi mumbles. I can hear the clopping of their hooves as they walk out. 'I need to let it out now. Before it all builds up and gets worse.' I lean against the wall to my side, after a few seconds I turn and rest my back against the wall. I sigh then let myself slide down until I'm sitting with my back pressed against the wall. "♫ If you were finally being honest. I promise it won't hurt all that bad. I'm just so worn out of all of this.If you don't mind I'd like to have my heart back. And though it's really all the same to you. And you don't even really care. You never even noticed. That I was always standing here. You must be getting tired. All those double standards have got to be wearing you out. Just stop and rest a while. It's not so bad out here. ♫" I sing to myself as tears start to pour from my eyes, a lump starts to build up in my throat. "I don't think so either but he asked to be alone. Sometimes all you need is time to think everything out." I reply. "Ah wonder what happened." ATJ mumbles. "I don't know. But I don't think we're helping to be honest. Maybe we're stressing him out.... This IS a lot to take on in such a short time." I sigh. "Should we leave?" ATJ asks. "We can't.... But we can work on getting back.... As soon as possible. For Tye's sake." "Yeah. That's only right. Ah can't help but feel sorry for him.... Ah wonder if'n we caused him ta be like this." ATJ sighs. "I thnk you're right AJT.... He said something about being fine on the outside but screaming on the inside, Maybe.... Maybe it's all just getting to him." "Ah know what we have to do." "Yeah. I think we all do." "I don't want to Twi.... He seemed. Nice.... Maybe it isn't us." Shy points out. "What do you mean?" I ask. "Well.... He broke something right? Maybe it was that, that upset him." "You're probably right, but to be safe we need to just leave him be for a bit, I'd say about two days is enough time to think." I say with a look of worry growing on my face. "Ah hope yer right Twi, Ah don't want to see him get any worse. Ah wouldn't be a good house guest if Ah don't help the host none." AJT mutters. I nod and look towards the kitchen. 'I hope this doesn't last long.... I wish Pinkie Pie was here, she'd be able to help him feel better.' Author's Note A realistic chapter for once in this story! I feel really bad for Tye, I wish we knew what the problem is, then we could probably help him." Shy mumbles. "I know what you mean Shy but we can't help him. We'll just have to give him time to himself." I reply. I look at shy and let out a sigh. "Maybe we can help him.... Maybe if we can ask him what's wrong then maybe we can help him." I think out loud. Shy looks at me with a smile, I smile back. I decide now is a better time then ever to ask him what's wrong. I start to walk towards the kitchen and can hear him crying. "What's wrong Tye?" I ask. Tye is sat against a cuboard with his knees pressed against his chest, crying. "It's nothing Twi.... Don't worry about it." He answers. "It sure doesn't seems like nothing." I reply. "Please Twi.... Just.... Just let it go." Tye mumbles. "Please, Tye?" Shy asks. "I.... I can't.... Even Shy asked what's wrong...." Tye whimpers. "We only want to help." I point. "Can you repair a broken heart?" Tye's question brings me to a realisation. "Love. I.... I just don't want to hear it anymore.' I hear Tye's voice saying this to me whilst crying like he did earlier. "Of course we can. Friendship can always fix a break heart." I answer. "Friendship can't fix this kind of hole.... I wished your magic worked.... Then I could've wished that I didn't feel like this." Tye's mumbles choking on the last word. "I'm sorry Tye but my magic doesn't work like that...." I answer. "I was actually kind of expecting an answer like that." Tye mumbles. "What if we helped you find somepony?" Shy asked. "I.... *deep breath*.... Guess we can try it." Tye answers. "Thanks for letting us help Tye, together, I promise we'll make you feel better." I watch Tye take another deep breath before being blinded by a bright flash. I step back into the living room and see a large white Amblypygid body with a white pony head on it with a purple mane. The body being four feet long and two feet and six inches wide, it's long hairy legs being twelve feet long with huge twenty foot long pedipalps with seventeen inch claws at the tips. "Raritypygid?" I ask in excitement. "Twi, Shy! Oh am I glad to see you two." Raritypygid answers. Raritypygid turns her head towards me and Shy and starts to walk towards us, her eight legs making little tapping noises as her claws hit the ground. "Twi what's making that tapping noise?" ======================================= Tye's POV "Twi what's making that tapping noise?" I ask as I enter the room. "Holy fuck!" I shout as I fall backwards onto my butt. "Twi.... What is it? It kind of looks like a minotaur but not at the same time." The large white spider creature in front of me asks. "Actually I don't know know what he is but I know his name, he's called Tye and this is his house." Twi explains. "The reaction was a bit rude but I'm a forgiving person. Nice to meet you Tye my name is Raritypygid." The HUGE white spider says as it holds one of it's claws out as if asking me to shake it. "Raritypygid?..." I ask. "Yes darling?" She asks back. "A-Are you going to b-bite me?" I ask with a shiver. "Bite you? Why would I ever do that?" "So.... Your not going to bite me?" "Of course not, although, if a handsome creature like yourself would like me to bite I wouldn't be against it." Raritypygid answers with a lick of her lips. "Thanks?..." "Now Twi, please tell my he's single. He's a handsome stallion and you know I LOVE handsome stallions, wait! Please tell me he's strong! Oh I would love for him to be strong as well. A nice, strong, handsome stallion." Raritypygid fawns. "Raritypygid.... You've only been here about 2 minutes.... You might want to dial down the whole flirt thing." Twi chimes in. "Oh you're right! I am terribly sorry, it's my spider side making me more flirty." Raritypygid giggles. I stare at the ground. "Erm, Tye was it? Are you okay? You look a little down." Raritypygid asks. "You said a word that, well let's just say that he's in a bit of a bad way and you acting the way you are isn't helping at all." Twi explains. "Oh I'm sorry. i didn't know that I was upseting him." "I-It's fine don't worry about it. So.... What type of spider are you? If you don't mind me asking of course." I ask. "I am an Amblypygid.... Whatever one of those is.... I've never seen nor heard of one but that's what the.... Pony that did this to me said I was mixed with...." Raritypygid answers sadly. "I'm sorry that this happened to you." "Don't be, you didn't do it so you have no reason to apologize." Raritypygid replies. "So what do you eat?" I ask. "As embarassing as it is to say.... I can only eat meat.... I'm sorry Tye but I need to eat meat, cows, chickens.... Oh I feel awful even just thinking about it." Raritypygid explains. "That's fine, humans eat meat too. We eat cows, chickens, fish, stuff like that. So don't worry about it." "Really?!" Raritypygid asks excitedly. "Yep, humans are omnivores well we're supposed to be but I'm unable to eat fruit and vegetables, for some reason my body just rejects it causing me to become sick." I answer. "This is magnificent! I thought I'd immediately be shunned for eating meat!" Raritypygid shouts in excitement. "You weren't too popular when folk first found it. 'Twas a shame too, she was a popular mare." ATJ chimes in. "Don't worry Raritypygid, I won't be judging you for eating meat, in fact, I'll be joining you in it!" I joke. Raritypygid giggles in excitement. She then pulls me into a hug with her pedipalps. "I'm so happy! You have no idea what it's like being feared for something you didn't have a choice in!" Raritypygid says happily. Raritypygid smiles at me revealing thirty large sharp teeth. "You've got some seriously sharp teeth." "Why thank you. They are great teeth." Raritypygid giggles. Author's Note Nothing says weird like an Amblypygid am I right? Ah well, what do you think?
Tentacles and StalksRaritypygid lets go of her tight hold on me. "How many more of you are there that will be coming here?" I ask. "All together there were about ten of us." Twi answers. "Ten? Are they all going to be coming here?" I ask with a groan. "I have no idea." Twi answers with an awkward smile. "I'm expecting another one of you guys as soon as I finish this sentence." I say as I cross my arms. "No? Well colour me surprised." A bright white flash blinds everyone in the room. "STOP BLINDING ME!" I shout in anger. "Well that wasn't a very friendly welcome, ah well, so this is my new home? Looks nice. Oh! Oh! House party time!" An excited voice happily shouts. "Twi, who just said that?" I ask as I rub at my eyes. "Pinkacle?" Twi asks. "Pinkawhat?" "HI! My name's Pinkacle! I like partiessingingdancingbakingeatingactuallyeatingismyfavouriteofthose!" A giant ball of pink tentacles with a pair of wings and a pony head sticking out of the middle of the tentacles spews out in half a second. "Thats.... Nice?" I say nervously. The tentacles must have been Eight feet long, the wings have a wing span of Four feet long, being more then long enough to keep the tentacles just off of the ground, causing the pink mass to hover above the ground. "So.... Pinkacle.... What are you?" I ask nervously. "I am what is called an Eldritch Horrorrorrorror." Pinkacle giggles. "You mean an Eldritch Horror? So.... I know that some Eldritch Horror have terrifying powers, do you have one?" I ask. "Nope but Raritypygid does!" Pinkacle answers. "She does?" "Yeah! She controls spiders! It's really helpful when one gets in your house and you're like 'Ew a spider!' and then she's like 'Come on darling leave Pinkacle alone.' and the spider then walks away!" Pinkacle quickly answers. "That's.... Good to know...." I say to myself. "Now Pinkacle my dear, how have you been?" Raritypgid asks. "I've been reallyreallyreallyreallyreally good, I may miss cupcakes but I'll fine." Pinkacle answers. "That's five of us here now." Twi points out. "Looks like everyone might be coming here Tye." "Chrysalis said we'd be here before she sent me here." Pinkacle explains. "Chrysalis? Who's that?" I ask. "Chrysalis was one of the ponies that made us into what we are." Twi explains. "Let's not talk about that now, so, Pinkacle how're the others?" Raritypygid asks. "They're good. Rainbow will be joining us in a few seconds so be ready to welcome her!" Pinkacle says excitedly. I cover my eyes and wait for the flash, after a few seconds the flash happens again. I uncover my eyes and look at the beast in front of me. A blue pony with a rainbow coloured mane stands in front of me, its face covered by a rainbow coloured mist, the mist finally starts to dissipate, revealing a pony face with thirteen small eyes on it and nothing else, after a few seconds a long stalk like appendage starts to grow out from the ponies chest, the tip of the appendage starts to stretch until a mouth forms at the end. "Where in Tartarus am I?" The Blue Pony asks. "Rainbow Stalk, how're you doing?" Twi asks. "I'm still angry that they took my wings but other then that I'm fine." Rainbow Stalk answers. Every time the blue pony blinks all of the eyes blink at the same time. "So Twi, where am I?" Rainbow Stalk asks. "You're in Tye's house." Twi answers while pointing at me. "We're in a minotaur's house?" Rainbow Stalk asks. "I'm a human." I point out. "So that's what you are." Twi says with a nod. "What's a human?" Shy asks. "A smart, hairless monkey would be the simplest way of putting it." I answer. "Where's your tail?" Twi asks. "Humans don't have tails." I walk over to my sofa and slump onto it. "Are you okay? You don't look too happy." Pinkacle asks. "It doesn't matter." I mumble. "Of course it matters! Everyone deserves to be happy!" Pinkacle replies with a pout. "I just said it doesn't matter, so that means it doesn't matter." I groan. "But-" Pinkacle tries to argue only to be silenced by a hoof on the shoulder from Twi. "Just leave it Pinkacle, he'll tell everyone when he's ready." Twi mumbles sadly. Pinkacle looks at the ground sadly. I take a deep breath and stand back up. "Would anybody like some breakfast? I was going to do some for myself, Raritypygid I do have some different meats here if you want something to eat." "That would be marvellous, thank you." Raritypygid answers. "I think we could all do with a breakfast, the food back home was few and far between so I think we're all a bit hungry." Twi answers. "What would everyone like?" I ask. "I'll take some beef Darling." Raritypygid answers. "Medium-rare please." "Me and Shy will have some porridge please." Twi answers. "ACUPCAKE!" Pinkacle blurts out excitedly. "You got any fish?" Rainbow Stalk asks. "Yeah, I'm guessing you want some?" I ask in return. "That's what I was hoping you'd ask. Yeah." Rainbow Stalk answers. "Ah don't need food." ATJ answers. "That doesn't mean you can't have some, are you sure you don't want anything?" I ask. "Well if ya askin' Ah guess some apple pie would nice." ATJ grumbles in defeat. "I was going to have that for desert tonight but sure. I have some you can have." I head into the kitchen and turn on the over so that it heats up while I get the fish, beef and sausages for those of us who'll be eating meat. I grab a few salmon steaks, a single beef steak and a bag of sausages from the freezer and put them on the countertop while I wait for the oven to heat up. I then grab some packaged porridge from a cupboard and leave it on the countertop, I then turn on a kettle I have and let it start to boil the water. I then grab a full apple pie from the fridge and leave it on the kitchen countertop. After a few minutes the oven is hot enough for me to put the fish, beef and sausages in it. I wipe my hands on a towel as I get ready to make porridge for TwiShy, I grab a pair of bowls from a cabinet and put them on the countertop, I then open two porridge packets and put the grain into the bowls. I then pour the boiled water into the bowl and start to stir the mixture until I feel it's finished. I then grab two spoons from my utensils draw and put rest them inside the bowl with the handles poking out of the top of the bowl. I then grab both bowls and take them through to the double headed pony. "Thank you Tye." TwiShy both say as I place the bowls down on the ground in front of them. They both look at eachother then start blowing on their porridge to cool it down. "I'll bring yours through now ATJ." I say with a smile. "Thank ya kindly." AJT says happily. I head back into the kitchen and grab a plate from the same cupboard that I got the bowl from. I then place it on the countertop, I then grab the apple pie and take it out of it's cover. I then slide it onto the plate. I then grab the plate of apple pie and head back into the living room. "Here's your pie AJT." I say with another smile. "Ah, thank ya." AJT says as a pair of think arm like branches reach down from the leaves on top of her. The branches then grab the plate and start to feed the pie to the pony head attached to the tree. "I.... Didn't know you could do that." I mumble. "They're useful, but Ah just can't preen mahself with 'em." AJT explains. "I'm guessing because you can't see the leaves?" I ask. "That's right, Ah can't see tha leaves so Ah can't really prune them all to well." AJT answers. "I can understand that." I reply. "Oh yeah, Raritypygid and Rainbow Stalk, our food will be done in about twenty minutes." "Okay." Both Raritypygid and Rainbow Stalk both answer. Author's Note Well.... What do you think? Passing A BarrierThat was three months ago. Ever since then my happiness declined. No more of Twi's group have arrived but I don't think it'll be long before they do. "Tye? Are you in here?" Twi asks. "Yeah." I answer. "Can I talk to you for a second?" Twi asks. "Sure." TwiShy walk into the room and sit next to me on the floor in my bedroom. "What's wrong Tye? You've been getting worse, I can't stand to watch my friends suffer like this." Twi says with a sigh. "I don't know anymore Twi.... I just.... I think I'm growing feelings for some of you guys." I mumble. "R-Really?" Twi asks with a stutter. "Yeah...." "You have no idea how much that'll mean to the ones you have started having these feeling for. They where hated and considered hideous by all the other ponies. No one would talk to them let alone have feeling for them." Twi explains. "I don't want to love anymore Twi.... I feel terrible about these growing feelings because it isn't just one of you that I feel this about." I mumble. "That's even better. Tye, we can't leave your house and we haven't found a way back. You're the girls last chance at love. Don't let them down Tye." Twi says with a smile. "But what if i get rejected?" I ask with a sigh. "Tye, I can assure you that no one would turn you down." Twi says as she puts a hoof on my shoulder. "Twi.... Shy...." I stop to take a deep breath and ready myself. "I have feelings for you." "F-For me?!" Twi asks in surprise. "Yeah, you and Shy." I mumble. The tone in her voice sends a wave of worry through me. 'She's going to say no.' 'Why would she say yes to you?' 'Your last girl didn't even want you, hell she cheated on you.' All of these thoughts ran through my head. "I-I don't know what to say. I like you too." TwiShy answer. "You do Shy?" I ask. She squeaks and hides behind her mane, she then nods her head. "I'm happy I at least have one that likes me back." I say with a smile. "Y-You can make that two." Twi says with a blush. "Really?" I ask. "Yeah." Twi says as she lightly kicks the ground. I pull them both into a hug. "Thank you so much! I was so worried that you'd reject me. A-After last time.... I.... I was so worried." I say with a smile on my face. "Tye." Twi says happily "Yes Twi?" I ask. "I love you." Twi says with a blush. "I-I still don't want to hear that word Twi, I'm not ready yet." I mumble sadly. "Tye you can't hide from a word your whole life." "Please Twi, I'm not ready yet." I mumble. Twi then whispers something into Shy's ear, Shy's cheeks then go bright red. Shy then nods. Twi then looks back at me. "Tye, I love you." Twi repeats. "Twi I said I don...." I'm cut off by Shy as she kisses me. Twi then whispers into my ear. "Tye, WE love you." Twi then places a gentle kiss onto my cheek. Shy's wing starts to flutter. "Tye, Shy really wants to say it, can she?" Twi asks. Shy separates the kiss with a strong blush. "Y-Yes." I stutter. "I-I love you Tye." Shy squeaks. "I l.... I lo.... I love you too." I say with a smile. "I'm so happy that we could help you pass that barrier." Twi smiles. "It's your turn Twi." Shy says happily. "Hmm?" Twi asks. "T-To kiss Tye." Shy says nervously. "Oh...." Twi mumbles with a blush. Twi then gently plants a peck onto my lips. "It feels.... Nice...." Twi mumbles. "I.... I need to tell the others." I say nervously. "We'll come with you." TwiShy both say. "Thanks." I stand up, quickly followed by TwiShy. "Are you ready?" Twi asks. "Yeah." I say with a gulp. I start to walk out of the room and end up in the upstairs hallway. "You always end up in there don't you? What draws you to it?" Twi ask. "I don't actually know." I answer with a shrug of my shoulders. I walk down the hallway and down a set of stairs taking me to a second hallway, at the end of the hallway is the living room. The place where Raritypygid and AppleTreeJack both live. I walk into the living room and see Raritypygid and AppleTreeJack talking to each other. "Howdy Tye." ATJ says stopping hers and Raritypygid's conversation. "Ah hello darling." Raritypygid welcomes. "Urm, hello you two. C-Can I talk to you for a minute?" I ask. "Absolutely/Sure thing." AJT And Raritypygid both answer. "I need to talk to you about something." I mumble. "I have some feelings I have to get off my chest." "Have we upset you? I'm terribly sorry if I have." Raritypygid says nervously. "No, I just. I want to say that as time has gone I've grown closer to you guys, now you're my friends. My best friends But I don't think that we should stop there. I want to become more then friends. If you know what I mean." "T-Tye.... You want to be.... I can't quite beleive my ears. You want to be more then friends with us? But we're freaks." Raritypygid mumbles as she looks at her claws. "That doesn't change anything." I say full of confidence. "Tye.... *sniffle*.... You know how to make a lady cry with happiness don't you?" Raritypygid chokes out between tears. AppleTreeJack just silently looks at me. "I'm guessing you don't want the same AJT?" I ask. "No, Ah want to be more as well It's just.... How can ya feel like this about us? We're just a bunch of monsters." AJT sighs. "It doesn't matter what you are. I still love you." I say proudly. "Ya even said that word." AJT smiles. "Of course I did. It's the truth." I reply. "Come here ya big softy." AJT says with a giggle. I walk towards her and I'm immediately pulled into a hug by her branch arms. My entire body is then wrapped in vines. AppleTreeJack then gives me a kiss on the cheek. I then feel a pair of long stick like appendages wrap around my stomach. "Don't forget about me darling, not after making me cry like that." Raritypygid says as she kisses the back of my neck. Author's Note A bit too quick? I don't know if I made this happen too quickly but I'm going to take a chance. Anyway what did you think to this chapter? What do I need to improve on? What did I do well? AppleTreeJackI head back into the living room and see the two headed pony laid down on the couch talking to themselves. "You two okay?" I ask. "Yes, thank you." The purple half answers. "T-Thank you...." The yellow half whimpers. "It's fine don't worry about it. So.... Your name's Shy right? Why don't you tell me a little about yourself." "I-I like.... Animals...." Shy mumbles. "Really? Did you have any pets?" I ask. "Y-Yes.... I had lots of pets. A-All of the animals of t-the woods." Shy answers with a smile. "What was your favourite pet?" "I-I had two.... Harry.... The bear.... And Angel the r-rabbit." "A bear? That must have been an interesting pet." Shy nods. I see Twi's smiling the whole time she's watching the conversation. "Do you mind if I ask you a question?" Twi asks. "Sure." "What's your name? You know some stuff about us, I think it's only fair that we learn some stuff about you." Twi asks. "Sure, my name's Tye." "Tye? That's quite close to my name." Twi titters. A bright flash like the one that happened when TwiShy arrived happens. "Fuck! My eyes again!" "Where am I?" A southern voice asks. "What the fuck is going on? Why my house damnit!" "Who's there?" The southern voice asks. "AppleTreeJack! It's us! TwiShy!" Twi shouts. "Girls? Can ya come over here and move me?" "Twi, who's that?" I ask. "It's AppleTreeJack. She's one of our friends. Let me bring her round and I'll introduce you to eachother." Twi says as they both head towards the southern voice. "Right." Twi groans. I can hear what sounds like a plant pot being dragged across the floor. After a few seconds an orange tree about 5 and a half feet tall comes into view. About 5 feet up the tree is a horse head attached to a hairy neck which itself is attached to the orange wood of the tree. "Nice ta meet ya. Mah name's AppleTreeJack." The tree says to me. The horse head on the tree gives off a friendly smile. "Right.... Nice to meet you too....." "So.... Where am I? Ah'm a might bit lost." AppleTreeJack asks. "We're in Tye's house. It's on I'm Fucked In The Head Street in Send Helpsville." Twi explains as she points at me. "So.... We're not in Equestria anymore?" "Nope. We're here and I have no idea where here is either." Twi answers. "Oh Tye. Do yer mind if I stand next to the window? I'm getting a bit hungry and I could do with a bit of light." AppleTreeJack asks. "Sure, go for it." I answer. TwiShy then drags AppleTreeJack to the window and face her horse head away from it and towards the room. "Thank ya kindly. It feels weird but this sun is still tasty." "Right...." "H-Hi AppleTreeJack." Shy welcomes with a smile. "Howdy Shy, how're ya doin'?" AppleTreejack asks. "A-A little scared.... B-But other than that? I'm g-good." "Glad ta hear that." AppleTreeJack smiles. "Would anybody want something to drink?" I ask. "No thanks." Twi answers. "Y-Yes please." Shy mumbles. "Ah could do with a good drink if ya don't mind." AppleTreeJack answers. "What does everyone want?" "Ah'll have some water please." "I'll have water please." Twi and AppleJackTree answer simultaneously. "Okay, give me a second I'll just go get you your drinks." I head back into the kitchen and grab them both a glass of water. I then head back into the living room and give Twi her drink. "Thank you." Twi smiles. I smile back and head over to AppleJackTree. "Can ya pour it into my pot? Ah would do it mahself but it'd probably slip through mah branches." She explains. "Sure." I reply. I bend over and start to pour the water onto the soil in her plant pot. "Water's always so refereshing." AppleTreeJack sighs. "Right.... So.... We need to talk about what you guys are gonna do. You guys wouldn't last five seconds out there. Things are different here, there's no trees with horse heads nor are there two headed horses." I explain. "I'd hate to ask this but.... Can we stay here? Just until we can find out how to get back home?" Twi asks. I see Shy cringe a little as Twi finishes her question. "I.... I don't know.... It's going to be weird having you here.... But I can't just kick you out, especially with how the other people would react.... I.... I guess... Okay, you can stay. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night thinking about what they would do to you and how I'd cause it." I finish with a sigh. "Thank you! I promise we'll cause as little trouble as possible." I nod my head. Out of the corner of my eye I see a smile form on Shy's face. "You guys make yourselves at home, AppleTreeJack you tell me what room you'd like to be in and I can move you there if you want, if you ever want to switch rooms just tell me and I'll move you." I explain. "I'm fine where I am, thanks for tha offer." AppleTreeJack replies. "Okay, well.... I don't have anything planned for today. Do you guys have any idea what we could do to pass the time?" I ask. "Ah have an idea.... But Ah don't know if you'd like ta do it." AppleTreeJack answers. "What's the idea?" I ask. "Well. I need some help removing dead leaves. You guys could help me.... You know, to pass the time." AppleTreeJack explains. "Sure.... I mean, it'd be easy for me because I'm taller then your tallest leaf so it'd be easy." I point out. "Thank ya Tye. Are you girls going to help?" AppleTreeJack asks. "Sure, we'll help." Twi answers as the two of them get up and walk towards AppleTreeJack. Twi and Shy stop in front of AppleTreeJack, Twi just stares at AppleTreeJack. "My magic isn't working." Twi says in a shocked tone. "Really?" AppleTreeJack asks. "Yeah!" Twi answers. "Of course it doesn't.... Magic isn't real. At least here it isn't, I don't know about where you come from, but here magic isn't real." I explain. "Sorry ATJ. We can't help then." Twi sighs. "It's okay. I've got it, you two can look around the house and get used to it's layout while I help AppleTreeJack." "If your sure Tye." Twi replies. "Don't worry about. Now AppleTreeJack, do you mind if I call you ATJ? It's easier then calling you AppleTreeJack all the time." I ask. "Sure ya can, I don't mind none." She answers. I smile as I grab the first dead leaf I see. "Now becareful, please don't pick the healthy leaves. it's hurts a ton if ya pick the wrong leaves." She explains. "Sure, I'll be careful." I pluck the dead leaf as gently as possible. "Thanks for doin' this, it must be a weird thing ta do for somepony." "It's weird I'm not going to lie, but it's fine.
