Despondent for love that Equestria can't give her, Lyra goes seeking help to reach the human world. After searching for two years, she gives up, until she tells her one and only friend, Twilight Sparkle. Twilight is reluctant at first, but she tells her of a ritual known only to the zebra race. But when this world isn't all she had hoped it to be, it's up to the mare that led her there in the first place to save her.
