Precious Laughter

Celestia was at her castle finishing paper work, she had a bit of work to do before she could go on her break, while she finished her paper work their was a knock on her door and she asked who it was as she wanted to see who it was before she allowed anyone entry she always did that.

"Who is it?" She asked. The guard told her that Rainbow Dash wanted to see her so she told him to send her to her, the guard went off to do what he was told and soon Rainbow Dash walked up to the Princess's bedroom, she knocked on the door and the princess told her to come in and she entered the room.

"Hi Rainbow Dash! Let me finish up here and then we can talk okay?" She asked, Rainbow Dash nodded and waited for Celestia to finish what she was doing, Rainbow Dash laid on her bed. Celestia finished and spoke to her friend.

"What's wrong? Do you need something from me or do you need my help?" Celestia asked as she sat by the Pegasus." Rainbow Dash got up and got a glass of water and came back with it.

"I just came to hang out with you? Would you like some water?" Rainbow Dash asked, Celestia became suspicious, as she wondered what she was up to. Celestia grabbed the glass of water with her magic and drank it.

"Sure I would thanks." Celestia said as she saw it as a kind gesture, she drank it as she didn't notice Rainbow Dash's grin. After drinking it they spoke about some stuff that was going on, Rainbow Dash and Celestia talked for a good few minutes as they were both glad to spend time with eachother.

Celestia wondered if Rainbow Dash had a day off from clearing the sky as she was supposed to do that, but she wasn't doing that as she was at her place, and after she talked to Rainbow Dash for a few minutes she started to feel sleepy. She fell to the floor as Rainbow Dash slipped her knockout medicine.

Celestia woke up a few hours later, she groaned as she opened her eyes and saw that she was in her room, she wondered what happened as she tried to move around but she saw that she was suspended above her bed, she looked back to see her whole body restrained with ropes hanging from the ceiling.

She saw Rainbow Dash walk up to her with a grin on her face, she knew that Rainbow Dash had knocked her out and did this when she was sleeping, she grunted as she wriggled above the floor. She tried to use her magic but she saw that she had a magic dampener on her horn which prevented her from casting spells.

"How are you hanging up there?" Rainbow Dash teased, Celestia thought that it was the most corniest joke she had ever heard, she rolled her eyes.

"Very funny Rainbow! What did you put in that water!? If you think I think your going to do don't because it's not going to work, I'm not ticklish. I know exactly what this is, its payback isn't it?" Celestia asked. Rainbow Dash smirked.

"Oh the water? Just some medicine that is used to cause ponies to have deep sleep. It's used by ponies who have trouble sleeping. I'm just returning the favor, and I know most certainly that your ticklish, Luna told me where your most ticklish so, I suggest you don't fight it because your not getting out until I have some fun with you. I let another Pegasus clear the sky for me so I have off all day and my friends aren't worried either as I told them I was going to have a meeting with you. They never caught on to what I meant by that which is hilarious." Rainbow Dash teased.

Celestia was nervous but also knew she had this coming to her, she deserved every bit of it, Rainbow Dash sat on top of the bed and made herself comfortable, she looked up at Celestia and smiled at her, Celestia wondered what she was going to do, Rainbow Dash took her bag off and then opened it with her mouth and took out a make up brush and went behind Celestia. Celestia gulped as she tried to speak in a tough manner.

"Oh wow a make up brush, what can you possibly do-HHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Celestia was cut off by Rainbow Dash twirling the make up brush against her hooves, she wriggled around in her binds as she squealed with laugher. Rainbow Dash grinned as she twirled it around in Celestia's exposed hooves.

Rainbow Dash traced Celestia's hooves with the soft brush which was causing Celestia laugh even harder, Celestia was laughing hysterically while she hung suspended above the ceiling while having her hooves tickled.

The make up brush did its evil dance as Rainbow Dash tickled Celestia with it, Rainbow Dash heard Celestia squeal with mercy in the background which made her tickle Celestia even more. Rainbow Dash tickled Celestia cruelly as she traced Celestia's hooves with the make up brush.

Celestia couldn't stand it, it drove her crazy, Rainbow Dash giggled as she knew that she could take down the almighty sun queen with just a bit of tickling, she continued without a care in the world. Rainbow Dash snickered as she traced Celestia's hooves repeatedly with the brush, Celestia just couldn't take it.

Celestia's screams of laughter were so loud they could be heard on the other side of the door, she hoped that the guards knew that their wasn't any danger but as she noticed that she was laughing hysterically then she knew that the guards must take that as a sign that she wasn't being hurt. Celestia shook the ropes as she screamed with laughter. Celestia was stuck and she was aware of that fact.

Rainbow Dash snickered as she watched Celestia wiggle around in her bondage, tears fell down her face as she began to get sweaty, she was being tickled out of her mind and Rainbow Dash enjoyed the sight of her laughing. Celestia enjoyed it as well but it also drove her mad.

Celestia started to cry from laughing to much, Rainbow Dash thought about stopping but as she heard those squeals of laughter she knew she wanted to continue so she traced the brush all over her hooves repeatedly as she drew constant laughter from her friend.

Celestia shook from being tickled, it felt like it torture, the way Celestia laughed made Rainbow Dash tickle her even more which caused more hysterics to leave Celestia as she wiggled around above the bed. Celestia shook her head and screamed which probably alerted some ponies but they both weren't worried as the guards knew that she wasn't in any trouble.

Celestia felt the horrible brush trace over her hooves repeatedly, as Rainbow Dash flicked the brush teasingly against the bound hooves in front of her, she grinned as she tickled each hoof repeatedly by flying side to side to them so she could tickle them equally.

Rainbow Dash stopped as she laid back on the bed and listened to Celestia's labored breathing, Celestia had a tear streaked face from all of the laughing, Rainbow Dash giggled as she watched Celestia recuperate.

"Tired?" Rainbow Dash asked teasingly, Celestia nodded as she focused on catching her breath, Rainbow Dash let her rest.

"Yes please show....me mercy.Hahaha!" Celestia said, after a few moments of quick panting Celestia caught her breath and Rainbow Dash spoke to her again.

"I know the perfect method to use on you, why should I show you mercy? I'm having to much fun! Showing you mercy would cut into that fun!" Rainbow Dash said as she flew up and grabbed onto Celestias wing and wrapped her legs around it so that the wing would let her hang there. Rainbow Dash licked her lips and Celestia realized in horror what she was going to do.

"No please do this Rainbow Dash! Not my wings!" Celestia begged, but it was to late as Rainbow Dash ignored her plea and licked Celestia's wing, Celestia was on the verge of having her will broken, she was screaming with laughter and bouncing in the bondage.

Rainbow Dash licked and preened Celestia's wing ticklishly, she grinned as she slobbered Celestia's wing which finally caused Celestia's will to break. Rainbow Dash smirked. Rainbow Dash continued to ignore the pleas from the tied up princess. Celestia laughed herself silly.

Rainbow Dash licked along the edge of the wing and licked the base of the wing and licked back to the tip, Celestia was crying from laughing so hard. Rainbow Dash grinned a mischievous grin as she didn't stop for a minute, she would stop once she was finished.

Rainbow Dash didn't hold back as she slobbered Celestia's wing as she made sure to get all of the feathers, she didn't want to leave one feather untouched so she went back and did a few at the one side of the bottom of the wing again. she kept her legs wrapped tight around the base of her wing as she licked Celestia's wing repeatedly, she loved having revenge. Celestia kept laughing hysterically.

Rainbow Dash hung from Celestia's wing as she licked the wing in a slow and torturous way as she always changed her direction as she licked the wing, she never stayed in the same spot twice as she licked all over it, she then went to the other side and hung there to lick the other side.

Celestia couldn't take it, she fell into silent laughter as she couldn't laugh anymore, Celestia was sweating profusely as she laughed silently, her face was red and she was exhausted. Rainbow Dash preened and licked Celestia's wing lovingly as she caused screams of laughter

Rainbow Dash licked Celestia's wing teasingly as she wanted to to finish up, she had worn out Celestia as Celestia just didn't have the strength to struggle and laugh anymore, she caused more silent laughter to leave Celestia as Rainbow Dash licked her other wing continuesly.

Finally Rainbow Dash stopped and let Celestia calm down for a bit and then she stopped waiting and cut the ropes, Celestia flew down onto the bed in a slow manner as all of her energy was sapped from her as that tickle session was intense and she hugged Rainbow Dash. She caught her breath and spoke.

"Thanks that was...that was.." She tried to say but she was to tired, Rainbow Dash giggled and said what she would say to describe it just to tease Celestia in the process but also help her say the word.

"Awesome?" Rainbow Dash teased her as she knew how Celestia felt about it. Celestia blushed when Rianbow Dash finished her sentance for her, she nodded anyway and Rainbow Dash said that she was glad that she liked it as they cuddled for a bit, after an hour of cuddling Rainbow Dash let her go and they both got up.

"Thanks Rainbow Dash, I had lots of fun, I have to get back to the throne room to see if I got any messages. Well do something like this again or just hang out to, if that's alright? I know it might be weird to say that I enjoyed that but I did, I've never been tickled like that before so...thanks for that." Celestia said.

"Of coarse that would be alright. I'm glad that you had fun, let's just keep what we did together in here between us okay? Giving raspberries to somepony to make them laugh is more innocent than preening wings." Rainbow Dash said. Celestia understood Rainbow Dash's point.

"I understand. See you Rainboe Dash!" Celestia said with a smile.

See you Celestia." Rainbow Dash said, she flew off and Celestia went back to work as they were both glad that they had fun together.
