The Adventures Of The Gemporian Heroes!
Season 1 Episode 1: The Winter Spirit Part 1
Rainbow Dash’s P.O.V
“Blankets check! Snacks check! Ugh, am I missing something else?” Twilight questioned herself as she was piling her duffel bag above her seat.
Twas a brisk November morning in the depths of New York. The frigid breath of the wind forcefully pushed its way through the atmosphere. The sun was glowing in the bright cerulean sky. The naked trees danced to the rhythm of the cold wind as it swirled between people's fuzzy coats.
I carefully removed the gloves from my freezing cold hands and rubbed them together. My warm breath showered my hands hoping that would stop me from getting cold.
“Please tell me you packed the DVD player?!” Sunset pleaded causing Twilight to turn frantic.
She scurried through the bags and eventually pulled out a silver electronic device, something a little smaller than a laptop. She exhaled softly relieving a stress free Sunset.
“Yup, it's right here!” Twilight waved the DVD player in front of her face, causing Sunset to slightly smile.
“Oh thank God! It better be there,”
“I have to make sure my stuffed alligator Gummy is in my duffel bag,” Pinkie remarked while searching through her own bag. “I can hardly sleep without him!”
“Yeah Pinkie, I can relate,” I softly replied taking out my own plushie.
The plush version of Soarin stayed the same for the whole year. His big green button eyes, cotton navy blue hair, soft cyan skin, and that little doll smile. Yup, just like Soarin.
Applejack was packing all of Rarity's supplies in the overhead bin, grunting by how much bags she carried along with her.
“When ya asked Dash if we could move ta India, she didn't ask ya to bring the ‘hole United States with her,”
“Ah pfftt, I am sure bringing some valuable necessities along with me wouldn't be a bother,” Rarity said as she watched over at Applejack, struggling. “And stop exaggerating!”
“Who you tellin’ to stop exaggeratin’?” She snapped as the two of them continued their little argument.
As more of their confrontation continued, I happen to spot Fluttershy, struggling ever so helplessly with her bags. One of them saw sliding off from the bin and I sprung into action.
“Woah hey, lemme help you!” I quickly grabbed the bag that was about to fall over her head.
“Why thank you Rainbow Dash!” She smiled while placing more of her bags on the top shelf. “I don't know what's up with me today, guess I'm tripping into almost everything.”
“Well, you can rest all you need to since Dashie's papa here got us tickets to first class!” Pinkie perked up and started spinning and twirling all around.
My father was deeply generous enough to make the girls and I fly first class on Air India. It's super expensive especially for a huge airplane that we boarded on. Once everyone got settled in to their acquired seat, Twilight let out a relieved sigh.
“Whew, we got everything down pack according to the clipboard I organized!”
After helping Fluttershy with her supplies, I happen to spot Scootaloo taking out a large pack of Twizzlers from her duffel bag, yet hiding it away from me so I wasn’t looking, but I did see her.
“Haha, nice try Scoots,” I laughed as I walked over to her side of the plane.
If you’re all wondering I adopted Scootaloo back in September, even though it was a blessing, it was a hard process to get those people to make me be Scootaloo’s guardian. But, with the help of getting the right amount of money, I was able to keep Scootaloo as my own.
She’s a little bit excited about heading to India with me, even though I haven’t told her about Soarin yet. Hopefully she doesn’t have any second thoughts. She tried stuffing the bag of Twizzlers behind her coat but I eventually grabbed ahold of her which grew her into a fuse.
“Ugh, you never let me have any candy!” She stomped her tiny feet on the ground in anger. “What if I don’t like the Indian food on the plane?”
“Trust me, you’ll like something on the menu,” I insisted as I charged for the large bag of the red twisted candy sticks. I placed three in my hands which made Scootaloo groan.
“Ugh, that’s so unfair! How can you eat candy and I don’t?!”
“I’m the older one, now get seated,” I demanded to her as I gave her a devious smirk and ripped the Twizzler in a very seductive way while patting her head.
She slumped into her seat and tried reaching for the seatbelt. As I tried to help her, she smacked my hand and groaned even more.
“Stoppp, I’m not a baby, I can take care of myself,” She whined as she aggressively snatched the belt from my hands and clicked it into the buckle.
I gently walked away from her before sighing myself. I ended up sitting next to Sunset Shimmer for the time being since the plane wasn’t leaving in the next fifteen minutes. Assuming she saw my face expression, she stopped doing what she was doing and rubbed the sides of my hair.
“Hey, give her time. Let her come to you,” She declared causing me to silently sigh to myself.
“I just want to be the best sister she ever had,” I spoke up while rushing my fingers through my hair. “Do you think I am being a little bit overprotective?”
She nodded her head as her pen was circulating around her index and middle finger. I happen to look over at Sunset’s lap and there it held her journal she would always write to Princess Twilight.
“You’re trying to catch her up with all that’s been going on huh?”
“Heh, yeah I’ve been trying too,” She stated while scratching the back of her neck. “Just imagine her reaction when I tell her that I’m dating the other Twilight for about a year now.”
“I am sure she won’t think of you as anything else, besides she’s your teacher,”
After Sunset continued writing the last parts of her letter, so forcefully closed the book and started resting her head against the chair. All of a sudden, her journal started glowing a bright lavender. We immediately screamed in happiness then our smiles turned into jaw dropping O’s. On the bottom part of the page Sunset wrote previously, there was a black ink writing which stood out in all capital letters. It said:
“YOU’RE DATING WHO?!?!?!?!?!?”
Sunset blushed profusely while looking away from the book instantly. Her hand reached the back of her neck as I started dying of laughter at Twilight’s response. The girls all looked at the both of us confused as ever as the flight attendant was telling us to get ready for departure.

As the plane was riding into the bright ombre combination of lavender and yellow splashed onto the sky, we were all preparing ourselves for a tasty dinner. We were two hours away from Chennai and I could already feel my heartbeat drastically. Each one of us had a white tray full of some of the main courses that were posted on the menu. Once we all sat around and collided our chairs together, everyone seemed quite disappointed.
“What’s wrong?” I asked as I saw Sunset and Rarity maneuver their forks around the plate, not touching anything at all. “Do you guys not like the food?”
“Oh no no no darling, the food is quite…..abnormal, wouldn’t you all agree?”
Everyone simply agreed with Rarity, by nodding their heads in agreement, still barely eating anything off their plates.
“Imma be honest, this food here looks like pure shit!”
“Pinkie Pie!!” The girls shouted, leaving Pinkie in utter shock while as for me, I came to Pinkie’s defense.
“Oh no no, girls it’s fine, don’t worry, I used to be just like Pinkie when I was much smaller,” I smiled down at my food remembering all the times I would throw the food on the ground or into the garbage. “Don’t knock it till you try it Pinkie, you might even ask for seconds!”
Pinkie stared at her choice of dinner which was an almond shorba, and yet hesitated to drop her spoon into the small bowl. After what seemed like forever, she finally dropped her spoon into the bowl and immediately shoved the spoon into her mouth, leaving everyone in awe.
She began to smack her lips once the soup settled into her stomach. Suddenly, her face lit up brighter than thousands of stars in the sky, and she started gulping down the soup just like that! I lightly chuckled to myself as everyone else started nibbling on their own foods.
“Would it be too much to ask the flight attendant for some seconds?” Pinkie shyly asked as there was a mess of soup over her mouth. I softly chuckled as I quickly grabbed a napkin and wiped the ends of her mouth with it.
“I am sure she wouldn’t mind that at all,”
As Pinkie, Fluttershy, and Applejack were eager to get another dose of the food, Twilight was deeply focused on her laptop. Her eyebrows kept shifting which indicated signs of confusion.
Sunset slided her tray over to the side, waiting for another flight attendant to take her tray, but she sat next to Twilight examining her laptop screen.
“Why you look so flummoxed babe?” Sunset asked while brushing Twilight’s hair out of her face. Twilight cleaned her glasses and eyed the computer screen more closely, scratching the top of her head with more confusion.
“I just don’t understand,” She kept saying as her fingers pressed down on the keyboard really aggressively until Scootaloo walked over and tapped her shoulder.
“What’s wrong Twilight?”
“Well the weather radar of our location says we are above Saudi Arabia, which is two thousand, three hundred and twenty-four miles away from Chennai,”
“That’s great news!” Applejack retorted with a genuine smile.
“Yes, but according to the radar, there happens to be a huge wave of wind gust traveling about ninety miles per hour, circulating the northern and southern parts of India, thus accumulating a huge winter storm!”
The whole area became silent as I shook my head in disbelief. I quickly darted over to Twilight’s laptop screen as she showed it to me more clearly. There, the radar showed the country of India and how it was covered under some royal blue colors as the neighboring countries has more of a light pink and white.
The royal blue was meant for thirty-two inches and more while the pink and white were around two to eight inches of snow. Even myself, was completely shocked at the radar’s assumptions.
“How long ago was this updated?” I asked as my anger started boiling up. Twilight told me it was two minutes ago, which made me dug my fingers into my hair in fury.
“You don’t think this has anything to do with climate change, do you?” Fluttershy wondered before Sunset shook her head in disagreement.
“I would see how you would come up with an explanation like that Flutters, but this is only accumulating under India’s standards, so something must me up in India for something like this to be happening.”
“Oh please don’t tell me this has something to do with Equestrian magic!” Twilight blurted out in frustration causing everyone to get boiled up. The argument didn’t last very long only because Applejack, being the peacemaker she was, stopped us.
“Look y’all, I am sure everythin’ is gonna be just fine,” She reassured us while grabbing a little something to drink. “Yes, we may have some bad weather headin’ towards us any minute now, but I am sure a little positivity would do us some good.”
Everyone was quiet yet everything around us wasn’t. The plane started rocking back and forth slowly then the blinking light indicating for the passengers to fasten their seatbelts started blinking rapidly. I immediately placed Scootaloo in a seat before anything else happened.
I strapped her buckle tightly against her stomach as the plane jerked from side to side more vigorously. A huge bump caused everything and everyone on the plane to get a sudden jolt.
I for one, without thinking about myself and only Scoots sake, hit my head against the overhead bin. I wasn’t bleeding but was in total immense pain. Scootaloo screamed, asking if I was okay, which I was. I decided to get back up and take a seat right next to Scootaloo before I got hurt once again.
“Attention passengers, we are having some weather alerts causing drastic turbulence to the plane’s engines, we are so sorry for the-”
And that’s when another jolt smashed right into the plane, causing the announcement to cut off. We heard nothing else coming from the intercom, and suddenly Rarity got scared.
“Oh goodness, I hope everything is alright in there,”
Well, things didn’t go too well once that last jerk hit the sides in the plane. Suddenly, we felt as though our heads were losing too much altitude. Fair enough, the plane’s engine got shot and the plane was decreasing in altitude faster than ever before.
The weight of the plane dragged us closer and closer to the ground, causing all of us to freak out. As being the brave girl that she was, Sunset unbuckled her seatbelt, even though Twilight grabbed her hand forcefully.
“Sunset, what are you doing?”
“Look, we are decreasing in altitude, something’s gotta be up.”
And with that being said, Sunset took off into the front of the plane, leaving all of us sitting in our seats, in shock. Twilight tried hard not to cry but only be brave for Sunset as she went in the room with the pilots. After what seemed like forever, there happened to be an announcement on the plane, again. But this time, the voice was quite different, and somewhat familiar.
“Uhhh, excuse me passengers, but can Princess Rainbow Dash please come to the front of the plane, IMMEDIATELY!”
That’s when I launched myself out my seat, and hurried over to see what Sunset was trying to tell me. Once I entered the room, I was in complete shock at the sight I saw! Both the pilot and copilot were on the floor, unconscious, and not responsive.
There was blood gushing from the sides of their heads and a big gas tank with blood marks around the rim of it. I had millions of questions floating around my brain. As I was screaming from the image I saw, someone’s hand covered my mouth.
I was able to quickly defend myself by thrusting my elbow into the person’s stomach, making them grunt in pain. The person collapsed to the ground then stopped me dead in my tracks.
“Ouch Dash it’s me, dammit!” Sunset groaned aimlessly while clutching onto her stomach. I quickly went over to help her and apologized for my actions.
“We have no time for apologizes, we need to understand how and why this happened!”
I looked over at the gas tank and saw that the blood marks might have came from the two men. All of a sudden, we realized that the plane was unarmed. Sunset quickly ran to the pilot’s chair and wore the headgear. Someone on the other line kept saying “Hello?” but none of us would’ve picked up.
“U-um, h-hello?” Sunset responded to the other person on the line while I was trying my best to find a solution to why these two men were bleeding.
That’s when it hit me! Once the plane jerked from earlier, the gas tank probably fell bursting all of its gas out hitting both of them in full force. Once I found out the problem, the storm only gotten worse.
The hard blistering winds were scratching against the surface and the wings as well. The plane violently rocked from side to side causing passengers to start screaming. I eventually walked over the bodies of the two men, grabbed the copilot’s headgear and sat in the chair.
“Alright someone give a status!” A man on the other line groaned as Sunset sat there, shaking nonstop.
“This is flight 2804 to Chennai, India. We are expecting a heavy delay in our landing. Parts of the engine is shot off, the pilot and the copilot are both unconscious due to the damage of a gas tank,” I spoke into the microphone as Sunset didn’t know what to do honestly.
“Excuse me, but who is speaking at the moment?”
“This is Princess Rainbow Dash speaking! I am here navigating the plane with the help of my experienced pilot friend, Sunset Shimmer. We will do our very best to deliver everyone into safety, copy!”
“Look who’s doing a wonderful job for her people,” Sunset cunningly replied as I slightly blushed.
Sunset always knows how to make me blush but to be honest, this wasn’t the right time for it. The plane’s altitude started decreasing by the second. Sunset and I tried our best to lower the plane in a good sense of direction. We could hardly see anything that was flying past us.
We could only see snow, which scratched more onto the windows. Grips of debris from the inside of the plane started swirling above our heads as the front windows shattered. We both screamed loudly as some of the glasses clashed against my skin. Sunset was perfectly fine, yet received some cuts on the left side of her forehead.
Suddenly, one of the wing turbines got taken off or more like frozen which eventually let the plan fly down with maximum speed. Sunset did everything in her power to pull the wheel up faster so we wouldn’t bump into anything. I went to the back as quickly as I could, only to see my friend’s quivering with fear.
“Are you guys alright?” I asked while everyone nodded their heads.
There was one chair that was empty and I knew who’s chair that belonged to. Without saying a word, Rarity told me that Applejack was helping the flight attendants calm the passengers down. She was also teaching them how to use their oxygen masks and what to do in case of an emergency.
“Uh Dash?! I need you to come back here!” Sunset shrieked as a red blinking light started beeping loudly.
This indicated that the plane was going to crash down any minute now. Sunset and I both exchanged worried glances as the plane was speeding at about five thousand miles per hour. There was no turning back and I knew that we wouldn’t make this out alive. Hearing passengers screaming for their dear lives started to make me relive my one moment.
I then took a deep breath and started climbing out the broken windows that were just shattered. I knew that my role as being a future queen of India was to protect my people, and that’s what I am going to do. As the unbreakable winds kept ruining the plane more and more, I was almost out the plane until Sunset alerted me.
“Dash what are you doing??!!”
“Helping my people!”
And with that, I launched myself out the plane, free falling from such a dangerous height. The pressure and the altitude both was too much for my heart to bare. I knew what I planned to do, but with this much force, I don’t even know if it would work.
As I thought hard about the beauty of music, there my pony ears sprung up and my wings shot out just in time before my body hit the sea. I flew back up to the front of the plane and tried my best to stop it from crash landing hard into the city of Chennai. But, my small little body wasn’t enough, therefore smashing me right into the cockpit of the plane.
Nothing was working! My force brought the plane lower to the ground and even though Sunset nor even me could see anything going on. I happen to spot a spec of shimmering light and I knew that we were going to crash into the city at any moment. I couldn’t give off a signal in the sky to alert of our crash landing, but before we smashed into the ground, there was a huge strike of ice smashed against the wing which eventually made the plane turn upside-down!
All the dizziness made my head revolve aimlessly, losing sight of the world turning. My thoughts about how we were going to survive, who’s going to die, how can I save my friends in the nick of time, is Scootaloo safe, what do I tell Soarin, all flooded in my brain at once causing me to not realize that we were inches away from the city. You’re probably wondering why I didn’t climb back up to Sunset in the cockpit.
Well, my wings and legs were frozen stiff and I couldn’t move an inch! My frozen hands firmly grabbed the outside of the cockpit, hoping that this wouldn’t be my last and final breath. This was not how I wanted to reach Chennai. If there was a huge winter storm, why wasn’t the plane delayed? Did this winter blast just happen out of nowhere?
If only I had more time to think, but apparently I didn’t. The plane crashed right into the Bay of Bengal, causing a huge amount of damage to the passengers and the plane itself. Everything went blank for me. I felt nothing, heard nothing, and I could barely breathe. I just prayed that people were nearby to help rescue all of us…..
Sunset’s P.O.V
Sounds of loud sirens started ringing in my ears making me groan in pain. My eyes opened slightly as the rapid blue and red lights flashed throughout the shattered windows. I happen to hear a group of men hollering at each other, but couldn’t quite understand what they were saying, hence they were speaking in Hindi.
I felt some sharp pains on my arm realizing I got cut. There were even some light scars and some bruises across my face. I decided to get up immediately so I could check on the girls and of course Scootaloo since she was the youngest out of the eight of us. I climbed over the fallen papers and chairs and opened the door to see everything scattered and misplaced.
There were bags, clothes, snacks and some broken glass all over the place! The girls started groaning in pain as some of them were on the ground and the other were locked in their seats, unbuckling their seatbelts. I quickly ran to Twilight’s aid as she struggling to get up from the floor. Her face was scratched with tiny little blood scars as well, and her breathing increased by the second. Her eyes were squinted as her hands pressed against the plane floor.
“Baby! Thank goodness you’re alright!” I grabbed her tightly into a warm hug since her body was a little chilly. Twilight coughed yet mumbled something under her breath while crawling over the floor searching for something in particular.
“My glasses, where are they?” She stammered as she started shaking and I knew she was about to catch an anxiety attack.
“Woah babe, calm down,” I calmed replied while dusting off some glass spectacles off her bang. “I am sure we’ll find your glasses, I’ll help you find them.”
As we searched for Twilight’s glasses, Applejack started coughing non stop as she dusted the air around her with her hat. She helped Rarity and Fluttershy out of their seats quickly. Pinkie was on the ground holding Scootaloo in her arms. I happen to spot Twilight’s glasses quickly, and surprisingly, they weren’t broken.
“Look at this, all our clothes are ruined!” Rarity wailed as Applejack rolled her eyes in frustration.
“I rather our clothes being ruined rather than any of our lives,” Fluttershy declared as we all nodded our heads in agreement.
The only one who was pretty energized was Scootaloo. I looked around seeing how none of us were severely injured, but I didn’t want to come up with that solution just yet. I opened the back door only to see the passenger seating area was a total mess! It was like a tornado crashed inside the plane and destroyed so many things it its path.
To my view, many people were helping one another with the right supplies. I knew we had to get out of the plane immediately before we would all drowned.
I tried to calm everyone down as children were crying and adults were getting frustration due to the whining of the babies.
There had to be a type of way to get these people onto land quickly, but they were so loud and I don’t even know if they could speak English at all. Now I really wish Rainbow Dash was here….
After what seemed like forever, I finally got the courage to try and reason with the Indian people, even if I didn’t know how to speak the language at all. Maybe I should have read Twilight’s Indian guidebook...
“Um excuse me everyone! Can I please have your attention please?”
No one was listening but the arguing only got worse! The loud erupting shouts and screaming of children and adults as well, sent me a huge migraine hurting the ends of my head. Suddenly, Pinkie climbed on one of the seats that wasn’t broken and screamed to the top of her lungs.
“Mujhe maaph karen!!”
Eventually that caused everyone on the plane to stop the major confrontation erupting on the plane. Pinkie voluntarily asked anyone who knew how to convert English to Hindi.
I knew someone, her name is Rainbow Dash, but I honestly didn’t know where she was at the point of time. Someone slightly raised their hand and thus made Twilight spring into action.
“Thank you for volunteering! I need you to alert everyone that we need to divide into two groups. One with adults, and the other group with women and children. Make sure everyone has their belongings, and even though we can’t get them all, make sure they each have their necessities! Once we have that established, we could pile all the women and children onto the safety raft,”
The woman who volunteered shook her head in agreement. She then spoke some words in Hindi, and eventually people started dividing themselves into groups. Some of the children were scared of drowning because the water from the Bay of Bengal started rising and rising inside the plane. Applejack didn’t even hesitate as she jumped over many chairs to break into the raft vault.
An enormous yellow raft was blown out inside the plane and many women and their children climbed aboard. I decided to help Applejack carry the raft towards Chennai since it wasn’t easy carrying for itself. She told me it was okay if she did it alone due to her super strength abilities and she told me to help other people find their belongings.
Once she started swimming with the raft to the city, the water started rising and the plane was sinking faster than ever before. Hundreds of people started screaming and I decided we either all swim to the shore or we just stay here and die, and no one wanted to stay here and die! So, we all started moving out the plane, even though some people couldn’t find all their belongings.
The water already reached to my stomach area as Pinkie, Fluttershy, Rarity, and Twilight gathered more people to come and swim with them. The medical officers had another raft being transported towards the plane, so Pinkie help get the rest of the children onto the raft! Everything was going pretty well organized until:
“Madad!”
The voice came from a little girl, whose jacket was stuck onto one of the chairs. She kept splashing and trying hard not to sink as she screamed for help even more. I eventually swam right back into the water to save her, but her clothes was deeply stuck into the chair and I tried tugging on it, but it was no use. I immediately thought of Pinkie Pie and I had to call her out on it.
“Pinkie! I need your pocket knife!”
“Woah, dude, we have children here, you can’t be saying that out loud!” She screamed as she covered one of the children’s ears.
“I need it, just throw it to me!”
And with that, Pinkie threw her small little pocket knife in my area. It splashed into the water, but I was able to find it quickly and cut off piece of the girl’s shirt. I carried out my arms for her so she can be able to grab ahold of me, but she refused instantly.
“Main dara hua hoon,” She cried as she clutched onto the chair more. I took a deep breath and placed my hands over her shoulders while staring into her dark maroon eyes.
“Look, I know you’re scared, and that’s okay,” I comforted her while she was slowly moving closer to me.
“You just need to trust me and I will make sure you get to your momma soon. The water is rising and we need to get out of here alive, so I am asking you to trust me.”
Even if I did speak in English and she couldn’t quite understand me, she took my hands and stared at them for a while. She then plunged her body onto me as I swam out of the plane.
My mind was on Rainbow Dash for the longest moment in time. I really hope she was okay to be fairly honest. We both reached the raft immediately before all the water in the plane filled to the ceiling.
“Here, take her to her mother,” I demanded as Pinkie carried her to the raft.
As the second raft made its way to the shore of Chennai, I tried so hard to find Rainbow Dash. Honestly, this was all my fault! If I didn't catch anxiety or wasn't too pussy to actual fly a plane to get these poor people to Chennai safely, none of this would've happened.
In my mind, I thought that Dash drowned or something but honestly I wasn't a good diver either. I swam rapidly towards the shore, shivering non stop as the blizzard grew worse. There at the shore were the police, the ambulance, firefighters, and of course the maharajah and his wife Phrya.
My throat had a huge lump which I couldn’t swallow because I knew they would ask questions about Rainbow Dash and I didn't have the answers. What if her father decides to execute me because I put the lives of his people in danger?
As my anxiety started striking once again, I eventually saw Twilight passing out blankets to all the children and the adults as well. She walked over to me and placed a red cozy blanket around my shoulders and back. The soothing warm embrace upon my back sent my body to heat up really fast.
“You feeling okay?” She asked as she plopped herself right next to me, which made me even more warm.
“Y-yeah, I suppose so..”
“What's the matter? You look pale,” She implied as she grabbed my hand softly and noticed how my hand was turning even more pale by the second.
“I-it's nothing really…”
I looked over at her even though I couldn't really see her face clearly because of the snow and the wind of course. She cocked her head over to the side as her eyes got smaller and her mouth was flat. I knew that face anywhere! It was the “you're lying and I know it” face. I exhaled a huge cold breath of cool smoke like a fire breathing dragon.
“It's….it's Rainbow Dash.”
Even though multiple sirens erupted throughout the area, children screaming and crying, and people shouting in fury, I did see Twilight's face turn pale as well. Her glasses gently slided of her nose as she fixed them back up again.
“What happened to her?” was all that escaped Twilight’s lips before her fingers brushed pass her bang.
“Well, she said she wanted to save her people, and she jumped off the plane, and-”
“You didn’t stop her?!” Twilight’s voice grew more stern at the fact that our friend, the princess of India, can be God knows where! And it is all my fault.
“Knowing Dash, I knew she wouldn’t let me follow her!” I snapped back as more tears started streaming down my eyes.
Twilight moved back a little, hencing that she didn’t mean to snap off at me from before, but to be honest with you all and myself of course, this is all my fault!
“Yeah, that sounds like something Dashie would do,”
Apparently, everytime I hear the word Dashie, Pinkie Pie would be the one to refer to her that way. But, the tone in the person's voice was pretty masculine. Twilight and I both looked up only to see a very familiar face.
The wavy navy blue hair blew majestically with the wind, the cyan skin blended with the snow, and those emerald eyes were dazzling and piercing into my soul. My terrible guilt transformed into complete happiness once Soarin gently waved at us both.
“Soarin!!”
We both got up from the snow and hugged him ever so tightly. He began to chuckle to himself while hugging us back. It's been so long since I've seen Soarin, and it took me a while to realize that he had some different facial features.
“Hold on, wait a minute!” I exclaimed as my excitement grew more and more. I walked around him, examining his features much more.
“Soarin, are you…...are you growing a beard?” Twilight asked as she started feeling the lower part of his face cheeks. He started laughing hard while his face burned up with embarrassment.
“M-maybe? But don't tell Dashie yet,” He shyly responded while scratching the back of his neck.
“Haha, don’t worry, we won’t say a word to her!”
After Twilight’s statement, it took me a while to understand that Rainbow Dash was nowhere near here. I felt a huge lump in my throat, and utterly felt guilty once again. This burning sensation in my heart started throbbing once more as the rest of the gang finally reached to us.
“Well, from what we know, six people are dead,” Fluttershy reassured us as she kept shivering.
We all bowed our heads in disbelief and from what seemed like a wonderful day ended in a tragedy. Soarin was talking to one of the chiefs who were in charge of the Chennai police department. My breathing was short, my knees and arms were vibrating from the blistering winds and the sudden wave of shock erupting inside my soul.
As more people were getting the care that they needed in order to survive, something caught my vision instantly. The small little brown substance started floating towards the shore. I ran to the shore and carefully picked it up only to reveal the bruised Soarin plush. My heart sank while more tears escaped from my eyes, but this time, I fell to the ground, balling my eyes out. I felt a light tap on my shoulder and my eyes looked up to see Soarin.
“Alright, what's bugging ya?” He asked while rubbing my back as I softly chuckled before I brushed the sides of my hands.
“I have to save her…” I whispered softly to myself but somehow he heard me loud and clear.
“Huh, who are you-”
“YOUR GIRLFRIEND SOARIN!!!”
The silence filled the atmosphere as the storm was brewing in more and more. Soarin didn't say a word but he looked at the water and saw that the plane was sinking deeper into the Bay of Bengal. We didn't say anything to one another but after a short period of time, Soarin looked at me once again.
“What happened to her?”
“I have no idea, but she just jumped off the plane to do something to save her people,” I replied as I took off my shoes and placed my toes into the freezing water. “Now I am going to save her.”
“Sunset, I want you to be careful,” He added. “I don't want to lose you too.”
My spine was completely frozen as I was reaching closer to the water. After reaching I happen to spot two firefighters walking towards the shore. One of them was carrying a little girl and the other one was carrying a teenage girl.
As the features of the teenage girl were dawning closer to my eyes, I couldn't help but feel so relieved! I ran to reach the firefighters in case they needed all the help they can get, but once I saw the teenager, I started bursting into tears.
“Oh Rainbow Dash, I thought we lost you!”
From staring at horrible sight of Rainbow Dash, I thought we did lose her. Her body was extremely drenched in cold water while dirt, debris, and seaweed covered her entirely. Seeing her in this condition made me call out the others for more help. Her skin complexion wasn’t the color of the bright blue sky that would shine in the day, but more of a daunting pale like the color of mozzarella cheese.
Her eyes were shut tight, her lips were chapped, her mouth was opening, letting out all the excess water from inside her body, and something stood out to each and every one of us. Once they saw the same condition that I saw, everyone’s jaw was wide open. Not only was Rainbow Dash bruised terribly, but her left leg, from her tibia to her toes was scrapped off completely. The flesh from her bones was gone completely only revealing the bloody muscle and tissue pouring out onto the shore.
The blood oozed causing a dark red blending with a dark maroon color to be seen over her leg. The leg looked like a mulberry fruit compared to her paleish skin. Scootaloo burst into tears seeing her sister in this condition and I know that she was extremely traumatized. So was I. Without hesitation, Twilight quickly sprung into action.
“Quick! Take her to the hospital!” Twilight shouted as Soarin stood there in shock.
His breathing was intense, his hands balled up into a fist, and I knew he felt terrible seeing his girlfriend like this, so I walked up next to him, holding his hand ever so tightly. He was shaking rapidly, held my hand ever so firmly, and tears started escaping his eyes.
“She’s going to be okay….” was all that I could have said as the pulse between Soarin’s hand and my own hand started increasing as the storm itself started increasing. More snow flakes began to swirl all throughout the atmosphere
“She’s going to be fine……..”

The Adventures of the Gemporian Heroes!
Season 1 Episode 2: The Winter Spirit Part 2
Soarin’s P.O.V
I haven’t gotten any sleep for the past week. My hands are tightly clasped together as I inhaled ever so deeply. My chest and stomach, both maneuvering back and forth, yet for all, my palms are sweaty. The hospital was full of Indian nurses travelling back and forth, in their gray and white uniforms.
Hundreds of people were being rushed into emergency rooms due to the plane crash. Others were just piling in the hospital to gather blankets and warm supplies for the winter blast that occured in India a few days ago. While the loud buzz of children crying, adults running around, announcements being made, the rest of us sitting here, including Dashie’s parents, were waiting to hear from Dash and her surgery.
I was traumatized over Rainbow Dash’s condition, and I still am today. At the corner of my eye, I happen to spot Sunset Shimmer, sitting by the window, all by herself. I walked over to her because I know she felt pretty devastated and embarrassed by all that was going on. As I sat on the chair next to her, she turned her posture away from me.
“Look, I know you’re hurting right now, and so am I,” I stated before reaching my hands over to her shoulder. “But, I know Rainbow Dash, and so do you. She never backs down from a fight.”
“How can you be so optimistic?” Sunset asked while choking on her words, wincing away from me. “Your girlfriend that you haven’t seen in like, almost a year has been in a coma for the past week, and you’re somehow okay with all of this?!”
“Just because I am not weeping my eyes out like most people will do in this situation doesn’t mean that I am not hurting,”
Sunset pondered for a moment then she bit her lip so hard, her lips started turning a bright shade of scarlet. Her baconed hair locks bounced to the side as she puffed out some air from between her lips.
“Perhaps you're right,” She softly sniffled, wiping away her tears from her eyes. “Maybe I'm just remembering all the times where I was so vain that I turned into a monster.”
I cocked my head over to the right side because I never seen Sunset turn into a monster. The only monster I've seen her turn into is the times where she would be on her period. And trust me, you don't want to be the witness of that. Makes me wonder how Twilight as her girlfriend must go through a process as crazy as that.
“Sunset, you're not a monster,”
“You weren't there when I turned into one, but back when I was a total bully at Canterlot High, I turned into a she-demon, and trust me, I thought I was gaining all the power in the world. But I wasn't. I was only looking at the peaks of my objective without even thinking about anyone else. Until Twilight showed me another way, and that was friendship,”
Seeing Sunset actually tell me her background story really burned my heart. And here, I thought I had personal insecurities that I couldn't fully control.
“I didn't know Twilight was going to give me that second chance to redeem myself, but apparently she did,” She contemplated on her last words while looked at her hands.
They were shaking rapidly and so was her whole body. I rested my hand over her shoulders and plastered a smile on my face.
“Maybe she saw the same potential I see in you,”
Sunset's brows flummoxed but her eyes widened once I placed my index and middle finger across her heart.
“You have a very hard potential that only you can be able to reach. I see a strong determined warrior that will do nothing but strive for greatness. After all Amaani did give you the medal of Affinity, didn't she not?”
“Y-yes, but-”
“Yes, because she saw that same potential that Twilight saw in you. And we all see it as well. Sunset you're not a monster and I am sure if Twilight didn't think so, she wouldn't have dated you,”
I don't know what I said but Sunset just burst into a series of laughter. I guess we both had that same energy because I ended up laughing as well. Other people who were waiting in the waiting area started giving us glares but that didn't stop us from having the laugh of our lives. Even if there's a lot going on in our lives at the very moment, it's always good to reminisce on the funny stuff from the past.
“I was talking about Princess Twilight,” She snorted while clutching onto her stomach and continued laughing.
It took me a while to comprehend on what Sunset just told me. So, there happens to be another Twilight? From where, when, how, and of course why?
“Wait what?!” I hollered as she started laughing even more than before.
Soon, the rest of the girls forwarded their eyes in our corner and shrugged their shoulders at us. I couldn't tell them what was happening but I mouthed the words “We're just having a chat” and they totally understood.
“Haha, I'll leave that story for another time okay?” She responded while wiping the happy tears from her eyes. It felt nice seeing the happy laughing side of Sunset. I nodded my head in reply to her question then all of a sudden she gently punched my arm.
“And thanks for cheering me up,”
“Hey, no problem at all, it's always a pleasure!”
“Now I can see why Rainbow Dash loves your presence so much, haha,”
I couldn't help but smile at the thought of Sunset's words, and see how my relationship with Dashie can bring out the best in others. Twilight happened to walk over to our little corner, and that's when Sunset ran to her, hugging her ever so tightly.
The both of them plopped onto the ground and Twilight was just as nice, to gently pat her back. She ended up wiping the tears from Sunset's eyes and placing her hands over Sunset's face cheeks as Sunset placed her hands over Twilight's wrists.
“Those better be tears of joy,” Twilight added before Sunset started giggling to herself.
“Yeah, those are happy tears all right!”
As the romantic scene was taking place in the hospital waiting room, a small Indian nurse, with long jet black hair, a light mocha skin complexion, and her gray and white uniform walked towards us. Her dark brown eyes were maneuvering all around her clipboard.
She seemed like an intern even though on her medical card, it stated that she had her PhD. The purple inked pen that she was using before to write, was stuck in between her bun. She looked up from her clipboard and stared at us for a while. Pinkie immediately ran towards the nurse, almost giving her a heart attack.
“Hi, are you Dashie’s nurse? Even if, how is she? Is she breathing? Is she okay? Is she even awake? Can we talk to her? When will she wake up from her coma?!”
Applejack ended up pulling Pinkie Pie away from the nurse, while the nurse clutched onto her chest. Next thing you know, Rainbow Dash’s father strolled into the conversation and wanted to know what's up with his daughter.
“Excuse me Niña, but is there any status data on my daughter?”
“Well yes, there has been some modificational changes with her surgery but once she wakes up, we try our best to supplement her chang-”
“MODIFICATIONAL CHANGES?!??!” The king hollered in the waiting room.
Sunset’s P.O.V
The nurse couldn’t really say a word but she was very very nervous. Everyone stared in our area and the king was utterly furious. Phyra tried her hardest to calm him down but he was just boiling in fury.
“You decided to have some modificational changes for Rainbow Dash when you specifically didn't ask for my permission?!”
“Please your highness, lower your voice, the other patients need to rest,” She reassured him but that only made him even worse.
“Other patients?! Do you think I really care about the other patients?! What about my daughter? She's been technically resting for a whole week! And you’re busy worrying about other patients who are nowhere near my daughter’s condition?!”
Seeing the king getting so riled up about not hearing a word about his daughter really hit to home. I could totally understand why he was acting the way he was. He was pretty much of an asshole towards her, and let’s not forget being a major douche towards Soarin as well.
I am sure what he wanted to do was apologize for this actions, but none of us would even dream of being stuck in this situation. Before the king’s anger grew out of proportion, he simply walked away and sat in one of the waiting area chairs, pulling his soft rainbow hair out of his scalp.
Applejack and I made eye contact knowing that this whole catastrophe with Rainbow Dash hasn’t been the best of both worlds. Soarin, standing in the corner, was shaking his head while staring into his palms.
“Your highness, before you flew off the handle, I was going to say that your daughter is in wonderful condition and that she will be able to wake up any moment now. The modificational changes were beneficial for your daughter’s future, so there’s no need to worry,”
“Since she is still in her coma, is it alright if visitors will be welcome?” Fluttershy asked softly before the nurse nodded her head.
“Affirmative! All visitors can be able to see the princess, but only one person can see her right now.”
Everyone started pondering to themselves and my vision suddenly drew right back to Soarin. His emerald eyes were swelling up with tears, but from far away, it seemed as though he was trying to shake it off, but that didn’t stop me from coming up with a well secure plan.
“I think it’s best for Soarin to see Rainbow Dash,” I spoke up which made everyone’s eyes dart towards me with consideration.
“Soarin hasn’t even seen Rainbow Dash in almost a year, and I know the parents of Dash are dying to see her as well, but Soarin has been waiting for this day longer than Dash herself. I could only imagine the pain Soarin is going through at the very moment, and Soarin is a guy that doesn’t express emotion too much. So, I would like for Soarin to go see his girlfriend!”
The frown on Soarin’s face slowly disappeared and transformed into a sheepish smile while his face burned from embarrassment. Soarin ended up talking to the nurse and headed off into the room. I folded my arms and puffed out my chest with pride! I felt as though I did something wonderful, well for the first time in a very long time that is….
Soarin’s P.O.V
“Just note that she is still in her coma, but she can still hear your voice, so be careful on what you say,” Niña whispered in my ear softly.
I nodded my head in reply, while she walked away from my current position. My fingers gently touched the doorknob to the room, and I securely hoped for the best. I took a deep breath and shortly after a while, I walked inside the hospital bedroom and there I saw, Rainbow Dash.
She was hooked up to multiple machines, some on her arms, nose, and of course her legs. Her left leg was bandaged up together in a cast, and her hair was wrapped up in a messy bun. Her eyes were clamped shut and the only thing I could do at the very moment was cry to myself.
I shook my head to shake off this hurtful feeling, because I had to be, no, I NEEDED to be strong for Rainbow Dash. As I was strolling alongside next to her, something told me to not cry, but if you were in my shoes and saw your girlfriend, severely injured and was in a coma for four days, I am guessing you would do the same. My cold cyan hands gently stroked passed her hair making a rainbow stream against the white pillow her head was resting on.
“H-hey Dashie…” was all I could say at the very moment, in a very shaky tone.
“I wasn’t expecting us to be here, but here we are anyway. I haven’t seen you in almost a year now, and seeing you in this condition makes me feel very weak, but I know you. You’re a fighter, you’re determined, and you are going to make it, but for now, take life one step at a time,”
My wrist felt a splash of water pouring into the souls of my hand, and I realized that my tears were overflowing nonstop. I forcefully clenched my hands around her soft hands, and I didn’t want to let go of this feeling. I bent over the bed she was resting on, and kissed the same hand I was holding.
“I love you sweetheart,” I sobbed while giving her hand more kisses. “I always had.”
There was a sudden knock on the door, and there I saw, Sunset’s head peeking out, smiling extremely hard. Her smile then forwarded into a depressing frown once of the sight of seeing Rainbow Dash.
“You really miss her, huh?”
I couldn’t bare to respond but the tears kept coming and coming. Sunset walked behind me and started rubbing my shoulders up and down, which did comfort me somehow.
“T-thanks Sunset,”
“Anytime Soarin,” She smiled as she started wiping my tears with one of the tissues in a tissue box she found inside the hospital room. “Trust me, I know exactly what you’re going through, this is only the first step. We just have to wait until she wakes up.”
“But what if she doesn’t?” I asked before Sunset gave a ninety degree head turn, then folded her arms extra tight, while giving me a glare.
“I’m sorry what was that? That low confidence bullshit don’t fly with me, understood?!”
My eyes sophisticatedly widened hearing the choice of diction that came out of Sunset's lips. Her stern glare transformed into an automatic giggle, which made her punch my shoulder lightly.
“Just kidding with you, but seriously I don't accept that shit, ya feel me?”
“Yeah, I feel you,”
We both stared at Rainbow Dash with concern hoping that her eyes will eventually open. Just remembering all those times she's been such a wonderful girlfriend. Even her father has changed his mind about me three weeks before her arrival. I just hope that he doesn't change his mind due to her condition. I really hope she doesn't lose her memory in all of this.
I began to shake rapidly once again but this time, I started breathing heavily. My eyes were runny, itchy, and also blurry in my vision. Sunset tried her best to calm me down but it was no use. I didn't know what I was feeling or what was happening, but I felt depressed. I felt alone. Sunsets grabbed onto my hands firmly while rubbing my back as well. This of course didn't help me whatsoever.
“S-she's gone….there's no use….I can't take this anymore…”
“Woah, Soarin, calm down, I am sure Dash is going to be fine,” Sunset's voice ended up being as soft and gentle as a lullaby. “Look, they are serving some soup in the hospital's cafeteria, maybe some warm soup will do you some good.”
“Oh yeah? Well, what type of soup do they have?”
“Oh, there's this one called Rasam and this other one called multi, m-multi, mulligana, millywana-”
Sunset struggled so hard to try to pronounce the name of the soup, and seeing her struggling made me chuckle softly. The other girls and Sunset are going to have to try to get used to this new Indian environment, including myself because of Dash’s new condition.
“Mulligatawny?” I chuckled before she nodded her head and placed a “bubble in her mouth” as the people would say.
“Haha, yeah that one! I have no idea what's in it, but that certain soup is running out, seems like an Indian favorite.”
“Yeah, it’s Dashie’s favorite….”
The room drawn closely into silence until Sunset decided to make popping sounds with her mouth. I am guessing she was bored because the popping eventually grew louder and louder, like little “POP”s here and there.
“I am sure some of that soup will fill your heart's content,”
“Would it really?” my nose flared in anger because right now, my hands were clutching onto Dash’s hand as it grew paler and paler by the second. Sunset nibbled on her bottom lip while she glanced over her bed.
“To make you stop thinking about Rainbow Dash’s condition, yes,” She reassured me. “And you didn’t have to answer with an attitude, I don’t have to help you.”
“Then don’t!” I yelped, making my voice crack terribly, eventually squeezing Dashie’s hand at the very moment. The room became silent as the stars in the dark indigo sky. Sunset didn’t say a word, but her pupils dilated. Her mouth was set into a straight line and her knees knobbed.
“I...I think I am going to see how the others are doing……” She forwarded over to the door, looking back at me, but my eyes were never darting in her direction.
“Yeah, you do that.”
I didn’t bother look back at Sunset because I don’t think she understands that I am going through a very hard time. Maybe I was being a little too hard on her as well. Rainbow Dash is her best friend, and I feel as though I was claiming Rainbow Dash as my own, and to be honest, she wasn’t mine completely.
She has her parents, her friends, Monoko, and of course her Gemporian family as well. I felt like a utter bully to Sunset Shimmer, and it wasn’t even her fault. Before I could apologize for my actions, I heard something that interrupted my train of thought.
“Don’t be such a bitch Soarin,”
My eyes widened and my anger boiled even hotter than the last time. I felt as though I was a volcano and I was going to erupt any moment now.
“What did you just call me?!”
“I didn’t say…..anything,” Sunset looked back and shrugged her shoulders as well. She walked back into the room, cocked her head to the side, and looked down at Dashie’s bed.
“I could've sworn you were talking to me,”
“No Soarin, I didn't say anything, I was already out the door.” Sunset threw her hands in the air as a sign of anger which eventually spread onto me, like butter against flat bread. “Maybe you're just hearing things.”
As if things couldn't get any better, I felt someone’s hand touching mine. It felt smooth, but yet for all, they weren't warm. I didn't bother look at the hand but rather I looked out the window, seeing the snow accumulating faster into the streets of Chennai. From hearing the television that was playing, the snow was already at thirty-six inches. I figured Sunset's hands were cold and she wanted some warmth, so I ended up warming her hands for her.
“Look Sunset, if you wanted to hold hands, all you had to do was ask,”
“Dude, I'm all the way by the window.”
Sunset’s right arm was waving rapidly at me, and that's when my breathing started increasing non stop. I looked down from Dashie’s bed only to see her fingers wrapped gently around my wrist on my left hand. Her eyes were still shut but her skin wasn't as pale as before.
Her coughing sounded like a dying horse gasping for air from being in a scorching desert for weeks. I didn't know whether to cry, smile, scream or do anything, but all I did was kiss her lovely fingers.
“R-rainbow Dash?”
“S-s-s-soarin..? Is that...is that you?” She coughed even more as her upper body started shifting slowly in the bed.
“Yes, yes sweetheart, it's me!”
I was able to see her smile once again, which made my heart build up. Sunset started crying tears of joy before she leaned over to the right side of Dashie’s bed.
“So, you're the one who called Soarin a bitch huh?” Sunset smirked at me then looked over to see Dash squirming. Her short rainbow hair was all over her face and pillow, which ended up covering her face.
“Yeah, pretty much,”
She started coughing non stop then she tried to get out from her current position but she couldn’t. Sunset and I stared out the window only to see that the storm was getting worse by the second.
The wind from the outside blizzard suddenly started blowing disastrous debris all over India. The view from the window didn't look pretty at all. The powerful wind gusts were circulating leaves, snow, even broken building parts, and it felt like a tornado.
Then the greatest thing happened! Her bright magenta pupils were sparkled with the stuck of love, and it felt as though a flower first bloomed on a fresh spring day! My heart started thumping loudly once her dazzling eyes were staring right into my own.
“Well, I waited all my life for this moment, to see those gorgeous eyes of yours bloom,”
Her face turned from pale blue to a bright rose, as she batted her lashes twice in my direction, while the corners for her mouth quirked up.
“Hey, you feeling okay?” I placed my right hand over her face cheek, then she decided to deeply snuggle into my palm.
“I am now that your warm hand is pressed against my cheek like this,” She planted a warm smile across her face. “I haven’t felt your touch in so long, I missed this…”
A teardrop fell on my index finger as she began to silently sob to herself. I didn’t like to see her in this condition and I knew she was hurt inside. I wanted to hold her, press my lips against her rosy lips, place my arms around her waist, motion my hands around her cheeks and squeeze them tightly, and gently stroke her rainbow locks.
“Shhh, hey hey, I’m here now, and I will never leave your side,”
I softly shifted the rails all the way down until I was able to grab her freezing body to be lightened up with my warm heat. Once my arms were tightly wrapped around her waist, she gently moved up on me, and buried her face in my neck. In my vision, I saw Sunset clutch her heart while smiling really hard at the both of us.
Suddenly, the door started to swing open, and there stood a brolic tall doctor, who had a sliver clipboard in his hands, and wore his blue uniform. Dash stared at him with her bright magenta eyes, which were dazzling into his vision.
“Well your highness, seems as though you have awoken from your coma, which is wonderful news!”
Sunset and I both exchanged elated glances at one another, as Rainbow Dash kept staring at the doctor in shock. Her eyes started gleaming once he said “wonderful news”.
“So, does this mean I can go home now before the storm gets worse?”
“Well, by checking upon your status it seems as though you are stable to go home, but we like to make sure you’re incredibly stabilized to go home,” The doctor stated while checking supplies off his clipboard.
“We’ve already made establishments for you to carry home our very own hospital bed so it’s like you’re at home, but in a more comfortable bed for your condition.”
Rainbow Dash didn’t look excited nor devastated about the situation. She just calmly sat in the bed, sitting up straight, while clutching onto the minty green pillow. Sunset nodded her head, listening to what the doctor had to say about Dash, and I on the other hand was making sure Dash was okay with all of this.
“So, if we want her to get out as quickly as possible, I will come back in a few minutes to sample her data and give her one more check up then send her home with one of our finest nurses in the job!”
And on that note, the doctor went out the door, slamming it not too hard but enough for the door to be sealed shut.
“The good thing is that you can get out of here before the winter storm gets worse,”
Dash didn’t reply, but rather kept the same facial expression on her face for the past five minutes. I don’t know if she was in shock or speechless over the fact that all of this happened to her in such short of time. Without hesitation, the wins started howling like a loud pack of wolves getting ready to hunt as a group. The wind was so strong, the hospital started to rumble gently.
“Do you feel that?” Sunset asked as her head was forming circles all around before Dash herself started nodding her head in agreement.
“Yeah, it feels like the hospital is shaking,”
“Seems like the storm is getting worse, we better get you out of here before something else happens,” I stated while staring at the ceiling with a very close eye.
Suddenly, something caught my attention. The ceiling began to shake vigorously and the wind’s howl sounded as though it can burst through the ceiling in any minute. As though the storm heard my inner thoughts, the ceiling burst open like a huge wrecking ball slammed through a brick wall.
Spirals of snow flurries circulated the room causing everything in the room to get swept up into a blizzard tornado! Sunset and Rainbow Dash both screamed in unison as some of the hospital supplies smashed onto the floor. I couldn’t help but stare at Dash’s cardiac monitor as her heart beat was increasing by the second!
“Rainbow Dash!” I hollered as more of the building’s debris dropped on the ground causing all of her machinery to cave her in. Sunset darted out the room to try to get some help for Dash, but the storm decided to cave her in even more.
“I can’t…..ugh….break ….ugh….free!” She grunted as she tried her best to remove the wires from her body but everytime she plugged out a wire that was connect to her arm, she her facial expression would become weaker and weaker. Suddenly, a huge debris of the building was about to crash down right on top of Rainbow Dash, but something spectacular happened in that very instant!
Rainbow Dash’s P.O.V
As the huge block of gray debris almost collapsed on top of my head, my eyes clenched up together because I felt that there was nowhere for me to go at this point! All of a sudden, the huge ice spectacles that I’ve seen hit the side of the plane, appeared once more and split completely through the huge block of cement. My eyes sparkled with relief as the icicles started forming into a human figure that looked so familiar. Her figure turns towards me with a bright genuine smile, and I knew that bright smile anywhere!
Her long white and blue hair gently flowed with the wind, her beige complexion clashed with the snowy scenery, her bright sky blue eyes scrutinized right into me, and her warm winter outfit, which contributed to a short white leopard skirt, black thick stockings, a cream turtleneck, a navy jacket, and black boots with heels. Just seeing her once again, made the corners of my mouth quirk up.
“Sorry I took so long to get here, this storm is being such a huge bully to us,” The calm soothing voice reassured me.
“Amaranthine!!! What are you doing here?”
“Here to save you and the Indian people of course!” She chirped softly before bowing. “It’s wonderful to see you again my lovely goddess. Oh, and you too Soarin.”
Soarin gently waved back as the snow and wind started to pick up more acceleration. Seeing Amaranthine once again really made my heart warm and fuzzy. She stepped closer to me, and gently picked up one of the wires that was connected to me, then pondered for a moment.
“Why are you strapped into a hospital bed?” She asked as she cocked her head to the side.
“It's a very long story, but there was a plane crash and-”
“Yes yes, I know,” She interrupted before she laid her hand on my shoulder. “I thought my ice particles stopped the plane from being destroyed.”
That's when it hit me! I was wondering where those ice particles came from! As I was trying to stop the plane, those icicles smashed right into the plane and turned it over into the Bay of Bengal. Amaranthine was trying to help us this entire time but she couldn't!
“Wait, so those icicles that made the plane circulate, that was-”
“Yup, that was me! I was trying to help, but it seems as though I made situations worse,” She let out a sigh and dropped her sword to the ground in dismay.
“Hey hey, don't put yourself down, all you did was try to help, and gladly no one died, it was just me who ended up getting a broken leg.” I shrugged my shoulders as I decided to take off more of the wires from my arms.
“It looks more than broken to me,” Amary softly replied before the snow started rushing into the room. Soarin and Sunset were both out of the room, leaving Amaranthine and myself in there alone.
“Well, let me get you out of there before you get even more sick!”
Amaranthine quickly helped me off the hospital bed but due to my surgery, my left leg was wrapped up into a cast, and of course, I completely forgot all about my condition, until I officially fell off the pain, trying hard not to squeal in pain.
“Oh gosh!” She exclaimed as she swiftly grabbed my right arm, before I started collapsing once again.
Amaranthine was simply generous enough to grab a nearby wheelchair, strap me up, and started pushing me down the hallway. Multiple of people started speeding down the hallway to find the nearest exit.
I was able to see Rarity and Twilight giving out necessities like warm blankets, hats, scarfs, and coats to the patients so they can go to their homes and stay safe before the hospital comes crashing down.
“Hurry up everyone, before the storm gets worse,” Twilight shouted as more and more people started piling out of the hospital. “According to my calculations, the storm's winds are thrusting about eighty miles per hour, so we need to get a move on!”
“You heard my girlfriend, let's go people! Stay safe in your homes.”
More people started piling out of the hospital, once the wind started howling, causing the walls to start rumbling back and forth. It felt like an earthquake started erupting and we were on the epicenter. Amaranthine quickly started speeding down the hallway to be able to make me reach my friends.
After Amaranthine helped me to reach to the door, my friends were crowding around me, asking me if I was hurt. As their sympathetic words of encouragement flooding my broken heart, pieces of the wall started crumbling over people and we could feel the strong gusts of wind, circulating the room. The cold air started making me feel drowsy, and of course Amaranthine saw this and sprung into action.
“Gemporian Heroes! I have a way to get us out of here, but you have to hold onto me-”
Pinkie Pie didn't even let Amaranthine finish her sentence. Pinkie forcefully clutched onto Amaranthine’s leg, without hesitation. As more particles started falling over us, we all held hands with Amaranthine, and once we did, a whiff of ice crystals began to spiral around us, and the next thing we knew, we were teleported~
