Chapter 1 : hear comes the Thoom

Everything was going all according to the plan of Chrysalis. She had hypnotized and sealed the groom's magic and sealed his legs in hardened goo make sure they're not going to try any funny stuff like some "love conquers all" spell while trapping pink princess of love in the same goo and cutting off her magic as well, she also had the elements of harmony stuck in the goo so they couldn't interfere, her changelings had defeated most if not all of the royalgurd and to top it all off she had beaten the all powerfull princess Celestia it was the best day of her life that was course until she heard the sound a sound so loud it said it was heard all around Equestria, the sound that would seem haunt her dreams and every other changelings dreams for weeks.

THOOM

the sound so powerful that it shook all of canterlot and the surrounding area, it cause all of the changelings to go into a panic and whith scrambled only the pegasi in canterlot noticed that the sky had become coludy for no apparent reason which scared a certain cyan Pegasus even though she would never admit it.

After a few minutes had passed out of nowhere a changeling drone came runing though the large double doors with a worried look on their face they ran up to Chrysalis dowed and began to speak.

" your highness we have a problem, some strange creature is attacking knocking out all of the other drones!"

" why did not received this news through the hive mind!?!"

"T-the creature is somehow disconnecting us from the hive mind when it grabs us what do we do?"

" gather the rest of the drones and bring them here if he's as dangerous as you say he is ,we're going to need every pair of hooves we can get."

"At once your highness!"

As the changeling done ran out of the room to gather the rest of it's brethren Chrysalis slumped in her chair with the same question that everyone has on their mind

("What the buck is going on?")

*A few minutes earlier*

(??? POV)

I was riding on Kinto-Un while I was on my way back to Equestria after all of my travels with my favorite neko, I saw something very interesting out of the corner of my eye, a bunch of very strange black bug-like ponies were terrorizing Canterlot and it's citizens, I smiled at this thinking I could release some stress out on these strange pony creatures, I got up and started charging up my ligthing chakra while simultaneously running and jumping off of Kinto-Un, as I jumped I rocketing towards the ground, as I slammed into the groud the impact made it's signature sound

When I landed I made a huge crater on the side of Canterlot Mountain but I'm sure no one will mind so I proceeded to walk up the mountain only for two of the black bug-like creatures to come at me hissing but I could tell they were no match for me by sensing their energy so I charged that them, grabbing both of them by their horns and forced lightning throughout all of their bodies at the end of it they both collapsed in a heap, every few seconds twitching cuz of how powerful the shock was, I then looked at Kinto and ordered it to go put my wife somewhere safe as it raced off I decided to set the scene and make all of the clouds turn gray after doing so I proceeded up the mountain only to be meet with more resistance except this time 20 of the strange bug-like creatures came at me, I slightly smiled at this knowing that at least this time they would put up a fight.

"Holt in the name of Queen Chrysalis State your name and business here or we will force it out of you."

Oh hey they can talk that's neat I guess

"Me? Oh I'm just here to visit my grand kids and then I saw a bunch of gross bug creatures attacking
so you know I'm here to throw you all out."

as soon as I said that one of them charged at me so cocked back my fist and Unleashed one of my favorite attacks

"Lightning Dragon: Breakdown fist!"

As I said that a large fist made out of lightning came crashing into them electrocuting them I smile to myself being glad that I still got all that spunk I had when I was younger with one of them out of the way I turned to the rest of them only to see that they ran away, even though I sensed another one watching me on one of the tops of the buildings but as long as he didn't attack me I wouldn't attack him so I turned back to the direction the castle was in and saw that I was about a few minutes away I decide to take the walk seeing that I haven't been here for over six thousand years

I had finally made it to the castle but I was slightly confused not because of the terrain but because no one else I come to stop me most likely their leader ordered them to come protect them from me.

("it didn't really matter if there were two hundred or even a thousand of them, I'll beat them all! ")

I thought to myself, getting excited at the idea, I started walking to the double doors of the castle, but I sensed something strange so I stopped and use my byakugan to see through the doors and what I saw surprised me, there was so many of the bug ponies inside of the castle, seeing the trap I decide to turn myself into my lightspeed form, I jumped and headed into the clouds while simultaneously Gathering more of clouds turning the sky from gray to black, looking down I saw about two hundred of the black bug creatures, two unicorns, two pegasi, two Earth ponies and two alicorns a few of the auras I didn't recognize but I did recognize one it was Tia's but the other alicorn was unfamiliar but I didn't exactly have time to worry about it so being the old and Incredibly destructive man I was I decided to launch myself through the roof in between the tallest of bug creatures and Tia and take them out hopefully all at once so I got myself a little bit higher and threw myself as hard as I possibly could, expectedly I went through the roof and into the castle and as I went through the ceiling and made a crater in the throne room with a loud

THOOM

While everyone was disoriented I decided to try out a trick I've been working on recently by combining two of my dragon magic attacks one known as

Lightning Dragon burst

And

Sky Dragon barrier

To create one of my most powerful attacks known as

Storm Explosion!

You see what this spell does is it combines The Lightning I generate and the wind that I generate in my body till the point where they're both almost at critical mass and I force them out at the same time not only knocking enemies back also electrocuting them but I be I bet your wondering ( would that hurt everyone) and in some cases you'd be right but I have completely control over my magic so all it would do is make some hairs stand up, as the dust cleared for my attack I saw that all of the bug creatures around me had been thrown into a wall

"Is it shocking? How my powers are able to blow you all the way?"

I said in a joking tone and as a response all of the creatures groaned in both pain and annoyance at the dad joke I just made then all of a sudden a stranged pink wave flowed up over me while throwing all the strange creatures out of Canterlot I turned around to see that the ponies were all out of the Hardened goop I had seen them in and Tia was back on her hooves instead of upside down I also noticed that all the ponies had their eyes on me but I wasn't really focused on that instead me and Tai's eyes lock after few seconds I decide to speak up

" Celestia Morningstar Equi are you just going to stand there or you going to come over here and give your grandpa a hug"

I hear a collective gasp and see Celestia's eyes go wide as she realizes who she's seeing no later than a second does she charge at me and tackle me all while yelling

"Grandpa!!!"

"Oh no my old man bones!"

I yelled back as we go falling to the ground after a few seconds of very tight hugging she got back up and composed herself so I followed suit and did the same

"Ahem"

Someone behind us had just clear their throat so me and Tia turned our heads to see who it was and I saw into Orange pony with blonde hair Stuntin on her head and freckles on her cheeks with green eyes once she realized she had our attention she continued

"princess not to be rude er notin it's just who is this yer said Grandpa but this don't explain notin."

Before Tia could answer I decided to speak up first

" good point Miss?"

"Names Applejack."

"Good point Miss Applejack I have not explained who I am and it would be rude not to tell you all who I am."

Deciding to make it flashy I made the sky Rumble with thunder and lightning Flash constantly I've been tossed off the cloak I was wearing to show off my bare chest and then begin to flex in various positions

" I am the sky I am the lightning I'm the wind that brushes through your hair I Am The Conjurer of the Savage tornadoes I am one of the four Lords of the world and the grandfather of Celestia and Luna I am Shōmei ryū the skylord !"

And soon as I was finished with my little speech the sky cleared causing both the thunder and lightning to stop and everyone to look extremely confused except Tia who is trying and failing to hold back her laughter and then before anyone can say anything else a tumbleweed rolled right past me

"-And premium member of the Tumbleweed Club."

as I say that everypony burst out laughing but I guess that's to be expected that's what always happens when I introduce myself that way after a few minutes of laughing Tia finally compose herself.

"Well grandpa it is extremely good to see you but even though I'm not complaining I must know what brings you by I thought you were traveling the world to hone your skills and battle?"

"What brings me? What brings me?! what can an old man not see his grandkids before he croaks out and dies?"

I then take a very dramatic pose and pretend like I'm crying I slightly opened up my eye to see Tia shaking her head while smiling

"That would be true grandfather but you're any mortal as are the rest of your siblings so I see no reason for you to pretend like you aren't."

I get up and sigh in defeat Tia always did know when I was lying I could somehow never pull the wall over her eyes so I reached over to her and Russell her hair

"Alright kid you got me there I'm here because the wind told me that there would be extreme danger coming to Equestria and what type of Grandfather and Warrior would I be if I didn't join in on the fun?"

She sighs once more and a small smile appears on her face

"Oh Grandpa you always were someone who love the good fight."

"Yes yes I do but now how about you introduce me to all your nice friends."

"Oh yes how could I be so careless?"

She then points to a lavender unicorn with dark blue hair in streaks of pink with a cutie mark of a bunch of stars around a larger star but before she could say anything a bunch of ponies with golden armor and Spears Rushed in and surrounded me I pinched my nose while letting out a sigh and then one of them spoke up

"Halt monster step away from the princesses or face the wrath of the royal guard."

"Ya done?"

As soon as I said that one of them behind me jabbes me in the butt of a spear

" you will speak when spoken to monster!"

At this I got really pissed off instead of letting me explain the situation they go and stabbing me in the butt so I turn to Tia to see her just facehoofing at the whole situation after she was done she spoke up

"Guards what do you think you're doing?"

"Protecting you and the elements of harmony from this monster of course princess."

"And do you know who this quote-unquote monster is?"

Before any of them could answer Tia took a deep breath and yelled out in the Royal Canterlot Voice

"HE IS OUR GRANDFATHER!!!"

Being an old man I have very sensitive ears so you can imagine how much it would it hurt to hear the voice now imagine having dragon like hearing you which if you didn't know is incredibly good while everyone was waiting for their ears to stop ringing a door on the left side of the throne opened to reveal a very tired-looking Lulu with her eyes closed as she stepped out of the door my hearing returned and with

"Sister why is thou screaming?"

As she said this she opened her eyes and looked around while blinking a few times as her vision cleared then her eyes locked on me so I decide to speak up

"Hey Lulu how's it going?"

She then charges at me the same as Tia and jumps on me also while yelling

"Grandfather!!!"

"Whymust "peoplecontinueyouabusedmyoldmanbones!"

Is all I get to say in the short time as we fall to the ground once more and the thought comes to mind as my head hits the floor' I really need to learn how to catch these ponies man' and after another few minutes of extremely tight hugging we both get up and compose ourselves

"Grandfather why did thou not tell us thou was coming we would have prepared for thou's arrival?"

"Well you know that's because your grandm-!"

And then freeze in realization of something very important I sent Nimbus away with my sleeping wife on it before Lulu or Tia can ask me what's wrong I hear and enraged voice yelling out

" HUSBAND!!!"

The only thought I could think of was 'oh shit' and then turn around only for my sight to be obscured by an incoming foot and then everything goes black

*a few minutes earlier*

(??? Pov)

I woke up hearing someone screaming so I choked it up and looked around for my husband to see if he was scaring the locals only for me to see nothing but cloud and then it hits me

"He left me on this Cloud so he could go have his little Adventure."

My eye Began to Twitch in Fury we had talked about this so many times but now he just wouldn't listen well this time he's going to get I then told nimbus to take me to its master as fast as it could and we Sprint right towards a castle I could entirely see it with how fast Nimbus was going but what I did see was an open window so I told it as soon as it gets right in front of the open window to stop and fling me towards my husband and it did just that and right as I was flung off of nimbus I yelled out

"HUSBAND!!!"

My foot then connects with his face sending both of us flying into a wall we end up going through a wall so after a few mins I get up out of the hole in the wall we made and brush myself off I then look up to see a bunch of ponies but the ones that really catch my eye on my two granddaughters who look incredibly startled I then wave to both of them

"Hello deers it's been quite a while."

"G-greetings grandmother."

"H-hi Grandma"

They both greeted me Shaklee but I was unsure why and then turned it back to my husband to see he was already out of the hole in the wall sitting right next to it while rubbing the back of his head

"Jesus Christ my head."

"Well that's what you get for abandoning me to go have an adventure."

"Sorry sorry my bad next time I'll bring you with."

"I'll forgive you if you introduce me to all these young ponies."

My husband then sighs in defeat walks over to me and picks me up

" everyone I would like to introduce to you the first secretary of the Kingdom of Equestria, the first queen of Equestria, and my lovely wife : Carla the neako."

"Charmed to make your acquaintance."

"Oh I like her."

I hear a beautiful voice speak I turn to the direction of the voice to see it's a white pony with dark purple hair ,so I walk over to her and begin to converse talking about normal things such as fashion, culture and art we continue talking for a few minutes until I hear a feminine voice yell out

"Hey!"

Everyone in the room turned around to see a pink alicorn with blue eyes, a purple faded into yellow mane wearing golden regalia with a cutiemark of a gemstone shaped as a heart, as she realize she had everyone's attention she begin to speak

"I mean no disrespect when I say this but. can we please get my wedding back on it was already ruined by those bugs and I do not want to hold it off any longer!"

Ignoreing the pink alicorn, I looked to Shōmei and he looked like he was in deep concentration, he then open his eyes with a large childish smile on his face, he then briskly walked over to her, picked her up and then turned to Celestia saying

"Tia why didn't you tell me you had a kid?!"

At that almost everyone in the room made a very shocked and Confused expression with the exceptions of Luna, Celestia and myself Luna looked like she was just about ready to burst out laughing but Celestia just looked about ready to collapse in shame but my husband did not notice and decided to continue with his little bit of fun

(Shōmei pov)

"-Tia why didn't you tell had a kid?!"

Ignoring all of the looks form the ponies I began to spin around with my new great grand daughter in my arms but I then stopped in realization

("This wedding-

I then looked at my great grandchild and then to a white unicorn stallion in a tux

I then slowly put down my great-grandchild and walked over to the stallion she was to be married to checking is aura I saw nothing wrong with it, so I grab the base of his horn and begin to read his mind to see all of the events of his life and to see if he was worthy or not, after going through all of his memories I decided that he just barely passed the test to be let into the Royal Family, so I let him go and turn to my great-grandchild who looked confused and slightly scared in all honesty.

"Now then with that all done how about we go and retrieve all of your guests and resume your wedding huh?"

All she did was nod in response so I turn to the guards and gave them the order to go retrieve all of the civilians and guests that were here before that's minor interruption, they reluctantly did as I commanded and after a few minutes the wedding was resumed,

being to beings whose existence were lost the time the ponies were incredibly scared of me and my wife exception being the pegasi who were extremely friendly but I have that ability with creatures that can fly, after all I did alter their DNA to allow them to touch clouds and fly so of course they be nice but the rest of the ponies are still terrified so I decided to give them all a little surprise as the wedding was moved into the gardens I grabbed the band that I was playing for the wedding give them new instruments some sheets of music will told them to begin to play, I then found a small plateau had them stand there I then used a bit of magic to amplify my voice and began to sing

After the song all the ponies begin to Sump their hooves to simulate clapping and began yelling out praise so, I gave the band another sheet of music and told them to play that next, I then stepped off the plateau and snapped my fingers causing a poof of smoke around my body and as the smoke cleared everyone saw that I had changed my outfit to a black suit that was surprisingly my size, I then pointed to my wife who was sitting at a table and snapped my fingers causing a poof of smoke to be formed around her and as the smoke cleared everyone saw that her outfit had changed as well she was now wearing a beautiful white dress and then took her by the hand I'm beginning to slow dance as the music started and I began to sing

As the song ended even more cheers and whistles erupted from the crowd that had surrounded us even a few flowers were thrown but like all performances it ended and all the ponies disbursed but that was only because it was time to see the bride and groom off, so I walked over to the carriage that was to take them off to their honeymoon, I hugged Cadence and handed her a necklace but had a bright yellow Jewel that glowed in it and I told her if she ever needed my help it's just simply hold out the necklace and call of my name and I will appear, I'm walking over to Shining armor and we stare at each other for a full minute until I walk over to nimbus reach inside and pull out a katana sword, I then walk over to him and I can see the fear on his face but I can also see the fire in his eyes so I can't him the sword and I then walk off to go sit back down at my table, I hearing audible sigh of relief from Shining but I do not care for it as I go to get some food, after a few minutes I see the carriage start to pull off and I simply way that it knowing they probably can't see me I then going to continue to eat my food only for me the hear the sound of screaming and then turn my head only for my vision to be cut off by flowers that came out of nowhere I then pull the flowers off my face look at them for a second only to hear the sound of hooves steps I turn my head to see the white pony jumping at me while yelling

"Give me my precious!"

"Ohfuckwhy?"

It's all I can say before I got hit and fell over
