Chapters Something has gone wrong. We don't seem to have an archived copy of that chapter. The next day I was in the pool area, scrubbing the bottom of the water-filled pool. I had to also drain the water and fill it with fresh water. I felt a large shove and a magical aura that held me underwater. I thrashed, my eyes shooting open to see Mother holding me under.
She lifted me up for a second, letting me breathe a bit and shiver. Then she shoved me back, slamming my back into the wall at lightning speed.
“You’re still cleaning up the pool, no matter, I have something better,” Mother laid me on the floor, I coughed up water and blood, then I stood slowly, following behind her.
My family was in the kitchen, a bottle of red sauce in Father’s magical grip. “We have something special for you!” Fancy laughed.
“Indeed,” Father smirked, patting his daughter’s back.
“What is it,” Fancy punched me, sending me staggering back.
“Did we do and you to speak?” Fancy asked.
“Anyway,” Mother smiled evilly, “we have here the hottest bottle of hot sauce in Canterlot, we will ask you a question and if you get it wrong we will pour how much we see fit until we’re bored.”
I whimpered, this was a new game of theirs. They got bored sometimes and decided to throw things like this into the mix. Last game, resulted in a terrible ache in my spine that lasted for a week.
“How many ways can you fry an egg,” Father asked after slapping me to get me to look up.
“Three,” I whimpered, “boiled, poached, and deviled.” He nodded in approval, but his look of hate remained.
“Why do you remove the seeds from a pepper,” Fancy asked.
“Too..” I never learned this one, I racked my brain and opened my mouth to answer but she grabbed my jaw, forcing my mouth open and dumping several drops of the sauce into my mouth. She punched me until I swallowed and opened my mouth for proof.
The sauce instantly severed my mouth, I hyperventilated, cold air providing some relief, but that stopped when my mouth was levitated shut. “Do that again and We’ll dump the whole bottle into your mouth.”
“Now,” Father said, “why were you born?”
Father told the story many times, he and Mother came from racist families. They both owned ‘slaves’, but they were really just earth ponies that got paid really low for hard labor. They looked at the ultrasound and found an earth pony in Mother’s stomach. They were so angered that I dared to exist that from the moment I was born I was showed hatred and pain. Mainly from Fancy. I gave a rough copy of that story and passed the question.
“Spell encyclopedia BACKWARDS,” Mother asked.
“A, I, d, e, p, o, c, s—“ I caught my mistake but it didn’t matter. Mother shoved me to the ground and yanked my hair so my head tilted up, she drizzled a long squirt into my mouth, the excessive vinegar in the sauce, along with pepper, made me cringe and squeeze my eyes shut.
My head pounded, a surge of sodium like this could kill me, luckily, Father checked my body with his magic. He laughed, “we could watch out for her blood levels; keyword COULD.”
Fancy smiled to herself, “Starry, how do you stop pasta from clumping together?”
“Easy question, darling,” Mother snickered, reading the white words on the bottle.
“You can separate it,” I said, tentatively. I was rewarded by another filling off hot sauce. This went on for hours, they’d torment me, kicking my ribs, forcing me to the ground, pouring the hot sauce into my eyes and mouth.
They finished as the bottle ran empty, “aww,” fancy cooed, noticing my red, swollen eyes. “You’ll feel better soon!” Her horn gleamed and I felt my eyes and mouth heal, the sting from all of the pain leaving me.
“This is a reminder, to STUDY, maybe you could be invited back into the family if you knew a flying shit,” Father snarled, his tone something eviler than hatred. “Go to your room, and stay there until Fancy gets you.” I trotted to my room slowly, not daring to look back, just keeping my eyes on the marble tiles.
It was raining, no thundering, lighting occasionally striking the ground. I was twelve and shivering under the few blankets they gave me and enjoying the creamy soup I worked together with the scraps of last night’s meal.
Thunder rocked the cage I was in as I sat outside. The rain was cold and the wind was rough, I watched Fancy walked outside, a nice umbrella over her shoulder. “Want to come back inside,” she asked.
“Yes,” I asked quickly.
“Too bad,” she laughed. Then why ask, I wondered. She coughed, apparently she had been coming down with the flu. Good for her I thought. She coughed again, this time spitting out blood. She kept coughing, eyes wide in horror.
“You need to go back inside,” I said, getting close to the bars of the cage.
“Shut up, a stupid -cough- dirt pony -cough- like you, - cough- won’t tell me what to do,” Fancy sneezed, snot shooting out her nose.
I took another sip of my soup, enjoying the warm feeling in my stomach, her magic snatched the liquid started out the bowl, she began sipping from it like a cloud of gas. She was repulsed by my cooking, but she stomached it nevertheless.
“It’s your fault I’m sick,” she whizzed.
“What did I do,” I shouted, standing up for myself, I’d feel fed up from time to time in my youth and took a stand against it every now and again. She dragged my prison out in the middle of the field.
The sky flashed a bright white, “get inside Fancy, it’s not safe.” I begged.
“Shut up, leave me alone,” Fancy said, dragging the cage father. I squeezed my eyes shut, anger boiling in my chest. Suddenly lightning struck the wet ground, the current traveled through the wet grass and nipped Fancy all over. She wailed, causing Father and Mother to rush out quickly.
“What happened,” Father asked.
“Starry got me shocked by lighting,” Fancy cried.
“Lighting, are you sure,” Mother asked, raising a brow.
“Yes, it only hurt me, it didn’t hurt her,” she cried.
“Oh dear,” Mother glared, “Starry Spoon go to your room, she said opening the cage. As I left the empty bowl of soup was thrown at the back of my head, it smashed and glared turning around to stare down Fancy and our parents.
My hair lifted into the air as if not affected by gravity, my eyes turned whiter than snow. I laughed evilly as my parents faces flushed white and as Fancy cowered behind my Mother’s legs.
My flank flashed displaying a white bolt of lighting. Just then as I got ready to raise my power Father shot a spell at me to knock me unconscious. I think about that moment every night, how I brought fear upon my parents and sister for once. And how each time I recall it, it feels like i’m not supposed to know that. And after I woke up my cutie mark changed for the bolt to a wooden spoon.
Strange.

The next day, I was calm, I never talked without somepony asking me to, I never did anything but sit in my room. Of course, Mother and Father still found reasons to torment me, and dishes and plates still found their way to the ground. They figured that if they put a magical field on the door then I couldn’t leave. One touch sent unbearable melodies of pain through me. I was truly stuck.
I kept my head down as I followed behind Fancy to the market. I had just been shocked moments ago, and she promised it would be much worse if she caught me looking up. We headed to a Book Signing next, part of Fancy’s and Mother’s jobs was to write paid reviews for Canterlot’s finest restaurants. They published all their reviews in one book and now Fancy was going to sign them, for a steep price of course.
And I had to stay in a locked room in a cold room. There was a one way window, allowing me to see her and her to see me with magic. She checked on me repeatedly, her horn glowing as she stared at seemingly nothing.
We headed home quickly, and I laid on the carpet. Bracing for the pain that I knew was coming. But inside I felt a sharp poke in my ribs, “get up.” The voice was odd, the voice fluttery almost. I opened my eyes, seeing a unicorn, the same height as Fancy. She had a yellow mane and tail, white fur, purple eyes and a a butcher knife engulfed in purple fire branded onto her flank.
“What…” I trailed off, standing.
Father pointed a hoof to the new mare, “meet your new sister. Sun, she was adopted yesterday . Sun knows all about the collar you're wearing and how to activate it, she also knows about your abuse. Sun here, finds it fun, and she can’t wait to join in!”
“Indeed Father,” Sun cooed, pacing around me. The collar around my neck suddenly tightened, I could still breathe, but it dug deep into my neck. “I’ve been waiting for this day! I HATE earth ponies! So. Bucking Much.”
Sun closed her eyes, “earth ponies have one thing going for them; their strong, made for plowing fields and bucking fruit. But when they use that strength to bully other orphans… You see my orphan mates would bully me, throwing me around, taking what little food I could find. Abusing you will be my revenge, and of course,” she chuckled, the laugh sending shivers down my spine. “I’ll find the main one that tormented me and let him take the role of victim along side you.”
Her eyes shot open, her horn blazing as my body light in extreme agony.I was panting, now lying on my back. I felt my hooves being raised up, exposing my flank. I sobbed as she beat my flanks. On a list of worst ponies in my family to give beatings, my father was high on the list, and right now father had some tough competition. She let my hooves fall and stood.
“HAHAHA!” Sun said, crackles firing through the air, the gears in my collar churned, straining to keep up with how much pressure they were put through. I sobbed, not from the pain. But from the sheer fact that they were willing to go to such extremes to punish me. Sun was all the me I could be. Bold, strong, willing, determined. As they left to go out to eat as a family, and as I cried myself to sleep. I knew I was in deeper trouble.
I was crying silently, Sun was much more harsh and less merciful than the others. Her beatings were long and painful, and when she was done, she switched hooves, continuing. Then after that she would bring out a whip, a broom, anything she needed. Those beating could go on for hours.
I was gripped the sheets in my mouth, Sun had used her whip, a broom, and a book. Now she was using a whip again. I begged for her to stop, but she didn’t. Finally there was a knock at the door, my saving grace.
“Time for Cooking Club,” came the sweet voice of my Mother. It was rare for me to hear that. Sun yanked me off the bed and lifted her broom, the only thing she brought from her orphanage. It was metal, with steel bristles.
I was nine years old. Fancy had just gotten into the idea of abusing me. And she had just started practicing her magic. On top of that, she got her cutie mark, something that I had gotten before her.
She entered the room, her short but neat hair was tied in ponytails. Her horn glowed, “get over here, NOW.” Her squeaky voice shouted. I stood quickly, I behaved for her, or get punished by Father.
She slapped the top of my head, “on you’re knees.” I got into a kneeling position. Fancy took long strides to her school bag. After lifting the flap, and shifting through all of her torture devices, so plainly skewed with her class supplies. She brought a whip to her face.
The handle was smooth, almost velvet, made to bring pleasure to the one holding it, but not the one getting whipper, as the whip string was thin metal, and studded like barbed wire. Her grinned, letting the whip drop and dangle in the air.
She suddenly lashed out, jerking her hoof back, whipping me many times. Little slits of red forming on my blue fur. Her whipped me again, her horn sparkled as she dropped the whip, levitating me with some difficulty, but throwing me at a painting on the wall all the same.
She lifted the paddle, spanking my flank until it was beet red. “Fancy, dinner is ready,” Mother sang, saving me from Fancy’s wrath, or so I thought.
“Alright,” She pulled my curtains back, revealing the yard, nopony could look in from the outside because of the tall shrubs, and the mansion we lived in was tucked so far in a gated community, nopony bothered us. The window them slide open. She wrapped my front hooves in rope, then my back hooves, she then thrusted me out the window.
I shouted, the impact was sudden and severe. I then tumbled down a small hill, watching the window shut. Father was startled by my sudden toss.
“Oh lord,” Father said, setting aside his newspaper, and placed his mug of coffee on top of it. He hovered me towards him, “did Fancy get too rough with you?”
I nodded. Was he going to punish her? He dropped me to the ground, my head thudding against the ground. “Well, good, now get back to your chores, maybe then I’ll heal you. Go ask your mother to heal you, and I found out, and I’ll kill you, then who will heal you then?” He asked, chuckling at the look of fear in my eyes.
“Yes, Father,” I trotted off, at least I didn’t need to bear Fancy’s wrath anymore.
I was a toy, a toy for their amusement. I had given up on escaping, but I still was sane. Fancy and Sun had gone out for drinks at a local bar, Father was playing pool and drinking beers with his stallion friends in the basement, I was sure that they had ordered a few prostitutes, and Mother was at a club with her friends dancing the night away. They were all having fun.
They had locked me in a cage, somewhere in the mansion. It was cold and sometimes a slight jolt would wake me up. Throughout the next the only company I had was my mind, which was slowly rotting away.

“HAHAHAHA!” Sun and Fancy said as they took turned shocking me. Pain sent
“This is rich,” Sun stated, focusing her magic.
“We ARE rich!” Fancy laughed. “Come on...let’s put ALL our magic into it!”
“NO! NO!” I begged, but it was too late. I screamed a throat-shredding scream, it felt like my skin was being boiled off, then my exposed flesh was being stabbed by a knife. When the magic stopped, I was gasping for air.
“You know, Father has planned another test for you. I won’t tell you the subject, but you better study, or else.” Sun explained, smoothing my mane.
“Why?” I asked, but the collar was fried up again. The jolts firing through my body hurt like Tartarus but they also seemed to make me stronger.
“Nopony asked you to speak,” she spat. “Now go and clean my bedroom!”
“And then all the bathrooms,” Fancy added. There were five bathrooms in the house. I peed into a bowl, then I had to drink it up. As nasty as that was, it was preferable to than the other options they had.
“Then come to the living room and we’ll decide what to do with you,” Sun said with a grin. She sure was loving her new life. They turned and left, and I was already in tears. I sighed and hurried to do what I had to.
Mother and Father’s bedroom was the largest and on the top of three floors, it was very open plan. The bed in the middle of the room, tall dark oak wood posts embedded in the floor and ceiling, curtains sweeping around the bed for privacy.
I vacuumed the floor and cleaned the windows then the bathroom. Scrubbing the toilets, then the shower. I thought Fancy would enjoy seeing me cleaning the bathroom, but she was furious.
“Cunt,” Fancy spat, “we said bedroom, not bathroom, run along.”
"And do start following directions," Sun snickered.

Chapter 9
Today, my family were going into the mountains for a camping trip. Alone in the mountains, coming close to nature, perfect for them, not for me. Maybe, if I was lucky I’d get mauled by a bear.
They went canoeing, punching and slapping me when the guide wasn’t looking. Then hiked into the mountains, I had carried all the bags and firewood.
They slept in a large tent with comfortable cots. While, I resided on a tough log in the rain. I was freezing under the single blanket they gave me. They were inside the nice and warm tent, eating s'mores and telling campfire stories. A chain collar was wrapped around my neck so I couldn’t run.
Suddenly, Fancy walked out an empty bag of marshmallows, chocolate, and crackers in her magic. She threw them away in a trash bin feet from me and giggled, rushing back inside the tent. At least she was happy I guess.
I dragged myself up, tugging the chain to reach the trash bin. I yanked the marshmallow bag out and suckled the marshmallow bits stuck inside, then the cracker box, then the chocolates. They also roasted hot carrots, so I got to snack on the buns.
...
The next day was hell, I got a bad cold and every time I coughed, I was electrocuted. They had planned white water rafting. It was an exciting trip, zipping down the rivers of Canterlot Woods. I sat in the back, they had no real reason to torment me with this ride, so i got to enjoy myself a bit. However, I didn’t have a life jacket so each tumble sent my brain into overdrive, thinking I would fly right out and die.
The boat was lead to the shore, a beach, it seemed to be. Many ponies relaxed on towels, or played in the sand and sea.
Sun grinned, levitating the bags over to me, they were soaked, but luckily the insides were dry. I was made to unfold everything and put up the tent. Fancy released the clasps of her life jacket and trotted over to me.
“This is the life,” Mother said, as I was forced to put sunscreen on her, only after rubbing up Fancy. After that we packed up and got ready to leave. I cried, the pain too much, to much to bear.
My parents heaved about ten boxes onto my back, with their magic of course, the sharp stabs were so bad. “I can’t hold it…” I cried.
“Do it,” Father wrapped thin rope around the boxes and my stomach, purposely snitching it tight. It kept the boxes on my back, and the pain was real.
“And it will determine how you spend your next seventy two hours,” Mother laughed as she walked off. Would they really let me go for three days if I did this? The sharp jabs were nothing as I emptied many cans and goods into their bomb shelter. Why they had a bomb shelter or were stocking it was beyond me.
I came up from the basement to see everyone snickering at me. A unicorn stallion with strong hooves sat on the couch next to Sun and Fancy as they played Jenga. No...I had enough experience from Sun. He was either a victim or tormentor. But since he was a unicorn he was definitely a tormentor.
“Remember when I said how you spent your next seventy two hours,” Mother chuckled. “This is Rick...and he’s your new master.”
“He’s my brother,” Sun smiled. “But not from the same orphanage,” she noted.
“Permission to speak,” I asked.
“Granted,” Father glared.
“Are you going to let anymore ponies come in and torture me?” I asked, only to be electrocuted by Father. Jolts rose from my neck to the tips of my hooves. I wailed, crying as Rick laughed at me. The pain stopped, allowing my chest to heave.
“That information is not your concern,” Father spat. Rick stood up, his voice was low and commanding.
“I’m ready for this,” Rick licked his lips. He levitated out a box full of tools, and heaved it onto the table. His strong arms had no problem with the box. “You all just watch, this isn’t the first dirt pony I’ve had.”
“Don’t cause any lethal damage,” Fancy warned. “This sheets are hard to wash,” she added instantly dispelling any idea I had that she cared for my well being at all.
“I’m rich, i’ll replace it,” he muttered, reaching in a getting a hacksaw. NO! I screamed and bolted to the door, my hooves pounding against the tile. One touch of that door would paralyze me, so I went for the window. I bucked at it, feeling the bullet-proof glass creak but not give away. I bucked again, however I dropped feeling waves after waves of electricity rise through me.
Rick cackled as he slowly trotted to me. All that pain from one pony? He shook his head, “so dumb, I reinforced those windows before my visit.”
Fancy smiled as I was dragged back, now eating an entire both of sugar cookies. “You know, tomorrow is my birthday.”
“So this is my present to you then,” Rick grinned. He placed the hacksaw against my knee, I tensed bracing for the pain. It came hard. He grinded the blades into my kneecap, blood splattering onto the white carpet.
“May I help,” Sun stood up, smile playing her lips. She took a hammer and used the back to rip my mouth open. She began to smash my teeth out, blood filling my mouth and I spat it onto the ground, earning myself a punch.
He detached my leg and set it aside, moving to my next one. All I could do was scream and thrash in agony as my limbs were removed and tossed aside. Sun successfully removing all my teeth and were digging in my gums to pull out the roots. She even yanked my wisdom teeth out, those haven’t even sprouted yet.
I was now just a stump, truly helpless to whatever cruel fate they had designed for me.

Chapter 1
My mother was a famous chef, and so was my dad. They were unicorns and I was an earth pony. My parents hated that, they hated me. They beat me and abused me every day when I did fail or mess up, it was worse. They had a daughter before me that WAS a unicorn, she hated me even more. My sister’s name was Fancy Meals and my name was Starry Spoon. They loved abusing me, the pain was my only friend, the only thing I had to look forward to…
I was sobbing, as usual, as Fancy beat my flank. I would struggle if it wasn’t for the magic surrounding me.
“Your lucky I have homework to do,” Fancy said, she as the only one allowed to leave by herself. Or even at all. She relaxed her magic and left, I laid there...in pain. Not even a second later my Dad came in, his posture was straight. And he looked angry, and he stormed in.
“YOU INSOLENT BRAT! YOU BROKE ANOTHER PLATE!”
“IT WASN’T ME IT WAS FANCY! PLEASE BELIEVE ME!”
“She would never do that,” He said and levitated me onto the floor hard. He levitated a bowtie around my neck and tightened it as tight as his magic would allow. I was choking and tried to untie the bow tie, but he levitated my hooves back. He waited until I passed out to untie and left. When I woke up, Mother was standing in front of me, a bowl of hot soup in her magic.
“Try it, it’s a new recipe,” she levitated a spoon over to my mouth and I sipped it. I was forced to try their creations, some were good but most...weren’t. I gagged, it was awful!
“It’s...good,” I lied.
She stood over me, “well it more!” She forced me to eat it all until I vomited on her. Her magic forced my vomit from her fur and back into my nose and mouth, each drop plucked from the roots of her posh coat.
She punched me, “I guess my soup wasn’t as good as I thought. Oh well, I used pee after all.” She got up and I ran to the bathroom to throw up, it could've been worse. It could've been much worse.
It was a week of screwups that led to pain and agony until my parents and my sister were tired of it. The first was out at some fancy gala, I begged a mare to distract my parents so I could run, the spell cast on me only allowing murmurs and mumbles instead of convincing words, the mare turned up her nose in disgust and I was punished by drinking the water in the toilets.
The next was at the park, they told me to stay still, but when they left to go to the bathroom, I bolted. They found me too quickly and when I got home, I couldn’t sit for weeks.
I was in my room reading and then they came inside, a present falling onto my lap. It was wrapped in gold paper, an expense that ‘big’ would cost me my hide.
“Unwrap it!” Fancy said, they never celebrated my birthday, all I got on that day was painful reminders of my existence. I unwrapped it and inside was a red bowtie it felt like something was in it.
Mother smiled in anticipation, “put it on. NOW.” I raised it to my neck and it latched itself in place, I pulled at it but it couldn’t come off, and it never would.
“You failed us more than ever,” Father began. “It’s a dog collar we fused with a bowtie, it can track you, so escaping is even more impossible. We been far too lenient with you and now it’s time to collect your debt to all of us.”
“This collar will send a controlled shock through your system, the sensitivity is dependent on how much magic we use.” Fancy added, she readied her horn for use, an aura shimmering around it.
Mother said, “we gave you a pound of flesh and now we want it back, tenfold!” I screamed as my body convulsed, invisible pins pricking my skin, it was white hot agony then quickly, freezing cold. It electricity stopped, allowing me to breathe.
“Please...Fancy...stop them!” I pleaded, seconds later the electricity started up again. Only worse, since all three parties were using all their magic. It felt like my skin was being boiled off. I attempted to stand but the pain was far too great. All I could do was wail in a kneeling stance.
They relaxed their magic. Fancy kicking me onto my side.
“I hope you finally learn to behave,” Father said. “Fancy, can now punish you for ANYthing, she wants, you have lost your use as a pony, or as anything.”
Fancy grinned, and grabbed me by the chin, bringing our faces close, “it’s gonna be a long night, Starry .” She spat at the end.
Sun was just what my family needed, she was strict, very strict. She forced me to be their maid, servant, and she forced me to do anything they asked.
“Go polish my pans!” Fancy ordered, her horning glowing, she used it to shift my bowtie. It was a hidden threat, ‘do as I say or else.’
After I was done she levitated me to my feet. The collar sent a jolt of electricity through my system. I left crying, soon I ran into Father.
He punched my chest, causing me to fall. He used his magic to drag me down the hall by my tail, once he reached his room. My chest was heaving, and I trembled. He tied me together with a handy rope that he kept close.
If I was outside my room without anypony, then whoever found me was here to have their way with me. I was nothing more than I toy for their amusement.
Mother found me, she scoffed, and untied my ropes. I dared not move.
“Get out!!!” She shouted but before I could move, the collar fired up. And I sobbed in pain, after a minute or two she stopped. I got up trembling like an earthquake, and left. I went to my room and collapsed on my bed.
My lungs ached and I felt my eyes roll upward. I awoke to my family shaking me hard, apparently the lights had gone out and it was pitch black darkness, however as I awoke the lights slowly buzzed on.
“Oh Celestia,” Mother cried.
“You will be punish severely for that,” Father barked.
“For what, I don’t get it,” suddenly my neck was being crushed under my Father’s hooves. I choked, pain traveling down my spine from the collar. The sheet was wrapped tightly around my neck, restricting movement to zero.
“What happened, like, are we going to talk about that,” Sun asked.
“Starry gets like this sometimes, she messes with the electricity,” Father shook his head.
“From her room,” Sun asked. “Then how-”
“PLEASE SUN!” Fancy pleaded, “stop..”
