Rarity is a famous detective who likes to work alone. When her boss, Sunset Shimmer, gives her a very fresh assistant, Rarity knew that she wouldn't be able to be mean and rude to her.

As they go on cases, Rarity learns that the poor girl attracts hostage-takers, kidnappers and perverts and it's up to her to teach the girl what is wrong due to her innocence. What will come of this?
