Breaking Monotony

You entered my life so suddenly, like a car wreak you were loud and impossible to turn away from. You offered to be a confidant when I needed some one the most and you never expected anything in return. There was a smile on your face as you constantly bounced between groups of people, always checking on how they were doing, some might call you selfless. I thought you were the worst.

I think you were lonelier than everyone else, especially me.
