She was quite short, actually she was very short, barely taller than a 12 year old, she wears a pink mob cap over her short light blue hair, in conjunction with a pink dress with bright red trimming. On her back a pair of black bat-like wings could be seen and her eyes were bright red. And she was being beaten up by her little sister while taking her to see the ponies of Equestria. Well, that was awkward. Because, you see… The day before. “What!? Flan became small again!?” shouted a shocked Remilia. On the receiving end of the shouting was her friend, Patchouli Knowledge. A shut in magician with dark purple hair and eyes, was wearing pink pajama-like clothing and a night cap. “It seems like it, it’s like what now? The fourth time this year?” She replied Remilia let out a sigh, “any idea of what could have caused it this time?” she asked while taking a sip of her tea. “I’m not too sure about that Remi. There are no amulets from Reimu, no strange mushrooms from Marisa, no experimental potions from Eirin, there’s nothing pointing to anyone as the culprit. It’s just like all the other times; Flan just seems to shrink for no reason.” Patchouli explained while sipping on her own tea. “Well, I’m not complaining, after all, this gives me the chance to hug her adorable little b-“ Remilia was interrupted by something latching at her hand. *Chomp* when she looked at her hand she saw little Flan bitting it. Her little body no bigger than two feet tall, wears a red skirt with a red vest and a pink shirt under it, in her head a pink mob cap over her short blonde hair that is tied up in a long ponytail on the side her head, her back showed a pair of strange wings, those seemed to be made of metal and had various crystals of different colors hanging on them. Remilia just looked at her with a blank expression for a few seconds until her brain caught up with what was happening. You could expect to feel a great deal of pain if you get your hand bitten by something with sharp teeth, but no Remilia, nope. She did totally not scream of the top of her lungs, nope. Don’t believe what the ice fairy says, she’s an idiot. This brings us to the current situation. Remilia was making her way towards the place Rinna told her was the best way to face her situation. ‘You can take her with my friend Twilight in Ponyville, her castle is not hard to find and she’s a purple Alicorn, which means she has the horn of a unicorn and the wings of a pegasus. She can probably come up with a plan to help with Flan myu.’ Remilia remembered these words, but she hated something about this world. “It’s so sunny! Why is it so sunny!?” she whined under her parasol. “Uuuuu.” Flan said with a nod and a look of disgust at the shiny scenery. Remilia noticed her little sister agreeing with her, “Flan!” she said happily while hugging Flan. The latter of course was no happy with this. *Chomp* she bit Remilia’s head. “AHHHH!” Every single pony that was close suddenly ran off. After various bites and ponies not even attempting to look their way anymore, Remilia finally got to the castle. Something to point out would be that Remilia was a mess; her dress was torn on different places and had marks of teeth on her skin, but those shortly disappeared. Anyways on the entrance of the “castle” she could see the purple winged unicorn, she seemed to be waiting for someone. ‘Rinna probably told her about our little visit. Well, this would make things easier.’ She thought. Twilight was waiting Rinna’s friend just outside the doors of her castle. ‘I wonder what kind of po- ahem “person,” Rinna’s friend is.’ She had been there waiting for a couple of minutes now. ‘Twilight, a friend of mine is in need of help for a situation involving her little sister myu, her name is Remilia Scarlet she look similar to me physically without my cat ears of course myu. But she likes to wear a pink dress and has bat-like wings on her back. I told her to go pay you a visit to see if you can come up with a solution, I hope it’s not an inconvenience myu.’ Twilight remembered that part of the conversation. ‘I’ll never consider a request from Rinna an inconvenience, she has done so much for us, and so it’s time for me to pay her kindness back by helping her friend!. Magical Vision is such a useful device, being able to speak with her directly without being next to each other is nice, but I miss having her around.’ She shook her head a few times, ‘no Twilight, is not time to get sad about it, you have a task at hoof!’ Then she saw a peculiar being getting closer to her, she recognized the wings and the pink dress immediately but was taken aback by the state of her clothing, concerned she approached. “Are you ok miss?” she asked with the worry that somepony may have attacked her. Remilia didn’t expect that, “I’m fine, this is nothing to worry about.” She said before snapping her fingers. What Twilight saw could only be described as “she blurred up”, before being focused again, but this time with her dress looking as good as new! It was even sparkling! “I take that you may be Rinna’s friend Twilight, right? You fit the description she gave me.” Remilia then noticed the wide eyed stare and agape mouth the pony was giving her, “is something wrong?” Twilight took note of those words and shook her head to get rid of her thoughts, “Oh… Oh! Right! I mean yes, I’m Twilight Sparkle, I’m sorry for ‘that’ it was just the first time I saw something like it.” “Think nothing of it, I looked terrible and that wasn’t a fitting way to present myself. Speaking of which, I should do that, I’ am Remilia Scarlet but I think Rinna probably mentioned that if she had a talk with you like I suppose she did. I apologize for my previous appearance, but I had quite a rough trip on my way here.” Remilia gave a courteous bow. “Yes, Rinna did indeed mention your name on yesterday’s talk Miss Remilia, and don’t apologize for something out of your control. But, and I hope it’s not a bother to you, may I ask if somepony assaulted you?” Twilight asked while looking around to see if that was the case. Remilia was confused by the term “somepony” ‘That’s rather selfish if what Rinna said is true and they aren’t the only sentient species here, oh well.’ “No, no one assaulted me; I actually manipulated fate to avoid any uncomfortable encounters until I got to meet you.” Remilia explained when something tiny jumped to the ground behind her, but still covered by the parasol’s shadow. “Oh, I see…” Twilight stopped looking around before noticing something about what Remilia just said. “I beg your pardon but, can you repeat that last part please Miss Remilia? I think I misheard you.” “I’m sorry Miss Sparkle, but I have little time in my hands today, so I’ll be glad if we can get to the point of this meeting.” Remilia said while stepping aside to reveal the little figure behind her. “This is my little sister Flandre Scarlet, isn’t she cu-” she got interrupted. *Chomp* Flan bit her leg. Twilight looked quite charmed by the little thing at first but that killed the mood. It wasn’t necessary to say that a scream of pain was heard short after. Some minutes of explanation later at which Flan just run pass Twilight and entered the castle. Twilight considered her options on the matter, “So, let me get this straight Miss Remilia, you want me to help Flandre to get pass her bite habit?” Remilia nodded. “That’s doesn’t seem too hard to do, I’ve read some book about the topic.” Remilia showed a devious smile that let her long fangs being visible. Twilight’s reaction was quick and stepped back some. “Well, if you are so confident then by all means go ahead Miss Twilight.” Remilia turned to leave, but gave a last look at Twilight. “Before I forget, Flan is going to stay here until I get a report saying that her habit is under control, I made myself clear Miss Twilight?” she said while giving Twilight a look. ‘Those eyes… that expression… why is she looking at me like she wants to eat me!?’ this was Twilight thought process; her body was slightly trembling under Remilia’s gaze. Twilight was nervous, “Y-yes M-miss Remilia, very clear.” She managed to say. Remilia said nothing as she made her way to leave Ponyville. When she was outside of Twilight’s line of sight, she let out a sigh of relief, ‘she sure has an intimidating presence when she’s serious, Rinna just what kind of ponies are you friends with?’ Stepping inside the castle Twilight saw Spike looking for her with Flan in tow. “Oh Twi, is this our special guest?” Spike asked with a smile. “Yes, she is. Her name is Flandre Scarlet, her sister Miss Remilia asked us to help her with a little problem.” “Flandre?” Spike thought for a moment, “Does it annoy you if I call you Flan?” He asked. “Uuuuu.” Flan said while throwing her arms up and showing a smile which Spike returned. “Are you sure she has a problem, Twi? She seems pretty nice to me.” Spike pat Flan’s head she seemed to enjoy it. “Well, you have a point there, Spike. She seems docile enough.” Twilight approached the other two, she lifted a hoof to pet Flan too, “Right? Fl-” *Chomp* Flan bit Twilight’s hoof. Twilight’s hoof has been broken. At that moment a very mocking laugh could be heard in the distance. Author's Note Welp new thingy, let's see how this one does. Day 1View OnlineChibi Flan's FoalsitterDay 1“AHH!” Twilight flailed her front leg in an attempt to break it free from the bear trap that was Flan’s maw. But that only encouraged Flan press her teeth tighter. “Spike, do something!” she shouted. “What do you want me to do!? You’re flailing your hoof way too much; I can’t get a grip off her!” Twilight used her magic in a desperate attempt to take Flan off her hoof. She pulled and pulled to no avail, all she managed was to make Flan put more pressure. “Flan! Stop please!” Spike pleaded. Strangely Flan complied with Spike’s plea and let go of Twilight’s hoof, just to get tossed away from another flail of her leg. Spike noticed and made a run to catch Flan, with a jump he managed to catch her before she hit the floor. He let go a sigh of relief. “That was close.” Meanwhile Twilight was blowing on her hoof with the hope that this could reduce the pain. The hoof in question had very noticeable teeth-marks. “Are you ok, Twi?” Spike asked concerned. Composing herself a little, Twilight looked at the two. “I’ll be fine Spike, but why did she do that?” her hoof still hurt. “I don’t know, maybe she thought you were going to attack her or something.” He guessed. Flan just ignored her and began to go deeper inside the castle. “Where is she going?” Twilight asked in confusion. Without a response they saw Flan turn in a corner. “Let’s follow her Spike, she could get lost.” “Sure, but don’t do anything hasty Twi, she could get the wrong idea.” While chasing Flan, Twilight asked, “What do you mean by that Spike?” “Let just catch up with her, and try to talk it out. There’s no need to force her to stop or she could get mad again.” Spike explained. Then they noticed something, no matter how much they chased behind her, they never caught up. Some minutes later. Twilight stopped caring and just made a run for it, “Flan, stop already!” she ordered. Flan turned in another corner, but before going she blew a raspberry at Twilight. Twilight’s mane was starting to get messy as she galloped as fast as she could to catch the little devil. Spike face palmed, (face clawed?) “So much for not doing hasty things.” He said to himself as he tried to catch up with his short legs. Turning the corner Spike saw Twilight cornering Flan, this raised some red flags in his head. “AH HA! I caught you, now please be a good filly and come with me.” Twilight's voice sounded kind of creepy, and her mane didn’t help with the looks. Flan just stared at her uninterested and crossed her arms. “Come on, let’s move on and start your therapy,” Twilight said taking a step forward. Flan now was staring at her warily; she didn’t trust this pony in the slightest. “Twilight stop!” Spike shouted while finally catching up, “jeez you two run fast.” He tried to regain his breath. “Not now Spike, she has to learn to listen to her foalsitter.” “Twilight.” “Now Flan let’s go,” she took another step forward. Flan’s gaze got sharper. “Twilight!” Spike shouted. “What!” she shouted back surprising Spike. But he held his ground, “You’re making her feel uncomfortable!” “Well, if she just listened to me then this shouldn’t be happening!” “You’re trying to rush things! This is not how you gain her trust, Twi!” “Oh, ok then! Since you’re the expert here, tell m-” *Slap* at that moment Flan hit Twilight in the face with giant paper fan that had written “Shut up already!” on the side she struck her with. Even Spike winced a little like he got hit too. Flan the let out a “hmmph” and approached Spike. “Uuu…” she said while putting her hands on her stomach. Spike was confused but then heard a soft grumbling coming from her, “Are you hungry?” he asked. Flan nodded. “Ok, let’s go to the kitchen to grab something to eat then.” He looked at the dazed Twilight. But before he could say something to her Flan started dragging him, “Hey Flan, wait.” But she didn’t listen and keep dragging him leaving a still dazed Twilight behind. More minutes later. Twilight teleported to the kitchen and Spike was making some sandwiches, Flan was sitting in a chair close to the table. Where did she got the chair is up to debate, but that wasn’t what Twilight had in her mind right now. “Why are you so stubborn in not listening to me!?” Twilight shouted at Flan. She ignored her. “Twi, didn’t you learn yet that she isn’t going to listen to you if you keep that attitude towards her?” Spike said while leaving the sandwiches on the table. Twilight shoot him a glare. “Just saying,” he put his claw in front of him defensively. Flan tried to grab a sandwich but a purple glow engulfed the plate putting it out of her range. She frowned and looked at Twilight who had a playful smile. “Well, well, well, I wonder what should I do with these sandwiches?” Twilight said while wobbling the plate in her magic. Flan pouted. Spike face palmed again, “Well, I tried.” He said to Flan. Flan gave him a sympathetic look. “Come now Flan, I’ll let you get some if you cooperate with me here; I just want to help you.” Flan looked conflicted, but the grumbling of her stomach made her give up. So she nodded to Twilight. “Good, there you go.” Twilight said while putting the plate in front of Flan. She had a sense of victory for some reason. Soon enough Flan was munching on one cheese sandwich. Twilight took one for her in her magic but noticed Spike giving her a look, “What?” “That was low, Twilight.” He sounded disappointed. “Spike, she has been more stubborn than Applejack.” Spike rolled his eyes, “Right, whatever.” Even more minutes later. The three got to the library, Flan did it begrudgingly. Twilight looked at her, “Don’t be that way Flan, you pushed me to that extreme.” The other two rolled their eyes. “Well then, let’s start your lessons.” Twilight said while floating a book in front of her. Flan looked at the title, “Tips for foal education.” Her eye twitched. Spike stepped back, ‘I don’t want to be at other end of that glare, nope.’ Twilight being oblivious of the situation was looking for something to start, “let’s see, what if we try something simple? Like the positives of patience.” Suddenly the book exploded. “Wha…” Twilight didn’t have the time to complete her thought or move away for that matter. *Chomp* Twilight’s wing has been broken. Meanwhile in Canterlot’s Castle, Princess Celestia was looking for her guest, when a letter appeared. Then she unrolled the scroll to rea- “AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!” she heard the most certainly loudest scream in her life. Her ears were ringing and she went ‘mawp’ to herself, she let out a tired sigh, it was too late to be bothered by this. Day 2View OnlineChibi Flan's FoalsitterDay 2Rarity was trotting towards Twilight’s castle to ask for Spike to help her dig some gems. The scream she heard yesterday ruined a perfectly fine dress that was almost completed, and she ran out of materials. Still the voice sounded familiar to her, but it was too loud to figure out. When she got there she knocked at the door elegantly… Yes, I don’t get it either. Rarity heard some noises inside the closed doors. ‘Hmm, that sounds like… things getting tossed?’ That was when the doors opened and a bandaged Twilight got out and quickly closed the door, moments later stuff hitting the door could be heard. Rarity gasped, Twilight had bandages on her left fore hoof, on her right wing and on her forehead. “Twilight darling, what happened to you?” “Well I had a emm… kind of an accident, yes that’s it!” she said in a rush while using her magic to keep the door shut. “What kind of accident? It looks serious.” The two winced at something hitting the door with force. Twilight put a nervous smile, “nothing serious Rarity, what brings you here?” The door kept getting hit by something. “Twilight,” Rarity addressed her, “What’s happening in there?” “You worry not Rarity, is nothing I can’t handle.” Twilight started to sweat. “That’s not what I asked, darling.” Rarity said while giving Twilight a deadpan look. “Flan, please stop.” They heard Spike’s voice behind the door, suddenly the strikes at the door stopped. “Come on Flan, let’s get some breakfast.” Twilight let out a sigh of relief, but she still had to deal with Rarity. “It seems that some explaining is needed, Twilight.” Rarity raised an eye-brow. “So, who is this, Flan? Darling.” Giving up to her fate… ‘Wait a second… fate?’ ‘I manipulated fate to avoid any uncomfortable encounters.’ She remembered that vague explanation. ‘What if… this is Remilia’s doing…’ She thought. “Twilight? Twilight, are you ok? Dear.” Rarity asked after seeing her friend spacing out. “Oh,” Twilight noticed this and shook her head to clear her thoughts. “Sorry about that Rarity, and you see…” Twilight was currently sulking in her room, because what happened wasn’t what she expected. After explaining the situation to Rarity, Twilight asked if she could help with Flan, at which Rarity accepted. Everything was fine and Twilight warned Rarity about Flan’s aggressive behavior. But what happened when the two met for the first time? Flan behaved nicely with Rarity! Twilight couldn’t believe what she was seeing. Flan, the little vampyre that bit her twice and hit her with a thick book on the head, was behaving docile with her friend while still ignoring her at the same time. Even if Rarity was hesitant at first, she still took a like for the little thing and when she asked Spike if he could help her dig some gems, Flan wanted to go too! How could this be? What was Twilight doing wrong? “I don’t understand!!!” she shouted in frustration. Meanwhile in the mountain, Rarity was using her gem detection spell to signal the spots for Spike to dig the gems. Flan was just hanging around for a while, but got bored and decided to do something too, so she approached one of the points with gems and blew a hole in the ground to reveal and grab them. Rarity’s jaw hit the floor, but recovered when saw Flan showing her the gems, she put a smile and pointed at the cart Spike had to carry the gems, “Put them in there, dear.” Flan returned the smile and went and threw the gems in there, then went to the other marks to get more. “Spikey, do you know what that was?” Rarity whispered. “I don’t know, she can’t talk like us, and Twilight didn’t ask anything related to Flan to her big sister for what I heard.” He whispered back. Flan was too focused on making the ground into Swiss cheese to pay them any mind. They then saw the gems being tossed perfectly into the cart. Rarity giggled some, “at least she seems to be enjoying herself.” “Well, after what happened yesterday, she needed something to distract herself.” “I still can’t believe Twilight did something like that.” Rarity looked concerned. “Flan made sure that she doesn’t try to force things on her, she is kind of temperamental.” Then they saw a couple of big paws grabbing Flan and taking her into the bushes. “Spikey, were those…” Rarity said shocked. “Yup, the diamond dogs.” Spike sat down and relaxed some. “What do you think you are doing Spike? We have to save her from those brutes!” Spike waved a dismissive claw at her, “I don’t think she needs our help at all, just look.” He said pointing at the bushes. Rarity was not happy with Spike’s care-free attitude on this situation but complied. She could see the movement and rumbling noises behind the bush and some groaning, ‘what in Celestia’s sun is happening in there?’ She thought. Then came the screaming, “GET IT OFF ME!” *Chomp x5* The diamond dogs have been broken. A couple of hours later. Rarity and Flan were on her boutique, Spike had to go back to the castle after carrying the cart. “You really got dirty out there, darling.” Rarity said eyeing Flan’s clothes, “do you want to take a bath?” Flan contemplated the idea for a moment before nodding with a smile. “The bathroom is the second door to the right in the second floor, you can leave your clothes in the basket, I’ll wash them for you, is the least I can do after you helped me.” Rarity said with a soft expression. 30 minutes later. Rarity washed Flan’s clothes and put them to dry, and she was making some tea to relax. She heard the bathroom door opening, “I’m in the kitchen dear!” Rarity called from the kitchen. Soon enough she saw Flan entering the room wearing a plain white bathrobe that she didn’t remember giving her. “Where did you get that bathrobe, Flan? Don’t get me wrong, you look totally fabulous, but I didn’t notice you carrying anything else.” She inquired. Flan just showed Rarity a card. Rarity rolled her eyes, “of course.” More minutes later. “Flan darling, would you like to stay the night here? Since is getting late, your clothes wouldn’t probably dry well, also I wanted to ask you-” Rarity gave Flan a pleading look, “-if you could help me by modeling for a certain design I have in mind for a dress for a friend? You’re a little smaller than her but I can modify the size after, so what do you say?” Flan just shrugged and sip from her tea. After that, Rarity spend part of the evening taking measures and trying ideas, you know, standard stuff. When it got late in the night Twilight passed by to check on Flan. After knocking at the door Twilight hoped to see Rarity, but when it opened she saw Flan in pink pajamas looking not too happy at her. “Oh h-” then a mannequin hit her and she went flying with it, in the direction of her castle. Rarity’s mannequin has been broken (Twilight’s body too, but that doesn’t matter). “I’ll be back!!!” her voice disappeared in the distance. Flan dusted her hands with a content expression and closed the door. Author's Note Jeez Twilight, get your act together girl. I'm trying for Celestia's sake!!
Day 3View OnlineChibi Flan's FoalsitterDay 3After taking breakfast and helping Rarity some more by modeling, Flan wanted to go out for a walk, but the sun was awfully strong that morning. Noticing Flan’s discomfort Rarity gave her a yellow sunhat, Flan had a bit of a blush on her cheeks and shyly hugged Rarity before going out while waving good bye to her. ‘She is such a sweet heart.’ Rarity thought while waving back. Then she closed the door to keep working on that dress. None of them noticed the sneaky box following Flan. Meanwhile in the streets, Flan was just wandering around and looking for whatever that would catch her attention. Ponies seemed nice enough for her, some of them waved at her with smiles, she returned the gesture. Her mood kept improving by the second, still oblivious of her cardboard stalker. It was an uneventful walk until she noticed the apple stall; she was in the mood for some juicy fruit. Applejack let out a sad sigh, business weren’t doing great today, she just got one customer so far. ‘Are ponies tired of mah apples?’ She thought, ‘hmm, nah that can’t be.’ She then notices the little thing that is looking at her apples with interest. “Hello there little missy, seeing something ya like?” Flan nodded and pointed to a particularly big apple. “Ya have a good eye fer apples, would ya like ta buy some?” Flan nodded. “These are 3 bits each, how many do ya want?” Flan thought for a moment before lifting two fingers, and took 6 of the coins Rarity gave her for helping with the dress, and put them on the table. “Ya ain’t the talkative type, ain’t cha?” Flan shook her head, “oh, that’s alright sugar cube.” “There ya go, 2 big red delicious, thanks fer yer purchase. Come again soon!” Applejack said while giving Flan the apples and taking the bits. Flan took the apples and was about to go somewhere else, but she heard Applejack sadly sniffing. She got to her side and handed her one of the apples she bought. “Huh?” Applejack saw the sympathetic expression that Flan was giving her, she was touched by the kindness of this girl, she accepted the apple to not be rude. “Thank ya, things ain’t going the best since a few days, it kept on pilling up, sorry ta bother ya with mah problems.” Flan shook her head before smiling and then devouring her apple rather quickly. ‘She seems to act nice with everypony except me! Why does she do that!?’ the super sneaky pony known as Twilight thought to herself while inside her cardboard box that was in plain sight, don’t ask me how she pulled that off because I don’t know. ‘I need to observe longer, probably I’ll get some useful data.’ Applejack’s mouth was hanging open after what happened. She saw Flan going around energetically, looking for ponies then pointing at her stall, slowly but surely she was luring ponies into the stall to buy apples. Applejack wasn’t sure how she managed to do it, since she didn’t speak a single word while this was happening. After an hour of non-stop running and convincing ponies, Applejack’s stall was devoid of apples, no more apples, nope. Well except that one Flan gave to her, for some reason she couldn’t bring herself to sell that one. Flan finally stopped her rush, she sat on the corner of the stall fanning herself with a hand, it was particularly hot this day and she just pulled off an hour running marathon with no breaks. Then she felt a hoof on her shoulder, “ya alright there, sugar cube?” she heard Applejack ask softly. Flan faced her and nodded with a smile. Suddenly she was brought into a strong hug. “Thank ya…” Applejack whispered to her. Flan returned the hug and pat her back some. Twilight who was still in her box, was writing in a notepad all the information she got. ‘Interesting, she seems to have a weakness for sad ponies, so she has a soft spot after all.’ She thought to herself. “Well, Ah’ think Ah’ should be going back to ta farm and harvest some more,” Applejack said while packing some stuff to go back home. Flan wondered what that place would look like; she had nothing else to do anyway. “Uuuu.” She said with enthusiasm while lifting her arms. Applejack didn’t know what that meant, “Uhh, what was that now?” Flan thought of how to get the message through, after some moments she nodded to herself. She got a hold of a strange staff that appeared out of nowhere, and made a very crude drawing of a farm on the ground with a pony wearing a hat and a little thing with wings on it, and then she pointed at AJ. “Ya want ta come with me?” AJ wasn’t sure if she got it right. Flan nodded again. “Are ya sure about that? Ah’ don’t want yer parents worrying about ya, don’t ya need to ask fer permission?” Flan shook her head and showed her another drawing, this time of a stick figure alicorn with the name dumb purple horse below it. AJ scrunched her muzzle and looked away from the drawing. Minutes after that. “Alright, Ah’ figure Twilight is in charge of ya-” Flan nodded not too happily, “-alright, ya can come with me, but Ah’ll talk ta Twilight about this, is that ok with ya?” Flan frowned upon Twilight’s name being mentioned but nodded anyways. With everything said and done AJ motioned to Flan to get into the wagon and pulled it towards Sweet Apple Acres. Twilight saw the wagon leaving and she of course planned to follow them, but she stopped to see the drawings on the road. ‘Those aren’t that bad for how little she is, she has quite the imagination that’s for sure.’ She thought, and saw something else in the ground. She saw the drawing of the stick alicorn, then the name. ‘Well, she could be talking about anypony, it’s not necessarily me, ri-’ her thoughts were cut when she saw a line extending from the name and connected with other words on the ground. It reads, “A.K.A Twilight Sparkle”. Twilight’s good mood has been broken. ‘I won’t give up Flan! Just you wait!’ Then she followed the wagon with new determination. Day 3.5View OnlineChibi Flan's FoalsitterDay 3.5At the farm some time later. Flan was sitting at the house while waiting for AJ to come back from her room. In their way there they crossed paths with Fluttershy, from this AJ learned Flan’s name because Fluttershy was able to understand what Flan was saying, the two of them agreed to meet later. ‘Thank Celestia Ah’ bumped into Fluttershy there, it would be awkward ta be with her without knowing her name.’ “Flan, Ah’ need ta go and buck some apples, do ya want ta come or do ya want to stay here?” AJ asked while going downstairs. Flan was at the door waiting for her. “Are we impatient?” AJ chuckled some. Flan raised a brow but shrugged shortly after and the two went to the orchard. 20 minutes later. Flan was watching AJ bucking the apple trees, but noticed that it was very slow. So she approached a tree and inspected in detail. “What are ya doing Flan?” Applejack stopped for a moment to check on her. Taboo "Four of a Kind" Applejack was rubbing her eyes not sure if what she saw really happened, but after more eye-rubs and head shakes, she confirmed it. Flan split into four. The four of them were exactly the same except for a single detail. The first looked angry, the second looked happy, the third looked neutral and the fourth looked sad. That didn’t matter much because they took fly to the top of the trees and started chopping apples. One basket, two baskets, then three and four. The rhythm at which the baskets were getting full was ridiculous. AJ looked with wide eyes and her jaw in the floor as little more than 50 baskets were full of apples in less than a minute, and it wasn’t over. Twilight watched from a bush with her binoculars, her box being ruined from crossfire of water buckets. That didn’t bother her; she had to know more about the foal that was trusted under her care. ‘For Rinna I will complete this task! I will find the way to fix your problem Flan!’ She thought, seemingly oblivious of who has the problem here. 10 minutes later. “So many apples,” Applejack said with a dumbfounded expression. She snapped out of it, “Flan stop! Ya got way too many apples!” The Flans stopped and made a line in front of AJ giving a salute. “Alright?” AJ said with confusion. The Flans nodded. “How many baskets did y’all filled?” The Flans looked at each other, then at Applejack and shrugged. “Ok then, Ah’ just hope we can finish moving all the apples ta the barn before nightfall.” The happy Flan lifted a hand to get her attention which it did, then she hit her chest with a confident expression and after that she faced the other Flans and pointed a finger at the baskets then at the distance where the barn could be seen. ‘Ah’ wish Ah’ could get what she’s saying here.’ Then the Flans dispersed and started to pill baskets up, and carried the pillars of at least 5 baskets each over their heads to the barn. AJ’s eye twitched some, and was babbling nonsense, like if her brain was melting inside her head. After that she passed out right there. Twilight saw Applejack fainting and jumped from her hiding spot to check on her. Then a weird feeling of dread got to her. Lifting her head she saw not one, but the four Flans in front of her. *Chomp x(insert number here)* Twilight’s (insert body parts here) has been broken. After kicking the purple horse out of the farm, the sad Flan took Applejack to the house while the other three keep carrying the baskets to the barn. Cancel Spell card. Making sure AJ was safe in her home and all the apples were in the barn, Flan decided to leave and explore some more before the sunset. Walking around, she didn’t found anything noteworthy, just more ponies doing stuff. Some cleaning the streets, a mailpony, and a couple others moving a couch into a store. While wandering on the limits of town she saw a distant cottage, curious of what could that be, she went there. Fluttershy was in the rear part of the cottage feeding the chickens, when she noticed some of the other animals gathering in the front. Intrigued she went there too. “What’s happening every-” she stopped when she saw Angel and Flan at the door looking kind threatening to each other. They had their right arms behind them, and then threw them forward. “Wait!” The Angel, Flan and the animals turned to face her with confusion. When Fluttershy looked closely the two were doing some kind of gesture with their hand/paw. “Angel, Flan what are you doing?” Angel showed his paw contorted like a fist and Flan showed her open palm. “Oh, it’s a game?” they nodded, “it’s not dangerous is it?” they shook their head. “Oh, ok. Can I play it too?” they shook their head again, showed their hand/paw and then pointed at her hooves. “Oh, I see. It’s ok.” Flan gave her a sympathetic look. “Thank you, but what are you doing on my cottage Flan? I thought you were with Applejack, if it doesn’t bother you to tell me that is.” “Uu.” She said with a shrug. “Oh… I hope she’s alright. Should I go to check on her?” Flan shook her head, put a hand on her chest and had a proud happy expression. “So you helped her?” Flan nodded, “Oh, I’m so proud of you.” Fluttershy pat her on the head, Flan was happy to accept. “Uuuuu.” “Umm… I don’t know if all the animals will be friendly.” Fluttershy looked around and saw the animals behaving with Flan, and she was friends with Angel already, so it can’t be that bad right? The two expended a couple of hours helping the animals, and even if Harry was a bit wary of Flan none of the animals really misbehaved. When it started to get dark Flan asked Fluttershy if she could stay, at which Fluttershy accepted, they had dinner and then went to bed, for some reason Flan wanted to sleep with her. Fluttershy didn’t have a problem with that and even sang a lullaby for Flan. Twilight was in her room, with even more bandages on her. Spike heard what happened and just rolled his eyes and went to his room. ‘She doesn’t like being forced to do stuff Twilight.’ She remembered that line from her talk with Spike. ‘But I’m no forcing her to do anything! I just want her to listen to me!’ Twilight was frustrated. ‘That doesn’t matter, now I have some useful information to appeal to her soft side.’ She rubbed her hooves together deviously with an expression showing the same deviousness. Day 4View OnlineChibi Flan's FoalsitterDay 4The next morning. Fluttershy woke up, rubbed her eyes some yawned softly, and tried to get out of bed to go do her morning routine. But something stopped her from doing so; looking down at her side she saw the little form of Flan hugging her barrel. With a warm smile Fluttershy pat Flan slowly and lightly, ‘It would be bad to wake her up, but how can I get out of bed without doing that?’ she thought to herself still somewhat sleepy. Looking outside the windows she could see that it was still kind of early, ‘I’ll let her sleep some more, is too early anyways’ after that Fluttershy positioned herself below the sheets again and hugged Flan to sleep some more. An hour later. The bright of the sun struck Fluttershy in the eyes forcing her to wake up, she didn’t know how much she slept but it didn’t matter much since Flan had her deserved extra hours of sleep. ‘Ok, time to wake her up…’ but Fluttershy didn’t feel Flan hugging her anymore; lifting the sheets she didn’t saw her on the bed either. “Flan?” she was getting worried, and shoot out of bed and downstairs. When she got down, she searched frantically everywhere, below the couch, on the cabinets, the closet, the bathroom. But she didn’t find Flan. Her eyes were watering, “Flan!?” her normally not loud voice, got up in volume. Catching sight of Angel she went to him dangerously fast, surprising the rabbit. “Angel! Did you saw Flan around!?” she asked very worried. Angel shook his head. Now that did it, Fluttershy was now crying. “W-why did I take my eyes off her, how could I be so irresponsible?” “Uu?” she heard Flan’s voice. Looking around she found her standing at the now opened door, watching her with confusion. Suddenly she was caught in a hug, “I w-was so worried, I thought that probably you were in danger out there on your own.” Flan pat the sad mare on the back to comfort her. After that Flan explained that she was playing outside with some of the animals, and then heard noises from the forest she found a group of Timberwolves, but she called them stick dogs chasing a group of bunnies. What happened when Flan stepped into that should remain a secret for the generations to come. Just ignore the big pile of firewood at the side of the cottage. “Oh… its ok Flan, you did something good. But promise me that you wouldn’t do something so dangerous again please?” Flan rolled her eyes but obliged because she didn’t want to see Fluttershy sad. 40 minutes later. Flan helped feed the animals and cleaning in general. After a quick breakfast in which Flan actually got something more adequate to her normal diet because Fluttershy noticed her long fangs and sharp teeth. Flan wanted to go to town, Fluttershy went with her because she had some things to buy. Some groceries bought later. Fluttershy had to go back to leave her groceries at her cottage, then remembered today was the weekly visit at the spa with Rarity. She asked Flan if she wanted to go, at which Flan refused politely, she wanted to see Rarity again but a spa was no-no for her. Being by herself again Flan wanted to do something, anything that could be considered not boring. Which was hard to do because for what she saw so far ponies weren’t keen on doing very much of anything. So she opted for sitting in a bench on the park, she saw a double mint unicorn in the distance, a tan mare with a messy mane complaining about hooves being useless, a weird plushy signed by ****, a black alicorn, a bug thing and a ball of cotton candy with eyes. Yep this was a weird sight, but she saw weirder in home. She got tired of the boringness so she shot up to the sky and zoomed in the air space for a while. Something she didn’t saw was a certain mare in a cloud sleeping, she passed too close making the cloud poof and abruptly wake said mare. Rainbow quickly stabilized herself to not end up face first in the dirt and probably avoiding multiple fractures, but I guess we will never know. “What the hay was that!?” Said Rainbow while rubbing her headache away, which obviously didn’t work because that is not how things work. When she focused on the thing that disrupted her noon nap, she noticed something, “Wait is that…” to confirm her hunch she chased after it. Flan kept flying around effortlessly not noticing the rainbow trail chasing her. Rainbow on the other hoof wasn’t able to catch up, ‘she’s fast, I guess that settles it then’ she pushed herself to go full speed and this time she was able to catch up. “Hey!” Flan turned after hearing that, in front of her a rainbow blur tried to stop but the momentum was too much and dragged on for quite the distance. Some seconds later, (Tell me if this time transactions are getting too hardcore guys). “Uff, you’re really fast for being so small.” Flan gave her an unimpressed stare and lazily floated around. “Hey, emm… aren’t you like Remilia’s daughter or something?” This made Flan stop suddenly showing her back to Rainbow, slowly and creepily she turned to face her with a stare that said ‘explain yourself or I’ll disintegrate you.’ The stare shocked Rainbow and now was visibly nervous, “W-well you see, in my two week training camp I had in the other world, I saw an exhibition of skills and Remilia showed up there. She was awesome like everypony else, I still have a lot to learn from them, but you look a lot like her and that’s why I asked.” In another dimension someone facepalmed pretty hard. ‘Ok, where is my little devil hiding now?’ thought a very disheveled Twilight, her eyes twitching every once in a while, her pupils were very small. ‘I probably need some help with this, probably some sad ponies or in danger ponies to get to her soft spot! That’s easy to get! This plan is genius!’ she let out a weird chuckle. A lost branch hit her on the head. The branch has been broken. She didn’t even flinch at that and continued searching around the elements of her master plan. Author's Note Alright... I'm just gonna go over there before she sees me... Day 4.75View OnlineChibi Flan's FoalsitterDay 4.75The cloud of dirt that Flan created in her rush to the castle was almost blinding Rainbow. “I think she’s ma-” then some dirt got in Rainbow’s mouth. “Gwah, pwah, I got dirt into my mouth.” “Well, it’s your fault for talking in a cloud of dir-” then some dirt got into Spike’s eyes. “Gah! It’s in my eyes, it stings, this sucks.” “Were you saying?” Rainbow said mockingly. Spike frowned. When they approached the castle, Rainbow saw the door exploding. “What just happened there?” “Not sure, but I think Flan can make things explode, she did it once with a book in the castle.” Spike explained. “That’s kind of freaky don’t you think?” “I guess, but Flan proved to be level headed enough to use that responsibly.” Inside the castle Flan checked as many rooms as possible. Then she heard a voice. “Flaaaaan~ please don’t ruin my caaaaastle~ just follow my voice~” Twilight’s voice sang. Flan went in the direction of the voice, she was very irritated now. “Where did Flan go?” Rainbow asked looking from the destroyed door into the hallway. “I know where she wants to go.” “Where?” “There’s an empty room at the end of the hallway, Twilight has Rarity, Applejack and Fluttershy in there.” “Well, let’s catch up then!” Rainbow went full speed into the hallway. Twilight in all her messy glory saw the door of the room exploding in front of her; she didn’t bat an eye and always had a smile on her face. After the smoke dissipated, she saw a mad Flan. “Oh, hello there Flan, I asked my friends to come and help me to fix your problem, right girls?” Twilight asked at the restrained mares behind her. Their response was a couple of muffled sounds. Flan tried to step into the room, “Hold on Flan, you better stay over there, you don’t want my friends getting hurt for your own selfishness don’t you?” Flan stopped and looked at her with confusion, what did she mean by that? Was a thought that cross her mind. “You seem confused, well let me explain how this will go Flan, you stay there until I tell you otherwise. If you don’t do as I say, then I’m not sure what could happen, I mean you are quite aggressive.” At that moment Rainbow and Spike got there. “What the hay is going here Twilight!?” Rainbow asked angrily. “Oh, hi Rainbow good to see you here, but I’m in the middle of something now. Can you take Spike out with you for a while?” Spike was about to say something but saw Flan looking at him, and took a piece of paper out of her hat. “Flan, what are you doing?” Twilight asked, “I didn’t give you permission to do anything yet.” She lifted an eye-brow. Flan groaned on the inside, but on the outside she put her hands together and gave Twilight a pleading puppy dog stare. “Heh, alright since you’re being more docile I think I’ll allow this, go ahead.” Flan patience was running out, but she had to control herself, she didn’t really want to hurt Twilight, she didn’t like the purple pony but she didn’t hate her either. Anyways she gave Spike the paper, when he read it he looked at her, she nodded. She also pointed at Rainbow and then pointed at Spike before locating her hands in front of her and doing a ‘shoo’ motion for them to leave. Spike took the hint and left. “You don’t really want us to leave you alone now, right?” Flan nodded. “Why? I want to know what’s going on here!” Flan frowned, and pointed out in a quick and violent way. “No! I won’t leave you alone!” Rainbow stomped the ground angrily. The two looked at each other with frowns. Then a purple glow caught Rainbow and lifted her, “Woah! What are you doing Twilight? Let me go, hey!” Twilight tied her up so she couldn’t move. “That’s enough Rainbow, I’m the one in charge of educating Flan, don’t interfere please.” Before Rainbow could reply, her mouth was shut with tape. Angry mumbles and groans escaped the restless Pegasus that tried to free herself. Flan just watched. “Well Flan, your first order will be staying there and let me hug you.” Flan was shocked and kind of disturbed. Before she could nod another muffled voice could be heard, it was Fluttershy this time. She tried in vain to say something while shaking her head. Twilight was not happy by the constant interruptions, “Now, now Fluttershy. Calm down and stop interrupting!” Twilight shouted loudly to her. Fluttershy was clearly afraid by the abnormal behavior of her friend and couldn’t stop the tears to come out. Rainbow trashed more violently after this. Twilight for whatever reason had a smile adorning her face. What she didn’t knew at the moment was a little detail, very important but very little detail. Flan took a liking for Fluttershy, in fact she was the pony Flan liked the most, followed by Rarity. BGM: U.N. Owen was Her? Needless to say, Flan didn’t take this the good way. Something cracked inside her, a distant memory that she thought was a dream, something that she didn’t want to remember. Her wings stretched to their full size, her red eyes had a more noticeable glow on them and her pupils shrunk. Twilight noticed the now dead silent room, a look to her friend’s expressions of total terror made her turn around to see Flan with her glowing eyes and one of the creepiest smiles you could imagine, you know the ones you never want to be on the receiving end. “F-Flan? W-what a-a-are you planning now? R-remember our deal…” a squeak escaped Twilight but something happened when she tried to use her magic. It died, the magic on her horn disappeared. Flan had one arm extended her hand closed in a fist, and then she lowered her arm. That didn’t matter much anyways, because a devil was staring her dead in the eye, and with no magic Twilight actually realized something, the night made the sight way more terrifying. ‘What have I done... what have I just released?' Something ironic happened, while Flan was advancing she extended her arms forward like she wanted a hug, but her face was still the same creepy expression. “F-Flan I’m ok with hugs, b-but not that kind, p-please back off…” Twilight’s body was shaking uncontrollably, Flan continued to follow her with the same posture. No matter what Twilight did, Flan kept blocking any and every way for her to exit the room. She tried flying, Flan was in her face. She tried rounding her to get out using the destroyed door. But Flan was there as well. ‘I can’t escape… I can’t use my magic… I can’t defend myself against her… I can’t- do- anything…’ Twilight sat on her rump while looking at the floor grimly. ‘Why did I do this? How could I do this to my friends?’ her thoughts were haunting her. ‘I deserve this, after what I did…’ Finally the guilt took the better of her and droplets were falling to the floor of the room. Rainbow was watching frozen in fear, ‘what happened to Flan? Why is she so… bloodthirsty all of a sudden?’ At that moment a realization came to her, ‘No… I can’t let that happen! Sure I’m mad at Twilight for doing all of this crazy egg head stuff, but that’s no reason for her to become graffiti on the wall!’ Rainbow found her strength back and tried to free herself with all her might, but she was tied too tightly. ‘Arrgh! Why didn’t I pay attention to the inner magic class!? Rabbit Twilight is probably laughing at how dumb I look now.’ Rainbow trashed and trashed all the while Flan was getting dangerously close to Twilight. ‘Come on!!’ on the outside this was translated as a long angry groan. Applejack and Rarity only watched helplessly they couldn’t do anything. Fluttershy’s eyes were red and puffy from the constant crying. All of them could have gasped when Flan slapped Twilight and sent her crash landing mere steps away from Fluttershy. Twilight could have screamed from the pain, but she didn’t feel anything. She didn’t care though, she accepted this as punishment. “I’m sorry girls… I didn’t meant for this to happen…” Twilight said in almost a whisper. Taboo “Lävatein” The ponies saw Flan wielding a fire sword that was way too big in comparison to her body. Then she was approaching the downed Alicorn. Fluttershy was in the way, and even as afraid as she was, she conjured the will power to do the right thing. She managed to roll in front of Twilight getting in between Flan and her in the process. Flan stopped and stared at the mare in front of her. The mare stared back. Surprising everypony, Flan destroyed the chains that held Fluttershy, and then tried to go around her to get to Twilight. But the mare stepped in front of her; basically the roles did a 180. Flan wanted to move in some way, Fluttershy would step in front of her. “Flan… can you stop please? If that’s ok with you.” Fluttershy said to the creepy looking Flan after taking the tape out of mouth. She was afraid, her shaking hooves were proof enough, but she knew Flan was still Flan. The Flan she knew will never hurt them. Flan’s eye twitched briefly before ignoring her and tried to get to Twilight again, obviously Fluttershy got in between them again. In a violent movement Flan fooled Fluttershy to approach her target. Before she could strike her foe she felt something grabbing her from behind, it was Fluttershy hugging her. “Flan, please… please stop…” Flan felt new tears falling on her shoulder. She felt something different too; it was like two factions crashing inside your mind. Flan lifted her free hand to her head because the headache was getting too strong. In an impulse she got Fluttershy off her by throwing the mare, but something inside her pushed her to catch Fluttershy before she got hurt by the fall. Flan wasn’t sure what was happening with her thoughts and emotions anymore, one part wanted to erase Twilight from existence and whatever stood in her way of doing it. But another part didn’t want to, and the thought of hurting Fluttershy was out of the question. Her mind was having a war for power. With her mind in overdrive she still tried to get to Twilight, Fluttershy blocked the path again but something was different, she had a more serious expression. “Flan… if you can’t stop… then you have to pass over me first.” Fluttershy sat and extended her hooves to the sides taking the “meat shield” posture. Those words resonated in Flan’s mind. Her eyes widened at an image that flashed in her memory, her sister defending her, saying those same words, none of them having wings in the flashback. The next flashing image showed Remilia again, but this time she had her wings and her dress was covered in blood, Flan’s hands were bloody too and next to them was… Now she remembered why she couldn’t go outside, why she asked her sister to keep her in the basement all those years. “It seems Flan was able to stop herself, I’m glad for that. I shouldn’t have put this much responsibility on Rinna’s friend. I really didn’t expect for Flan to go off on this world but I see that some of you managed to get to her heart.” Flan turned with her now normal expression to see Remilia at the door with Spike behind. Suddenly Remilia’s found herself being hugged by her little sister; she picked her up to see tears in her scarlet eyes. Remilia brought Flan closer to her on a sisterly hug. Remilia stared at spike, “released them.” She said while petting Flan on the back, her quiet sobs were barely audible even for Remilia. Spike did as he was said and released the ponies or at least he tried. He was only able to untie Rainbow, but he couldn’t break the chains that held Rarity and AJ. Rainbow approached Remilia, she saw the pony with a raised eye-brow. “Is she alright?” Rainbow asked while looking at Flan. “She will be; Flan has a strong will. But whatever happened here really shocked her, is not normal for her to look for contention so openly. That aside I need to take Flan home, I’ll have to talk to Rinna about this too.” She said with a sigh. “Miss Remilia, umm… could you like free my friends?” Rainbow pointed at her still chained friends. “Spike is not doing well with that.” Remilia rolled her eyes before snapping the chains, and then was on her way to leave but stopped briefly at the door and stared at Rainbow. “You need to put more effort if you want to take that position, newbie.” Then she left with Flan on arms. ‘How did she know about that?’ Rainbow thought. Being left alone the now free ponies stretched some, and then went to check on Twilight. The princess wasn’t visibly hurt really, but she appeared to be unable to move. After some talk, they took Twilight to the hospital. Even if what Twilight did was horrible they weren’t going to let her suffer, she was still their friend after all. 3 days later. Twilight has been recovering physically as well as magically, it seems like Flan’s hit somehow managed to paralyze her for days. She has been slowly gaining control of her body; she wasn’t in top shape yet but managed to do slowly and calmed walks on the hospital’s yard. She used her time there to think about what happened, how her obsession made her do things she normally wouldn’t do. How she was so focused on the wrong thing, and almost hurt her friends. When Princess Celestia was informed about the whole situation, upset wasn’t the right word to describe her emotional state in their little talk. At one point a certain being that was close to Celestia tried to take any responsibility from Twilight and take it on herself, but Twilight refused and accepted being under strict surveillance for the next two months, her every move reported to Celestia herself during that time period. She was so lost on thought that she didn’t notice the little thing walking along side her. “Uuuuu!” Twilight snapped out of her trance at that voice, and looked to her side to find Flan there. “Ga- OUCH!” the sudden movement caused great deals of pain. Flan shook her head disapprovingly. “H-hi Flan, where are the guards that were following me?” Twilight asked. Flan pointed at the distance where Remilia was under her parasol and the two guards were cowering at a safe distance behind her. An awkward moment of silence surrounded the two of them, “H-how have you been?” Twilight said more in confusion than actual curiosity. Flan gave her a deadpan look. “Sorry,” Twilight said sheepishly. Flan seemed in thought with her eyes shut, and then nodded before jumping at Twilight the latter’s eyes grew wide. *Chomp?* Twilight was surprised when she didn’t feel the sharp pain of Flan’s bite but instead felt just a slight pressure on her ear. “Huh?” Flan was playing bite with her. “What are you-” Then Flan slapped her on the back of her head lightly before jumping off her back. “Ow, what was that for?” Shaking her head Flan couldn’t help but smile at the pony that she didn’t like some days ago. Searching in her pockets Flan offered Twilight an envelope which took a hold of it in her magic, and then Flan went with her sister. “Wait! What is this!?” Twilight shouted to Flan the only response she got was a smile and a wave from her before the two disappeared. ‘Why did she do that!? I didn’t even got the chance to apologize to her!’ with a sigh she opened the envelope. Inside she found a “get well soon” post card and a short message “Don’t do that ever again,” followed by another stick alicorn drawing with the name “an ok purple horse.” Twilight was crying after looking at that, she didn’t know why but something about this little gesture made her extremely happy, and took a heavy weight off her back. Twilight’s new friendship has been confirmed. “Flan! I’ll be waiting for you!” she screamed at the top of her lungs with an expression of joy. Twilight didn't complete her task, and was being punished for her mistakes, but in the end she got something even more precious. A new Friend. The en- *Chomp* The end message has been broken. Now to think what to do next, I mean I could totally try and improvise a sequel like I don't know, throwing her in the Crystal Empire and let Cadance regret her life choices but nah, if someone wants to do it, you are free to do so. Extra 1: Trying to sleep in the train.View OnlineChibi Flan's FoalsitterExtra 1: Trying to sleep in the train.The Elements and Flan were on a train to somewhere unimportant, no seriously it’s really unimportant like every single one off city that ever came to existence but that’s a topic for another day. Flan tried to sleep some since the trip was kind of long according to Rarity. When she started to doze off one of the servers entered their wagon, “Good afternoon, somepony wants to order anything?” the mare asked. Flan eyes shoot open with annoyance. The others were wondering if they wanted something but Flan got their attention, “Uuu!” she shoot them an annoyed stare. Twilight got the hint, “sorry, we don’t need anything for now thank you.” The server nodded and retired swiftly. “Done, sorry for not noticing earlier Flan.” Twilight said with an apologetic expression. Flan accepted her apology by nodding and then got comfortable to try and get some sleep. The girls were having a little chat but it wasn’t that bad so Flan let that one go. When she was almost touching the sweet feeling of sleep, something hit the window, Flan was not amused or in the mood for this kind of thing at that moment. She got to the window to see buffalos throwing stones randomly seconds after there were none and a trail of smoke was left behind. “Wasn’t that a bit too much darling?” Rarity asked somewhat disturbed, a look from Flan was enough to shut her up, “sorry, I said nothing.” She said while giggling nervously. With a nod she tried to sleep once again. Not too long after that screaming was heard. That was it, Flan was mad now. Why were the passengers screaming so much? Well the server from before came in, “Princess! You have to help us!” “What’s happening?” Fluttershy who was strangely calm in this situation pointed out the window, “They’re surely scared of that.” Peeking through the window the mares saw something unbelievable, a meteor was coming their way. That set them off and started screaming as well. “Twi, tell me you can stop that thing.” “I can’t do it! It needs more magic than I have access to!” “Nooooo! We are going to die!” “Ahhhh!” The shouting, screaming and that one griffin looking at mares behind a table really really really really really really really really got Flan in a bad mood. With a twitching eye she looked out the window to see the cause of the screaming going their way. All it took was one collective scream. “UUUU!!!!” she clenched her fist and the thing just exploded leaving nothing behind more than ash. The cheers were about to start after the mind blowing moment, but everypony thought otherwise after seeing Flan’s face. The elements were all stacked in one corner, and the other ponies just shut up. Except for Fluttershy who was still calm, “are you alright Flan?” she asked in a motherly tone. Flan took some breaths to calm down before nodding at her, she then pointed a server’s cart specifically a soda can, and the server gave it to her. Flan then threw the thing and hit the griffin in the head leaving him out cold before trying to sleep again. Author's Note Non canon, even shorter situations for our little Flan to deal with.
Extra 2: Trying to relax with friends.View OnlineChibi Flan's FoalsitterExtra 2: Trying to relax with friends.Today was sunny outside, so for her walk through town Flan used the sunhat Rarity has given her. Her motives for being outside besides just a simple stroll was to go meet her friends for some relaxation, and everything was normal, cute, no apocalyptic meteors or dirt minded griffins around. No abnormalities, laser beams, earthquakes or any weird phenomenon. It was a normal, simple, regular, non meta names, mother bucking day with nothing wrong in it that could ruin Flan’s innocent plans for today. Twilight and the rest went to a picnic in the new clearing that was found close to the lake, how something like that was missed for so long was a mystery to her, but she didn’t pay it any mind. She would go get some food and rest a little, maybe play with Rainbow or Pinkie, the possibilities were almost endless. Nothing could ruin this perfect day… “Princess Twilight!!” and like that Flan’s mood went down faster than Speedy Gonzalez in his way to the bathroom after tasting tacos with wasabi in that one party. She didn’t recognize the voice, but she knew nothing with that tone was good news, and begrudgingly made her way towards the clearing. When she got there she saw some of her friends in bubbles except for Fluttershy and Twilight which were fighting a centaur looking thing, it was massive like easily 25 feet tall. Fluttershy seemed to play it safe and keep the distance while Twilight attacked. That was until the thing hit Twilight and she crash landed on the forest below. Fluttershy noticed in the corner of her eye the little figure of Flan approaching, she wasn’t worried at all in this situation and had a devious thought. “It seems that without the Elements you’re no threat for me anymore Princess Twilight, HA HA HA!” the big goof said out loud not noticing the little thing closing the distance, in his defense it was kind of hard to notice when the latter was as big as a cat. The laugh got cut short when Tirek saw the yellow Pegasus in front of him trying to get his attention. “Umm… mister Tirek, can you hear me?” she asked meekly. Grabbing her and getting face to face he said, “Do you have any final words?” “Emm… yes, can you like absorb my magic please? If you want that is.” Tirek got confused at that, this pony asked for her magic to be absorbed? He didn’t have to think it twice but it was a really strange request from his food. “As you wish, Pegasus.” And with that, he inhaled Fluttershy’s magic leaving her with glassy eyes. Even in her weakened state Fluttershy couldn’t help but smile at her plan working as intended. Tirek was about to laugh again but felt poking on one of his front hooves, looking down she saw the little winged midget. “What is this creature?” Flan didn’t answer her twitching angry stare said enough for itself. But she pointed at Fluttershy in Tirek’s hand and then at her own open hand. “Umm… I think she wants you to put me down.” “Why should I go through some small creature’s requests?” He said non impressed. More poking was felt and after crossing stares Flan pointed at him and then did the “come closer” signal with one finger. Getting in her face Tirek said, “You could have saved yourself by running away from the most powerful being in all Equestria, but you sealed your fate by disrupting me in my revenge!” Flan dead panned and looked at Fluttershy who nodded with a small smile, looking back at Tirek she slapped him in the face, sending him spiraling in the air up to twice his height did five mortal spins mid air and landed face first in the dirt. With the momentum Fluttershy got ejected from his hand and was grabbed by Flan which set her gently on the grass. Flan looked at her with worry but Fluttershy responded with a soft smile before laying down and faking a pass out. Flan took the bait. “What is that strength!?” Tirek said out loud after standing up with a hand on his pained cheek. The next couple of seconds passed by in a flash, and only the Elements know what terrors Flan did unleash on Tirek, but it wasn’t pretty considering the lame view of him covered in dirt with twitching limbs. She then literally kick him in the butt and send him flying over some mountains in the distance, she dusted her hands and went to help her friends to continue with their day. Later that day, Twilight would send the embarrassing looking Tirek back to Tartarus where he would be made fun of for being trashed by something smaller than the tip of his hooves. Extra 3: Trying to find a stone.View OnlineChibi Flan's FoalsitterExtra 3: Trying to find a stone.Flan was hovering over a forest adjacent to Ponyville, if you’re wondering why, well that’s quite simple. She wanted to give Rarity something back for the sunhat she gave her. Because Flan knew that Rarity had a thing for gems, she went in a search after reading a book about gemstones and rocks. Her first stop was Ponyville’s gem mine which entrance was at the northeastern edge of town but she also knew about the recently made hole in the ceiling in which you could enter from the forest she was hovering over. She looked around until she found said hole which had a mail box for some reason. Well, she didn’t know if someone was living there. But it was the only explanation if not then why would a mail box be there in the first place? She should have asked about that but it didn’t matter for her anyways. Landing next to the hole she inspected it seeing nothing she jumped down there to start looking for the stone she wanted. Come to think of it she could’ve asked Spike for help since he always helps Rarity with the gem finding. Flan face palmed at the thought, but she was already there so it didn’t matter. It was quite dark in there, but Flan was used to dark places and she could see in the dark quite well. Digging, looking, classifying and tossing away was her labor for the next 20 minutes. She didn’t find the stone she wanted, walking back and ignoring the underground lake with furniture on one side she looked around some more and arrived to a collapsed wall. Digging some she found a detonation box squashed below the debris. That meant someone did this on purpose, not that it mattered to her. She didn’t explore that area yet, so Flan blew it up to open the path again. Searching the area some more she was getting frustrated because there was not a single one of the gem she was looking. At some point she went back, and stumbled into a dull looking gray mare with a mining hat, a dull looking green dress, dull looking purple mane and tail, basically just overall dull looks with earthy colors. The two exchanged looks for a bit before Flan took a paper from her pocket and showed it to her. “Bloodstone stones are a rare occurrence, even for me.” The deadpanning mare said in a monotone way. Flan used the chalkboard Twilight gave her to ask the mare if she knew where to find one. “There are some at the end of the tunnel if you want them, but diamond dogs roam in that area.” She said with the same boring tone. Flan shrugged and went ahead waving at the mare left behind. The mare took a rock from her dress, “Do you think she’ll be fine, Boulder?” she said boringly while looking at the rock, “Me too.” At the end of the tunnel Flan started digging to look for her stone. After some minutes she managed to find one inside a hole with a bunch of other gems and crystals. With a smile she took the Bloodstone and was preparing to go out. “Mine.” She heard and looked around just to see a diamond dog eyeing her. “Give back black shiny stone.” He ordered. Flan deadpanned; at some point in time whoever happened to cross that area would ask why a charred crater was in the middle of the path. When Flan got outside she wasn’t paying attention and didn’t notice the mare with a book covering her face. The two crashed into each other, Flan sat down by the impact her stone falling into the hole and in an impossible twist it bounced on the walls and ended in a seemingly bottomless pitch black hole. “Oh, my fault. I wasn’t paying attention sorry.” The pink mare with a purple and teal mane and tail said while putting some books in her saddlebags. Flan stood up and dusted herself, when suddenly she didn’t felt her stone in her pocket anymore. Her eye twitched and her expression wasn’t a happy one. “Are you alright?” the culprit of losing her stone said to her. *Chomp* Starlight has been broken. Extra 4: Mind Exchange part 1View OnlineChibi Flan's FoalsitterExtra 4: Mind Exchange part 1Twilight was walking through the halls of the castle to get to the library and do some reading; she was surprised to see Flan sleeping peacefully on the couch with a book almost as big as her on her lap when she arrived there. ‘She’s so cute when she sleeps’ Twilight thought but then remembered the other “traits” of Flan’s personality, ‘I just wish she wouldn’t be so temperamental…’ She still took curiosity of the book Flan had with her, “Arcane magic?” she whispered with confusion. She was sure no such book existed in her collection, that could only meant one thing, “It’s a book from Flan’s world…” Her obsession for knowledge got the better of her and very carefully took the book from Flan’s hands to look at what spells this book would have in store. “Hmm, I don’t understand this language, awww…” she said disappointed. “Such a shame, this looked like a good opportunity to learn new spells from a different world.” “Maindo kōkan, I wonder what that means.” She pronounced the words aloud ignoring that coincidentally she fulfilled the requirements for the spell to work. (For the spell to work you have to be facing the corresponding target, and be less than ten feet away from it, then say the words. If the two entities involved in the spell have a close relationship, the spell can be casted without conscent if one of the two is not conscious.) Suddenly a bright light engulfed her and Flan’s bodies blinding her momentarily, she felt a weird sensation for a moment and after it her body felt… different. She opened her eyes to see herself in front of her. Her duplicate was on the ground sleeping, but that wasn’t a duplicate she confirmed that when she raised her, hand? Before totally panicking she inspected her current body, and noticed the clothes, the hair, the wings, basically everything. She was in Flan’s body, she totally didn’t freak out, nope, not at all, and that high pitched scream wasn’t her whatsoever. Her body opened her now red eyes and looked around sleepily, noticed her and kept staring at her for some time before deadpanning, shaking her head, and letting out an annoyed sigh. Twilight in Flan’s body (Twidre?) watched how her body inspected herself like she did just moments ago, and then nodded once. Her horn ignited and took the chalkboard and wrote something. She showed it to her, “You read the book don’t you?” Twilight nodded nervously. Her body rolled her red eyes and wrote something else, “I’m Flan if you didn’t notice, and don’t worry that’s a temporal spell made by Patchy when she was drunk, it lasts five hours.” “Oh, I’m sorry Flan, I just had a bit of curiosity,” Twidre said sheepishly. With a sigh Flanlight wrote another thing in the board, “its ok.” “What do we do now?” After thinking for a second Flanlight wrote something else, “I’ll go to sleep in your room, I’m tired. You can try and feel what it is to be me if you want, I know you were curious about it.” “Are you sure?” Twidre asked with strange levels of joy in her voice. Flanlight nodded and wrote, “Yes, I’m sure. Just don’t do anything to my body or I’ll kill you when the spell wears off.” With that said Flanlight left with a happy trot. Twidre gulped, but her nervousness got replaced with excitement soon after, she had the chance to study Flan’s body first hoof ehm… hand, yes. “Well, Flan seemed to be fine controlling my body so this shouldn’t be too hard to do.” She said to herself and got down from the couch, as soon as she touched the ground her tiny legs got all wobbly and couldn’t maintain her balance making her fall and face crash with the floor. “Ow…” she groaned, “This will take some to get used to…” Author's Note Really Twilight, really? Extra 4: Mind Exchange part 2 Twilight in Flan’s body tripped a lot. During half an hour she tried to learn how to control her temporal new body, at least she was now able to shakily walk somewhat. “Ok, progress is being made, that’s good…” then she tripped again, “This is not good!” and face crashed on the floor, “ow…” ‘Come on Twilight, you can do this. Just stabilize yourself on your hind hooves and put one in front of the other,’ she tried and tried, every time getting a little more of control. Finally ten minutes after that, she was able to walk without tripping. “Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes!” Twilight was overjoyed about her accomplishment no matter how dumb that would have seen for other ponies, she was happy and that was a fact. Without noticing, her outburst made her ignore the fact that she was bouncing around without falling. “Oh…” now she was starting to understand her mistake, “So I didn’t need to concentrate so much on doing something, I just needed to act normally.” Getting to the main door she saw a note, ‘if you’re going out, use the hat. Flan.’ ‘I wonder why she uses this hat so much, probably to honor Rarity’s generosity. Aww, that’s so cute, I better oblige to her request I don’t want to make Rarity think that Flan suddenly started to dislike her gift.’ Twilight thought with a giggle and reached for the hat conveniently placed at a low arms reach height. Going outside to explore some more of what she can do as Flan and learn some things about her mysterious friend, she noticed how blocking the hat was, it was so big that it casted a shadow almost thrice her current size. Unfortunately, Twilight’s trip was meant to end shortly. “Flan! Watch out!!” Rainbow shouted while spiraling out of control towards Twilight in Flan’s body. Even if she had control of her new body now, Twilight wasn’t exactly known for her sharp reflexes, and couldn’t prevent the head collision with her prismatic friend which saddle bags fly off her back and scattered the few books it had inside. However, something else happened, a magical reaction of sorts. Twilight recovered first, “argh… my head,” she said while rubbing her head with a hoof. Her brain didn’t take long to catch up, ‘wait hoof? Huh?’ she wiggled a cyan hoof in front of her. “I’m a pony again…” she stayed silent for a couple of seconds, “WHAT HAPPENED!?” she shouted in her now raspy voice. Twilight was freaking out when Rainbow recovered; shaking her head she lifted a hand to her head, “Huh?” feeling the weird sensation, inspecting herself she saw, clothes, golden hair, hands and the unmistakable steel wings with colored crystals. Then she saw her body in front of her, freaking out with Twilight’s voice but raspy. “Twilight? Wha…” she noticed her now softer and slightly high pitched voice, “Why is my voice…” “Rainbow!” Twilight now in Rainbow’s body approached Rainbow in Flan’s body, “what did you do!?” she asked while grabbing her by the shoulders. ‘Oh boy, it’s so weird to see yourself talking to you,’ Rainbow thought, “Wait hold on, emm Twilight?” “Yes I’m Twilight, Rainbow.” “Why were you on Flan’s body? And why am I now on her body and you on mine?” “I accidentally used a spell from a book Flan had and that swapped our bodies, but I don’t know why we swapped just now.” “What do we do now?” “Flan told me that the spell lasts for five hours, I suppose we can wait it out.” Twilight said that with a hint of disappointment, ‘I really wanted to test some more things.’ “I’m ok with that, but I’m not going to stay still,” Rainbow in Flan’s body said before standing up and balancing herself perfectly, “so, this is what Konata felt when she changed bodies, it’s weird but awesome.” She then picked up her saddle bags and the books that were on the ground. Twilight was surprised by the sudden dexterity Rainbow had with Flan’s body, “how did you got used to Flan’s body so fast?” “The academy’s training, they made us go through a lot of strange stuff, and one of them was getting used to different forms. They told us that it wasn’t obligatory but it would be good to have the experience, so I thought why not? And took the class.” Rainbow said while packing the books on the saddlebag. “Interesting, I should take Miss Ingrid’s invitation to the academy,” Twilight said with a thoughtful look. “You can try; there are magic classes in there. By the way can you take my saddlebags to your castle?” Rainbow asked. “Sure, but why?” “Because I’m going to have some fun!” Rainbow exclaimed, and then tossed the saddlebag to Twilight, “Thanks Twi!” she shouted while running away. Catching the saddlebag with her hooves with some difficulty because she had no access to magic in Rainbow’s body, “Rainbow wait!” but Rainbow already was far away. ‘I better get Flan; this could get out of control very quickly.’ With that Twilight galloped towards her castle, it was weird for her to feel so light.

Day 4.5View OnlineChibi Flan's FoalsitterDay 4.5Flan let out a heavy sigh, she knew it wasn’t the mare’s fault for confusing her for her sister’s daughter, after all in her current form it could be seen that way. So she decided to not punish the Pegasus because it was just a misunderstanding. She just wanted to have Fluttershy there to translate for her because she doubted that this Pegasus would be able to understand her. The two were just flying in place awkwardly. “Hey,” Flan looked at her, nervousness wasn’t something Rainbow experienced often but this was her current state. ‘Why am I so nervous!?’ Flan was getting impatient; she decided to give the mare a couple more minutes before just going away. 2 minutes later. Flan groaned and turned to leave, because this mare wasn’t doing anything. “Wait!” Flan shot her a glare, and with crossed arms and an annoyed look she turned again to face Rainbow. “W-well, umm…” Rainbow groaned herself. “Why am I being so awkward now!?” Flan watched her with confusion, before covering her mouth with her hands to not laugh. Rainbow pouted. After that tension reliever, Flan had an idea to leave boredom behind. “Uuu.” She said to catch Rainbow’s attention. “What?” the mare didn’t understand. Flan proceeded to fly in circles around Rainbow before stopping in front of her and showed her a smug smile. Rainbow still didn’t get it. Flan rolled her eyes and pointed at the two of them and then threw a hand in a fast motion in front of her. “Wait do you want to fly with me?” Rainbow asked not sure of that. Flan nodded with an exasperated expression. “Wow, calm down, jeez.” Flan turned and did a signal for Rainbow to follow, then became a blur going farther and farther. “Oh, it is on!” with a competitive expression she shoot behind Flan. “So ya want ta talk about Flan, with the rest?” AJ questioned. “Yes, I need your help to finish a…” Twilight thought for a moment, “Gift, yes a gift.” “And ya need us because?” “Well, I saw you with her yesterday, so I thought you could help with this, you seemed to get along with her rather well. So can I count with you for this meeting?” Twilight asked with an innocent smile. “Alright, ya said in an hour right?” Twilight nodded. “Ah’ll be there then, Ah’ need ta thank her for helping me yesterday.” “Sure, I’ll see you at the castle then, I need to find Rarity.” Twilight waved good bye to Applejack. ‘Convince Applejack? Check.’ A creepy smile flashed on her face. Flan and Rainbow kept on their little race; ponies on the area looked up and saw the rainbow trail and a red dot moving extremely fast it looked like they were drawing figures in the sky. The ponies just watched in awe at the speed show, but they wondered what was able to keep up with their Rainbow Dash A.K.A the fastest flyer of all Equestria. “A meeting to decide a gift for Flan? That sounds lovely, darling.” “I agree with Rarity, she deserves it after helping me with the animals and defending the bunnies.” “So, can I count with your presence for the meeting?” Twilight asked casually. “Of course you can, our sweet Flan needs a gift for everything she has done for us.” “I’ll see you at the castle in half an hour then,” Twilight waved good bye to them. ‘I didn’t expect Fluttershy to know Flan, but that makes this so much easier!’ a sinister smile flashed in Twilight’s face. “How are you so fast?” Rainbow asked Flan when they stopped for a moment. Flan shrugged. “No special training, magic or something weird like that?” Flan shook her head. “So, you’re saying that you just have these skills just because?” Flan nodded. “You’re pulling my tail, right?” Flan denied. “Ok, whatever.” Flan then wanted to look for Fluttershy and Rarity, by now they should be free. Rainbow watched at Flan thinking, “something wrong?” Flan shook her head but then pointed at her. “Huh?” She pointed again. “You?” Flan nodded, then put her hands in front of her and made a dragging motion towards her. Rainbow confused again, Flan repeated the motion a few times. “You want?” Rainbow guessed. Flan nodded with a smile, and then she did a spinning motion with her hands. “Oh I know that one, you want to go somewhere?” Flan nodded again. “Where do you want to go?” Then Flan grabbed her long ponytail and partially hid behind it, she also did little movements with one of her feet like she was dragging them. “That’s a tough one.” Flan did it again. “Fluttershy?” Flan nodded once again. “You want to go to Fluttershy’s?” Flan tilted her head, and then shook her head. “Hmm, you want to go see Fluttershy, but not her house?” Flan nodded. “But isn’t she like in there or something?” Flan shook her head again. “So where is she? Do you know?” Flan then did some over exaggerated fancy motions. “She’s with Rarity?” Flan nodded, “So, the spa.” She nodded again. “As long as I don’t get into it, I’ll take you there.” Flan gave her a thumbs up. When they got there, Flan got into the spa, surprisingly Aloe and Lotus instantly recognized her and told her that Rarity and Fluttershy already left. “Are they there?” Rainbow asked when Flan got back; she shook her head, “Where are they then?” Flan shrugged with an ‘I don’t know’ face. “Rainbow, Flan!” they heard Spike, he was approaching with a worried expression. “Wow, what’s going on little bud?” “It’s Twilight! She got Rarity, Applejack and Fluttershy tied up in the castle!” “What!? How did that happen!?” Rainbow asked in sheer shock. “I don’t know, she was acting weird last night, kept on mumbling stuff about a task and something about Flan.” Rainbow just noticed something, she looked at Flan, “Your name is Flan?” Flan and Spike face palmed. “What? Is a legitimate question.” “Not the time for it though.” Spike looked irritated. Flan rolled her eyes and made a run to the castle. “Flan, wait!” Spike chased after her. Rainbow grabbed Spike and put him on her back, “You’re not gonna catch up with her that way bud.” and followed Flan. Inside the castle of friendship. ‘It’s just a matter of time now, Spike will bring Flan here and I’ll be able to fix her for real this time.’ Twilight thought while watching the three fearful ponies chained to the wall with tape in their mouths and a magic inhibitor ring on Rarity’s horn. ‘This time you’re going to listen to me Flan!
