JD and Damien were the best of friends who both had a passion for science and technology. That is until Damien reveals he has been secretly working on a portal to other worlds. Believing his work to be solid, he activates the portal to disastrous results.

JD finds himself in another world, surprised and furious that his friends device worked. Will he make an effort to try to fit in, or will he want to find his way home? What does it mean when another portal opens only weeks later and an invading force appears and ponies start to vanish?
