1 year later

"Holy shit mother is going to be so happy to hear" Sky said dancing around Apple bloom who was crying

"I don't want to have this please take it out of me" apple bloom begged but Sky turned to her and said

"are your serious? All that and you don't want to have it Apple bloom hunny YOU ARE PREGNANT!!! And this is gunna be beautiful for the family"

"she's not gunna get hurt is she?" Scootaloo asked in concern as she look at Apple blooms belly apparently she had been pregnant for four months now

"I don't know she's pretty small so only that moment will tell!" Sky said hopping up the stairs on excitement and closing the door. Apple bloom sobbed in to her own hoof. Scootaloo reached out as far as she could and held her other hoof

"it's okay Apple bloom we're still here"

"I'm... scared" she sobbed

"your gunna be fine I know it" sweetie bell said

"what if it really hurts though?... what if?..." scootaloo cut her off

"after all that's happened down here Apple bloom it can't be as bad"

"but..."

"well just have to wait and see" sweetie bell said also reaching out to her

"I wonder if it's a girl or a boy or even if... he'll get to see or feel the daylight" the little phillies let there head hang realizing that they haven't felt or seen sunlight for almost three years. "Either way I don't want it I'm to young"

"i feel for you but what other choice do you have?" Sweetie bell said

"what choice do I have??? It's so easy for you to say isn't it but your in the same boat I am what about when this happens to you?" Sweetie bell sat in silence

"well no matter what we're here for each other" scootaloo said "no three sickoes will ever break that up"

Three months later

"Your almost done just push!" Langerman yelled

"it... hurts..."

"I know sweetie I know but you can do this"

"just listen to him Apple bloom try to take your mind off of it" scootaloo said as she watched her friend give what looked like the most painful birth she had ever seen it was worse than the movie they saw on that field trip all the way back in school

"I'm so sorry" Langerman said

"is she done yet it's been over eight hours" Threadson said walking down the stairs

"no but she's almost there"

"go I'll take it from here"

"NO please don't leave us" Apple bloom begged other than her friends Langerman was the only source of comfort to them giving how he'd never touch them and check up on them from time to time

"I can't leave her..." Langerman said but Threadson wasn't taking no for an answer

"if you don't move your ass up those god damn stairs then we'll have to tell mother you had another slip"

"you son of a bitch!" Apple bloom yelled

"GO NOW!!!" Threadson yelled. Langerman took one look at Apple bloom and said

"I'm so sorry" as a tear fell down his face

"no... NO come back!!!" Threadson sat down in front of Apple bloom

"don't look sad I'm still here..." scootaloo and sweetie bell looked at Threadson in horror as he stared down Apple blooms lower region "now let's get this little bundle of joy out of you" he said slamming his hoof on her stomach causing her to scream in the worst pain she could have ever imagined. Scootaloo and sweetie bell could only watch as there friend was being forced in to birth and the floor in front of her just pouring out in to a huge red blood puddle "come on now just do us both a favor and push!!!" He said pushing down on her stomach again making her scream out again...
