This a story based on my character Dark and I actually drew a pony version of my self via an app on my tablet.

Anyway: Dark was bored one day so she decided to play with space and time and stuff when she accidently entered a portal that took her to the mlp universe......
When she finally arrives in her all-time favourite cartoon show , she will now have to find a way back to her own world.
P.S. She is a pony
P.P.S. I talk in 3rd person in this description , so Dark is me ,to those who are confused.

Edit - This is more of a practise story to me and will most likely be cancelled, I won't delete it, though.

Author's Note

A/N : This is my first story so I'll try to do good, if you dislike this then that's your opinion and opinions are fine as long as you don't take it too far,it's very hard to make a story that everyone loves and I don't strive to do so anyway.
But if you dislike this then you don't have to read this, I'm pretty sure that it's normal to dislike something and people do it every day!
Enjoy anyway, though!

The begining - Introduction

Ok, so I'll try to remember and recover my memory of this, so if I sometimes stop or trip up on my words then that's why.
*Ahem*

Once upon a time in the place know as my house, lived me,Dark.
(I know that it's a weird name but bare with it while I tell the story then you can do whatever, ok?
I dunno what you think, though maybe you're fine with it,either way it doesn't matter.)

I was bored,like always,and lying down on my favourite caramel-coloured couch with my brown eyes open as wide as possible, as you can tell, I didn't take the bordom so well.
I never did.
I still never do!

I think this is a great place to mention that I'm half cat, half human so that will be mentioned later or referenced or something........

"Arrrrrrrgggggghhh, I've done everything:
I've burnt down the house,
I've re-built the house,
I've uploaded a video to my cattube account,
My Kittpad is updated,
And I've annoyed my brother about it,
I think he's annoyed at me right now,
As well as playing video games 'til I passed out on this couch,
There is no MLP videos that I haven't watched on cattube,
And I've now figured out that my B-Day cake was a lie."

Yeah, so maybe I overreacted a little but you can't blame me!
How would you react if I made you a fake cake and you didn't know until it's too late!

Plus it was supposed to be chocolate cake with chocolate cream on top so of course I was disappointed when I found it was a fake.

So anyway....back to the story.

Just as I decided to once again play video games, the thought hit me:

"Let's play around with space and time and junk!"

It wasn't the best idea but I don't think the neighbours would've liked more loud groans coming from my house.
And I know that playing with space and time is dangerous, but I had the force (and I'm not human so I can enter portals and stuff) so who cared!

Using my powers as a half cat being I entered a secret room in the bathroom - don't ask me why it's in the bathroom, the constructors decided to put it there.

The world began to spin as I found myself in a stereotypical portal hall with universes, wolds, timelines, fangames, AUs, e.t.c all asigned a seperate portal and my head suddenly hurt, I'll skip the part when I look into each portal.
*BBBBBBBBBBZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ*

*SKIP*

Then I looked into a portal and found a familiar place..... Equestria.....I then realised that this was the original AU/Timeline - I don't know which one it was back then.
It just made me smile, bringing back memories to when I was still a kid, just watching the show.

Nostalgia was a thing I hardly got- especially when it comes to cartoons -but I think I am safe to say that I did get nostalgia at that particualar scene.
Don't judge me!

Although, I was too distracted to realise someone or something behind me - don't ask me how I know that now because that's all spoilers.

So then I was pushed into a world of pastel coloured ponies.
Soooooooo that's how I began this crazy, confusing and all over the place adventure.
Also, did you get the pun in the title, get it,' DARK days in Equestria'.
Ok I've gotta stop talking right now otherwise I'll annoy myself.

Author's Note

This one is not as good as the last one because less time has been spent on this , but that was the introduction so this is obviously not going to be as long, enjoy.
P.S In this chapter the narration is mixed with some of my thoughts, so thoughts would be written, for example, like : 'thoughts'.
Just thought I'd mention it.

Chapter 1 : A cat-pony

"Owww!" I said while I rubbed my head with my-' HANDS, where did my hands go and what are these.'
I suddenly got up to see if the rest of me had changed (of course I kept the cat ears because they replace my pony ears.)

'Green skin, different shades of brown on my tail and hair and a pair of wings with a cattube logo as a cutie mark,'

I repeated that over and over again in my mind, I was trying to process this in my brain but it did not seemed to work!

Before I was interupted I had already said that 17 times, and then I met face to face with the purple-haired egghead herself,
Twilight Sparkle!

Well to be honest she just bumped into me while reading her book I think it was a book about magic and stuff....

I didn't want to sound weird or obvious or even desperate so I wasn't like : "OHMYGODTWILIGHT,IT'SYOU,YOUGOTTAHELPME,I'VEBEENSUCKEDINTOAPORTALSENDINGMEHEREANDYOUHAVETOHELPMEGETBACK!"

So I just waited for her to say something, like the shy and insecure per-I mean pony I am.

"Oh my gosh!I'm so sorry I didn't see you there I-"Princess Twilight began but then stopped when she looked at me.

"Wait...... why do you have cat ears?" she asked in a curious and confused tone of voice.But I kind of expected that she'd find it weird and awkward, but it's not a bad thing!

"I don't know, why do you have wings and a horn?"I asked sarcastically, hoping that she knew that it was a joke.

"Heh, you got me there, I guess you know already that I'm a princess,right-"she waited for an answer, I could tell that she paused for my reply so I nodded to show that I already know that.
"Great, it's nice to know that somepony is calm about meeting me, others, ya know, seem to 'exaggerate' just a bit ; nice to meet you.....ummmm?

"My name is Dark,"I friendly told her.

"Ok then, 'Dark' I'll be seeing you later then, spike and I are re-reorganising the library in our castle and I must not be late!" She waved her hoof and then walked off to her crystal castle in the distance from where we were standing in PonyVille, which I assume you know how it looks seeing as you are on fimfiction.

It seems that Twilight and I got along ok, though I should probably think about where I should go next .... I could explore PonyVille, make new friends , visit Twilight in her home in the castle or I could...
Ok maybe I should think about this next time.

Chapter 3 - Besties

After the dilemma was delivered via Rarity, the three of us had to...........walk? ................gallop? ...............trot? ..............lets just say that we galloped, to the ' scene of the crime ', aka the Carousel Boutique where Rarity last saw Opal.
A bit fitting that Opal's a cat like me, it kind of makes things easier.

"Are we there yet?" I groaned, impatiently, "My everything hurts,"

"Didn't you rest darling?" She asked with concern.
I nodded in response.

"I did, but most of the time I was sleeping on grass," then I whispered with a sigh, "Kinda uncomfortable,"

"Oh, um, sorry I asked, but to answer your question, yes, we are here now." Rarity said while pointing her hoof towards her boutique (and/or home.)

She knocked on the door of her boutique and looked though the windows of the door and yelled....

"Sweetie Belle, open up, we have a guest,"
This was followed by a few: BANG's and CRASH's.

The door opened and what came of the door was a small filly, her hair shared two colours, one lighter and one darker and had a white coat.

"Im here Rarity," she said, panting.
She then noticed me and stopped panting.
"Ummm, who's the new pony?"

I sighed and pointed a hoof at myself and said,
"I'm Dark nice to meet you, Sweetie Belle,"
Then I re-positioned my hoof so it pointed at her.

She took literally, no time to hesitate and shook my hoof really fast.

Then she saw a glare coming from her sister and stopped.
"Sorry," she whispered with an unreadable expression.

Rarity then spoke up "We are actually here to find Opal,"

The small filly was upset, "Oh um,ok ,I guess I shouldn't stand in your way,"

I felt guilty after that and then said, "Well then, why don't you come to look with us."

"Squeeeeeee!"she squealed. I instantly regreted that decision. But she seems happy?

Chapter 4 - A move on

Warning:

1) This chapter was hard for me to make thanks to my bad choices in plot at the begining of the story.
I'm regeting my plot choices, but I'm committed now.
I don't want to give up or in, so I'm carrying on with this and trying to improve, I think I think I can manage.

2) This chapter may be changed or edited due to either :
Spelling or Grammar errors,(probably)
Plot changes in the next chapter or in the finished book,(unlikely)
When you are reading this, it is a draft or incomplete,(maybe)
Or I deleted or scraped the idea after publishing it. (i wouldn't)

3) This chapter is probably going to be longer than some of my others- like 500 to 600 words.
And might be cringy because of its length and my lack of imagination for characters I didn't create myself.
I'm ok with writing this story, though. And I'm ok with spending my free time writing this story, too.

She bouned, she walked fashionably, she squealed, I groaned.
I know I said that I was an MLP fan, and who wouldn't be, but I was really annoyed here.
It might be the fact that I trip every few seconds because of these hooves.
Or because I'm stuck in a world of pastel coloured ponies, where magic and myths could be real and my problem is finding a cat.

I carried on walking until I froze and said, "Wait... why am I waking when I can fly?"
Pinkie shrugged.
And then Rarity said,

"Well, to be honest, your wings are hardly noticable,"

Pinkie responded "Can't you see the outline of her wings?"
We all stared at her as if she had grown an extra head or something.
Then she saw the expressions of our face.

"Oh, um, I guess not?" I swear I saw her hair change for a split - second. Maybe it's just me,though.

We carried on walking, I felt like someone else was watching us. I just shrugged it off though.
'I must be hallucinating?' I thought, unsure.

*RUSTLE*

"What was that?!"Gulped Sweetie, in a scared tone.

*RUSTLE*
It carried on.

"Whatever it is, let's not find out," Rarity answered.
Then we ran. And ran. Until we ran....out of....breath.

The rustling carried on.
Then, it stopped, and was replaced with... meows?

"Opal!"Yelled Rarity as she gave the mammal a big hug.

"Wow,what a page turner!"Pinkie exclaimed.

Le Time Skip!
*BBBBBBBBBBZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ*

"Oh, I can't thank you enough for helping me find Opal, is there anything I can do to repay you?" Said Rarity in her 'normal' dramatic voice.

"Well-" I started, before getting the ' No you can't ' stare from Pinkie Pie.Then rephrased my sentence.
"No need for that, you don't have to give me anything, we're friends."

We said our good byes and left.

"Where should we go next?"I asked.

She reponded mysteriously , "Home,"

"SugarCube Corner?"

"No, we're taking YOU home, to your own universe!"

"How do you-"

"I'm Pinkie, I know all ponies here, plus you don't exactly look like a pony in those cat ears, all evidence leads to that, don't underestimate Pinkamena Diane Pie,"

"Oookay?"

"I have a plan to take you home, you'll be happy, and I'll be happy to make you happy,"
She smiled.

"But how?"

"You'll see."

AND THAT IS ALL.
