Driving home from an emergency house call, Dr Shields comes across something he least expected to find: A young woman walking along the side of the road during a blizzard.

Pulling to the side of the road he finds her near frozen as she collapses into his arms.

With the foreboding weather and precious few options, he rushes home in hopes of saving her life, but most of all, to answer a simple question.
