Sandy was loved his rocking chair it always made a very relaxing sound as he was rocking back and forth staring at the place of Tear called the Wastelands a horrible place that no one would live. Though with horrible demons, citius juice that drives many ponies insane and other creatures that eat meat. Sandy was glad that none of those creatures go beyond them my home. Even if the creatures come beyond the Wasteland the towns ponies always survived because of the hidden springs underneath the town which everyone has. Sandy watches the wind blow but then he sees someone approach from the Wastelands. Somepony with long hair and a cape of blackness he looked like a creature but he had kindness in his eyes as he approached he looked like a dragon but also a pony he had a red underbelly like a dragon and a black coat with mismatch eyes one that looks like a ponies and one that almost looks like a dragon he heard legends of someone of this description but Sandy never believes in legends but he sees one right now the one who killed many demons and ponies also known as The Bucher of Tear.
“ uhhh welcome stranger how do you do.” he was nervous but he still held his own watching him.
The dragonpony collapses and breathes heavy “ ohhhhh mane I thought I was going to die out their”
Sandy did not think that this dragon like pony was the so called Butcher of Tear because they said his eyes were the freezing cold of hell itself but he can’t be sure “most ponies hide their true selves from the world” that's what his ma said to them a lot but this dragonponies eyes were filled with kindness and warmth. “ So what are you doing here?”
The Dragonpony groined a loud groin something that Sandy’s ears would bleed. “ can I please have a barrel of water please?”
Sandy never gives water for free to anypony but this one just came out of the Wastelands so he goes and gets the a barrel of water from his old cellar he was called that he could carry a whole lot of water.
As soon as he give the water to the mysteries dragonpony he came up too it and drank it all up in one glup “ ahhhhh” he said in a refreshed sign. “ thank you good pony I didn’t think you would be kind enough to give me water, my name is Stone Edge whats yours”
Sandy lights his cigar which he has to lay off them otherwise he would die but he is over 60 and he has been smoking for who knows how long. “ my name is Sandy and you just got out of the Wastelands, but how did you survice that place is a no ponies land?”
Stone looks at him questionbly “ well I tried drinking the cactus juice, I went a little mad and was running around and wielding a lightsaber kinda scared away some locals.”
The Dragonpony laughed a little but Sandy knows that cactus juice is very deadly for a pony and they go mad for 7 days then they die of a horrible death but because he is a dragonpony he probably works differently on dragonponies then it does on regular ponies. “ So who were these locals that you scared away?”
Stone thought for a minute tapping on his face with his claw. “ ohhhhh I remember it was these guys dressed like stormtoorpers or that could've been what I was hallucinating. Hmmmm I don't know “
Sandy knows and the locals he probably seen were the Skull Tribe which they are cannibals that eat pony meat they probably thought he was ponsionus from drinking that juice , he has heard of one pony that escaped from them after they made him their chief but know who knows who it was Sandy heard it was a pirate. “ Don't worry about it sunny but anyways what are you doing out here? “
“ I am just a traveler going where I need to go I been travel Tear for since I was a kid I meet many different ponies including my love Lilith” he opens a pocket watch that play atlantic chimes it was so beautiful to listen to but Sandy could also see the sadness of the dragonpony he got a close look at the picture in the pocket watch and it was a beautiful mare dark blue coat, light blue eyes and a flowing red mane.
“ Your lady is beautiful is she Lilith?
Stone nodded and put his watch away “ yeah she was she helped warmed my cold heart she changed me a lot she got me to play video games and well she was so kind to me she told me not to go on my destructive path to find the path of redemption.”
“ Your marefriend is very wise where is she now?” Sandy had his sustionsions on her and what happened to her she is likely dead.
Stone looks down “ she is dead but I don’t want to talk about it”
Sandy understands why he doesn’t want to talk about it. “ So why are you telling me this? Why trust a stranger with your love life?”
Stone looked happy “ there is a thing that I learned throughout my travels and their are some ponies you should trust.”
Sandy was curious about this answer “ ohhh and what is that sunny?”
“ Always trust the ponies that would save your life”
“ What happens if they beatyr your trust ?” Sandy asked.
Stone signed as if many people asked many times “ If anypony does betray my trust, then they betray my trust it's something you have to risk if you want to live” The dragonpony looks goes and he smiled “ thank you for helping me Sandy” he leaves and walks into town. Sandy sat down to and smoked his cigar “ hmmmm could that dragonpony be the Dragon of Tear hmmm he has changed so much
