She thought that kids should have bigger play areas that were a lot safer than the ones that were usually built all over Equestria as she thought about this she noticed another big problem with Ponyville as she thought about it. Through out her time living in Ponyville she had noticed how there was limited play areas for children as all they could go to was one area in Ponyville and their own places. She realized that that situation should be fixed. She wondered why Ponyville didn't have one of those indoor parks that other cities have. She knew that it was weird how this concerned her but it did as she wanted to bring more fun to the town, she thought about it for a few minutes and she finally decided that she should take up a project to create a new indoor playground for Ponyville since other towns had those. This started to interest her a lot so she got up and ran to Pinkie Pie's with her idea, knowing Twilight she would be a bit skeptical of this plan for Ponyville but she wanted to try it, she walked up to her place and knocked on it. She waited for Pinkie Pie to answer and the door soon opened and Twilight spoke up. "Hello, I'm sorry to bother you at this hour but I was sitting somewhere and I came up with an idea for Ponyville that you should hear, you might like this idea so I hope you will listen!" Twilight exclaimed, Pinkie Pie smiled and let her in, Pinkie Pie sat down and spoke up. "Alright I'm all ears Twilight, if your idea is good enough to be considered for Ponyville I will bring it up with the mayor, I'm pretty sure the mayor will support your idea though as you always come up with great ideas that usually work, I've seen you come up with ideas before, you would be great and building whatever it is you want to build as well since you are very smart in almost every scientific project so just tell me what you want to plan to do." Pinkie Pie said, Twilight calmed her excitement as she almost couldn't contain it and spoke about her idea to her friend, she hoped that her friend would consider helping her. "I was thinking about how we don't have a lot of playgrounds in Ponyville and how other towns all over Equestria have numerous indoor playgrounds and yet we don't have one, we have one area but it's an outside based one, I think that is one location that we could build would bring more visitors to Ponyville and it would interest more families in this area and it will lead them to see other places in our town as well and the children will have more places to enjoy. I don't know I thought it was a good idea." Twilight explained, Pinkie Pie sat back as she took along look at Pinkie Pie while she thoug about this idea. Twilight waited to hear from Pinkie Pie, her hopefulness started to go away as it seemed like Pinkie Pie would refuse to do such a project since it was time consuming, she didn't want that to happen and she didn't want to fail at the project Pinkie Pie was considering to agree to right that second. Finally Pinkie Pie made up her mind so she spoke to Twilight about her decision whether or not they should build this sort of location in Ponyville. "I think it's a great idea and we should definitely do this. I want to help you with the project but I'll have bring it up with Mayor Mare before we do anything else as we need to get permission from her, if she decides on your proposal for Ponyville then i will tell you what her decision is. If she allows it we are going to have to work really hard in raising money for the center." Pinkie Pie told Twilight. Twilight nodded as they both spoke about their plans for the weekend as they thought about the idea. Pinkie Pie talked to Mayor Mare as Twilight waited outside of their office, she was nervous of the prospect that she wouldn't be able to continue this project, she was so worried that they won't be able to do the project, she started to sweat about that prospect. Soon Mayor Mare exited the room and walked up to her. "Alright Twilight I just gave Pinkie Pie and You the permission to build the place in Ponyville you both have property rights to an empty building to build the indoor playground there. You can have all of the money you require for the place but it must not exceed the towns budget as we need the money for other stuff in Ponyville as well." Mayor Mare stated, Twilight and Pinkie Pie both told her that hey understood and they thanked her and bought supplies for the place. Pinkie Pie told Twilight that she would help her design the building and she also said she would get some of her other friends involved to help with the construction if she can persuade them that it was a good idea. Twilight worried that her friends would decide that it was a waste of time to do this as she really felt like that this would be a good idea to peruse as Ponyville didn't have a lot of places where kids go and that honestly concerned her as the old park they had was over a few years old now. It soon wouldn't be their anymore so she wanted to do something worthwhile for her town even if it ended up costing a lot of money. Twilight's friends decided to help Twilight as they all thought that the idea would be wonderful, they all said that they would all meet eachother at the building and start building the place tomarrow. Twilight thanked them. They then were showed the place that they could build in it was big enough for the center, they marked the place so they could return tomorrow to start working on it, they also released a statement to Equestria about the place that they were building. They both went home as they were excited for tomorrow. Chapter 2Twilight and her friends walked to the empty building where they were going to build the play center for Ponyville in, they had a lot of work to do and if they were to get started they needed to get right to work and that's just what they did as they entered the building. When they got inside Twilight commanded her friends to measure every single wall space in the gigantic building. Her friends took notes as they measured each individual wall and area, Applejack And Rainbow Dash took the first floor while Twilight took the second floor, Twilight also instructed Rarity to buy everything that they needed so Rarity took Fluttershy with her to Canterlot's toy store. Twilight and her friends would have to wait for them to come back before they could start building, they finally finished measuring each floor and regrouped, they formed a circle while Twilight explained what they had to do next. "Alright all of us are going to have to remove all of the broken glass, broken wood, broken floor and everything else to get this place cleared out, I want all of the old chairs, beds, and some of the broken floors removed. We need to get this done by today, agreed?" Twilight asked. Applejack and Rainbow Dash nodded as they began to throw out he old mattresses and everything that didn't belong while Pinkie Pie took the stuff to the dumpster, Twilight walked to each old electricity power box and began to try to fix them so that the lights through the building would work. Twilight then told her two friends that she was going to buy all of the lights the building needed and then she left the group to buy more lights, old junk was thrown out of the building bit by bit as they had to get everything cleared out. Every bit of trash was also cleaned up and thrown away, some of her friends came back and brought vacuums and used them to clean up all the dirt while they threw away every bit of broken chair and table they could find throughout the building. Meanwhile Twilight was grabbing every light she could in the store as it was starting to take up space in her cart so she got two carts, she used some of their budget to build to buy the lights, she didn't want to axe their budget either as they still had to buy the slides. Twilight was starting to sweat as she had to buy everything that they needed for the place, she still didn't know where her friends wanted them all in the building so she would need to figure that out with them. She could only push so many carts so she decided to drive to the building and drop off each item, her friends saw what she was doing and saw that she was already starting to buy the activities for the kids. As Twilight's friends worked away Rainbow Dash opened up a jammed door with a crowbar and scanned inside with a flashlight she saw the whole area needed to be cleaned out so that's what she did as she took each broken item and threw it outside. Bit by bit the building was cleared out as the group cleared out every area as they made sure to double check areas that they cleaned out, Fluttershy opened a door to revealed and empty room and alerted her friends that they could use it as an office. When Twilight came back with more stuff Fluttershy told her the idea she had for the office and Twilight agreed that the office could be put there. Twilights friends marked Fluttershy's picked spot for the office on the first floor as they cleaned the floor their while others continued to clean out the place. Pinkie Pie was probably the only one having the most fun as she used a trampoline to get to hard to reach places in order to clean the ceiling. As Twilight came back she saw Applejack approach her to update her on the progress in the building, Twilight walked up with the stuff she bough as she put it by the building and alerted her friends that she had brought more stuff for the play areas. "Twilight...ah...I don't know about how much you want to get for tha building but I asked Pinkie Pie about an idea she had that she thought would be great and aside from the slides and puzzle piece mats she wanted to buy a ball pit for the kids and she wanted to talk it over with you." Applejack stated. Twilight started to think about the idea and decided to go see Pinkie Pie about it, she pulled her aside so they could talk to her about it. "Applejack told me your idea, how much exactly is that going to rip into our budget, we still need to get the mats to line the floor so that the kids won't get hurt and we still haven't talked about the rest of the areas...we need our budget for the rest so you need to assure me that this is a good idea." Twilight said. "I thought it was a good idea, it's just another idea aside from the little slides and puzzle piece shaped mats....we have a pretty big budget left to buy all of this other stuff so let's get going and spend that budget, we are repairing the windows as we speak and all of the stuff has been cleared but now we have to get going and assemble the areas." Pinkie Pie stated. "Alright you can buy the stuff for the ball pit but make sure to get other things there for us, I'll give you the list." Twilight said, Twilight gave Pinkie Pie the list and Pinkie Pie walked to the toy store in their area and bought more slides and the other stuff Twilight wanted her to get. She soon arrived back while Twilight was pacing back and forth while Rainbow Dash was moving in a desk into the place where the main office would be. They finally got stuff moved to a temporary area inside the building so they could go and get the stuff for the building the next day when they began to assemble the place. The finished repairing the windows. The last thing they installed were the wires that we're going to be used for the lights and fans throughout the building, there was much to do yet but tomorrow would be another day of work and they would get a lot more done tomorrow. They congratulated eachother. "Girls we did an excellent job today, theirs still so much todo, we still need to get the carpet done and the areas assembled but today we did a great job today, let's just go home and rest." Twilight said. Her friends thanked eachother and they all went home as tomorrow would be another day. Chapter 3Twilight Sparkle and her friends were at the building the next day to continue construction of the children's play center, Twilight had plans drawn out on how she wanted to continue to construct the rooms. When her friends all settled it and prepared to do more work Twilight spoke to all of them. "Alright girls the area we are going to focus on the most is the bathrooms through out the building, I'm aiming for at least three or two if you think that three isn't necessary, we have to get the bathrooms done before we continue to onto the important stuff. Right now we have do some of these other things before we get to the main attractions." Twilight explained. "We are already on it, Me and Applejack can start working on the bathrooms and someone can get the water to start working for the bathroom." Rainbow Dash said, she motioned Applejack to come with her as they picked out a room to build the bathroom in. They picked the spot and started to move the supplies for the bathroom into the room and started to construct it, her other friends all focused the second bathroom as they started building it in a separate area as well. "If you girls are thirsty then I can get some water from the cooler nearby and then I will come back to work on the sinks, I have to have the sinks finished today as we have more important stuff to work on tomarrow and if the sinks aren't finished it will delay us from the activities in the halls." Pinkie Pie stated. Twilight looked over at her as she liked that idea. "Yes I would appreciate if you could do that for us, I'm pretty thirsty, thank you." Twilight said, Pinkie Pie got them water and worked on building each sink for the bathroom she was in while the sinks in e other bathroom were also worked on by one of their other friends which Twilight didn't notice who that was who worked on the others. They all worked together as Twilight watched over the two projects while she pointed out what mistakes they made and she pointed out if they needed to make corrections but other than that they did fine, they Applejack laid down the bathroom tiles onto concrete while Rainbow Dash built the first two main stalls. Meanwhile her other friends worked on another bathroom upstairs. They made sure to build them concurrently so that they didn't have to go back and forth to floor to build them both one at a time as that would tire them out easier so they all worked on them at the same time by splitting up." Twilight marked the progress that they were making on a sheet of paper while Pinkie Pie also got them drinks. Twilight made sure to make sinks low enough for children to reach and if their parents accompanied them then they wouldn't have to worry about that but they made the sinks easy to reach anyway. Twilight made sure that they got the electricity done as well. Twilight watched them make progress on each bathroom, the bathrooms first started out as unrecognizable but soon they started to look like bathrooms, as the tiles were put in place and the toilet parts were screwed down. Soon the wires for the lights were put in place behind the walls for the lights to work. Outlets were then attached to the wires that were to be attached to the lights all throughout the building, Twilight and Fluttershy helped assemble the light switches all around the building. It took some time as they didn't want to mess anything up. Soon the light switches were finished. Twilight's friends attached the lights to the wires throughout the building by all of Twilights friends and they were tested and they worked properly, they felt happy that they accomplished so much that day but Twilight told them not to get distracted and to keep working. The wires throughout the building were worked on so that none could accidentally get broken and if one did it would be repaired by one of Twilight's friends in a moments notice and if one got broken while the building was in use then the hired staff could fix it while children were finally allowed to go to the building every day. Twilight watched her friends prepare the lights, they had to be careful to not to get electrocuted by one of them so they always had another friend advise another friend on working on a wire as they needed to pay close attention to this project so that they didn't make a mistake while they were building this location. Twilight soon saw that they were almost finished with the electricity so she left the walls and stood outside to wait for her friends to finish wiring the lights all throughout the walls. She waited for them to finish so that she could do one last thing before they went home. Soon they finished and Twilight spoke. "We accomplished a big goal today and I'm proud of each and everyone of you who worked for hours on the lights, we still have a lot to work on but we accomplished setting up the electricity which was a big deal. Tomorrow we are going to start working on the slides which is one of the main attractions here. So get some rest as we have a big day tomorrow." Twilight said. Her friends thanked her for being a good instructor for them as they worked on the project and they all went home to rest from the day of work as some of her friens went with eachother while others went by themselves. Twilight went home to go see Spike, she hoped that maybe she could get Spike to come see the huge project that they were working on for the children of Ponyville. Twilight and her friends looked forward to completing the project, she hoped that children will love it. Chapter 4Twilight and her group of friends were heading towards the center once again as they prepared to work on the play center a bit more as their was so much to do. Twilight brought the construction paper with her as they walked into the building, they then regrouped on the first floor and Twilight spoke. "Alright everybody. We are doing great but there is so much to do still, today I want all of you to split up and do the slides for the play center, they shouldn't be that tall though as that would be to scary for the kids so do the slides half the size of a regular slide, make sure that it's built to be stable so if a kid slides down it won't come apart." Twilight explained. "We will get right to work, we have the colored material to build the slides with us, we just need to know how many we are doing in total, we don't want to overdo the slides as their will be some alright built."Rarity said "Your all just doing a couple, you should all split up and build the slides in multiple sections of the rooms, that would be the most efficient way to build the slides, it shouldn't take us that long to assemble these slides and if anybody has questions then come to me." Twilight said. They all nodded and they split up and got to work. Twilight observed her friends work on the slides in the different rooms, they all tightened the screws when they put together each part, as they worked on each slide Twilight handed them pieces to use and just watched over them to make sure that she was in reach when they needed her help. Twilight compared the plans for the slides that were drawn in the construction plans to the slides that were being built in the several rooms and she saw that some of them were a bit off so Twilight pointed the problems out and her friends readjusted some of the slides in the several rooms so that they matched up with the plans. Twilight and her friends communicated with eachother as they put the slides together in the different rooms as they had eachother check their own work, soon most of the slides were about done but some still need to be built so they kept working on the slides in the several rooms. The rooms started to look like play areas as several slides and platforms were built in the several rooms in the building, Twilight and her friends had to make sure the platforms for the slides in the several rooms were safe enough to stand on as they didn't want a child fall through one because if that happened their would be several lawsuits and they would have to shut the center down so they needed to make sure that never happened. More material was added to the platforms for the slides in the several rooms and screwed in tight to make sure they were sturdy enough, Twilight and her friends walked on top of them throughout the several rooms several times to see if any of them would fall through and if they did they would have to adjust the platforms. They also made sure the platforms for the slides in the several rooms were low enough not to cause injuries. The several ordinary rooms started to look like several playrooms as Twilight's friends repaired the walls that were broken in the several areas. Twilight helped out repairing the doorways throughout the several rooms as they were crumbling a bit. Twilight's friends made sure to tighten the screws that held the slides together in the several rooms so that none would come apart when a child used one, they had to make sure it was safe to go down them all, soon when they were done they all admired their handiwork but Twilight wanted them to do one more thing before they were done for the day. Twilight and her friends painted several childish designs and just randomly added color throughout the several rooms to make it colorful. Twilight was going to put off the painting to another day but they decided to do it today as they didn't want to have to try and extend their building schedule just to accommodate the painting. Twilight and her friends were very careful not to screw up the several childish designs they had painted in the several rooms, they would have to do a design over if one of them messed up on one because then they would have to do it over again and they didn't want to do that so that's why they were careful. Soon they were done painting and then they finished up putting together any other extra pieces that were missing from the platforms or the slides into place throughout the several rooms and then they all stepped back and admired the several rooms with these designs. They had to make sure that they platforms and the slides in the several rooms all fit together and were sturdy so Twilight spoke to them to tell them what they needed to do in order check that all of these platforms in the several rooms were sturdy enough. "I want you to test each slide out throughout the rooms to make sure it's safe to go down one so that a kid won't get hurt once we open the center." Twilight said. Twilight's friends did just that for her as they went down the several slides in the several rooms to test them to make sure none would fall apart when someone played on them in the several rooms that they were built in. Twilight observed each slide being tested in the several rooms as she went to each room and she decided that they had done enough for today, she told them to pack up for the day and rest until the next day, so they all went out to some where, Twilight went with Rarity to hang out with her as they all look forward to continuing the project, they couldn't wait to finish it and open it so they could see the reactions of the children. They realized they had a lot to do before that could happen but as of that moment they just decided to enjoy themselves till the next day. Chapter 5Twilight Sparkle and her friends were at the play center and they were discussing what they had to do still, Twilight explained that they had to do the welcome office so her and her friends got to work on the office. As her friends started to build the office Twilight drove to the local store where they sold office supplies to get stuff for the main office, she bought pens, papers, folders and several papers to display the rules of the play center, she put these in a cart and wheeled it to the checkout. She hoped her friends were getting to work as she had to get the office done, she waited for the other person to finish checking out the items that they had bought so that she could get her stuff through the checkout and pay for them. Twilight finally got her items bagged so she paid the cashier and walked with her items back to the center, at the center her friends were already getting the office cleared out, Rainbow Dash was assembling the rest while Pinkie Pie was assembling the chair. Twilight set the stuff down. "I got everything that the office needs where people are welcomed to the center, after when finish the office we will put all of the supplies in the office and we have to make sure it looks identical to the drawn out plans that we have." Twilight told her friends. "It will be finished soon, I'll be working on the curtains for the office darling, we will be able to finish this section soon. The center is coming along great but their is still lost of work to be done." Rarity said, Twilight nodded and Rarity sat down and started to get out her cloth material and she started to sow it together to make curtains. Rarity was delicate as she had to take her time so she didn't mess up the curtains for the windows in the office which was what Fluttershy was working on. Twilight helped move the cabinets in and she helped put the lights in the office and assemble the switch. After Twilight was finished putting the lights into the office lights she attached the switch to the wires and attached the wire to light and tried the light and it didn't work so she had to go back and adjust the wires, once the wires were adjusted she tried to turn on the lights by flipping the switch and then the light worked properly, she covered up the hole to the light that she had made in order to get to the light to attach it to the wire and then she took down the ladder and stored it away for future uses. Twilight and her friends assembled the chair for the office and wheeled it into the office and put it behind the desk as they finished putting the rest of the desk together, they then proceeded to lay down carpet on the office floor as the carpet would bring the whole office together. Twilight and her friends worked on putting the carpet down in the office as they made sure that it lined up with every corner of the office and then as soon when as carpet was done Twilight and her friends stopped and stood up and admired their handiwork in silence for a few seconds. Twilight was so proud that they had finished the office, now alls they had to do was paint it and they would be done for the next day, she was proud of the progress they were making but she knew there was still so much left to do. Twilight knew they would have to get someone to run the office and the place in general and they and to get a few extra people to watch the kids but she knew that they would get those things done in a timely manner before the opened the center to the public. Twilight and her friends finished what they were doing for the day so they could take a break and come back the next day and continue the construction, the children in Ponyville couldn't wait as they were now forming crowds around the construction. When Rainbow Dash observed what was happening when she went to leave she went back inside and told Twilight. Twilight realized she had to tell them they would have to wait a bit more as it wasn't done yet, she knew this would agitate them so she had to take care of it as calmly as she could. She went outside she saw that several school children plus and the cutie mark crusaders were out there as well. Twilight turned to her friends and spoke to them. "Alright everybody, I know your excited and to tell you the truth so are we, but there is still much to do, I'm glad you have been patient for us up until now but please continue to be patient for us because if you go in now you'll see the construction going on so it isn't safe right now but when the construction is done then it will be safe for you all and you can go in and play in the center. Okay?" Twilight asked. Twilight and her friends watch some kids dispersed as most understood what she said and left but some kids protested and stayed so Twilight called the parents up and the parents came and took them home as they apologized to Twilight but Twilight told them that they weren't mad. After that had been taken care of Twilight and her friends congratulated each other on the good job they had done and then they went home as they knew that tomorrow they were going to be busy again, they hoped that the children can be patient till they were finished but she could see that was impossible but they don't worry about it as they were almost done and when they were done the children can enjoy the center. Chapter 6Twilight and her friends were at the children's play center that was currently under construction. Twilight had the next set of plans with her as they all entered the building. Twilight sat at a table inside the building and set down the plans and her friends surrounded the table. "So what do you have in mind for the place now? There is only so much we can do with this place so what do you have in mind for the place now?" Rarity asked Twilight as she was wondering if the building needed more work. "I was thinking a ball pit for the place. We have a lot of room for it, I know that I was debating with myself on the subject but if you all think it would be a good idea then we can build a big one." Twilight suggested. Her friends thought about it as Twilight watched them. "Well I guess the building could use some more activities so if you want to start building one we can start it after we go out and buy the plastic little balls, the only problem is is that we need to find out how big we want it to be." Rarity said. "Just big enough to fit in the building. The section can be square shaped and it can be anywhere in the building." Twilight suggested. Rarity nodded as she looked around at the building. "How about over in that area?" Rarity suggested as she pointed two doors down to an unbuilt but colored room. Twilight and her friends walked over to the room and entered it, Twilight and her friends examined it, it was big enough for a big ball pit. Twilight looked around and thought about using this room for he ball pit. Twilight's friends waited for Twilight's guidance as she had the decision on where to put the ball pit, Twilight looked at the walls of the room and then looked at her friends as they waited for her. "Alright. This room will be fine for it, but we will need to buy the stuff for this so someone is going to have to go to the store." Twilight said. Rainbow Dash said that she was already on it as she raced out of the building, Twilight and her friends started to make the structure for the pit. Twilight and her friends measured each floor space and they started to make a supportable hole for the pit which would be safe enough for the pit. They then lined the hole with harmless plastic since that was the most acceptable material to use for the ball pit since they couldn't find anything else until now. They continued to fill the hole with harmless plastic undersides as they prepared the hole for the pit while Rainbow Dash bought what they needed, her other friends cleared out the rest of the room as the hole was finished. They then cleared the hole out as they took out junk from the hole and threw it away. Once they got the hole cleared they waited for Rainbow Dash to come back with the material and the balls for the pit. Twilight and her friends inspected the area and saw that everything was ready. Soon Rainbow Dash arrived at the building and her friends saw her enter the room to finish the ball pit so they could be done for the day so they can go home. "It's about time you showed up. We finished the hole and its ready to be constructed into a ball pit but we have to fill over the hole with what you bought as we can't put the balls in just yet." Pinkie Pie pointed out. Rainbow Dash nodded and set down the materials. "We need to line the hole with acceptable child safety material to protect them from getting hurt. We already have that somewhere here but we have to find it. I think we left it near the two hallways near the entrance to the building." Twilight explained. "It's probably in here somewhere. Let's go look for it and then we can come back here and line the area with the soft material." Rarity said, Twilight and her friends looked throughout the building for the material that they needed. They couldn't continue until they got what they needed for the pit. Twilight and her friends finally found what they were looking for and started to line the hole up with the material as the material would be comfortable enough to sit down in. Twilight and her friends handed eachother the material as they lined the hole up. Twilight and her friends finally finished that part and then they filled the pit with the balls and then they exited the room and took a very good look at it. Twilight and her friends were satisfied with the room. They had gotten more stuff done today with the building. "Alright that looks good. Great job girls, there is so much stuff we have to do yet but we have made so much progress. Every day it gets one step closer to being completed. I can't wait to open this place up to the public but before that happens we still have to do so much for the building in order to finish it. Get some rest and we will do more tomorrow." Twilight said. Her friends congratulated on the good job that they had done and her friends split up to do stuff together, Rarity went with Pinkie Pie to hang out with her and Applejack and Rainbow Dash challenged eachother to a race. Twilight chuckled as she went home as well while she thought about the future of this project of theirs. She couldn't wait for the grand opening of the play center, she hoped that the kids in Equestria will come for and wide when they hear about it and they will try it all out and like it while they keep coming back to the place. Chapter 7Twilight and her friends arrived back at the incomplete play center as they still had a few things to do before it was finished and before it was ready to be opened to the majority of the families with children. Twilight wanted to get right down to business so they could start to finish the project. When they got inside and Twilight and her friends went over what they were going to do today. Twilight went over how they still had to finish building a lot of the activities in the halls that were not finished yet which would take all day, they had to get the rest of this stuff done so they can finally open the place which would be a major accomplishment to them. They didn't have a lot to do so they had to focus on getting the center finished so they can open the place. Twilight and her friends stopped talking about what they had to finish in the center and got to work in the halls as they started to build the activities, Twilight didn't know how long it would take that day but she would go all night if she had to in order to finish the center as she just needed to get it done so she can open it for the children. Twilight and her friends set up all of the activities that were in the blueprints up in the halls, they all split up and worked on building each activity so that they could be able to get more done in time by splitting up and work on each activity by themselves. They saw that this would be more efficient so they did it this way for the rest of the morning and for the rest of the afternoon. Twilight looked around and saw her friends working without stopping, she couldn't believe they were so willing to work so much today but she appreciated it as she needed to get this place finished with her friends no matter how much effort to took in finishing the center for the children in Ponyville. Time passed and Twilight and her friends realized that it was taking longer than expected, they were getting tired but Twilight urged them on as they couldn't waste any time by slowing down. They understood what she was saying to them and they just continued to work on the activities in the center. Twilight just concentrated on what she was doing and not what her friends were doing as she was confident they were assembling the activities in the halls right, Twilight finished one and started working on another. Twilight's friends also concentrated on what they were doing as well. Soon Twilight and her friends slowed down as they needed to take a break, they asked Twilight this and she said that it was okay, Twilight continued to work on all of the activities while her friends took a few minutes to rest and look around and the finished rooms and unfinished stuff they still had to do for some of the rooms and for some of the hallways. Twilight however didn't rest as she was to preoccupied with working on the project, she just couldn't wait to finish this whole thing as that would mean that they had accomplished in building the play center. The play center was already halfway done so they couldn't stop now as they were almost finished. Twilight kept working and soon her friends continued to work with her again after they had taken a short break from all of the work that they had been doing. When they got the activities in the halls done they will be one step closer to finishing the play center so they had to keep working. Twilight and her friends finally stopped as they admired their work, they then put down their tools and examined all that they had completed in the play center so far, they realized that they had gotten a lot done and they realized that the project was almost finished. The building was just about ready to be open but their was still a lot of details that had to be finished in the building or it would be incomplete. Twilight brought up the idea of opening it early and they could continue to work on it at night time when the kids were home but her friends didn't think that was a good idea, they argued about this idea for a couple of minutes and all of Twilight's friends said that her idea was not a good idea, Twilight tried to convince them otherwise but her friends remained strong in their decision to work on it a bit more before they opened it so Twilight gave up in trying to argue with them. Sure they had some stiff to do yet but other than that the center was almost ready to be opened officially, when they left that day Twilight updated Mayor Mare and Mayor Mare said that it was great and that she couldn't wait for the center to help Ponyville grow. Twilight thanked her and left Mayor Mare's office. Twilight went home after talking to the mayor as she was as exhausted as her other friends were when they went home before her as well, she went inside her home and updated Spike on how the project was going along and he told her that he was proud of her, Twilight got into her bed and then took a nap and got up later in the evening as they had worked till the afternoon that day which was longer than the last times they had worked. Twilight couldn't wait till tomorrow as she relaxed for the rest of the day as she had worked so much that day, her friends worked just as much as her to and she appreciated them for helping her with this project every step of the way. She couldn't wait to finish the project with her friends. Chapter 8Twilight and her friends went back to the building where the play center was under construction so they can do more work on the building, when they got inside the half finished play center they got right to work as they started to remove their tools from the center. Twilight and her friends started to look around the entire center as they cleaned up the all of the rooms as they took away the dust and threw the dust away, they had to make sure they got every speck of dust and tool or it wouldn't be safe for kids. Twilight and her friends bought in vacuums and they started to vacuum all of the dust from the floors while they swept up all of the dirt in the center, they hoped that the people that were picked to run the place will not forget to clean the place. If her friends missed any spots that had broken floor or glass the mayor would refuse to let them open the center unless everything was in perfect condition and was safe for kids so they had to get ride of all of the extra wood that they had missed to toss out the day they were stripping the place up. They also cleaned up some pieces of glass that they forgot to remove. Twilight looked up at the roof and knew that they would have to fix that before the place opened as well or the roof would collapse and harm people, she reminded her friends about the roof while they were working and they told her that they obviously knew that they had to fix the roof. They got right back to work. Twilight and her friends never saw a place so dirty before but they should have guessed it would have been dirty from all of the construction. They cleaned the slides and the floor patterns as well as the walls that still had sodder on them from the old wood. It started to look very clean in the first time for years before the building was condemned after being used as an office building for a corporation. They wondered what corporation used it and they wondered what would think of their old building being turned into a place where children can enjoy themselves. Would the corporation like what they had done with the condemned building or would they get extremely annoyed at what they did to the building even if they couldn't do anything about it anymore since Twilight and her friends owned it now. Twilight would have to ask Celestia what the building was used for as she needed to know its past history, Twilight stopped thinking about all of this as she got right back to work in cleaning the center with her friends. Twilight and her friends finished cleaning the first floor and then went upstairs to clean the second floor as they wanted to make sure they didn't mess a spot, they wanted to make the place squeaky clean before the grand opening so that children will have a clean place to play in. Twilight and her friends climbed some ladders to check out the roof to see what they still had to do for the roof and saw that they still needed to fix the entire roof, they measured the size of the roof as they started to prepare to build it. Twilight and her friends got down from the ladder after they had measured the roof so they can fix the roof tomarrow and met outside of the building to discuss the last few things that they had to do, when Twilight reached them she spoke about what they were going to do next. "We are almost completely finished with the project and we are almost ready to open the building for use, but before we do that we need to fix the roof. That is very last thing that we need to do, we are going to bring in a lot of ladders in tomorrow so we can reach the roof in order to fix it and once we are done with the roof we will finally hire some people to run the place and then we will open the center so that kids can play in it." Twilight spoke. "Oh yeah that's right I almost forgot about hiring some people, we have to hire people to run the place and watch over the children before we open the place, it's imperative that we do this we have to hire people! After the roof is fixed we need to go look for qualified people to run this place and take care of it and then we can open the center." Twilight explained. Twilight's friends understood. "We know Twilight. We will hire some people after the roof is fixed, it shouldn't be to hard to find some people, of coarse these people will want to get paid so we have to make sure they are paid once every week when they work here." Rarity said. Twilight nodded as she was glad that Rarity brought up that subject. "I'll find someone to be the director of the place to pay the people who work here as it would be unfair for the people if they didn't get paid for the work that they will do at this center so we need to get someone to pay the workers that work her." Twilight said, her friends nodded and Twilight spoke to them about what they still had to do before they finished the center. "Alright girls you all did a good job today, remember we have to be here at the same time as usual as we have to get that roof done once we do we will hire workers to run the place and then we can officially open the center for the children. Go home and get some rest because we have a big day tomorrow." Twilight said. Twilight and her friends went home as they all couldn't wait to get the center done. Chapter 9The next day Twilight and her friends woke up and prepared to work on the project some more, after they got ready they went to the center and they then arrived at the center once again as they prepared to fix the roof that day, they were almost finished with the center, they had two more things to do for the center and then they were done with the entire project that they had worked on. When Twilight's friends arrived they were very excited about finishing the project, Twilight and her friends walked into the center and looked up at the roof and saw that the roof looked broken. They knew that they had to fix the roof. Twilight and her friends climbed up a ladder to the roof and got right to work. Twilight and her friends split up as they covered the holes in the roof with wood and hammering nails down to keep the wood together so that they wood wouldn't fall off the roof, the finished he first hole and then worked on the next hole as hey did the same thing they did at the second hole as they had done on the first hole. Twilight and her friends got to the third hole as they helped eachother fix each hole that littered the roof with new wood that they installed over each of the holes that littered the roof. Twilight made sure to keep track of every hole that they covered so that they didn't get confused on how many holes hat they still had to fix that cluttered the roof. Twilight and her friends fixed each hole they went to in order to fix as they finished other holes on the roof, they also walked on the wood to make sure that the areas that were fixed which were once holes wouldn't break. When they finished checking each hole they went to the next hole. Twilight and her friends continued to cover every single hole that was in the roof, they had to make sure that everything was perfect before they opened it, they had to make sure that they wouldn't miss anything or the place would get into lots of trouble with the town as some kids might get put in danger if they missed anything so they didn't want that which is why they have been checking everything. Twilight and her friends communicated a lot as they covered each hole as they needed to make sure that each of them didn't need help from eachother because if they needed help from eachother then they would help eachother with covering the holes so that none would have to cover the holes that cluttered the roof by themselves but they were doing great by themselves so they didn't bother helping but they still communicated with eachother anyway just in case they did need to help eachother. Twilight observed every single hole her friends covered as she watched them cover each hole on the roof that she was standing on. They wouldn't have any time to do this tomorrow as they were going to be busy by hiring a lot of people to run the place and opening the center so they needed to get this done. Twilight couldn't believe that they were about to finish the project that they had worked on a lot these past few days. She was very happy at what they had accomplished over these past few days, she noticed they were almost finished but it never occurred to her that it would be finished soon. She was very delighted. Twilight stopped thinking about the project and she continued to work with her friends on fixing the now nearly fixed roof as it looked less and less broken as they had covered almost every hole on the roof. They still had a few more to go but other than that they were almost done. Soon Twilight and her friends fixed the last few holes that cluttered the entire ceiling and admired the work they had done on the building they went back to the ladder and they climbed back to the ground one by one. They then put the ladder away and Twilight spoke to her friends. "Alright girls we are just about done I will be rewarding your for your hard work and your determination on building this place as it's completely finished. I'm going to talk to hire some people to work here in order to take care of everything and to fix stiff if something gets broken and they are going to keep watch over their kids but we will also make sure that will usually be the parents job. I'm going to talk to Mayor Mare about opening it and then once when that happens kids can start to enjoy themselves and then our work will be done. I want to thank all of you for your help and teamwork in preparing this place. You have not only built something with teamwork and skill but you have also prepared something little ones can play in by using your teamwork. Thank you for your teamwork." Twilight said. After Twilight said this they all went home and Twilight talked to Mayor Mare about hiring some people to run the place and she said she would find people to watch the children and take care of the place as well. Twilight went home and told Spike about how she finished the project and said that he could come see them open it tomorrow. After this Twilight rested for the rest of the day as she was proud of her friends for finishing the project as hey had worked really hard on the project and concentrated really hard on finishing the project for Ponyville and the community if Ponyville, she hoped that the center would bring more tourist attraction to the entire town as well,nshe knew that her friends could do it and she was right. Twilight could not wait for tomorrow as that would be the day they opened the center. Twilight couldn't wait. Chapter 10The next day Twilight and her friends notified the mayor they were ready to open it so they had someone come over to inspect the place to make sure everything was safe for kids to play in, Twilight and her friends waited anxiously as the inspector checked over every single detail in the place. They hoped that they didn't make a mistake that could harm kids as they would feel guilty, and even if everything was perfect would the place get condemned anyway, they were so scared of that possibility. The inspector walked through the several rooms as he checked over everything that they had built. Twilight and her friends didn't say a word as the place was checked out. Their go ahead to officially open this building laid on this inspector's shoulders. It was his decision to allow me open the center and allow kids to play in it or force them to work on it more. He looked over every detail as he spent a couple of minutes on each area. The inspector finished looking at the place and walked back to where Twilight and her friends were, Twilight gulped as he looked her straight in the eye. She was afraid that the place might not be safe enough for children. He pursed his lips as he thought. Twilight waited for him to say something and finally he spoke. "Are the balls in the ballpit of non allergic material? There were a couple of accidents a few years ago where a kid fell ill to something similar in here that was made of allergic material." He said. Twilight answered him about the materials as honestly as she could get as she knew that her answe was true. "No all the material that has been used for the objects here were made from natural mats, they contain no rubber or adhesives or anything like that." Twilight told him. Her friends watched her and the inspector with anxiousness. The inspector went over and looked at some of the lights. "And the electricity was done by a professional electrician who has had a lot of expert and with setting up electrical systems and fix broken lighting over the years?" The man asked, Twilight's eyes widened as she looked over to her friends, she remembered that she and her friends did the electricity themselves, she looked over at the inspector. She wondered if he would accept their judgement of setting up the electricity by themselves. She didn't think that their would be any problems that would arise from the electricity throughout the building as they did a good job setting up the electrical systems. "No sir...we did that ourselves as it was just easier for us. We didn't think about hiring anybody to help us building this center. We didn't think about using an electrician so we went ahead and...did it anyway." Twilight confessed. Twilight her friends were so embarrassed. Twilight was on the verge of running away to avoid the embarrassment that she was now facing. "A trained electrician should of set up all of the electrical systems in the building, unless you have qualified experience with electricity you shouldn't be messing with something you don't know anything about. Do you have any trained experience at all or did you just work on something that you didn't have any trained experiance with?" He asked. Twilight tried to come up with a good excuse. "I...I have read books on electricity! So I'm pretty sure I did okay even if I didn't have any electricians help us on the building. I'm not clueless about anything that I try and work on. I'm sure I didn't mess anything up. You have to trust me." Twilight said as she smiled, the man frowned at her as he looked at the lights. "That doesn't count. You should have done it if you have been trained to set up electrical systems, even someone who reads a book about something and then do that thing they read about with no experience at all can still screw it up. Books help but not usually books are not enough sometimes." The inspector said. Twilight nodded. "I understand sir." Twilight said. The man took one more walk as he inspected the rooms again, Twilight was uncertain about what might happen with the building. Would they be unable to open it up to the public or would they have to fix some stuff. The man also tested the lights and saw that they worked properly. The inspector finished inspecting every single room that was in the finished building that Twilight and her friends had built and then he approached Twilight and her friends as they waited for the final judgement. He thought about what he had looked over and decided if they met the safety qualifications that each building needed in Equestria and then he finally made his official decision on the building. "The place can be opened. Make sure to hire some people to watch over the building and run the place before you open it though." He said. Twilight and her friends understood and Twilight and her friends searched for respectable people to watch over what happened in the building. "After they got some people they officially opened the play center and it immediately became popular with a lot of children. The uses of the place grew and soon lots of kids from Ponyville came to enjoy the building and then it grew to kids who were visiting Ponyville to come to the play center to enjoy it as well. "Twilight and her friends knew that everything with the center would be good. They celebrated their success with eachother as a lot of parents and kids thanked them for their hard work. The mayor thanked them for the contribution to Ponyville as children enjoyed the center. Twilight and her friends were happy that they had succeeded in creating a perfect play center as the center was used everyday by kids from then on.
Chapter 1Twilight Sparkle was at the park as she was swinging on one of the swings that she saw that was empty, she decided to swing for a bit since she was taking a bit of a walk through Ponyville while she swung she watched the children play near the playground while she had a big smile on her face, the playground was small however and this made her dissapointed. She thought that kids should have bigger play areas that were a lot safer than the ones that were usually built all over Equestria as she thought about this she noticed another big problem with Ponyville as she thought about it. Through out her time living in Ponyville she had noticed how there was limited play areas for children as all they could go to was one area in Ponyville and their own places. She realized that that situation should be fixed. She wondered why Ponyville didn't have one of those indoor parks that other cities have. She knew that it was weird how this concerned her but it did as she wanted to bring more fun to the town, she thought about it for a few minutes and she finally decided that she should take up a project to create a new indoor playground for Ponyville since other towns had those. This started to interest her a lot so she got up and ran to Pinkie Pie's with her idea, knowing Twilight she would be a bit skeptical of this plan for Ponyville but she wanted to try it, she walked up to her place and knocked on it. She waited for Pinkie Pie to answer and the door soon opened and Twilight spoke up. "Hello, I'm sorry to bother you at this hour but I was sitting somewhere and I came up with an idea for Ponyville that you should hear, you might like this idea so I hope you will listen!" Twilight exclaimed, Pinkie Pie smiled and let her in, Pinkie Pie sat down and spoke up. "Alright I'm all ears Twilight, if your idea is good enough to be considered for Ponyville I will bring it up with the mayor, I'm pretty sure the mayor will support your idea though as you always come up with great ideas that usually work, I've seen you come up with ideas before, you would be great and building whatever it is you want to build as well since you are very smart in almost every scientific project so just tell me what you want to plan to do." Pinkie Pie said, Twilight calmed her excitement as she almost couldn't contain it and spoke about her idea to her friend, she hoped that her friend would consider helping her. "I was thinking about how we don't have a lot of playgrounds in Ponyville and how other towns all over Equestria have numerous indoor playgrounds and yet we don't have one, we have one area but it's an outside based one, I think that is one location that we could build would bring more visitors to Ponyville and it would interest more families in this area and it will lead them to see other places in our town as well and the children will have more places to enjoy. I don't know I thought it was a good idea." Twilight explained, Pinkie Pie sat back as she took along look at Pinkie Pie while she thoug about this idea. Twilight waited to hear from Pinkie Pie, her hopefulness started to go away as it seemed like Pinkie Pie would refuse to do such a project since it was time consuming, she didn't want that to happen and she didn't want to fail at the project Pinkie Pie was considering to agree to right that second. Finally Pinkie Pie made up her mind so she spoke to Twilight about her decision whether or not they should build this sort of location in Ponyville. "I think it's a great idea and we should definitely do this. I want to help you with the project but I'll have bring it up with Mayor Mare before we do anything else as we need to get permission from her, if she decides on your proposal for Ponyville then i will tell you what her decision is. If she allows it we are going to have to work really hard in raising money for the center." Pinkie Pie told Twilight. Twilight nodded as they both spoke about their plans for the weekend as they thought about the idea. Pinkie Pie talked to Mayor Mare as Twilight waited outside of their office, she was nervous of the prospect that she wouldn't be able to continue this project, she was so worried that they won't be able to do the project, she started to sweat about that prospect. Soon Mayor Mare exited the room and walked up to her. "Alright Twilight I just gave Pinkie Pie and You the permission to build the place in Ponyville you both have property rights to an empty building to build the indoor playground there. You can have all of the money you require for the place but it must not exceed the towns budget as we need the money for other stuff in Ponyville as well." Mayor Mare stated, Twilight and Pinkie Pie both told her that hey understood and they thanked her and bought supplies for the place. Pinkie Pie told Twilight that she would help her design the building and she also said she would get some of her other friends involved to help with the construction if she can persuade them that it was a good idea. Twilight worried that her friends would decide that it was a waste of time to do this as she really felt like that this would be a good idea to peruse as Ponyville didn't have a lot of places where kids go and that honestly concerned her as the old park they had was over a few years old now. It soon wouldn't be their anymore so she wanted to do something worthwhile for her town even if it ended up costing a lot of money. Twilight's friends decided to help Twilight as they all thought that the idea would be wonderful, they all said that they would all meet eachother at the building and start building the place tomarrow. Twilight thanked them. They then were showed the place that they could build in it was big enough for the center, they marked the place so they could return tomorrow to start working on it, they also released a statement to Equestria about the place that they were building. They both went home as they were excited for tomorrow.
Chapter 2Twilight and her friends walked to the empty building where they were going to build the play center for Ponyville in, they had a lot of work to do and if they were to get started they needed to get right to work and that's just what they did as they entered the building. When they got inside Twilight commanded her friends to measure every single wall space in the gigantic building. Her friends took notes as they measured each individual wall and area, Applejack And Rainbow Dash took the first floor while Twilight took the second floor, Twilight also instructed Rarity to buy everything that they needed so Rarity took Fluttershy with her to Canterlot's toy store. Twilight and her friends would have to wait for them to come back before they could start building, they finally finished measuring each floor and regrouped, they formed a circle while Twilight explained what they had to do next. "Alright all of us are going to have to remove all of the broken glass, broken wood, broken floor and everything else to get this place cleared out, I want all of the old chairs, beds, and some of the broken floors removed. We need to get this done by today, agreed?" Twilight asked. Applejack and Rainbow Dash nodded as they began to throw out he old mattresses and everything that didn't belong while Pinkie Pie took the stuff to the dumpster, Twilight walked to each old electricity power box and began to try to fix them so that the lights through the building would work. Twilight then told her two friends that she was going to buy all of the lights the building needed and then she left the group to buy more lights, old junk was thrown out of the building bit by bit as they had to get everything cleared out. Every bit of trash was also cleaned up and thrown away, some of her friends came back and brought vacuums and used them to clean up all the dirt while they threw away every bit of broken chair and table they could find throughout the building. Meanwhile Twilight was grabbing every light she could in the store as it was starting to take up space in her cart so she got two carts, she used some of their budget to build to buy the lights, she didn't want to axe their budget either as they still had to buy the slides. Twilight was starting to sweat as she had to buy everything that they needed for the place, she still didn't know where her friends wanted them all in the building so she would need to figure that out with them. She could only push so many carts so she decided to drive to the building and drop off each item, her friends saw what she was doing and saw that she was already starting to buy the activities for the kids. As Twilight's friends worked away Rainbow Dash opened up a jammed door with a crowbar and scanned inside with a flashlight she saw the whole area needed to be cleaned out so that's what she did as she took each broken item and threw it outside. Bit by bit the building was cleared out as the group cleared out every area as they made sure to double check areas that they cleaned out, Fluttershy opened a door to revealed and empty room and alerted her friends that they could use it as an office. When Twilight came back with more stuff Fluttershy told her the idea she had for the office and Twilight agreed that the office could be put there. Twilights friends marked Fluttershy's picked spot for the office on the first floor as they cleaned the floor their while others continued to clean out the place. Pinkie Pie was probably the only one having the most fun as she used a trampoline to get to hard to reach places in order to clean the ceiling. As Twilight came back she saw Applejack approach her to update her on the progress in the building, Twilight walked up with the stuff she bough as she put it by the building and alerted her friends that she had brought more stuff for the play areas. "Twilight...ah...I don't know about how much you want to get for tha building but I asked Pinkie Pie about an idea she had that she thought would be great and aside from the slides and puzzle piece mats she wanted to buy a ball pit for the kids and she wanted to talk it over with you." Applejack stated. Twilight started to think about the idea and decided to go see Pinkie Pie about it, she pulled her aside so they could talk to her about it. "Applejack told me your idea, how much exactly is that going to rip into our budget, we still need to get the mats to line the floor so that the kids won't get hurt and we still haven't talked about the rest of the areas...we need our budget for the rest so you need to assure me that this is a good idea." Twilight said. "I thought it was a good idea, it's just another idea aside from the little slides and puzzle piece shaped mats....we have a pretty big budget left to buy all of this other stuff so let's get going and spend that budget, we are repairing the windows as we speak and all of the stuff has been cleared but now we have to get going and assemble the areas." Pinkie Pie stated. "Alright you can buy the stuff for the ball pit but make sure to get other things there for us, I'll give you the list." Twilight said, Twilight gave Pinkie Pie the list and Pinkie Pie walked to the toy store in their area and bought more slides and the other stuff Twilight wanted her to get. She soon arrived back while Twilight was pacing back and forth while Rainbow Dash was moving in a desk into the place where the main office would be. They finally got stuff moved to a temporary area inside the building so they could go and get the stuff for the building the next day when they began to assemble the place. The finished repairing the windows. The last thing they installed were the wires that we're going to be used for the lights and fans throughout the building, there was much to do yet but tomorrow would be another day of work and they would get a lot more done tomorrow. They congratulated eachother. "Girls we did an excellent job today, theirs still so much todo, we still need to get the carpet done and the areas assembled but today we did a great job today, let's just go home and rest." Twilight said. Her friends thanked eachother and they all went home as tomorrow would be another day.
Chapter 3Twilight Sparkle and her friends were at the building the next day to continue construction of the children's play center, Twilight had plans drawn out on how she wanted to continue to construct the rooms. When her friends all settled it and prepared to do more work Twilight spoke to all of them. "Alright girls the area we are going to focus on the most is the bathrooms through out the building, I'm aiming for at least three or two if you think that three isn't necessary, we have to get the bathrooms done before we continue to onto the important stuff. Right now we have do some of these other things before we get to the main attractions." Twilight explained. "We are already on it, Me and Applejack can start working on the bathrooms and someone can get the water to start working for the bathroom." Rainbow Dash said, she motioned Applejack to come with her as they picked out a room to build the bathroom in. They picked the spot and started to move the supplies for the bathroom into the room and started to construct it, her other friends all focused the second bathroom as they started building it in a separate area as well. "If you girls are thirsty then I can get some water from the cooler nearby and then I will come back to work on the sinks, I have to have the sinks finished today as we have more important stuff to work on tomarrow and if the sinks aren't finished it will delay us from the activities in the halls." Pinkie Pie stated. Twilight looked over at her as she liked that idea. "Yes I would appreciate if you could do that for us, I'm pretty thirsty, thank you." Twilight said, Pinkie Pie got them water and worked on building each sink for the bathroom she was in while the sinks in e other bathroom were also worked on by one of their other friends which Twilight didn't notice who that was who worked on the others. They all worked together as Twilight watched over the two projects while she pointed out what mistakes they made and she pointed out if they needed to make corrections but other than that they did fine, they Applejack laid down the bathroom tiles onto concrete while Rainbow Dash built the first two main stalls. Meanwhile her other friends worked on another bathroom upstairs. They made sure to build them concurrently so that they didn't have to go back and forth to floor to build them both one at a time as that would tire them out easier so they all worked on them at the same time by splitting up." Twilight marked the progress that they were making on a sheet of paper while Pinkie Pie also got them drinks. Twilight made sure to make sinks low enough for children to reach and if their parents accompanied them then they wouldn't have to worry about that but they made the sinks easy to reach anyway. Twilight made sure that they got the electricity done as well. Twilight watched them make progress on each bathroom, the bathrooms first started out as unrecognizable but soon they started to look like bathrooms, as the tiles were put in place and the toilet parts were screwed down. Soon the wires for the lights were put in place behind the walls for the lights to work. Outlets were then attached to the wires that were to be attached to the lights all throughout the building, Twilight and Fluttershy helped assemble the light switches all around the building. It took some time as they didn't want to mess anything up. Soon the light switches were finished. Twilight's friends attached the lights to the wires throughout the building by all of Twilights friends and they were tested and they worked properly, they felt happy that they accomplished so much that day but Twilight told them not to get distracted and to keep working. The wires throughout the building were worked on so that none could accidentally get broken and if one did it would be repaired by one of Twilight's friends in a moments notice and if one got broken while the building was in use then the hired staff could fix it while children were finally allowed to go to the building every day. Twilight watched her friends prepare the lights, they had to be careful to not to get electrocuted by one of them so they always had another friend advise another friend on working on a wire as they needed to pay close attention to this project so that they didn't make a mistake while they were building this location. Twilight soon saw that they were almost finished with the electricity so she left the walls and stood outside to wait for her friends to finish wiring the lights all throughout the walls. She waited for them to finish so that she could do one last thing before they went home. Soon they finished and Twilight spoke. "We accomplished a big goal today and I'm proud of each and everyone of you who worked for hours on the lights, we still have a lot to work on but we accomplished setting up the electricity which was a big deal. Tomorrow we are going to start working on the slides which is one of the main attractions here. So get some rest as we have a big day tomorrow." Twilight said. Her friends thanked her for being a good instructor for them as they worked on the project and they all went home to rest from the day of work as some of her friens went with eachother while others went by themselves. Twilight went home to go see Spike, she hoped that maybe she could get Spike to come see the huge project that they were working on for the children of Ponyville. Twilight and her friends looked forward to completing the project, she hoped that children will love it.
Chapter 4Twilight and her group of friends were heading towards the center once again as they prepared to work on the play center a bit more as their was so much to do. Twilight brought the construction paper with her as they walked into the building, they then regrouped on the first floor and Twilight spoke. "Alright everybody. We are doing great but there is so much to do still, today I want all of you to split up and do the slides for the play center, they shouldn't be that tall though as that would be to scary for the kids so do the slides half the size of a regular slide, make sure that it's built to be stable so if a kid slides down it won't come apart." Twilight explained. "We will get right to work, we have the colored material to build the slides with us, we just need to know how many we are doing in total, we don't want to overdo the slides as their will be some alright built."Rarity said "Your all just doing a couple, you should all split up and build the slides in multiple sections of the rooms, that would be the most efficient way to build the slides, it shouldn't take us that long to assemble these slides and if anybody has questions then come to me." Twilight said. They all nodded and they split up and got to work. Twilight observed her friends work on the slides in the different rooms, they all tightened the screws when they put together each part, as they worked on each slide Twilight handed them pieces to use and just watched over them to make sure that she was in reach when they needed her help. Twilight compared the plans for the slides that were drawn in the construction plans to the slides that were being built in the several rooms and she saw that some of them were a bit off so Twilight pointed the problems out and her friends readjusted some of the slides in the several rooms so that they matched up with the plans. Twilight and her friends communicated with eachother as they put the slides together in the different rooms as they had eachother check their own work, soon most of the slides were about done but some still need to be built so they kept working on the slides in the several rooms. The rooms started to look like play areas as several slides and platforms were built in the several rooms in the building, Twilight and her friends had to make sure the platforms for the slides in the several rooms were safe enough to stand on as they didn't want a child fall through one because if that happened their would be several lawsuits and they would have to shut the center down so they needed to make sure that never happened. More material was added to the platforms for the slides in the several rooms and screwed in tight to make sure they were sturdy enough, Twilight and her friends walked on top of them throughout the several rooms several times to see if any of them would fall through and if they did they would have to adjust the platforms. They also made sure the platforms for the slides in the several rooms were low enough not to cause injuries. The several ordinary rooms started to look like several playrooms as Twilight's friends repaired the walls that were broken in the several areas. Twilight helped out repairing the doorways throughout the several rooms as they were crumbling a bit. Twilight's friends made sure to tighten the screws that held the slides together in the several rooms so that none would come apart when a child used one, they had to make sure it was safe to go down them all, soon when they were done they all admired their handiwork but Twilight wanted them to do one more thing before they were done for the day. Twilight and her friends painted several childish designs and just randomly added color throughout the several rooms to make it colorful. Twilight was going to put off the painting to another day but they decided to do it today as they didn't want to have to try and extend their building schedule just to accommodate the painting. Twilight and her friends were very careful not to screw up the several childish designs they had painted in the several rooms, they would have to do a design over if one of them messed up on one because then they would have to do it over again and they didn't want to do that so that's why they were careful. Soon they were done painting and then they finished up putting together any other extra pieces that were missing from the platforms or the slides into place throughout the several rooms and then they all stepped back and admired the several rooms with these designs. They had to make sure that they platforms and the slides in the several rooms all fit together and were sturdy so Twilight spoke to them to tell them what they needed to do in order check that all of these platforms in the several rooms were sturdy enough. "I want you to test each slide out throughout the rooms to make sure it's safe to go down one so that a kid won't get hurt once we open the center." Twilight said. Twilight's friends did just that for her as they went down the several slides in the several rooms to test them to make sure none would fall apart when someone played on them in the several rooms that they were built in. Twilight observed each slide being tested in the several rooms as she went to each room and she decided that they had done enough for today, she told them to pack up for the day and rest until the next day, so they all went out to some where, Twilight went with Rarity to hang out with her as they all look forward to continuing the project, they couldn't wait to finish it and open it so they could see the reactions of the children. They realized they had a lot to do before that could happen but as of that moment they just decided to enjoy themselves till the next day.
Chapter 5Twilight Sparkle and her friends were at the play center and they were discussing what they had to do still, Twilight explained that they had to do the welcome office so her and her friends got to work on the office. As her friends started to build the office Twilight drove to the local store where they sold office supplies to get stuff for the main office, she bought pens, papers, folders and several papers to display the rules of the play center, she put these in a cart and wheeled it to the checkout. She hoped her friends were getting to work as she had to get the office done, she waited for the other person to finish checking out the items that they had bought so that she could get her stuff through the checkout and pay for them. Twilight finally got her items bagged so she paid the cashier and walked with her items back to the center, at the center her friends were already getting the office cleared out, Rainbow Dash was assembling the rest while Pinkie Pie was assembling the chair. Twilight set the stuff down. "I got everything that the office needs where people are welcomed to the center, after when finish the office we will put all of the supplies in the office and we have to make sure it looks identical to the drawn out plans that we have." Twilight told her friends. "It will be finished soon, I'll be working on the curtains for the office darling, we will be able to finish this section soon. The center is coming along great but their is still lost of work to be done." Rarity said, Twilight nodded and Rarity sat down and started to get out her cloth material and she started to sow it together to make curtains. Rarity was delicate as she had to take her time so she didn't mess up the curtains for the windows in the office which was what Fluttershy was working on. Twilight helped move the cabinets in and she helped put the lights in the office and assemble the switch. After Twilight was finished putting the lights into the office lights she attached the switch to the wires and attached the wire to light and tried the light and it didn't work so she had to go back and adjust the wires, once the wires were adjusted she tried to turn on the lights by flipping the switch and then the light worked properly, she covered up the hole to the light that she had made in order to get to the light to attach it to the wire and then she took down the ladder and stored it away for future uses. Twilight and her friends assembled the chair for the office and wheeled it into the office and put it behind the desk as they finished putting the rest of the desk together, they then proceeded to lay down carpet on the office floor as the carpet would bring the whole office together. Twilight and her friends worked on putting the carpet down in the office as they made sure that it lined up with every corner of the office and then as soon when as carpet was done Twilight and her friends stopped and stood up and admired their handiwork in silence for a few seconds. Twilight was so proud that they had finished the office, now alls they had to do was paint it and they would be done for the next day, she was proud of the progress they were making but she knew there was still so much left to do. Twilight knew they would have to get someone to run the office and the place in general and they and to get a few extra people to watch the kids but she knew that they would get those things done in a timely manner before the opened the center to the public. Twilight and her friends finished what they were doing for the day so they could take a break and come back the next day and continue the construction, the children in Ponyville couldn't wait as they were now forming crowds around the construction. When Rainbow Dash observed what was happening when she went to leave she went back inside and told Twilight. Twilight realized she had to tell them they would have to wait a bit more as it wasn't done yet, she knew this would agitate them so she had to take care of it as calmly as she could. She went outside she saw that several school children plus and the cutie mark crusaders were out there as well. Twilight turned to her friends and spoke to them. "Alright everybody, I know your excited and to tell you the truth so are we, but there is still much to do, I'm glad you have been patient for us up until now but please continue to be patient for us because if you go in now you'll see the construction going on so it isn't safe right now but when the construction is done then it will be safe for you all and you can go in and play in the center. Okay?" Twilight asked. Twilight and her friends watch some kids dispersed as most understood what she said and left but some kids protested and stayed so Twilight called the parents up and the parents came and took them home as they apologized to Twilight but Twilight told them that they weren't mad. After that had been taken care of Twilight and her friends congratulated each other on the good job they had done and then they went home as they knew that tomorrow they were going to be busy again, they hoped that the children can be patient till they were finished but she could see that was impossible but they don't worry about it as they were almost done and when they were done the children can enjoy the center.
Chapter 6Twilight and her friends were at the children's play center that was currently under construction. Twilight had the next set of plans with her as they all entered the building. Twilight sat at a table inside the building and set down the plans and her friends surrounded the table. "So what do you have in mind for the place now? There is only so much we can do with this place so what do you have in mind for the place now?" Rarity asked Twilight as she was wondering if the building needed more work. "I was thinking a ball pit for the place. We have a lot of room for it, I know that I was debating with myself on the subject but if you all think it would be a good idea then we can build a big one." Twilight suggested. Her friends thought about it as Twilight watched them. "Well I guess the building could use some more activities so if you want to start building one we can start it after we go out and buy the plastic little balls, the only problem is is that we need to find out how big we want it to be." Rarity said. "Just big enough to fit in the building. The section can be square shaped and it can be anywhere in the building." Twilight suggested. Rarity nodded as she looked around at the building. "How about over in that area?" Rarity suggested as she pointed two doors down to an unbuilt but colored room. Twilight and her friends walked over to the room and entered it, Twilight and her friends examined it, it was big enough for a big ball pit. Twilight looked around and thought about using this room for he ball pit. Twilight's friends waited for Twilight's guidance as she had the decision on where to put the ball pit, Twilight looked at the walls of the room and then looked at her friends as they waited for her. "Alright. This room will be fine for it, but we will need to buy the stuff for this so someone is going to have to go to the store." Twilight said. Rainbow Dash said that she was already on it as she raced out of the building, Twilight and her friends started to make the structure for the pit. Twilight and her friends measured each floor space and they started to make a supportable hole for the pit which would be safe enough for the pit. They then lined the hole with harmless plastic since that was the most acceptable material to use for the ball pit since they couldn't find anything else until now. They continued to fill the hole with harmless plastic undersides as they prepared the hole for the pit while Rainbow Dash bought what they needed, her other friends cleared out the rest of the room as the hole was finished. They then cleared the hole out as they took out junk from the hole and threw it away. Once they got the hole cleared they waited for Rainbow Dash to come back with the material and the balls for the pit. Twilight and her friends inspected the area and saw that everything was ready. Soon Rainbow Dash arrived at the building and her friends saw her enter the room to finish the ball pit so they could be done for the day so they can go home. "It's about time you showed up. We finished the hole and its ready to be constructed into a ball pit but we have to fill over the hole with what you bought as we can't put the balls in just yet." Pinkie Pie pointed out. Rainbow Dash nodded and set down the materials. "We need to line the hole with acceptable child safety material to protect them from getting hurt. We already have that somewhere here but we have to find it. I think we left it near the two hallways near the entrance to the building." Twilight explained. "It's probably in here somewhere. Let's go look for it and then we can come back here and line the area with the soft material." Rarity said, Twilight and her friends looked throughout the building for the material that they needed. They couldn't continue until they got what they needed for the pit. Twilight and her friends finally found what they were looking for and started to line the hole up with the material as the material would be comfortable enough to sit down in. Twilight and her friends handed eachother the material as they lined the hole up. Twilight and her friends finally finished that part and then they filled the pit with the balls and then they exited the room and took a very good look at it. Twilight and her friends were satisfied with the room. They had gotten more stuff done today with the building. "Alright that looks good. Great job girls, there is so much stuff we have to do yet but we have made so much progress. Every day it gets one step closer to being completed. I can't wait to open this place up to the public but before that happens we still have to do so much for the building in order to finish it. Get some rest and we will do more tomorrow." Twilight said. Her friends congratulated on the good job that they had done and her friends split up to do stuff together, Rarity went with Pinkie Pie to hang out with her and Applejack and Rainbow Dash challenged eachother to a race. Twilight chuckled as she went home as well while she thought about the future of this project of theirs. She couldn't wait for the grand opening of the play center, she hoped that the kids in Equestria will come for and wide when they hear about it and they will try it all out and like it while they keep coming back to the place.
Chapter 7Twilight and her friends arrived back at the incomplete play center as they still had a few things to do before it was finished and before it was ready to be opened to the majority of the families with children. Twilight wanted to get right down to business so they could start to finish the project. When they got inside and Twilight and her friends went over what they were going to do today. Twilight went over how they still had to finish building a lot of the activities in the halls that were not finished yet which would take all day, they had to get the rest of this stuff done so they can finally open the place which would be a major accomplishment to them. They didn't have a lot to do so they had to focus on getting the center finished so they can open the place. Twilight and her friends stopped talking about what they had to finish in the center and got to work in the halls as they started to build the activities, Twilight didn't know how long it would take that day but she would go all night if she had to in order to finish the center as she just needed to get it done so she can open it for the children. Twilight and her friends set up all of the activities that were in the blueprints up in the halls, they all split up and worked on building each activity so that they could be able to get more done in time by splitting up and work on each activity by themselves. They saw that this would be more efficient so they did it this way for the rest of the morning and for the rest of the afternoon. Twilight looked around and saw her friends working without stopping, she couldn't believe they were so willing to work so much today but she appreciated it as she needed to get this place finished with her friends no matter how much effort to took in finishing the center for the children in Ponyville. Time passed and Twilight and her friends realized that it was taking longer than expected, they were getting tired but Twilight urged them on as they couldn't waste any time by slowing down. They understood what she was saying to them and they just continued to work on the activities in the center. Twilight just concentrated on what she was doing and not what her friends were doing as she was confident they were assembling the activities in the halls right, Twilight finished one and started working on another. Twilight's friends also concentrated on what they were doing as well. Soon Twilight and her friends slowed down as they needed to take a break, they asked Twilight this and she said that it was okay, Twilight continued to work on all of the activities while her friends took a few minutes to rest and look around and the finished rooms and unfinished stuff they still had to do for some of the rooms and for some of the hallways. Twilight however didn't rest as she was to preoccupied with working on the project, she just couldn't wait to finish this whole thing as that would mean that they had accomplished in building the play center. The play center was already halfway done so they couldn't stop now as they were almost finished. Twilight kept working and soon her friends continued to work with her again after they had taken a short break from all of the work that they had been doing. When they got the activities in the halls done they will be one step closer to finishing the play center so they had to keep working. Twilight and her friends finally stopped as they admired their work, they then put down their tools and examined all that they had completed in the play center so far, they realized that they had gotten a lot done and they realized that the project was almost finished. The building was just about ready to be open but their was still a lot of details that had to be finished in the building or it would be incomplete. Twilight brought up the idea of opening it early and they could continue to work on it at night time when the kids were home but her friends didn't think that was a good idea, they argued about this idea for a couple of minutes and all of Twilight's friends said that her idea was not a good idea, Twilight tried to convince them otherwise but her friends remained strong in their decision to work on it a bit more before they opened it so Twilight gave up in trying to argue with them. Sure they had some stiff to do yet but other than that the center was almost ready to be opened officially, when they left that day Twilight updated Mayor Mare and Mayor Mare said that it was great and that she couldn't wait for the center to help Ponyville grow. Twilight thanked her and left Mayor Mare's office. Twilight went home after talking to the mayor as she was as exhausted as her other friends were when they went home before her as well, she went inside her home and updated Spike on how the project was going along and he told her that he was proud of her, Twilight got into her bed and then took a nap and got up later in the evening as they had worked till the afternoon that day which was longer than the last times they had worked. Twilight couldn't wait till tomorrow as she relaxed for the rest of the day as she had worked so much that day, her friends worked just as much as her to and she appreciated them for helping her with this project every step of the way. She couldn't wait to finish the project with her friends.
Chapter 8Twilight and her friends went back to the building where the play center was under construction so they can do more work on the building, when they got inside the half finished play center they got right to work as they started to remove their tools from the center. Twilight and her friends started to look around the entire center as they cleaned up the all of the rooms as they took away the dust and threw the dust away, they had to make sure they got every speck of dust and tool or it wouldn't be safe for kids. Twilight and her friends bought in vacuums and they started to vacuum all of the dust from the floors while they swept up all of the dirt in the center, they hoped that the people that were picked to run the place will not forget to clean the place. If her friends missed any spots that had broken floor or glass the mayor would refuse to let them open the center unless everything was in perfect condition and was safe for kids so they had to get ride of all of the extra wood that they had missed to toss out the day they were stripping the place up. They also cleaned up some pieces of glass that they forgot to remove. Twilight looked up at the roof and knew that they would have to fix that before the place opened as well or the roof would collapse and harm people, she reminded her friends about the roof while they were working and they told her that they obviously knew that they had to fix the roof. They got right back to work. Twilight and her friends never saw a place so dirty before but they should have guessed it would have been dirty from all of the construction. They cleaned the slides and the floor patterns as well as the walls that still had sodder on them from the old wood. It started to look very clean in the first time for years before the building was condemned after being used as an office building for a corporation. They wondered what corporation used it and they wondered what would think of their old building being turned into a place where children can enjoy themselves. Would the corporation like what they had done with the condemned building or would they get extremely annoyed at what they did to the building even if they couldn't do anything about it anymore since Twilight and her friends owned it now. Twilight would have to ask Celestia what the building was used for as she needed to know its past history, Twilight stopped thinking about all of this as she got right back to work in cleaning the center with her friends. Twilight and her friends finished cleaning the first floor and then went upstairs to clean the second floor as they wanted to make sure they didn't mess a spot, they wanted to make the place squeaky clean before the grand opening so that children will have a clean place to play in. Twilight and her friends climbed some ladders to check out the roof to see what they still had to do for the roof and saw that they still needed to fix the entire roof, they measured the size of the roof as they started to prepare to build it. Twilight and her friends got down from the ladder after they had measured the roof so they can fix the roof tomarrow and met outside of the building to discuss the last few things that they had to do, when Twilight reached them she spoke about what they were going to do next. "We are almost completely finished with the project and we are almost ready to open the building for use, but before we do that we need to fix the roof. That is very last thing that we need to do, we are going to bring in a lot of ladders in tomorrow so we can reach the roof in order to fix it and once we are done with the roof we will finally hire some people to run the place and then we will open the center so that kids can play in it." Twilight spoke. "Oh yeah that's right I almost forgot about hiring some people, we have to hire people to run the place and watch over the children before we open the place, it's imperative that we do this we have to hire people! After the roof is fixed we need to go look for qualified people to run this place and take care of it and then we can open the center." Twilight explained. Twilight's friends understood. "We know Twilight. We will hire some people after the roof is fixed, it shouldn't be to hard to find some people, of coarse these people will want to get paid so we have to make sure they are paid once every week when they work here." Rarity said. Twilight nodded as she was glad that Rarity brought up that subject. "I'll find someone to be the director of the place to pay the people who work here as it would be unfair for the people if they didn't get paid for the work that they will do at this center so we need to get someone to pay the workers that work her." Twilight said, her friends nodded and Twilight spoke to them about what they still had to do before they finished the center. "Alright girls you all did a good job today, remember we have to be here at the same time as usual as we have to get that roof done once we do we will hire workers to run the place and then we can officially open the center for the children. Go home and get some rest because we have a big day tomorrow." Twilight said. Twilight and her friends went home as they all couldn't wait to get the center done.
Chapter 9The next day Twilight and her friends woke up and prepared to work on the project some more, after they got ready they went to the center and they then arrived at the center once again as they prepared to fix the roof that day, they were almost finished with the center, they had two more things to do for the center and then they were done with the entire project that they had worked on. When Twilight's friends arrived they were very excited about finishing the project, Twilight and her friends walked into the center and looked up at the roof and saw that the roof looked broken. They knew that they had to fix the roof. Twilight and her friends climbed up a ladder to the roof and got right to work. Twilight and her friends split up as they covered the holes in the roof with wood and hammering nails down to keep the wood together so that they wood wouldn't fall off the roof, the finished he first hole and then worked on the next hole as hey did the same thing they did at the second hole as they had done on the first hole. Twilight and her friends got to the third hole as they helped eachother fix each hole that littered the roof with new wood that they installed over each of the holes that littered the roof. Twilight made sure to keep track of every hole that they covered so that they didn't get confused on how many holes hat they still had to fix that cluttered the roof. Twilight and her friends fixed each hole they went to in order to fix as they finished other holes on the roof, they also walked on the wood to make sure that the areas that were fixed which were once holes wouldn't break. When they finished checking each hole they went to the next hole. Twilight and her friends continued to cover every single hole that was in the roof, they had to make sure that everything was perfect before they opened it, they had to make sure that they wouldn't miss anything or the place would get into lots of trouble with the town as some kids might get put in danger if they missed anything so they didn't want that which is why they have been checking everything. Twilight and her friends communicated a lot as they covered each hole as they needed to make sure that each of them didn't need help from eachother because if they needed help from eachother then they would help eachother with covering the holes so that none would have to cover the holes that cluttered the roof by themselves but they were doing great by themselves so they didn't bother helping but they still communicated with eachother anyway just in case they did need to help eachother. Twilight observed every single hole her friends covered as she watched them cover each hole on the roof that she was standing on. They wouldn't have any time to do this tomorrow as they were going to be busy by hiring a lot of people to run the place and opening the center so they needed to get this done. Twilight couldn't believe that they were about to finish the project that they had worked on a lot these past few days. She was very happy at what they had accomplished over these past few days, she noticed they were almost finished but it never occurred to her that it would be finished soon. She was very delighted. Twilight stopped thinking about the project and she continued to work with her friends on fixing the now nearly fixed roof as it looked less and less broken as they had covered almost every hole on the roof. They still had a few more to go but other than that they were almost done. Soon Twilight and her friends fixed the last few holes that cluttered the entire ceiling and admired the work they had done on the building they went back to the ladder and they climbed back to the ground one by one. They then put the ladder away and Twilight spoke to her friends. "Alright girls we are just about done I will be rewarding your for your hard work and your determination on building this place as it's completely finished. I'm going to talk to hire some people to work here in order to take care of everything and to fix stiff if something gets broken and they are going to keep watch over their kids but we will also make sure that will usually be the parents job. I'm going to talk to Mayor Mare about opening it and then once when that happens kids can start to enjoy themselves and then our work will be done. I want to thank all of you for your help and teamwork in preparing this place. You have not only built something with teamwork and skill but you have also prepared something little ones can play in by using your teamwork. Thank you for your teamwork." Twilight said. After Twilight said this they all went home and Twilight talked to Mayor Mare about hiring some people to run the place and she said she would find people to watch the children and take care of the place as well. Twilight went home and told Spike about how she finished the project and said that he could come see them open it tomorrow. After this Twilight rested for the rest of the day as she was proud of her friends for finishing the project as hey had worked really hard on the project and concentrated really hard on finishing the project for Ponyville and the community if Ponyville, she hoped that the center would bring more tourist attraction to the entire town as well,nshe knew that her friends could do it and she was right. Twilight could not wait for tomorrow as that would be the day they opened the center. Twilight couldn't wait.
Chapter 10The next day Twilight and her friends notified the mayor they were ready to open it so they had someone come over to inspect the place to make sure everything was safe for kids to play in, Twilight and her friends waited anxiously as the inspector checked over every single detail in the place. They hoped that they didn't make a mistake that could harm kids as they would feel guilty, and even if everything was perfect would the place get condemned anyway, they were so scared of that possibility. The inspector walked through the several rooms as he checked over everything that they had built. Twilight and her friends didn't say a word as the place was checked out. Their go ahead to officially open this building laid on this inspector's shoulders. It was his decision to allow me open the center and allow kids to play in it or force them to work on it more. He looked over every detail as he spent a couple of minutes on each area. The inspector finished looking at the place and walked back to where Twilight and her friends were, Twilight gulped as he looked her straight in the eye. She was afraid that the place might not be safe enough for children. He pursed his lips as he thought. Twilight waited for him to say something and finally he spoke. "Are the balls in the ballpit of non allergic material? There were a couple of accidents a few years ago where a kid fell ill to something similar in here that was made of allergic material." He said. Twilight answered him about the materials as honestly as she could get as she knew that her answe was true. "No all the material that has been used for the objects here were made from natural mats, they contain no rubber or adhesives or anything like that." Twilight told him. Her friends watched her and the inspector with anxiousness. The inspector went over and looked at some of the lights. "And the electricity was done by a professional electrician who has had a lot of expert and with setting up electrical systems and fix broken lighting over the years?" The man asked, Twilight's eyes widened as she looked over to her friends, she remembered that she and her friends did the electricity themselves, she looked over at the inspector. She wondered if he would accept their judgement of setting up the electricity by themselves. She didn't think that their would be any problems that would arise from the electricity throughout the building as they did a good job setting up the electrical systems. "No sir...we did that ourselves as it was just easier for us. We didn't think about hiring anybody to help us building this center. We didn't think about using an electrician so we went ahead and...did it anyway." Twilight confessed. Twilight her friends were so embarrassed. Twilight was on the verge of running away to avoid the embarrassment that she was now facing. "A trained electrician should of set up all of the electrical systems in the building, unless you have qualified experience with electricity you shouldn't be messing with something you don't know anything about. Do you have any trained experience at all or did you just work on something that you didn't have any trained experiance with?" He asked. Twilight tried to come up with a good excuse. "I...I have read books on electricity! So I'm pretty sure I did okay even if I didn't have any electricians help us on the building. I'm not clueless about anything that I try and work on. I'm sure I didn't mess anything up. You have to trust me." Twilight said as she smiled, the man frowned at her as he looked at the lights. "That doesn't count. You should have done it if you have been trained to set up electrical systems, even someone who reads a book about something and then do that thing they read about with no experience at all can still screw it up. Books help but not usually books are not enough sometimes." The inspector said. Twilight nodded. "I understand sir." Twilight said. The man took one more walk as he inspected the rooms again, Twilight was uncertain about what might happen with the building. Would they be unable to open it up to the public or would they have to fix some stuff. The man also tested the lights and saw that they worked properly. The inspector finished inspecting every single room that was in the finished building that Twilight and her friends had built and then he approached Twilight and her friends as they waited for the final judgement. He thought about what he had looked over and decided if they met the safety qualifications that each building needed in Equestria and then he finally made his official decision on the building. "The place can be opened. Make sure to hire some people to watch over the building and run the place before you open it though." He said. Twilight and her friends understood and Twilight and her friends searched for respectable people to watch over what happened in the building. "After they got some people they officially opened the play center and it immediately became popular with a lot of children. The uses of the place grew and soon lots of kids from Ponyville came to enjoy the building and then it grew to kids who were visiting Ponyville to come to the play center to enjoy it as well. "Twilight and her friends knew that everything with the center would be good. They celebrated their success with eachother as a lot of parents and kids thanked them for their hard work. The mayor thanked them for the contribution to Ponyville as children enjoyed the center. Twilight and her friends were happy that they had succeeded in creating a perfect play center as the center was used everyday by kids from then on.
