Chapter 1 Magical Mishaps
Deep within the Everfree forest a young earth pony filly by the name of Applebloom she has a yellow coat with a strawberry red mane and rose red ribbon tied into her mane. Applebloom was gathering the ingredients she was going to need for her upcoming potion lesson with the local shamaness zebra Zecora. “this is going to be awesome!” shouted Applebloom in a southern accent that would most cowponies cry out in pride, when out of the corner of her eye she noticed an ever-expanding ball of crimson energy. Applebloom was like a deer caught in the head lights for what felt like hours but just as she was about to start walking towards the ball of the ball energy it exploded sending Applebloom flying into a nearby pine tree.
A long while passed on before Applebloom managed to get back some semblance of consciousness. As Applebloom Shakely brought herself to her hooves she winced as a bolt of excruciating pain shot from her left foreleg and up to the center of her back. “well ain’t this peachy.” Said Applebloom while standing on her three remaining good legs. just after saying that she notices the crater that had formed from the explosion which left a scorch ring approximately twenty meters’ in diameter. As Applebloom Shakely trotted over to the crater she saw in the epicenter a white unicorn stallion with a crimson and gold color mane and tail, he had on what looked to a tan cowpony hat and pair of black eye glasses as well as a tan daring doo type adventurer vest.
“Applebloom my dear what had caused that boom to make the forest quake.” Zecora rhymed in an African American accent, Zecora had just appeared behind Applebloom as if from thin air. After what felt like a century Applebloom was finally able to respond to Zecora’s question and with a sheepish voice Applebloom replied
“I think it was that pony over there Zecora.” Applebloom shakly said Bending her head down towards the unconscious heap of flesh and cloth in the center of the crater. As Applebloom did she winced in pain and collapsed on the ground screaming at the top of her lungs from the sheer pain she was being tormented with at that very moment.
“Dear Applebloom what pain has made your eye’s shed such tear’s?” Applebloom was unable to speak do to the pain so instead she used her free forehoof and pointed at her other hoof. Zecora’s eyes bolted out of there sockets in sheer terror when they laid themselves on Applebloom’s leg it was as Applebloom had thought she had broken the bone and would need medical attention asap.
“uh... my head what happened where am I?” said a raspy male voice which seemed to emanate from the crater. Just then Zecora’s eye’s swung in the direction after the crater with break neck speed Zecora was standing at the edge of the crater and there standing in the center was the very same pony Applebloom had shown her prior to collapsing on the ground. The unidentified pony looked up to see Zecora who at that moment was staring dagger’s back at him “um… excuse me do I know you?” the stallion said with confusion and worry plastered on his muzzle and in his voice.
Just as the words left his mouth Zecora instantly bolted forwards until she was 6 inches away far the stallions muzzle which made him jump back in surprise. “do you even know what the buck you have done?!” Zecora screamed at him with a demonic voice that would make even nightmare moon envies. Just as soon as the words left Zecora’s muzzle she then saw that it had caused the young stallion to curl himself up into the beetle position and start to suck at his hoof as if he was a newborn foal.
After taking a few calming breaths Zecora managed to recompose herself then faced the pony once again. “I’m sorry for my earlier rage but I must ask are you bye chance a mage?” Zecora stated her calming voice finally managed to return which helped snapped the stallion from his fear induced daze.
After taking a few minutes to recompose himself the stallion finally managed to replied, “I’m something of a mage my name is Flaming Nova how can I be of accidents.” He replied with an expression that screamed oh sweet Celestia please don’t kill me. Zecora rolled her eyes at this and then explained to him that when he teleported here the resulting explosion severely injured her student and dear friend Applebloom. At this his face dropped in disbelief at what his actions have caused.

Chapter 2 regrets
Flaming Nova felt so devastated from his actions that all could do was help transport Applebloom to Ponyville general hospital. But after waiting in the lobby of hospital in defining silence Zecora finally felt it was time to address the matter at hoof. But before she was able to “where is she, where’s my little sister!” Flaming Nova turned his head to see who was making such racket. When he did there standing next to the nurse’s station was an orange earth pony mare with a blonde mane that she had tied up into a ponytail with a cowpony hat sitting atop her head, by the sound of her accent he thought she must have been Applebloom’s big sister.
To the right of the orange mare stood a red earth pony stallion with a ruggedly cut ginger mane who look like he could be a body builder, then there was an alabaster white unicorn with a very stylish purple mane judging from her posture and mannerism’s she must be ether nobility or a fashionista. To her left was an energetic earth pony mare who looked as though she had just lost a battle with a can of pink paint. Standing to the left of the orange pony was a lavender mare with pink and purple streaks running down her mane, just then Flaming had to do a double take because he just noticed that the lavender mare had both wing’s as well as a horn in all his travel’s he had never heard of anything like this before.
As Flaming’s eyes were still locked on to the lavender mare his ears managed to pick up on a faint voice that seemed to come out of nowhere, just when he was about to pass this off as a hallucination due to the slight concussion he received from the explosion. He then noticed a light-yellow Pegasus mare with a long pink mane she was trying to hide herself behind the red stallion. Then lastly the cyan blue Pegasus with the rainbow-colored mane hovering above the group, in a raspy voice she shouted, “Where is the jerk who harmed Scoot’s friend I’ll clobber him!” The nurse at the counter looked as though she was about to break out into a fit of tears but with what little bit of courage she had left she pointed right at Flaming and Zecora.
In less than ten seconds flat the cyan-blue Pegasus had Flaming pinned to the ground like a butterfly in a bug collection. Just before the Pegasus could put the hurt onto him the lavender pony stepped forward and by using the magenta aura of her magic pulled the rageing Pegasus off him, so she could act as the voice of reason for the group. With a calm and analytical sounding voice the lavender pony asked, “Hello my name is Twilight Sparkle, and these are friends this ball of energy is Pinkie Pie, the shy little pony to my left is Fluttershy, the loud mouth I just pulled off you is Rainbow Dash
“Hey!” the cyan-blue Pegasus shouted towards Twilight who was still being help up to the wall in Twilights magic.
“moving on.” Twilight said with a hint of sarcasm in her voice. “This is our resident fashionista Rarity” pointing in the direction of the alabaster unicorn “next we have Applebloom’s big brother Big Macintosh” Twilight stated pointing to the sole other stallion in the waiting room. “last but most certainly not least we have Applebloom’s over protective big sister Apple Jack” pointing at the orange pony but froze in fear when she saw Apple Jack’s face. It looked as though it was about to over explode with rage that was just barely being held back.
“Give me one good reason as to why I shouldn’t hog tie your flank and leave ya out for the crows to snack on!” Apple Jack stated in a dead pan tone.
With a deep breath Flaming got the courage needed to face the raging Apple Jack “There isn’t anything I can say to you except the fact that I’m very sorry…” he was cut off by a hoof ramming its way into his chest knocking him flat on his flank with a loud thud.
Just as Apple Jack and Big Mac where about to beat the living tar out of him Zecora stepped in between the two enraged siblings with a grim face Zecora rhymed “wait you mustn’t hurry this young colt has no memory.”
At this information the two raggin siblings jumped back and there faces suddenly saddened at the thought of the transgressions they were about commit. Apple Jack said with a hint of sorrow in her voice “what do you mean by that Zecora?”
