The kitchen had the smells of the season as the mighty main six and their guests moved into the places as depicted on little cards
with the place settings, forks, spoons, soup spoons, butter knives, salad forks, dessert forks, stake knives? and sporks.
Arranged through out the table was a plethora of pies, cookies, tarts, apple fritters, apple crumb cake, apple sauce, apple butter, pear butter, peanut butter, breads, toast, rolls, salads of all kinds, a three bean salad, potato salad, hams and geese, a turkey with stuffing, and all sots of drinks; Meats? Well that's a dragon, griffin, A meat eaters thing.
As with dragon customs Spike sat at the head of the table as Ember sat at the foot, in a clock wise direction sat Twilight, Rarity, Apple Jack, Ember and her guest. The Crusaders, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy and Pinkie. Who she missed was Discord and Pinkies favorite changeling, Doomie was the table center piece and Discord just floated above "What this holiday custom needs is more then what's on the table, Let's make this sound like a story book fable. Shall we?"
A snap of his talons a chortle of sorts now from a custom he made it a sport.

It was Give Thanking Day and all through Twilights Castle, Spike was finishing his holidays hassles.
Cooking, cleaning and setting the table, Each every guest sat next to their a label.
As AJ would say "A heaping of vittles" Everything munchies including some skittles,
potatoes, tofu, turkey and ham. Cakes, pies, broth, and our favorite SPAM.
Spike bowed his head and started to pray "Don't mess this up I just started this day".
The group was waiting, the order did come "Dig in everypony it's going to be fun!"
Ember the dragon lord and Blue Blood her mate, She rendered the flesh, He made a sick face.
Spike cracked a bone of his fat turkey leg, gobbling meat, The pink one? She begged.
Rarity screamed then she swooned, it came out as a whinny! A fashionable fall, she says that she's skinny.
Pinkie devoured meat with the utmost delight! The stuffing the giblets tasted more then just right!
Fluttershy giggled at Pinkie and what she did see? A boat load of gravy and an Army of peas,
Gobs of gravy covered Shy from hoof to her hair, It was nothing, Oh nothing? Next to her Harry bear.
AJ sat in her Stetson near everything soiled. The appetite she brought? Well that was spoiled.
The Crusaders and Rainbow we're enjoying the show, Spike and Ember continued to go.
Pieces of gorp chunks of goo? Landed on ponies it once was the food.
The display was awful the display was horrific, As mentioned before some thought it terrific!
Twilight was annoyed at the mess on her crown, These two pigs that she saw? Well they're going down!
She charged her horn to let out a blast, Then she got covered by potatoes of mash!
Rarity awoke, her anger like steam. The look of her fur she was totally creamed.
Gravy, soup, goo the stuff off the table, tankards dishes and even the ladle .
The dish on top of her horn and she on the floor, Rarity Dear Rarity was having no more!
"You two little hooligans, Have had quite the time. Now you will stop and I'll claim what is mine!"
The dish on her horn flashed like the sun, Poor Spikey poor Ember they knew they were done.
Pinkie kept nomming on flesh and on guts, the others kept watching thinking she's nuts.

Rarity sat with a goblet of wine, Her hooveies all polished her fuzzies did shine.
She bowed to her neighbors and took a small sip, No other creature was giving her lip!
Apple the Jack had a tart and a fritter, Her plot sitting down on a mighty fine sitter.
Rainbow was happy and stuffing her face, The CMC foals in a pie eating race.
Flutters a nibbling on hay fries and burger, Nothing she saw could bother her further.
Pinkie still munched on gristle and skin, If she was Scootaloo she'd be eating her kin.
Twilight was scarfing, the chow was just great, She worked like a vacuum sucked the grub off the plate.
Ember stood straight next to her royal dude, serving him drinks and waiting his food.
The uniform clean from cuff links to cumber, She couldn't make for a more pretty butler.
Spike did a curtsy it's the price that he paid, He looked very handsome as Raritys maid!
Some would say that's the end of the Give Thanking story - But Pinkie kept eating, (The view was quite gory.)

Ember and Bluey retired to their room, as Spike and Rarity continued their roll play serving all who remained at the table Sweetie Belle, Scoots, Apple Boom and Dashy relished the special attention as Pinkie swabbed with a chunk of bread each emptied dish, plate and platter of any gravy and animal flesh. Twilight laid back her belly bulging as she let out a homophonous belch "Spike you out did yourself, Well excepting the whole scarffest you two had at the start "
"Twilight darling I never had a doubt at all of my Spikey Wikey behaving in such a rambunctious manor he is a dragon after all." Rarity rubbed her chin with a hoof "It's our dear Pinkie Pie I have my worries about, I've never seen her in such a blissed condition and why is she hugging the center piece is beyond me."
