Frosted Memories
"Memory is the means by which we draw on our past experiences in order to use this information in the present."
-Sternberg (1999)
What happens when you can't call up any of your past experiences? What happens when your entire life is just erased from your mind? Memory can't be destroyed, but the connection needed to call up certain memories can. In times of physical trauma, the brain can be forced to sever that connection from an outside force. Whether it be a car accident, falling down the stairs, or being tackled into a light pole by a good Samaritan pushing you out of the way of an inattentive driver.
A young, aspiring cellist must brave the harsh city has found herself in after an accident has left her with Retrograde Amnesia. Left in an unfamiliar city with no family or friends, and with no idea who she is, where she is, or why she's there. With no place to call her own, can she get by and survive on the hospitality alone with the worst blizzard in recent history baring down upon her?
