On the outskirts of Ponyville, is the Rich family estate, home to the town's richest ponies. But now, only one family member remains, the young daughter, Diamond Tiara. Forced to take on the responsibility as head of the family, she is suddenly thrown into the dark world of Equestria's less-than-perfect underbelly.

Accompanied by a mysterious servant, Diamond must struggle not only to keep her family's reputation, but keep herself alive. But the most dangerous threat, may prove to be the very pony always by her side.
