They gathered them up, washed them down and even cleaned their teeth. When they were done, the three ponies had mud in their manes and on their bodies. "Phew. Thanks for helping us get them all nice and clean, Jewel." Fluttershy praised. "No problem. Happy to help." Jewel replied. "I bet you can't wait to get back to the castle to take your own bath, huh?" Fluttershy asked. When Fluttershy said the word 'castle', Jewel acted a bit nervously. "Aren't there more animals who need cleaning?" She asked. "I think we're the only ones left. And I can't wait to the mud out my mane." "Yes. I want to take a bath too, Did you prepare the castle ready for the big pancake breakfast, Jewel?" Rhymey asked. Hearing this made Jewel think of an idea. "No, the castle's fine.... but I'll go see if Pinkie needs help with the pancakes." Jewel spread her wings and took off to New Sugarcube Corner. "Did you notice how nervous Jewel suddenly acted when I said 'castle'?" Fluttershy asked. "Yes. It is true, Jewel behavour was suddenly new." Rhymey replied. The next morning, the mane five, along with Lightning and his friends were at Jewel's castle eating their pancakes. "These are delicious, Pinkie Pie." Applejack complimented "Thanks! Jewel spent all night helping me pick the flavor! I kept thinking we'd found the right one, but she insisted I make even more to try. And more. And more and more and more and more! It was like she never wanted to—" Pinkie started "Leave?" Fluttershy finished. "Exactly! Eventually we ran out of time so we just went with every-berry-any-chip-surprise!" "Up all night huh? Is that shes so I'm out of it?" Rainbow asked pointing at Jewel who was snoring at the table. Jewel's mane, which looked like it hasn't been brushed in a couple days, had twings, dirt and leaves in it. Her body had dust and a few scratches and Jewel looked completely exhausted. "Um I don't mean to sound unappreciative, but has anybody else notice Jewel being a little too helpful lately?" Fluttershy asked the group. "Now that you mention it, she was lendin' a hoof at Sweet Apple Acres the other day and stuck around 'til near midnight. Dug up fifty tree-plantin' holes when all I needed was ten." Applejack explained. Rarity added, "She spent an entire afternoon rearranging a single gem drawer at the boutique. An entire afternoon!" "You think that's weird? She raced me, like, a hundred times the other day. And lost every time! She just kept goin'! Best out of ten, best out of twenty, best out of a hundred!" Rainbow added. Even Lightning and the gang notice Jewel's behavior: Jewel spent the entire night, looking iver Lightning documents even though he said they were fine. Starla said Jewel spent two days looking in her telescope looking at the stars. Dyno and Myte said Jewel wanted to keep digging for gems even though they collected about one hundred. She said that 'it can't hurt to look for more. "Why is Jewel doing all of this?" Buddy asked. "Somethin' tells me she's avoidin' something." Applejack stated, "and when she wakes up we're gonna find out what." Pinkie suddenly appeared next to Jewel and yelled into her ears, "WAKE UP, JEWEL!" Jewel woke up with a shock. "Huh!? I'm pancake...I mean awake." She said. "Pinkie Pie! Why would you scream in her ear like that?"! Rarity asked. "Duh, to wake her up like you all wanted." Pinkie replied. "Uh, Jewel is there something you wanna tell us?" Lightning asked. Rarity came to her side, "You know how we appreciate all you do for us. And we simply adore having you around, but we worry you might be *Ahem* avoiding something else." Rarity said. "Oh, has it been that obvious?" Jewel asked. All her friends nodded. "I've been.... the thing is. I know it's silly but I.... I've been avoiding this place." Jewel said, referring to the castle. Rarity gasped in shock. "Why in United Equestria would you want to avoid such a gorgeous castle?" She asked. Pinkie suddenly came beside Jewel, "Yeah, this place has everything! Big tall ceilings that make you feel tiny! Shiny new floors that are cold to the touch! Brrr! And it even has loooong empty hallways!" "The castle is amazing but it just.....*sigh* it doesn't feel like home." Jewel replied. Rarity laughed and talked at the same time, "Oh, is that all, why you simply need to decorate darling, make this place your own." "It's just so daunting. Look how big it is. I don't even know where to start!" Jewel said placing her head on the table. Rarity quickly moved the plate away from Jewel so she didn't get panckae in her face again. "You can start by letting us do it for you." Rarity offered, Jewel lifted her head. "We will make this the castle of your dreams while you and Starla go to the New Ponyvill Spa for some much needed rest and relaxation." "Now Jewel, I'm sayibg this with love, but have you looked in the mirror lately?" Lightning asked, lifting a mirror to Jewel's face, "Ive never seen you look this...ummmm-" "Frazzled?" Fluttershy answered. "Yes. Frazzled." Lightning said. "Well, I guess I could use a little help. And so does my castle and I just know you'll do a great job because nobody knows me better than you guys." Jewel said. "We'll make this place cover than hot cider on a rainy day." Applejack said. "Come in Jewel, to the spa!" Starla said. Starla led Jewel out of the dining room and the castle. "Come y'all, we've got work to do." Then Starla walked in, "Hey guys, how's everything go- GALLOPING GALAXIES...!!!" "Oh, Starla! Are you and Jewel done already?" Lightning asked. "Nope. I got her the super mane blowout. She'll be a while. Man this place looks terrible." Everybody gave a sigh of relied, "Thank goodness somepony said something!" Fluttershy said. "It's pretty bad, right?" Rainviw asked. "This place looks like a mishmash of knickknacks." Applejack added. "Hmm, I suppose it is a little cluttered." Rairty added. "What're we gonna do?!" Lightning cried. "I dunno. But Jewel's blow-out won't take that long. If she was avoiding the castle before, she'll never set hoof in here now!" Starla stated. "Come on, guys, we've gotta do something! Jewel's counting on us!" Rainbow said. "Starla, you've got to get back to that spa and stall her! Whatever you do, don't let her come home!" Buddy said. "Like, forever? But she lives here." Starla asked. "Uh, yes, well, uh, maybe you could manage it 'til... sunset-ish?" Lightning asked. "Okay. I'll do my best." Starla said and exited the castle. Starla made it back to the spa and found Jewel in the hot tub relaxing. "Hey Jewel, how are you feeling?" "*Sigh* much better. Thanks Starla. So how's the castle look?" Jewel said. "Ummm... good so far. How about we get some massages?" Starla asked. "Great!" Jewel said. "Did somebody order massages?" Aloe, one of the spa ponies asked. "Yes. Two traditional massages. Please?" Starla asked. "Right. Come this way, princess and Colonel." Aloe said. Jewel and Starla walked into the massage room. Back at the castle, thw friends removed everything from thw throne room and were now thinking about what else they could put in the throne room. "Got anything?" Artie asked. All the ponies shook their heads. "Umm...I don't want to the bribger of more bad news, but it's almost sundown! If we don't come up with something soon, it'll look like we didn't lift a finger to help her!" Rarity said. "Why is this so hard for us?" Rainbow asked. "Maybe because we're just making ourselves feel at home instead of Jewel." Dyno suggested. "I think your right." Myte agreed. "But what did Jewel like living in Lightning and Starla's house and sometimes the palace?" Buddy asked. "Books and memories. She loved reading books and she loved spending time with us." Pinkie said. This gave Applejack an idea. "I've got it!" She cried. "What?" The pobies asked. "No time to explain. Rarity got get some diamond ornaments. The rest of you come with me." She ordered. The ponies came to greet them. "WELCOME HOME!" Jewel looked at the castle and didn't see anything different. "I...uh...love What you all done with the place." she said. "Jewel. Decorating your castle took longer than we thought." Artie started. "What do you mean?" Jewel asked. "We learned what makes a home feel like home isn't the atuff thats in it. Its thw memories you make when your there." Dyno said. "So we made something that shows the memories we've made with you since you came to United Equestria." Myte added. The ponies led Jrwel to the throne room where a giant chandelier hung from the ceiling with different colored dimonad ornaments. "The ornaments of the chandelier ate twists of all the fun we've had together." Fluttershy said. "That one shows you saving us from Sombra and Chrysalis and joining Starfleet." "The time you spent with us on your first Hearth's Warming Eve." Rairty said. "We thought looking at your beautiful old memories would inspire you to make new one's." Rarity said. Jewel turned towards her friends with tears on her eyes. “It’s exacty what the castle needed.” The friends joins together in a group hug. “And I am ready to make new memories here.” Jewel added. “Great! So about a new meme pry cake to start?” Pinkie asked. She dashed off and came back with a cake in her hands. “Let’s eat!” The friends chuckled as they all went it the dining room and ate the cake. In our next episode; Jewel gets a cute surprise when she finds a small spheal in the grass. She takes it home ad her friends immediately dislike the little thing. She got into the air and was flapping her wings softly. “You got to flap them harder.” Rainbow said. Jewel nodded and flapped her wings a little harder and she steadied herself. “Good.” Rainbow praised. “Now, let’s work on landing. Just slowly flap you wings softly and you’ll ease your way to the ground.” “Okay.” Jewel took a deep breath and slowly flapped her wings softly. She bagn decending slowly to the ground and soon her boots her touching the ground. “Looking good up there, Princess Jewel.” Applejack praised. “Applejack, you know you have to call me that.” Jewel said. “Why do you protest so?” Rarity asked. “You’ve already given up wearing your crown all the time. The least you can do it embrace your new title.” “If ponies want to address me that way, then that’s fine. But not my friends, it just doesn’t feel right.” Jewel replied. Since she became a princess, she’s been getting a lot of attention from ponies; everybody calling her “Princess Jewel” instead of just “Jewel” It really was difficult for her to get used to. “I’m gonna go for a fly.” she spread her wings and slowly took off and flew into New Canterlot Village. “Poor darling.” Rarity said. “Seems like this princess thing is getting to her.” Fluttershy added. “Well, it does come with a lot of responsibilities.” Lightning stated. “But I think she’ll be fine.” The others hoped Lightning wa correct. Meanwhile, Jewel was walking through the village. She was just thinking about everything that’s happening to her. ”Now I’m a Princess of United Equestria. I hope I can fulfill my role.” Her train of thought was interrupted when she heard a small cry. “Spheal.” “Huh?” Jewel turned around looking for the source but did it see anything. “Spheal” she heard the cry again and looked down. There in front of her was a chubby, spherical, seal-like pokémon with a short, flat tail. Its plushy fur is light blue with several white spots of various sizes on its back. It has black, circular eyes, small tusks protruding from its upper jaw, and small, rounded ears. Its stubby flippers and its underside are both beige. However, this Spheal was a lot smaller than normal Spheal, meaning it was a baby Spheal. Jewel picked up the little seal. “Awww, What’s a baby’s pokémon like you doing here all by yourself?” Spheal rubbed against Jewel’s neck crying, “Spheal, Spheal.” “You just hatched in an alleyway and you saw me thinking I’m your mother?” Jewel translated. Spheal nodded. “Well... okay.” Jewel replied. “I can’t wait to show you to my friends.” Suddenly, the sky turned black as night and lightning crashed from above. The villagers were whimpering in fear. Just then dinosaurs came down from the sky. Zander: a male looking to be about thirty or thirty one years old with black hair. He was wearing black glasses. Ursula a female around twenty eight years old. She had hazel eyes and green hair. Ed a twenty four year old man with purple hair and brown eyes. And finally, Dr. Z a man with white hair and gray eyes. “Ahh, You you’re the one we’ve been looking for.” Dr. Z said. “What do you want with me?” Jewel asked. “Why else, to take back the dinosaur cards you stole from me.” “Stole? I found them.” Dr. Z scoffed. “Yeah, right. Since you won’t give them up willingly, I’ll just have to take them by force. Ursula! Zander! Ed!” “Terry, Spiny, Tank, go get that pony!” The three dinosaurs roared and charged Jewel. Jewel ran away from the trio of dinosaurs with Spheal in her arms. She kept running until she tripped and fell to the floor. She looked behind her and saw the dinosaurs. “AAAAAHHHH!” she screamed. Suddenly, Blitz, Blaze and Blossom, I’m their battle mode, came out of nowhere and rammed the trio away from their owner. “Blitz! Blaze! Blossom! You saved me.” The three dinosaurs nuzzled their owner. “But who’d you know I was in danger?” “You can thank us for that.” Jewel turned around and saw all her friends including their majesties. “Guys!” Jewel rushed towards them and they all hugged her. “Are you okay, sugarcube?” Applejack asked. “Yeah. I’m okay.” “Get back in there you three!” Dr. Z cried. “Get those cards from that pony!” The three dinosaurs charged again. “I think y’all be needing this.” Grand Ruler said, gaming Jewel her animal staff. “Right.” She turned towards the battle and took out three cards. She called out her dinosaur friends attacks. “Blitz! Electric Charge!” “Blaze! Volcano Burst!” “Blossom! Emerald Garden!” The three dinosaurs launched their attacks and they hit the dinosaurs full force and they turned back into cards much to the villains horror. They quickly ran and grabbed their cards. “Who are you anyway?” Lightning called. “Yeah. And what do you want with our Jewel?” Pinkie added. “We’re the Alpah Gang. You’re friends stole some dinosaur cards from us.” Ursula said. “I found them!” Jewel yelled. “Anyway, we want them back. Staring with those three.” Zander added, pointing to Blitz, Blaze and Blossom, who were growling angerily at them. The ponies could tell they didn’t not like them at all. “We’ll be back and you will give us those cards.” Dr. Z said. He and the Alpha Gang ran away and Jewel turned her dinosaur friends back into cards. She swiped the cards and put them in their chibi mode. “Looks like we at at war again.” Jewle said. Everybody agreed with that statement. “But what did he mean by you stole the cards?” Buddy asked. “I don’t know, but my dinosaurs obviously don’t like him at all.” Jewel said. Blitz, Blaze and Blossom growled in agreement. “I wonder why?” Luna said. Suddenly, Twilights spirit appeared. “Twilight?” Jewel cried. “What are you doing here?” “I came to warn you Jewel.” she said. “Warn me? About what?” “The Alpha Gang is planning something big but they need a lot of dinosaurs to do. They are scattered all over United Equestria. You must gather all of them before the Alpha Gang gets them.” Twilight explained. The ponies could tell from her tone this was serious. “Don’t worry, Twilight. Well save the dinosaurs from the Alpha Gang.” Jewel vowed. Twilight smiled. “Thank you.” With that, she vanished in bright flash. Jewel tuned to her friends. “Looks like we have a refuge mission as well.” she said. “Everybody ready?” “Yeah!” All her friends cried. Jewel smiled. Now it a race to gather all the cards and save the dinosaurs. But first, Spheal needed introducing. Fluttershy pet Spheal and it cried by happily. “It sooo cute!” She cried. Spheal nibbled her fingers and Fluttershy laughed. “Well... looks like you’ve found a new friend, Jewel.” Celestia said. Spheal leaped out of Jewel’s arms and bounced over to their majesties. “I think somebody like you.” Jewel teased. Spheal bounced up and down in front of their majesties. Celestia picked up the little seal pokémon. “Aren’t you cute.” she cooed. Spheal clapped its flipper together and accidentally sent s stream of water into Celestia’s face. Everybody gasped while their majesties just looked surprised at the smiling seal. “Pffft. That was unexpaected.” Celestia said. Her husband handed her a handle and she whipped her face off. Spheal then bounced into Grand Ruler’s arms. “Uhhh... hi.” Spheal then sent a small flurry of snow into his face freezing his mane. “What the-!” Lightning cried. “It used Powder Snow and Water Gun.” The twins gently used their fire powers to melt the snow of his majesty’s mane. “Thank you boys.” he said. Spheal leaped out of his arms and into Jewel’s. “Aren’t you a naughty Spheal.” Jewel teased. The Spheal then yawned and curled up against Jewel’s chest and fell asleep. “Awww... isn’t it adorable?” Jewel asked. Everybody smiled nervously at her statement. The next day, Jewel brought Spheal to the training dojo. “Okay, Spheal, Water Gun!” Spheal fires at the target, breaking it in half. “Now, Body Slam!” Spheal bounced towards another target and body slammed it, smashing it to pieces. “Good work.” Jewel praised. Spheal clapped otsnflippers together. That’s when their majesties came in. “How’s Spheal’s training going?” Grand Ruler asked. “Great.” Jewel replied. “She’s coming along fine, aren’t you?” Spheal cried happily and unleashed Powder Snow on Jewel, accidentally freezing her face. Their majesties wince whole Spheal laughed. Their majesties used their magic to break the ice. “Thanks.” “So about her naughty behavior?” Celestia asked. “She’ll learn, eventually.” Jewel replied. “Now I have to train her and find the dinosaur cards.” Their majesties nodded and Jewel’s goals. They too and the others would help her collected all the cards before the Alpha Gang. In our next episode; Jewel meets a creepy Pokémon that creeps the ponies out and they want her to get Rodney of it. However, Jewel doesn’t want too and she claims that it’s not scary. Can Jewel prove that the pokémon is not scary and make the ponies accept it? Find out in the next episode of Starfleet Magic... “Mimikyu, the Spooky Friend” //-------------------------------------------------------// Episode 3: Mimikyu, the scary friend //-------------------------------------------------------// Episode 3: Mimikyu, the scary friend One night at the Golden Oak Library, Jewel and her pokémon were fast asleep. Downstairs, the front door opened and a pokémon walked in. It looked around the library. Thinking it was comfortable it decided to explore. It moved into the kitchen and scanned the area. It saw a small price of cake on the counter. It went over to the counter and crawled up the side and into the counter, next to the cake and it ate it. Feeling full, it then went upstairs. It saw a door opened and went in. There it saw a Mareep, Rockruff, Silvally and a Spheal all on a mare’s bed. It scurried over to the bed quietly and stopped next to the mare’s head. It layed down and went to sleep. The next morning, Jewel woke up and yawned. “Good morning, everybody.” she greeted. Her pokémon cried out a greeting. However, Rockruff discovered something that didn’t belong. “Rockruff!” “Rockruff, What is it?” Jewel asked. Rockruff points next to her and Jewel saw something that looked like a pikachu but it didn’t. A small Pokémon whose body is almost entirely hidden under a rag. Its beady black eyes are visible through holes in the body of its disguise, and the fringe of an amorphous foot or lower body appears to be visible under the hem of its rag. It also carries a small stick resembling a lightning bolt to create a tail for its costume. “Woah, A Mimikyu!” Jewel cried. “What are you doing here.” “Mimikyu, Mimi.” It replied. “You wanted a place to sleep for the night.” Jewel translated. Mimikyu nodded. “Well, I can’t say no to a cutie like you.” Her pokémon were too keen on it being ‘cute’. “Come on let’s show you to my friends.” Jewle suggested. Her pokémon sweat dropped. Her friends aren’t going to like this pokémon. Meanwhile, Lightning and all twelve of his friends were at New Canterlot, including Cadence, Shining Armor, Mykan and Midnight. “As you know, the Alpha Gang wants Jewel’s dinosaurs. However, the reason for that is still unknown.” Grand Ruler said. “Yes, Master. Now we’ve got find the rest of the dinosaur cards before the Alpha Gang does.” Lighting added. “Indeed.” “But how will we know where the cards are?” Buddy asked. “Well, when that Megaraptor appeared, Jewel’s Animal Staff detected it and showed us where it appeared.” Mykan pointed out. “So the staff is able to detect the dinosaurs when they appeared?” Artie asked. “I guess.” Mykan replied. “If that’s the case, then we will have to rely on the staff to tell us where the dinosaurs appear.” Celestia stated. Everybody agreed with their Queen. “Hey, Where’s Jewel?” Midnight said. “She should have been here by now.” “Hey guys.” The gang heard Jewel call and saw her and her pokémon coming into the throne room. “Hey Jewel, how come you’re late?” Midnight asked. Suddenly, everybody heard scary noises. “What’s that?” Everybody looked down and saw Mimikyu. It creaked. And everybody screamed bloody murder, even their majesties. “JEWEL, WHAT IN UNITED EQUESTIA IS THAT POKÉMON!” Grand Ruler bellowed in fear. “It my new friend, Mimikyu.” Jewel replied. Mimkyu creaked again. “It’s not going to hurt you.” Jewel added. “Yeah, right. Just GET RID OF IT!” Rarity cried. Lightning and Grand Ruler unleashed their Uniforce attscks. Jewel got out of the way and the attacks hit Mimikyu. “Mimikyu!” The smoke cleared and too the ponies hope, Mimikyu was unharmed. “UNIFORCE DIDN’T WORK!” Rainbow cried. Mimikyu creaked and flew towards Lightning and Grand Ruler and used Pkay Rough. The two were completely clobbered by the Mimikyu. They went flying into the wall and they fell to the ground, unconscious. “IT BEAT THEN WITH ONE MOVE!” Mykan cried. “That’s strong.” Applejack added. Celestia step forward. “Alright. My turn.” She fires a beam of magic at Mimikyu. It’s tail was covered in smoky, purple energetic and it grew big. Mimikyu swung around and hit the beam of magic with its tail, deflecting it back at Queen Celestia. She dodged the beam of magic. “It deflected it!” Buddy cried. Mimikyu then scurried over to Jewel and climbed up her bidy and perched itself on her shoulder. By then, Lightning and Grand Ruler has regained consciousness. “Uhhh.... my stars.... that thing is powerful.” Grand Ruler groaned as he stood up. “What did that thing do to us?” “It used Play Rough in you two and then used Wood Hammer to deflect Queen Celestia’s magic.” Jewel explained. Mimikyu creaked again. “Sooo... What are you going to do with it?” Dyno asked. “Please tell me you’re not going to keep it.” Myte pleaded. “Yep. I’m keeping it.” Jewel stated. Everybody anime-style fell to the floor. ”Should have saw that coming.” they all thought. For the next two days, the ponies tried to get along with Mimikyu with no success. Either Mimikyu kept scaring the pants off of them or it would just ignore them completely, until Jewel came back. Even their majesties were annoyed by it. It somehow kept showing up in their shower, making them scream bloody murder and it kept following them around. The only ones, beside Jewel, who liked Mimikyu were Castor and Leilani, which boggled everybody. Finally, the ponies arranged a meeting with Jewel at her home. “Okay, Jewel.” Lightning started. “We’ve called you hear to discuss your Mimikyu friend.” Lightning started. “Yes, Lightning, What is it?” Jewel asked. “Jewel, We all know you love Mimikyu, but it keeps scary us and we don’t want something like that around us.” “Sooo.” “Sooo, you should release it.” Jewel gasped. “Release Mimikyu! I can’t do that!” “Why not?” Pinkie asked. “He likes me and I like him. I can’t just throw him away.” “You’ll have to.” Buddy added. “We don’t like him.” Jewel, not wanting to continue this, got up and ran out of the library, with tears threatening to come out of her eyes. Lighting sighed. “She’ll make the right decision in the end.” Lighting said to everybody. The gang nodded. The next day, the team was at the palace due to reports of a dinosaur stomping around New Manhattan. “We have to capture the dinosaur before the Alpha Gang gets to it first.” Grand Ruler assigned. “Yes sir.” Everybody said. Krysta then noticed that somebody was missing. “Hey! Where’s Jewel?” “Don’t know, we haven’t seen her since yesterday when she ran out of the library.” Pinkie said. “Ran out?” Celesto asked. “Why?” “We told her she had to release that creepy pokémon.” Rainbow explained. “But for some reason she said no.” Mykan, Krysta, Midnight, Spike and their majesties gasped in shock at the ponies. “Why would you do something like that?” Mykan asked. “We didn’t want that pokémon near us.” Buddy said. “It’s creepy!” Dyno cried. “Si, very scary.” Myte added. “ I don’t know how Jewel and the twins can deal with that thing.” “Maybe it’s because they saw something deeper than a scary-looking pokémon.” Midnight said. “Huh?” Everybody replied. “Jewel and the twins do look at it, not wig their eyes it with their hearts.” Luna explained. “Meaning they do not care what Mimikyu looks like, they only care about it contents.” “And it sounds like you all were too busy looking at the cover to notice the contents of Mimikyu.” Celestia added, sounding disappointed. After their majesties finished, the ponies felt bad a silly for the way they acted. They judged Mimikyu too quickly to get to know it more, unlike Jewel and the royal twins. Their majesties felt good that they’ve learned their lesson. “Now I believe you owe someone an apology.” Mykan said. "But first, you have to go and catch the dinosaur before it hurts somebody." Celestia said. The ponies nodded and Kyrsta teleported all of them to New Manhattan. "After it!" The team chased the dinosaur into a meadow. The dinosaur, knowing it was trapped , turned towards the ponies. "Now, let's get it." Lightning stated. The team transformed. "STARFLEET MAGIC!" "HARMONY HOUR, FRIENDSHIP POWER!" The dinosaur roared and charged the ponies. They leaped out of the way. Artie and Rhymey attacked from the right... "PAINT BOMB" "DRILL QUILL" And Starla and Buddy attacked from the left... "STAR SHOWER "LEAF SWARM" The dinosaur roared and swung it's tail at the ponies. They flew out of range. "Now let's turn it back into a card." Lightning stated. Everybody agreed and powered up their finishers. Suddenly, Terry came out of nowhere and knocked the dinosaur onto it's side. "Well, take that dinosaur, thank you very much." Ursula said. "Oh, no you don't!" The ponies looked and saw Jewel and Mimikyu. DINO-SLASH PENTACAERATOPS ROAR!" Blitz roared and charged into Terry, knocking him away from the dinosaur. "Jewel! You came!" Pinkie cried. "Of course. I never leave my friends hanging." Jewel said. "Now, Blitz, get rid of the T-Rex." Blitz roared and charged Terry. Terry stopped him with his body, but Blitz used it's back legs to actually push Terry onto his side. The Alpha Gang screamed. "Terry, get back in there! Come on, finish it!" Ursula cried. Terry got back up and roared. He charged again but Blitz swung her tail, she hit one of Terry's legs, making him fall over. "Now buddy!" He skidded across the ground and turned back into a card. "I got you Terry!" Ed cried as he dashed over and picked up the card. The Alpha Gang then retreated. Blitz roared in victory and turned towards the dinosaur. It roared and glowed yellow and turned back into a card. Jewel walked over and picked up the card. "Got you." Lightning coughed and Jewel turned towards her friends. "Jewel, we wanted to say.. we're sorry for judging Mimikyu so quickly. We didn't realize how selfish we were being until now. Can you ever forgive us?" Jewel smiled. "I forgive you." she said. The gang sighed in relief. "Now how about we add this Einosaurus to our dinosaur family?" "YEAH!" Everybody cheered. Kyrsta teleported the ponies and Mimikyu back to New Canterlot to give a battle and friendship report to their majesties. Even thougha creature looks scary on the outside, you shouldn't judge them so quickly. It's the context of the creature that counts. If you look pass the looks, you can discover a whole new friends of pokemon underneath. In our next episode; The ponies decide to give Jewel's pokemon some training for future battles. While they battle, they will discover that Jewel's friendships with her pokemon run much deeper than just friends. What will be the outcome of the battle? Now, Blitz has another electric friend to play with. But right now, the ponies were focusing on something important. "Alright Jewel, I want you to battle us with your Mareep and Rockruff." Grand Ruler stated. "This way, we can see how strong they are." Celestia added. Their majesties and the pokemon and Jewel were standing on opposite sides of the dojo. "Okay. Mareep, Rockruff, QUICK ATTACK!" With a burst of speed, Mareep and Rockruff charged their majesties glowing white. Their majesties lept into the air. "THUNDERBOLT" Mareep unleashed a large bolt of thunder that made contact with their majesties. They both land on the ground hard. They managed to stand up again. "Nice." Grand Ruler commented. "Rockruff, ROCK THROW" Rockruff howled and launched white glowing rocks at their majesties. They used their shield spell to protect themselves. "TEN-FOLD UNIFORCE!" Grand Ruler unleashed his attack and it consumed Mareep and Rockruff in a huge explosion. "Mareep, Rockruff, No!" Jewel cried. When the smoke cleared, the two pokemon were lying on the ground, covered in scratches. "Come on you two, get up!" Jewel encouraged. "I know you can do it!" Mareep and Rockruff twitched and slowly began to get up. Just then, Mareep was covered in glowing blue. "What the-?" Lightning said. "What's that?" "Mareep... she's... evolving!" Jewel cried. "EVOLVING!" Everybody cried. When the glow disrupted it revealed a pink, bipedal, sheep-like pokémon. It has thick, conical ears with black stripes on the sides of its head and small, blue eyes. A white mane of wool covers its head and upper body. This mane forms sideways curls on the top of its head. It has stubby arms and one nail on each foot. It's long tail has black stripes and is tipped with a blue orb. "Flaffy!" it cried. "A Flaffy!" Jewel added. Rockruff stared in awe at her teammate. Their majesties were shocked as well, but they were still focused on the battle. Flaffy cried and a ball of electricity formed at the end of it's tail. "What's that?" Midnight asked. "It's-" Mykan started. "Electro Ball!" Jewel finished. Flaffy jumped into the air and launched the attack at their majesties. It consumed them in a explosion. When the smoke cleared, the two royal ponies were lying on the ground. "We did it!" Jewel cried. Flaffy and Rockruff ran into Jewel's arms crying happily. Jewel laughed. Luna and Shining Armor helped their majesties back onto their feet. "Nice training, Jewel." Grand Ruler said. "I never guessed your Mareep you evolve." "Why did it evolve anyway?" Buddy asked. "Well, Mareep or Flaffy scensed my desire to win the battle and that triggered and evolution within her. With me, pokemon battles are about fighting together as one." Jewel explained. "Sounds like the Magic of Friendship ten fold!" Rainbow stated. Their majesties agreed. "Though now, I'm gonna miss having you as a little sheep." Jewel said rubbing Flaffy's head. Flaffy hugged her and Jewel giggled. The ponies smiled at the pair. “Now how about we continue with their training?” Grand Ruler asked. “Yeah!” Jewel cried. “Flaffy, you take a break okay?” Flaffy nodded and went with the ponies to the side lines as well as Grand Ruler. Now it was Rockruff vs Queen Celestia. "Alright, Rockruff, TACKLE!" Rockruff dashed towards Celestia and they both collided. Rockruff was pushed back, but she landed on her feet. "FIRE FANG?" Rockruff howled as fire covered it's mouth and teeth. Leaping high into the air, she came down and bit Queen Celestia on the shoulder. "Ugh!" she grunted. Rockruff backed off. "Woah, I didn't know Rockruff could use elemental attacks!" Lightning said. "Pokemon can learn all types of moves." Mykan explained. "Now, ROCK THROW!" Rockruff howled and launched rocks at Celestia, who used her shield spell again to defend herself. Celestia then blasted Rockruff her magic. The little pup withstood the blast. "That's the way, Rockruff!" Jewel encouraged. "Let's go!" Rockruff barked and charged Queen Celestia. She leaped into the air and her tail glowed white and turned completely steel. "Use, IRON TAIL!" Rockruff swung her tail and hit made contact with Celestia. She went flying and landed on the ground. "Alright, that's enough." Grand Ruler called. Celestia stood up and dusted herself off. "Nice agility, Rockruff." she commented. Rockurff smiled at her and bark a 'thank you'. Jewel picked up the little puppy and it rubbed the rocks on her collar against her neck. "Hahaha, stop that, that hurts, hahaha!" she laughed. The ponies smiled at the two. "Your pokemon are truly something amazing, Jewel." Grand Ruler commented. "Thank you, your majesty." Jewel thanked. Just then, Captian Shaina burst into the room. "Your majesties, Your majesties!" she cried. "What is it, Captain?" Celestia asked. she got her answer when Jewel's animal staff floated into the room and showed the gang a image of New Canterlot Village. There was a dinosaur running from Terry in the village! Meanwhile, Terry was closing in on the Pawpawsaurus. "Hahaha. Finally, we'll catch this dinosaur without those annoying ponies to mess it up." Zander said. "Go on Terry, turn it back into a card before those pests show up." Ursula ordered. Terry roared and prepared to finish the Pawpawsaurus off when... "ELECTRIC CHARGE!" Blitz came charging in and rammed Terry and threw him into the air. The Alpha Gang screamed in shock. Blitz stood in front of Pawpawsaurus. "You creeps leave Pawpawsaurus alone!" Jewel cried out as she and the ponies arrived at the scene. Ursula growled. "We're taking that dinosaur!" she stated. "And you ponies can't do anything about it!" "Oh yeah? Blitz, LIGHTNING STRIKE!" Blitz roared and built up electric power in her two horns. She reared up and launched the lightning bolt at Terry. The blast him and he roared in pain and her glowed red and turned back into a card. Ursula picked up Terry's card and they three of them ran away... again. Jewel returned Blitz to her card and put her in chibi mode. She then approached Pawpawsaurus. "Are you okay?" she asked. Pawapawsaurus let out an echoy roar. "Good. Don't worry, those guys won't hurt you."Pawpawsaurus roared and nuzzled Jewel. "Come on, let's get you back into your card." Pawpawsaurus roared and glowed white, then it turned back into a card. Jewel picked up the card. "Got you, another friend safe." In our next episode; Jewel's training continues with a dancing assignment, but to the ponies shock, they discover Jewel's dislike to dancing, even though she excels at the art.
