It was the year 0079. Ponykind had just began moving into colonies in space. But there was one colony unlike the others,Side 3. Side 3 had just began a campaign for there independence. They called them selves the Principality of Zeon. Nothing had really bothered the Federation until they started to destroy colonies,that's were it really got serious. That was the beginning of the One Year War.

UC0079 Mobile Suit

Commander Jake and his team of three Zakus closed in on Side 7. As they landed on the surface they spotted a maintenance hatch and proceeded to open it. Once they entered the three of them walked to a door into the colony.
Lieutenant Clark of the Zeonic army peered through a crack in the door.

"I can't see anything." Clark said, looking at only fog infront of him. Another Zaku came up behind him, opening the door wider.

"I guess we'll have to go in then," replied Jake. He turned around to face the third Zaku.

"Louis, stay back here while me and Clark head in." Said Jake while he forced open the door.

"Y-yes sir!!" said Louis. Jake and Clark climbed through the door and flew down a hill. They skidded across the ground as they landed. As Clark's Zaku stopped moving,it's hand held Clark as he looked through binoculars. He looked around the colony, see lots of buildings and ponies but one stood out. She was surprisingly jumpy and ran into a house.

"Twilight!!" Pinkie Pie yelled out when she entered Twilight Sparkle's house.

"Twilight? Twilight where are you?" She looked through every room on the lower floor.

"I'm in my room!" Twilight replied. Pinkie looked at the table and saw that the cupcakes that she had given her were barely touched. Pinkie was about to race upstairs until she saw Haro, Twilight's robot friend, rolling down the stairs to greet Pinkie Pie. Pinkie proceeded to race upstairs into Twilight's room to see her working on a project.

She grabbed a bag from her closet and said "What are you still doing here? Didn't you hear the alarms?" She looked through Twilight's stuff.

"What alarms?" Twilight said not looking up from her project.

"We have to get into the shelters!! Zeon Zakus are attacking!"

"What?!?" Twilight said as she zipped her head up. Looking crazy.

"Yeah, you need to pack your bags now!" Twilight stood from her desk, got some decent clothes on, and packed her bag as she ran to her car with Pinkie. They drove down the roads and got out of the car to be in a line. Pinkie strayed away from Twilight to be with her mom in a transport car. As Twilight sat in the shelter she thought she had to do something. So she climbed out of the shelter as many citizens tried to stop her. Once she got out she saw the towering beast infront of her.

As Clark looked through his binoculars he noticed a lot of noble suit parts everywhere. He stood up and said

"Commander Jake, I'm going to destroy those parts."

"You idiot! Why would you think such a thing? We were sent on a reconnaissance mission!"

"I know that but if we destroy them now, we won't have to deal with them later!" As Clark said that he climbed into his Zaku and jumped down the rest of the hill. Jake called out to him but it was no use, he charged after him in his Zaku but it was to late. Clark had fired his machine gun at trays carrying these parts and watched them tumble down the conveyor belt. As he fired of shots, he laughed and laughed.

"Eat this you Feddie scum!!" He yelled while watching the tray fall on more parts and explode in to pieces.

"Come on Jake, it's fun!!" Clark yelled. Jake gave in and started firing off shots at the docking area where the White Base was.

"Your right!!" Jake said while blowing things up. Clark marched across the colony, shooting any kind of thing that held value to the Federation until he reached the shelters and stopped to shoot at some missile lauchers.

Twilight stared in horror and awe at the Zaku. She saw a car driving and stopping near a door. The driver said

"Are you nuts?! Get in the shelter!!" At the same time, Clark's Zaku avoided a missile and it flew strait at the car and destroyed it. Twilight fell and turned to see to dead bodies. She was so shocked the could barely inhale. She turned the other way to see a notebook that had a V on it.
She opened it and say schematics for the RX-78 Gundam. As she stood, holding the notebook, she saw Pinkie running to her. Just then a stray missile hit the transport car behind her and flung Pinkie forward. As Pinkie got back up, she saw the corpses of the passengers including her mother.
She crawled over to her and told her to wake up, while crying. Twilight walked over to her and told her to snap out of it. She told Pinkie not to give up and get to safety. As Pinkie walked away. Twilight saw her dad and ran over to him.

"Dad!!" She called out.

"Twilight? Why aren't you in a shelter?"

"Why aren't you in one?" Twilight replied.

"I'm busy moving this mobile suit."

"You care about this hunk of metal more than your own life?" Twilight yelled, angry at her father.

" It's too much of a responsability for you to understand." Twilight's dad responded.

"Sir,I can't seem to get the engine running." Said the man in the driver's seat.

"Well help me find a towtruck!" Twilight's dad yelled back at him. As they both ran off, Twilight saw that the mobile suit was in fact the Gundam! She decide that she had to save Side 7. So she got in it and turned it on like how the manual told you to do. As it turned on, the main camera showed Clark's Zaku infront of the Gundam. Twilight felt like her heart stopped when the mono eye looked in her direction.

"These things are annoying!" Clark said as he destroyed a missile launcher. Jake was to busy shooting at the dock, laughing his ass off. Clark paused to shoot at another missile launcher, but he saw something strange. It was a glossy mobile suit that was on a truck. He stared at it and called out to Jake

"Hey! There's something over here!"

"What is it?" Jake replied.

"It's a mobile suit and it..." Clark stared in awe.

"I-I-it's moving!!"

I hope you all enjoyed that chapter! I apologize for killing Pinkie's mother. She is supposed to be Fraw Bow from the original Gundam. Her mother dies as well. Well I hope you all enjoyed! Also I don't despise Pinkie's mom.
