Chapters The Demon At The End Of Ponyville
Twilight Sparkle was sitting down on one of the chairs that she used in her room as she was reading a book as she decided to stay inside her place since their was nothing going on that day. While she read her book something hit her window She thought that a bird smacked against it so she continued to read as she thought nothing of it.
Soon she heard the same noise again, she decided to see if something was causing the window to make that noise she looked through the window but saw nothing, she became dumbfounded by the random noise. She sat back and looked at for a few seconds as she eyed it curiously and then she turned back to her book.
It was quiet for a few minutes but then she heard the noise again, she sighed as she walked downstairs to see what in Equestria was making that noise, she got a flashlight and stepped outside and scanned the outside in the dark. She didn't see anything. She stepped back inside her castle and locked her door and carefully walked through her castle.
She heard a loud knocking which startled her, she ran to the door and opened it and peered out in the darkness but nobody was there. She was starting to freak out as the noise was starting to scare her. She closed her door and carefully walked through her place, she heard some rattling going on in the first room so she ran upstairs and hid under her covers with the flashlight.
She knew that she looked kind of childish by hiding in the covers but she didn't really have any other alternative, she could ask Spike about the noise but she didn't want to wake him up. She heard more banging and it was terrifying her. She started to sweat as her heart was racing. She decided to quickly get ready for bed.
She didn't want to go to sleep though as she was to terrified. She tried to calm her breathing but she was to afraid to, she was trembling. She heard the door to her bedroom slam shut. She almost fell out of bed. She peered into the darkness.
"There are no such things as ghosts, there are no such things as ghosts! Demons can't exist in a Equestria or anywhere else!" Twilight told herself she stayed right in her bed as she was to afraid to move, her covers flung themselves off her bed. She looked over in the direction of where they flew. She was scared out of her mind. Twilight swore to herself that ghosts just couldn't exist it was a myth and had no scientific basis. The Princess doesn't even believe in ghosts and her friends probably don't either.
"Cmon Twilight you are acting irrational. There is no such thing as the afterlife or demons or any of that stupid crap, ghosts don't exist! Ghosts can't exist!" Twilight said to herself. As soon as she said that a book flew across the room. Twilight leaned over the bed and woke Spike up. Spike groaned as she shook him harder he sighed as he faced her.
"What is it Twilight?" Spike asked in annoyance and tiredness, Twilight peered into the darkness and back at Spike.
"I'm hearing...noises in my room, a book was knocked down by its own and something grabbed my covers!" Twilight insisted. Spike couldn't help but laugh.
"Twilight it's just your imagination, the books probably weren't set in the shelf the right way. The covers probably got snagged on something and sunk to the ground, stop worrying and go to sleep." Spike said. Twilight started to get upset.
"But there's something in my room! They can't just get knocked off by themselves and the covers were on me properly I can't believe I'm saying his but I think my place is....haunted..." Twilight couldn't believe she was spouting something that she had always believed wasn't scientifically based but after tonight her views were challenged.
"Oh Twilight their is no such things as ghosts! Ghosts aren't real. You've never believed in ghosts! That idea is most silliest idea in all of Equestria. God doesn't even exist either and if he did then why isn't he stopping all of this war and destruction going on in Equestria but aside from the rant Your just really tired Twilight, get some sleep and by tomorrow night you will forget all about this supposed ghost and sleep easily. Now can I please get my sleep? Please?" Spike asked in an exasperated tone.
Twilight started to cry silently as she hid under the covers. She forced herself to sleep. The next morning she woke up. She remembered the entire ordeal from last night. She didn't know if it was a nightmare as she felt very much awake. Spike walked into the room as he yawned.
"How was your sleep?" Spike asked. Twilight stared at the table as she was completely frightened and exhausted, she looked up at Spike and spoke.
"I couldn't sleep at all, I just kept hearing noises all night, they weren't coming any source in my room at all. The furnace wasn't on and there are no trees around. I think our place is haunted!" Twilight said, Spike sighed as he stopped eating his breakfast.
"There is no such things as ghosts Twilight....you've never believed in them, and if they do exist then I'm moving the heck out of here but I'm pretty sure they don't exist in Equestria but go ahead and change your beliefs if you want. I'm not changing my beliefs. Religion is fake." Spike ranted. Twilight glared at him. In the first time in her life she wanted to change the way she looked at things.
She decided that she was going to pick up reading materials that talked about this subject and get help for her problem after breakfast. When Spike left to go to his room Twilight was left alone in her kitchen to eat. Suddenly while she was eating her cup of coffee flew across the room.
Twilight stared at it in shock, she looked around the room scared out of her mind, she wanted to tell Spike what she saw but she was afraid that he might not believe her. She wanted to talk to somebody anywhere closest to Ponyville immediately. And if she couldn't talk to anybody in Ponyville then she would have to visit other towns.
Twilight finished her breakfast and decided that she was going to seek out help so she left her place to talk to her mentor Celestia as she would know what to do. She wanted all of the help that she could get. If Celestia directed her to another person to help her she would gladly accept at help. She hoped that she could get help soon.

Twilight was walking to Celestia's castle as she needed help to get rid of the demon that haunted her place, she didn't want the demon to attack Spike or any of her friends when they we're their so she needed to get help. Soon she got to Celestia's castle and entered.
She walked through the castle until she could find Celestia, she needed to talk to the princess about her problem with her place. She wouldn't be able to go to sleep up until the demon was gone. She got to Celestia's room and saw Celestia see her and smile
Celestia listened intently to Twilight's problem, she has heard about hauntings before she asked Twilight if it was a regular ghost but Twilight showed her scratch marks on her back, Celestia traced the scratch marks and knew immediately that it was a demon. Celestia sat down and thought long and hard about what she should tell Twilight.
She knew that Twilight would not like what she was going to tell her but it was the only way to get rid of the demon, Celestia sighed as she wrote something on a piece of paper.
"Your going to have to get a priest do an exorcism on the house, their is someone in the Ponyville church that I want you to go see. His name is father John he can help you with your problem, also I know your not going to like what I have to say Twilight but your going to have to get baptized if you want to get saved and I know that clearly you have been thinking about that. Demons and angels exist Twilight. God exists and if you want to start thinking about this differently your going to have to think differently. I'm serious Twilight! Please receive Christ as your savior and get baptized! I know you've been an atheist for a long time and I might be being disrespectful right now but please God loves you and he doesn't want you to go to hell!" Celestia pleaded passionately.
Twilight knew that Celestia was going to bring this up as she was preparing herself for Celestia to speak about religion since she mentioned the possible demonic infestation in her castle, she nodded reluctantly as she now agreed with what Celestia was saying since her whole perspective changed last night. Twilight spoke.
"Me and Spike had the same discussion....I was going to argue with you but I know it's no use, I accept that Jesus was real I accept that God is all powerful but the problem is is that I don't know how to get saved. What else do I have to do after I'm baptized?" Twilight asked. Twilight couldn't believe at she was considering something that she always thought was dumb. Celestia smiled as she placed a hand on Twilight's shoulder.
"Well...you follow the Ten Commandments and you just believe in what Jesus taught. Be kind and help others. Don't try to sin and if you do sin just repent your sins, just get on your knees and repent your sins. That's why Jesus died on the cross Twilight. He died so all our sins can be forgiven." Celestia said silently. Twilight thought about it for a few moments and spoke.
"I will think about it, by the way can you give me the phone number of the local church so I can get someone to do an exorcism on the house? Is that the only way I can get rid of an evil spirit that lives in my place? I have no other options than to move because I'm not moving." Twilight asked. Celestia wrote a number on a piece of paper and gave it to Twilight.
"Pretty much. That's the only way to get rid of a demonic infestation, I wrote the number of the church on the piece of paper, call that number and they will answer immediately. Tell them to schedule a meeting with the church and then tell them then what you want. You have to get that thing out of your house Twilight, if what you have described to me as true the demon wants your soul and God is trying his hardest to fight for your soul you are dealing with something that is dangerous please treat this problem with caution call that priest! Also please get baptised I knew you might want to wait but one day you are going to die Twilight and you need to be ready for when that happens. Trust me you don't want to know what hell is like!" Celestia said. Twilight put the paper in her pocket.
"I will. I promise I will change after this! I just need to get rid of this thing in my place but after at I will change my ways! I will follow God! I'm ready to follow God!" Twilight said as she hugged Celestia and left. She went back home and called the the church and listened to a machine voice announce the days that they were closed on and how to get in contact with the church, she selected to leave a voice mail and left one.
"I need someone's help....I need to talk to someone...there is something evil in my house, if anyone is there i need to talk to them. I need to talk to someone about God. Please call me back! Thank you, Goodbye!" Twilight said as she finished recording her message through the phone and hung up.
Twilight waited for them to call back as she tried to be as patient as she could as she hoped that they could reach her on time before the demon would do something awful for her, her place was scaring her so she hoped they will call back and then she could visit them and tell them that she needed help as she needed it direly.

Twilight was in her place as she was waiting around for the church to call her back, Spike asked her what she was waiting for and Twilight told him the truth and Spike told her that she could do what she wanted as long as she didn't preach to her after she talked to the church.
Twilight wondered if the church would ever call her. She wondered if they would call her back. Twilight was very uncertain of herself as she wondered if she should even bother with calling the church for help.
She knew that she needed help, the church had to return her call as she needed to talk to a pastor, she paced around her place as the church took a while to return her call, she checked the time and saw there was still time before they closed for the day.
Twilight needed to get someone to talk to and quick before the demon could harm her or Spike, she did not need that happening, she could feel a cold spot being caused by the demon and it made her shudder. Finally she heard the phone ring. She picked up the phone and answered it.
The person on the line told her to come to the church so she could talk to a pastor their. Twilight said that she would be their and she hung up, she told Spike that she was going out for a bit and Spike said that he would take care of her place. Twilight rushed to where the church was.
When she got go the church she went inside and saw people sorting church activities that we're going on that week and people cleaning the floors, Twilight was greeted by friendly smiles. She smiled back as she felt that she didn't belong there because of how unworthy of salvation that she was.
"Um...where can I talk to a priest? I need help. I've been having trouble with my home and I don't know who else to turn to. Could someone talk to me?" Twilight asked. A man smiled and sat her down in one of the pews.
"Your Twilight right? What is it that we may help you with?" The pastor asked, Twilight tried to figure out how to best explain her problem. She didn't want to seem ridiculous.
"I've been living in my home for the past several years now and I haven't had a problem with it up until now. Just this week there have been strange....occurrences in my home...now I've always been an atheist but science couldn't explained what happened to me. One night I was trying to sleep and I felt....something sinister was in my place. I was scared out of my mind, I heard sounds and voices and I saw....shadows like...something was watching me...I had never felt that much fear in my life until now and the morning after that I felt as if I wanted to change my beliefs....I wanted to believe that God was real...I need help! I hope you understand." Twilight said as she blushed.
The priest thought over what she said and realized what was going on in Twilight's home, he didn't want to freak her out but he said it for her own good.
"Twilight what was in your home was something so evil that it can mess with your soul, if your getting bad feelings in your place then you either have a ghost in your place or a demon and since nobody has ever died in your home and since your home isn't haunted then that can mean only one thing...there is a demon trying to tempt you. Satan wants you to turn your back on God. That's why he sent this thing after you. You have to accept Christ as your savior. Jesus exists Twilight! He was a real being! He wants you to accept him as your savior and if you don't then their is one awful place that you will end up..." The pastor said, Twilight didn't want to think about what he was hinting at but she knew what the place was.
"H-H-Hell. I'm bound for hell if I don't change my ways...I want to change I do I want to talk to God about this experience But I don't know how to do that! What am I supposed to do!? How can God forgive me after all of the stuff I have done!?" Twilight asked.
"You just have to admit that you are a sinner Twilight, we are all sinners! Nobody is sinless except for Jesus and God. And that's why Jesus shed his blood. He died on the cross for your sins Twilight. You have to pray to God and admit to him that you a sinner and that you ask for forgiveness. The only way to heaven is through Christ." He said.
Twilight couldn't believe it but for the first time in her life she was agreeing with a religious person and that shocked her, she knew that she wanted to do this though. She had to ask for forgiveness.
"Shouldn't I be baptized first?" Twilight asked. The priest smiled at her.
"Maybe after the whole demon haunting your castle business?" The priest said, Twilight realized that she had to take care of that first before a baptism, Twilight thought about it and decided to wait until this before she got baptized.
"So are you going to help me then!? Can you please help me today? I want this thing gone from my home! Please?" Twilight asked. The priest nodded as he stood up and walked with her.
"Of coarse but we shouldn't wait to do it, let's get this business over with, don't worry Twilight this demon will be gone soon." The priest said. Soon the priest stopped and turned to Twilight.
"I'm John by the way." John said as he held out his hand as he introduced himself. Twilight shook his hand as she was glad to know his name. They then continued to walk to her place so they can get rid of this demon. Twilight hoped that they could get rid of it before it did any harm to her or Spike.

Twilight Sparkle was waiting in her demonic infested house as she was waiting for John to get rid of all of the evil spirits inside the house, Twilight had told Spike what was about to happen and he didn't like it so he complained about how stupid it was but after an argument he stopped protesting about the priest coming over as he knew that it was Twilight's belief now.
John arrived at her place and as when Spike went to open the door he greeted him politely as he didn't want his atheism to cause him to be mean to a spiritual leader. He smiled as he observed Twilights castle. Twilight came over to greet him.
"Thanks for coming over John, I really appreciate this, I have been living here in fear, uh...do you want to sit down and I can get you something to drink first or..." Twilight suggested and John spoke.
"We can exorcise the house now, there is no time in waiting around and allowing the demon to torment you further, your spirit is is weak and it can take seconds for the demon to seduce you. It would help if you were baptised in the catholic faith." The priest said.
"I'm planning on getting one in the reformed faith sorry. I just wanted to get this evil out of my house before I went on to get a baptism, I knew it was dangerous but I did it anyway, i was never tempted but I did think about changing my beliefs a lot." Twilight said.
"Well as long as you get baptized then I guess it doesn't matter which way you believe in God although Christianity has its upsides I guess." The priest said as he started to bless the house.
Twilight watched the priest bless each room as he walked around her castle, Spike stayed out of his way as he blessed the house, Twilight wondered if this was going to work.
"What if this doesn't work and the demon stays." Twilight suggested.
"It won't stay after this, once it's confronted it usually goes although some cases it can possess a human and stays before it gets exorcised." The priest said. Twilight had so many questions she wanted to ask about religion but she was afraid she might offend him.
"I have so many questions about following God...I was thinking about getting a bible but...." Twilight started to say and the priest quickly answered her sentence.
"You should definitely get one, the bible is finest major source of knowledge about believing in God and has the story of Jesus in it it will have all of what you need to know about how you are supposed to avoid sin, the New Testament is God's word. You can know about every aspect on how to go about living a holy lifestyle." The priest said.
Twilight thought about what he had said and knew he was right, she couldn't believe that she would be getting a bible but she had to in order to understand what God wanted from her. The priest finished blessing the house and Twilight thanked him for helping her. The priest left.
Twilight went to the nearest bookstore and looked for the religion and spirituality section, she knew their were so many versions of the bible and she had heard the debate about how the King James Version was the most accurate but Twilight decided to go with a study bible that was a New International Version because she had heard lots of confusion has been done away with that new version.
She bought it and soon went home, that next night she read the entire New Testament and decided that each night she could read a scripture daily from the bible, she created a chart for herself that would help her understand each passage. Twilight also looked at some of the passages as well. She knew she was going to have to take a while to understand most of it but she knew that she would get there.
The next day Twilight decided to go out and seek out options to get baptized, she knew that this was an important decision only she could make, she was certain that this was some thing she wanted to do.
She decided that the closest person she could talk to about this was Celestia as she was a Christian herself, Twilight seeked her out and they both sat by eachother as Celestoa urged her to tell her about her problems so Twilight spilled it out.
"I'm scared Celestia, I've been studying the bible and I've been trying to prepare myself for a decision to get baptized but....I know a baptism is not enough, I have to really follow Gods word if I am to get onto the kingdom of heaven, I'm so unsure about all of it Celestia! How am I supposed to follow Jesus's word!?" Twilight asked.
Twilight buried her head in her hands as Celestia put a hand on her shoulder, Twilight looked at her with desperation as she knew that Celestia was going to give her advise, Celestia pulled out a New International Version of the bible she carried with her.
"Well you first have to understand that Jesus was the ultimate sacrifice for every body who has sinned, he died on the cross so that people's sins could be forgiven...the second thing is that in order to understand everything that Jesus taught to his twelve disciples is that you have to have faith in his word, it's not just about reading the New Testament Twilight it's actually living by his word which you have to do yourself, I can't help you by just reading out random scriptures Jesus had said you have to read it and understand it. I'll give you one scripture thought that will lead you to read it. Luke 5:27-28 says "After this Jesus went out and saw a tax collector by the name of Levi sitting at his tax booth. "Follow me," Jesus said to him, and Levi got up, left everything and followed him." That's what you have to do Twilight, you need to leave all of your sins behind and just try to live in his word. You don't have to leave everything of coarse as I'm just using this scripture as an example but you have to leave sinful stuff that you have done in your life behind and just follow Jesus." Celestia pointed out.
Twilight looked at the verse and then looked down at her hands as she contemplated what the scripture said, she got smile on her face and she looked at Celestia as she spoke.
"I will Celestia...I will. I think I want to be baptized. Can you help me with that." Twilight asked.
"Of coarse Twilight, are you sure you want to do that though. Do you want to think before you do it more or you just want to get it done." Celestia said.
"I do, I want all my friends and family to see it...it would make my parents happy for me as well." Twilight said, Celestia rubbed her back.
"Talk to the local church about it, you can do this Twilight. I'm glad i could have his talk with you." Celestia said.
"Thanks for helping me Celestia." Twilight said Celestia hugged her and walked home, Twilight smiled as she felt one hundred percent better as well. Celestia talked to the church about Twilight and they said that she could be baptized as long as she could talk to them to Celestia told Twilight and Twilight had a long discussion about her choice.
Twilight decided to get baptized by Pastor named Amy, their was debate about women being able to baptize but some of the bible teachers said that it didn't matter who baptized who, if the woman had the qualification of a pastor to baptize someone then a woman could baptize. Twilight set the date and then told Celestia.
Twilight debated with herself to make it out to be a huge event and decided to do just that as she was a princess and Celestia and Shining Armor both said that a baptism of a princess of Equestria was a pretty big deal as Celestia got baptized the same way.
Twilight invited her friends and family to the event, She told Spike that she wouldn't force him to go to it and she understood that Spike didn't believe in any of it so she didn't push him to go. Celestia invited a lot of people to Princess Twilight's baptism including the entire Royal Family as Twilight invited her friends and and her family and they all said that they would go.
Twilight's family and Celestia had a long discussion of inviting the media to the event as they didn't want to downgrade such a spiritual event with such petty media reporters, they'd didn't want to turn the baptism into a mess of a media crazed accident.
In the end Twilight's family resorted to ask Twilight about it and Twilight confirmed that she will allow all of the reporters to witness event, she also decided to let all of the citizens in Equestria to go the event, some of them declined but most ones who were Christians said they would go to the event and be respectful at the event.
They finalized the date and sent out information to every citizen in Equestria about the event and when it was to take place.
Twilight was nervous but she got assurances from her family that it would be okay. Twilight picked out a baptismal gown and tried it on. When she was about to buy the gown however Rarity pleaded with her to let her make it as she wanted to do something productive.
Twilight tried to tell her that it wasn't necessary but Rarity did it in secret anyway to surprise her. When Twilight received the dress she thanked Rarity for her generosity as she thought it was sweet Rarity would do that for her. Twilight tried it on and it fit perfectly. Twilight waited for the day to arrive. She was a bit nervous but she knew that she could do it.

It was the day of Twilight's baptism she was looking at her white baptismal dress as she was preparing for her baptism, she was to meet Amy at the church who would get into the baptismal pool with her instead of standing outside, all of their friends of coarse were going to be there.
Twilight had some time before she needed to go to the place yet. It was an indoor pool that was set a few years ago. She decided to start getting ready for the day by combing her hair, she needed to get her hair straight and smooth for the baptism. She wished she had Rarity'a help but she was already at the pool with her other family and friends along with some of the media.
She was a bit nervous, she was okay with crowds but the problem was is that she had never gotten baptized before so she was afraid she would screw something up. She got out all of the knots in her hair. She combed out all of the knots that were in her hair as she smoothed her hair out.
She worked as best as she could, she hated doing her hair, it was always a pain, she didn't want any knots in her hair or it would make her feel awkward, she combed through her hair as much as she could so she can get all of the knots out. She kept doing her hair.
Soon she started to finish up her hair as she combed a couple more areas in her hair as all of her knots unfurled, she hated doing her hair as it hurt sometimes as well, she soon finished up doing her hair so she checked her hair and felt that it was all untangled.
Twilight took a shower as she washed herself clean, she didn't want to spend to much time in the shower or she would be late, Twilight scrubbed herself clean and then she turned off the shower and got out, she cried herself off really well and then she got her undergarments on and looked at her baptismal dress and then she put it on.
She inspected herself in the mirror and saw that she looked really nice so she got her dress heels on and ate a quick breakfast and brushed her teeth, she then headed on out. When she got outside she walked towards the church. She didn't want to waist any time.
Twilight felt nervous heading there, she wondered if she really could go through this commitment, she wondered if there was a chance she could delay this in order to think about her decision but she brushed that thought away she knew that she needed this. Twilight continued to walk to the church.
She soon got inside the church and when she got inside she saw a lot of people that she knew including her friends and even the royal sisters, She saw Amy approach her. She remembered that Amy would be baptizing her.
"I will be waiting by the pool Twilight, you can do this its a fairly easy but important event, you can do this Twilight." Amy told her. Twilight decided to voice her feelings that she had right at that moment.
"I'm nervous, what if I fall or say something dumb? I know I don't have to say much but what if I end up falling?" Twilight asked her as she voiced her fears. Amy shook her head.
"Nothing like that is going to happen. I will be waiting for you in the front I will be seated to the left, just sit in the front and wait for the time we baptize you. We will tell you when, An associate pastor will be doing the service.
"Thanks...I know I didn't need to do this but I brought my study bible to follow along to the sermon, is that okay or..." Twilight asked.
"Of coarse it is. Go inside because we are starting soon." Amy said. Amy went on to say to say a few more words to her and then Twilight hugged her and went inside and saw her friends and she waved to them and they all smiled at her, Pinkie Pie tried to make sure not to shout out in excitement like she always did at something that Twilight was involved in.
Twilight walked to the front and saw that Shining Amour was there, she sat by him before someone else could take the spot, Shining Armor laughed quietly and hugged her. They both spoke to eachother for a bit and then turned their attention to the service.
When they sung along to the hymns Twilight sung along as well and after a bit of singing they sat down and the pastor read out the sermon. That day's sermon was about how Jesus's death and resurrection led to believers being able to get baptized to get saved.
But after the sermon went on for a few minutes it took a slight turn into how you can't just get a baptism and be saved but you also had to try and live a good kind life and try to be kind to others and observe what Jesus did and follow God.
Twilight knew that this message was mostly meant for her, she knew that whenever she sinned she could always pray for forgiveness and she was grateful Jesus had died for her in order for her to have that right to do that.
The sermon was directly speaking to her but she knew that it was probably meant for everybody else as well, Twilight decided that after she was baptized she was going to try and study her bible each day.
After the sermon, Amy said a few words about baptism and invited Twilight to come on up the front, Twilight looked around at her friends people who were watching her, Applejack motioned her to go up there.
"Twilight it's time!" Rarity whispered over to her, Shining Amour nodded as he said a few words of encouragement to her, Twilight went to the front as she started to have numerous thoughts in her head. She knew that their was no going back now but if she said that she didn't accept Christ as her savior then that would mess things up for Amy and herself as that would mean she would be rejecting Christ.
She knew that she accepted Christ as her savior so she needed to say yes, she didn't want to say no, Amy said a few words and they both entered the pool, Twilight knew that it was time, she was hesitant a bit but she decided to move forward anyway even if she was a bit on edge. Amy stood right beside her and Amy turned and spoke to her.
"Twilight Sparkle, Do you trust Jesus Christ for the forgiveness in your sins and the promise of eternal life? Do you accept him as your savior?" Amy asked her, Twilight became silent for a few seconds because of nervousness but answered.
"Yes I do. I promise." Twilight confirmed, she knew that here was no going back now, she knew that she had follow these promises, Amy spoke to her again.
"Do you forsake Satan and all of his evil works?" Amy asked, Twilight immediately answered as she did not want to be associated with Satan in anyway even if she was a bit nervous.
"Yes I do." Twilight answered in the same way as before, She looked up at Amy and then back at the pool, she took a quick look at the audience and saw them witnessing the event. She looked back at Amy as she delivered the last question.
"Do you intend with God's help to obey Jesus's teaching and follow him as your lord?" Amy asked. Twilight was slow to answer but quickly responded after that.
"Yes I promise that I will." Twilight said as she decided to give a longer answer, she knew that she could have just said yes but she wanted to let her friends and family know that she was serious about this. Twilight knew that this was it. Amy smiled as she said one last thing.
"On the profession on your faith in Jesus Christ as your lord and savior and in obedience in his command, I now baptize you in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit." Amy Said, Twilight held her breath and Amy set down the microphone and she took Twilight's hands into hers and then immersed her into the water.
Amy pulled her back out of the water and all of her friends and family and neighbors cheered for her, Twilight wiped the water out of her face as the deed was done, She hugged Amy which caught Amy off guard but Amy hugged her as well, Twilight got out of the water as she was handed a towel, Twilight dried her face off as she hugged her friends and family who congratulated her. They had all went to the front of the stage while she was speaking so they could be close to her.
"We are very proud of you Twilight." Shining Armor said, Twilight hugged him and said thank you to him, after a few more words of encouragement and congratulations Twilight went to the bathroom and got dried off as she did not want to stay in wet clothes.
She air dried her dress as much as she could since sitting in it while it was wet would be a pain, she was so happy for herself though, she dried herself off with a towel she had wiped her face off with as she dried her body. She then air dried her dress as best as she could and then put it back on and went back to the service.
Twilight sat by her friends who all told her how happy they were, they said a few more hymns and then they had a closing prayer and they all went home.
"Darling we are so happy for you, I started to tear up during that. Rarity said as she wiped her face off, Twilight and her friends giggled.
"Nothing can describe how great we feel right now Twilight, I know I don't say much but i want you to know that we are very proud." Fluttershy told her, Twilight hugged them as they all spoke. They continued to walk home.
"Thank you girls, I'm happy you were their to witness it and support me." Twilight told them.
"Are you kidding, I wouldn't miss this for anything else, I'd skip soccer practice just to see you get baptized!" Rainbow Dash proclaimed, Twilight thanked them several times as she told them she appreciated them coming to see her today they all told her that that it was no problem and they said your welcome.
Twilight and her friends hung out for a bit and Twilight went home as she threw her dress in the hamper as she relaxed for the rest of the night, she had gotten what she wanted to get accomplished, she knew that she was going to have to study the bible a lot so she can try and stay away from sin each day and even if she messed up sometimes she could always ask for forgiveness, she knew that she had some work todo but she knew that she was already on her way on trying to be a good Christian and good person in general.
