Chapters Faster then the speed of ...
"Magic, what else would it be powered by?" Twilight asked Rainbow Dash, with a sarcastic tone in her voice.
"Sure...So how do I activate it once I get flying?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"Simple, just preform a sonic Rainboom!" Twilight said happily
"Cool." Rainbow said with pride, she was the only pegasus able to preform a sonic rainboom in Equestria now, and she was now able to do it with little to no effort.
Rainbow Dash crouched down at the back of a long runway at the top of a cliff, her wings splayed out ready to launch her into the horizon. "So I do a sonic rainboom and then the thing attached to my back will make me go faster?" Rainbow Dash asked once more just to be sure.
"Yep, al..." she was about to warn Rainbow Dash to hit the button on her chest to detach the machine if something happened to go wrong, but Rainbow was already a dot on the horizon.
Rainbow (Blue text is a link to music) was speeding forward, her wings tucked in tightly, she opened them for a second to propel her forward with a hard gust and then tucked them back in. She was in her zone, sound started to disappear and then it happened. She felt like she broke through a wall, and color was every where, then the machine kicked in, purple was blowing out of it and pushing her forward. Her goggles pushed into her eye's, color started to drain from her vision, one shade after the other, the last one to go was blue, then every thing went black, she knew she was still awake she felt the wind hit her face as she zoomed onward. Then a rainbow tunnel appeared and she was zooming through it, it was almost epileptic. Then she blacked out for real (stop music on red from now on).
She woke up with something shaking her, as she opened her eyes she was blasted with light. She shook it off and looked at what was shaking her and screamed. "Sorry to frighten you, are you all right?" the creature asked with a sense of worry in his voice.
Rainbow Dash calmed down after a second, she knew this was no time to freak out. "I'm fine, um... who are you?" Rainbow asked trying to stay calm.
"I'm Leon...come on, you might want to get up." he said as he held a hand out to help rainbow up.
Rainbow grabbed Leon's hand for assistance and nearly freaked when she saw her own hand, she barely held back a scream. "So, what's your name?" Leon asked happily.
"Um... you can just call me dash." she said.
"Oh, if were going by nicknames, everyone calls me Professor." he said as he took off his coat and held it out for Rainbow Dash to take.
"Uh... why are you giving me your coat, and why are you being so friendly?" Rainbow asked innocently.
"Well, their was a flash of light coming from this alley, and decided to check it out, when I came around the corner their you where. As to why I'm offering you my coat, that's because your *ahem* indecent." he said with a slight blush as he looked off to the side.
"Um... thanks." she said taking Leon's coat and wrapping it around her.
"So...do you have a place to stay?" Leon asked looking back at the slightly more decent Rainbow Dash.
"I wish I knew where this Place was." Rainbow said matter o' factley.
"That's no good, not at all. Well welcome to America, do you have any memory of where you came from?" Leon asked seemingly concerned.
Rainbow Dash thought for a while, she had never herd of this 'America' and never herd of any creatures like these. She decided to play it safe and lie "I don't have a clue." she said with faux depression.
"Well, listen, you can stay with me for a while if you want to." Leon said sympathetically.
"That would be awesome!" she said excitedly.
"Alright then, follow me." Leon said happily.
They walked along for a while, rainbow took in her surroundings. Massive buildings as far as the eye can see. Then they stopped and Leon looked at Rainbow "I'm gonna stop in that store to get something," he said as he pointed to one of the smaller buildings "you can come with me if you want to or you can wait out here." he said
"I can wait." Rainbow said not wanting to encounter any more of these creatures.
Leon took a couple of minutes but soon enough he came out with a grey bag, and they were on their way once again. Leon stopped in front of what looked like a nightclub and said "Well home sweet home, by the way, how old are you?" he asked Dash.
"I'm nineteen, is that a problem?" she asked in return.
"Not a big one, just don't take any alcohol offered to you." he said.
"What? I Remember being able to drink back where I came from!" she said.
"That's good that your remembering stuff about where you came from, but about the drinking thing, in America you can't drink tell you 21, though most other countries have there drinking age much lower." he explained.
Rainbow nodded in acknowledgement, and they approached the club. Leon stopped and looked at the bouncer "The girl is going to stay with me for awhile, she's only nineteen but I won't let her into the bar, okay?" he asked.
The bouncer nodded and smiled at Leon "Not a problem, though I didn't know you were much of a relationship guy!" he said jokingly.
Leon patted the guy's shoulder and smiled, shook his head, laughed, and started to head up the stairs. He looked at Rainbow dash and waved his hand to tell her to follow her. They made their way through the club and headed up some stairs near the back of the club. They walked through a large doorway and they entered a very modern looking apartment. Leon closed the door, and the music coming from the club disappeared.
"Here," Leon handed the grey bag he was carrying to Rainbow "I hope I guessed your sizes right."
Rainbow looked into the bag, it contained a blue t-shirt with a rainbow stripe that crossed diagonally across the shirt, and a pair of jeans, some socks, a pair of running shoes, and some undergarments. "Theirs a bathroom over their if you want to change now." he said as he looked through what seemed to be mail.
"Thanks." Rainbow said as she made her way to the bathroom.
Rainbow Dash entered the bathroom, it was very large. It had a hot tub in one corner a stand up shower in the other, a toilet, and a large mirror. Rainbow looked at her self in the mirror, she was short compared to Leon, she still had her rainbow ma...hair though, she could see the muscles under her skin, though they weren't very large. She tried on her clothes after looking at her new self for a minute. Her shirt was a little small, it hugged her and didn't cover her entire torso, but she liked it . She didn't like the jeans however, they were tight, and that was all well and good, but they restricted her movement. She poked her head out the door and called out to Leon, when he appeared she asked if he had any scissors, he came back shortly with a very sharp pair of scissors. She cut one of the legs to a very short length, that alone made it a hundred times easier to move and she examined her self in the mirror, she liked the one pant leg look.
She came out and found Leon sitting on a bright white couch. The apartment had a large window behind the couch that let in the light of the setting sun. Their was an all glass coffee table in front of the couch, and a large TV on the wall to the right , it looked as if it were actually part of the wall . Their was a kitchen at the opposite wall, with a open bar that separated it from the living room. The door to the Bathroom was the first of three in a hallway to the left wall. "What do the other two doors lead to?" Rainbow asked Leon.
"The door at the end of the hallway leads to my bedroom, the door opposite from the bathroom door leads to what was suppose to be a guest room, but I converted it into a large walk in closet." he looked at rainbow dash and smiled "I really like what you did with the pants." he said.
Rainbow Dash smiled, but then her stomach let out a rumble and she blushed lightly. "Sorry, I'm kinda hungry." she said looking at the floor.
"Not a problem, do you eat fish?" Leon asked.
"No, I would never dream of eating another living creature." She said a little taken aback.
"A vegetarian eh, I have plenty of Vegetables and fruit, no need to worry." Leon said heading toward the kitchen.
Rainbow thought for a second and came to a conclusion that it was probably normal for these creatures to eat meats. Then she came up with another couple of question that had been bugging her "Why do people call you Professor, and why do you live above a club?"
"Well I live above a club because it's cheap, actually it's free as long as I help the staff if issues come up and help the owner with logistics, I also produce my own music and DJ for the club sometimes. As for why people call me Professor, that's because I am a professor." he said with a smirk that Rainbow Dash ,for the shortest second, thought was cute before she realized what he told her and looked at him with confusion.
"You don't look that old, how are you a professor!" she said, Rainbow learned from Twilight that to become a professor you had to have years, sometimes decades, of study and classes.
"Well you see," he said as he threw a menagerie of vegetables up into the air and caught them again in the stir fry pan "I am extremely gifted at the sciences, I surpassed all of my peers and was taking college level classes in middle school, overtime I got job at the university, and now I'm a professor of theoretical physics and just science in general." he said clearly proud of him self.
"Wow, I'm decant at physics but I wouldn't dream about becoming a teacher." rainbow said. It is true she is skilled at physics, she would have to be if she was the greatest flyer in Equestria.
"Anyway, what kind of music do you like?" he said finishing the stir fry vegetables and switching the pan with a pot to boil some noodles.
"I really like electronic music " and not a second after that some Trance was playing in the background.
Leon finished making the dishes, and set one in front of Dash, who was now sitting at the bar. "Tell me what you think when your done, if it's cool with you?" he asked, and Rainbow nodded all ready eating the surprisingly good meal.
Leon sat down at the couch and ate his meal quietly, bobbing his heat to the music, the lights in the apartment changed color and turned on and off to the music, like a small club. It sent Rainbow into a kind of trance, just looking at Leon eating and enjoying himself and before she knew it she was done. Leon finished and took Rainbows dish from her and put them both into a washing machine, and turned to Rainbow "Well, was it any good?" he asked a happy smirk on his face.
"It was... really awesome." she said.
"That's good. Last time I had to cook I nearly set fire to the place." just as he said that a few knocks came from the door.
Leon opened it and the bouncer from earlier asked him something inaudible, and Leon looked over at Rainbow "I gotta go help get some troublemakers out of the club, when you get tired, you can go to sleep in my bed, I just washed the sheets so hygiene it shouldn't be a problem, I'll go to sleep on the couch."
Before Rainbow Dash could protest Leon was out the door. An hour went by and Rainbow began to worry but she was beat and decided that she should get some sleep. As she entered the room she was entranced by the blue and green lights that dimly lit the room, and as soon as she hit the bed she was out.

The intro to a new story, WOOHOO! Tell me how you liked it, how I could improve it, and like my other stories tell me what you think should happen next or give me your idea of something to add to the plot, and I will try as hard as I can to make that happen.
Shopping and SCIENCE
Rainbow woke up confusingly as she took in her surroundings, but soon realized where she was and sighed. It wasn't home but she liked it here, though she missed her friends, and flying. She got dressed and walked into the living room, Leon was asleep, his back on the floor his legs on the couch. Dash giggled slightly but stopped when she noticed blood on the floor. She shook Leon and he woke up with a bright smile on his face, but that disappeared when he saw Rainbows face, she looked frightened. "What's wrong?" he asked.
"There is blood on the floor and I thought you were hurt." she said still a little shaken up.
"OH, that's not a problem, though I thought the bandages would hold up better." he said matter o' factly.
"What happened?" rainbow questioned as she looked at the large cut on Leon's arm.
"Well, a few guy's got really drunk and were causing problems, when we tried to get them to leave one of them pulled a knife on us, we got him out but I got a minor cut on my arm, nothing to worry about." he said putting back on his smile.
Rainbow was still worried, but hid it and helped Leon up. Leon went to the fridge and pulled out some milk, started the coffee maker, pulled out some generic frosted wheat cereal from a nearby cabinet, and made two bowels of cereal. He gave one of the bowels to Rainbow and handed her a spoon, he looked over to the coffee maker and back to Rainbow, this was the first time Rainbow actually looked at Leon, he had medium length hair that was spiked every which way and had a dirty blond color, he was muscular and wore a semi-tight shirt, he had on plaid pajama pants, and had a light skin shade, though he seemed to glow a very light gold. "So, how about we go clothes shopping?"he asked, rainbow nodded and took in his accent, it sounded like a basic Equestrian one but had hints of an accent somepony might have if they lived in the far east and north.
"Great, it's my day off, and I make plenty of money, so don't worry about the price of the clothes you want, just make sure you like them." he said smiling his eyes closed.
"What clothes do you recommend?" Rainbow asked, she didn't were clothes often back in Equestria.
"Well are you athletic, or all about the looks?" he asked.
"I'm pretty athletic, though I don't wanna look bad." she said thinking hard as to what her style really is.
"Sounds like your like me, that makes things easier. Okay, when looking for clothes, look for some thing that would be comfortable for you, I like somewhat tight shirts, and you can never go wrong with black clothes, they are easy to match other clothes with, maybe have some neon colored undershirts and what not." Leon said, Rainbow Dash listened and appreciated the advice.
EPIC TRANSITION OF SUPER AWESOME TRANSITIONNESS
Rainbow was in a large store with Leon, it was filled to the brim with clothes, she found a couple of pants that she liked, they where a pair of black cargo pants and some tight fitting jeans with large holes in the front. She also found some shirts, one was a long sleeved crop top that fit her tightly, a tee shirt that was a rainbow of colors and designs, and a black dress shirt. She got another pair of running shoes, Leon helped her pick them out, she learned that Leon was, on top of everything else, a Freerunner. "I'm a bit of a Jack Of All Trades, I try every thing and get good at it, but I never master it, aside from science." he said smiling.
Rainbow Dash was really starting to like this guy. They went up to the cashier to pay for their clothes, it ended up being about two-hundred and fifty dollars. "You have a fine taste in clothes." Leon said to Rainbow Dash, she thought he was being sarcastic, but he looked completely serious.
They were walking home when remembered something, he looked over at Rainbow Dash "So, you said you were good at physics, how about you come take my class, the first semester starts tomorrow." he asked with some eagerness in his voice.
"That would be awesome, though I feel like I'm taking advantage of you." she said.
"If anything I'm taking advantage of you, It's nice to have someone new around ya know." he said smiling.

They got home, and Leon started cooking lunch while Rainbow Dash turned on the TV, she had no clue how it worked but she wasn't about to question it. Their was a documentary about the modern world on, and she learned a lot from it, before she knew it though, it was time to eat. Then Leon changed, he had on very bright clothes and sunglasses, he invited rainbow down to the club with him, he was gonna interview a new DJ for the owner. They listened to the music, and it was good, It reminded Rainbow of DJ-Pon3.
Soon enough it was time to sleep, Rainbow insisted that Leon sleep in his own bed, but he wouldn't here it. The morning was much the same as before, though rainbow took a shower and put on some of her new clothes, when she came out of the shower she found Leon eyes closed listening to a song she could barely understand the words to, but it sounded good . Their was a bowl of cereal out for Dash, Leon gave her a large book and a note book and pen. They set off toward to the university, but by car this time. Leon was a menace on the road listening to his song, he was speeding past everyone. They made it to the university alive, Rainbow Dash actually liked riding in the car with Leon driving.
They entered a large lecture hall, some students were their, others just coming in, Rainbow took a seat near the front row. Leon fist bumped a couple of students that recognized him. He sat down in the crowd of students and talked to a guy with dyed pink hair, they seemed like good friends. Once everyone was settled Leon went across a large stage at the front bottom of the room, it looked like more then one bomb had gone off on the floor, and sat down behind a desk in front of everyone fiddling with some files, then a girl near in the center of the crowd of students spoke up "You know the Professor won't like you messing up his files." she said deadpan.
A few students chuckled along side Leon, he looked up at the girl, turned around and wrote on the large wight surface behind him with marker 'I AM THE PROFESSOR, WHAT'S UP' then he turned around again and looked at the girl. She looked at Leon curiously, but didn't say anything. "So who here likes science?" he asked, no body said a thing.
"Oh, come on and take it easy on me, I'm sore." he said swing his arms back and forth.
"Did the misses take you for a ride?" one of the students who knew who Leon was asked jokingly.
"Well I don't have wife, nope, one of your classmates seduced me." he said smiling.
"Really, which one now." another one of the classmates asked, not believing a word Leon said.
"That one!" and he threw the marker right toward Rainbow, who caught it.
"I did not you perv." she said as she threw the marker back.
"Yes you did." He said happily, throwing the marker back.
"What, just cause I'm staying with you doesn't mean..." she threw the marker back, with a flustered look.
"Wait, you mean, what.. why, how?" the student asked looking over at Rainbow then back to Leon.
Leon threw the marker at a red box on the wall, breaking the glass and taking out a fire extinguisher. He walked over and did something with it under his desk. The student regained his composer and asked another question "How did she end up staying with you?" he asked, very confused.
"Well, let's see, I am twenty-eight, I'm a professor of theoretical physics, and I just taped a fire extinguisher to a skateboard," he said as he brought up a skate board with a fire extinguisher taped to it with layer upon layer of duct tape, and set it on the floor. "I believe the question you should be asking is not how she ended up staying with me but rather, why aren't you staying with me." he said deadpan.
"NOW LETS DO SOME SCIENCE!" he screamed as he brought a fire ax out of nowhere and slammed the nozzle of the extinguisher, lunching it across the stage and halfway threw the wall at the other end.
"Now, can someone tell me what I just did?" he asked, and after some time a hand came up.
"You demonstrated velocity?" she asked.
"Close, but no cigar. Anyone else." he asked the class."You Ethan." he called out the guy with pink hair.
"Uhh... you demonstrated thrust?" he said sheepishly.
"Good thought, but no." Leon said. "Come on, this isn't very hard." He said looking through the class, he saw Rainbow start to raise her hand but he shook his head at her, he knew that Rainbow would probably get it. "You." he said pointing at the girl who tried to scold him at the start of class.
"You...um...demonstrated speed." she said worriedly.
"NOPE!" he shouted happily."Alright Dash you probably know." he called out.
"You made that guy look like a fool and hit a fire extinguisher with an ax." she said deadpan.
Everyone looked at her for a second before Leon spoke up. "You are exactly right." he said with a huge grin on his face "Now, what I was trying to teach you, is that sometimes what happens, is actually what happens. Sometimes there is no meaning or reason behind it. Now for the rest of the class I want you to get in a group and write a large essay on how stuff works, so that I can read it later and use it as kindling for my fire." he said happily "Dash, Ethan, I need some help. Get down here."
The whole class was abuzz with hums and whispers, Leon looked over at Rainbow Dash "Sorry about earlier, your not mad are you?" he asked sympathetically.
Truth fully she didn't care, but she punched him in the gut anyway. Ethan just looked at the duo, a smirk on his face. "Alright, woo, your much stronger then you look," he said trying to regain his breath. "Good, now Ethan, could you go get another fire extinguisher, and Dash could you get the other Extinguisher off my skateboard?" he asked smiling.
"Sure, no problemoh." Ethan said jogging out the Lecture hall.
"You are crazy," Dash said bringing the skateinguisher back from the badly damaged wall. "Where did you even get the ax?" Dash asked curiously.
"I had it under my desk and while every one was focusing on the extinguisher skate board I slipped it behind my leg." he said sitting back in his chair, behind his desk.
He handed the ax the Rainbow Dash. "What am I supposed to do with this?" she asked.
"Use it to help get the tape off." he said matter o' factly.
The classed passed on smoothly, Dash made some small talk with Ethan and Leon. Then it was time to go. Dash and walked into Leon's apartment, he had a head start on her and was already in the kitchen, it was starting to feel like home here.
They ate, and washed up, both of them were in their pajamas and watching a documentary on extreme sports, Leon was really excited when Parkour came up, then he explained to Dash what Parkour was and how it was related to Freerunning. Eventually it was time to turn in, but Dash had one last thing on her mind.
"So, I seduced you huh." she said inching closer to Leon.
"It was just a joke." he said sheepishly.
"Really, It seemed like you wanted me to seduce you." she said putting her face close to Leon's.
"Um...come on, uh... can you give me a break." Dash's lips were now dangerously close to his.
"Nope." she said pulling away at the last second, Leon was sweating and a shade of crimson.
Rainbow smirked and walked slowly and as seductively as she could into Leon's bed room. Once inside she she closed the door and giggled 'oh this is going to be fun' she said as she thought of more mischievous things to do to torture Leon.

Rainbow woke up earlier then she ever has before, she looked at the clock and sighed. It was three A.M. and there was no way in hell she was gonna get back to sleep. She peaked her head out the door, Leon was in a deep sleep, and tiptoed out and into the bathroom, she tried out the Hot tub bath hybrid, and was more relaxed then she thought was possible. She got out after a unknown amount of time and dried off, as she tiptoed back into Leon's bed room she looked at the clock on the bedside dresser, Four o' clock. She decided to try and put together an outfit that would make Leon regret ever saying anything about seduction, or perhaps make him say more.
It was about four-thirty when she came out of the bedroom wearing a tight crop top tee, and a pair of low-cut black Jeans, with one leg cut off, kinda like a trade mark. She noticed while drying her self off after the bath, that her cutie mark took the form of a tattoo on the upper front of her left hip, she was happy to see it, and the pants highlighted it nicely. She walked in to the living room slowly as to not wake Leon up until she was close enough to scare him, but when she was about a foot away from him, the front door was kicked down. Two guys with face-masks entered with gun like devices, and pointed them at Rainbow, Leon was wide awake long before any of this happened though, woken up by Rainbow closing the door on her way back into the bedroom, and pulled Dash down onto the couch as he jumped up, he grabbed the first guy's wrist, and smashed the palm of his left hand into the extended arm of his enemy, making a loud cracking sound as he bent the masked guy's arm the wrong way, he kicked the broken armed enemy's friend in his one of his more sensitive areas and disarmed the broken armed man. He then proceeded to flip the broken armed man into the glass coffee table and shot him in the neck with the tranquilizer gun. He pointed the gun at his enemy's ally and sent two darts into the mans chest, but not before the man launched a dart zooming toward Dash, luckily Leon was quick enough to move in the way of the dart, it embedded it's self into his lower abdomen. Then every thing calmed down and the adrenalin powering Leon's movements left his system, and he dropped down to a knee. He looked over at Rainbow Dash, who was laying on the couch watching the whole thing take place. "Don't worry about me," Leon said taking deep breathes "these darts" he said as he yanked it out of his gut "only knock people out, you should go get the bouncer, he'll know what to do." he said take on last deep breath before he fainted and fell to the side.
Rainbow ran as fast as her legs could take her, and got the bouncer from the door. He rushed back to the apartment, checked Leon's pulse smiled, and laughed. "Typically when this kinda thing happens he doesn't get shot. He must be losing his touch." the bouncer said happily.
Rainbow looked at him and disbelief "This happened more then once?" she asked recovering from a small case of shock.
"That is something that you should ask the Professor when he wakes up." he said as he started to drag the other bodies out the door. "Listen you don't have to worry, when he's around," he nodded toward Leon. "everyone is safe but the people that piss him off." he said confidently. Then he took his leave.
Rainbow looked at Leon, contemplating what the bouncer had said. She always did feel safe around him. Then she picked him up and dragged him into the bedroom, and set him in the bed. This world was crazy, but this guy almost made it worth sticking around.
(SUPER BOLD SCENE CHANGE OF SCENE CHANGINESS)
Leon woke up and looked over at Rainbow Dash who was reading a book in the corner of the room. "Did I die and go to heaven, cause you look amazing." he said tiredly.
Rainbow squeed with joy, Leon was finally awake, he was asleep for two day's. Leon finally shook the sleep from him and looked at Rainbow Dash for a couple of seconds. "Did you get a haircut, it looks really good on you." he said smiling.
Rainbow in the past day, went and got her hair cut and styled, it reminded her of DJ-Pon3's hair but it was a rainbow of colors. "Yeah, I'm glad you like it, but can you tell me what that thing was all about?" she said with a worried look.
"Sure, but first I need food." he said as he started to get out of bed when he noticed he wasn't exactly decant. "Um... could you leave so I can change?" he asked Dash sheepishly with a soft voice, his face seven shades of red.
"Sure, no problem, I'll have food out for you when your done." Rainbow said walking out the door.
Once he was done changing into some pajamas, he headed out toward the kitchen. It smelled delicious, he couldn't quite put his finger on what Rainbow was making, the anticipation was killing him. Once she set down the plate in front of him he was overwhelmed by the aroma. It was covered by spinach so he couldn't tell what he was eating tell he tasted it. It was the most delicious thing he had ate in a long time, it was fish. His eyes shot open, it was so good. He took another bite, then looked toward Dash. "I thought you were a vegetarian?" he asked curiously.
"I still am, but it's been two day's since you had last ate, and I figured I'd make you something special. You seemed to like fish, so I made that... Is it okay?" she asked.
"It's better then okay, it is the most delicious thing I've ever ate, thank you so much." he said.
Rainbow just watched as Leon ate, he reminded her of a kitten. In fact she could almost swear he was purring. "So, what was that fight about anyway." she asked with a very sweet and innocent tone. F
"First, tell me, did the bouncer undress me?" Rainbow blushed deeply and looked at the floor
"Not exactly." she said in a barely audible voice.
"I thought so, anyway" Leon looked over to her smiled, and set down his fork. "Well you know how I said that I helped the owner of this club out so I can stay here for free?" he asked Dash.
"Yeah." she said, now even more curious.
"Well I didn't exactly tell you the whole truth, I am the owner of this club, and this club is more like my personal compound so stuff like the fight, don't happen to me everyday. I'm sure you know that I learn very quickly, well so do other people, and an ability like mine can be quite valuable this day n' age. Because of that, all kinds of less then desirable people want to kidnap me, so... yeah, owner of a club filled with an army of bouncers, because I'm just too damn attractive." he said playfully.
Rainbow took this in, and let Leon finish eating, trying to recover from the shock of hearing that the guy she lives with now, is Number one on the most wanted list for all the bad guys this world has to offer and that she is actually living in a castle, let alone a high quality apartment with a club in the basement. As soon as Leon put his dishes in the dishwasher, Dash got up walked over to him and slapped him hard across the face, something he did not expect, and then she hugged him and buried her face in his chest, something he expected even less. "Don't lie to me ever again, and please don't ever get hurt." Dash pleaded, her voice muffled by Leon's shirt, she was almost crying.
Leon slowly wrapped his arms around Dash, and said "I promise." she felt gentle in his arms, like a flower.
(SAPPY SCENE TRANSITION OF NIGHTMARISH QUANTITY)
It was late at night and Leon was back asleep on the couch, Rainbow was wide awake though, and she couldn't get comfortable in the bed anymore, it was missing something. After an hour of rolling around trying to get comfortable, she had enough. She slowly made her way out of the bedroom and into the living room. She looked at Leon who was in a deep sleep, and slowly lifted the sheet that covered Leon, and got underneath, the couch was large for a sofa, but there was still barely enough room for her to squeeze in. Leon unconsciously wrapped his arms around Dash, and Dash almost melted. She felt like she could live the rest her life happily laying next the this person.

Rainbow woke up, and looked around. She was curled up in the arms of Leon. She closed her eye's again and dug her self in to Leon's chest and relaxed in his warmth. She missed her friends, she missed her family, but this was her home, that was for sure, she could take or leave Equestria if it meant that she would feel like this every night. Then slowly but surely Leon woke up, he noticed Dash snuggled in his arms, but didn't do anything about it, he enjoyed it actually. This girl seemed like the one that he would finally be able to keep. Enough time had passed and Dash got up, Leon waited a second and followed Dash. "Sleep well?" Rainbow asked looking over her shoulder at Leon.
"Better then I have in day's." he said, giving a little smirk.
Rainbow tried to suppress a giggle, as she walked down the hall into the bedroom to change. When she came out she smelled something very good, it was a sandwich made with expertly seasoned tofu, and other assorted vegetables. It tasted as good as it smelled. Once the mess was cleaned up, Leon turned toward Rainbow. "I have a day off, do you want to do anything?" he asked smiling.
"I can't really think of anything." she said.
"How bout you come down to the club with me?" he asked eagerly.
"Sure, I haven't really seen to much of the club anyway." she said getting up to put something a little more flashy on.
"Great, come down whenever, I'll be waiting, you can't miss me." then he headed out through the door.
She put on a neon green top the hugged her tightly, and some matching short-shorts, some knee high socks with every color of the rainbow and her new running shoes. Then she pulled on some Rainbow colored elbow length gloves, the fingers were cut off. She made her way down the stairs and like what Leon said was, you couldn't miss him, lights were shinning on him from every angle, and he was Up on the Turntable in the center of the club playing some music . He was jumping up and down to the beat, which that in its self was impressive enough, but he was also mixing the music flawlessly. The crowd was totally under his control. She joined the massive crowd for a while, got tired and headed to a booth near the bar, he joined her shortly after he finished up his set. (Feel free to play generic club music for the rest of the time if you want)
"You look flashy." Leon stating the obvious, spending a little to long looking her over.
Rainbow dash got up and wrapped one hand around Leon's arm and started to pull him to a quieter part of the club, Leon was yelling and rainbow could barely hear him. She found a quiet circular booth near the back of the club and sat down in it pulling Leon with her. "So, was I any good?" Leon asked sheepishly, rubbing the back of his head.
"It was great." Rainbow said.
"Any way, while you were changing I ran out for a bit and got you something." Leon said pulling a box out of thin air.
Rainbow took it and looked it over curiously, and decided to open it. She pulled out a silver bracelet, encrusted with Sapphire and Emeralds. She looked at it with a glint in her eye and a heart warming smile, she leaned over quickly and pecked Leon on the lips, then realizing what she had done, blushed a deep crimson and looked down shyly. Leon was in a slight shock, but recovered and gently pushed up on her chin, she looked at Leon like she had committed some terrible crime, she was pouting as well, Leon did the only thing he could think of to cheer her up and pressed his lips gently against hers. Her cheeks took on an even deeper shade of red, as if that was possible, and she felt like she was about to faint. She had died and was in some kind of Heaven, that much was certain to her.
(Character development is difficult to wright about, good thing I have a scene change)
It was one in the morning, and Rainbow was tossing and turning again. Their was no way she was gonna get to sleep. Leon was out on the couch, lightly dreaming. Rainbow Dash was too tired to change into her pajamas, and decided to sleep in her undergarments and one of Leon's large soft dress shirts, she got out of bed and left the bedroom, she shook Leon awake and pulled the confused and still mostly asleep man with along down the hall with her, her arms wrapped around one of his like a giant teddy bare. She let Leon fall into the bed and pulled a large sheet over him, she climbed under the sheet with him, he was already asleep, she curled up beside him, pulling one of his arms over her, he did the rest unconsciously, wrapping her in his arms holding her tightly. She fell asleep in ten seconds flat.

Dash woke up first, as usual, and worked her way out Leon's grasp. She made sure he was fast asleep before she started to change. she put on a pair of low-cut, cargo pants that hung loosely at an angle just of her hip, highlighting her cutie mark tattoo. She pulled on some socks, and unbuttoned Leon's dress shirt and tossed it in a hamper for dirty clothes, she reached into the small closet and pulled out a tight neon blue hoodie, it just covered the upper half of her torso, a style she took a liking to, but she set it down when she remembered her gift, it was sitting on the dresser to her right, she strapped it on her wrist, it fit perfectly. She admired it in the light on the ceiling. "Aren't you taking this a little fast?" Leon said.
Rainbow looked over her shoulder and smiled flashing her teeth which sparkled in the light. "I thought you might enjoy the view, but I guess not." she said playfully, she then grabbed her hoodie, keeping her back to Leon, and pulled it on and zipped it up. It hugged Rainbow's torso just below her chest.
She turned around and smirked happily, "Unless you really do like the view." she said leaning forward pulling slowly on the zipper of her hoodie. "But then again, I don't think you deserve that quite yet." she said playfully turning and slowly walking out the door on the balls of her feet, swaying slightly, to add effect. She almost felt bad about teasing Leon like this, but it was to damned fun to toy with him.
Leon walked out following Rainbow's lead. She sat down at the bar and looked back over at Leon. "Sorry about tea...*hot*"
Leon didn't have his shirt on, and it was times like these that Rainbow was glad she didn't have her wings. He walked into the large walk in closet he had adjacent to the bathroom and changed. The usual tight black tee-shirt, and sand colored cargo pants. He walked out into the living room when his expression changed from a happy smile to something along the lines of very serious and extremely serious. He slowly urged Rainbow to go behind the kitchen bar and duck, not much time later the glass broke from the large window at the back of the couch, and flew inward. Three guys with PDW's (personal defense weapons, think of an assault rifle the size of a sub-machine gun) came in. Leon pulled the nearest guy into him, and nailed him in the crotch with his knee, idiots never remember to guard their most weak spot, he pulled the guy's gun up and over his shoulder. He pulled the trigger and a long burst of bullets ended the other to threats lives quickly, and hopefully painlessly. He then yanked the gun out of the last guy's hands, and put two bullets into his chest. They were wearing body armor, but that didn't help in this close of quarters.
"What was that?" rainbow asked worriedly, she wouldn't dare peak over the bar.
"It's safe, but I highly recommend you not look, it's not pretty... This isn't right though, they were using live ammunition, they were trying to kill us!" he sounded worried.
Leon dropped the gun he had been using and picked up another one of PDW's. He also took two extra clips off the guy, and a bullet. he checked to see if a round was chambered, sure enough it was. He took out the clip and fed and extra bullet to the magazine, and put the clip back in the mini-rifle. It was silenced and they were using low-velocity rounds. He looked over at rainbow and offered her a hand. Once they were up Rainbow took a peak at the mess, she then pressed her head into Leon's chest, she wasn't in shock, but she was very, very frightened. "How do you feel about moving into a bigger place?" Leon asked.
Rainbow nodded her head against Leon's chest. "Then it's settled, to the pent house we go." he said as happily as he could.

WooHoo, can someone give me a brohoof, character development was never so buckin hard. I'm not sure I captured Rainbow Dash's spunk, but I tried. Tell me how I did and what I could do to improve. And for the love of Celestia, tell me what you want to happen next, and I will try very hard to get that into the story. Ciao.
Realization, and a surprises.
Leon worked his way slowly through the club, checking every nook and cranny in the place. It was void of any other life. Rainbow stayed close to him, her thoughts were racing 'kidnapping is one thing but people trying to kill you is something completely different'. Leon and Dash made their way into a large underground garage, Leon placed the PDW in a dumpster in the corner of the garage and pulled a black device from his pocket, he tapped it and it sprung to life. He tapped it a couple more times and a section of wall in the garage started to rise, a pure black car-like vehicle pulled out. It's tires were sphere's, and had no visible windows or doors. Leon tapped the side of the vehicle with his palm and, an opening appeared on the vehicle and he got in, and he signaled an entranced Rainbow Dash to follow.
Rainbow got inside and made her self comfortable in the back of the surprisingly large vehicle, she wanted to ask a million questions, but she stayed quite, she was entering a state of shock. The fact that she could have easily been killed brought back memories of her family, her friends, and her home. It hit her like a brick, she wasn't ever going to fly again if she stay's in this world. She really wanted to stay with Leon, but she didn't want to get killed, and she missed flying. After a few minutes of her mind racing she fainted, she was overwhelmed, her emotions completely tore her in two.
Eventually Leon made his way to one of the biggest buildings in the city, It took an hour because he took all the backstreets so he could tell if he was being followed. He pulled into an underground parking garage and just noticed Rainbow was sleeping. He pulled her out and picked her up. He walked up into the lobby and was greeted with a suspicious smile by the receptionist, he realized that the receptionist probably had never seen him before, and the fact that he was piggybacking a girl with rainbow colored hair, probably made him seem extremely suspicious. He walked up to the receptionist and placed his right palm on a black pad on the desk and flashed a smirk when he saw the receptionist's face light up when she looked at the computer monitor. He walked up to an elevator behind the desk and got in, it took a minute or two before he reached the top floor. A giant penthouse made up the top floor. Leon didn't really like it that much, all the external walls where glass and gave a three-hundred and sixty degree view of the city. The year was 2065, the city was lit up with holograms and advertisements. Leon took the sight in with a frown, he loved the sight, but he could only see it when he was here, he felt like he was being taunted. You see he always dreamed of what it would be like to grow a pair of wings and be able to fly around when ever he wanted.
He set rainbow down on a large bed and let her rest, it had been a long day. Their was a reason why he helped Rainbow Dash. He didn't like it but he had been lying to Rainbow since the first fight, the fact of the matter was that he was in no real danger at all before he took her in, all the attacks where to get Rainbow Dash. He actually had been a very high ranking member of an organization, EVOTEK, that specialized in technological development and extra-ordinary occurrences, everything from making cellular phones too making first contact with an alien race. They had noticed a disturbance with the gravity in the city that Leon was based in and they saw everything that Rainbow Dash had done. They knew were she came from, what she used to be and how she got here, and it impressed Leon greatly that they learned all that from a couple of fluctuations with the light and gravity around were Rainbow Dash shifted dimensions. He was informed of everything that they knew about Rainbow Dash, and he was designated head of the recovery team. His job was capture Rainbow Dash and bring her back to HQ, were they would most likely torture her, then kill her. He stole a lot of money, and tech from the organization, and he left them, and took about a quarter of the organizations staff with him so he could save Rainbow Dash and possibly get her back home. The quarter of the staff that left with Leon was all the scientists, and First contact teams (the people that knew how to shoot) that used work with Leon. You see people trusted Leon, because unlike all the other heads, he talked to the staff, and tried to do the right thing when stuff like this happens, and not the thing that would make him the most money.
(EPIC TIME SKIP SO THAT YOU DON'T HOW TO READ ABOUT LEON MAKING A POPTART)
It was almost night, Rainbow started finally woke up and looked around, she had a dream about the Wonderbolts and felt extremely home sick. It wasn't the first time but usually when she felt like this Leon was just in the other room, and that made her feel better, but she had no clue where she was, and was silently freaking the buck out. Meanwhile, in the kitchen Leon was cooking and preparing to get slapped again, he was going to tell her everything. 'She is going to hate me' he thought to himself. He finished cooking, and picked up the bowel of his famous ramen and made his way back to the Master bedroom. He opened the door and saw Rainbow sitting up in the bed, her hands covering her eyes. "Hey, everything is going to be fine, here." he said as he handed the bowel of noodles to Rainbow.
Rainbow looked at him, she was slightly startled by Leon, but immediately started to feel better seeing him. She took the bowel and started to eat, she was starving. "When your done meet me in the living room, Okay?" he asked softly.
Rainbow nodded and started to finish her meal. Once she was done she found her way to the living room, she looked in awe at the sight of the glowing city that the huge window/wall provided, then she noticed Leon looking at the city with a hint of sadness on his face. "Hey, you alright?" Rainbow asked worriedly.
"Yeah, just scared." he said as he turned to Rainbow Dash.
"That's a huge boost of reassurance." she said lamely, thinking he was scared because of all the recent attacks, not that he's worried about her being mad at him.
"listen, I know pretty much everything about you," he sighed, Rainbow looked at him confused. "I, um... was supposed to take you captive and, yeah." he continued, Rainbow felt hurt. "Hold on, before you get mad there is more. The organization I used to work for told me everything they learned about you. Long story short, I left the organization to save you, and the people that attacked me are actually after you, sorry I didn't tell you sooner, I wanted you to enjoy your stay here while I had some friends work on a way to get you home." he said, bracing for slap to the face, instead she kicked him in the balls.
"Not cool." he squeaked as he dropped down to a kneel.
Rainbow then picked him up and hugged him, "I want to go home, but I want to stay with you." she said, starting to cry. "I don't know what to do." she choked out.
He wrapped his arms around her, and got an Idea. "Maybe... it's possible that I can come with you." he said trying to calm Rainbow down.
She didn't respond but she slowly stopped crying. She took her time to process what she learned, she didn't think about Leon coming back with her, the thought made her happy. She looked up at Leon, "I'm sorry." she started "I'm causing so much trouble and..." she was going to continue but Leon pulled her in with a tight hug.
"Don't worry about it, I'm sorry I lied to you." he said truthfully.
They stood their in silence for a while, Leon looked tired, and even though Rainbow was unconscious for most of the day, she was beat. She dragged him into the bedroom and they rested. They were going to need it.

Sorry this one is so short, but this is kinda like the end of act one through this journey. Fun fact, the character Leon is based of a combination of me and a good friend of mine's personality's, I like science and cooking, my friend is an expert in all things involving combat, and we're both Freerunners.

An ace among angels
It's been a week without an incident and Rainbow Dash wanted to know more about this new world, and more about Leon. Leon had just got back from the store, now was as good a chance as any. "What is the deal with this world?" Rainbow asked hoping that Leon would catch her drift.
"What about, the world is a big place?" he asked getting a faint idea of what Rainbow was eluding to.
"Why is everything glowing and how is it possible buildings can get so tall and... yeah?" she said revealing her curiosity.
"Ah..." Leon let out with understanding, clearly Rainbow Dash wanted to keep cool but was an egghead at heart. "Well ya see, about three years ago a war ended. It was between the human race and some alien life forms much like your self, except instead of getting here by accident, they wanted to be here." Rainbow grew more interested by the second. "They nearly wiped out the human race, now I suppose it isn't fair to pool all the aliens together. Some of them fought with us, actually nearly a quarter of them are still on Earth living side by side with us. But anyway, It started around 2025, the war advanced our technology by a few years and then wiped it out. any way I was born just before the thick of it When I was 18 I ended up being a pilot for the last of the H.S.A., it means Human survival alliance. I became an ace, the only ace actually. I was the only Human able to go toe to toe with an Alien pilot without completely wrecking the ship afterward, I also became a commander and offered advice to the generals when they needed it. Long story short, the humans won and most humans and aliens that wanted to live on earth decided to replace there memories with happier ones, I didn't. We finally rebuilt most of the world, the human population is four billion, the alien population on earth is three billion. I, along with multiple other soldiers and aliens that kept their memory started EVOTEK and now we're here running from something that was originally meant to make situations like these easier." he said like it was no big deal.
"So you were a pilot, and you were one of the reasons that the rest of those people," she pointed out the large window at the city. "are still alive." she said with admiration evident in her voice.
Leon smiled sheepishly and rubbed the back of his head."Well when you say it like that, I sound kinda cool." he kept his smile but clearly something dark came over him. "What I did was terrible, the only thing I don't regret is saving a couple of lives, and flying." he said looking down.
Rainbow Dash looked at him closely and whispered "Sorry."
Leon lit up and clapped his hand's "I've got good news, come on." he pulled Rainbow with him as he nearly ran to the elevator.
(LIFE AND DEATH MAKE THE WORLD GO ROUND, THAT DOESN'T MEAN WE HAVE TO FOLLOW THE RULES)
They were in a lab, there was a man that was very slender and was slightly taller then Leon in the middle of the room. "Hey Krag, she's here." Leon called out to the man.
"AH, miss Dash, I've heard quite a bit about you." he said smiling.
Rainbow noticed the Krag's hands, he had four long fingers instead of five, and was very pale. Then she noticed the table, there was a thin black sheet laying down on the chrome table top. "Is it ready?" Leon asked Krag.
"Yep, it's been tested and re-tested under every possible condition, and we've adjusted it to fit the specks of it's new host." Krag said happily.
"Wait, what are you guy's talking about?" Rainbow asked slightly worried.
"This!" Leon said with a huge grin as he put his hand down on the table the black material was sitting on.
"Okay... what is it?" Rainbow asked.
"I've been developing it for years with the help of a couple of old friends. You can think of it as a pair of wings." he said with the biggest grin Dash had ever seen on Leon. "I want to give them to you." he said warmly looking over to Rainbow.
She was speechless. The sheet didn't look like wings, that was the first thing to cross her mind. The second was pure joy that she was going to be able to fly again. "Listen, here's the sketchy part." Leon said looking slightly more serious.
"You get to keep the wings forever, but to get them to work like...well... wings, you need the sheet to hooked up to your body, as in connecting it directly to the spine and nerves in you back." he said rubbing the back of his head and looking up. "It is completely safe, and you would be knocked out for the surgery so you wouldn't feel a thing, but I would understand if you wouldn't want to get cut open and all that jazz." Leon said trying to judge the look on Rainbow's face.
"If... you promise that I won't feel a thing, then I suppose it wouldn't be to big a problem. But only as long as I don't have to stay in a bucking hospital after the surgery!" she said apprehensively, she trusted Leon, but she hated the thought of a hospital.
"That won't be a problem miss Dash, we can do the surgery right here right now and you can be out of here in an hour flat." Krag said confidently, with a big reassuring smile.
Rainbow took some time to think before she nodded in agreement, and before she knew what happened she was floating in a green material that felt like gel, but when she took a breath it was like the substance was non-existent, then she slowly lost her vision, it was like when she closed her eye's to yawn and when she opened them she was on a comfy bed in a room that reminded her of a hospital, but was much warmer and instead of feeling claustrophobic, it felt cozy. She sat up and looked around, sitting in the corner of the room was Leon, he was looking out the window to his left and his cheeks were as red as an apple. Rainbow then looked down and blushed deeply as she pulled up the blanket to cover her chest. "So, how do you feel?" Leon asked now looking back at Rainbow.
Rainbow took some time regaining her senses, she felt great, then her back started to burn a little but it wasn't bad and it didn't last long. "I feel fine." she said wondering why her back got so hot for that single second.
"Great!" Leon said jumping out of his seat. "Do you want to check out your new wings?" he asked happily, Dash had never seen Leon so excited other then when he's doing one of his extremely dangerous presentations to his class that he supposedly had all planned out.
"Yeah, I'd love to." Dash said excitedly, her throat was dry and she needed a drink before anything else, and some clothes.
"Right I'll get some water and clothes for you, meanwhile there's a mirror over their." Leon said hearing how scratchy Rainbow's voice was and pointing to a mirror on the wall in front of Rainbow's bed.
Leon left the room, and Rainbow got out of bed and looked at her self in the mirror, her hair had grown quite a bit. It covered the left eye and curved off to the side but was still spiky, she liked it. She was still fit, but her chest was large, it almost annoyed her some times but it was evident that Leon liked it, and she could use her assets to tease him mercilessly, 'the worst kind of torture' she recalled Leon saying once. She grabbed a hand mirror on a dresser off to the side and looked into it to pear over her shoulder into the bigger mirror on the wall. The left her back was alight with an intricate design of blue glowing lines and circles that were all connected save for down the center of her back, and the design was then mirrored on the right side of her back. Emitting from the light were a pair of transparent wings. Panels of glowing blue glass like material took the shape of feathers and floated closely together, though not touching, making the form of wings. She bent her wings forward, it felt like when she was still a pegesus, and reached out with her hand and touched the panels that made up her wing. Her hand went through a panel slowly and it rippled, it was like gel but once her finger pierced the membrane of light, it felt like air. She pulled her hand out and the panel slowly stopped rippling and took back it's form. Rainbow was so happy, she launched herself backward into the bed with one powerful flap of her wings, sparkling blue emitted in the wind she created as she flew backward, she landed sitting down on the edge of the bed and smiled even more, the wings worked and felt like the wings she had back in Equestria. She tucked her wings in and they did as she commanded, then she relaxed and the wings flickered off and the her back stopped glowing, 'This just made this world 20% cooler' she thought to her self as she heard a knocking on the door.
She wrapped the blanket around her self, and opened the door to allow Leon in, he was carrying a glass of water and a one of Rainbows tighter fitting hoodies, which was more like a zip up tee-shirt with a hood then a sweater, and Rainbow's first pair of jeans. Rainbow took the water greedily and nearly choked on it as she chugged it like there was no tomorrow. Leon smiled as Rainbow's wings lit up when she stretched her arms out, the blanket still tied around her chest so it wouldn't fall off. "Perv." Rainbow said with a smirk, looking over her shoulder at Leon.
Leon blushed and was about to say something witty back, but decided that it wasn't worth it and turned around to leave the room and let rainbow get dressed.
(WHAT'S THIS, A TRANSITION, RUN AWAAAAYYYYYY!!!!!!!!)
Rainbow walked into the living room, and noticed Leon was staring out the window again. She jumped up and with one powerful flap of her wings she cleared the twenty feat she would've had to walk two hours ago, she landed on Leon's back and wrapped her arms around his neck. Leon smiled and Rainbow let go, he turned around and hugged her. Rainbow's wings shot outward, 'They really are like wings, damn' she thought to herself blushing.

Well that took much longer then I wanted, I've been out training...parkour and freerunning stuff. Anyway, I'm back and I'm gonna try and speed this up. Friends and Family
It was two in the morning, Leon was sitting in the living room. He was holding his hands together, trying to get them to stop shaking. He couldn't sleep, not today. "Need some help?" Krag asked, standing in the doorway.
Leon shook his head. "It's the 20th." he said soberly.
Krag nodded his head, "A wolf with sheep's clothing told me the past doesn't matter." he said looking down at Leon.
"It shouldn't, but the rules change for the damned." Leon informed looking out the window at the city.
"Indeed they do, four o' clock right?" Krag asked Leon.
"Four o' clock." Leon confirmed, calming down and trying to relax.
(TRANSITION BLAH BLAH BLAH ANIME REFERENCE)
Rainbow woke up from a strange dream but forgot what it was about. She looked around and noticed Leon wasn't in his typical place beside her. She got dressed and went into the kitchen, he wasn't there. She was starting to get worried but then she heard a noise coming from the living room. She walked into the room and saw Leon standing there with a picture in his hand. He noticed Rainbow and put the picture into his pocket, and smiled at her, when Krag ran into the room. "Another pulse was detected, I know what today means to you but I thought you should know." He said in a cool monotone voice.
"Thanks, where did it occur?" Leon asked.
"The grave." Krag asked looking down at his feet.
Leon checked over his shoulder quickly "I guess I would've ended up going there later, come on." he stood up and went into one of the many rooms this mansion in the sky had.
Krag motioned for Rainbow to follow as he walked after Leon. The room they entered was bright, an assortment of gadgets lined the walls. "How many came out of the pulse?" he asked Krag.
"Five." he said.
Leon grabbed five white cylinders, and started to reach for a gun but stopped himself. He turned around and motioned for the group to follow with a flick of his head. They made there way to an elevator and took it to the roof. The first thing dash noticed was a vehicle she's never seen before, the next was how cloudy it was, and the third was the giant smile that grew on Leon's face. She wondered what made him so happy, then she looked at the direction that he was looking and saw a girl about her own age, her skin was extremely pale and her hair was so blond it was almost white. Her hair was tide back in a ponytail with her bangs cut uneven so that they curved down and covered the left side of her face. Rainbow then noticed the girls eye's, they were extremely red and were glowing, not seeming to glow like Leon's, but actually glowing. "I missed you so much!" she said with a light voice that almost matched that of fluttershy, and had a accent that sounded like a cross between Russian and Swedish.
She ran up to Leon and wrapped her arms around him, Leon did the same "How was your trip?" Leon asked.
"The colony is so massive, and their was so much to do. I found it hard to believe that it only took two years for it to be built." she said backing away from Leon slightly "But that is beside the point, who's your new friend." she asked innocently, looking over to a confused Rainbow Dash.
"She's my uhh..." he rubbed the back of his neck.
"Girlfriend." The strange girl said happily "I'm so happy for you!" she clapped her hands together and stepped over to Rainbow.
"How did you..." Rainbow started to ask but was cut off by the girl.
"Know... I smelled you all over him." she said matter o' factly, pointing over her shoulder with her thumb at Leon.
Rainbow didn't know what to think of the new girl, she seemed close to Leon and was definitely not shy, even though she spoke with a soft voice. "Hello, I'm Anastasiya, but you can call me Anna." she said holding out a hand for Dash to shake.
Dash shook the girls hand "Uh, hello I'm Dash... um..." she was looking for something to ask but their were to many questions.
Anna saw the confused expression plastered on Rainbows face. She looked over her shoulder at Leon "You didn't tell her about me?" she asked mocking up a fake look of hurt.
Leon shook his head "It never came up." he said.
Anna turned back to Rainbow "You must be really confused. Let's see, where should I start..." she said tapping the side of her head "Well I'm his sister." she explained as she motioned toward Leon, "Not genetically though, he found me during the war in the middle of a mothership crash site. I was five at the time, and he was ten." she informed "I don't remember anything before that day, anyway he took care of me when we were growing up. We did almost every thing together, when we where found by some soldiers they assumed we were siblings, and we might as well have been... As for my appearance, I'm a vampire." she said giving a smirk that matched that of Leon's.
Rainbow was caught off guard by... well all of it really, but mostly the last part. "Vampire, I thought that those were a myth..." she thought Anna was pulling her leg.
"Well you see." Krag started. "We were testing what are illnesses did to humans, and well, apparently are equivalent of the common cold severely mutates the DNA of humans without killing them, turning them into the Vampire heard about so often in human lore." he explained forth right with a small tinge of guilt in his voice.
"So your a vampire, I suppose I've seen crazier things. Wait, so why aren't you a pile of ash right now, no offense. I mean the suns out?" Rainbow's curiosity took over.
"There are a lot of differences between me and the classic vampire, for one example I can go out in the sunlight, though It feels terrible, second thing is I can't turn into a bat." Anna explained.
"What about immortality, super strength, sucking blood, garlic, and wooden stakes." Rainbows brain was pumping out more and more questions.
"Slow down, you'll get a headache, I am immortal, I'm not super strong but my muscles don't get tired, I love blood and can't live without it, I'm just fine around garlic, and anyone would get killed if they were stabbed with a wooden stake through their heart." she answered, "But who cares about that stuff, your dating my little kitty. How serious is it, are you living with him?" she returned her own questions.
"Uh... I am living with him, but um, why'd you call him your little kitty?" Rainbow had to know.
"His name is Leon, It has Leo in it, and Leo is the sign of the lion, and a lion is just a big kitty, just like Leon." she explained, giggling. Regaining her composure she addressed Rainbow once again "You said you're living with him?" she asked.
"Yeah." Rainbow said.
"Oh, this is going to be fun!" she gave a little squee, she then proceeded to hug Rainbow "This is so exciting, me and Leon still live together, you see when people find out that their dealing with a vampire they automatically think I'm going to suck their blood, so trying to rent a house is nearly impossible, and I can't really hold a job, so I a can't afford to buy a house." she explained, "Oh, I've always wanted a sister."
Rainbow was cool with having a vampire live with her but the last thing she said made Rainbow ask her self a difficult question 'Was her relationship with Leon that serious?' 'Why not, I love Leon and now I get a badass vampire as a sister, when I get home scootaloo is going to freak.' she thought, with a muffled giggle.
"Okay, now that introductions are done with we gotta go pick some people up. Anna you should take us there, besides it's at her grave and we should pay our respects." Leon said returning to his gloomy state that he was in earlier.
"Sure, It's been a while." Anna said in a much darker tone, taking out some key's from her Hoody pocket.
(TRANSITION OF... OH LOOK SOMETHING SHINY)
They were in the vehicle from earlier, it was massive and it flew. Anna set it on auto pilot and walked into the main room of the Airship. "Hey can you grab me a can?" she asked Leon.
Leon grabbed an unmarked can from a cooler that was hidden in the wall, he opened it and took a sip before handing it to Anna. Anna chugged half of it before setting it down on a table in the center of the room. The room resembled a contemporary ball room, except the furniture was bolted to the ground. "Watcha drinking?" Dash asked.
"Carbonated Hemoglucose" she said nonchalantly "Want some?" she asked holding the can out for rainbow.
"I guess." she responded.
Rainbow was about to take a sip when Krag said "You should no that 'Carbonated Hemoglucose' is just fancy talk for fizzy blood with lots of sugar."
Rainbow already had an ounce of the liquid in her mouth when Krag finished. She was about to spit it out but, it didn't taste half bad. It was extremely sweet and left an irony after taste that she didn't really mind, but it was the thought that she just drank blood that messed with her. She gave the can back to Anna "Um... not bad." she squeaked out trying hard to not like the taste of the blood.
Anna giggled seeing the expression on Dash's face. "Don't worry, the drink is mostly sugar and water, and the blood part is from a donor. Nothing died making the stuff." trying to reassure Dash that she didn't do anything taboo.
"Not cool." Dash said after she chugged a glass of water Krag had offered her.
"She's a vegetarian." Leon told Anna.
"Okay, and I thought cooking for you was hard enough." Anna joked. "Anyway, why are we Headed to the grave so early?" she asked.
Leon then went on to describe exactly what was going on for the past month or so. Anna sat back and looked up "And I thought that the fact that I am a vampire was crazy enough." she then started to giggle. "This is awesome." she said.
Then with a jerk the ship landed, The group walked out and found five girls laying in the sand, along with a small group of soldiers headed toward them from the opposite direction.
Dream 2: Dream harder.
AUTHORS NOTES: due to the fact that my arm is still almost unusable I could not make a video of myself or at least a good one, but who cares about what I look like right? I'm just your typical German/Swede that lives in the center of the U.S. This chapter was a bitch to write I'm sorry it took forever, and I'm sorry I couldn't keep my promise of explaining why Rainbow was so calm about jumping dimensions, but I couldn't resist the opportunity for a cliffhanger. Good news though, the next chapter won't take nearly as long. Ciao.

There was a time long ago when the sight of a squad of soldiers would be welcomed by Leon, but the past fades and things change. Leon told Anna and Dash to inject the sleeping girls with the cylinders, which were actually shots. Dash quickly asked "What dose it do?"
"It wakes them up and keeps them calm while they get used to their new environment, and before you ask, yes I did use it on you." Leon told Dash.
Anna and Dash quickly got the girls up. When Dash tried to talk to them their speech was slurred and they reacted slowly, Dash wondered to herself if this was how she acted when she woke up. They all got on to the airship, and put the girls in individual sleeping quarters. After all was said and done Anna motioned for Dash to follow her. Anna led her to a viewing deck, it over looked the desert they were in. The soldiers were extremely close now and there was no time to take off. Leon was already ready for a fight. Anna took a seat on one of the two chairs that were in the room. "Sit back and relax, your gonna get a show My little Dashi." Anna told Dash.
The soldiers were unarmed, today was a international holiday to celebrate the new found peace on earth, they expected to come here and pick up the targets without much resistance, and if they had time they would pay their respects. They knew that Leon would most definitely be there, they just didn't know that he would be there so soon. If push comes to shove they would use there electric batons on any serious resistance. They got out of their vehicles, and met Leon, a legend among the soldiers of EVOTEK. The leader of the squad saluted Leon, he may have been an enemy but he was still a hero, and made an extremely obvious request "Please hand over the extra-dimensional lifeforms."
The answer was expected to the soldiers, but the way Leon said it cut through them like a hot blade, a deep "No." with a clear hint of disappointment.
The soldiers reluctantly pulled out their batons, they were going to fight their hero. They repeated their request, with the same answer. 'We're actually going to fight this guy' the singular thought traveled through all of the soldiers minds' at once. They started to sprint at Leon who was more then a few meters away.
Leon slid his right leg back and put most of his weight on it. He kicked with his right leg and flew forward. He palmed the ground and rolled in-between two of the soldiers. He jumped up and connected his shoulder with the gut of the first soldier. They flew a meter and Leon rolled off of him, turning around and taking a stride forward before jumping up and twisting horizontally in the air and slamming his right shin in the face of the second soldier, the soldiers baton flew from his hand and hit the last soldier in the face, stunning him. Leon got up off the ground and dusted him self off, the dazed soldier had started to regain his barrings. Leon walked up to him and unceremoniously smashed his knee into the soldiers groin, he fell to the ground and didn't dare try to get up. Leon walked slowly back to the airship, the time for mourning had past, her story would be told another day.
(SCENE CHANGE TIME, BUT WAIT THIS ISN'T A TRANSITION, THIS IS MADNESS)
Rainbow watched, it was amusing. Leon threw himself at the soldiers, and it looked like he wasn't even trying to fight properly. It looked as if he just used his weight to inflict damage, and the soldiers...they didn't even try. They went down with weak blows to the torso, it seemed as if all of them just gave up, except that last soldier, Rainbow was a chick, but she still cringed at the low blow.
Leon walked in lazily, he was feeling the effects of being up for more then twenty some odd hours. Rainbow and Anna made there way down the stairs, "How's are guests?" Leon asked.
"They're doing fine, actually, they're mostly asleep." said Krag as he walked in through the doors.
"Good, I could use some sleep myself." Leon said as he stumbled onto the couch.
In a minute Leon was out cold. "Come with me, you deserve some answers." Said Anna to Dash.
They made their way through the corridors of the airship. Eventually they made there way to a room filled with monitors, in the center there was a lone keyboard. Anna typed away, and a hologram appeared out of thin air, It was a video. "Three years ago," Anna informed.
The image was focused on Leon running, the image moved ahead of Leon slightly, it became clear the camera used for filming this was attached to a scouting plane. It refocused on an Alien, pointing a gun at a little girl. Leon just came into view when a loud BANG came from the firearm. Leon stopped in his tracks... "Shit, a tango just shot a kid right in front of Alpha." came the sound of radio chatter.
"We read, keep your eye's on alpha, we're clearing friendlies as fast as we can." came a returning bit of radio chatter.
Leon was crouching over the body, he then turned to the murderer, he walked slowly, the anger was visible in his eye's, he started sprinting as he pulled a device from his pocket, he pressed a red button on it and every ship around him started blowing up, even the one he was on top of at the moment. He tackled the alien and was trying to inflict as much damage to him as he could as they fell through the air. Then they hit the ground, Leon on top of the alien, and the screen cut to black. all that could be heard now was the radio chatter. "Mission successful, tango down, alpha down, civilian casualty taken, but it's over, it's finally over." the words came out shakily, as if the man was crying, then cheers erupted in the background, then the hologram died.
Rainbow had a tear in her eye, she looked backward, over at Leon, then back to Anna. Another hologram appeared, this one of parades that were being held around the globe, all of them had a picture of the girl on the front most banner. Then one last image of the desert they were in showed, Leon was standing with a crutch next to a cross with a single rose in his hand. Rainbow looked at her hands. She didn't know how significant the place they were at right now really was until then.
Dream for those who can't any more.

It's been a while since I've seen something new.
Leon's hands were shaking. "Damn it." he said calmly, he hated when he got like this. "I'm gonna take a shower." he told Krag.
"Yeah, I'll tell anyone that comes looking for you." informed the alien.
It was well into the night and the group just got home. Anna and Dash were making sure that the girls got into a bed, they were going to need their rest for the morning's bombshells. Leon was suffering from the effects of adrenalin well after they should have stopped, nothing new to him, but it still annoyed the living hell outta him.
In the shower, Leon let the scolding water ease the muscles in his shoulders, but he couldn't fully relax, it would take a few hours more to actually calm down, he didn't know why but adrenalin affected him more then other people. He didn't care that it did, actually he liked it, nothing physically harmful came from it, and it gave him an edge in long term combat scenarios. But right now he couldn't wait to stop being so jumpy. He opened his eye's and looked at the clock on the wall, eight o' clock. He fell asleep in the shower, that wasn't uncommon before Dash got here, but for the past month or so he had been able to control himself quite well.
Leon dried himself off, and dressed himself in a pair of clothes he had taken with him into the bathroom, and made his way out the door. He found Rainbow Dash curled up against the wall in front of the bathroom, he gently woke her, and poured them both coffee, which the groggy Rainbow took eagerly. "Your friends are gonna have a lot of questions, aren't they?" Leon asked with a certain bored tone to it, it was almost depressing.
"Yeah...I guess." Rainbow responded. "Are you alright?" she asked worriedly.
"I'm perfectly fine, just antsy." he said.
After a few moments of awkward silence Rainbow spoke up. "Why are you really called Professor by so many people? Surely not everyone that works with you know's you were a professor." she asked.
Leon took a deep breath, "It's the last thing she called me." he said while looking at the television across the room, it was showing one of last nights parades, a huge banner of the girl on it.
The two were silent, eventually Dash gave Leon a hug. No words. Just them, together. This was what he wanted, him and his past are dead, this is the new him.

The girls woke up, slowly, but surely. They remembered last night, and were used to their new bodies. They were given minor details by a pale girl. They Knew that crazy things were likely, so the new body deal wasn't as traumatic as it should have been, plus they instantly recognized each other.
They all had on clothes that represented their personality, picked out by Rainbow Dash and Anna. Rarity had on a black cocktail dress, Twilight had a purple tee-shirt on, and a black skirt, Applejack had on some jeans and a plaid button up shirt as well as her hat, which somehow made it through the portal. Fluttershy had on pale yellow turtle neck sweater, and a pink skirt. Pinkie had on a straight jacket and some jeans. A note was taped to her back. 'Her real shirt is in the closet, RD.'
"So, do we go out?" asked Twilight.
"Ah'm not sure suge." said Applejack.
As if on cue Anna walked in with a smile. "How's everybody feel?" she asked.
"Everybo..." Pinkie started before laughing her ass off.
"Good," Twilight said recognizing Anna's face. "What's your name?" she asked, she knew that Anna probably wasn't going to hurt them, she was given plenty of chances before.
"Anastasiya, though, I prefer Anna." she said flashing a happy smile.
"Hi, I'm Twil..." Twi started.
"Twilight, nice to meet ya, you should come with me, you're probably starving." Anna offered.
"Yeah, I'm famished...wait, how did you know my name." Twilight questioned.
"Dash, I thought you saw the letter on Pinkie's back." said Anna. "Come on." she motioned for the group to follow.
The ponies obliged, Twilight found that walking on two legs came extremely easily, but she couldn't see any type of terrain a body like her's could be of use in, another question on a list of many.
When they arrived at their destination, they found recognizable food waiting for them, salads and apples. The leaves were more tart then Twilight remembered as a pony, and the apples slightly more sweet, but other then that nothing was really different. "Feel free to make yourselves at home for now." said Anna. "If you have any questions feel free to ask me." she continued cheerily.
"Um... where's Rainbow Dash?" Twilight asked.
"She's with Leon in the other room." Anna said, pointing at a door behind her with her hand.
"Who's Leon?" Rarity asked.
"My bro..." Anna then checked a device that vibrated in her pocket, "Sorry to cut things short, but I got to go. It was a pleasure to make you acquaintances." With that said she waved goodbye and ran out of the room.
"Strange creatures." said Applejack.
"But they have a great sense of fashion." finished Rarity.

Rainbow Dash hugged all of her old friends, and they seemed over joyed to see her.
"How are you doing?" asked Fluttershy.
"Better then you'd imagine." responded Rainbow.
"So... do you want to go home?" asked Twilight.
"YEAH...but their is one little condition." said an excited Rainbow Dash.
"What's that deary?" asked Rarity.
Rainbow Dash poked Leon in his arm and made her ultimatum "This guy has to come with me or I can't go."
Time to wake up sleepy head, you got a job to do. Credit song
Author's note: It's been to long and I'm sorry for that. I'm also sorry for not making this chapter ten-thousand words long, but that's because act two is starting next chapter and I want to start on it as soon as this chapter goes up! It's me, wafflegodman a.k.a. Parker. I've got good and bad news! First off, I hurt my arm...bad. Typing is extremely difficult because of that, and it may be a while before another chapter comes out. As for the good news, You'll get to see my face soon! I'll put a link in the next chapter, until then though, I would love to hear what you guy's think so far, AND BEFORE YOU SAY ONE THING ABOUT RAINBOW DASH REACTING A LITTLE TO WELL TO BEING THRUST INTO A STRANGE NEW WORLD WITH A NEW BODY AT THE START OF THE STORY, It'll all be explained in the next chapter. also some encouragement would be nice and all.
