//-------------------------------------------------------// Corpulent's Day Off -by Brixxi- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 0: Agent Orange //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 0: Agent Orange Chapter 0, Agent: Orange- On the fringes of Ponyville, in a shack at the end of a desolate road, Corp wakes up from his midday nap. With a stretch, he relieves himself from his hammock and steps back inside. On his trot through his well-kept flower garden, he pauses for a moment over the grave of grammy-gram, and gives a small bow. Corp has been following this path for years, through a long career building a college further in town, he's made himself enough to not have to work anymore, and have a lifetime of investment work payoff to give him and his family an easy ride for hundreds of years to come. Grammy-gram would have been proud. Corp carefully navigates his way around the rest of the extensive flowerbeds, walks up the wooden porch and lays his hoof on the pull of the sliding glass door. Corp could have used his horn to open the door, but sometimes the old-fashioned way is preferable. The horse peers inside, and ponders for a moment, before stepping back, back and off the porch, back to the hammock. Corp puts the front half of his body on the swing, and steadies himself before he prepares to jump the rest of his weight up. However, at the very beginning of his hop, he hears his wife Twilight Sparkle calling him from inside. He lets out a sincere sigh, and looks back to the porch, seeing that she wasn't out there, he pretended to ignore her and jumped up anyways. Corp held his eyes closed until Twilight walked out all the way to him and tipped his hammock over. "What the fuck you dumb cunt the kitchen is inside" Corp says as he digs his muzzle out of the dirt. "Will you come inside and help me with this?" says Twilight. Corp lets out an even more sincere sigh as he follows her inside the house. "Why are you naked" Corp says. "We're always naked you big dummy." Replies Twilight, as she walks into 'The Baby Room'. "Did you know that he turns four today? He's been waiting four years for this, for you to be proud of him." Corp begins to loosen his belt, and stared down Twilight with eyes that grew before flicking between her and the child. Twilights eyes returned the stare back in horror, but then closed down because she knew what it meant. They were going to 'make a baby' in 'The Baby Room', never-mind the fact that 'the baby' is at that age where it can remember what it sees, that's exactly my angle famioli. Twilight locked-eyes with Corpulent before leaning her head in close and using horse magic to undo the rest of his belt, dropping it to the floor. Corp turned Twilight around and unfurled himself before the eyes of the child. The child who had one lazy eye which was also looking at the window on the other side of the room, away from the other two joining forms nearby. The baby could see both the two progressing in their dance, and a form growing in size outside the window. What was a moment ago a sunny day has turned vitreous, with the sound of thunder in the distance, and dark clouds coming closer at soaring speeds. Watching the figure outside grow as it drew closer was like watching a pool of blood grow larger as more substance is dripped into the pile. Storms were racing now, as the other two in the room were away in a world of their own. The baby Amonti laid its full attention on the two, before letting out a yelp to try and get their attention from the confines of his crib. Until suddenly the window right next to the child is smashed through, and a form rolls across the floor, its motion continued so elegantly that, even though bursting in at a high speed, the dark figures manages to transform the motion into a roll, and unleashed his blade before fully being upright again. His momentum was transferred into the blade as he raised it high into the air. It was at this point that realization began to seep in to Corp who had turned around a moment prior. Corp watched as the figure dropped the blade through the air, and at the red aftereffect glow on the air from the path it travelled. Red bounced back from the crib that the figure had struck, splattering a mess across the front side of the figure, as well as the area on the walls not covered by his silhouette. The figures' eyes were clear now, they were glowing; while his face was towards the two pieces of the body on the floor, his eyes were locked with Corp. Both were caught in a trance that seemed to last ages, before Corp kicked off from his position and ran at the intruder. The figure was standing in the light let inside from the broken window, with rain landing across his back and the floor about him. While Corp screamed as he ran ahead, the figure coolly pulled something small from his pocket, and slammed Corp in the forehead with it. Corp was sent back from whence he came, skyrocketing through the air and colliding with the paralyzed Twilight still cowering in the corner. The object that struck Corp floated gently down through the air, a small card emblazoned with the letters: DL; those letters was the last thing Corp saw before passing out. But Twilight was still coherent, and could see the figure as he plundered a glowing form from the inside of the refuse on the floor, holding it up in front of the broken window for more light. The figure turned back one more time to the two, before jumping out the other window in the room, shattering it, letting in more terrible moonlight, and another source for the torrential cacophony of rain that grew ever louder. Twilight closed her eyes and waited for it all to stop. Spike was the one that shook the two awake, but only after he overcame his shock from seeing the mess all across the room. He was on the other side of the house, basking in the sunlight, when he heard ruckus across the way. The house seemed to grow darker as he made his way across hallways between him and the sound. He opened the door he had thought the sound had came from, and noticed how the moon was full, and peering through the window from the other side. He checked the next door down the hallway while calling "what hap-" but was caught short as the yakky yak from his stomach burst up his throat when he saw the scene. Out of the corner of his eye he could see a red glow running across the yard. Spike saw the two huddled in the corner next, and after overcoming himself, made his way to check on them. Twilight was crying and fanning off Corp, trying to wake him back up, Spike saw that she totally had the situation handled, so he went to check on the crib, though he already knew the deed was done. He tried his best to inspect the scene without actually looking too deeply at the mess, and saw the card on the floor, which had one corner that had just begun to soak up blood. He saw the two letters on the face, and flipped it over, "Quadraneous will be activated soon, you better move quickly. I will see you soon at the hotel on the Western face of Canterbury Ridge". Spike looked up through the window to see the figure continue running, his glow now just an outline of his quickly moving form on the horizon. When Spike looked back down, on the card was nothing but an insidious smile. Spike gasped and dropped in the floor. The card began laughing as it caught flame, and disappeared, leaving nothing but a small rectangular scorch mark on the wooden floor. Spike leaped through the window, but cut his hand on the glass. Spike's wound became infected and he died off screen. It wasn't until hours later until Corp came to, Twilight never left her state of panic and stayed over him, constantly waving her hoof trying to wake him up. He was dazed, and Twilight relayed what she saw to him, even though it was mostly patchy and half forgotten. In this now broken house there was nothing but discord, at rain beat against the roof. On the surrounding countryside, plants began to fall flat as the soil under them became waterlogged and eroded away. It was as if the whole world was melting. At the foot of one particularly large tree in the countryside, a small chunk of glowing goo was falling through the earth, and melding with the tree's roots. A set of archaic eyes opened up underneath the soil, and decrepit hands burrowed from the soft earth. A man was born out of the ground, fully equipped to unleash havoc on all that lay before him. The country side seemed barren enough as is as he scanned his virgin eyes across it, but did see a figure with the other half of the goo that had borne him running towards a distant mountain. He began his chase. Quadraneous was activated. Author's Note I want to die inside Rainbow Dash's womb.
